Whether you have found a new love interest or are considering marriage, it can be a challenge determining if your current relationship is ready for a major commitment. Many times, we feel ready for a serious relationship and to make that romantic connection. But, there are also many times, despite what we want and hope for in a relationship, that our instincts are telling us something to the contrary; he is not the right one.

Instead of fighting your instincts, let's explore what your intuition may be telling you and why you should embrace what you may not fully understand.

First, your instincts may be telling you that though on the surface he may meet all your criteria, there is something missing. Sometimes we may not be able to put our finger on it, but our intuition is there to let us know of things that we cannot see or otherwise understand. In these situations, it is important to rely on your gut and trust that any feelings of uncertainty, uneasiness, or doubt signal that there is indeed something missing in the relationship.

Though there are times when we do recognize what the relationship is lacking, the desire to make that romantic connection can be overpowering. You may weigh the pros and cons or overlook some less-than-desirable qualities and rationalize that are other traits that outweigh the negative. But if feelings of uncertainty or uneasiness still exist, your instincts are telling you, if not confirming, that those qualities (or lack thereof) should not be put aside.

Second, your instincts may be telling you that there is someone else out there. Someone more compatible and who will make you happier.

Often times when we sense that "he is not the right one" it because there is someone else out there who is. This should be something to be excited about! Just think, if this relationship makes you happy and you still have reservations about it, then how much happier and wonderful you will feel when you do find the right one! Embrace your instincts. They are telling you there is someone better for you -- and "better" is something to look forward to!

Lastly, if your instincts are telling you that the relationship is not right, it may be because there is something about him. Maybe he is not trustworthy, honest, or all that meets the eye. If there are things about him that are unsettling or suspicious, your instincts can give you the first indication that something is wrong. Or, once again, they may be confirming what you are already beginning to suspect.

Don't take a chance on a relationship you are unsure about. Listen to your instincts. Remember, if you are feeling unsettled there can be several reasons why your intuition is telling you that he is not the one. Whatever the reason, it is important to listen. Your instincts are a very reliable friend. This natural warning system can be the difference between long-term happiness and potential heartache. The truth may reveal itself years in the future, but the fact remains, listen to your heart and follow your instincts!<bio>Kim Wiederholt is the author of "Dating a Liar, a Cheater, and a Jerk." If you want to start your own business, you have to be willing to put it all on the line. You have to be willing to work tirelessly, night and day, in order to make your business succeed. Most people are simply not up to putting in this level of dedication. Nonetheless, if owning your own business is your dream, I say go for it.
One thing jumped out at me from the web when I was researching another topic yesterday. I see a trend developing that is both good and bad at the same time. Let me explain.

The good part is the trend is for communities, especially college communities to be offering classes in self defense geared to women but certainly for anyone including young children. A young child that is taught a life saving move at 5 or 6 will remember it forever-if they PRACTICE,

Much of what you need to know is actually easier to learn from a training DVD.

The bad news is according to Bureau of Justice statistics 17 percent of women can expect to be raped in their lifetime. In 2004 for every 1000 people there is one rape or sexual assault, two assaults with injury and 2 robberies-that's a one in five chance that you are going to be next. And the rate continues to climb. It is especially high in college communities.

When an assault occurs most victims are, justifiably so, caught off guard, panic and don't think clearly. But with a little common sense and practice your survival instincts will kick in.

When confronted by a potential attacker or rapist:

1. TRUST YOUR INSTINCTS.. If your gut tells you something is wrong don't be afraid to react.

2. MAKE NOISE.. Scream, yell, if you have a whistle use it, Try to attract as much attention as you can. The noise will eventually attract someone and in the process may deter the attacker.

3. STALL.. Time is on your side. Stall as long as you can. Tell your attacker you have STD's or AIDS. The longer you delay the better your chances. Don't show any fear, stay calm as long as you can.

4. GET ANGRY AND FIGHT BACK. This is not a garden party. Learn how to fight dirty. Gouge the eyes, hit and kick where it will do the most damage. Use whatever you have available as a weapon.

Additionally get used to being aware of your surroundings. Be leery of strangers asking directions, of sudden crowds around you, of a stranger approaching your car. Most of all trust your instincts-if your gut tells you something is wrong don't be afraid to react.

And lastly get used to always carrying some sort of personal defense device-a whistle, an alarm, a siren, mace pepper spray, stun gun or even a stick if you're out on a walk-anything that can help you MAKE NOISE, STALL, FIGHT BACK. Remember it's your life on the line-BE PREPARED-PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE!!! <bio>Take action TODAY and purchase a self defense training DVD and a non lethal self defense weapon http://www.aaa-safetyfirst.com/west.htm and http://www.aaa-safetyfirst.com/hotshotstungun.htm Check out our new website at http://www.s-e-l-f-d-e-f-e-n-s-e.com </bio>

In order to get to the fun part of owning a horse, one that you can take with you on trail rides or let your friends ride, you must first put in the training necessary to make him calm and agreeable in any situation. Its always great to find an older horse that is already "kid safe" but in the event you can't find or afford such a horse there are some things you can do to train your horse for trail or competition.

