If you are the owner, operator or manager of an Internet business, you likely find yourself constantly on the hunt for ways in which you can draw more traffic to your Internet business website. In this regard, one program that you might want to consider implementing is the use of keyword enriched articles at your Internet website. In this regard, you may not understand exactly what is meant by and involved with keyword enriched articles.

When a person undertakes a search, using a search engine service on the Internet and World Wide Web, a person uses certain words and terms in order to find what he or she is seeking through a particular search engine search. Generally speaking, these words and terms and phrases are known as keywords and keyword phrases.

By way of example, say that you are a seller of widgets on the Internet, that you market widgets through your Internet based websites. If a person was looking for widgets, that person would type widgets or keyword phrases that contain the word widgets into a search engine search. If the word widgets is used appropriately on the website that you are operating, a person searching for widgets -- perhaps a person looking to buy widgets -- very well may end up at your website. You will want your website to end up high on the list of a person's search results.

One method that you can utilize to ensure that your website obtains a higher ranking in searches relevant to your website and your business is the use of keyword enriched articles at your website. When a search engine undertakes a search, if you have properly placed keyword enriched articles at your website, you will be able to draw more traffic to your site because these search engines will pick up the keywords used in one or another of these articles.

When all is said and done, you will want to give serious consideration to the inclusion of keyword enriched articles at your business website. The use of keyword enriched articles within your business website can be a helpful tool to drawing more traffic to your business website, to drawing more customers of clients to your business. In the end, the use of keyword enriched articles can work to increase the profits from your business enterprise both now and well into the future. <bio>Dana Bradley writes about http://www.galaxyoflinks.com/ and http://www.gettextlinks.com </bio>

What is the best domain name to choose?

This is good question. Let's say I am starting a new business venture. I have decided on my company name and it is registered with the relevant authorities.

My company is called Joe's Trading Ltd and I sell cheap widgets. I now need to get my domain name. So what do I choose?

Firstly let's start with the name itself.

My company is called Joe's Trading Ltd so I guess I should register 'joestradingltd.com' or 'joestrading.com' or 'joestrading.co.uk', right?

Well no, not really...

When I register a domain name I need to consider a few important factors.

Firstly, what is the purpose of the domain? Is it's purpose corporate branding or is it to drive traffic to my website?

Well if my company is 'IMB' or 'MacDonalds', then I guess that branding is all important but 'Joes Trading Ltd' wants to sell blue widgets online and lots of them. My main priority is to generate website traffic and the more the better.

I am selling widgets. This is my target market and my unique selling position is that they are cheap.

So what has this got to do with my domain name?

Everything!

The domain name is a major factor when it comes to ranking on search engines. And search engines provide 90% of web site traffic.

In recent studies, it has been discovered that the domain name itself is a ranking factor and counts for 30% of the total factors that the search deems important when it ranks websites in its index.

Really, it is THAT important!

So what makes a higher ranking domain name?

Well, firstly short is best. The shorter the domain the higher the ranking.

Secondly, the domain must include the keyword for which you wish to rank high.

In this case Joes Trading Ltd sells Widgets so the domain should contain widgets. The widgets are cheap so the domain could be 'cheapwidgets.com'. This domain is going get higher ranking in the search engines for the search term 'widgets or 'cheap widgets' than 'joestrading.com' could ever hope to achieve

Higher ranking means more traffic which in turn means more sales andamp; profits.

So when it comes to purchasing your domain make search engine ranking your number one priority. <bio>Colin Hartness is the Sales Manager for Cheap Domain Names UK, a company specializing in low cost domain registration and hosting services with cutting edge onlne website building software.
A typical AdWords newbie is often guilty of several profit-squashing mistakes when setting up his first campaign. There are dozens of no-nos, but perhaps none so egregious as writing ineffective ads.

An effective AdWords ad is one that gets lots of clicks -- that's the only thing you should be concerned about when writing your ads (except, of course, Google's editorial policy). If you've done your keyword research, you'll get impressions; if you've got a page that converts to sales, you'll get a return on your investment. But getting people to your landing page is the ad's job, and there are some things you can do to pump up your clickthrough rate (CTR), which will improve your ads' positioning and lower your click costs.

First, some ad basics. Each AdWords ad comprises four lines of text: the first is the headline, which can contain up to 25 characters including spaces; the next two are the ad copy, 35 characters each; and the last is your display URL, also 35 characters. (There is actually a fifth line -- the destination URL -- but that won't display with your ad and shouldn't affect your CTRs). Obviously, the headline is most important, because it's usually the first thing a searcher sees. If you can make your headline jump out from the rest, your ad will be more visible. Fortunately, Google makes this pretty easy.

You may have noticed that, when searching on Google, your search query is bolded when it appears in any of the search results. The same thing goes for sponsored search results: if you include the keywords you're bidding on in your ad text, specifically the headline, your ad will stand out.

But what if you've got hundreds or thousands of keywords? You can't be expected to write a different ad for each keyword, right? Of course not -- and you don't have to. In AdWords, your keywords can be separated into groups, aptly dubbed "ad groups." Each ad group should contain a set of keywords and phrases that all have a common thread. For example, if you're bidding on the term "widgets," you should place each phrase containing that term into one ad group. You then write an ad whose title contains the word "widgets" -- for example, "Get Your Widgets Here." You can even repeat this for terms within ad groups. For example, in your "widgets" group, you might have the terms "red widgets" and "green widgets." You can take these out and place each in its own ad group, along with any other similar phrases. Then your ads will be even more focused -- for example, "Get Red Widgets Here." The more keywords that appear in your ad, the more relevant your ad becomes.

