As you look back on the life you have lived so far, do you have any feeling of regret or have you wished that you made different choices and decisions. I have to admit that life is full of tough choices and somewhere along the way we make mistakes. There is not a single person who hasn't encountered problems and hardships in life. The sufferings of every person though differ and some may be heavier compared to others.

I would be a hypocrite to say that I don't have any regrets in life. I have a lot of them and there are really times when I am at my lowest and I feel like I have no inspiration and strength to move on. I suppose the regrets that I have are the opportunities that I have foregone and the "what ifs" that were never answered. I still have a long journey to go and I am not even halfway in reaching my destination. Despite this though, life has been hard but has been full of learning experiences. There were times in my life when I made decisions based on what others dictated upon me and not on what I really wanted. These were some of the circumstances that I as well regretted upon.

In making life's decisions, making them yourself would be to your benefit. Do not let your parents, your partner or your friends make them for you. In order to learn how to go through life and its difficulties, you need to make your own choices and your own judgment. While at times it is true that listening to others advice can help us avoid undesirable results, making your own decisions would lead you to only blaming your own self and not others. It is in these wrong decisions that we draw learning experiences and we draw the strength to do better next time. The events in our lives mold us into stronger individuals.

When there are times that you feel that you can't go on just hold on and you will see a rainbow after every storm. Always try to see the good in every situation instead of the bad. Learn to get up when you stumble. As you were learning how to walk when you were a toddler, you had fallen several times. Life is just like that. We stumble and we may even bruise ourselves but the wound heals and life goes on. <bio>Daniel Smith writes about http://www.simplybestcoupons.ca/ </bio>

If you are interested in trying to make money from your blog, you probably want to know how you can best optimize your blog for great search engine results. After all, most people stumble upon blogs when doing a search for something. If you use these optimization tips effectively, it may be your blog more people are drawn to. So, check these tips out and experiment with your own blog. Note what has the best results and stay with it. Change the other things around a bit until you get the results out of them that you want.

Simple Content

Many experts say that the best way to optimize your blog is to keep everything very simple. You can choose one quality content topic and make it your base. Then from there you can use variations of the topic in order to keep everything going. This may seem like a broad and useless tip, but once you get into blogging more and more, you understand how important it is.

Put More Out There

If you are trying to get more of a presence on search engines, be sure that you have something to show. The more content you have, the more likely you are to show up on a search engine. Bigger sites always do better than smaller sites. It is simply a numbers game. Search engines will see your site in a different manner, depending on how much content you have. The more content you have, the more there is a chance there will be that someone will stumble onto your site.

Ask Search Engines for Help

Few people know that you can actually submit your site to search engines. Submit your site's URL and ask to be put into the index. This can take a while, but if they do list you in the index, you will see a larger increase in traffic. Beware however of a service that asks for money in exchange for getting your sites into search engines. These can be a little misleading at times. There are ways to do this without needing to pay anyone at all.

Keyword Pay

A great idea for optimization is to identify the most popular keywords. By doing this, you are essentially targeting the keywords that people most often search for. When you do this, you have an edge over the competition. When you know exactly what the people are looking for, you can give them just that. Once you have a list of keywords, simply create articles that use these keywords. By creating these articles, you are putting yourself out there to be found. When someone does a search for those keywords, your blog just might pop up on their screen. Be careful not to use the keyword so much that your article does not make sense however.

Daily Updates

If you really want the best optimization, you should update it daily at the least. The more you update it, the more often search engines will index your blog. Therefore, you will want to be sure your blog is always fresh. Adding new information is the best way to update your blog. The more new information you have, the better off you will be! Just be sure that when you do update, it is for a good reason. You should always remember that content can have a purpose, but it should always be quality content. If you compromise content, you are only allowing yourself to strip the creativity from your project. If you are happy with doing that, by all means go ahead. However, as a writer, you will have a certain responsibility to web surfers. Unless you want everything on the web to be useless, do your part!

Use these tips to help optimize your blog and get the most from search engines. The more you post and use these tips, the more results you will see. If you earn your living from the number of clicks your blog or your ads get, this will essentially mean more money for you. You can use all of them or some of them. Experiment with them to see what works best for you and your blog.
Finding your own passport to wealth is easy. All you have to do is imitate.

How do you learn anything? From the time you were an infant to today, it is the same.

You watch, you learn, you do.

This is not different in the online business world. It blows me away at the number of people that think that they can waltz on into the internet, join a program and start making money by going at it alone. Sure, many are clouded by the hype, success stories, and claims that are made all over the net. But, one thing is certain. None of those claims made online would have been possible without imitation.

Think about this. Do you think you could say to your self one day "Hey, I want to be helicopter pilot." Then go walk out to your local airport, jump into the cockpit and fly away without ever having any training. Of course not!