A "spooky" horse is no fun at all to ride as you are constantly worried that he will jump at the slightest sound or movement and you will end up with your backside on the ground looking up. A great partnership with your horse starts from his trust of his owner. Spend as much time with your horse as you can and get the groundwork in so that trust is built. Groundwork is the time and training you put in to your horse. It is the basics of horse training to work with a horse on the ground before even getting in the saddle. Daily grooming and working with your horse in different situations forms a bond or trust with your horse. You must become his "lead horse". Trust is invaluable as there are times when you need your horse to overcome his natural instincts to flee when he feels threatened. If your horse trusts you to keep him safe, he will ignore his instincts and remain calm. Take your time when grooming him and adopt a firm but fair attitude when handling him so that he learns to respect you as his herd leader.

One good way to help your horse react differently to situations is to take him out with a seasoned "kid safe" horse that stays calm under all conditions. When a horse sees and feels that another horse is not concerned or spooked at every paper bag blowing in the wind or scary leaves blowing around, then it helps him to realize that the world isn't quite as scary as he thought.

If your horse is scared of certain things, then make sure you expose it to him every day until he is completely comfortable around it. For example you can tie plastic bags to the fence and let them flap in the breeze. Then keep taking your horse past the bags every day as part of his training to NOT be afraid of things that are moving around him when he's under saddle. Fear is the main thing that drives a horse. The point is to make him comfortable with as many things as possible on an every day basis. Your horse can over-come 90% of all the outside influences that you can come up with and eventually even more.

If you have any questions on Horse supplies or Posh Pampered Pets, please call 979-221-7251 or email info@poshpamperedpets.com.
Trust in Relationships

In my work with couples, I often find a lack of trust at the root of many challenges they report.

Trust is a Verb

We have been taught to believe trust is a commodity to be earned by others. Once they have passed certain tests, then we feel safe to extend our trust. I would like to entertain the idea that trust can be a verb, rather than a noun. It's a choice you make and says much more about you than it does the person to whom you are extending that trust.

When you are involved in a relationship and you say you trust that person, it is more than a noun. It's not just a thing you extend to a person like a gift=97it is followed up with behaviors=97things you do and things you don't do.

When you trust someone, you know he or she will do the right thing. You know they have their affairs (no pun intended) under control. They are faithful and loyal. You don't need constant reassurance of this=97you just know.

What you don't do is constantly grill a person about where he or she is and with whom he or she is spending time. You don't have him or her followed looking for proof of infidelity. You don't snoop around in his or her personal belongings or private places. You trust that he or she can be trusted.

Trusting has so much more to do with who you are as a person than it does with who your partner is. When you are secure in yourself and know that you are worthy to receive love, then it is natural to trust.

The Law of Attraction

The Law of Attraction is a simple law of quantum physics which demonstrates over and over again that you will attract into your life that upon which you focus. If you look at life and see positive, happy things then you will attract more of that positive energy into your life. When you look at life and see negative, unhappy things everywhere, then guess what? You are going to attract more ugliness into your life.

If you always find yourself in relationships where you have been disappointed and lied to, ask yourself what is it about you that brings dishonorable people into your life? I'm not in any way blaming you for your misfortune, but I know people attract what they think about. So ask yourself, what are your thoughts that actually pull dishonest people into your life?

If you want more trust in your life, you have to be more trusting and more worthy of trust. You can't get from others what you don't possess in yourself. If you are looking inside out, then you must ask yourself, "Am I a trustworthy person? Does my partner realize that I have integrity and can be trusted? Do I extend trust to him or her?"

Of course, there will inevitably be someone you trusted who didn't deserve it, but don't allow that to shake the foundation of your self-confidence. It is right to trust the person with whom you are involved. If he or she is undeserving of your trust, in time this will be revealed to you and then you can move on and forgive=97whether or not you choose to stay with the person. But if your choice is to forgive and stay, then put trust into an action verb once more.

It does no good to stay if the trust is forever gone. You will find that eats at your self-esteem daily and you will turn into someone you don't recognize and definitely don't like.

Be the person you want to be in the relationship. Don't let paranoia and suspicion ruin a good thing.

Beyond Lost Trust

I was recently talking to one of my clients about her readiness to begin a new relationship. This woman, Susan, had been divorced for about five years and believed she was ready for a new dating relationship in her life but nothing was happening for her.

I asked her if there was something holding her back. She is an attractive and fun-loving person. I suggested that maybe her ex-husband was still holding too much power over her emotions to allow her to engage in a relationship with someone new.

