The Driver gets the most publicity of all the golf clubs in your bag. Working on the theory that andquot;distance sellsandquot;, all we hear about now is CoR ratings and hot faces intended to help you get the extra 10 or 15 yards.

But what about your Irons? Don't they have 'hot faces' that can be measured? Can they be engineered so that your 7-iron flies 10 yards further? If a Driver has a limit of .830 Coefficient of Restitution then what's the limit with Irons?

Actually the limit is the same but no manufacturers have attempted to get anywhere near it. Some manufacturers have however invested in the technology to deliver incredibly thin faces that will help provide a 'spring like effect' or 'hot face'. Nike should get some credit for pushing the limits of thinner faces with their Slingshot Irons. The TaylorMade r7 CGB Max and r7 XD are examples where these innovations have been applied and taken a step further

However, what's most interesting is not the extra distance that these innovations might allow, but what is done with the weight that is saved from the face. This year's releases of irons are saving in the order of 10 - 20 grams in the face that can now be repositioned elsewhere. That means still lower and deeper Centre of Gravity and more weight around the perimeter. And that's good news for us. Easier to hit golf clubs.

Nike were one of the first manufacturers to set out to create a 'Centre of Gravity' that was technically in the 'air' behind the club face. To do this they created a club face that is 'thinner', lighter and incredibly consistent in construction, resulting in 20 grams that could be replaced elsewhere in the club head.

Visit your local PGA Golf Professional for expert advice on all aspects of golf. <bio>James Langmead PGA Qualified Golf Professional and former Callaway Club fitter of the year http://www.thegolfshoponline.co.uk </bio>

Everyone wants that perfect hairstyle, but unfortunately not everyone has the same shape of face. When you are choosing a hairstyle, you should take into consideration the shape of your face just like you choose clothes and accessories to match your personality.

The first which you need to do when choosing a hairstyle is recognize the shape of your face. You can typically categorize faces into the following.

Oval faces can really have both long and short hairstyles as the shape of this face is considered ideal for any kind of style that you desire. The main thing to remember is that you should never wear your hair in your face.

Round faces will typically have a wide hairline and fullness about their face which they need to give an effect of slimming to so go for hairstyles that have waves and layers to them. Any straight hairstyles are definitely not for you and are to be avoided. A hairstyle that is shorter, no longer than shoulder length, can give you the illusion of height and hairstyles that include smallish curls on the side will look great.

Long faces can be complimented with more of a straight hanging hair style that goes for volume. This could be a heavy style that is layered or a mid-length bob cut which works for this shape of face.

Square faces with a strong jaw line should find a hairstyle that is suitable for balancing your facial features. A short or medium length cut should be a great look for your face but a long hair style with a straight part is to be avoided.

Heart shaped faces tend to be wider at the temple and narrower at the chin. People that have this shape face look better with shorter to chin length hair. Possibly short shags, bobs about chin length, layers that are swept forward and bangs that have that wispy look are good for this face shape. If you choose styles that show more of your upper face it will make your chin look narrower.

By now I think that you understand that the key to choosing the right hairstyle is by first carefully studying and determining the shape of your face. If you do this it will definitely add to the effect of the hairstyle and your overall looks. You need to maintain proper facial proportions.

Another thing to consider with your hair is choosing and using quality hair care products which your stylist can help you with to keep your hair in its best condition. You should use good quality shampoos and conditioners for your unique hairs type to keep it in its best condition.

We also understand that there are those of us which may have thinning or even balding hairstyles which present their own unique issue. We did not deal with them here, but there is an article of reference which those that need to may find very interesting and an aid to help you choose the right hairstyle when your hair is deserting you. <bio>To view the hair style article mentioned in the article please visit http://www.authoritydirectory.com/articles/Hairstyle-Guide-for-Balding-Men-= 77.html Hairstyle Guide for Balding Men.
Kids of all ages love to have their faces painted (especially the younger ones!), so it's the perfect thing to learn how to do if you have young kids... or you're planning to have a birthday party for your children.

With this in mind, I've prepared a few tips for people just starting out in face painting. Here they are:

1) If you're painting a design that needs a large area to be covered with paint, use a sponge instead of a brush. Why? Because applying the paint with a sponge means it will dry quicker. It's a good idea to have a few sponges set aside if you need to use different colors, because this means you won't have to try and clean the sponge for each color...which would take time.

