Different people have different bodies, which deals with things in different ways. This is true for anything and everything, including sweating, which is one reason, why there are so many different options available on how to deal with it. For instance, some people need a strong antiperspirant, whereas some people need a very light, barely there antiperspirant.

It is this very diversity which makes the commercial deodorant and antiperspirant market, go around. Advertisers, and deodorant and antiperspirant producers alike capitalize on these differences and create mild deodorants and antiperspirants for those of us who only sweat moderately or not at all, and create strong antiperspirant and deodorant brands for those of us who sweat profusely.

The burning question here though, is all of this merely an advertising gimmick to get us to buy their products. Are we in essence buying the same deodorant or antiperspirant, only packaged in a different form? The question is unanswerable by a lay person, considering the staggering number of different deodorants and antiperspirants available on the market.

If, hypothetically speaking of course, a number of them are the same, merely packaged differently and marketed to us as strong antiperspirant, or light antiperspirant, would we then be able to tell the difference between the two when we're using them? Or would our minds be full of all the advertising campaigns that each of the deodorants have associated with them.

Although this is a difficult question to ascertain, part of it can be answered quite simply. Yes, in some instances we can tell the difference between certain products. Most of the time however, you will find that advertising has done the job for us, and if we take a men's strong antiperspirant vs. a women's light antiperspirant, we will feel that there is a difference =96 even if the product ingredients are, both same and in the same quantities.

This is called advertising and it works miracles. Some people might object to it on purely moral and ethical grounds, but that is course is up to you decide. Besides, how many of us are going to trawl through the supermarket deodorant aisle looking at the various listed ingredients on the product labeling?

That however, is beside the point. If a strong antiperspirant is what you want and a strong antiperspirant is what the labeling says it is, then where's the problem? If it looks, acts and works like a strong antiperspirant, then isn't what you're using a strong antiperspirant? <bio>Author's sites: http://www.healtharticles-lk.com , http://www.herbalremedieslk.com , http://myshabi.blogspot.com </bio>

When you take a step back and take the time to put things into perspective, you can really appreciate how ironic some situations are, like for instance that of getting your abs into the best shape of their lives. To get a firmer flatter stomach you need to build up strong abs, but without strong abs the exercise you're giving your stomach is not as effective as it could be. Ironic, right?

Unfortunately this is the way that life goes, and it cannot be denied that many of us will toil away at our little exercise machines, or struggle through reps of varying types of crunches, or try and plain, eat ourselves fit, in order to achieve the picture perfect body.

Now, you might protest at this very stark view of things, but this is nevertheless the truth, and let's face it, just like the burning sensation you get in your abs when you're on your third set of twenty crunches, the truth is infinitely painful.

However, that said, it doesn't really matter why we're doing it =96 whether it's for the fitness part of the whole thing, or whether it's for the show-my-abs kind of thing. What matters most is that you need to build yourself up to having strong abs so that you can have a six pack that you can proudly display.

To that end, the very least that you can do to help you on your way is to set yourself up in a manner which is guaranteed to at least help you get your six pack. So get your diet into shape, buff up your exercise knowledge and take a ride on that rollercoaster known as getting six pack abs.

Of course, it sounds easy when you're saying it loud, or planning the entire thing as if it were a military operation. The problem generally comes at about the time that you're trying to turn your excess weight (read into that a belly bulge!), into strong abs. You'll probably start off all fired up and raring to go, but as the days progress =96 and your muscles start to ache more =96 you will find that your initial enthusiasm is waning.

It's taking too long to build up your flabby abs into strong abs and sometimes you just feel like quitting. This is the time when you need to dig deep inside you and find the desire and the determination to carry on, come what may.

Or in many cases, dig down deep into your pockets and bribe yourself with a really good `carrot' so that you will continue on your path and get those well defined strong abs! And don't worry, you're not alone =96 we all have our very own personal carrot-on-a-stick bribes which helps us to get through those bad days when we want to throw in the towel! <bio>http://www.healtharticles-lk.com , http://www.easyhomeremedy.com , http://www.herbalremedieslk.com </bio>

Cervantes said, "Faint heart ne'er won fair lady." As a matter of fact, a faint heart never won much of anything. But put a little determination and will into that heart, and it can shoot the moon.

What you hear, though, is that parents should prefer the faint heart, that is, the passive heart. It's promoted as the answer to their prayers.