Chris McNeeney, author of "AdWords Miracle," has some great copywriting tips. Chris used to write classified ads for a living, and his mastery of the art is evident in the techniques he outlines in his book. For example, he talks about a method called "stop them in their tracks." To stop potential customers in their tracks, you've got to come up with ad copy that tells customers to do the opposite of what they're trying to do. In keeping with the widgets theme, you could write an ad whose headline says, "Don't Buy Any Widgets!" Follow that up with some relevant ad text that entices people to buy your widgets rather than someone else's, by including the benefits your widgets offer; e.g., "Check out ours first. Better, cheaper, and guaranteed." This kind of ad will get people's attention right away, and getting their attention is all you need to do.

And now, an experiment. Pretend you want to buy something online. Head over to Google and do a search for whatever it is. See the sponsored links? Look at the headlines. Which one jumps out at you first? I'm betting it's the one that seemed most relevant to your search because it contained the exact information you searched for. What's the headline look like? I bet at least one of the words is bolded (if not all of them), and I'll bet the rest of the ad lets you know exactly what you'll get when you click on it. This is the best way to figure out how to write ads. Put yourself in the place of your target market, and then actually do some searches and check out the ads. Which one makes you want to click? Ask people you know to do searches and tell you which ads grab their attention. You'll probably find it's the same kind of ad every time. <bio>Find more articles by Ryan Cole at http://www.theinternetmarketingblog.org.
If you are in the process of building and developing a website for your business, there are a number of pointers that you need to keep in mind as you go about pulling together your Internet based venue. By keeping these pointers and tips in mind, you will be able to create a truly profitable Internet business website that will serve you well today and well into the future.

First of all, when it comes to naming your website, to picking an actual address for your website, you would be well served including a highly used keyword or keyword phrase within the name and address if your Internet website. For example, let's say that you are in the business of selling widgets on the Internet and World Wide Web. If you could obtain the Internet address of "widgets.com" for your Internet based business enterprise, you would attract more traffic to your business simply because of the name itself. When a search engine lists results from a search, a typical search engine gives a greater amount of weight to those websites that include important keywords or search terms within the web address itself. In other words, if a person ran a search about widgets with a search engine, chances are well improved that the website called http://widgets.com will be placed towards the top of a list of Internet search engine results.

If you properly use important keyword terms and phrases related to the products or services in proper places within your website, you will also increase your ranking on search engine results. For example, you will want to prominently use important terms related to your business on the front page of your website to increase the ranking of your business following a search engine search. The use of these terms and phrases can work wonders to increasing customer or client traffic to your web based business enterprise.

If you are serious about structuring your email to increase traffic to your website as a result of search engine searches, you might want to seriously consider the hiring of a professional, a professional that is experienced in SEO. Although a professional will cost you some money, more often than not people find the hiring of such a professional to be a solid investment in the future of an Internet business enterprise. In short, the hiring of a SEO professional can be a truly important and meaningful investment in the future of your Internet business enterprise. <bio>James Brown writes about http://www.textlinksnow.com ,http://www.gettextlinks.com/ and http://www.linksboom.com/ </bio>

First let me explain article marketing for those that do not know what it is. Lets say your website is about widgets. You write an article on interesting ways people can use widgets.

In the footer of your article there is an author bio section. In the author bio section you place links to your website about widgets.

You submit that article to as many article directories as possible. You can use a service www.isnare.com ISnare.com who for two dollars per article will submit your article to hundreds of article directories.

Once you submit to all of those directories, remember the link in the author bio section, each of those directories is now a one-way inbound link.

Now none of those links is related to widgets, so they are not relative links, but they do still count for link popularity, just not as much as relative links do.

But the second reason that article directories exist is to provide free content to website owners. These website owners can take your article and use it as content for their website as long as they leave the links in the author bio section active and intact.

Article Marketing Doesn't Work. That is exactly what some old-time experienced SEO people are still saying. Yet, one of the clients I wrote articles for went from a link popularity of 1 to a link popularity of 457 in 8 days.

I received an email today from a client I wrote an article for on "Free Credit Repair" 3 days ago. He did a search in Google today for "Free Credit Repair" and the article was in the top 100. Tough category, but it was written 3 days ago and appears in Google for his search term with links to his website.

I can continue to provide dozens of examples where article marketing works and works fast. Once those articles are picked up by other websites besides the article directories, the real benefit comes.

Those websites that pick up and use the widget articles as content for their websites would not use the article if it were not related to their own topic, which means related to widgets in this case. That means relative one-way inbound links for your website.

If you have no use for quick link popularity and relative one-way inbound links to your website, then article marketing is not for you. <bio>If you would like to know more about article marketing or would like to have someone write articles for you, then visit NameCritic's Website at http://www.articlecontentprovider.com You can get free advice from NameCritic at http://www.blogs.pn and http://www.affiliatewebdesign.com </bio>

When it comes to building links to your site, there are a couple of areas you want to pay special attention to.

Be careful with link exchanges. Link exchanging is the process of you placing someone else's link on your web pages in exchange for them doing the same for you. Be careful of what sites you link to =96 you don't want your site to be linking to a bunch of low quality or unethical sites.

Be especially wary of automated link exchange programs. These systems may save you time, but they are frowned upon by the search engines and may cause you problems. Google, Yahoo, and MSN may penalize your site for using automated link exchange programs (often called link farms), or they may even ban your site.

If you decide to engage in link exchanges, be very selective about who you do it with and how many you have. Make sure the ads you do place there aren't a direct competition to what you have to offer. They should be for a product or service that is related to what you have to offer though. Try to do link exchanges with sites that will link to you from a semi-prominent page on their site.

When building links, be sure that you include your site's keywords in the anchor text of the link. For example, if your site's main keywords are buy widgets and blue widgets, you might use the anchor text buy blue widgets.

