If you have a carpet you know that you will get spots on it. No ifs ands or buts, you will get spots. Read this article for some tips on spot cleaning your carpet when the worst does happen.

The first step in spot cleaning is to scrape away as much of the solid material as possible. Use a dull instrument such as a spoon to gently remove solid material. Never use anything sharp like a knife. The next step is to blot up as much of the spot with a clean white towel or dye free paper towel. Dab, do not rub as that could damage the carpet. Next you will get your spot cleaner out. Before you use any spot cleaner for the first time be sure to test it on a hidden area of your carpet such as a closet. Spray the spot cleaner on a rag and then dab the spot until the stain is removed. You want to dab to avoid damaging the carpet and you want to spray the rag not the carpet to avoid spreading the stain. Work from the outside in until all of the stain is removed. Be careful not to get the area to wet since this can lead to the stain wicking back and returning later. Finally you will let the area dry well before putting it back to use. If possible place a fan on the spot to speed dry it.

That is it, Your carpet is now beautiful again. Regular spot cleaning like this can help you maintain your carpet so that you get the most enjoyment out of it and so it lasts for years. If you can not get a spot out with a general spotter you should call a cleaning professional in instead of trying other chemicals. You do not want to make it worse by playing chemist. <bio>Visit http://www.thecarpetcleanerlist.com/nashville.htm for tips on carpet cleaning and care. </bio>

Planning on going camping? Great! One of the first things you need to do is choose a spot. Here are several factors you should consider when choosing a camping spot, as well as a few tips for finding a good one.

Accessibility How are you going to get to your camping spot? Is it a "drive up camping spot" or is access via a foot trail. If access is via a foot trail, I would suggest finding a spot with a half mile or less hike for your first trip.

Views / Attractions What's at the camping spot? Does it have good views? No sense going and camping in a boring place when there are many beautiful camping spots available.

Water Does your camping spot have access to clean water? If not, you'll have to pack in all of the water you need, including plenty to put out the fire with.

Firewood Is there access to firewood at the camping spot. If you want a campfire, you don't want to have to carry in the wood you'll need! Be sure that you are allowed to harvest firewood for the area you are going. In most areas, you are allowed to pick up dead wood, but not cut down live trees. Live trees do not burn well, anyway.

Campability If you're going into "uncharted areas" or plan on camping where there is no established camping spot, be sure that the terrain is such that you can pitch your tent without rolling down a hillside or sleeping on the rocks all night.

Tips for finding a spot Here are a few places you can start looking for camping spots: Local state parks Local national forests Your local city/county water supply lake Ask friends who camp Search online for "camping your state here" etc.

Be safe...and have fun! <bio>Visit Outdoors And In for all your camping gear: http://www.outdoorsandin.com/camping.html </bio>

In an effort to maintain their carpet many homeowners often use some harsh and misguided methods. If you would like to keep yourself from making some of these same mistakes you should read this short article.

The biggest mistake that homeowners make is using too much agitation when spot cleaning. They think that they have to scrub hard when spot cleaning and the result is a carpet with a worn area. Aggressive spotting distorts the fibers causing permanent damage. This can also be a problem with home spot cleaners that use an aggressive brush to agitate spots. Be careful of these machines and use them cautiously. When spot cleaning yourself you should remember to dab the spot instead of rubbing to prevent damage. It might take longer but you will not damage your carpet.

The next biggest mistake that people make is to reach for the spotter too soon. Often all you need to remove a spot is water and a terry cloth cotton towel. Water is after all one of the best solvents on the planet. If water fails to remove the spot you can then go on to using a spot cleaner. Use the cleaner sparingly though and once again remember not to scrub, only dab the spot.

The last mistake that I will talk about in this article is playing chemist. If someone can not get a spot out they often turn to the space under the kitchen sink and start experimenting with chemicals. If a chemical is not designed for carpet it can easily strip the protection and even the color from the carpet. Be careful and use only chemicals that say they are :safe for stain resistant carpet." Use caution with oxy type cleaners as well. Even though they say they are safe, they can often damage a carpet.

Hopefully this article will be of assistance to you in maintaining your homes carpets. For more help you should contact your local carpet cleaning company. <bio>To learn more visit the authors website at http://www.escondidocarpetcleaning.info , a carpet cleaning website. </bio>

Spot cleaning your carpet is a necessary part of maintaining it. A carpet that is taken care of will last much longer than a neglected one. Read this article for some tips on caring for some common carpet spots.