She thought about that and realized that what really happened is that when her husband had an affair with a much younger woman, it totally shook her self-esteem. If she doesn't like herself, how can someone else be attracted to her?

So often, when our trust is shattered, we tend to look at ourselves. What's wrong with me? Why did someone I love betray me? Why didn't I see it? Instead, we need to look at the character flaw in the other person. When someone makes a promise to another and breaks it, then that is a flaw in them, not you.

Trusting really comes down to which is most important to you=97trust or self-protection? If you are more concerned with keeping yourself safe, you probably won't trust because you are afraid of being hurt. However, can you really protect yourself? Won't you still be hurt to learn of a loved one's deception? Without trust, you will never achieve that level of intimacy a trusting relationship provides. What will you really lose by trusting?

The most important thing, though, is to not lose respect for yourself. You are a worthy person. Spend some time engaging in some self-nurturing behavior. Learn to love yourself again. Your self-esteem cannot be based on the frailties of another person.

I have two questions. Do you want to be in a relationship with someone whom you can't trust? And do you want to be in a relationship where you are behaving as a jealous, crazy person?

This is definitely a personal decision and I simply ask you to evaluate your own behavior, and regardless of what your loved one does or does not do, are you able to be the person you want to be in your relationship? If not, are you willing to continue to function within the relationship or would it be better for you to end it? Only you can decide and only you can know what the right answer is for you.

Trust is Multi-Level

The trust one needs in a relationship is multi-level. At the base level, there is a trust in your partner. Of course, at this level, you could be right or you could be wrong. Your partner may deserve your trust or he or she may not. Your partner may be totally and completely untrustworthy. You have no control over that at all. If a person is unworthy of your trust, that in no way diminishes you. It is all about their character. You can't let it shake your self-confidence.

At the next level is a trust in oneself. At this level, it is important to trust your own instincts in people. You may not always be right. People are very good at deception if they want to be. Remember Ted Bundy? However, if you trust in yourself and your good judgment, when you make a mistake you won't be devastated. You just realize that you were involved with a person who was a master of deception and you move on undaunted but perhaps a bit wiser.

Finally, there is trust in the universal order of things=97a divine spirit, if you will. If you have total and complete trust in the Universal Spirit or your Higher Power then that trust will never be betrayed. The Universal Spirit will always provide you with what you need whenever you have a need.

I believe what happened with my client is her trust was placed completely in her partner. When the trust started to waiver, then the relationship failed. It's OK to trust the person with whom you're involved but your broader trust should be placed in yourself and then ultimately in the Universal Spirit.

Have you lost your trust? Do you want to get back to it? Let go of the wrong that was done, trust in yourself again and ultimately trust in the Universal Spirit to always and forever provide you what you need when you need it. You will discover a sense of peace and calm that will sustain you through the difficult and lonely times. <bio>Kim is an expert in relationships, parenting and personal empowerment, working with individuals who want to gain more effective control of their lives and relationships.
Trust is a feeling that comes automatically with some people and try as you may, will not be successful with some others. So, how does this feeling of trust develop between some people while it is not forthcoming with others although you are going head over heels in your attempt to instill this feeling of trust? This is so because of oxytocin.

Oxytocin is a naturally occurring hormone in the body responsible for several functions that include contractions during labor, breast feeding and improving the sexual orgasms. It is also the cause for bonding between the mother and the child and for the sense of trust to be instilled.

Researchers in Zurich University found out that inhalation of oxytocin spray can help in improving the level of trust a person feels for the other. This is so because the levels of oxytocin get enhanced by the inhalation thereby increasing the sensation of trust the person feels for the other.

Liquid Trust Spray is a revolutionary one of its kind product from Vero labs that has been formulated to help people develop trust in one another. The spray comes in a one ounce bottle that contains oxytocin along with other ingredients like SD alcohol and purified water. It is both colorless as well as odorless and is sprayed onto clothing. While being odorless, it does not matter what other perfume or deodorant you are using as its functions are not hampered by any of these.

Based on many customers' liquid trust reviews, it has been observed that liquid trust has been very effective in developing an increased level of trust among people in whom this feeling was never a feature earlier. People have tried out liquid trust in many situations to improve the level of trust. It has helped increase trust (for salesmen) to help close deals which was not so easy at earlier occasions and has helped many employers and employees develop mutual trust for one another.

Another big scenario where people are trying to use Liquid trust spray is the dating scenario. The biggest drawing factor among couples is trust. If couples do not trust one another, the relationship will fast go down the drain and they are bound to have a breakup.

The use of Liquid trust has been proven to improve level of trust among couples while many claim that it has also helped improve the level of sexual attraction. While different people are trying Liquid trust for different reasons, most of them are overly satisfied with the results they are being able to generate as a result of using the product.