Don't get caught up in the process of placing numerous ads for other sites on your own web pages. Not only is it distracting to the customers who visit your site, but it can cost you business. When a visitor clicks a link to somewhere else there is a very high risk that they won't be returning to yours.

Building links is time consuming, but with hard work and some ingenuity, you can gain good search engine rankings. <bio>Our SEO friendly directory helps increase site popularity: http://www.samoris.com/ Submit your site today! </bio>

Widget for blog is the mantra that is raging as a top favorite among the blogging fraternity. If anything, a nice piece of widget increases interactivity of a blog, and yes it does a bit of fizz and flamboyance as well. The good news is there is no dearth of widget for blog, and if you're willing to spend a little of your time, you'll be spoilt with choices.

But before that, let's see what is a widget. And what it is that is so exciting about having one or more of it in your blog.

A widget, rather a web widget, is a small chunk of code, usually a JavaScript or a Flash Script, which when embedded in a blog or website, presents a fascinating array of interactive information. The code snippet of widget comes ready for use, and so there's no need of any programming skill to get going.

For example, if you're a MyBlogLog user, you get a JavaScript widget that shows who among MyBlogLog users are recent readers of a blog or website. Yet another widget shows outgoing links that are clicked by your visitors, updated hourly.

In my blog-site, Kolkata Musing, I use a Widgetbox widget that automatically stores the recent posts. What's more, it offers readers a no-hassle ready option to include the widget of my posts in their website. Cool indeed.

Okay, what Widgetbox does is reading the rss feed of a blog, and presenting the latest entries in an eye-catching fashion. As the feed updates with addition of posts, so does the widget, wherever it may be residing.

This is pretty much the same what many other widget management systems offer, for example SpringWidgets, owned by the same company that owns MySpace. In fact if you're using the syndicated content service of FeedBurner (now owned by Google) like this blog, you may use the syndicated feed to create a widget for embedding in any website.

Wordpress, the popular blogging platform, allows a wide variety of blog-related widgets, like calendar, recent posts, recent comments, and so on that can be chosen to be shown in the sidebar of the blog.

Yet another popular widget from WhoLinked, when placed in your website, allows you to see real-time all the incoming links to it.

Now that we've good idea about what a widget for blog can be, let's see some of the popular widget management systems that are there to explore. Here's a list of them about which the readers can find out more:

1. FunAdvice Widgets 2. Grazr 3. MuseStorm 4. Snipperoo 5. SpringWidgets 6. Widgetbox 7. Widgetoko 8. Widgets Lab 9. yourminis

A Note Of Caution

Some widgets you get to see in the sites above are so cool that you may feel inclined to include quite a few of them in your site. Better don't. Not for any apparent reason, but for the fact that the script that accompanies each widget takes time to load fully, and if several of them are there, then your blog page will take lot of time to display its full content.

Remember you'll normally have other JavaScript that are important for your blog. So, use widget for blog with care. <bio>Partha Bhattacharya is an expert SEO copywriter.
When we design and build our websites we work hard to make sure our site looks great, the font matches throughout the page, the colors work together rather than competing with one another. We want our readers to enjoy our website and come back. Most importantly we want our sites to make money. It's amazing how little thought we often put into actually getting visitors to our site in the first place.

There are many options for driving traffic to your site. Some of them are quite costly and some of them are surprisingly cheap. You have probably heard that writing good quality content is necessary in order to achieve good page rankings and obviously to receive repeat visitors, but did you know that by writing unique articles and submitting them to content sites with your byline and website address you are accomplishing two very important advertising strategies?

First by doing this, you are presenting yourself as an expert in the field. Whether you built your website as a one stop shop for any kind of widget on the planet or if your site is about a very specific widget, writing unique articles about widgets and distributing them to the various content sites that can be found all over the internet will gradually establish you as an authority in the field of widgets. You are also creating links to your website. It's always a good idea to have several incoming links to your website as this information gets picked up by the little bots that decide what your site is worth.

The important key to remember is that you need to write unique articles. This is critical to your article marketing success. Submitting the same article to many article sites, ezines, newsletters and article directories will destroy your page rank as you fall prey to the "Duplicate Content Filter" Google has implemented, and how other search engines view duplicate content. The more unique articles you can submit, the more they will be accepted by search engines and counted positively towards your inbound links which drive your page rank up. So how can you write hundreds of different unique articles you ask? Through article submission software that can randomly produce unique articles from your original draft. An excellent article submission software resource can be found at: www.articleprosoftware.com. It will randomly submit hundreds of unique articles to it's built in list of real publishers, and you can add your own favorite list later too.

Second, free advertising. These free content sites are actually quite widely read and the more people that see your article with your byline, the more potential visitors you have to your site. These are much better than going to one of those surfing sites in order to generate traffic and it is much less expensive than beginning a pay per click campaign.

Ultimately, the more your name is seen in association with widgets, the more credibility you gain in the great big world of widgets. Using a content site to drive traffic to your widget sales site is actually a very intelligent business decision. It's also a good idea to branch out beyond the world of widgets in your content writing. It could be that by writing an article on something that appeals to a broader market will lead to the selling of even more widgets.

It's really amazing the way things work out. There have been business cards that have made it around the world and finally resulted in a sale. Your sales page is essentially your business card on the web. The more you get people to see your page, the more opportunities you have to make a sale. Putting out unique articles where ever you can think of to do so will result in your article being seen and conversely your website address being seen by a much broader audience. Also by establishing yourself as the quintessential widget expert in many circles, you've 'branded' yourself, and people will think of your name when they think of widgets.
Google Adsense: Supreme Arbitrage Machine

The internet will finally be a better place where the forces of evil have been pushed to the brink of extinction and only the Righteous can walk in the light. Google Adsense is the SUPREME arbitrage machine probably one of the most successful Adsense Arbitrage vehicles ever seen. It should be the same with you as you implement this Adsense Arbitrage make money instruction.