Thinking you can do that in the online world is just as ridiculous. What you need to do to find your passport to wealth is find somebody that knows what they are doing, is currently successful, learn exactly what it is that they do, and do the same thing. It's that simple.

The cool thing about the internet is that is is a great leveler. While you could not be an expert pilot in a month or maybe even a year, you could very well be making big time money online in a month if you were learning and implementing the right things. But, you have to watch, learn, and do before any success is going to take place.

When people join me in my Passport to Wealth business, I give them immediate access to exactly what I do. I give the exact ads I place in the exact places that I place them. I give them my exact emails. I give them tips on resources and things that I do on a daily basis to grow my business. Anyone who watches, learns, and then implements will have success.

We have been taught our entire lives that it is bad to copy. While it is not so good to copy off of Johnny's test in math class or plagerize Suzie's paper in english class, the real world is different. If you aren't copying those that are successful, how are you ever going to know how to succeed? How will you ever find that passport to wealth that will change your life? You may eventually find it, but you are going to stumble through a massive learning curve to get there.

In fact, if you ask me (and lots of other successful people), you MUST copy a successful person to be successful in whatever it is you are learning to do. Sure after you have learned the basics, you can put your own touch on it, test things, make things better. But early on, if you are just going at it blindly, you will stumble and most likely fail.

There are experts out there who have tested very carefully methods that have resulted in their overall success. Sure, they have failed at times, but they are succeeding now and that is what is important. In my marketing career, I have not always been successful and I am not afraid to admit it. But, I took the time to learn and when I did, my success came very rapidly and my passport to wealth was unlocked. I failed on my own for a long time before I came across the following quote:

"To be successful in life, simply find somebody who is successful at what you want to do and do what they do."

That one sentence changed my life.

Find people who are successful at what you want to do, start imitating them today and your own personal passport to wealth will unfold before you know it. <bio>Nick Bramble specializes in teaching people the advantages of making large monthly incomes online through the marketing of big ticket, highly automated opportunities.
We all know how great articles are for generating free traffic to our sites but are you just leaving them in an article directory expecting the best, hoping they turn up in the search engines and get spotted or are you out there promoting them?

What I mean is the majority of people submit their articles to article directories and expect their website stats to change overnight. It isn't going to happen.

Yes, if your article if written properly and targeted to the right keywords it will do well in the search engines over time and start sending you free traffic.

But should you just sit back and wait for those results to come in or should you get out there and start the ball rolling yourself?

If you're like me you want free traffic and you want it to your site now not weeks or months down the line!

Here are 4 things for instant traffic...

1. Stumble It: Stumbleupon.com is a fantastic site for getting traffic to anything fast be it an article or a website. What you can do it put your article in an article directory under a different pen name and stumble it. This way there is no connection to you and it won't look like your promoting your own work.

A word of warning though don't submit any old garbage, you may get away with submitting a pieces of junk on your first few attempts but people are going to start to notice a trend and lose interest in anything you start to recommend and you'll quickly lose fans.

2. Digg It: Get it up on digg.com, There are some things that work best on digg like entertainment news etc. Yes you may get some visits to your site from dig.com but it really depends on what you're article is about.

But the reason to digg your article is for the quality back link and to get your article noticed in the search engines faster.

3. Yahoo Answers: Go to Yahoo answers for a group that's related to your niche and look for what people are talking about. If you find someone asking a question that has something in common with your article give them a link back to your article for added reading.

By doing this you show your target audience that you know what you're talking about also you come across as a great guy/gal who really wants to help others.

Plus the best part is, if your answer gets selected as a best answer it gets stored away with all the best answers for other people to browse through months from now so you can expect to get more lovely free traffic.

4. Forums: Like the Yahoo answers look for forums related to your niche and either bring your article up in conversation to promote it or put it in your signature of your posts. This works best if you have a catchy headline that makes people curious and gets them clicking.

To get the best results look for an active forums with lots of recent posts. There's no point in putting it in a dead forum that's never going to get read.

The best thing about tips 3-4 is that over time the search engines will pick up on your posts in the forums/Yahoo answers and you may find your posts showing up in the search engine results.

Finally,

As you probably know articles are a great way of getting free traffic but sometimes it doesn't show up for weeks/months from now. But this doesn't mean you should sit back and wait for the traffic, get out there and put your article out in front of your target audience now.

Yes, your article may work and get noticed in the thousands of other articles out there but why sit on your laurels with fingers crossed expecting the best it mightn't happen.

So why not light the touch paper now and get that baby flying.<bio>Need More Lovely FREE Traffic For Your Website?
For decades mechanics have been telling us to change our oil every 3,000 miles. Interestingly, no automotive manufacturer agrees with this maintenance schedule =96 not in the last 20 years any way. So why are we being told to change our oil every 3,000 miles if it's unnecessary?