2) Always let the first color dry before you start painting on a second! If you forget to wait for it to dry, they colors will most likely mix and you're going to have to start from scratch again.

3) Make sure you know what you want the finished face to look like. Don't mak it up as you go along. You need to be able to paint faces rather quickly, as if you have children, you already know that kids aren't always very patient...and they may get bored or restless if you're thinking on what to paint next.

4) If you're not good at painting freehand yet, don't be afraid to use a stencil. You can get stencils of stars, hearts, flowers, and all sorts of things. These are perfect for stencilling onto a cheek. You'll need stencils of different sizes to accommodate different face sizes.

5) If you want something faster than stencilling, why not try temporary tattoos? Make sure the person's skin doesn't react badly to it first, by asking them (or their parents)...or testing it on a small area first.

6) If you have a line of kids ready to have their faces painted, ask them to be thinking about what they would like a few minutes before its actually their turn. You don't want to be delayed while each kid thinks of what he or she would like painted on their face.

7) Remember to have a mirror with you at all times so you can show the person what you have painted, and to make sure they're happy with your work.

8) Professional face paint and stage makeup can be quite expensive, especially if you're planning to paint a lot of faces. You can make your own simple face paint with cheaper ingredients. A quick search on Google will find you plenty of ideas that you can use to make your own face paint with. Bear in mind this won't be as good as the professional face paint, so if you can afford it... I would advice you to get the professional stuff.

They you go, that's my 8 tips a for professional face painting! I hope you found them useful. <bio>For my info on how to do face painting, visit: http://my-face-painting.blogspot.com </bio>

Are you planning a birthday party for your child? Then you're probably looking for some birthday party activities. Why not including face painting as part of the party? Here are some guidelines to get you started in face painting as quickly as possible.

Kids love having their faces painted. Whether they are three or nine, kids get a thrill out of having characters and shapes painted on their face. The great thing about children's face painting is that it takes very little time to do and it's a low-cost investment.

The first thing you need to do is determine what kinds of paintings you'll do. If you organise a themed birthday party, come up with several face painting ideas within that birthday theme.

For example, if your child wants a Sesame Street themed birthday party, brainstorm some face painting ideas based on the cartoon characters from the show: Elmo, Big Bird, Cookie Monster. When you have several ideas, sketch them out on paper so that you'll have a general guide when you get ready to paint the kids' faces.

You may be feeling a little scared and nervous about trying to paint cartoon characters - don't be. Start with a simple outline sketch of the character. Use the main color to fill it in. Then add features, like ears, eyes, mouth and nose. It does not have to be perfect for the kids to love them.

If you don't want to attempt painting cartoon characters at first, start with the basics. Keep your face paintings to simple objects. Some simple, all-time favorite face painting designs for kids are: clouds, hearts, rainbows, cupcake, ice cream cone, balloons, butterfly, smiley face, their name.

It is also important that you practice and try out your face painting designs before the birthday party, especially if you have never done face painting before. This just ensures that you have a steady hand and eye when the big day comes. You can practice on the back of your hand or on your own kids' faces.

The more practice you can get in ahead of time, the easier it will be to paint lots of kids' faces at the birthday party. Plus, you won't be nearly as nervous and afraid of messing up, if you've had lots of practice. So the next time you organise your kid's next birthday party, include face painting and add some color and excitement to the party! <bio>Ilse Wilkins has organised dozens of successful birthday parties and would like to recommend http://bestkidsbirthday.com, the #1 source for birthday party theme supplies. </bio>

When you hear the term intimate lingerie, what comes to mind? Do you end up getting visions of a naughty little minx wearing a hot corset number complete with boots and fishnets? Perhaps you think of soft and sensual lace camisoles or a nice chemise. Either way, you are not wrong. As a matter of fact, one of the great things about lingerie is that there are so many incredible styles and designs that you can choose from. It just goes to show that there really is something out there for everyone when it comes to the world of lingerie.

When you think of lingerie and intimate apparel, there could be a number of things that come to mind. This just goes to show that wearing any kind of lingerie is basically your personal preference. While the many faces of lingerie and intimate apparel are constantly changing, the idea still stays the same. It is the idea that adorning your body with beautiful undergarments can bring you to a whole new level of confidence and sensuality.

