We live in a "should" culture. We bow to the "shoulds," pay homage to the "ought tos" and enslave ourselves to the "have tos."

We listen to the wrong voices. And by doing so, we neglect the voice of our life purpose -- the voice that really has something to say -- something exhilarating, passionate and expansive. At the beginning of this new year, I urge you to listen to your voice of purpose. I encourage you to understand its power, and recognize that your purpose is the best guide. When people and circumstances swirl around you like autumn leaves in a strong wind, your purpose is your internally grounded constant compass. If you listen to its direction, it will show you exactly where to go.

Despite the power inherent in living our purpose, there's a cultural message telling us it's optional. Not true. If you choose to live without purpose, you'll probably be dissatisfied, if not miserable. Your life will feel off kilter and you'll live according to shoulds, ought tos and have tos. This is your choice.

But to imbue life with any meaning, joy or satisfaction, you must live with purpose. Yet why do some of us perceive that purpose is optional? Consider the following erroneous beliefs:

-Focusing on life's purpose, or on yourself, is selfish or a luxury. -You are supposed to get a good job with benefits and stay in it (even if it kills your spirit) until you retire. -If you try to identify your purpose, you won't find it. -If you do find it, your life will drastically and painfully change. -The landscape of known pain seems an easier journey than the territory of the unknown.

Honor yourself by learning your purpose. Reconnect to passion, notice what excites you and energizes you. Get rid of those things, people or places that drain your energy. Stop tolerating. Stop settling for less than what you deserve. Clear a path for purpose.

As you fully engage in the "want tos" in your life, pieces of the purpose puzzle will start falling into place. Purpose often reveals itself quietly -- you probably won't be struck by a lightening bolt. Your purpose may assume a singular form, or it may be multi-faceted. Its shape is its shape and it's the reason you're here.

Use this year to uncover your purpose and embrace it with a vengeance. Break out of the "have to" box, bust open that bag of "want tos" and listen to your voice of purpose. You'll be glad you did -- and so will the rest of us! <bio>Claudette Rowley is a professional coach, speaker and author who helps savvy professionals like you identify their true purpose and calling and mobilize the courage to pursue it.
When shopping for a new cell phone it can be difficult to discern the real value between the two giants of cell phone service. Verizon and Singular both proclaim to have unsurpassed service, quality pricing plans, and unbeatable rates. Most cell phone service searches on the internet pull up plenty of advertising with very little solid information and dependable reviews, thus researching these two companies can be little more effective than providing a headache.

When considering the two giants of cell phone service, one of the most basic issues to address is the service provided in your living room. Many people, especially the younger generations use cell phone service instead of a land line service. While both companies claim to provide better service than the leading competitor, having no cell phone service in the living room complicates things beyond reason. Whether or not a cell phone service won't drop your call becomes inconsequential if the cell phone won't even ring inside your home.

One of the easiest ways to determine whether or not each cell phone service provides adequate reception inside your home is to just borrow a friend's cell phone and use it inside your home. Note the cell phone service and if possible try it in various weather conditions. The quality of cell phone service you are receiving may very well settle the cell phone wars for you.

Some plans are better with Singular and others are better with Verizon. It is truly dependant upon how many phone lines you anticipate ending up with and how long and hard the cell phone is going to be used. Rollover, offered by Singular, is an excellent plan especially for a couple without children with cell phones. Month after month the leftover minutes really add up, and there is no limit to how many you can carry.

Despite the competitive pricing plans the cell phone wars have produced with the two giant companies, looking into one of the smaller cell phone companies can be very beneficial for the right circumstance. Verizon and Singular both tend to cater to families of three or more that require individual cell phones for each family member.

Deciding on a cell phone service is a commitment, and making a one or two year commitment with a company that you are dissatisfied with is not a wise decision. You will be stuck with the service even if you are not happy with it. Ask questions. A lot of questions. Ask the cell phone service providers, ask your family and ask your friends. A few real life opinions can go a long way in discerning the cell phone service that works best for your individual situation. <bio>Cathy Peterson writes about http://www.phonesunwired.com/Coupons/CellularFactory.html, http://www.phonesunwired.com/Coupons/eBatts.com.html and http://www.phonesunwired.com/Categories/Chargers.html </bio>

When learning a new language, it is always useful to be familiar with its main grammatical units. This constitutes the first necessary step in order to understand and create meaningful speech.

Here are the main grammatical elements in Spanish and some useful information about them:

Nouns: A noun is a word which is mostly used to refer to a person or thing. All nouns in Spanish have a gender, meaning that they are either masculine or feminine. For example, "niño" (boy) is masculine and "niña" (girl) is feminine. The best way to identify gender is undoubtedly experience, although here are some general guidelines which may be useful at the beginning: usually nouns ending in --o are masculine and nouns ending in --a are feminine. Of course there are always exceptions.

For example, "mano" (hand) and "radio" (radio) are feminine. On the other hand, words of Greek origin ending in --ma, such as "dilema" (dilemma) or "problema" (problem) are masculine. When you are learning new vocabulary, it is recommendable that you learn a noun together with its corresponding article. That will help you to remember their gender. For example "la niña", "la mano" or "el problema" and "el niño".