First, let's look at the auto industry's argument. It makes 5 primary points.

1) Oil breaks down after 3000 miles

2) Oil changes are great preventative maintenance

3) 3,000 miles is an easy number for the car repair customer to remember

4) The 3,000 mile interval is traditionally viewed as best by mechanics

5) It's necessary due to the elements, driving patterns, and weather conditions.

It's important to note that those telling us to change our oil every 3,000 miles (the automotive industry) are the same folks who will profit most. This is not to say that oil changes aren't important =96 they are. They're just not as frequently needed as we're made to believe.

Here are the 5 truths about the 3,000 mile oil change

1) Quality motor oil recommended by your vehicle's manufacturer does not break down after 3,000 miles

2) Yes, changing your oil is great preventative maintenance, but it needs to be done in accordance with manufacturer service intervals

3) The easy-to-remember 3,000-mile interval actually creates more confusion as to the real maintenance needs of your vehicle. Thus, it is easier to follow factory guidelines, more economical, and more appropriate.

4) The traditional view that 3,000 miles is best for your car is old school, wasteful, and fails to appreciate today's mechanical and oil technologies

5) Unless you're in a constant high-speed police change in the dead of winter =96 your oil will be just fine

How often do you really need to change your oil? While it depends on the year, make, and model of your vehicle, it's clear that for today's vehicles it's not every 3,000 miles. 20 years ago this was true of many vehicles. However, this is virtually obsolete as most vehicle have 5,000, 7500, 10,000, and even 15,000 mile oil service intervals.

So just what is motivating the auto industry to push 3,000 mile oil changes? Let's look at it in real life. If you change your oil every 3,000 miles, and like most, you average 15,000 miles per year, then you'll be in the repair shop 5 times in only 12 months. Do you really need to perform maintenance on your car 5 times per year? Seems excessive doesn't it?

The average oil change price is $30.00. $30.00 X 5 = $150.00. If you changed your oil every 5,000 miles, you'd only need 3 oil changes per year = $90. That's a $60 savings.

For the most part oil changes are cheap, as it's a very competitive market. They're also not very profitable for repair shops (see the article "Why an Oil Change is Never Just an Oil Change @ RepairTrust.com). However, the more times your vehicle is in the shop, the more chances said shop has the opportunity to sell you something else =96 an alignment, tires, wiper blades, brakes, shocks, fuel cleaning services, transmission services=85etc =96 these are money-makers. This is not to say that these services aren't needed, but they should be performed according to manufacturer guidelines only.

A detailed manufacturer's maintenance schedule (this is separate from your manual) is the best and most accurate guide. You may stumble across one in all the unnecessary paperwork you find in your glove box, but ask your repair shop or dealer for a detailed print out of your entire maintenance schedule. If the service center can't produce one quickly =96 you're in the wrong place for your car's needs.

Finally, have a little fun: the next time your local mechanic tells you to change your oil every 3,000 miles, ask him what the manufacturer recommends. It's fun to watch him stumble through the answer or tell you, straight-faced, the wrong answer. <bio>Ted Olson Founder - http://RepairTrust.com A web site designed to inform and empower the car repair customer. </bio>

Men believe that when it comes to down to it, they really need to know everything about how to attract girls prior to becoming successful with them.

Bottom line is that a man can know absolutely NOTHING about how to attract girls and still attract girls. Sounds kind of contradictory right?

Or get this... you can know everything about how to attract girls, the right things to do and say, and the thing to avoid and still not attract any girls!

Knowing all that, why would you still want to look into the techniques on how to attract girls if they are practically "useless?"

Well, it is possible because there is power in acting "AS IF" you know how to attract girls when approaching girls is always going to be greater than waiting until you know how to attract girls before approaching girls.

As for the reason you should learn how to attract girls it really quite simple.

You see, it's easier to learn from people who are where you want to be and beyond. You can leverage their successes and failures and do your best to follow in the footsteps of those who have succeeded before you.

In other words, it's like a short cut to success. You can stumble and do it on your own and you MAY succeed, but you MAY NOT succeed. If you can learn from others it could save you a lot of hardship.

Obviously, just how quickly it will take you to learn really depends on the person you choose to follow and how much time you take to practice the techniques you learn.

Deciding that you should know how to attract girls before you actually go out there and start attracting girls is the simplest way to stay in the exact same place you are right now except with a more knowledge on the subject.
The first idea that comes to my mind when I think of American culture is uniqueness. Our culture is drastically different from so many others around the globe and those differences (some good and some bad) are what make our unique country what it is.