Who Are Making the Money in Adsense Arbitrage?

Even though the Adsense ads are optimized most sites do not really make a respectable amount of money from it. Why? Because most sites place their ads so that they LOOK like ADS. The standard color for the Adsense Linked Title is a royal blue and the advertiser-url is a green. By changing the Linked Title to a dark blue and the Advertiser URL to a light grey you will also improve your CTR and hence your income. I've already begun to improve some of my Adsense Arbitrage strategies and will be monitoring income increase throughout the next three months at which time I'll write an article detailing my findings. Watch this space!.

Getting Traffic First

Without good traffic sense you can't make money from programs like Google AdSense that are willing to hand out cash. Google Adsense Arbitrage is perhaps the easiest way to attract advertisers from across the globe to your website. This is rather time and effort consuming.

Writing Relevant Traffic Pulling Articles

For example if it's a website about "widgets" and your article is a review on the latest "blue widgets" then Ad Sense on "Find Cheap Widgets Now!" would have a high percentage of clicks. There are more ways to make money and one can make more money with Adsense Arbitrage at the same time.

Getting High Relevancy Contents

Then the advertisers pay more money to have the customers click them. I know what Adsense Arbitrage is now just tell me how to optimize! Yeah you really wouldn't care about this article if you didnt know what Adsense was well anyways. AdSense Arbitrage sites made exclusively with articles from article sites have the advantage that every person will choose different articles and the disadvantage that some articles will be on an amazing number of sites.

Adsense Arbitrage: Are For All!

Whether you are just starting out with AdSense or whether you have been using it for years the success of your ads will depend on knowing the absolutely essential pieces of information about AdSense. <bio>Full details and videos on Adsense Arbitrage at http://www.arbitrageadsense.info/ </bio>

Very often we are asked to provide expected visitor volumes from the core target keywords of an SEO campaign. Of course, we explain the 'long tail' and the fact that many hundreds if not thousands of keywords will potentially be referring visitors, but it enables the client to quantify their investment by getting some gauge on expected sales and ROI. From the point of view of an SEO however, it can be quite tricky to explain the 'pinch of salt' aspect of any such estimates, and that there are no guarantees. It is a fine balancing act for SEO agencies -- avoiding the 'you said we would get 1000 visitors being #1 and we're getting 100' scenario is a must. Ensuring as high a level of accuracy as possible when estimating volumes is therefore also a must.

We have historically used a combination of the following tools and methods to gauge potential traffic volumes from natural search:

o Google Adwords / MSN AdCenter / Yahoo traffic estimators

o Online tools such as Keyword Discovery, Wordtracker, Wordze etc

o Existing PPC / Organic search analytics data

o Creating temporary PPC campaigns to test volumes

o Google Trends

Google Trends has always been useful to look at comparative volumes -- for example, we often use it to see whether the singular or plural of a keyword is more popular. Beyond this, it has always been quite limited. A recent Google Trends update however, could revolutionise the forecasting of organic search traffic.

Now that's all well and good but it still doesn't help in estimating traffic for those terms, so how do you do that? Well, any worthwhile SEO agency should have a decent portfolio of #1 rankings for relatively high volume search terms. I would also expect them to have a decent analytics package in place on their clients' sites, from which you can monitor the traffic those #1 rankings generate. This is key.

You may have already achieved a #1 position for 'blue widgets', and so are thinking about expanding your keyword list to include 'yellow widgets'. You already know how many visitors your 'blue widgets' success is worth, so now use Google Trends to compare volumes with 'yellow widgets'. If 'blue widgets' generates 100 visits per day, and Trends tells you that 'yellow widgets' is 0.6 of the volume, you know to expect 60 visits per day from a #1 position for 'yellow widgets'. Useful eh!

This is great because it is sector independent. Your results will not lose accuracy if you are comparing a keyword from one sector to a keyword from another.

Of course, number 1's can take time to achieve -- particularly for competitive keywords and relatively unestablished sites. It can often be useful therefore, to provide keyword traffic forecasts for other first page positions. How? By making use of the notoriously leaked AOL click through data. Knowing that a #2 ranking is worth x% of the visitors of #1, #3 worth x-1% etc you can quickly build up a list of visitor volumes for each of the top 10 positions, by keyword.

Any such forecasts are however just that. Forecasts, estimations, approximations. We always allow for a small variance due to influences on Click Rate (CTR) from the SERPS. Typical influencing factors are:

o Brand Terms -- Brand searches typically get a higher CTR.

o Long Tail Searches vs Generic Searches -- Long tail searches generally result in a higher CTR because the searcher is further through the 'search cycle'. They know exactly what they are looking for and so are more likely to click a search listing.

o Titles and Meta Descriptions -- more compelling search listing 'creative' usually sees a higher CTR than something bland and uninviting.

o PPC ads -- Generally speaking, the more PPC ads that are present on a page (especially at the top) the lower CTR the natural results will receive.

While these factors may, to a certain extent skew your results, our SEO traffic forecasting tests using Google Trends always maintain a decent level of accuracy.

The upgrade of Google Trends has many positive implications and is a huge help to anyone involved in search marketing, so thanks Google! It's nice to see a development that actually helps rather than hinders us SEOs!<bio>Latitude group is a search marketing agency established in 2001. SEO generates traffic, it is not "instantaneous." Utilizing search engine marketing programs such as pay per click, traffic can be received in a matter of days instead of months. As a result, every business should have a PPC program for their targeted keywords.</bio>

Not only are they advanced means of allowing people to have an easier time to pointing and interacting with sites, their design and programming overall is what really counts. We can see them all around and rather than searching for particular sites on your browser, you can get feeds and customize widgets as you please.