The first carpet spot I will talk about is pet urine. If you have a pet, chances are good that you will need to know how to spot clean urine. The trick to dealing with this type of spot is to get to it as soon as possible. The first step is to soak up as much of it as possible. Use a clean spotting towel and place it on the spot. Put a heavy weight on top of the towel and let the urine wick up into it. Next you will use a solution of vinegar and water to remove the stain. In a spray bottle mix one part white distilled vinegar and three parts plain water. Spray it on the spot and let it dwell for a few seconds. Blot the solution up and repeat. You might have to repeat several times. When you are finished let the area dry thoroughly and quickly. If you have a fan, place it on the spot to speed drying.

Another common spot that people find on carpet is chewing gum. It can be a mess but can be easily removed if you follow a few simple steps. The first thing you want to do is get an ice cube and place it on the gum to harden it. After you have frozen it you can break the gum into small easy to remove pieces. After you have removed all of the gum, use a good general spot cleaner and remove any further residue. Spray the solution on the spot and let it dwell for a few seconds. Dab up the spotter and repeat. Finish up by using your vinegar and water solution in a spray bottle to rinse the spot and remove any residue.

These tips should help you easily remove the common spots of pet urine and chewing gum. If you have trouble cleaning them you should consult your local carpet cleaning service. <bio>Learn more at http://www.lincolncarpetcleaning.info , a carpet cleaning website. </bio>

If you have woken up in the morning and you notice that there is a big spot at the end of your nose, the initial instinct is that you will want to squeeze it with the intention of releasing the pus within it. Your aim is to make the spot go away it to not look as ugly. It is even worse when a spot appears on the face and you have an important event that you need to attend. But if you take the time to deal with spots in the correct manner you will be able to see your spots disappear in no time at all.

You need to recall that the best time to treat a spot is when the pus is visible and the spot is at bursting point. It is at this stage that the spot is at its largest state. Make sure that your hands are clean and there is no dirt under the fingernails. It might even be an idea to wear some surgical gloves or to have a clean tissue to hand, and the reason for this is to ensure that there is no possibility of any infection from spreading from area to area.

Take a need and make sure it is sterile and you are best doing this by putting it in some boiling hot water and this will help to kill off any bacteria that is on the needle, and no bacteria is being spread.

Then gently take the needle in gently pierce the spot. The pus will then start to ooze itself out, and you should squeeze very gently until you notice blood appearing. At this stage you need to stop, and within a day or so, the inflammation should have reduced, but it can take a few more days before everything is back to normal.

If you are still noticing that you have some swelling on the skin then you should apply a cold press to that area of the skin. Whenever you have squeezed a spot, you need to apply an appropriate spot treatment in order to help kill off any further infection that may still exist, and to also help to reduce the redness and inflammation.

But you need to remember that squeezing spots is nothing something that should be exercised with frequency and there are only certain stages at which a spot should be squeezed. There are times when you might develop a spot, and it might not actually have a head, or no pus may be visible. In these cases, you just have inflammation on the skin and this is a prime example of when to not squeeze a spot.

In instances like this all you can do is keep the skin clean and to treat it as you would any other spot. Squeezing could be dangerous as it could cause the inflammation to become more worse than it already is.

Another reason that squeezing should be avoided is that if you exert too much force to the skin, once the spot has gone it could be that you are left with a permanent scar on the surface of the skin and there are no creams that are able to remove facial scars.<bio>Get more information about caring for face spots.
Carpet stains are not a problem if you stay on top of them. The last thing you want to do is let them build up to the point that the only thing you can do is call a professional. If you want to stay on top of your carpet spots read this article for some tips on dealing with some common carpet spots.

One common spot that might get on your carpet is coffee. Coffee can be difficult because it is a multi part stain. You are dealing with not only the coffee but also creamer and anything else you put in it. First you want to start by blotting up as much of the spot as possible with a dry cotton towel. Get as much up as possible. Next, move on to your general carpet cleaning spotter. Spray it on the spot and let it dwell for few seconds. Blot it up with a cotton towel and repeat. This should take out the creamer and any additives. After the general spotter you want to spray the spot with a vinegar and water solution. In a spray bottle mix up a solution of one part white distilled vinegar to three parts water. Spray the spot with this solution and let it dwell for a few seconds. Blot up the solution and repeat. This should remove the coffee itself. Now let the spot dry thoroughly before putting the carpet back to use. Place fans on the spot if you have any.