Authors make fortunes with books bemoaning the problem of strong-willed children. They preach passive, all day, every day. Parents, they decree, need to break their children's will=96or at least their willfulness.

Are these people kidding? Passive isn't wonderful. Passive is lumpy, as in "sit there like a lump." Passive hardly makes a dent in the world, let alone changes it. Passive sits by and lets life happen, whether for good or ill.

Passive is easy to ignore, easy to take advantage of and easy to exclude. If watching your child be mistaken for the wallpaper sounds good, work on the passivity level. If you like the idea of your children not speaking up when others take advantage of them, by all means, push passivity. Passive kids spend junior high crammed in their lockers, if that appeals to you.

The absolute fact is, a strong-willed child is exactly what we should want. Strong enough to fend off peer pressure. Strong enough to set good goals and work toward accomplishment. Strong enough to put off current, brief pleasures for better, long-lasting rewards.

A strong will creates a determination that grabs life by the throat and makes it happen. Channeled for good, it can make wonderful things happen.

Unchanneled, the optimism and good cheer that come from being born with the ability to make decisions can get lost. You could end up with a bully or a brat, which, while more likely with a frustrated, inadequately-parented, passive child, can happen.

Without committed parents, a strong-willed child can run amok and create all kinds of chaos. Raising these kids is bracing and a lot of fun, but it ain't easy.

The parents need to be grownups. They need to be parents who realize being a parent is different from being a buddy. Parents who accept the fact that raising kids means it's about the kids. Parents willing to do the right thing when it's not the easy thing. Parents whose lives set an example to follow. Parents who understand that strong-willed children usually don't "fit in" all that well because they are, in fact, exceptional.

All kids, but especially strong-willed children, need to know they're loved "just because." It's not about performance, although self-control and good behavior are good. It's not about being better than others, which is a calculation for losers. In fact, it's not about a lot of things. It's about raising emotionally, physically and spiritually healthy children, confident that the strong will so many people fear will give them the gumption to face life with enthusiasm and courage.

Keeping up with=96or even harder, staying ahead of=96the strong-willed child takes determination, creativity and energy. And humor. Lots of humor. They'll put you on your knees, in prayer or exhaustion or both. Fortunately, the prize is worth the effort.

=A9 Copyright 2007 by Bette Dowdell.
Wow I knew I put this question off for a reason.

How to even begin? First, she has to be strong. I don't even mean strength wise; she has to have a strong constitution. Grit, personality, doesn't take anything from anyone, basically Emerald La Roe From my first book. She didn't take anything from no one and stood on her own two feet. Which of course if why her and Max didn't make it. You know Alfa male werewolf and all.

Emerald was beautiful in her own way, yeah she had a sinful looking body, with fire red hair and green eyes, but that's when her outer beauty stopped and her inner beauty came out. She was strong, self-assured, relied on no one and took care of everyone and everything her own way.

A different character of mine Shayla is your basic blonde blue-eyed fairy. Ok so she does have the looks on the outside but she is developing into a strong and capable Queen. Next is Jacqueline from Vampires Revenge, she is short, Dark hair, and I forgot her eye color. Well that's bad, but it's her new inside that counts. She was a willowy fainting pushover that was an innocent in everything. Now though she is tough as nails, and well just don't make her mad.

So I guess I choose independent women, who may or may not be a classic beauty. But by the end of the book they are, just from the character they become. Yeah Shayla is a 10 by some standards, and Emerald thinks her body belongs on a lady of the night, which may or may not be a good thing. And Jacqueline so far is a classic beauty, well in her Vampires Eyes, not so much anyone else's.

So does beauty count? Yes I'm afraid it does, maybe not the same stop your breath beauty, but a subtle beauty nonetheless.

Personality counts more! It always has and always will. It does not matter if she were super model material, if she was not a woman we would call best friend or want to be ourselves then she would never make the cut.

So how do I create my heroine, simple I don't I have no idea what they will look like or anything else about them until the story begins to unfold. I may decide they look one way before the first word is wrote and change it before the end of the first page. <bio>Dee Owens writes articles for http://www.articles3000.com.
Keeping a dog for a pet and companion is a great idea for dog lovers. They say, if you don't know how to take care of a dog, you won't be a good parent to your children at all. Probably, such a strong phrase to prove but don't doubt it, when you have a dog for a pet, responsibilities and expenses in keeping your pet healthy and happy are two fundamentals that you always need to bring about towards your pet dog.