Culture is defined by The American Heritage New Dictionary of Cultural Literacy, Third edition as "The sum of attitudes, customs, and beliefs that distinguishes one group of people from another. Culture is transmitted, through language, material objects, ritual, institutions, and art, from one generation to the next." American cultural traits are vast because of the diversity of its population. Key American cultural traits are outlined in the textbook Global Issues and Change by B. Johnson and J.S. Johnson they are listed as 1) Freedom, 2) Individualism, 3) Self-Reliance, 4) Achievement and 5) Pragmatism. All five of these characteristics have played an important role in the shaping of the American culture but the one that stands out the most is freedom. Without freedom none of the other characteristics would have developed. Freedom is what has made the entire American experience possible. The individualist idea developed as a result of the larger goal of freedom, they are offshoots of each other. Individualism requires a freedom of the individual, which was not possible under colonial rule where England took precedence over the individual. Furthermore self-reliance, achievement and pragmatism all were made possible by America's freedom.

Progress is what always has and continues to drive America both in business and its citizen's personal life. We are always looking for ways to improve a product, or develop a new one and similarly are always looking to improve our lives. Optimism permeates American culture, and is the motivating force for so many looking to improve their lives. A fundamental core to the American dream is that anyone, from anywhere, can be anything they want to be if they work hard and have the motivation to accomplish the tasks needed to reach their goals. America historically is a nation of progress, with its humble beginnings in The American Revolution it has developed through the colonial period, into the frontier days, to the industrial revolution and into modern times. We have constantly moved steadily higher as a civilization and have always overcome any obstacle placed in our path (Great Depression for example). Progress always has been and always will be a part of the American character. As we continue to progress into a world economy which continues to become increasingly Americanized it will be interesting to see how the American culture progresses and is accepted into the twenty first century.

The American culture has produced one of the most economically booming eras in history. The fact that we have created more wealth in the past 50 years than has been created in all the centuries of the world before 1950 speaks volumes. (Global Issues and Change, B. Johnson and J.S. Johnson) and (Global Fortune: The Stumble and Rise of World Capitalism by Ian Vasquez). Our unique culture has shaped both us as individuals and our country as a whole into the superpower we are today.

references:

culture. (n.d.).
Over time carpet can become loose and will require stretching. This is totally normal and is due to normal wear and sometimes due to an improper initial carpet installation. But why is it important for you to have your home's carpet stretched? Read this article and learn about why it is important to have it done.

There are many reasons to have your carpet re-stretched. One big one is for looks. A loose carpet has wrinkles and is not attractive. By stretching a carpet you can restore it to a condition that resembles what it was when it was new. The money spent on stretching is well worth it for the enjoyment you will get out of a better looking carpet. Why put up with a carpet that looks bad.

Another reason to have your carpet stretched is for safety. When a carpet gets real loose and develops large wrinkles it can become a hazard. These wrinkles are easy to stumble on, especially if you have children in the home. Also if it gets loose it can come off of the tack strip along its borders. I'm sure you can see how an exposed rusty tack strip can be a problem to your safety.

The last reason to have a carpet stretched is to prolong its life. A tight carpet has a spring to it and resists wear better than a loose one. A properly stretched carpet can easily last years longer than a loose one. This means that the cost of stretching is paid for by the extra carpet life.

So after reading this article, what is keeping you from having your carpet stretched. There are so many reasons to do it as soon as possible. Contact a carpet installer or local carpet cleaning company and schedule your stretching today. <bio>Learn more about carpet repair at http://www.fontanacarpetcleaning.info .
Alone in your room, minding your own business, a quick movement in the corner of your eye suddenly comes into view. You're sure that it was a shape of a person you just saw. You feel the presence of something you think was once human. Was it just a silhouette? A shadow perhaps? Or maybe a ghost? You think it's nonentity but think again, is it your keen mind playing tricks on you? Or is it a supernatural entity?

Shadow like beings appearing in dark forms of silhouettes and are supernatural in origin are the Shadow people. Often times mistaken to be ghosts, these beings appear in the corner of people's eyes, remaining for a moment and sometimes moving between the walls, appearing in mirrors and when we are aware of them, they disappear, they flee and disintegrate into nothingness, moving and toddling through walls before you get a chance to see them clearly.

Also known as Shadow Beings or Shadow Folk, Shadow People are drawn to one person or location for mysterious motives. Their characteristics range from being diffident and playful to downright spiteful and malevolent. The only way to describe it is pure evil. Unusual descriptions of people who came across these beings, in different countries all over the world, have been very daunting. While some people see a shadowy form which is human like, others see formless translucent black splotches and twirling columns of murky smoke.