A word of caution however is that Liquid trust spray works only for a hour or two once it is sprayed onto the clothing so it is best to use the product just before leaving for that important meeting or date. It is also best if the product is kept refrigerated at other times to prevent it from losing its properties.

You too can enjoy the benefits of dreaming big or winning over that dream date by opting to use liquid trust spray. The bottle comes in a 1oz packing that lasts for two months and the product comes with a money back guarantee for a period of two months in which you can effectively test the product as see the results for yourself.<bio>For more information about Liquid Trust Spray, visit Liquid Trust Review at http://www.liquidtrustreview.org/</bio>

In my recent consulting with several different companies, I have found a lack of trust at the root of many of their problems. Sometimes, the lack of trust is for other co-workers and other times it's a lack of trust in the company or administration.

We have been taught to believe trust is a commodity that is earned by others. Once they have passed certain tests, then we feel safe to extend our trust. I would like to entertain the idea that trust can be a verb, rather than a noun. It's a choice you make and says much more about you than it does the person to whom you are extending your trust.

When I posed the question to people, do you want to be able to trust your co-workers or administration, they all responded in the affirmative. They wanted to be able to trust but did not believe that others deserved it.

This begged the question, "What would you have to give up in order to trust others?" There were a variety of answer to this question but the majority of them centered around the idea of self-protection. If you were to trust, then you would look foolish. If you were to trust, then you would be hurt again. If you were to trust, then you would somehow lose something if the other person disappointed you.

I know there is an expression that goes something like this, "Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me," however, I'm not sure I think subscribing to that belief system is helpful in work.

Because my model of Empowered Leadership is an Inside Out model, I know that you want more trust in your life, you have to be more trusting and more worthy of trust. You can't get from others what you don't possess in yourself.

Let's look closely at this trust issue and ask some difficult questions. If you are feeling the need to protect yourself somehow, why is that? What are you afraid of? What's the worst thing that can happen? Will that really be so bad?

If you are looking inside out, then you must ask yourself, "Am I a trustworthy person? Do others realize that I have integrity and can be trusted? Do I extend trust to others?"

Now, of course, I am not talking about continuously putting yourself in situations with the same person who has proven a lack of trustworthiness. If you work with someone who attempted to pass off your work as his own, then you may be foolish to afford him another opportunity. However, is it possible for you to extend trust until someone proves he or she doesn't deserve it, rather than starting with no trust until he or she jumps through the necessary hoops to earn your trust?

It comes down to deciding what kind of person you want to be. Do you want to be a person who believes in the general good of humankind or do you want to be guarded, self-protective and suspicious? You get to decide how you want to operate in the world. Do not allow others to dictate this for you. Take charge and be the person you want to be.

If you find yourself in a situation with someone where trust has become an issue, make it a priority to investigate the situation. Go to the person, ask for and really listen to his or her account of what occurred. It's very possible that you don't have all the accurate information.

What I know is that there will only be limited teamwork or no teamwork at all without trust. If you are in an environment where you believe it is impossible to trust others, ask yourself if that is really where you want to be working. It may become necessary to reevaluate your employment decisions.

But the bottom line is, if you want to trust those with whom you work, then do it. Figure it out. Extend your trust. If your trust is violated, then that says a whole lot more about the other person than you. If you understand Inside Out Thinking, you know that you can handle those situations because you don't let other's behavior shake your foundation. You know who you are and are solid in it.

If you are in an organization where trust has become a big issue, it will likely take some time to heal the situation. However, one thing I know for sure is that it won't get better without action. If you keep doing what you've always done, you will continue to get what you've always gotten. It's time to make a change. What do you have to lose? <bio>Kim Olver, MS, NCC, LPC has been involved with social service agencies since 1980, holding a variety of positions from case manager to Assistant Executive Director to Director of Training and Development.
The type of care your loved one needs will help to determine the type of facility you want. Placing someone in a nursing home who is in charge of their faculties and they are able to communicate their wishes and needs to the staff, is different than admitting a patient that for one reason or another is unable to make their needs known.

If your loved one is more vulnerable and unable to communicate, they may be unable to report neglect or abuse. This by no means suggesting that inappropriate behavior is the norm, but you want to be assured that your family member is well taken care of and safe.

Little telltale signs of abuse include and are not limited to unexplained bruises, welts, and sores. Patients with bedsores or are dirty, have an odor, improper clothing for the weather, lice, dehydration, weight loss are signs of neglect. Signs of emotional abuse are derogatory remarks, verbal harassment and threats.

Here are a few things Arizona residents should look for when evaluating a facility:

1.Resident's hygiene: As you walk through the facility, how do the patients look? Make a note as to whether or not the patients look and smell clean.

2.Staffing: How many staffers do you see? Is there only one nurse caring for 18 patients or is there an adequate staff to patient ratio based on the types of illness/afflictions of the patients.