For sites, it makes it easier to design. No longer would they need to type anything to get the right format. With widgets, you can simply drag and drop and get the output you really want.

Facts and Questions (FAQ) portions are always a necessity in most sites. Especially if you are using a site for commercial use. It would be best to make sure you have this up so that in times of doubt and questioning, there is something that visitors can refer to.

There are tools for easily creating a fast FAQ portion. Remember that FAQ's don't have to be classy. The content is the important thing in them and making sure that you provide a comprehensive overview on it is surely something your site visitors will truly appreciate.

Photos and images are always the mainstream attention getter in most sites. One thing you will note that outside information and topics in demand, pictures are likewise sought after by most. They are used for personal use or even as supporting enhancers to sites or blogs.

The great way to share photos is to make sure that people can see them and even spread them. But while you are open to spreading your photos, be sure that you get the necessary credits for it. It is really unfair to upload a photo and not give due recognition to the people behind it.

Ever since the Internet was on the rise, a new way of sending greetings through interactive cards with images, graphics and now videos was a great way to communicate and express feelings to a loved one. These days, they are still around and surely you would really love the concepts and originality that most of these sites offer.

They are meant to show-off what design and ideas that people have today. For sure, they are still being used as big sites such as Yahoo still have them as an option for people who send greetings for their loved ones. They will really make your day and the recipient to which they will be sent.

Blogging is something that many people are taking up and surely they can count on Wordpress for good exposure. It is not really hard to understand. There will be new commands but if you walk through it, you will find the site software quite easy to understand and navigate in.

Besides, you have the visual editor to help you out. It is the simpler way of blogging and formatting as you want to see it. If you feel that you can master it, then you can always switch to the HTML editor where advanced features and commands can be used.<bio>Jon Caldwell is a professional content manager.
I have been working online at home for a very long time. I am my own boss, work whenever I want and however I want. You have no idea of the value of having no one breathing down your neck, constantly harassing you for a deadline that you were already going to meet anyway. This is the jewel that is work at home internet business.

Now, I'm assuming that as you read this article, you have already decided that you want to travel down this path, shedding away the labours of offline work and going on board the information superhighway to make a living for yourself. This article will help you to choose the best work at home business ideas. Now I have chosen three of the best which I feel will yield the most profit to labour ratio.

Business Idea No. 1 Online Options

The question here is simplicity and basics. Online trading is one of the most lucrative work at home business solutions there is on the internet. I will focus here on the trading of widgets, which has boomed of late. Widgets are sort of the digital commodities trade, as they can go up or down in value as time progresses. A good and simple example is if I decide now to contractually purchase in December a widget/product on the internet for a modest sum of $30 and suddenly as that month comes along, its price goes through the roof to $50. Immediately I purchase the product for $30 and sell it for its market rate, automatically making a profit. By taking the long position, I was able to instantly, with just a few clicks of the mouse, make a $20 profit on the product. Now, imagine if you speculate on many products or multiple widgets at a time, and thus you have the potential to make huge profits.

Business Idea No. 2 Online Focus Groups

Offline focus groups are tedious, time consuming and they force you to go to locations and sit in uncomfortable rooms to be questioned. Now companies are doing this online, paying up to and even over $150 an hour for you just to sit at your desktop and give your opinions. Register yourself at various online focus group collectives and start the ball rolling straight away. It will take some time, but once you are ensconced as a valued opinion giver, you will be making some serious money from home.

Business Idea No. 3 Creating a Blog

Blogs now are a huge phenomena, with more companies realising their power as a marketing and online advertising tool. Companies have gone so far to either 'create' or pay good bloggers good money to continuously post on blogs, review products and provide links back to their home page. It is all about viral and affiliate marketing online, and blogs are gaining popularity in the whole marketing leverage. Earn as much as $50 - $75 an hour posting on blogs.

It is that easy and these are 3 Most Profitable Work At Home Internet Business Ideas I can think of right now as they have been doing extremely well for me. There may be others, and I advise you to do some research into the matter.<bio> Click Here to discover the best ways to start your own Internet Home Business!
Blogging has become a central pillar in the online world. Internet technologies come and go with increasing frequency but blogging has staked a claim and is here to stay. A variety of platforms allow people to start a blog in minutes and without a penny changing hands. In addition, countless other service providers have developed widgets that can enhance a blog with additional functionality and style. This article will look at a few of the basics so you can get off to a running start.

There are two decisions you need to make right at the beginning. The first is which platform you'll be using to build your blog and the second is whether you'll host it on the provider's servers or your own. Let's look at both decisions in a bit more detail.

The two primary platforms out there are Blogger and WordPress. Blogger is owned by Google and is probably the easiest platform to get started on. It's really designed for the novice. Functionality features are easy to use and the interface is simple and intuitive. WordPress is an open source platform. That means it's developed by individual programmers all over the world and is available for anyone to use, free of charge.

Open source software is a fascinating phenomenon. People with all kinds of different business objectives end up developing extensions to facilitate their needs and those extensions then become available to the entire community. As a result, you can search for just about any extension you can imagine and build your own custom blog with precisely the features you want. WordPress is designed for a more sophisticated user but the advantages for the final product are substantial.

The next decision revolves around where you host your new blog. You can host it on the Blogger platform or the WordPress platform. In both cases, you would end up with a URL something like YourBlog.Blogger.com rather than your own custom URL. The upside is that it's easier and your blog will then be part of a HUGE website. That may improve your search engine ranking. The downside is that the ultimate control is out of your hands and your branding isn't complete. In other words, you will never have your own free-standing web address.