Shadow People are said to travel extremely rapid and can toddle through solid matter, making them less prone to direct visual contact. They are reported to vanish before having a chance to be seen evidently. People who encounter these creatures come upon the feeling of dread, shock and panic. Some people even reported being attacked and chased by these horrifying shadows. They claim to feel a being in the presence of something that was once amongst us, once human. Substantiation of these creatures appeared before mankind throughout history and therefore unfolding the ultimate essence of pure evil. An increase in reported detection of these beings all around the world are accounted for. More and more people stumble upon these dark shadows of unknown nature.

Shadow people are often times mistaken to be ghosts, but the truth of the matter is they are totally different. Ghosts are said to be ethereal spirits of dead human beings and take on the manifestation and attributes of human beings none of which is familiar to that of the Shadow people. Shadow people do have human-like forms but do not bear similarity to any person, dead or alive. Many records depict Shadow people as having human-like figures, but they are by and large not told to bear a resemblance to the actual persons, alive or departed. Shadow people do not correspond to people in words but they leave feelings of extreme trepidation, shock and panic. Even animals stumble upon these beings. Fear and hostility are the main outcome to these encounters. So the next time you see something at the side of your eye, don't be surprised if it may just happen to jump right at you and give you the oddest surprise of your life.

There is a website that describes Shadow People and numerous other creatures of Cryptozoology in detail, this website is called: Unknown Creatures and it may be found at this url: http://www.unknown-creatures.com

You may publish this article in your ezine, newsletter or on your web site as long as it is reprinted in its entirety and without modification except for formatting needs or grammar corrections. <bio>Robert W.
Have you thought of a name for your computer? Well, you should. Some people don't have the chance to name more than one or two computers, while the site administrators name huge numbers of them. With that, it is a fact indeed that by assigning a name wisely, both the computer user and the administrator will have a quite easier time of reminiscing, discussing, and even typing the names of their computers.

A name for your computer is also that necessary for as soon as you deal with multiple computers, you need to recognize between them. Many cases regarding a name for a computer even surfaced today. A name for your computer is then significant for you to easily tell your system administrator that your computer is busted by just mentioning a name that you chose. Just like human beings, computers also have to be able to recognize between themselves. As we all noticed, when you are sending a mail to a colleague at another computer, you might apply commands that mention a name of the computer.

So if you want to know how you can pick a good name for your computer, it is then necessary for you to remember that there are certain problems that most people often stumble over and over again. For your interest, here are a few guidelines on what not to do when you want to choose a name for your computer.

One of the don'ts when it comes to a name for your computer is overloading with other terms that are already in common use. It is noted that using a word that has a strong semantic inferences in the recent context will just cause confusion. Secondly, don't select a name for your computer that is subsequent to a project distinct to that computer. Along with this, here comes another consideration for a name for your computer and that is the "don't" of using your own name. Even if you know that the computer is sitting on your desktop, you should be aware that it is a mistake to make a name for your computer that is after yourself. This is considered to be another case in overloading.

In choosing a name for your computer, you should not use long names. Using a long name for your computer may cause for a tough quantification, and many experiences have shown that names which are longer than eight characters simply annoy people. Also you should avoid alternate spellings. And even if you want to make a somewhat cute name for your computer by alternating the spellings, most people will often get annoyed with such names. <bio>The 78 BEST Selling ebook Package Money Can Buy!
The buzz in the world of coffee these days is not being produced by caffeine intake. It's generated by the swirl of news reports and comments about Starbucks plans to close over 600 stores.

For me this begs the question: Did Starbucks stumble on their vaunted customer service? As Starbucks has become an American icon, as much a part of our landscape as McDonald's and Wal-Mart, have they lost their customer service edge? Has growth come at the cost of serving their customers in their unique way, the way loyal Starbuckians have come to expect?

There is evidence to suggest this is the case. In a recent BBC News article, Starbucks CEO Howard Schultz commented on the "dilution of the Starbucks experience". He added "the firm had lost its focus". Comments from Starbucks customers also support this notion:

From OregonLive.com

And some customers who say they have asked a barista to make them a cup of bold coffee say they have been refused.

An employee on the other end of the line offered her a free replacement, and when Curry stopped by the store two days later to pick it up, a store manager accused her of running a scam.

From OrlandoSentinel.com

There have been other disturbing signs over the past five years. Staff turnover seems epidemic; I seldom see the same faces on repeat visits. I read about poor staff morale...And staff seem less knowledgeable about the coffees and each blend's character.

Author Kim Fellner, asked "Can Starbucks really be big and good at the same time?" And her answer seems to be "no, they can't". In interviews with Starbucks employees she heard comments like this: "When I started six years ago, this was the best job of its kind. Now it's all about the money. It's like nobody cares about us any more." And if employees feel their company does not care about them, the chances are they'll care less about the customers.

But, I'd bet my mortgage payment that for every bad customer service story at Starbucks there's a good one.