Maybe you have a lingerie collection that is made mostly of bra and undie sets. Perhaps it is just about time that you move on to a new level with your lingerie collection with the addition of some garter belts and thigh hi stockings. After that, you might want to look into some of the gorgeous corsets available. From there, who knows? You could see that there has always been a whole world of options out there that are just right to suit your tastes as well as your desires.

Basically, think of the pieces that you feel will make you feel your absolute best while you are wearing them.
Most of us recognize faces. For example, did you ever hear anyone say, "Oh, I know your name, but I don't recognize your face"? It's the names we have trouble with. Since we do usually recognize faces, the thing to do is apply a system wherein the face tells us the name. That is basically what a good memory techniques accomplishes, if it is applied correctly.

The first problem is the name. Well, that one is easily solved - simply apply the "Substitute Word" system of memory. You won't need it for many names that already have meaning - names like Hayes, Howe, Carpenter, Fox, Paige, Coyne, Paynter, Gold, or Knott immediately create pictures in your mind.

Other names may not have meaning, but will still remind you of something tangible. For example, the names Hudson, Jordan, and Shannon will probably make you think of a river, and the name Ruth might make you think of baseball. The vast majority of names, however, have no meaning at all. They are conglomerations of sound, just like a word in a foreign language. That's where the Substitute Word system comes in.

Before we give you some examples, you should be aware of the fact that most people don't really forget names. They just don't remember them in the first place - often, they don't really hear them in the first place. Just think back and remember the many times you've been introduced to someone, when all you heard was a mumble. There's no way on earth to remember a mumble!

For some reason, people are usually embarrassed to simply say, "I'm sorry, I didn't hear your name." There's nothing to be embarrassed about. Since a person's name is one of his most prized possessions, it's flattering to make even the slightest fuss over it. Asking him to repeat it shows that you're interested enough in him to want to be sure you get his name right.

Then there are those who don't bother asking the person to repeat his name because they feel that they'll probably never meet him again, so what difference does it make? Of course, they often do meet that person again - which is why half the world seems to address the other half as Darling, Buddy, Fella', Mac, Champ, Honey, or Sweetheart. Not because "Honey" is so special to them, but because they don't know who they're talking to! Which is probably all right, because the chances are that "Honey" and "Buddy" don't know who they're talking to, either!

Anyway, if you would like to remember names and faces, there are three steps involved; the first step takes care of the name, the second takes care of the face, and the third locks the two of them together. What you have to do is associate the name to the face in some ridiculous way. <bio>Make Life Magic! http://www.xtrememind.com </bio>

Women have learned all the secrets and little tricks that can make their faces glow, their bodies firm and their skin and hair flawless. But there's one area where we still have much to learn. And it has a lot of bearing on how we look as well. It is in taking care of our self-esteem.

We all know that when we're feeling down, inferior or unworthy, our faces sag and our overall features look tired and defeated. Some may even argue that have strong self-esteem is more attractive than having the right physical attributes, and they may have a point. Following are a few simple tips that can help women rev up their self-esteem.

1. Press The Magic Button -- Most of us need to boost our self-confidence every now and then. One of the best ways to do this is to recall exactly who we are and why we should feel good about ourselves. Create a Magic Button -- a mental image of three things that make you feel good -- and press on it once in a while. These things could include images of your biggest achievements, the smiling faces of people who matter to you or something as simple as a piece of music.

This Magic Button is especially important when we down and things aren't going our way. We have to remember that whatever setbacks we've faced are temporary. We've overcome them before to reach success. Press that magic button.

2. Overcome self-consciousness -- Yes, self-consciousness is probably the biggest enemy of self-confidence. We tend to look at ourselves too harshly and focus on our perceived faults and shortcomings. To overcome self-consciousness, you should try focusing on others: try to put other people at ease, check the room for people who you might learn to like, make a mental note of possible business contacts.

Sometimes, if focusing on other people proves difficult, we can ease our self-consciousness by looking intently at our surroundings -- examining paintings, admiring furniture and decor, anything that will take our minds off ourselves.