Once you have created your new blog, you're well advised to register it with all the free blog directories. Not surprisingly, there are dozens of them and they can help you drive traffic. You can also cross reference other people's comments, leaving them with a free banklink. That will help you get established in the community and encourage others to reference your comments on their blog. Depending on the blog, you could easily get the majority of your traffic from such a link.

A number of companies have developed platforms that add functionality or aggregate information and their widgets can easily be added to a blog, simply by adding a small piece of java script to your platform. This has become so common that Blogger, WordPress and others have designed specific modules to easily accept such scripts. Done properly, these widgets can make a simple blog look impressive and professional.

Tactical Execution is devoted to helping people and companies position themselves for tomorrow's opportunities.
Sometimes people are so sure what their customers' want that they don't listen to what their customers really need. Even if you think that you know what you are going to sell, open yourself to other possibilities. There once was a chiropractor who wanted to increase his practice using the techniques you are about to learn. The question he was asking himself kept him from seeing all of the profit centers that his knowledge could bring him.

His original question was, "How can I get more appointments." He changed his question from, "How can I get more appointments" to, "How can I expand my business?" He found that in addition to generating more appointments with his patients, he could also package his knowledge into books, e-books and audio programs. The Doctor now makes more from his information products than he does from his patients AND he is selling these products online 24 hours a day!

So even if you think you have the best widget in the world, don't just think about selling widgets. Think about the knowledge and information you have about making the widgets that people may be willing to pay you for. Think about the other products and services that widget buyers might be interested in buying. The people who made the most money during the California Gold Rush weren't the prospectors. They were the people selling the shovels, picks, hotel rooms, drinks and food.

The Two Things That Make People Buy....

So, why do people buy? People buy things for one of two reasons. They either perceive that what they are buying will solve a problem or they believe that it will lead to increased pleasure now or in the future. We've heard the old saying that people buy from emotions but justify with logic.

The Two Reasons People Buy:

1. Solve a problem (fulfill a need).
2. To fulfill a desire (experience pleasure).

The best product or service to sell is one that people already want. You can find out a great deal about what people already want if you can first find out what they are already looking for. You can find out a great deal about what people are looking for by looking through the things people search for on search engines.

This basic market research is a crucial step to make sure that there are people who actually want what you are thinking of offering. Entrepreneurs and inventors often fall in love with their idea before they have researched the market and are shattered when a lack of sales communicates a very painful message to the entrepreneur that could have been avoided if he or she did their research.

What it all comes down to is finding what people want and giving it to them, for a nice profit of course. A successful business is about finding a need or a problem and solving it. A successful business owner is someone who can look through the problem to see the pot of gold that is on the other side.<bio>Rayne Blane wants to link to your website!
As WordPress and blogging become more and more popular, the list of customization options continues to grow. One can attribute that to each user wanting his or her blog to be unique or very much personalized. Who knows, one day a theme can be just as unique as the blog's author! The following is an overview of the latest developments on WordPress themes.

WordPress Widgets

The blog software developer has recently come up with an edition of this plug-in for the full-version WordPress. A Widget here refers to those tools you can use to modify your site--its sidebar, design, or general layout--without having to know and use HTML codes. About a hundred Widgets are featured in the WordPress Widgets blog, and they are classified in categories such as photography, music, discussion, video, income, and links, among others. It is a fun and easy way of customizing your site, so that it features everything you care about, and nothing you don't.

Not all themes are ready for these Widgets, however, and some modifications need to be done to include this fun feature in the sites that make use of such themes. http://Automattic.com gives full instructions on how to go about making your WordPress site Widget-friendly. WordPress is continuously adding to their already-vast selection of Widgets to suit their user's whims and personalities.

Canvas Plugin

This blogger-friendly plugin has recently allowed blog users to create their very own theme for their WordPress blog. The good news is that this plugin allows users a pretty good level of customization without them having to study and use codes. The result: a site that looks very professional built within the range of a few minutes to a couple of hours. Even better news is that this plugin comes for free.

This stand-alone plugin opens up to a bare starting point, with a selection of blocks that you can include in your layout by drag-and-drop method. Among the many features of Canvas are Banner, RSS, Static Text, Feature, Digg, Flickr, Random Tagline, Comment, Category List, Asides, Archive, Description, Calendar, Search, Post, and Navigation functions. Meanwhile, an Ink tab gives the user the freedom to determine the styles to be used on the page, sans the need to check the actual stylesheet. This tab proves to be quite useful for beginners, because it features help links that corresponds to each theme component, the style of which you may be about to identify. These links load the template with an indication of the part in question, to give the user a clear idea of what effect the change will have.

"Being Moderated" Notification

It does not come as a surprise that some comments are being moderated by the recipient blog's owner or moderator. However, it would be nice for you to let your eager comment writers know that you have received their comment, when the system is programmed to delay posting of comments on your blog until it has been read and approved by you. Without this notification activated, some of your readers may think that their comment just got lost and they'll have to write their comment all over again, when in fact your blog has secured it and it's only waiting for your approval. However, the blog author may need to be familiar with code to activate this feature. Nevertheless, it is one way to deter comment spammers from infiltrating your blog. Your may also word the notification in your liking. Here's an example: "Thank you for your comment. It may take a while before your comment may be published. Please check back later."

More Themes to Match Content

While it is all up to the blog author to decide, it would be quite useful to have a theme that will give first-time readers of your blog a pretty good idea of what to expect by simply looking at the design in use. For this reason, WordPress theme designers are coming up with more specific themes to match a variety of specific types of content. Experts say that the first several seconds spent by a visitor on your blog determine the impression they get of your site. So if your site fails to capture attention right away, then it's most likely that you're losing potential repeat readers or site visits.