The questions that you ask yourself prior to owning a dog will fill the responsibilities needed to keep one. They are not just animals, these creatures need understanding, attention and love. Unless you have time for your dog, don't just instantaneously buy or adopt one if you are not ready to share your time with your pet.

Aside from giving a dog its food and bath, are you up for the daily walks that your dog will need? People who tend to fall for a puppy's cuteness alone fails to look at the pure work of looking after it as it grows up. Because of this, some dog owners would put their pets in animal shelters after realizing that keeping a dog as pet didn't work out after all.

Boxer dogs are a strong breed. As much as how strong they are physically, this breed needs much attention and love as well as an adorable retriever. When a boxer dog is looked after adequately, they put their best paw forward to proving to their owners that they deserve the treatment that is rightfully theirs. A boxer dog's trait gives off so much of its exuberant quality when they are treated properly. They are an intelligent breed as well but remember, when training them, obedience surfaces after a while so it is just right that you wait and be patient with their everyday progress. <bio>Click http://www.boxer-dog-secrets-guide.com to find out more about making your Boxer happy, healthy and obedient. </bio>

A very common sight in almost every workstation in every office is the list of the user's passwords and login ID, neatly kept under the keyboard.

The hidden list of passwords throws light on a dark and unavoidable truth about the use of networked computers. Both careless users and over-confidence in one's knowledge of security policies in the field of Information Technology work in unison to disarm strict security measures.

Mostly, IT security schemes and usability are at war. Many users refuse to adhere to policies that apparently seem complicated and too-technical. At the logon screen, which acts as the point of entry to a secure computer program, the breach between IT methods and user dutifulness becomes glaring.

Let us begin by defining what is known as an effective password.

Webopedia defines a password as a combination of alphabets and/or numbers (and sometimes, symbols) that is not easily detectable by both human users and computer programs. The main purpose is to protect data from unauthorized usage as effectively as possible. A strong password consists of a minimum of six characters (the more the characters, the stronger the password). A case-sensitive password, a combination of both uppercase and lowercase letters, is a stronger password. Strong passwords usually avoid words found in the dictionary and also do not contain parts of the user's name.

Customers are typically reluctant to use passwords that are difficult to remember. For example, you will most probably prefer parrott5 to 1Xc%and27m3. The question here is which password is stronger?

The key factor that determines a really strong password here is adequate technical education. End-users should be able to gauge the gravity of computer and IT security. Professionals should be able to cater to the requirements of their user base.

Passwords should never belong to any serialization, such as parrott1, parrott2, parrott3... A password should be easy to memorize but not one that is found in the dictionary. Ideally, a combination of two or more words with a mixture of uppercase and lowercase alphabets makes a strong password.

IT professionals may beg to differ on this flow of thought. But it is better to use a password that cannot be easily hacked.

However, no matter how strong a password you use and knowing very well that they are crucial to computer security, are they the last word in controlling access to secure programs? In the next section, we go on to describe a far superior security tool. <bio>Michael Granger is a security expert and author.
During fall riding, we have to deal with strong and gusty winds. I suppose you could set a limit and say andquot;I won't ride if the winds gust above 30 MPH... but what fun would that be? On a day like today (50 degrees and sunny) can you imagine not riding because of the wind?

(Note: I do have my limits for things like temperatures and I suppose if the winds were above 40 MPH I would probably not ride. Just use your common sense and set your andquot;personal limitsandquot; based on your bike limits and rider skill level).

Aircraft pilots often refer to the season change from fall to winter as the andquot;bumpy flight timeandquot; because Mother Nature has to use lots of wind to andquot;push summer wayandquot; (likewise during the spring to summer change). Whatever the reason... the reality is strong and gusty winds on the ground (for us bikers) as well as in the air during this time of year and we have to know how to ride with these winds.

For most motorcycles, gusty winds are just an annoyance requiring some mild adjustments while riding. On a chopper, a gusty wind will feel like someone is standing beside the bike and is taking their best foot and pressing hard (in a sideways) direction right on the forward control peg (left or right depending on the direction of the wind). I am not sure if this is due to flex in the long forks, the rake, or both but it can make for a strange feeling like the front tire is going to slip out from under you.

