<content:encoded><![CDATA[Are you looking into Xbox Live subscriptions but slightly confused by the multitude of choices people are throwing at you? It should be simple, right? You sign on the dotted line, give someone your credit card information, and the next thing you know you're knee deep in the wide international community of gamers and Xbox fans that make up the Xbox Live community. You never knew you were going to need a dictionary to wade through all of your choices.<br><br>Here's a quick look at the options that are available to you as a new member of Xbox Live:<br><br>1)	Silver membership. Anyone who purchases Xbox Live subscriptions first has to be a silver member. Silver membership is an orientation into the world of Xbox Live. When you sign up for a silver membership you'll be able to create an avatar to represent yourself online, chat with people all over the world, create a profile showing your gaming prowess and download games and movies from the <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/xbox+live+arcade" rel="tag">Xbox Live Arcade</a> and/or Marketplace.<br><br>2)	Gold membership. Gold membership is the next step up and offers you everything that silver does (plus a few things it doesn't). With gold membership you can capitalize on one of the most truly unique features of Xbox Live subscriptions, and the reason they and many other online gaming experiences have become so remarkably popular-multiplayer gaming.<br><br>For the dedicated gamers out there no further information is required. When you share a <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/multiplayer+gaming+experience" rel="tag">multiplayer gaming experience</a> with other people who have purchased gold Xbox Live subscriptions you have the chance to go up against or join forces with some of the most talented players in the world in games like Halo 2, Street Fighter, <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/ghost+recon+2" rel="tag">Ghost Recon 2</a> and <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/star+wars+battlefront" rel="tag">Star Wars Battlefront</a> II (so much better than the original). <br><br>3)	Xbox Live Codes. The codes you need to sign up for Gold Xbox Live subscriptions. Your Xbox Live code is what will officially move you up in the world of Xbox gaming and make you a permanent part of the Xbox Live community.<br><br>4)	<a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/free+xbox+live+subscriptions" rel="tag">Free Xbox Live Subscriptions</a>. You've probably heard a lot about Xbox Live subscriptions. Guess what? It's all true...well, most of it anyway. There are numerous places online you can go to obtain Xbox Live codes for free, but most of them aren't for permanent membership. What they are are a temporary gateway to the Utopia of Xbox Live that allow you all the privileges of gold membership without having to pay an extra penny out of pocket. At the end of a month, six months or even a year you upgrade your temporary membership to a regular one and become a permanent member of the Xbox Live online community.<br><br>Weeding your way through the plethora of choices available for joining the world of Xbox Live doesn't have to be difficult. Just check out the options for Xbox Live subscriptions and decide which one is right for you. There's no chance it won't be worth it.<bio>Ray Subs is a public relations specialist working with InstantLiveCodes.com. <content:encoded><![CDATA[Xbox, developed by Microsoft, has emerged as one of the most popular gaming console available in the market today. Xbox deliver quality entertainment by providing stunning graphics and tremendous sound effects. <br /><br /> But, what if you want to play <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/xbox+games" rel="tag"><a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/xbox+game" rel="tag">Xbox game</a>s</a> but you don't want to <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/purchase+xbox" rel="tag">purchase Xbox</a> for the reason of you already have a home computer such as Mac OSX machine and you are only interested of playing certain common Xbox games. So, how you would be able to play the many Xbox game titles that aren't available for your Mac OSX? <br /><br /> The answer is simple, what you need is a <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/software+emulator" rel="tag">software emulator</a>, or to be exact, an <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/xbox+emulator" rel="tag">Xbox emulator</a> for your Mac OSX. These emulators for Xbox can be developed on your own, provided you have enough knowledge and skills computer programming. Or, the second option is by downloading the various kinds of working Xbox emulator available in the internet. <br /><br /> However, before you download any Xbox emulator software available in the internet, you must consider checking the reviews first and finding out if there is any positive or negative feedback from the current users. By doing this, you also have taken a steps of avoiding downloading a computer virus instead. <br /><br /> <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/xbox+emulators" rel="tag">Xbox emulators</a> are great software and can be utilize to play Xbox games using your Mac OSX machine. By right, you don't have to purchase the <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/xbox+console" rel="tag">Xbox console</a> itself. Simply say, just download and install the approved working Xbox emulator into your computer, you are on the way of playing your favorite Xbox games. <br /><br /> Please remember, one of the main limitations when you use Xbox emulators for your Mac OSX is the compatibility of the Xbox games to the emulator. Certain emulators can only play a limited amount of Xbox games in your Mac OSX. In other words, you will never able to play all the different game titles available in Xbox. Therefore, make certain to download the emulator that can support the Xbox game you want to play in your Mac OSX. <br /><br /> Therefore, if you have an interest in playing Xbox games but not really into buying yourself the Xbox console, or if you are only after one game or a few games of Xbox you can opt to use the Xbox emulator by download the software form the internet for your Mac OSX machine. On the other hand, if you want to play and experience Xbox to the fullest and use all features available, consider yourself to purchase the actual Xbox itself. <bio>You may visit <a href="http://video-games.cosmomatrix.com" >http://video-games.cosmomatrix.com</a> to find more information about playing Xbox games using Xbox Emulator in your Mac OSX </bio>]]></content:encoded>

Whether you are in the mood for sports, racing or shoot em ups, you can play anytime, anywhere.<br><br>Xbox Live comes in two flavors, Silver and Gold, but regardless of which you choose, you can integrate it with Windows Live Messenger. This opens the door to more fun, as you get to use avatars, create a profile, record all your gaming achievements, use video chat and more.<br><br>All this comes at a price, of course; to get the most form Xbox Live, you need to have a DSL line. You also have to pay for Xbox Live, but there are ways you can get it for free.<br><br>1. Trial Cards<br><br>The easiest way is to get the Free Trial Card. With the card, you will be able to open an account, and play Xbox Live without charge for eight weeks or so. They are available from a variety of web sites.<br><br>2. Free Game Trials<br><br>Several <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/xbox+games" rel="tag">Xbox games</a>, such as <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/star+wars+battlefront" rel="tag">Star Wars Battlefront</a> and Kingdom Under Fire: Heroes, come with free codes that allow you to play Xbox Live at no charge for two months.<br><br>These are not just limited to Xbox games you can buy at the stores, but there are also some downloadable games on the Net that come with these trial codes.<br><br>3. Freebies<br><br>Whether it is a promo from an online gaming magazine or a freebie from a game, there are always <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/free+xbox+live+codes" rel="tag">free Xbox Live codes</a>. Just keep your eye and ears open, especially on game sites that are coming out with a new product for the gaming platform.