When designing your site or choosing the appropriate theme, keep in mind that the first concern of a site visitor is whether or not the site has the kind of information needed by him or her. The visual elements, being much faster to grasp than the textual, will help in a big way. If the theme you choose does not correspond to the general content of your site, then attracting more followers will need more effort. Whether we like it or not, looks matter for a lot of people, as this is how beliefs and opinions are initially formed.

WordPress Theme Contests

To ensure your steady stream of new themes, WordPress and certain partners have organized theme contests to discover and recognize the best themes that have cropped up lately. Last year even saw several competitions that attracted theme creators and users alike. This year, however, the WordPress camp has witnessed a slowing down in the production of themes, perhaps due to the fading novelty of it all, not discounting the fact that a lot of those who submitted themes before did it for free.

Nevertheless, customization of WordPress blogs still holds quite a lot of promise, with the arrival of new customization features, such as the Canvas and Widgets plugins. It also promises more highly-customizable themes in the future. For now, you would already be missing out on a lot if you are not already trying out the latest WordPress customization plugins. You can also try modifying some basic features, such as whether your front page should show excerpts or the full blog entries, or changing the number of posts that will show up on your blog index, or both. Whatever you choose, there are hundreds of themes available and other options for you to use, to get as close as ever to your most desired look for your blog. <bio>http://www.theinternetone.net </bio>

Internet marketing and blogging go almost hand-in-hand. Not only are blogs great for getting the word about your niche and your website out to the universe, but they help you to get search engine ranking, and blogging is fun and simple to do. But if you want a blog, now or in the future, you need to think about that before you acquire web hosting, as we discussed in an earlier "Getting Started with Internet Marketing" article. If you aren't techy enough to install a MySQL database (and if you're new, trust me, you probably can't do this), then you'll want to find cPanel web hosting with Fantastico. From there, getting a WordPress blog up and running is very simple to do.

Internet marketing people go for one of two types of blog, usually--WordPress or Movable Type. Of the two, WordPress is preferred because it's so search engine friendly and it's easily customizable. The newest version has sidebar widgets that you can move around and change very easily without having to mess with the code, like in earlier installations. There are also thousands of themes that you can download free and use. Plus, changing themes is extremely easy to do, just by clicking your mouse.

So, if you want a WordPress blog immediately or in the future, the easiest way to install one is via Fantastico which comes with cPanel hosting. This way, it's free and easy to install WordPress. If you opt for another hosting platform, and you're not doing the tech work yourself, you'll end up spending a few bucks to hire someone to do it for you, so it's really up to you. But if you do get the cPanel hosting, log into your control panel and scroll down to the bottom. You'll see a blue smiley face that says "Fantastico" or "Fantastico Deluxe." Click there.

Inside Fantastico, you'll see a long list of applications that you can install to your website, and if you're into Internet marketing, some of them can be very useful, like shopping carts, support desks, etc. But for now, just go to the "Blogs" section and click on WordPress. The next screen shows you some information to complete. So, do that and then, click "Install Word Press." You're all set!

Once your new blog is installed, it's time to make it yours. You can go to WordPress.org and find some cool themes to use or you can mess around with the widgets in your sidebar. Blogging is about having fun and getting your message out to the world. If it's an Internet marketing message be sure that your blog isn't too outrageous or nobody will take you seriously. That doesn't mean you can't be funny now and then, that you can use hot colors, or that you can't add video and audio and all the things that make blogs unique. Just remember you're there to drive traffic to your main website. There are some great ways to do that, but we'll discuss more about that in our next article... <bio>Tellman Knudson is CEO of Overcome Everything, Inc. and a master list builder.
If you are in a place where you want to grow the amount of relevant internet traffic to your business, you are in a place to consider a link building service! link building can play an extremely important part in ensuring that you get relevant browsers interested in your site, and with a little bit of information on this powerful resource, you will see why.

At its most basic level, link building is simple. Essentially, you are looking to find places that will link to you without you giving them a link in return. This acts as a testament to the quality of your site. Some link building is natural. People will automatically link to a site that they think is informative or interesting, and you'll also find that due to the fact that information on the internet is passed in a viral fashion, that links to your site can be passed around quite easily.

However, there are many things to consider when you are looking to use link building as a form of website marketing. While a little bit of link building can go a long way you really need a link building service to fully realise the potential of this resource. While the traffic you get from link building is important, link building is far more than just a popularity contest. Search engines like Google are using increasingly more complex and powerful algorithms to locate the results that they think their users want, one of the ways that they determine the attractiveness of a site is through how many links point to it. On top of this it is important to remember that the anchor text within your links are also very important as these will tell the search engines what your website is all about. If a search engine notes that your site has many links leading to it with anchor text referring to widgets, it will determine that your site is a popular resource and relevant to searches to do with widgets and will return your website higher in the natural search results for these.

A link building service can help you tap into the potential there. Not only will people find the link to your site on pages that find your site useful, the number of nonreciprocal links leading to your website will give you a good boost in the natural search engine results. The higher you get in the search engines, the more likely you are to get good relevant traffic to your website. Studies show that people very rarely make it to the second page of their search results; sometimes they don't even make it to the bottom of the first page. A placement at the top of the list of relevant search results can get you quite a bit of business, as a link building service will be sure to help you get there!

When you are considering a link building service, remember that they should be performed by a professional. They should be willing to give you some examples of the websites they have worked on and results achieved. After a quick check of their credentials, let them explain what a good link building service can do for you! <bio>Ben Norman is the MD of UK search marketing company Impact Media Ltd (http://www.impactmedialtd.co.uk), specialists in link building.
The internet's scope is both boom and bust for a local Realtor. Its use as an information tool fits nicely into the real estate business' frame work, but its hugeness can swallow well meaning, but misaligned marketing campaigns in a microsecond. How can a local Realtor effectively tap the resources of internet marketing without getting lost in the process?