So, I have found the best technique for dealing with strong and gusty winds is to ride in the center section of my lane (if the pavement and traffic conditions allow it) and maintain a strong grip on the handlebars while being relaxed enough to adjust as needed during and after the gusts. Like most conditions that deal with handling... slowing down can be a good option too... especially while in heavy traffic during these conditions.

Ride steady! <bio>Ron Gallagher operates his web-based development business http://www.ROAT.com and writes a blog http://www.HowToRideChoppers.com.
Passwords

It all starts with a strong password. We all have more passwords we care to have. It might sound simplistic, but strong passwords are a must for good security. Strong passwords to your web, ftp, and data servers are the easiest first step toward a secure web presence.

What Makes A Strong Password?

=B7A three-character password is much weaker than a six or eight character password. A good rule of thumb is never to use password shorter than eight characters.

=B7In no way should you use the default password

=B7Never make a word found in a dictionary your password. One of the most common methods to break into systems is to run scripts that try using dictionary words to guess your password. The less your password looks like a dictionary word, the less likely will someone guess what it is.

=B7Include numbers and special characters

=B7Avoid repeated numbers, characters or sequences such as 12345678, bbbbbbbb, or 33333333

=B7Never use the user name, or any combination of it, as your password. Don't use your domain name as your password either.

=B7Don't use look alike substitutions like "4ufromme", or n0t@home"

=B7Use the entire keyboard, and try to use the less common keys

=B7Use different passwords for different accounts. If you use the same password for all of your accounts, you may find multiple of your accounts compromised simultaneously.

=B7Never, ever use a blank password.

Examples of strong passwords are:

A combination of several words that aren't themselves a word interspersed with special characters (e.g., !4scOrEandsDayNYeaRs_ag0)

A word with digits of a memorable date sprinkled inside it (e.g., vacation -> 0vac2a0t9io19ln99)

Keep Your Passwords Safe

Ideally, you would never write down your passwords, but it is becoming difficult to do with so many accounts. If you have to write them down, keep them locked in a safe or some other secure environment. Passwords on Post It notes are a recipe for disaster. Don't do it!

Don't share your passwords with other, not even friends or family members. If someone has to use one of your accounts, log them in instead of sharing your password. Don't give out your password over the phone unless you have initiated the phone call. For example, you may receive a phone call from your Internet Service Provider asking for your password. Ask for their phone number, cal them back, then give out your password. Telephone conversations are not considered secure. Neither are online chat, email, or instant messaging.

Change your passwords regularly. A new password every 45 days is a good practice. Having the same passwords for years is a weak security practice. Set yourself reminders in your calendar. Make it a routine procedure. You'll see that after a few months, it becomes a habit.

Avoid typing your password on public computers. Unfortunately, many public computers have been compromised, making their users vulnerable for malicious keystroke logging scripts. <bio>George Meszaros with http://www.triumphontheweb.com </bio>

Congratulations! You've got a strong direct sales downline or are beginning to build one! This is one of the best parts of being a direct sales consultant, - the fact that you can share your passion for your business with others, help them to earn a little extra money and get paid for helping grow your company as well.

Now that you are a leader of a team, you'll need to build a strong relationship with downline members to not only help them stay strong in their business, but to help your business grow stronger as well. A strong downline relationship will be one that's mutually helpful and everyone benefits.

But you may be wondering how to insure that downline members feel cared for while still maintaining some type of balance with the rest of your life. Here are 5 easy tips for maintaining a great upline/downline relationship.

1. Start off with a bang. When a new recruit first signs up, it's vitally important that you communicate often with her. One thing that I have found very helpful here is to develop a series of emails to send to new downline that talks them through those first days "on the job".

It will help them feel like they are connected to the company and to you. Each day while your new recruit is waiting for her kit she should hear from you. This is very easy to do with an autoresponder system, but can also be done by just copying and pasting into an email message every morning.

2. 15 minutes a day. Set aside fifteen minutes of each workday for downline phone calls. Use those minutes to call one to five members of your group for a quick "just checking in" call. Leave a message if you get voicemail. The idea is to let them know that you're thinking of them and giving them a chance to hear your voice. This is a great time to ask how they're doing with their non-business life as well and get beyond your direct sales company to show you care about them.