3.Facility cleanliness and safety: When you walk through the premises, check to see if whether the corridors are clean or dirty. Are there broken windows? How does the furniture look?

4.Trust your instincts. If you're thinking of putting a loved one in a facility, trust your initial gut reaction. If there is something about the facility that makes you feel uneasy, don't ignore it.
Who hasn't seen that popular depiction of a car salesman as a slick, smooth-talking con artist out to sell you what seems to be a serviceable enough automobile, only to have it break down as soon as you drive off the car lot? This scenario has been used in countless movies and comic strips; unfortunately it's not very funny if you are on the receiving end of a lemon.

We're certainly not suggesting that all car dealers are unscrupulous hucksters lying in white for the next pigeon to come along but the sad reality is that there are people who, while not entirely deceitful, may "neglect" to mention hidden defects or slap you with a surprise bill for "additional" costs. Understanding your rights as a consumer and learning how to negotiate from a position of strength will go a long way in helping you get the best possible automobile deal for your money.

When you are first making inquiries at various automobile dealerships for a car you wish to purchase, take the opportunity to get a feel for the salesperson at each of the particular branches; to test drive them so to speak. It is important to take this crucial step before you get into the nitty-gritty of bargaining.

Trust your instincts; is this person someone you will want to deal with for such an important transaction? Do they inspire trust in you and make you feel comfortable? You will want to deal with a person who shows genuine concern about giving you what you need yet informed enough to suggest better alternatives.

On the other hand, if a salesperson is impatient or too insistent or possibly even downright rude, walk away; you don't need the aggravation and there are certainly many much more accommodating car dealerships that will help you out.

Make sure you test-drive your potential car as much as is reasonably necessary and ask all the questions you need to know no matter how trivial; a good salesperson will know that every little question is a legitimate concern and it is reasonable to expect thoroughness on the part of a customer.

Another thing to be sure of is that the salesperson is clear and straightforward in all the aspects of the planned purchase.

It's true: a salesperson's ultimate goal is to close the sale. But there are good, knowledgeable salespeople out there who will not be afraid to suggest a totally different solution even if it affects his commission. <bio>Jim Karter is an auto expert from Boston, MA, who owns and run the website http://www.drnew.com which provides all car dealers information from various states and cities of America.
An SEO marketing career is not for everyone. For one thing there are risks to being an SEO affiliate marketer as there are no guarantee that you will have sales. No business is foolproof and the same goes for an SEO business that is based on affiliate marketing.

In order to succeed at SEO marketing you must have an entrepreneurial. An entrepreneurial spirit is one that likes what they do, is turned on by the risk of freelancing and that is competitive and ambitious (even if the odds seem stacked against them). If you are the type that yearns for other people's approval, security and frequent pets on the head for a job well done then this career is not for you.

Individuals who have an entrepreneurial spirit are good at multi-tasking. They learn from their mistakes and are not overwhelmed by what to other people would seem to be catastrophes. They are also curious and looking for the next wave or new thing. They also know how to take the latest trend and turn it into an SEO website. A great SEO marketer can turn a single word into massive profits in just under a month by utilizing clever keywords.

Successful entrepreneurs also tend to have very good gut instincts. If you don't feel that you are naturally a lucky person then it could be that your gut instincts are off and that you would not be a great judge of what sells or what is would be hot in the SEO market.

You always need to have a system. The system that works for you is worked out according to what your talents are, what you have to offer and what is in demand on the Internet.

To a real entrepreneur, chaos is just an opportunity to make more money and not an occasion to have a nervous breakdown. If you don't enjoy unpredictability then don't consider an SEO marketing career. <bio>Christopher Angus is a SEO and Website Marketer.
Online dating offers great benefits to both men and women. For men, they avoid the embarrassment of being openly rejected by women. For women they avoid men who might make unwanted advances especially when they are drunk.

Dating online makes it safe for both men and women. And the online dating system helps choose prospective dates for each of their members based on a created profile.

One of the drawbacks of online dating is its inability to predict chemistry -- so important when developing a relationship. Online dating functions like a place to find, introduce and develop significant relationships that evolve into something more than just an online friendship. The continuous growth of online dating is a clear indication that more and more people believe this way to meet people produces favorable results.

Although online dating has many advantages, the fact remains that there are some who are trying to abuse and misuse the system. And so, for the benefit of those who take online dating seriously here are some tips to help you get the most out of your online services:

1. Don't rush

You'll want to watch out for those who seem too good to be true. While this shouldn't hinder you from getting to know someone, proceed with care. Try to communicate via email for a while, and be mindful of any inconsistencies you notice in the responses.

Inconsistencies in the responses are good indication that a person is not telling the truth and therefore is not worth your time. Always try to trust your instincts especially during times when you feel that something is not right. Remember that not all members of an online dating service tell the truth about themselves.