<br><br>4. Go to Microsoft's website<br><br>Every so often Microsoft offers promotions for Xbox, and a lot of times this involves giving people the chance to play it without any charge for certain periods. As the creators of Xbox, it pays to visit their site, as any new announcements or freebies will be posted there.<br><br>Usually, the best time to expect free time on Xbox Live is when there is a <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/gaming+event" rel="tag">gaming event</a> taking place (such as the launching of a new game). there will usually be a tie up with Microsoft and the promo may include free codes.<br><br>5. Websites<br><br>Among the most popular sources of free Xbox Live trial codes are gaming websites. The process for getting these codes will vary from site to site, but generally they follow this pattern.<br><br>The first is to take part in a survey question, and then fill out a form and register on their site. After completing the registration form, you will be able to log on to Xbox Live. A screen or dialog box will come up, called either Promo Guide or Prepaid Card. Follow the instructions, and you will be able to play.<br><br>There are several Internet web sites that provide these codes: these include, but are not limited to, Invision Free Site 1, Invision Free Site 2, Xbox, Xbox Free Zones, Free Zone Rewards, Team Box Forum, Gaming Lagoon, Xbox, Box Deal and many more.<bio>Peter Garant is writing articles about how to get <a href="http://www.rolo.org/free-xbox-live-codes.html">Free Xbox Live Codes</a> cards for a full site about <a href="http://www.symatech.net/free-xbox-live-codes">Free Xbox Live Codes</a>.</bio>]]></content:encoded>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[The <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/xbox+live" rel="tag">Xbox Live</a> craze is sweeping the nation, pulling in thousands of Xbox fans and incorporating them into one of the largest, <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/fastest+growing+online+communities" rel="tag">fastest growing online communities</a> of gamers in the world. With Xbox Live there are no <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/international+boundaries" rel="tag">international boundaries</a>, no borders and, best of all, no limitations.<br><br>If you're considering becoming a member of the Xbox Live community but for some reason are holding back, consider this:<br><br>1) Xbox Live is the first online community designed especially for the Xbox 360. That means no more walking down to your local <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/video+game+retailer" rel="tag">video game retailer</a> to find your favorite Xbox games. You can get all of them online! And unlike the stores, the Xbox marketplace will never be sold out or tell you that a game is outdated, and they never close. Imagine-any game you want at your fingertips, 24 hours a day.<br><br>2) Xbox Live isn't just for gamers. Through the Xbox marketplace Xbox fans who want to enjoy the media options of their Xbox 360 without spending their entire life glued to a <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/video+game+screen" rel="tag">video game screen</a> can enjoy streaming video through Netflix, movies, television shows and various other forms of media 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.<br><br>3) Best of all, Xbox Live connects you an international community of Xbox fans who are just as serious about their 360 as you are. You have the chance to chat and get to know people from all over the world through Xbox's unique online chat feature, and if you choose to purchase a gold membership you can enjoy a multi-player experience with some of the best players on the globe. Imagine playing a game of Street Fighter with someone from Japan in the morning, Halo 2 with a player from France in the afternoon and Banjo-Kazooie with someone in the US right before bed. Multi-player games are what have made online MMORPGs so popular, and now you can enjoy them on your Xbox.<br><br>4) A basic membership in Xbox Live is free. That means unlike those other online games you can try out the Xbox online community for free, creating an avatar to represent yourself, posting your profile and finding your niche in the online gaming world of the Xbox 360 for free. If you decide you enjoy Xbox Live and you want to take the multi-player experience for a ride, simply purchase a gold membership. If you don't, you're not under any obligation to do anything else. End of story.<br><br>There are literally hundreds of reasons to join the Xbox Live community, but what it all comes down to is that whether you're a dedicated gamer, a weekend player or can't stand the feel of a controller in your hands, Xbox Live has something for everyone. It's the largest source of media for your Xbox 360 at the best price on the globe. Movies, television shows, chat rooms and the coolest games on the market all in one place for your Xbox gaming enjoyment, and you can try it out for free. <content:encoded><![CDATA[ As you might have heard, there's a new console in town: <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/xbox+360" rel="tag">Xbox 360</a>=99 Elite. For those of you who are not <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/hardcore+gamers" rel="tag">hardcore gamers</a> or are parents of one, you may not know much about the <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/xbox+360+elite" rel="tag">Xbox 360 Elite</a> that was recently released by Microsoft. The Xbox 360 Elite is the third and most expensive variation of the Xbox 360 console in addition to "core" and "premium." Xbox 360 Elite is equipped with a premium black finish, three powerful <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/core+processors" rel="tag">core processors</a>, full surround sound, a high-definition multimedia interface (HDMI) cable, and DVD playback. Xbox 360 Elite is now the premier Xbox 360 console package that includes a large <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/120gb+hard+drive" rel="tag">120GB hard drive</a>, a HDMI port, a high-definition cable. The Xbox 360 Elite is set up to extend the entertainment experience of the regular Xbox 360. The Xbox 360 Elite is based on the Zephyr motherboard, which features a HDMI port and an improved GPU heat sink. The $480 Xbox 360 Elite is black instead of white, includes a hard drive that is six times as large as the previous 360s and twice as big as the rival PS3s. The HDMI output makes for easier hookups to HDTVs. While it's primarily a game machine, the Xbox 360 Elite is a digital <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/media+hub" rel="tag">media hub</a> as well. Users report that initial setup of the Xbox 360 Elite is easy; you just select the language and then either establish your Xbox Live account or re-link to an existing account. The consensus of opinion on the web seems to be that the Xbox 360 Elite is mainly for people who haven't bought a Xbox 360 yet and that the Xbox 360 Elite is a great choice for only $80 more than the premium version. The Xbox 360 Elite is still cheaper than Sony's 80GB console, but does lack some features such as a Blu-ray drive or any other integrated WiFi solution, as some gamers necessitate. The bottom line opinion, though, seems to be that while it's neither a must-have upgrade for existing 360 owners nor as feature-packed as the PS3, the Xbox 360 Elite's combination of top-notch gaming and digital media features make it the current game console of choice. <br /><br /> Xbox 360 Elite Features and News <br /><br /> The Xbox 360 Elite also includes a black wireless controller and black Xbox LIVE=AE headset. There is currently a rumor of a price drop on the way that the core and premium will get a $50 price drop but the Elite will only get a $29 price drop. <bio>Visit <a href="http://buy-new-microsoft-xbox-360.com/Microsoft-Xbox-360-Video-Gaming/XBox3" >http://buy-new-microsoft-xbox-360.com/Microsoft-Xbox-360-Video-Gaming/XBox3</a>= 60Elite to find a wide selection of new and used Xbox 360 Elite at low prices </bio>]]></content:encoded>