Another common spot is mud. Mud is actually very easy to remove. To remove mud you want to leave it alone. Do not touch it until it is completely dry. After it is dry you can usually just vacuum it out of the carpet. You might need to lightly brush the carpet with a soft brush to loosen it but be careful not to scrub too hard. If you have any remaining soil you can use your general spotter to spot clean it just like above. Follow it up with your vinegar and water solution to remove any residue left by the spotter. Once again, let the carpet dry thoroughly before putting it back to use.

I hope these tips will help you to deal with these spots if you get them on your carpet. As you can see they are actually very easy to remove. Good luck to you and if you need further help you should consult a carpet cleaner. <bio>Visit http://www.lexingtoncarpetcleaning.info for more information on carpet care. </bio>

If you have carpet you will no doubt have an occasion to do some spot cleaning. But do you really know how to spot clean your homes carpet? It sounds simple but there are some things that you need to know in order to successfully spot clean. Read this article and you will be a carpet cleaning professional in no time.

The first thing you need to realize is that their is a difference between a spot and a stain. A spot is soil that is clinging to the carpet fiber and can be removed with a cleaner. A stain is something that can not be removed with basic cleaning. Examples of stains might include furniture stains or kool aid stains. If a spot does not react to spot cleaning it is actually a stain and you will need to call a professional in to take care of it. Do not waste your time or make the stain worse by working on it more. Now that this is out of the way lets move on to what you need. There are basically three things you need. You need a bottle of general spotter, a bottle of vinegar and water and some terry cloth towels. The general spotter should be one commercially available that says that it is safe on stain resistant carpet. The vinegar and water bottle should be a trigger sprayer filled with a mixture of one part white distilled vinegar and three parts water. Finally the towels should be 100% cotton terry cloth towels available in the cleaning section of most home improvement stores. Now that you have purchased everything you should keep them in one convenient location so that hey are ready to go in a moments notice. Buy a small bucket or tote and keep it in one place like under the kitchen sink. When you do get a spot, here is what you should do. First, blot up as much of the soil as possible with your terry cloth towels. Then mist on the cleaning solution and allow it to dwell for a moment. Blot up this solution with the towel being careful to blot and not rub. Work from the outside in to avoid spreading the spot. You might have to repeat this step so repeat it until no more soil transfers to the rag. Now spray the vinegar solution onto the spot and allow it to dwell. Blot it up and once again repeat until no more soil transfers. The vinegar solution will neutralize the other spotter and will remove additional soil. Let the spot completely dry before putting it back to use. If any of the spot remains you should call a local carpet cleaner but most spots will respond well to a basic cleaner and the vinegar cleaner.

I hope this article has been of assistance to you. If you need further help be sure to call your local carpet cleaner. They have the experience to handle advanced spotting and stain problems. Good luck. <bio>Learn more tips on this at http://www.inglewoodcarpetcleaning.info , a carpet cleaners website. </bio>

Taking your kids camping the first time can be a daunting task, if you're not well prepared. But a well prepared camping trip with your kids can be a great joy for everyone involved. Here are a few considerations and preparations you should make before leaving home.

First of all, choose an easily accessible location. You may want to choose a camping spot that is accessible by vehicle if your kids are relatively young. If you want to hike in to the camping spot, keep the distance pretty short. Also, remember that younger kids may not be able to carry all of their gear and food in, so you'll end up with one very heavy pack if you're not careful.

Here are a few tips for minimizing the amount of stuff you have to take in, if you're hiking to your camping spot.

First, choose a spot with easy access to water. That way you can take in dehydrated foods, and use the water at the camping spot to cook your food with. That will save you a lot of weight.

Also, try taking one or two larger tents to hold everyone, rather than several smaller tents.

A camp fire is another consideration. Campfires and s'mores are a must when you take your kids camping. Be sure you choose a location that allows campfires, and that has a readily available water supply to put the fire out.

When you take your kids camping, be sure that they have the same essentials that you take camping: extra clothing, a coat or rain jacket, food, water, a tent, a sleeping bag, a sleeping pad, etc.