3. A downline website. Creating a simple website for my group has been the best thing, by far that I did to keep communication open and strong with my group. We have weekly topic discussions, contests, upload important files and just have fun with the whole group. Through this many relationships between members of my group have blossomed just because the website allowed them to "break the ice".

4. Meetings and/or conference calls. This is another great way to foster unity and strong relationships within your group. Many of you probably have downline that are out your area, so have a quarterly conference call with everyone just to touch base. There are many free teleconference services via the internet that make it very easy to do. And if you can, have a face-to-face meeting once in a while as well. Some group leaders have meetings monthly or quarterly. Others do a once a year get together with everyone.

5. Ecards. I love ecards for celebrating birthdays, achievements etc. First of all it's FREE, which is great, but it's so convenient and just plain fun. Use one of those Internet calendar functions to keep track of birthdays. Once a month go through the upcoming month and set up the ecard deliveries for the birthdays and company anniversary dates for the next month or more. You can set these up to deliver up to a year in advance! It's a wonderful thing. There are hundreds of sites for free ecards on the Internet.

The key? Communicate in any and every way that you can. You will find that your direct sales team members will stay with your company much longer when you've fostered a strong relationship by keeping in touch! Have fun and happy team building!
Business that were perfectly healthy one year may find themselves losing customers, decreasing in profits and difficult to manage in another year. When these businesses move into a crisis situation they need strong leadership to transform them into something stronger that can overcome any current crisis and improve the businesses position for the future.

A business in a crisis situation needs strong leadership to turn it around and transform the company to a position above and beyond the current crisis. This will require someone who has the ability to be above and beyond what the average man or woman is capable of. These leaders have a strong sense of awareness of their environments and can articulate visions that others can follow (Defining the Skills, 2005).

When a leader is aware of the environment around him or her they are better able to understand the needs of the people within the organization. Being aware of their needs helps in coming up with creative solutions to complex problems that other will be able to identify with. Having the ability to articulate this vision furthers people's ability to envision and become impassioned about change.

It is not enough to simply be aware and have a vision because people must be motivated to act. A poll of big company executives indicates that 37% of them believe that leaders must be able to inspire others to achieve (Beucke, 2007). Without action all of the efforts of the leader are lost. It is the people who act on his or her vision that counts.

It is the results of all the actions that are taken by a leader that truly counts. If a leader does everything right but the company still moves into bankruptcy he or she is still not seen as a strong leader. The profit and loss states of the company determine how effective and strong the leader really is (Creativity may not, 2006). It is the scorecard by which other people judge the effectiveness of the leader.

Companies that are under a crisis situation and are under threat need to have leadership but this leadership isn't beneficial if there is no clear direction. This is why it is important for leaders to take their vision and implement into a plan that can be followed by others. It is simple to the concepts of The Way Forward and The New Deal that were presented to Americans as a way of approaching current and future problems.

Strong visions have plans that people can utilize to guide them to success. These plans are designed to produce the result of increasing the financial position of the company. This may be done through many avenues such as increased marketing share, finding efficiencies and much more yet each of them results in increased profit.

If a leader cannot improve the financial bottom line and the company fails in its turn around efforts then the leader was not strong enough succeed. Even if he or she did everything right it is entirely possible that it was too little and too late. Market forces and inefficiencies have caused the downfall of the organization. Leaders are judge on their results and not on their theories. <bio>Murad Ali is a three time book author, a part-time professor, a human resource manager and helps businesses attract visitors at http://www.blogpublishingandmarketing.com and http://www.thenewbusinessworld.blogspot.com </bio>

As warm weather approaches, you may find yourself searching for garden furniture. What is a backyard barbecue without garden furniture =96 after all, where would your guests sit? Though there is a wide variety of patio furniture, none is as beautiful as garden furniture made with teak. Why is teak a great material for garden furniture? Well, there are some distinct advantages, such as these:

Advantage #1 =96 Durable and Strong Teak has many advantages over other materials used to make patio furniture. The first and most significant advantage is that teak is a strong, durable and beautiful hardwood from India, Thailand or Malaysia. This exotic material was first used in the Middle Ages as a shipbuilding material, so it had to be strong to endure the long voyages at sea.