Gamers simply connect their Xbox to their modem and they have instant access to hundreds of games and free demos, as well as a global community of players just like them with whom to share the excitement and thrill of ultimate destruction from the comfort of their living room.<br><br>Xbox fans who choose to take advantage of Xbox Live have two membership levels to choose from. It's not even just for video games! <content:encoded><![CDATA[In the days of Pong, it would have been hard to imagine all the video games we take for granted these days. Handheld, high-tech, dancing on a mat that's recorded by the TV. It would have seemed surreal. <br /><br /> Well, the surreal has become real and the newest addition to the video <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/game+revolution" rel="tag">game revolution</a> is Xbox 360 Live, a truly multimedia, multiplayer experience that surpasses anything we've previously understood about video games. <br /><br /> Though many people like to <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/play+video+games" rel="tag">play video games</a> with a friend, it is largely seen as a <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/singular" rel="tag">singular</a>, solitary activity. But with the addition of Xbox 360 Live to the video game lineup, things are socially kickin' now. <br /><br /> Simply put, Xbox 360 Live is an online gaming service using your Xbox or Xbox 360 video console. You subscribe to the service, and then can play games with or against friends or other players around the world. There are more than 100 <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/xbox+games" rel="tag">Xbox games</a> that are enabled for this service, and all <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/xbox+360+games" rel="tag">Xbox 360 games</a> are at least "Xbox 360 Live aware". <br /><br /> What's most striking about Xbox 360 Live is the method by which you communicate with others. Through a headset that's either bundled with your gaming system or purchased separately, you can voice or text message your friends or other players. While you are signed on, you can see what your friends are doing, even to the extent you can tell what game they are playing and what level they are on. <br /><br /> Truly, this is not your dad's Atari. <br /><br /> So, how do you get in on this interesting form of play? First, you should own an Xbox 360 video gaming system. Then you have to subscribe to the service, and given the features, it is <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/surprisingly" rel="tag">surprisingly</a> affordable. <br /><br /> There are a variety of ways to subscribe to Xbox 360 live. If you choose the gold package (most popular), you can get: <br /><br /> - Access to <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/online+multiplayer+games" rel="tag">online multiplayer games</a> - Ability to download Xbox 360 content and access to other downloads - Enhanced ability to manage your list of friends <br /><br /> How do you purchase these services? There are a few ways. You can purchase a bundle at a store (currently available with rebates) and install. You can also purchase cards with time on them. <br /><br /> For example: <br /><br /> - You can purchase a 12-month Xbox 360 Live subscription card for about $50 or a 3-month subscription card for around $20. <br /><br /> - If you purchase the 3-month premium gold pack, you receive a headset, a 3-month gold membership, 100 Microsoft points, and the Xbox Live arcade game, Joust. This costs about $40 but currently has a $10 rebate. <br /><br /> - Go for the big daddy and purchase the 12-month premium gold pack. This will get you a 12-month membership, the Xbox 360 headset, the Xbox Live arcade game, Bankshot Billiards, and 200 Microsoft points. This costs about $70, but currently has a $20 rebate. <br /><br /> If you're not sure you want to pay for a membership, there is a free 48-hour trial offer, which allows you to try the service before deciding if you want to subscribe. Like any free trial, this is a great way to decide if this is the right service for you. <bio>Mark Robbins is a gamer providing valuable tips and advice on video game systems, game cheats, and giving new game reviews. <a href="http://www.xbox-360-guide.com" >http://www.xbox-360-guide.com</a> </bio>]]></content:encoded>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[Finding <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/cheap+xbox+games" rel="tag">cheap <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/xbox+game" rel="tag">Xbox game</a>s</a> has never been easier. If you are an owner and fan of the first Microsoftvideo game cheer up, the Xbox, you are probably just as excited as I am about the recent release of their follow up model the <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/xbox+360" rel="tag">Xbox 360</a>. Personally, I'm not excited because I plan on buying an Xbox 360 I'm just stoked because the prices on the original Xbox games are dropping as a result. Cheap Xbox games are suddenly everywhere, and I'm in Xbox heaven. <br /><br /> Games that were just a handful of months ago in the $30-50 dollar range are now in the $15-30 dollar area. Some especially cheap Xbox games can be found for around $10 or less. This is a perfect example of the financial advantage of staying just one step behind the current generation of technology, a method I've been using for computers for years. <br /><br /> The best way to find cheap Xbox games is to examine it online. With just a little bit of inquiring you can find some really good deals on decent Xbox games to order. Cheap Xbox games are sold by many different companies, and to stay competitive they're always dropping their prices. One online site I like to use is of course <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/ebay" rel="tag">EBay</a>. Ebay is a great source for cheap Xbox games, even if they are used. I've never had any problems with a used Xbox game, and so if you are trying to get cheap Xbox games I would recommend looking for preowned ones. <br /><br /> A lot of local stores will carry preened Xbox games as well, if you don't like using EBay. One chain I like is <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/eb+games" rel="tag">EB Games</a>. EB Games is just about everywhere in the U.S. now, and they usually have a good selection of cheap Xbox games. While you can search for specific <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/used+xbox+games" rel="tag">used Xbox games</a> on their site, sometimes its fun to just pop into one of their stores if you see one. Actually <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/perusing" rel="tag">perusing</a> their used Xbox game shelf may help you catch a title or two you wouldn't have thought to search for. <br /><br /> With several more next generation video consoles scheduled to come out soon, I suspect the prices on Xbox games are going to continue their downward force. Just keeping your eyes open and staying watchful on the internet, you're sure to find all of the cheap Xbox games you'd ever want and then some. A few years down the road when the next Xbox comes out, I'll be doing the same thing with the Xbox 360. <bio>Glen B. <content:encoded><![CDATA[Do you know what's special about the Xbox 360? Here are some of the features you can expect from Xbox 360: <br /><br /> Ring of Light and Xbox Guide Button. The ring of light is the power button and it is divided into four quadrants that can display a number of different colors depending on what is going on. <br /><br /> The Xbox Guide button is prominently featured on the controller as well as the Xbox 360 remote. This will allow you to instantly access information on person who just challenged you on <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/xbox+live" rel="tag">Xbox Live</a>. Or you can even jump right to where you can find downloadable content for the game you are currently playing. The Xbox Guide button will also allow you to turn the Xbox 360 system on and off from the comfort of your couch. That is one great idea that is has long been overdue. <br /><br /> Xbox Live -- There will be two types of Xbox Live for the Xbox 360. <br /><br /> The Silver version is free. It allows you to access the Xbox Live Marketplace as well as communicate with your friends using <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/voice+chat" rel="tag">voice chat</a>. However, you cannot <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/play+games" rel="tag">play games</a> online. <br /><br /> With the Gold version of Xbox Live, you get all of the possible features. <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/most+importantly" rel="tag">Most importantly</a>, you can play <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/games+online" rel="tag">games