One last thing: before you go camping be sure you give your kids a few basic safety instructions, such as safety with fire, snakes, bears (if applicable), etc. Safety first! <bio>Visit Outdoors And In for your kids camping gear: http://www.outdoorsandin.com/kidscamping.html </bio>

What are spot colours?

Colours created without screens or dots, such as those found in the PANTONE MATCHING SYSTEM=AE, are referred to in the industry as spot or solid colours. From a palette of 14 basic colours, each of the spot colours in the PANTONE MATCHING System is mixed according to its own unique ink mixing formula developed by Pantone. You probably mixed yellow and blue paint to get green in your youth. Creating a PANTONE Spot colour is similar in concept, but with the added need for precision.

The precision begins with the printing ink manufacturers who are licensed by Pantone to manufacture inks for mixing PANTONE MATCHING SYSTEM colours. To retain their license, they must annually submit samples of the 14 basic colours for approval by Pantone. Printers can then order the colours by number or mix it themselves according to the ink mixing formula in a PANTONE formula guide. A PANTONE Chip supplied with the ink and/or job ensures that the printer achieves the colour desired by the customer.

Colour numbers and Paper Stock

Each colour in the System has a unique name or number followed by either a C, U or M. The letter suffix refers to the paper stock on which it is printed: C for Coated paper, U for Uncoated paper and M for Matte paper. Also created without screens, PANTONE metallic and pastel colours are considered part of the PANTONE MATCHING SYSTEM.

Due to the gamut of the 14 basic colours, some spot colours will be cleaner and brighter than if they were created in the four-colour process described below. Spot colours are commonly used in corporate logos and identity programs, and in one, two or three-colour jobs.

Who are Pantone?

Pantone, as it is today, was founded in 1962, when the company=97at the time a small business which manufactured colour cards for cosmetics companies=97was bought by Lawrence Herbert, who had been an employee since 1956. He immediately changed its direction, developing the first colour matching system in 1963. Herbert remains the CEO, Chairman, and President of the company. <bio>Article by http://www.pantonestore.com </bio>

If you're thinking about adding a member to your family, you'll also want to consider that, that means having one more mouth to feed, and someone else to clean up after. And, this is especially true if you're considering a pet.

According to experts its imperative to teach pets, especially puppies about proper hygiene as soon and as early as possible. But, they note that you must remain realistic and not expect too much. Remember, much like babies, puppies are still in their formative years and should not be expected to have full or adequate control of their sphincter muscle. In fact, professionals point out that it's not uncommon for puppies up to six months old to use the living room floor or rug as a "potty". However, they note that with proper patience, love, and persistent training, such problems can be put in the past.

Denote a spot where your puppy IS allowed to "go" and point it out, making it obvious to him or her that's what the spot should be used for. Note his or her patterns and bring him or her to the spot soon after he or she wakes up and after eating, drinking or playing. If however your catch your canine peeing or pooping in an inappropriate spot, simply "escort" him or her to the proper area reinforcing it as an acceptable bathroom spot.

Make sure also to keep a system of proper scolding and rewarding for behaviors. Compliment your pooch verbally and rub his or her ears and back each time he or she goes to the right spot, and after a few compliments, you may also want to consider scolding when he or she disobeys. And, make sure that the "punishment" fits the "crime" and takes place immediately after the incident so that your pet can make the proper association.

Success say experts depends on repetition of action. Taking that into account, they suggest planning meals at regular times and intervals, about three times a day. And they suggest teaching your pet to ration his or her food by offering a large bowl of food and allowing him or her to figure out how often the bowl will be replenished.
Wax on a carpet can seem like a catastrophe. It seems like nothing could possibly get it out but this is not the case. It is actually quite simple to do and is easily within the realm of the do it yourselfer. Read this article and learn how to remove wax from your carpet.

First lets talk about the supplies that you will need. You will need some cotton terry cloth towels which are available at most home improvement stores, a steam iron, a bottle of carpet spotter and a bottle of vinegar and water spotter. To make the vinegar spotter you will mix one part white distilled vinegar and three parts of water in a spray bottle. Fill the iron with water and plug it in near the spot. Set it on the lowest steam setting and place it somewhere where it can not be knocked over. While it is heating up get a couple of the terry cloth towels and soak them in water. Wring them out so they are just damp and not sopping wet. Now place the towel over the wax spot and place the iron on top of it. Keep the iron moving so as to not burn the carpet. Check the towel every couple seconds and change the position of it or switch to a new one when it is full of wax. This should have removed all of the wax and now you just need to remove any further residue. To do this, spray the spot with your general spotter and dab it up with a clean and dry terry cloth towel. Repeat this step several times but do not over saturate the carpet. Finally you will neutralize the spotter by misting the spot with the vinegar solution. Let it dwell for a second and then blot it up with your towel. Repeat it one more time and you are done and wax free.