Advantage #2 =96 Waterproof After the ships were decommissioned, the boats made with teak material were still salvageable, since teak did not rot or rust, even when joined with metal. This is one of the reasons that teak is such a great material used to make garden furniture. So, if teak could survive long trips on the harsh ocean, image how well it will stand up in your garden=97without rusting or rotting! These waterproofing advantages are what make teak garden furniture an exceptional choice for your garden furniture.

Advantage #3 =96 Low Maintenance Garden furniture can be extremely high maintenance. Some materials attract dirt and grime more than other materials however, not teak wood. Teak, on the other hand, is very low maintenance, making teak garden furniture a great buy. If you are looking for a low maintenance material for your garden furniture, teak wood is the way to go.

Advantage #4 =96 Long-lasting Since most people can't afford to buy new garden furniture each year, another distinct advantage of teak garden furniture over garden furniture made from other materials is that it is extremely long-lasting. Teak garden furniture is so strong that it can stand the test of time, making it extremely cost-effective.

Advantage #5 =96 Stylish If you're looking for sleek and stylish garden furniture, look no further than teak garden furniture. To keep teak's original color, all you have to do is use teak oil annually. Or, if you prefer, allow the color to change naturally over time. With so many finish choices, there is sure to be at least one shade and style to suit your garden furniture needs.

If you're anxiously awaiting the warm weather season and especially looking forward to purchasing teak garden furniture, don't forget the advantages that teak has over any other material=97you won't be disappointed. Durable and strong, waterproof, low maintenance, long-lasting and stylish, teak garden furniture should be your first choice when you shop for garden furniture. <bio>Thomas D.
The wise saying goes, "Don't strike. If you strike, strike so hard, that there is no need to strike again." To add something more, "You may have an hour to suffer. But you have a lifetime to live, live with the ideals which you cherish!"

Here, your cherished ideal is cigarette cessation. This three inch cylinder weighing about 5 gms has bothered you enough. Now is the time to strike hard. Your hour by hour suffering may be for a month. If you pass this test for one month, you have kicked the habit for ever.

This small word with eight syllables NICOTINE- how powerful it is, how it has pinned you down? How many times you wished to come out of the smelly trench, and how each time you slipped down and fell into the cigarette trench again!

Granted that your cigarette cessation desire is strong and your will power is not so strong. As a stop gap arrangement, you tan take recourse to certain cigarette cessation methods. Take NLP for example. NLP means Neuro Linguistic Psychology. This is not a guaranteed method for cigarette cessation, but one of the dependable tools to be of help to a desperate individual like you.

This method alone will not grant you emancipation from the smoking habit. Though, clubbed with other methods, it will definitely produce beneficial results.{mospagebreak}

Your concern and the concern of your close ones in view of your deteriorating health could be another strong reason for cigarette cessation. If cigarette smoking is for enjoyment, should you not live long enough to enjoy that enjoyment? If you are not there, where is your enjoyment? So also, by smoking, you are causing deliberate injury to your health.

But what about your family members, wife and young children who are the victims of your passive smoke? Why should they view your smoke coils? You have no right to cause cancer in them.

Practice the downward spiral method for cigarette cessation. Suppose you are smoking ten cigarettes per day. Make it nine...after a week, make it eight...and after another week seven per day...so on and so forth!

Prohibitive cost of the tobacco, and the merciless taxation on products like cigarette, is another reason for your cigarette cessation. Just think deeply how much money you have squandered to spoil your health by the cigarette smoke. This deep thinking is likely to awaken you. If you get strong but supportive promptings from your trusted friends and well-meaning relatives, this factor also will have deep impact on your cigarette ideas.

Cigarette cessation and smokers are arch rivals. One of them has to win, by destroying the other. Let the strong contender for the non-smoker category win! <bio>http://www.stop-smoking-updates.com/quitsmoking/ and Smoking Cessation provides detailed information on quit smoking, stop smoking, how to stop smoking, smoking cessation and more. </bio>

It can happen to you today, over a year or somewhere in the next 10 years but to most of us it will happen at least ones in our lives. We are talking about lower back pain in this article and when you are one of many who already have experienced it one time ore even more times, you know you will do anything to prevent it from happening again. You can divide lower back pain in two types, there is the acute form that will usually last for a few days to a few weeks and there is the chronic lower back pain and this can last months and in some cases even years. The intensity can vary from day to day, with some days the pain can be bearable and some days where the pain is excruciating.