online</a>. Your achievements and statistics will be stored so you can check them whenever you want. You will also be able to use video chat and video messaging. Microsoft has announced that all <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/new+xbox+360" rel="tag">new Xbox 360</a> owners will get Gold Service feature for the first month. After that, the pricing will be similar to Xbox Live on the current Xbox. <br /><br /> Xbox Live Marketplace. Another great feature of Xbox 360. The marketplace is an area where you will be able to download <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/game+demos" rel="tag">game demos</a> and trailers as well as new content for games such as new levels, characters, vehicles, weapons, and many others. Some things are free of charge but you will have to pay for some premium content. <br /><br /> Digital Entertainment. The Xbox 360 allows you to rip your music to the hard drive to be used during games. It will also stream music off of any MP3 player that you plug into the USB 2.0 ports. This is including Sony PSP. <br /><br /> You can also upload photos to the hard drive and share them with your friends on Xbox Live. The Xbox 360 also features DVD movies. Unlike the original Xbox, the Xbox 360 can display them in progressive scan. It seems like DVD playback will be available out of the box and will not require the purchase of an extra remote or anything. Definitely an improvement. <br /><br /> Personalizing your console. With the interchangeable faces of the system itself, you can change the color of your system whenever you want by simply snapping on a new face. <br /><br /> You do not even have to buy new faces because you could simply paint the stock face yourself. It is guaranteed that Microsoft will roll out a line of limited edition and collectible faces to lure people in, though. <br /><br /> You will also be able to customize the look and feel of the Xbox Guide browser on the system. Suspiciously similar to changing themes in Windows on your computer. Customization is always a good thing and while these features do not really mean anything in the long run, they certainly provide a nice change every once in awhile. <br /><br /> Xbox 360 and its great features are a great deal unto itself. <br /><br /> Basically, the hard drive is the one playing a major role in how you can use the Xbox 360. You are given the choice of saving the progress of the game on the hard drive, as well as rip your CDs to it. <br /><br /> You can transfer music, videos, and photos from your mp3 player or other USB devices. It will also be necessary to spend more time on Xbox Live because custom content, patches, and other downloadable content needs to be put stored somewhere and a little 64MB memory card isn't going to cut it. <br /><br /> The hard drive is required for backwards compatibility. The other bonus to having such a hard drive is that loading time is faster especially in some games and other performances boosts. <br /><br /> With all these Xbox features up for grabs, what more can you ask for? <bio>Lisa Whister is a publisher and website owner. <content:encoded><![CDATA[ EA's latest installment in the Burnout series, <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/burnout+revenge" rel="tag">Burnout Revenge</a>, comes to the Xbox 360. While it has been redone for the next generation platform with more <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/game+play" rel="tag">game play</a>, different boards, more routes and incredibly <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/crisp+graphics" rel="tag">crisp graphics</a> it doesn't forge any new ground from the <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/xbox+version" rel="tag">Xbox version</a>. I remember the first time we put the game in because our minds were really blown by the killer graphics that this game has. The cars in general maintain the same arcade like feel that the other Burnout games have had without a real <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/noticeable+difference" rel="tag">noticeable difference</a> to handling of the cars just the speed of the game play. I had played all the way through this game on the Xbox and graphics aside the most noticeable difference between the two versions was the difficulty level. The Xbox version is considerably harder than the Xbox 360 version. It can be frustrating if you are trying to bust the achievements. <br /><br /> The rough thing about most racing games is the fact that the achievements are geared to a lot of game play. The higher ones tend to be achievable only after you've really mastered the game. That is certainly the case with Burnout Revenge. It may even be tougher than most when you consider you have to perfect all of the events at each level. This could take quite a few real time hours. This can be a good or bad thing depending on what you're looking for. If you are looking for easy achievements you will not find them in this game. <br /><br /> Overall if you played Burnout Revenge on the Xbox first I would not recommend you spend the money to get this title on the Xbox 360 because they are so similar. However if you are a fan or never played the Xbox version it is definitely worth the money. Its difficult achievement structure and lack of originality lowers its overall rating to 6 out of 10. <bio>Get the latest real word on <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/xbox+360+achievements" rel="tag">XBox 360 Achievements</a>. <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/grab" rel="tag">Grab</a> your copy of the <a href="http://www.easy360achievements.com" >http://www.easy360achievements.com</a> </bio>]]></content:encoded>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[ One of the most basic problems with the ongoing improvements in gaming console technology is the issue of backwards compatibility. In the past, games from its predecessor would not be compatible with the latest version of the <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/game+console" rel="tag">game console</a>. <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/xbox360" rel="tag">Xbox360</a> games have this feature. There are ways so that you can play your <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/xbox+games" rel="tag">Xbox games</a> using the 360 console. <br /><br /> One way of allowing you to play both versions of the said games is via updating your game console through the Live system. However, it is required in this method that a <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/broadband+internet+connection" rel="tag">broadband internet connection</a> is present. The simple process of connecting your <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/game+unit" rel="tag">game unit</a> to an available broadband connection will allow you to update your system. After connecting, all that you really have to do is to wait for the process to finish. Afterwards, you can start playing your original Xbox360 games! By doing this, you remain updated about the latest addition to the games that are being supported by the system. Of course you would be needing a Live account, which could either be a Silver or the Gold membership package. <br /><br /> Another method that would to allow you to play Xbox games on your 360 console is by CD or DVD burning. This is for those who do not have a broadband internet connection. A simple dial-up connection would be sufficient for the download to complete. Using this method, one could simply go to <a href="<a href="http://Xbox.com">http://Xbox.com.</a>"><a href="http://Xbox.com">http://Xbox.com.</a></a> and download a copy of the game and simply burn it on a disc. This is especially useful for people whose consoles are not connected to a broadband internet connection. It also adds that you could get a supported copy of the game some place else, where an internet connection and a CD or DVD burner is present. This saves you from the task of having to bring the whole game console just to get the <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/supported+games" rel="tag">supported games</a>. The process is just as simple as creating an audio cd. This should not prove to be that difficult even for beginners. <br /><br /> The last of the methods which would allow gamers to play Xbox360 games in a 360 console would be to order it directly from <a href="<a href="http://Xbox.com">http://Xbox.com.