The answer is to take what works for internet marketers and combine it with the techniques you use in your regular marketing. Internet marketers have already perfected an online sales model you can use. All you need to do is customize it for your use.

The models basic theory is this. Drive people specifically interested in widgets to web sites designed to capture their email addresses, and then periodically email those addresses with ad copy that's designed to make people buy widgets. The difference is you sell services, not widgets.

In example, say you want to work expired listings. You do two things. You print a flyer selling a web site that talks about homes that failed to sell in your market. You might talk about market conditions, listing length, pricing or whatever, but the mailing has to drive the prospect to the second thing in the equation, the web site.

On your site, you deal with the trauma of having a listing expire. You write this site with the most compelling, empathy filled copy you can about expired listings. And on this site, you have a place where the prospect can give you their email address so you can keep in touch with them about what's happening in the real estate market. This is called a capture page. On it you capture prospects you want to work with.

If they leave you their email, you've done your job. Now it's a simple task of following up with them using an auto responder. Once they are in your auto respond circuit, you can establish yourself with more marketing that helps them see that you are the best realtor in the market area.

I guarantee you, not many Realtors are using the web this way. I've used expired listings as an example. But hopefully you can see that integrating this type of viral marketing into your business will give you ready and cheap access to hoards of prospects in your market.

The mechanics behind the theory are websites, copywriting and auto responders. Now depending on your skill set, you may be able to generate much of what you need yourself. Only you know what you can do. But I can say, technology is so advanced today that most people will have a harder time coming up with great copy than they will generating the technology.

The type of website you need is not fancy. It just needs to be well written. You can generate a website in MS Word if you want or use affordable customizable real estate website solutions such as the one offered by www.RealtySoft.com. The copywriting needs to be your best sales stuff, but captured in print. And using an auto responder does not mean you have to hook up with a service. Check out www.zookoda.com for FREE access to a great auto responder. Just click a few buttons and it generates the code you drop in your site.

If you want to see an example of what one of these sites looks like, web search anything with "work from home" in the search string and check it out. If you want a firsthand experience in what the system does, sign up on the site and sit back. Soon enough you'll be getting emails telling you about the virtues of whatever it was you signed up for. I suggest you do this to see the technology in action.

Keep in mind, the widgets you sell are FSBO help, expired listing marketing and general marketing information local to your market. You package this in such a way that people will gladly give you their email in exchange for it. Internet marketers call it the pink spoon. It's like a free sample in an ice cream shop. If the sample is good enough, you'll sell the gallon.

Once you get the email address. You drip information to the prospect. Notice I said drip. Don't spam, nobody likes that. Spamming is the surest way to land your messages in the recycle bin. For that reason, I can't overemphasize the importance of your written copy in these campaigns. Your copy must be compelling. It must capture the interest of the prospect in a way that makes them notice you. Writing good copy is probably the hardest part of this whole process.

You don't have to do this all yourself. If you've got the money you can contract all, or part of this development out. For access to a host of great programmers, copy writers and other things you need to do this, cheap, check out www.elance.com. Elance is a great resource if you want to spec any marketing technology solution.

If you do this, and you do this right, in time you will build a reputation as the local internet real estate expert. But it takes time. Nothing on the web happens overnight, regardless of the message that work at home auto responder told you.<bio>Peyman Aleagha is the founder and President of RealtySoft.com.
Think of your "About Page" on your Blog as your "Why" page. This page should answer a few questions that may be in the mind of your readers:

Why am I at this blog? Why is this blogger qualified to write on this topic?

There are 4 things that your "About Page" must have to answer these questions and earn the visitor as a subscriber. The formula is really very simple. If you can answer each of these questions you should have a captivating "About Page."

What does this blog have to offer?

This is the section of the About Page where you share your vision of why you're writing the blog. What kind of information will your readers find in the blog? Are you reporting industry or company news; do you pass on useful hits and tips for a hobby or business?

This answers the question for your visitors "Why am I at this blog?" The number one reason for Internet usage is still information. If your visitor found you on the search engines, it's helpful if your about page tells visitors right from the beginning whether or not they've found what they were searching for.

Who is this blog written for?

This is where you identify your audience. It's really helpful if you tell your readers such things as this information is most helpful for beginnings or this is for advanced readers on this topic. This is a great opportunity to speak directly to your audience and "draw them into the conversation" so to speak. This further clarifies what the blog has to offer.

For example, if in step you identified your blog as a widget news - this sections further identifies that the news is directed at distributors of widgets and not end users of widgets.

What are the benefits of subscribing to this blog feed or email newsletter?

This is a further elaboration on not only what content will I find in this blog but why should I subscribe and keep reading. This is your opportunity to sell your readers on what is in it for them if they should choose to subscribe to the blog. Define for your readers what the benefits are from reading your life changing blog.

What are the blogger's credentials, qualifying them to write the blog?

THIS is where you write the bio. But please don't write a boring bio! Just write the relevant facts that relate to the first three things on your About Me page. This is where you describe your credentials for writing the blog.

First you should list the accomplishments and formal credentials relevant to the blog topic. This information helps to establish you as an authority or an expert on the topic of your blog. For example you could start out with listing books that you have written on the topic, or awards that you've been given on the topic. You may want to mention relevant organizations that you lead or participate in as well.

Once you've established credibility then you can tell them more about you - where you live, whether or not you have a family, your story, etc. This is where your loyal readers can get to know you better.

A really great About Me page follows these basics. I recommend you go polish your about page. This could be the "sweet spot" that helps you attract more relevant traffic to your blog. <bio>Would You Like Simple Step-by-Step Instructions to Boost Your Traffic, Triple Your Conversion Rates, and Take More Time Off?