In what is probably the most astonishing example of an employee putting her customer first, Starbucks barista Sandra Andersen gave up one of her kidneys for a customer. Maybe that's too far beyond the norm to even count. But more typical examples abound:

From Telegraph UK

It's not about the coffee, the latte or anything else for that matter. It's about the ambiance. A temporary haven to duck out of the grind of a hectic morning/afternoon and relaxing over a coffee, tea etc.

From Galesburg.com

The monthly coffee seminars, the friendly (and quite often funny) conversations in the cafe and the drive (through), and the knowledgeable staff make this a top-notch establishment.

Across the USA, communities are asking Starbucks to reconsider closing their favorite Starbucks. How's that for customer loyalty? Having your customers beg you to stay! Most companies can only imagine having such a bond with their customers.

It's easy to assume Starbucks growth into the 8000 pound gorilla of coffee shops had a deleterious affect on their ability to offer the same customer experience that made them famous. When you have 16,000 stores and over 300,000 employees, it's hard to be on your "A" game with every single customer interaction. There are bound to inconsistencies, foul-ups and a general change of culture. It's a natural side effect of growth.

At the same time though, Starbucks has drilled themselves into the lives of their customers like few global goliaths ever have. They've become a part of the fabric of their host communities, a fabric many people do not want torn.

So, is Starbucks retrenching because of bad customer service? Lacking any sort of scientific data I'll go with my gut and say no. Customer service is not the reason Starbucks is slowing. I think it's a combination of many things like the economy, competition and the evolution of their market. Though many of their stores probably fail to deliver the typical Starbucks experience, overall I think they do a pretty decent job.<bio>Kevin Stirtz is the Amazing Service Guy.
If you are in the market for a new home you are in luck. The housing industry is at its peak and you will most definitely be able to find something that suits your needs. Whether or not you are looking to buy a home or build a new one, you should be able to find something that suits your needs. In order to find what you are looking for you need to know where to search. You have a few options when you are searching for your new home.

First off you can go the traditional route and drive around neighborhoods that you would consider living in. Then as you see homes for sale that you like you can take down the information. At this point all you need to do is call the number and set up an appointment. Many people like to do this because it can be very exciting to stumble across the perfect home.

If you would rather make better use of your time, look in the real estate section of your local newspaper. There you will be able to find hundreds of listings, and many of them will probably suit your needs. At this point you can then go find the property or schedule a viewing. This is a very good way to find the home of your dreams. Other places to look are online listings, and swap buy sell guides. Online is one of the best places to look for property that may not be in your local area, but you don't want to pay for a real estate agent to find you a home in your dream location.

Also, hiring a real estate agent to help you look can also help. They know when properties are going to open up so you will be able to get the first crack at the best properties. Real estate agents are always more than willing to help out home buyers. They have a wide access to resources and can aide you with a smooth transaction as well.

These are just a couple of places you may want to search when looking for a new house. There are many other options such as the internet that may be able to help you find your dream house. About The Author: John Rivers is the editor of Real Estate Listings Online.
In the song "Pilgrim" Enya beautifully sings about a philosophy of being--a metaphysical way to joyously live your life. The second verse reveals timeless wisdom.

"One way leads to diamonds, one way leads to gold,
another leads you only to everything your told.
In your heart you wonder which of these is true;
The road that leads to nowhere, the road that leads to you."

One Way Leads to Diamonds -- One Way Leads to Gold

Roads that lead to either diamonds or gold are no doubt fruitful paths to embark upon. Tragically most people never discover either path. Instead they stumble down roads of pain and suffering--never learning from the trials and tribulations everyday life places on their path. Others aimlessly drift down the road of mediocrity--leading lives of quiet desperation.

Often these roads tempt people with immediate gratification. They offer plenty of short-term "thrills" such as drugs, excessive alcohol consumption, jumping from bed to bed in search of sexual pleasure, gluttony, over-indulgence in television, etc. Eventually a person's senses become dulled and the road they so enthusiastically embraced suddenly becomes one of pain and suffering (it's 'funny" how these are the only feelings that are enhanced) or at best a road of boredom--boredom that is sometimes interrupted with a few mild pleasures.

Fortunately there are roads that are littered with diamonds--paths that actually lead you to that illusive pot-of- gold.

Another Leads You Only to Everything You're Told

From the time we're born to the day we finally enter eternity--outside influences attempt to mold us into "society boy or society girl." Our parents, friends, lovers, civic leaders, religious figures, the news media, etc. influence how we think and feel. Of course, some of the influences in our lives have good intentions and others are helpful. However many are purposively attempting to brainwash us with their propaganda so they can gain control over our lives. Very few can escape the clutches of these predators. They end up living their lives on the road of everything they've been told.