Hopefully this article has helped you take care of your wax problem. If it sounds too complicated or any color from the wax remains you should call a local carpet cleaner. Good luck. <bio>Go to http://www.littlerockcarpetcleaning.info for more information on carpet care. </bio>

Do I need to take out a second mortgage? This is a question that a lot of homeowners ask themselves time and time again, but realty is nobody can answer for this question. In fact, it is even hard to take advice from somebody on whether you need a second mortgage or not.

But the fact is nobody needs a second mortgage. You may want to take out a second mortgage for one reason or the next, but when it comes to needing one will never be in that situation. still you need to know how to decide if you want to move towards a second mortgage.

The main reason to behind every second mortgage, you can get the money that you want up front. As second mortgage is based on the equity that you have in your home, you will be able to obtain the cash right away. Obviously, if you have a pressing need for money on the spot, a second mortgage may be the right way to go. Ofcourse you may not want to do this for one reason or the next. As everybody knows, risking your home is never a good idea unless you absolutely have to do so.

When it comes to needing a second mortgage, the negatives aspect of this type of loan can sometimes outweigh the positives. Since a second mortgage is based on the equity of your home, you are more or less putting it up as collateral. This means that if you do not pay the money back as agreed, you are going to lose your home. For a lot of people, this is a risk that they are not willing to take. some people find out that second mortgage interest rates are so high that they would be better off searching elsewhere for the money that they need.

As you can see, nobody really needs a second mortgage. If there is a reason that you need to have money right away and cannot wait, you may look into this option. When you take out a second mortgage you will be able to cash in on your home's equity on the spot, and then use the money as you need it. But before you do this, make sure that you consider what you need versus what you want.

For more Information check http://www.rentinsingapore.com <bio>Kim Lee writes for Singapore's Rental Portal http://www.rentinsingapore.com </bio>

There are a lot of people, both adults and teenagers, who develop spots on the face. There are a few terms for spots, whether it be a zit, a boil or a pimple. If there are a large number of spots on the skin at any one time then a person is said to have acne.

The other terms such as zits especially is nothing more than a slang term, and regardless of what people call spots, people feel ashamed when a spot appears, and do not feel as attractive or eve confident.

In fact, and this is quite funny, that the use of the word zit to describe a spot, is so popular that it is now featured in the dictionary.

Regardless of what the slang term is and regardless of the fact that a word now appears in the dictionary, it still does not take away the fact that you have a number of spots on your face and you want them to go. There are people are very obsessed with their appearance and cannot handle the appearance of a spot.

In some cases they will just hide away from society as they feel that they have done something wrong and that is the reason that they have a spot. Getting a spot is nothing to be ashamed of and all it is, is your body telling you that that there is something wrong internally, so you have the opportunity to at least to be able to correct any imbalances.

People can feel quite embarrassed with the fact that they have spots, especially teenagers, as it is at this age that they are very aware of their image, and they will do anything to be able to look and feel fabulous. They sometimes feel that spots or zits have actually ruined their face and also their lives.

There are a number of factors about spots that people should be aware of:

Spots are usually caused by hormonal changes and this can happen at any time and also under times of stress. Spots are not just for teenagers and can also appear in adulthood.

Where ever there is excess oil, and dead skin cells have the opportunity to become trapped, that is where spots can develop. So this can mean that spots can appear on the face, neck, back and even the shoulders. There are some instances, although not very common, that spots can appear on the scalp.

It goes without saying that sometimes before you see a person, you see the face full of spots. It is a sad but true face. The person with spots knows this and as a result will want to get rid of their spots as quickly as possible. One common method is to pick the spots, and whilst this might seem the logical thing to do, it can actually be the most dangerous. Picking or squeezing of the spots should be something that you should never do, even if the pus from the spot look like they are about to burst.<bio>Get more information about spots on the face.
One of the things that people fear the most is the unknown. The unknown generally represents the future, and the future includes aging. Age comes in many different forms, and some people have an easier time with aging than others. This generally has to do with both attitude, as well as genetics.