2. Don't divulge too much personal information

Since you can be pretty sure that not every member of an online dating service will be telling the whole truth about themselves, it's best for you to do the same. Here are some safety tips:

• Never give out your last name, home address or phone number • Create a separate email address that you use solely for online dating • Avoid sharing your personal web site URL, where you work, or any other highly personal information. • Be sure to turn off your automatic email signature when sending emails to prospective dates • Stop communicating with anyone who insists on having your personal information or attempts in any way to trick you into revealing it.

You'll want to take some time to get to know your prospective online date before you give him or her any of your personal information.

You can get a feel for a person's trustworthiness by asking questions. If you find the answers convincing, you can reveal a bit more about yourself. Always trust your instincts.

3. Be careful and use good common sense

The reason why some people aren't successful with their online dating experience is simply that they have forgotten to exercise good judgment, especially in choosing their prospective online dates. Most often male online daters are the ones who make such mistakes. Let's face it, who wouldn't believe a beautiful and alluring female -- but don't forget that photos in profiles don't guarantee that the person who wrote the profile is the person in the photo

Remember that the weakness of most men is a beautiful woman and the same can be said of women with a handsome man. Sometimes a woman can be so overwhelmed when a hunky, good-looking type of guy notices them, they forget common sense.

The best thing is not to be carried away too easily. Take a conservative approach to trusting anyone you meet online. And also conduct yourself and your romances in a responsible manner.

4. Try to request a photo

Try to request photos in a variety of settings like casual, formal, indoor and outdoors of any prospective date. This helps you to make sure the person in the photo is really who they say they are. If he or she continuously makes excuses to keep from sending you some pictures, then this is a good clue that person hiding something. It would be best to stop your communication at once with this type of person. <bio>Simon Oliver has an interest in bringing people together.
Deed of trusts are probably one of the safest investments you can make that offers you a high return, but what exactly is a trust deed?

A trust deed, or deed of trust is a document that is used to secure the debt on a home acting as a mortgage. A trust deed is recorded as a lien on real property. However, although a deed of trust acts like a mortgage, it is important that you understand there are differences between a mortgage and a deed of trust.

The fundamental difference between deed of trusts and mortgages is the utilized procedure that is followed if the borrower neglectes his or her obligation to pay off the loan and breaks the agreement.

Concerning mortgages, if a borrower "defaults", such as by failing to make monthly payments or meet other conditions of the loan, such as carrying homeowner's insurance and maintaining the house in good repair, the lender have to bring a court action in order to foreclose on the property. Nevertheless with a trust deed, if the homeowner does not pay the loan, the foreclosure process is usually much faster and less complicated than the formal court foreclosure process.

A trust deed is used as security for a loan on real property, and the specifics regarding the loan are written in a promissory note. A deed of trust is then documented at the county recorder's office to legally notify the world that the property in question has now been pledged to secure a loan.

There are three parties involved in a trust deed:

1. Beneficiary - Investor/Lender/note holder 2. Trustor - Borrower 3. Trustee - Third party selected by the investor who has the

legal power to act on the behalf and hold title until the note has been paid.

When making a trust deed investment, the deed of trust recorded against the borrower's property title is what secures the lenders investment. When making an investment in a deed of trust, the trustor (borrower) makes the property transfer, in trust, to the trustee (independent third party). The trustee then holds the conditional title on the behalf of the beneficiary investor/lender/note holder), and then either of the following takes place:

1. The trust deed will be returned to the borrower once they satisfy all of the terms and conditions that were outlined in the promissory note.

2. The property will be put up for sale should the borrower default - also known as foreclosure. Foreclosure is the process that is taken by the investor in order to sell the property to a bidder from a third party, or to obtain title to the property. Usually the foreclosure sale satisfies the debt that is owed to the investor. <bio>Frank Mori regularly publishes the latest information about deeds of trust at: http://www.trustdeedbuyerinfo.com </bio>

REJECTION!andquot; responded several people at once.

Hear hear.

But who said anything about rejection when we signed up?

andquot; It's easy, anyone can do it. The product sells itself.andquot; Isn't that what you heard?

Maybe THAT'S what makes rejection so hard on someone like Julie, with no previous business background. It's so unexpected.

Unexpected because she trusted the experienced ones who told her andquot;The product sells itself.andquot;

Shall we stop doing this to new people?

Shall we instead tell the new person that we're looking for people like us, and that there's NO WAY it will be even close to andquot;everyoneandquot;? Like shopping for shoes or looking for tennis partners?

Did you know that andquot;almost one oneandquot; can bring you a LARGE income in a market where, in the US alone, there are nearly 300 million people?

How much would you make with 100 regular customers who buy the same amount you do? What about 1000? Or 10000?