The beginning of personal enlightenment means that you discover that you are wandering down a path you didn't consciously choose. You become aware of your surroundings. You realize that you may have unconsciously chosen this path--and you begin to wonder if a different road is available for your journey.

In Your Heart You Wonder Which of These is True

You look around at your surroundings. You think "How did all of this come about?" Why am I manifesting these things instead of my dreams, desires and fantasies? Is this the life I want to live--or is there a happier, more fulfilling way to spend my days?

During your meditations you realize that this must be what you have accepted all of your life. You can't remember when you believed differently. After all "others" claim that this is the "moral or right" way to live. You think "I have never questioned whether this is true or not." In the deepest recesses of my conscious mind I have fantasized about events and happenings I longed to experience--however if I revealed these to others they would accuse me of being selfish and self-centered. Is it possible that they are wrong? Could I possibly live for my own sake--walk a path I choose--do it my way?

The Road that Leads to Nowhere -- The Road that Leads to You

When I first heard the song "Pilgrim" I thought that this verse meant that you walk down the road that leads to nowhere--frustration and lack of love--or you walk down the road to your soulmate--the path of love and sexual ecstasy. How sublime and romantic! It wasn't until listening to the song in a high state of awareness that I realized that "the road that leads to you" was the path to self-enlightenment--layered with gold, filled with diamonds. It is the discovery of the Holy Grail. I listened to the song at least four times in a row. Tears of joy spilled from my eyes--eyes that were actually "seeing." I was euphoric for hours. The whole song is a symphony of a wondrous journey--a journey to who you really are.

So you do have a choice. You can stumble down the road that leads to nowhere--or you can joyfully glide down the road that leads to you.<bio>Robert A.
At some point in time, we will need to tell a particular woman we are interested in that we like her. Most men stumble and are clueless on how to do it without getting rejected. What is the best way for a man to do it then?

Let us begin with the various channels which you can use to tell a girl that you like her.

First, we have the electronic media. Emails, instant messenger and all similar methods are all terrible for conveying your message. Before you reach for your phone, I got to tell you that the phone is no better either. You might ask what about a snail mail or a note? Forget it! They are all not the best choice either.

It seems that that the only method left is to do it face to face. But that's not what I'm going to talk about. How you tell her, the delivery method you use and the way you express yourself are not really the critical factors.

What is more important is when you are going to tell her. Let us look at it in more details.

For your message to "succeed", you must know deep inside that she is also attracted to you before you tell her. Telling here anytime earlier than that will most likely spoil your chances with her.

Many men make the mistake of confessing their feelings for a girl who has no feelings for them. Their thinking is this: "I like her so much, so if I tell her about it, she will like me back."

Wrong!

Attraction does not come by choice! A woman cannot choose whether she wants to like you or not. Either she does or she doesn't.

Think about it. Can you choose whether you like or dislike someone? You can't and neither can she.

What if she is not interested in you? Then you need to create that attraction in her first. This is best done using a variety of flirting, cocky and funny methods.

If you know for sure that a girl is interested in you, then you can move on to the next step, which is what to tell her.

If you are looking for a standard template here that you can use, I'm sorry you won't find one. The good news is that if you have done everything correctly to create that attraction in her, you don't need any words at all.

No words?

There are no words required because the best way for you to tell a girl you like her is to show her. Actions speak louder than words.

That means taking physical things to the next level. The only thing you need to do is to create the romantic conditions necessary for you to do it.

If you have never held her hand before, hold her hand.

If you have held her hand before but never kissed her before, kiss her.

If you have kissed her before but have never got intimate before, get intimate with her.

If she is already attracted to you, everything should go smoothly. <bio>Michael Dat specialises in dating techniques for men.
Internet Filters

The Internet is growing at a rapid pace. Though I have no idea how fast it is growing, I know that there are thousands and thousands of new items added each day, and in fact, this estimate might be very low. Most of the information on the Internet is rather harmless, but there are also a lot of things you may not want your children to see. That is why Internet filters are a great idea if you have children who are getting on your computer to go online. I know that when my daughter is old enough to start surfing the web, I will be using these filters myself.

Internet filters come with your Internet service at times. In other instances, you may have to go out and purchased this for yourself. Either way, it is a wise investment. You may think your child will not go looking for porn, or other things you don't want them to see, but that does not mean they will not stumble upon them accidentally. Even on message boards that are meant to be child friendly there are people who might post links that you would not want your child to click on. If you have Internet filters in place, this is something you will not have to worry about.

Though Internet filters are not perfect, they are far better than having nothing at all. They may not be able to block everything you wish to keep from your child, they will keep a majority of the bad stuff away from their impressionable eyes. You can also set Internet filters on your search engines so that your child will get the sites that you want them to see. You may be surprised at what may come up on an Internet search for a harmless search term. Some people who have pornographic sites will list harmless keywords on their site in order to get more traffic.