3. Don't Stand For Undue Criticism - Sometimes our self-esteem ebbs because we allow others to treat us like rags and walk all over us. This is something we should never allow, even if we have made a mistake or come up wanting in a situation. We should bear in mind that even top-notch people make mistakes. <bio>Kadence Buchanan writes articles for http://iwomensworld.net/ - In addition, Kadence also writes articles for http://universeofbeauty.net/ and http://forahealthywoman.com/ </bio>

You would be surprised how many people do not know anything about the different cuts of diamonds that are out there, and the benefits of each. Most people if you ask what kind of diamond will give you a color and shape, not knowing it is much more than that. Here we are going to look at the various cuts of diamonds, which ones are most popular, and the terms used to describe them.

The most common cut for Engagement rings is a round cut. However, there are more than one type of round cuts. The number one ranking round cut is called a Brilliant cut, but a brilliant cut is only one out of the three main round cuts. A brilliant cut is known best for its many faces, most commonly seen in shapes like triangles and kites. The most spectacular thing about this diamond is that the faces (or facets) are all pointed outwards, which greatly enhances the way the light radiates through the diamond itself.

A step cut, has four-sided facets that are cut beneath the table of the diamond. The table, is the flat edge cut at the top of a diamond. The four facets are parallel to the diamonds girdle. Where the top or the crown of the diamond and the bottom or the pavilion of the diamond meet. In other words, it's the point in between the coned and and the top of the diamond that is visible from an aerial view. There are less facets in this diamond than in a brilliant cut diamond.

An emerald cut is the same type of cut as a step cut, only with the corners removed. They are mostly rectangular shaped but size varies, they can be anything from a lean thin rectangle to a wide bulk square. A mixed cut diamond is cut with techniques from both a step and a brilliant cut. A mixed cut diamond is cut with techniques from both a step and a brilliant cut and are most popular in colored gems. <bio>Kevin Chang has been in the jewelry for industry for over 15 years. There are lots of uses for these rubber silicone bracelets, here are just some.

Usually people use rubber silicone bracelets to send a message to a general public. Sometimes fraternities from other schools use these rubber silicone bracelets to distinguish who is their brother and who is not.

Fraternity members have the rubber silicone bracelets customized with their fraternity's colors and other design, like the logos and messages. These are a good way to distinguish one member from the other. You can also have the names of the members placed on the bracelets. They are so customizable that even the font, size, color, and message can be customized!

Other groups who use the bracelets would be other clubs and other organizations. They use these for fundraisers, or for other special events like sporting events or club parties. They have these rubber silicone bracelets customized for under a dollar and sells it for a dollar or a dollar and fifty. Can you see how much they can raise if they raised 2,000 rubber silicone bracelets? How about if you were able to raise 3,000 rubber wristbands? Imagine that.

Other groups order these rubber silicone bracelets for sporting events. Every once in a while the policemen in our area hosts this event for the special people and I see them give out these rubber silicone bracelets to the supporters, players, and all the people included in that special event. I can see that these rubber silicone bracelets never ceases to bring smiles to people's faces.

So you see?
Today many people have decided to work from their home. If you are one of those people you might have chosen to set up a room as a dedicated home office. If this office has carpet there are some things you should be aware of. Read this article and learn about the dangers that carpet is exposed to in the average home office.

The biggest danger that carpet faces in an office is from rolling chairs. The constant back and forth motion will quickly wear out a carpet. In a matter of months you can have a carpet that is severely and permanently damaged and abraded. To solve this problem you should purchase a chair mat to have a surface to roll the chair on save wear to the carpet. These do have some disadvantages however as they can leave a noticeable line if they are ever pulled up. To prevent this damage be sure to pick up the mat and vacuum under it at least once every couple of weeks.

Another danger to carpet in a home office is from printer ink and toner. If spilt on the carpet they will often leave a permanent stain. To prevent this damage be sure to put your printer on a good solid shelf and use caution when changing your ink or toner cartridge.

The last way that carpet can be damaged that I will discuss is from computer towers. If a tower is placed on the carpet, the fan will constantly be pulling air up into the tower and through the carpet. This will eventually lead to a line around the tower where the carpet fibers have actually filtered the air passing through them. This line is very difficult to remove. To prevent this damage either place the computer tower on its own shelf or place some kind of solid surface underneath it between it and the carpet.

Carpet faces many dangers in the home office but if you take care of the major ones you can have a work station that is not only efficient but attractive and pleasant to be in. <bio>Learn more about carpet and http://www.durhamcarpetcleaning.info, a website on carpet care. </bio>

When speaking of sex change procedure, people only think about the change in the reproductive parts and perhaps the breasts which are the most distinctive feminine features. However, it is undeniable that the face is the most noticed part of a person. Therefore, for natural looking results, it is advised people who have undergone sex change operation consider facial feminization surgery as well because it helps them integrate socially as women.