For people that really have a problem with the signs of aging, age spot removal is always an option. Age spots are a normal part of aging, but they can often get quite large, and actually become disfiguring for some people. So, it is no wonder that age spot removal is a popular procedure.

Age spots usually occur in two different areas. The first of these areas is the forehead. If you happen to be a balding older man (or woman) the age spots will definitely become noticeable. Thus, if you fit into this category, you are definitely a prime candidate for age spot removal.

The second area in which age spots frequently appear is the hands. If you have a significant amount of age spots on your hands, and are very self-conscious about them, then you too are a good candidate for age spot removal. So, taking all of this into consideration, what kinds of procedures are available?

The first procedure that is available is in the form of laser treatments. The lasers target the affected areas, and use light to stimulate the pigment in the skin to even out the overall tone. The upside is that lasers are among the most effective ways to combat age spots. The downside is that the laser treatments can get expensive, and a series of treatments are needed.

Another procedure that is available is the photofacial. Much like the laser treatments, this treatment uses light to stimulate melanin production for an even skin tone. This procedure is also expensive, and will need to be done one every couple of months to achieve the best results.

If you have especially large and raised age spots, you have the option of having them frozen off. This is a simple outpatient procedure in which a solution in injected directly into the age spot to freeze it and make it numb. The age spot might need to be removed by surgical means after that, but ideally it should just dry up and fall off.

Something that you will need to keep in mind is the fact that your age spots might actually be an indication of a problem more serious than aging -- skin cancer. Many people wrongly mistake a large, uneven, discolored mole for an age spot, and don't do anything about it until it requires serious medical attention. So, as you notice your skin developing irregularities, make sure you go see your dermatologist.

Speaking of dermatologists, it is very important that, if you are a good candidate for an age spot procedure, you only go to the best dermatologist available in your area. Make sure the dermatologist in question is fully certified. It will take research, but your skin will thank you for it!<bio>More information on how to remove age spots with Fraxel, different Fraxel treatment options and a Denver skin clinic of Colorado in your area is just a click away.</bio>

We all love our pets, but it is so easy to become busy that sometimes it is difficult to care for our pets the way we want to. Maybe you need to work long hours at the office as you finish a project, or maybe you just simply feel bad for leaving Spot at home all day. Besides hiring a pet sitter, you could take your dog to doggie day care. That's right! People do it for their children, and a pet is a vital member of the family who deserves tiptop care as well.

Taking your pet to doggie day care will afford you peace of mind. You will arrive home in the evening after a long day's work and know that your pet has been well taken care of, that they had fun during day, they stayed out of trouble, and that they were able to learn and play with their new doggie and day care worker friends. You will not feel like you have abandoned Spot, and he will be so happy to see you when you pick him up on your way home from the office. And besides, he will thank you for a fun filled day with his excitement at seeing you pick him up.

Even if you can't afford to take your precious pet to doggie day care every day, maybe you could take him once a week or even every other week as a treat to show your pet that you know staying at home can be boring and that you understand. It will also show your pet that you love him, and that you make arrangements in order to provide care for him in the best way possible when you are unable to provide it yourself.

There are several benefits to your pet as he attends doggie day care as well. Many pet owners who take their dog to day care say that they see an increased enthusiasm emulate from their pet as they approach the day care center day after day. The pets truly do make doggie friends, and some even have best friends! Dogs are social creatures, and they thrive on spending time with other dogs and other people, especially in a cage or kennel-free zone. By the end of the day, they will have used up sufficient energy and they will be happy to sit on the couch and relax with you=85you had a long day of work, and he had a long day of fun. What more could a dog, or pet owner ask for?

As people become more and more busy with their jobs and as work hours increase, sometimes it is hard for the pet owner to make the best decision about the care of their pet while they are gone for the majority of the day. They don't want Spot to be so bored at home that he gets into mischief, nor do they want to have to give Spot away. Doggie day care is an excellent option for dogs. They love it, they make friends, and they have fun! At the same time, the owner has peace of mind because they are confident their best friend is being well taken care of while they are away. Doggie day care is a win-win situation for all involved! <bio> http://www.pet-super-store.com/pet-supplies/elevated-dog-feeders/ http://www.pet-super-store.com/pet-supplies/pet-carriers/ </bio>

The spot on the baseball bat where you can smack the ball as hard as you like and all you feel is the rush of the swing and the sound through your ears. There has been a lot said about exactly where this spot lies on the bat. But truth be known, it's a different location on every bat. Variations between wood, metal and composites can shift the spot dramatically. Width of the spot can also change. Manufactured materials seem to have a better consistence in the spot where wood can vary wildly from bat to bat; even when turned on the same lath from the same stock.