When you install Internet filters on your computer, make sure you take the time to adjust them as time goes along. They will not work perfectly at first, and will need a lot of input from you. You should think of the as an ongoing project. Keep an eye on the history section of your Internet browser to see where your child has been going. If you see any sites that are unacceptable, you may have to at just your Internet filters. <bio>Ann Merier a prolific writer has written many articles about family health and house and garden Topics. http://u-can-prevent-id-theft.com http://camping-gearandequipment.com http://meatsmokers.4houseandgarden.com </bio>

Many home businesses are started based off of a good idea that the business owner had. These types of businesses have owners who are creative and love to think outside the box. These businesses require a lot of work, but in the end the business owner gets a great feeling of accomplishment because they built the business themselves from the ground up. So, how can a person come up with a work at home business idea?

There are many ways people come up with a work at home business idea. Some people simply get an idea and decide to turn it into a home business. However, most people are not that lucky. They come up with the idea to start a home business before they ever get an idea.

One of the ways people come up with a work at home business idea is to take something from they enjoy to do and make it into a business. A person may have a hobby or just something they enjoy to do that would make for a great home business.

Another way to come up with a work at home business idea is to look around for problems. The majority of products on the market today were born from a problem. Someone saw a problem and decided to find the solution and a business was born.

It is also possible to come up with a work at home business idea simply by looking around at other businesses. A person may see a product or business they are interested in and take that idea, put their twist on it and use it as their work at home business idea.

A work at home business idea can be found almost anywhere. It is not hard to come up with one if a person just puts their mind to it. In fact, many business owners will stumble upon their work at home business idea and run with it. <bio>Laurie Raphael operates a website promoting multiple streams of residual income.
Learning a foreign language takes time. It is something that no person can accomplish in a day. And even so, when a second language is being practiced for some time now, let's say years, the speaker may still stumble in his grammar, vocabulary and other small details. This is the fact with learning another language other than a person's mother tongue.

Most likely, people who have adopted a second language for learning on their own or through a course would still meet problems which will not surface until later experiences require it. But as a person's learning capability progresses on, so is his ability to speak the language even more properly. The German language may have many words that are similar with the words of the English language but it does not entirely mean that it means the same thing.

The pronunciation is the key in using the German language. Nobody expects you to be perfect at first try but of course there is always room for improvement if you just let yourself have it. Notice how the letters have their own distinguishing sound in the German vocabulary regardless you are referring to the letter W in English while pronouncing a German word.

One must realize that the German language has extended pronunciation patterns on some of its consonants and on most of its vowels. There are both short and long proper pronunciation patterns on it's a's, e's, o's and u's. Aside from this, there are words in German which require Umlauts. These are the letters which has symbols right on top of it.

Though many people focuses on the grammar points in learning a language, the proper way of pronouncing the words of a language also counts. This way, an evident and clear understanding between you and the listener wouldn't be so difficult to achieve. Learn what you can at first, this of course includes the proper way of constructing the words in sentences. When you are full with what you can, speak it, let it flow out of your mouth and be open to corrections that are bound to be made by listeners and natural German speakers nearby. <bio>Shareen Aguilar is a writer for Learn German Program http://learn-german-program.com which has Memory Improvement Books and Memory Game Software for better German language memorization. </bio>

A secure home life, supportive parents and a reliable extended family provide the launching point that allows children to thrive. >From there it's a safe school environment and positive peer relationships that further affirm their feelings of being valuable to others.

If a teen's home life offers more negative feedback than positive nurturing, it is nearly impossible for that child to come through puberty feeling good about themselves.

Teenagers who don't have a strong sense of personal value from their parents are left viewing themselves through the critical eyes of their peers. And what they see there is often disappointing.

Making embarrassing mistakes, feeling clumsy, going through puppy love heart break or not doing everything right the first time you try is all part of being a teenager. But a teen with low self esteem takes every stumble personally and internalizes the failure as being part of who they are.

This is why it is so important to help our kids survive their mistakes and deal with disappointments from an early age. Positive teen self esteem is crutial. The best way to improve your teen's self-esteem is to take a very active role in your teen's life. Just by knowing your teen's interests, friends, strengths, and weaknesses, you will be aware of any problems that may arise.

If you have a teenager who is struggling with low self esteem, you have to take every opportunity that presents itself to remind them that they are valuable to you and to others. Provide them with opportunities to be with people who will build them up and encourage them. <bio>Aurelia Williams is the host of http://www.parentingmyteen.com and is also the owner of http://www.reallifesolutions.net, a free resource site for moms. </bio>