The aim of facial feminization surgery is to eliminate or reduce many of the cross-gender-related deformities of the facial bones caused by late-pubertal testosterone masculinization in male-to-female transsexuals. The procedure involves various bony and soft tissue procedures and sometimes includes facial hair removal. The surgeon will focus on how to adjust the dimensional parameters of each face towards the normal female range, based on certain physical anthropological measurements.

According to anthropological researches, survival requirements over evolutionary time have adapted human males' faces for protection in hunting and fighting, providing them with protruding brow ridges and heavy jaws/chins. However, human females' faces have evolved (as have children's faces) for better hiding/fleeing by having better unobstructed peripheral vision (with the eyes more forward in the facial structure, and with no brow ridge). These differences in secondary sex characteristics are caused by the different sex hormones present in the bodies of boys and girls after puberty.

The surgical procedures most frequently performed during facial feminization surgery include hairline correction, forehead recontouring, brow lift, rhinoplasty, cheek implants, chin and jaw recontouring, Adam's apple reduction and lip filling. Other procedures might be suggested by the surgeon, depending on each person's natural looks.

There are only a small number of surgeons globally who specialize in facial feminization surgery. Like any other cosmetic surgeries, patients should be confident that they are placing their image in the trustworthy and reliable hand. There are, of course, limitations to what a surgery can do. It is not a magical process that can 100 per cent transform a man's face into a woman's natural face. It is best to speak to the surgeon beforehand to make sure the results are what the patient is looking for as the features will stay with the patient permanently. <bio>Dr Pichet Rodchareon is the owner of Bangkok Plastic Surgery Clinic, center of sex change surgery based in Bangkok, Thailand.
Using association for memorization is a proven and effective way of retrieving information. Anything new to the mind is easily remembered if paired with another familiar object or any piece of information. This is the only secret and formula why memorization through association method works very well.

Association may seem difficult to use at first. A person using this method for the first time can possibly find himself trapped using the usual information such as the big tree, the old house down the street or the old lady passing by every morning for association purposes. But it doesn't have to be like this all the time. To make the art of memorization become more easy and natural, one can even associate anything important for retention to music, food, clothes and just about anything. It's even more fascinating if association is used together with fun objects and distinct appearances.

The reason why association works well with sillier or funny images or even the ones that are truly strangely unique enough to be remembered is because it stays in the mind easily above all the other usual bits and pieces of information.

Remembering names in this fashion work just as great. It's always best to start with the people with familiar faces but at the same time, those of whom you could never retain the names. Starting with the most difficult ones always make memorization easier since the brain adapts to a rigid training of memorization.

So, for memorization of the people whose names are entirely unknown or foreign to you but whose faces you get to meet at the pantry almost everyday, try asking for their names once and associate it with anything familiar and humorous to you. For example, the name Mathew is just too usual with almost every guy you meet but this time, the name Mathew has got to be for this particular person only. You don't want to make the same mistake for such a simple name so every time this person walks up to you, make him the disciple Mathew in modern day, walking around the office premises in robe and bearded. <bio>About The Author: Shareen Aguilar is a writer for http://www.memory-improvement-techniques.com which has Memory Improvement Books and Memory Game Software. </bio>

For nearly a century, Ebel has been crafting some of the very finest Swiss watches. The company is unique in that it was cofounded by a husband and wife. They dreamed of making luxury watches grounded in both masculinity and femininity accordingly. Ebel's Beluga Collection follows that feminine tradition that began long ago in 1911. The Beluga Collection sacrifices nothing to uphold the traditions that this fine watchmaker stands for.

The Beluga Collection is designed just for women. More specifically, it is for women who have a tendency to perceive their watches as not only timekeeping pieces, but also as jewelry. A watch can serve as more than a timekeeper, it can become a part of an overall fashion statement or personal image. Watches from the Beluga Collection glitter and shine. Feminine cofounder Alice Levy was a gem-lover and it is no strange coincidence that Beluga watches feature plenty of them. They deliver beautifully set gems against stylish faces, and a diverse spectrum of bracelets that are designed to be comfortable and eye-catching at the same time.