Lower back pain exercises can help you in three ways:

- prevent acute lower back pain from returning

- prevent acute lower back pain from become chronic

- reduce chronic lower back pain

When you want to do some exercises for prevention there are some things you should know first, acute lower back pain is usually caused by muscle strain and overuse, for example doing yard work for a couple of hours can cause this kind of back pain most of the time the day after is the wurst day. The only way to treat this is to take a little rest but not longer than a day or two, avoid positions that exacerbate the pain, use heat or ice, and take a pain killer if you absolutely need to. After that first day of rest you need to start doing some exercises.

With acute lower back pain you can do the exercises on your own but when you have chronic back pain it is wise to learn the exercises under supervision of a physical therapist. Most of the time you can do them on your own after you have the hang of it and even when there is a waiting list for the physical therapist there is a lot you can do without supervision.

When the extreme pain is over and you are able to stand up on your own, it is time to start with some strengthening exercises and gentle stretches, these will not only address your back but also your stomach and legs. All exercise you do should be about strengthening the muscles in the back stomach and legs because when you have strong muscles they are much less sensitive to be strained. And when you have strong leg and stomach muscles these can help your back muscles from overuse and straining. Strong muscles help to keep less strong muscles in place, our body just works better when it has strong muscles. This way the exercises will prevent the back pain from returning and become chronic, it also helps you recover much faster.

You should not let any residual pain keep you from doing exercises, lying in bed will make your muscles only stiffer and you will lose strength and flexibility. In the long run it will make you feel better, if you are a little bit hard for yourself remember the pain will be much greater if you rest to long.

Keep on doing these lower back pain exercises for a couple of weeks or even months after the pain has gone away to prevent it from returning.<bio>Richard Collins knows about back pain first hand. He has seen all kinds of doctors and done all kinds of therapies. On his blog he talks about this subject in more detail ranging from exercises for lower back pain to back pain kidney.</bio>

It is very important that you choose the right glasses for you. If not, then everyone who looks at you is going to notice the poor fitting glasses before they notice anything else about you. That is the curse of glasses: they are the first thing that individuals see when they look at your face. If they look bad, they're going to be noticed. If they look good, they're going to be noticed. Either way, they are going to be noticed. There is no hiding behind a black curtain in this case.

The best way to find the right glasses for you is to use your facial features. You must accentuate good features and calm down bad features. It is amazing how the right pair of glasses can make you look entirely different. It is kind of like a face lift without actually having surgery.

The only way your new glasses are going to work is if you abide by what your facial features are telling you. Here are the different facial types and what style of glasses are the best for those types:

- The round face: The jaw bone and brow lines are softer with a round face. This means that the length and the width of the face are about the same. The idea is to find glasses that will make the face look thinner and not so short. The glasses that you want if you have this face type is a pair that is wide and narrow. This means the rectangular style of glasses will be best. If the glasses have a brow bar, the glasses will give the appearance of the eye being pulled upward.

- The long face: This is when the face has more length than width, so you know you don't want a rectangular frame. Individuals with long faces also tend to have long noses, so there is a desire to shorten that up as well. Glasses with horizontal lines that are strong with a sort of triangular shape to them may work, as well as glasses that are round and less narrow. For the long nose, having a low bridge will help with that.

- The oval face: The oval face is the perfect face shape and is the easiest to choose glasses for. This means that, if you have an oval face, you can choose any type of glasses you want.

- The heart shape face: The jaw line is small, but the forehead is wide. The idea is to minimize the width of the face with an oval pair of glasses. This equalizes the width between your forehead and your jaw line. Rectangular and rimless are also options with this face type.

- The rectangular face: This face already has a strong square shape, so it is ideal to stick with circular frames to make the strong square features a bit softer. The nose is also a bit long, so the circular frames will shorten it up a bit.

- The square face: The angles for the brow lines and the jaw are quite strong. The face is long as it is wide, so the idea is to make the face seem thinner and to reduce those strong angles. That means the ideal pair of glasses is oval frames that are narrow. That will soften up all of those strong angles and make your face look softer.

If you are still not sure of your face shape, ask your optometrist or someone trained in the field so that they can tell you. That way you can pick the perfect pair of glasses and look great!<bio>Looking for eyeglasses online?
For all around durability and beauty Teak wood is your smartest choice for patio furniture.