</a>"><a href="http://Xbox.com">http://Xbox.com.</a></a>. However, this method would only be available by Early December to some people. But then again, it may seem as the most viable option. The disc includes all the necessary updates needed by the system to enable it to have backwards compatibility. It will be updating the program for the backwards compatibility, which would of course also update the operating system for your game console. <br /><br /> I should say that this backwards compatibility feature is really ingenious. First of all, it saves gamers all that money that would either go to waste. Waste of money happens because they cannot use their old games or they purchase new games. Although this feature only allows your Xbox360 and Xbox games to be played on the 360 console, it will definitely be a feature that would dictate future technological developments in the gaming industry. <bio>For more valuable information on xbox360 xbox, please visit <a href="http://www.xbox360-blogger.com">http://www.xbox360-blogger.com</a> </bio>]]></content:encoded>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[Microsoft has tried to catch up with some of the titans of the gaming world, such as Sony with the release of the <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/xbox+360" rel="tag">Xbox 360</a>. The Xbox 360 offers many new features that players will love: <br /><br /> Free limited subscription to online gaming - This allows players who have not been participating in online gaming a chance to see what is available at no charge. All <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/xbox+360s" rel="tag">Xbox 360s</a> come with Live-aware - This means you can get a friend invite or see who is online and what they are playing from your Xbox 360. The button in the middle of the controller makes all this very easy. <br /><br /> It offers great media features including listening to music while you play games, the ability to create custom playlists and your own custom soundtracks, the ability to rip songs from original CDs to your Xbox 360 and stream music from your MP3 player to your Xbox 360. You can also create slideshows of photos to share with friends and family. Xbox 360 has a wireless controller. No more tripping over the wires, although it can support two wired controllers through USB ports in the front. The game console is not only great for gamers, but developers as well. It is a powerful machine with an unprecedented amount of RAM - a feature added on the request of developers. <br /><br /> But, Xbox 360 still has some problems that need to be worked out: <br /><br /> Their Japanese third party support is lacking - While some Japanese developers offer software for the Xbox, it is small in number when compared to what the same developers offer for Playstation. While the controller is wireless, it eats batteries rather quickly. Standard <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/alkaline+batteries" rel="tag">alkaline batteries</a> only last about thirty hours, so if you <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/buy+xbox" rel="tag">buy Xbox</a> 360, invest in <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/rechargeable+batteries" rel="tag">rechargeable batteries</a> to save yourself some money in the end. When they were set up in <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/walmart+stores" rel="tag">WalMart stores</a> before days before the <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/launch" rel="tag">launch</a>, many suffered what is known as the Xbox "360 screen of death," an error screen. The Xbox 360 had also had some problems with overheating. Some report the Xbox 360 system as being very noisy when playing an Xbox 360 disc. <br /><br /> Many people are eagerly awaiting the release of Playstation 3, which may occur as soon as November of this year. It has been said that the Playstation 3 has an outward feel (which allows it to stand vertically or horizontally on its own), as opposed to the Xbox 360's inward feel. It is a much larger console than the Playstation 2 and closer to the original size of the Xbox. Game discs slide into the console like CDs slide into a car player. <br /><br /> Here are a few attractive features of the Playstation 3: <br /><br /> It is always on, so you can access your Playstation 3 from anywhere as long as you have an Internet connection. With a Playstation Portable, you can connect to your Playstation 3 and transfer media such as music and movies. The Playstation 3 appears to be much more powerful than that Xbox 360, Ninetindo Revolution, and Playstation 2. Initial reports say it will be twice as fast as the Xbox 360. Developers and publishers of over 230 games have announced titles for Playstation 3 games. <br /><br /> Here are a few reported cons and problems with the Playstation 360: <br /><br /> Comes with only 256 MB, less than the 512 MB the Xbox 360 will come with. Their Playstation Network Platform (the online service) is still in development and may not be ready by the time Playstation 3 is released. <br /><br /> The launch of the Playstation 3 has already been delayed due to disk problems. <br /><br /> Both the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 are incredible gaming consoles. It seems that although the Xbox 360 came out first, the best bet is still the Playstation 3. The strongest point of the Xbox 360 is its online functionality, but Sony may be working on something similar to Xbox Live right now. However, Microsoft is closing the gap with Xbox 360 and probably will eventually catch up with Sony in gaming consoles. For some users, it may come down to something as simple as which one is more compatible with the games they already own. <bio>Mark Robbins is a gamer providing valuable tips and advice on video game systems, game cheats, and giving new game reviews. <a href="http://www.xbox-360-guide.com" >http://www.xbox-360-guide.com</a> </bio>]]></content:encoded>

It combines games, entertainment, information, community, and innovation. The company plans to introduce the Xbox 360 in Europe, North America, and Japan in November of 2006. <br /><br /> Designers in San Francisco and Japan have surrounded the powerful console technology with a stylish and sophisticated exterior. Microsoft's new game console has altered the look and sound of games. Game worlds come alive through the wonderful detail, and animated characters show a range of emotions that add to the user's unique gaming experience. The Xbox 360 offers 720p and 1080i resolution in the 16:9, wide-screen format to give smoother, movie-quality graphics and multi-channel enclosed sound. <br /><br /> The console offers an array of <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/fabulous+games" rel="tag">fabulous games</a> that make use of its powerful and intelligent technology. Users get access to compelling game-play, a choice of individuals to play with, and ways to watch and enjoy digital music, videos, photographs, and other content like never before. The Xbox 360 illustrates the fact that the next generation of gaming has arrived. Games on the Xbox 360 can be experienced in high-definition, and users can also stream high-definition TV and movies directly from their Windows Media Center Edition computer to the Xbox 360. <br /><br /> With the Xbox 360, users can personalize their systems and experiences. For example, it is possible to change the appearance of the console by using the interchangeable "<a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/faces" rel="tag">faces</a>" available through the Marketplace. Users simply turn on the system to download <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/character+skins" rel="tag">character skins</a>, additional levels, and more via the Xbox Live Marketplace. There are skins and faces available to fit any personality or mood. <br /><br /> By pushing the Xbox <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/guide+button" rel="tag">Guide button</a>, users can gain access to the Gamer Guide, an instant gateway that connects them instantly to music, movies, friends, games, and other downloadable content. The Ring of Light button and the Guide button both connect users to digital media and to Xbox Live, which is the first unified, global, online console game service. The Guide button also turns the system on and off without exiting. <br /><br /> If they