Beluga watches are beautiful and versatile. Imagine a unique watch face that is surrounded by a delicately crafted heart shape and inlaid with fine mother of pearl. Intricate diamond accents round out the overall look of the Ebel Beluga Heart watch. This is just one of many unique and stylish models in the collection. It would be a perfect accompaniment for a special occasion or a professional activity.

An innovative concept introduced by Ebel is the scaling down of the size of several watches in the Beluga Collection. The Beluga Mini watches are smaller in size, yet feature the same intricate detailing and fine craftsmanship as the full-sized versions. In fact, some Beluga Minis leave room for as many as 46 diamonds to be set around the watch case. The tiny watches are delicate yet tantalizing at the same time and are just as capable in the area of performance.

The Beluga Collection watches feature a wide selection of vibrant colors in their mother of pearl faces. Subtle colors like traditional white, smooth rose and baby blue are complimented by bolder statements made by green and royal blue mother of pearl. There are also models that make even bolder statements with stainless steel faces of bright fuchsia and several different blues. Some of the faces feature Roman numeral numbering which is charming and nostalgic, or boldly stated diamond accents at 12, 3, 6 and 9 o'clock.

Each and every watch from the Ebel Beluga Collection is the result of Swiss craftsmanship. The Ebel name and those who stand behind it are known as 'architects of time' and the innovative designs found in the Beluga Collection are no exception. An architect carefully designs and plans each and every facet of their creation. The artistry, innovation and attention to detail that goes into each and every timepiece in the Beluga Collection is a part of the longstanding Ebel tradition -- they are true architects of time.<bio>TheWatchery is the number one source for ebel beluga watches online.
If you have been struggling to find out how to get rid of your pet's eye stain or tear stain discharge I can totally relate to what you are going through.

We have several Maltese dogs in our family and a few of them unfortunately had severe Maltese eye stain problems.

At first we did not know what to do. The stains ran down their faces from the inside corner of their eyes down each side of their nose and it was unsightly and gross looking compared to the rest of their luxurious white coat.

We checked with our veterinarian and found that the Maltese breed has a predisposition towards eye stain problems as do several many other dog and cat breeds like: Maltipoos, Bichon Frise, Lhasa Apso, Papillion, Bulldogs, Cocker Spaniel, Shih Tzu and cat breeds like: Persians, Himalayans, Exotic Shorthairs, Devon Rex, and Scottish Folds.

One of the main causes of Maltese eye stain that is most commonly discussed is excess tearing.

If your Maltese has irritated eyes it can cause them to tear a lot. As the tears drain from the eyes the hair around the eyes gets wet and stained. Excess wetness around the eyes can be a breeding ground for bacteria and yeast.

Some of the causes of excess tearing are:

- a genetic predisposition to tearing as our vet explained

- allergies (these could be from the environment or from food allergies or even allergies to smoke or other irritants)

- ear infections

- teething or cutting teeth (common for Maltese puppies from 5 - 8 months old as their adult teeth are appearing)

If you can find the source of your Maltese tearing you can often keep the majority of the tear staining from even starting.

However due to the Maltese predisposition to tear staining genetically, in many cases it is very difficult to either find the source of the tear staining or to prevent it.

One way that all Maltese owners can help decrease the tear stain on their Maltese is to pay attention to the hair around the face and prevent hair from falling into the eyes. A simple top knot on your Maltese can go a long way in reducing the irritation to the eyes that causes more tear staining.

After checking with our vet we learned that our Maltese were okay health wise (thank goodness). The deep reddish-brown stains below their eyes came from the dogs normal tears that drained down the Maltese faces.

We learned that it was common for our Maltese to have tear staining because the tear ducts and bone structure are unlike other breeds and that in most the cases the cause of the color change of the hair and skin occurs when the normal bacteria on the hair and skin react with the clear tears. Even though the tear stains were not a health risk, we still wanted them to be gone so our Maltese could have a beautiful white face to go with their beautiful white coat.

We tried so many different home remedies to help the stains and leaky eyes to go away. We finally found a product that worked like a charm and all we had to was add a simple solution to our dog's food and after a short time the ugly stains were gone for good. <bio>Our Maltese now have beautiful clean white faces and we can help you get rid of your pet tear stain too.
Let's face it, shopping for eyeglasses can be so much fun, or it can be a hassle. If you think it is a hassle, it probably because you don't know what shape your face is and which styles of eyeglass frames go well with your face shape. There are a couple of secrets that master opticians have been using for years to quickly and efficiently find the best looking frames for most any face. And that secret is know what shape each and every face is. Good thing for you, you only need to know your own face shape.