So much thought has gone into the location and exploitation of the spot that even hard core physics gurus continue to study it. <a href="http://www.physics.usyd.edu.au/~cross/baseball.html" >http://www.physics.usyd.edu.au/~cross/baseball.html is just one place where they publish some pretty interesting things. I particularly like the graph of what a bat does during the process of the swing and contact. If you really want to spend a few weeks brushing up on the bio-mechanics of baseball http://webusers.npl.uiuc.edu/~a-nathan/pob/ has a bevy of links and references to keep your eyes blood shot for days. Albeit these may be too much for the casual athlete or even seasoned coach, they are still a good reference to have on had when you need additional credentials.

Back to the matter at hand. How do you find the sweet spot on your baseball bat. T work. Set up a T at a nice level for a comfortable swing. Ditch the batting gloves and with a gentle swing, enough to knock the ball to 2nd or so, start hitting and concentrate on the `feel' in your hands. It should not take too many strikes to figure out where the zone lies. Striking the ball on the inside or outside of the sweet spot will send vibration down the bat and into your hands. Search for the zone that sends the least vibration to your hands.

Next, mark from the inside to the outside of the spot with wide masking tape. Take a few more knocks to confirm you have the spot. Now, with batting gloves on take full stride and swing at the ball. Take 5 or so then check the tape. Getting the picture. You have already determined where the spot is, now you are confirming what your swing is doing. Are the marks inside, outside or not even scaring the tape at all.

Not only does locating the sweet spot on your bat give you good information on what part of the bat you should be making contact with, but you now have solid information on what is happening when you swing at the perfect pitch.

Proof positive feedback on what the swing is doing allows the batter to determine what portion of the movement is incorrect and make the adjustment. Practicing a swing 100 times does damage where practicing a perfect swing 20 times helps.

Affirmation of a correct swing goes miles in the confidence and overall skill development of the player. Coaches and Parents can talk for hours and still not deliver the reinforcement a few swings marring a piece of tape will do.

You can also mark this spot with a permanent marker for later tape application. Remove the tape after each T session. Having glue build up on the baseball bat does nothing but make a mess and you don't want to inadvertently alarm an umpire to thinking something is up. <bio>Mr. Dowdy is the father of 3 and after re-entering competitive baseball with his oldest that lead to frustration of finding suitable glove, he became an Official Distributor for Kelley Athletic which is available at http://NW.kelleyusa.com or http://www.hirschgroupllc.com for more news/tips/articles </bio>

Almost everyone have their own ideal vacation spot. This usually considered as the perfect place where the worries and toils of survival can be forgotten momentarily. And two natural elements that often characterize this ideal vacation spot are the sun and the ocean.

There must be something about the sea that makes people flock to it. But humans we know are very unique. So for some reasons, other people would rather go for a vacation spot that offer peace and serenity, and perhaps a change of scenery. This for me is what a Savanna vacation represents. The city is replete with historical monuments and other facilities for a relaxing holiday.

For those who have never been to Savanna, you may want to consider it as your next vacation spot. It is certainly a beautiful city; with a pronounced serenity you can't fail to notice as I did the first time I visited the place.

I heard about this classic city as an ideal vacation spot from my brother. I went online and did further research on my own to have a good grasp of this holiday spot. I discovered the city seems to have all that is required for a serene retreat or better still a romantic weekend.

Though Savanna vacation might be an unpopular choice for many holiday fun seekers, it certainly sounds fine to me.

I never really had any chance for a honeymoon when I got married, so I decided that a trip to Savanna will be a perfect romantic getaway. The Internet will provide all the information you want about this majestic city. If historical buildings and architecture fascinates you, then Savanna vacation is tailor made for you.

There are also many exotic dining and shopping districts, and of course captivating sights that attracts many people to the city. The location of the city on the waterfront also provides tourists the opportunity to ride on fairy boats, or take leisure strolls down the coast. An ideal holiday spot don't come better that this.