have a broadband connection, users can access Xbox Live Silver, which lets them construct profiles, gamer cards, and gamer tags, as well as speak to other gamers via the voice chat, and access the Live Marketplace for free. Multiplayer online gaming is also available through an upgrade to Xbox Live Gold. <bio>To discover more articles about communication and technology visit <a href="http://www.communication-tips.com" >http://www.communication-tips.com</a> </bio>]]></content:encoded>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[The MSN Messenger is an instantaneous messenger system from Microsoft, which permits you while to chat with your associates on the Internet thus you can transfer mails or chat with numerous associates simultaneously. Additionally, the MSN Messenger informs you while you have up-to-the-minute email in the <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/hotmail+inbox" rel="tag">Hotmail inbox</a> and enables you to get entry into the inbox with a click of a key. You have complete power over who can call you and see whether you are on the Internet or not. At any occasion, you can have a look at the catalog of all clients who have put you into their recorders, plus you can simply block them if you select to do so. You can too provoke somebody in your record to access the web or to have fun with games through NetMeeting. A plan will even inform you while somebody you are conversing with is printing thus you can keep away from mixing messages.<br><br>Protocol<br><br>The MSN Messenger utilizes (MSNP) Microsoft Notification Protocol over (and alternatively over the HTTP to manage proxies) TCP to hook up to the .NET Messenger System -- a system presented on connection 1863 of "messenger.hotmail.com." Its existing edition is the MSNP13, utilized by MSN Messenger edition 7.5 as well as other 3rd-party users. Protocol is not totally covert; Microsoft revealed version MSNP2 to designers in the year1999 in <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/web+draft" rel="tag">web Draft</a>, but never <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/free+editions" rel="tag">free editions</a> eight, nine, ten, eleven or twelve to public. The .NET Messenger System servers now just accept protocol editions from eight and on, thus regulations of new instructions from editions eight, nine, ten, eleven and twelve are just recognized with the help of sniffers similar to Wireshark. The MSNP13 will be protocol utilized in Live Messenger of operating system. This application is yet not well-matched with the <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/mac+operating+system" rel="tag">Mac Operating System</a> X's browser as of yet.<br><br>Xbox Live Integration<br><br>As in MSN Messenger-7.0, user now gets the power of combination with Microsoft's Xbox Live online Gaming system. Clients of the MSN Messenger can link Xbox Web sites and link their gamertag to the Microsoft's .NET Passport system. This will enable MSN Messenger to account for the client's Xbox Live associates list, and enable them to launch game provocations to players, in order that client does not need to be on the Xbox Live so as to assemble games. This characteristic goes with the Microsoft's ongoing object to set integration in their systems. After 2nd December, the Xbox Live Integration had provisionally broken down. This was because of modification in hardware as well as protocol carried with release of an Xbox 360. The fault was almost immediately solved. Spring 2007 Updating for Xbox 360 permitted MSN clients plus 360 clients to chat at the same time, and even registers what game an Xbox Live client is enjoying to their MSN-Messenger associates. This task does not consist of video or else audio chat among Xbox live clients and MSN clients. This software is freely available on the msn website and can be downloaded in no time if you have access to Internet.<bio>Nathan Hutchinson wrote this great article. <content:encoded><![CDATA[How does the Xbox differ from the <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/xbox+360" rel="tag">Xbox 360</a>? This is probably one of the biggest questions for people who either own the <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/late+model" rel="tag">late model</a> and are curious about the new one. Also, this question would be plaguing the minds of those who do not have either, but are thinking of purchasing one. <br /><br /> We can <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/definitely" rel="tag">definitely</a> cite quite a number of differences between the Xbox and its later model. But whether these differences would count at all, would really matter mostly on the individual characteristics of the consumers. It really depends on whether the person asking this question is somebody who simply wants to be able to play a <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/video+game" rel="tag">video game</a> at home during his past time. Or, whether this person is a total technological fan who is always out to get the latest model of gizmos. <br /><br /> First of all, the Xbox 360 is the latest model of Microsoft's gaming console. One might naturally expect that some of the features found inside the latest model would not be found in its predecessor. They would definitely not want to release something supposedly new that is basically the same as the older model, would they? That's the fact for every <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/new+edition" rel="tag">new edition</a> of something that has been created before, especially regarding technological equipments and devices. There is always something added to it. <br /><br /> Improvement is always something that comes along in a new innovation. If you are a person who is quite <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/meticulous" rel="tag">meticulous</a> about details, you would surely be able to notice slight differences between the computer graphics offered by the Xbox and its newer version. <br /><br /> The design of the new Xbox 360 is supposed to be able to work better with HDTVs. These matters are really to be able to go along with the other technological marvels in this day. They would naturally want to keep up and become as compatible as possible with the current state-of-the-art. <br /><br /> However, tests have been conducted using the Xbox 360. What they found was that, without the proper equipment to match the specifications of the <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/game+console" rel="tag">game console</a>, all the new innovations in its features would simply go to waste. If for example you connect it to a television set that only has an RF connection, you would basically get a quality of graphics that is probably 10 years behind what is being offered by the modern day. <br /><br /> Some of the other features that you would want to take into consideration are the wireless controllers available for the Xbox 360, its network gaming capability via a broadband connection, hard disc storage, and USB compatibility. It's basically a home entertainment system on its own. You would be able to view pictures and video from a digital camera, play music, etc. <br /><br /> Backwards compatibility is also an added feature that would allow you to play old Xbox games using the new game console. If you have the older one, then you would not be able to play the latest games that are to come. <br /><br /> As for me, I think that both of the units would be able to perform just as well. If you are satisfied with the conventional features of the old model, then go for it. It isn't really that out-of-date you know. But if you think that the difference between the Xbox 360 and the older version Xbox is that big, then go for it! You would definitely be getting some more great features out of the newer version. That is, of course, worth some extra money. Or you could simply wait for about a year and extend your patience until the prices go down. But by then there would probably be a 720 version of it. <bio>For more valuable information on xbox360 xbox, please visit <a href="http://www.xbox360-blogger.com" >http://www.xbox360-blogger.com</a> </bio>]]></content:encoded>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[Microsoft has been sued for violation of <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/consumer+protection+laws" rel="tag">consumer protection laws</a> for continuing to sell the <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/xbox+360" rel="tag">Xbox 360</a> despite being aware the hardware is (allegedly) likely to suffer the Red Rings of Death and fail. "Microsoft cannot deny that the console has a problem, after all it has extended the warranty on all units to cover the general <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/hardware+failure" rel="tag">hardware failure</a> indicated by those three flashing red lights for a full three years.