You could ask your loved ones what shape your melon is, but be prepared for an unpleasant conversation if you don't appreciate being called a triangle head

Alternatively, you can easily figure it out for yourself. Grab yourself a pencil and paper and go to the mirror. If you don't have a pencil and paper handy, you can do this exercise in a steamy mirror or some people will actually draw right on the mirror with lipstick. (If you decide to draw on the mirror with lipstick, remember to clean it up before you have company.)

As you look at yourself in the mirror, ask yourself the following questions. "Is my face taller than it is wide, or is it about even in both directions?"

Next, take a look at your facial curves. Are they mostly angles or are they soft curves? Some face have strong outline features while others are very soft.

Now use your drawing skills. Think about what you just decided your face looked like and draw it out in a shape.

The chances are that the shape you just drew is similar to either a circle, square, oval, or a heart (triangle). In reality, most of our faces can easily be categorized into one of those four face shapes. Certainly we could get more detailed, but there is no purpose to do so when thinking of eyeglasses.

Now when you go to pick out your next pair of glasses look for eyeglasses that directly contrast the shape of your face. If you have strong angles on your face, you will want softer curves on your glasses. Square faces do well with rectangularly rounded shaped frames. If you have a round face, still look for that rectangular shape frame, but only with stronger angles.

Always remember your face shape, it probably won't change all that much, but your glasses will. Remember the few simple rules of looking for contrasting shapes and you will certainly be able to find plenty of frames that will make you look and feel like the fashionably person you are. <bio>Suzanne Hughes invites you to put your face shape to good use at http://www.ReadinStyle.com where you will find more information on how to find the best frames for your personal face shape. </bio>

A screen door is a good option for a backyard door when we're particular about getting fresh air circulated in the house. It secures the doorway at the same time that it lets in fresh air. A screen door is quite easy to make.

Screen doors keep fresh air circulating in the house while securing door ways closed. And making one yourself is not as hard as you might think. One doesn't need a masters in home repair or be some expensive contractor for a simple project like this. No, this is something anyone can do to help make their home more comfortable and also save on air-conditioning as with a screen door in place you can get a nice circulation in your home without opening it up to insects and other crawling things.

Here's how we can fit one for our backyard doorway.

1. Have everything needed at the work place. Have the wood pieces pre-cut at the lumber store and label what piece goes to what part of the screen door.

2. Check the existing doorway dimension and base our screen door size to it. From jamb to jamb (face to face dimension) and top jamb to floor. The screen door height should be about inch shorter for easy and smooth swinging.

3. An ideal frame piece thickness is 1 by 2 inches. We have the long and short sides of the screen door frame. The two long frame pieces should be parallel to each other and so with the two short frame pieces--the connectors. The two long pieces are connected at the top and bottom through the short pieces. The short piece at the top should be perpendicular to the two long sides and so with the bottom connector.

4. Put the mid portion connectors. These are two pieces of 1 by 2 inch frame members we attach at the mid section, dividing the screen door into 3 equal parts. Middle connectors snugly fit into the space between the two long sides, their tips touching the inner faces of the long sides. Connect through nails driven diagonally near their tips and into the long sides of the screen door frame.

5. All corners of the screen door frame are perpendicular. Use a square for checking. Double check by fitting the whole thing into the doorway. Make sure every corner of the screen door fits the doorway corners neatly. Then put short braces at the four main corners of the screen door frame. The braces' tips should be slanted forming a 45 degree to make the braces lie on the inner faces of the perpendicular corners. Nail them there.

6. Have the lower third portion of the screen door covered with plywood on both faces. The upper two-thirds we cover with screen on its side facing out. Roll the screen on that side, cut to size, and fix by the edges of the screen door frame with a 1-inch by inch strapping wood piece. Drive 1-inch nails through the strapping wood and the screen door frame.

7. Attach the screen door to the door jamb using 3 pieces of hinges. Put a hook and lock or two at its opening side. And there we have a screen door constructed.<bio>John Grant is a the author for a how to site where he is writing articles about how to build a screen door.</bio>