Given the large numbers, a few hundred is andquot;almost one oneandquot; but enough to make a few extra thousand a month, for starters.

Are you making that now? Or your babies?

Trust yourself. Trust your instincts. If this is what is in your mind too, like it is mine, go ahead and feel it, express it and teach it to others of like mind.

***

~Does anyone know how the money gets made here~

When someone asks you, andquot; How does this work? How do you make money with this?andquot; Nearly every single person in network marketing stammers out something different - even people representing the same company.

andquot;Well, we develop people and help them get financial independence.andquot;

andquot;Oh, we teach people how to change their lives.andquot;

And when it gets to specifics, even within companies, no one agrees.

On a recent conference call with 50 reps, all veterans of 5 years or more from one company listening in, I asked the group how much they'd make if they got a new customer who spends $100/mo on their products.

No one could agree on what they'd make. NO ONE. They finally settled on an amount, but there was still disagreement.

Pay plans can be complex in our field, but if those in it cannot agree on something as simple as andquot;what do you make when you get a customer who spends $100/mo?andquot; then how in the world will anyone of them explain to a prospective business partner how the money gets made? <bio>Kim Klaver is Harvard andamp; Stanford educated.
TRUST is hard to earn, but easy to lose. And without TRUST, relationships come apart quickly.

Trust is the belief that a partner has your best interest at heart. And it is impossible to have a healthy relationship without trust.

Trust is a two-way street. Trust involves telling the truth AND being open to hearing what a partner has to say. But, sometimes the truth can be difficult to tell OR hear. When this happens, trust gets damaged and must be repaired.

Relationships are important - without doubt, one of the most important things we have.

At the same time, relationships are difficult, full of problems, and hard to maintain. So, knowing how to rebuild trust is an important skill to master.

Why is it important to rebuild trust?

For starters, being able to repair trust is essential to keeping a close, healthy relationship. And close relationships provide many benefits.

Individuals in close, healthy relationships live longer and enjoy better health. This gain is undoubtedly due to the fact that people in close relationships have a built-in emotional and physical support system -- someone to care for them and provide comfort in times of need. Not only do people in close relationships live longer, but they report being happier and more satisfied with life than individuals who have a difficult time maintaining a healthy relationship.

Having a close relationship also provides many tangible benefits. Sharing resources with another person is a great way to get ahead in life. Two people working together can live better than what either person could do on their own. When individuals find someone to share life with both people come out ahead.

Furthermore, people in close relationships also receive more social support -- that is, having someone who is attentive to their needs and concerns. And having social support creates a lot of benefits. Knowing that someone cares, allows individuals to handle life's problems more effectively. People who feel loved and supported make better decisions with less stress and anxiety.

Finally, having a companion makes life more enjoyable. Having someone to share life's little things, like walking the dog, watching TV, eating meals is important; it makes life more entertaining and enjoyable.

All told, close relationships provide enormous benefits to people who are able to maintain healthy relationships.
More and more people are discovering the benefits of meeting potential mates online. Whether you are looking for casual dates or a serious relationship, meeting suitors by way of the Internet is a viable alternative to the bar scene, however it is important to remember to make safety a priority.

There are many online dating websites to choose from so when it comes to building your online profile consider carefully what you wish to convey to others. Be honest in your profile but it is wise to remain anonymous with anyone who chooses to contact you. Keep in mind that meeting people via the Internet is very different than a face-to-face meeting because you cannot pick up on body language or verbal cues.

Always pick and choose carefully among the individuals who contact you. Remember that you do not have to get to know anyone online who does not appeal to you. Through reading the words of others we can pick up on specific nuances about their character, personality, morals, ambitions and so on. If you do not like a person then keep looking.

Sometimes things go wrong in online chats just as they do in the offline world. If someone makes you feel awkward or uncomfortable or makes you feel pushed into a corner, get away from them. Always think caution when it comes to online interaction and trust what your instincts are telling you. In the same vein if someone appears to be too good to be true then they probably are. You need to develop a relationship of mutual trust and respect if things are going to work and that goes for dating that begins online as well as offline.

Always seek honesty in the other person you are getting to know and give that person the same. Put your best foot forward and be willing to share information but dole it out in small increments. Keep your safety in mind at all times and do not lose your head over someone so quickly that you allow logic to go out the window.

When you feel you are connecting with another person online, share photographs of yourself and encourage them to do the same. You can get a feel for a person from seeing their photo or seeing a few photos of the person- such as a smiling picture, a serious picture and so on. If the person you are communicating with online seems reluctant to share a photo with you then he or she might have something to hide.

When you feel even more comfortable with a person you have met online agree to a time to have a telephone conversation but whatever you do be safe about it. Offer to be the one to call but it would be smart to block your home telephone number or your cell phone number, whichever one you call from. If or when you feel completely at ease with the other person and feel that trust is developing, you can give the other person your number and allow them the opportunity to telephone you directly.