<br><br>One thing that Microsoft will not do, however, is come clean with the <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/exact+size" rel="tag">exact size</a> of the problem, although some analysts estimate this to possibly be as high as 15 percent. In many cases, Microsoft, Sony and Nintendo will charge over $150 USD for repairs to your <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/video+game+system" rel="tag">video game system</a>. If you have ever shipped your video game system to Microsoft, Nintendo or Sony in the past for repairs, or you visited your local <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/video+game+retailer" rel="tag">video game retailer</a>, undoubtedly you have found that you are just a 'number' on a long list of pending repair orders.<br><br>Looks like even the Elite version of the Xbox 360 is not free from the red rings of death. A good thing is to take advice and direction from XBox 360 users just like yourself who got just as frustrated as you are but who also have experience in electronics repair. A few dollars for their troubles and you can have proven, permanent, safe, and easy instructions for fixing your own XBox 360 right now and fast. If it just doesn't work, get your money back for the manual and send your XBox 360 to microsoft or your local booked-up repair center like you were already planning to do.<br><br>Presently, they are all that's available and more than enough to get your XBox 360 running <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/permanantly" rel="tag">permanantly</a>. If you didn't already know it, Microsoft has admitted that there are some serious flaws in this product and Xbox 360 system repair is needed. This has caused more and more people to send their consoles out for an Xbox 360 system fix, and the repair centers are simply too overloaded which makes wait times last up to a month or more. So, if you are experiencing this dilemma and want your Xbox 360 up and running without having to send it away then you are in luck.<br><br>First of all, realize there are lot's of stories, blogs, and other free remedies floating around the net about how to fix Xbox 360 system but alot of them will just end up damaging your Xbox 360. However, there are legitimate manuals that can be purchased and downloaded which are written by experienced Xbox 360 repair people that have proven methods and real guarantees for quick and easy fixes in times as little as an hour or less. Being hesitant about actually taking apart an Xbox 360 may not be a problem since many fixes do not even involve disassembly.<br><br>These become permanent fixes for the Xbox 360 and worries about break-downs happening again are vanished. Many people have reported using such Xbox 360 system repair guides and actually getting their Xbox 360 back in working order in under an hour. This certainly seems faster than the alternative turnaround times and expenses by going through the Microsoft repair Xbox 360 system plan. All at home xbox 360 system repair manuals are presently available for under $40.<bio>Find out all about fixing <a TARGET="_BLANK" href="http://www.squidoo.com/howtorepairxbox">xbox 360 red ring of death</a> Arthur Sim's squidoo lens talks more about the <a TARGET="_BLANK" href="http://www.squidoo.com/howtorepairxbox">xbox red ring of death</a> in detail and has tips on how to handle with it.</bio>]]></content:encoded>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[ <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/halo+3" rel="tag">Halo 3</a> is the newly released <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/microsoft+xbox" rel="tag">Microsoft Xbox</a> 360 video game that has the network of gamers on the internet all abuzz. Halo 3 is a first-person shooter developed by Bungie Studios exclusively for the Xbox 360. It is the final game in the Halo trilogy that has followed protagonist Master Chief's enduring efforts to save the world. Halo 3 is generally expected to be the top-selling game of the year for Microsoft's Xbox 360 console, the only machine on which the game can be run. Halo 3 is the final chapter of the video game that has been vital to sales of Microsoft's Xbox. Many who love it feel that Halo 3 is the best Halo that has ever been made; others feel that Halo 3 can be fantastically exciting when played against other gamers since it has well-designed multiplayer scenarios stocked with <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/exotic+weapons" rel="tag">exotic weapons</a> and riddled with passageways. Still others feel that Halo 3 is challenging in single-player mode, where all of the bad guys and some of the good are computer-controlled. Halo 3 is the first game in the series to feature custom soundtracks, allowing players to replace in-game music with their own choices. Halo 3 is unique in that almost anyone can easily pick up and play. It is the last game in this trilogy. Rumor has it that there are two new Halo games in development, one from filmmaker Peter Jackson, whose Halo film is on hold. <br /><br /> Critics of Halo 3 <br /><br /> Like most products, Halo 3 has its critics. Some say that Halo 3 is just Halo 2 with somewhat better graphics. Others feel it has not lived up to the hype and that Halo 3 is far from the most beautiful game ever, but it is definitely better than Halo 2 in significant ways. More specifically, Halo 3 HDTV players are finding that there is a lot of wasted space in the left- and right-<a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/hand+margins" rel="tag">hand margins</a> of their screens. <br /><br /> Halo 3 Premise and Profit <br /><br /> Halo 3 picks up shortly after Halo 2 ends, depositing you as Master Chief on Earth in the midst of a full-scale Covenant invasion. The <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/game+halo" rel="tag">game Halo</a> 3 is set in the year 2553 where a <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/bitter+struggle" rel="tag">bitter struggle</a> between humanity and a collective of alien races known as the Covenant is rife. Halo 3 follows super-soldier Master Chief as he battles for humankind against alien species Covenant and Flood. Halo 3 has the production standards of a Hollywood blockbuster and is expected to generate multiplex-style profits. Halo 3 is well on its way to becoming a top-selling game, and retailers pushed more than $170 million in copies on its very first day. Halo 3 is also expected to drive users toward the company's Xbox Live web service. <content:encoded><![CDATA[A systems' availability, specifications, price, number and quality of games and perhaps most importantly its' ability to provide fun and longevity are all factors that should be considered when purchasing a game console. After assessing the PS2 and Xbox on these criteria can we determine which console succeeds at obtaining higher sales?<br><br>The PS2 has the most games available as a result of its backward compatibility with Playstation. PS2 can not only play games intended for the original Playstation but it also makes them look better. It does not seem that Sony will have this advantage for very long however, as Xbox gears up to offer an extensive amount of games to a variety of gamers.<br><br>These two consoles are very similar in price however, Xbox tends to require the purchase of extra equipment for additional functions. For example, the PS2 comes ready to play DVD's whereas the Xbox requires the purchase of the <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/xbox+dvd+playback" rel="tag">Xbox DVD playback</a> kit. The Xbox to its credit does contain an 8GB Hard drive and is broadband ready and offers a live online gaming service. It is worth mentioning that PS2 does have extra gadgets available also for example a DVD remote, a hard disk, a mouse, a keyboard, an <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/eye+toy+camera" rel="tag">eye toy camera</a> and game-specific gadgets such as a microphone for <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/guitar+hero" rel="tag">Guitar Hero</a>.