Teak has many advantages over other materials used to make outdoor patio furniture. The first and most significant advantage is that Teak is a strong, durable and beautiful hardwood from India, Thailand or Malaysia. This exotic wood was a shipbuilding material many, many years ago, so it had to be strong to endure the long trips.

The natural oils in Teak make it suitable for use outdoors. Teak is durable even when not treated with oil or varnish.

Looking after your patio furniture can be tedious and time consuming. Teak is very low maintenance, making Teak patio furniture a great investment. If you are looking for a low maintenance material plus beauty for your garden furniture, Teak is the way to go.

Since the majority of people cannot afford to buy new garden furniture every year, another distinct advantage of Teak garden furniture over garden furniture made from other materials is that it is extremely long lasting. Teak garden furniture is strong and it can stand the test of time, making it extremely cost-effective.

If you are looking for sleek and stylish patio furniture, look no further than Teak patio furniture. To keep Teak's original color, all you have to do is use Teak oil annually. If you prefer, allow the color to change naturally over time. With so many finish choices, there is sure to be at least one shade and style to suit your patio furniture needs.

You want outdoor furniture that can stand up to Mother Nature. If you choose a metal patio furniture set, you do not want it to rust. You do not want a plastic set that will stain from the rain or sun. Believe me that will happen. When I was much younger, my cheap white plastic chairs turned an ugly grey from the sun and rain. You do not want a cheap wood patio set that will absorb water and eventually rot.

If you're anxiously awaiting the warm weather season and especially looking forward to purchasing Teak garden furniture, don't forget the advantages that Teak has over any other material=97you won't be disappointed. Durable and strong, waterproof, low maintenance, long lasting and stylish, Teak garden furniture should be your first choice when shopping for patio furniture. <bio>Thomas D.
Omaha Hi-Lo is an interesting and complex game, but one that because of that very nature offers some basic and easy strategies to come ahead in the long run. Because of all the cards in play, and the fact that often times there are two winning hands and the pot will split, a lot of action is created in Omaha Hi-Lo, and even the best pros in the world disagree vastly on strategies, sometimes even offering conflicting advice.

Because of the activeness of Omaha Hi-Lo, you will never find a game with more bad hands being played, and even raised on, all the way to the river, or even after they are beaten. Because of this, logic dictates that you only play very strong hands. Because of the sheer number of players who don't even understand the basics of what they're doing (or who only know to raise on A-2 and nothing else), if you play an extremely conservative game of Omaha Hi-Lo and keep yourself from chasing, you will always come out ahead in the long run.

The best hand mathematically is A-2-3-4, because it will win a piece of the pot over 40% of the time, which is astounding, because it gives you all the plays on the best low hand as well as straight cards, and if the ace is suited with only one other card, that still leaves decent flush possibilities. Basically any hand with A-2 is playable because it gives you a good shot at the low. A very good hand is one that gives you a good chance at the high and low. So A-2-K-3 with the A-2 suited and the K-3 suited is a great hand because you have a shot at two high flushes, the two highest straight cards, and the three lowest cards. This gives you a great shot with most flops to make something out of your hand.

In a game of Hi-Lo, you never want to be scooped. Scooped is where you miss out on both hands and get nothing back, that's why having a hand that can go after the high and the low is so important. Four high straight cards like A-K-Q-J are also worth playing because if the low hand misses completely on the flop, the high hand will take the whole pot. You only want the strongest hands. Do not play anything that is "kind of" strong, "decently" strong, or "fairly" strong. These are the hands that will end up getting scooped the most often.

Omaha Hi-Lo Because of the action in Omaha Hi-Lo, you can play ultra-conservative and still rest assured that when you play, you will still see action, and that's the key. Why go in weak when they will still call you when you're strong? Always look for A-2 or A-2-3, or high straight cards. Suited is better than not (and only two cards suited is fine, but don't chase a low flush--it will be beat) as well as straight cards. A-2-K-J and A-2-7-8 are both much better hands than A-3-9-7. Don't play because it looks like there might be something; that's how you give away your money.

Play ultra-conservative, bide your time, and push hard when you hit your hand to cash in. Play like that, and you will be amazed how much your chip stack can improve, even with only two or three hands an hour. Let players and pros argue over strategy, just play like a rock and in the long run you will come out ahead. <bio>David Olsen has been writing about casino strategy for over Six years and is considered an authority in the online gambling world.