If everything is checking out and you are getting good vibes about your online suitor then when it comes time to arrange to meet, do so in a busy, and very public place such as a coffee shop. It is also best to choose a location that you are familiar with. Drive yourself to your meeting and drive yourself home from it alone. Let someone close to you know what you are doing and where you will be. <bio>Dustin is owner of http://JustArticlesVIP.com and writes on a variety of subjects.
If you're interested in the financial freedom that comes from being your own boss, you no doubt want to make sure that your investment dollars go into a legitimate home business. But how is the average Joe or Jane entrepreneur to uncover the studs from the scams?

To help you weed out the so-so from the spectacular, we've compiled a list of the signs associated with a legitimate home business opportunity as a starting point:

Ethics

When you're investigating companies, trust your first impressions. If you feel that you are getting the proverbial "run around" from franchise owners or the sellers of an established business, don't hesitate to find another, more legitimate home business.

Even if the company you're researching is on the "up and up", you'll never be able to truly trust them; and usually your instincts are important to follow. Remember =96 ethics matter. If you're investing your hard-earned dollars and you're getting virtually nothing in return, it isn't a legitimate home business.

Reputation

Does the business you're considering working with have a positive reputation? If you don't know, check out the local Better Business Bureau and/or surf the Internet looking for any complaints. Though it's common to have a few disgruntled customers, if the organization has more than its fair share of warnings, you may need to look elsewhere for a legitimate home business.

Another sign of a good reputation is if any of the employees at the enterprise you're looking into has been quoted as an "expert" in a reliable media article or story. Usually, journalists gravitate toward legitimate home businesses for quotes and stay away from quoting those with questionable backgrounds.

Education and Mentoring

Will the home business you're considering provide you with any kind of education or learning opportunities such as distance learning courses or onsite classes? Or are you just expected to do well without any kind of support or education at all?

Legitimate home business sellers always make certain that their franchisees are comfortable with the language and format of the organization; they realize that your success will help them in the future.

If the home based business you're researching isn't treating you with the respect and information you deserve to know, it's time to find a different opportunity.

Growth Opportunities

Finally, it's important to remember that all legitimate home business opportunities will allow you to grow rather than stifle your expansion. In fact, the best of the best will provide you with all the secrets you need to know to do exceptionally well. Thus, if you feel like you're being "kept down", you deserve something better and need to move on because you're not working with a legitimate home business.

Good luck in finding the perfect legitimate home business opportunity that will allow you to reach for the stars! <bio>Jim Biscardi is owner of Dynamic Wealth Systems, LLC and writes on a variety of subjects.
Trust is a precious commodity.

Trust creates bonds that last forever.

Trust saves time. It enables freedom. It builds dignity.

Trust greases the wheels of deal making.

It simplifies business. It simplifies life.

When trust is lost, relationships are poisoned. Discussions become heated and argumentative. Time and energy are wasted.

And money is lost.

Lots - of - money - is -lost.

Some people are distrustful by nature. With them, trust take years to build and can be destroyed in a second.

For others, trusting comes easy. They start off trusting and continue trusting until proven foolish in doing so.

Are far as you are concerned, two questions should be on your mind.

1. How do I as a contractor earn trust? 2. How do I as a contractor lose trust?

You earn trust by doing what you are supposed to, when you are supposed to, in the manner in which you are supposed to. When you reach an agreement, you keep your word.

You earn trust by taking care of your clients - and your clients' clients.

You lose trust by doing the opposite.

Exploiting gray areas. Playing every angle. Trying to slip inferior products and methods by the building owner and his representative.

You undermine trust by charging outlandish prices for change orders, violating safety procedures, leaving your work areas dirty, and tearing up other trades' work.

When you lose the trust of those who hired you, you suffer very unpleasant consequences.

The owner's representative watches you like a hawk. The general contractor cuts you no slack. Come close-out, you are nickeled and dimed for every perceived quality flaw.

You are charged with an unfair amount of liquidated damages. Your retention and last pay application get withheld until you settle for a reduced payout.

Most and worst of all, when you violate the trust of your construction team, you set in motion an unending chain of events that not only hurts you financially on the present project, it sticks to you for several projects to come. The punishment could lead to your blacklisting among the predominant contractors and owners in your market.

As you well know, the construction industry has become dominated by lawyers and lawsuits. It has also become heavily populated by sharks who rob every naive newcomer blind.

You don't have to be a push-over to maintain your dignity. And you don't have to be a wimp to keep your word. You just have to stay on top of what you say, what you do, and perform at the level of workmanship demanded by and appropriate for the job. <bio>Ron Roberts, The Contractor's Business Coach, teaches contractors how to turn their businesses into a profit spewing machines.