Because Savanna was once a prosperous place, there is an erroneous belief that the natives don't care about new folks coming in; nothing can be farther fro the truth. Those seeking a serene getaway or romantic weekend can testify to how they were welcomed with open arms.

The natives are nice people. The huge resource of the Internet can provide numerous websites that discussed ideal Savanna vacations. These sites will usually list the interesting places to visit and the desirable things to do. For those searching for that special romantic getaway with their wives or partners, Savanna vacation it's got to be. <bio>By Jenny Riley http://www.your-travel-zone.com http://www.adventure-travel-magazine-01.com </bio>

Coach handbag is something that really popular among people. However, many of you already know that the price of is pretty expensive. Therefore, fake ones start to appear in the market and being sold in very cheap price. However, the worst thing is not about buying fake ones in very cheap price, but it is you bought fake Coach handbag in very expensive, some times equal to the original one. Some of fake handbag sellers are very tricky, they produce fake ones, which very much similar and difficult to spot and sell in the same price as the original ones. The following article gives you the useful guide on how to spot fake handbag. Especially it would be very difficult for you to spot the fake ones when you buy multiple items at once as you may not have time to look at every single of them. The obvious spot to indicate fake items also included in this article as well as guide for some of you who love shopping online.

Firstly, you may have to look at the outside fabric of the handbag. Generally most of brand name Coach handbag would have the C letter logo on the external fabric. The C brand logo should start at the center of the bag and go out. The second spot fake handbag is you have to look at the logo. Fake handbags generally leave the sign of unfinished and incorrect logo. However, it is quite difficult to distinct between original logo and fake logo. This is because if you never have experience using original brand name, you may not be able to identify the differences between original and fake logo. However, some of seller could not make effective replacement of logo, so it is quite easy for us to spot. Therefore, if you are not sure about the different of logo, just pay close attention the fabric, it can tell you a lot about the quality and authenticity of a bag.

Inner lining of the handbag is also another obvious spot to differentiate between fake and original handbag. The format of stitching could tell you whether it is the good quality handbag. You have to consider the format of stitching if it is sloppy as well as look for original serial number inside the bag. You fill find that authentic item generally has stamped on the inside on a square patch of leather sewn into the lining. However, this practice could only be applied when choosing handbags. This is because many of authentic brand name purse or wallets usually do not have serial numbers.

Lastly, I will end with online buying tips. Many people love to buy things online because it is so convenient. The favourite places of shopping online seem to be major online such as eBay, Shopping.com and MSN. For eBay, the most obvious thing that you can consider the quality of seller is feed back for the seller. You probably have to check all comments regarding to their service. Check out the comments made. If the majority of the comments are negative then this is a good indication that you don't want to deal with that seller. <bio>PisanK.'s a writer for Bag, Handbag, Luggage and Wallet websites including http://www.coach-hand-bag.com.
When optimizing your website for the search engines, you really have three choices on which one to optimize for =96 Google, Yahoo, or MSN. Each search engine has certain criteria that is emphasized more and the factors that help you rank well differ from search engine to search engine.

For example, do a search for the term "sports" and you'll find that ESPN holds the top spot in Google, while Yahoo! Sports holds the top spot in Yahoo and Fox Sports holds the top spot in MSN.

Of course, then again, if you do a search for "hotels", you'll find that http://hotels.com has the top spot in all three search engines.

So what's a person to do when optimizing their websites?

My advice is to focus your attention on optimizing your website to rank well in Google. Yahoo and MSN combined don't send as much traffic as Google will if you hold the top spot. Since Google gets nearly half (about 49%) of ALL search engine traffic, it's makes sense that you'd want to focus your efforts on Google.

Also, since Google has the reputation for providing the most relevant results, Yahoo and MSN tend to always be playing catch up. So what's working well in Google will likely work for both Yahoo and MSN.

However, if you optimize for just Yahoo or MSN, you're not likely to rank as well in Google.

One thing I also like about Google is how fast they're currently updating their index. You can get a website up, get a few links, and be indexed in less than a week. Yahoo and MSN tend to be a lot slower in getting your website indexed. Also, the rankings change less often in Yahoo and MSN, which is great if you hold the top ranking, but not so great when you're trying to climb up in the rankings. With Google's frequently updating index, you get more feedback on how well your search engine optimization efforts are paying off. <bio>Gary Ruplinger is a search engine optimization expert.