<br><br>Both systems have online capabilities, a similar amount and quality of games, cost the same amount of money and target the same market. The differences to follow put Xbox a nose ahead of the PS2. The graphics are sharper on an Xbox. Xbox loads and saves games faster since it writes the saved game data directly to the hard drive. This eliminates the need for memory cards. Also, with the purchase of 2 additional games and a controller a 50 <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/dollar+rebate" rel="tag">dollar rebate</a> was being offered on Xbox making it 50 dollars cheaper!<br><br>However, PS2 remained the leader in the industry. The year of its release the Playstation 2 showed the power of brand awareness and supplying capabilities. <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/sony+playstation+2" rel="tag"><a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/sony+playstation" rel="tag">Sony Playstation</a> 2</a> was the sales leader with a final tally of 1.4 million units sold as opposed to 934,000 Xbox consoles. With the launch of a new product by each manufacturer, Sony's Playstation 3 and Microsoft's Xbox 360 can we expect similar results? Is the PS3 likely to keep its lead in light of the inclusion of a blu-ray player combined with its industry clout? The most notable advantage for Microsoft is it's one year jump on the release of the PS3 which resulted in many multi-platform developers making Xbox 360 their primary platform, which means the games will look and perform better. The PS3 versions will be ports of the 360 versions (the opposite was true for Xbox and PS2). The PS3 ($399.00) is also 100 dollars more expensive than the Xbox 360($299.00).<br><br>A systems' availability, specifications, price, number and quality of games and perhaps most importantly its' ability to provide fun and longevity are all factors that should be considered when purchasing a game console. An assessment of these variables for the PS2 and Xbox revealed two very similar products and a leader as a result of industry clout. Their newer versions have changed the platforms a bit and resulted in products that are more dissimilar than their predecessors. These changes are bound to shake up the results of future product analysis! <content:encoded><![CDATA[It's a very common question that we get: Is it possible to burn <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/xbox+games" rel="tag">xbox games</a>? For those of you who want to make such a copy, here is a perfect guide to help you do it without any problem.<br><br>I remember the first time I tried to copy a game. I thought it would be easy. I got out a blank CD, opened up my <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/disc+drive" rel="tag">disc drive</a>, popped it in and loaded up my <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/cd+burning+software" rel="tag">CD burning software</a>. I figured if it could copy music CDs, it must be able to copy a game too!<br><br>You must have realized that you can't just copy this game on to a <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/blank+disc" rel="tag">blank disc</a> using the normal software that you have on your computer. This is because the <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/game+disc" rel="tag">game disc</a> has a kind of "lock" that doesn't allow your computer to read them. When your computer tries to read the disc, it just gets confused and can't make any sense of it.<br><br>Software companies have developed programs that can get past this lock. All you have to do is install this software on your computer and you will be able to not only read the disc but also make copies of it. By having this on your computer, it's kinda like teaching your computer a new language. All of a sudden xbox discs make sense.<br><br>Now, we should be clear about one thing. We AREN'T telling you to go out there and start copying all the games you can get your hands on. It's completely legal to make backups of the games that you already own. That is what the intention of these programs are - we aren't encouraging you to burn xbox games you don't own.<br><br>Lets now see how this software works.<br><br>Anyone who has burnt a CD will not find it difficult to make a copy of the game. Once the software is installed, you don't have to do much in order to burn xbox games. It's so easy a monkey could do it.<br><br>Just insert the game in your computer and wait till the system makes an "image" of the disc. This image will get transferred to any blank disc that you put inside now. That's it! Your copy is ready - it's as easy as "point and click".<br><br>Another point to remember is that your game-copying program should have a <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/money+back+guarantee" rel="tag">money back guarantee</a>. In case you are not satisfied with the performance of this program or your computer is not compatible with it then you should have an option open for you.<br><br>The best quality software that can be used immediately doesn't cost more than $40. So don't get cheated by paying more than that! I have seen some programs charging $119 - this is FAR more than you need to dish out!<br><br>That's all there is to it! It's easy to burn xbox games once this software is installed. Lots of people are used to making copies of their music CDs, but aren't sure how they can do the same with their games.<br><br>Today, we're going to explain exactly how copying XBOX games is possible. Before we do this, we should make one thing clear.<br><br>We aren't writing this article with the intention of having people make <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/illegal+copies" rel="tag">illegal copies</a> of XBOX games. The intention is to show you how you can make backups of the games that you already own - this is perfectly legal and a way to protect your discs from damage.<br><br>Ok - let's get to it. And don't worry - we're not going to throw a lot of technical or complicated instructions at you. It's actually an incredibly easy procedure to follow.<br><br>You might be asking yourself - Why can't I just use the same software that I use to burn music CDs to make copies of my XBOX games?<br><br>Well, because copying xbox games requires a more technologically advanced program.<br><br>You see, all games have a form of <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/copyright+protection" rel="tag">copyright protection</a> on them. This protection makes it impossible for your computer to "read" the disc unless you have a certain program installed. When your computer isn't able to read the disc, it's impossible for it to produce a copy.<br><br>There are a few copmanies that have produced <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/software+programs" rel="tag">software programs</a> specifically for making backups of video games. Once you install the program, your computer is able to get past the protections on the disc and copying xbox games is made possible.<br><br>Once you download and install a program designed for this function, it's a <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/piece+of+cake" rel="tag">piece of cake</a> from then on. The program makes it easy - you put in the game, let your computer make a copy on your hard drive, then insert a <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/blank+disc" rel="tag">blank disc</a> (DVD-R) and wait for your computer to transfer the data onto the disc.<br><br>I know it might sound overly simple, but that's really all there is to it! With a few clicks of the mouse you've got a <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/perfect+copy" rel="tag">perfect copy</a> that you can use whenever you want. As for the time it takes, you can have a game copied in under an hour. It's so easy a monkey could do it...<br><br>One piece of advice - don't overpay for this type of program. I have seen programs that are over $100 - there's absolutely no need to pay this much. In fact, the top-ranked program is around $30 or $40. Although some companies charge more and use all sorts of fancy marketing, you won't get anything more for your money.<br><br>This is the easiest way to be copying xbox games on your computer. It's uncomplicated and the perfect way to make backup copies of any game you have.