Adjectives: Adjectives are used to qualify a particular noun, to say something about it. It is important to remember that in Spanish they are usually placed after the noun. Since adjectives are always related to a noun, they have to agree with them in gender and number.

This means that if you want to say something about the noun "niño", which is masculine and singular, the adjective that you use will also have to be masculine and singular. Thus, you can say "niño alto" (tall boy), "niño pequeño" (small boy), etc. If, on the other hand, if you were talking about a girl, you would have to say "niña alta" and "niña pequeña".

Pronouns: Pronouns substitute for nouns. For example, you can say "la niña está aquí" (the girl is here) or "ella está aquí" (she is here). In this case "ella" is substituting for "la niña". The subject pronouns in Spanish are "yo" (I), "tú/usted/vos" (singular you), él (he), ella (she), nosotros (we), vosotros/ustedes (plural you), ellos (they).

The singular and plural "you" are used differently depending on the dialect of Spanish that you are using. It is important to remember that subject pronouns are frequently omitted in Spanish, since the ending of the verb already indicates this. Thus, native spears would say "estoy aquí" (I'm here) rather than "yo estoy aquí".

Verbs: Verbs indicate actions. Usually when you enumerate a verb, you use what is called the infinitive, for example "hablar" (to speak). In Spanish there are three different types of verbs, depending of how their infinitive ends. These different categories are called conjugations.

Thus, there are verbs ending in --ar, such as "hablar", in -er "comer" (to eat) and in --ir "dormir" (to sleep). As mentioned before, verbs in Spanish have different endings depending on who the subject of the action is. These endings will vary from one conjugation to the other. For example, with the verb "hablar", the singular "you" is "(tú) hablas", whereas with "comer" it is "(tú) comes". This can obviously be complicated for learners at the beginning, but once you get used to it, you will have no problem communicating effectively. <bio>Steven Muller works for Babylon Idiomas, a Spanish language institute with schools in Spain [Barcelona, Madrid, Sevilla, Valencia], Argentina and Costa Rica.
There are more verb endings in German than in English, and these verb endings are often repeated. Like most European languages, German has a different ending for every subject or "person". So, in German, "I play" becomes "ich spiele", "You Play" is "du spielst", and "he/she/it plays" becomes "er/sie/es spielt". In the plural, most verbs, except in the 2nd person ends with "en", as in "wir spielen (we play)" and "ihr spielt (You play)". Learning this pattern for a verb makes it easier to learn the pattern for all regular German verbs.

To explain it more clearly, in order to form the present tense and conjugate verbs in German, we first have to identify the stem by removing the suffix "en", which occurs on almost all infinitives. For example, to conjugate the verb "spielen", we take out the stem by removing the suffix = "spiel". So, according to person and number, we add the ending, as in "ich spiele", "wir spielen", and so on. Whenever a stem ends with a sibilant - s, z, tz, ß, ss - "t" is added to the singular second person. When it ends with d, t, or consonant + n (except in r + n), "est" is added in the second person singular, while "et" is added for the singular third person and plural second person.

The above examples of conjugation of the present tense in German apply only to regular/weak verbs. In strong/irregular verbs, the stem endings follow a different pattern. For example, the verb "essen (to eat)", when conjugated becomes "ich esse (I eat), "er/sie/es isst (he/she/it eats)", "wir essen (we eat), "ihr esst (you eat - plural)", and "Sie essen (you eat - formal form).

Just like the French verbs "être (to be)" and "avoir (to have)", referred to as auxilliaries (such as to have, will, would, shall, should, can, could, in English), play a special role in French, the German "sein (to be)" and "haben (to have)" also follow an unpredictable pattern. For example,

• Conjugation of "haben" becomes "ich habe (I have)", "du hast (you have -- informal)", "er/sie/es hat (he/she/it has)", "wir haben (we have), "ihr habt (you have - plural)", "Sie haben (they have), and "Sie haben (you haben - formal form).

• And for "sein", "ich bin (I am)", "du bist (you are -- informal)", "er/sie/es ist (he/she/it is)", "wir sind (we are), "ihr seid (you are - plural)", "Sie sind (they are), and "Sie haben (you sind - formal form).

You can see that the suffixes for "we", "they" and the formal "you" are the same, and that the different forms of the verb "sein (to be)" are used in accordance with whom and what you're talking about. <bio>Speaking German has been made easy, more affordable and appealing than ever before with software. But it is not always easy to do that.

You will find yourself drifted away from doing what you love and do other things to just make a living.

You may be successful but not satisfied and your soul may be looking for something bigger to pursue.

Without being clear about the reason why you are here in life you will not feel passionate about what you do and you will not experience true satisfaction and fulfillment.

Everything in life has a reason for existence. Until you discover the reason for your existence you will not live a life of awakened soul.

Without a purpose you will be sidetracked in your life's journey. They don't start unless everything is just perfect. They don't even finish a task. They keep on delaying and putting it aside because it is not perfect yet.

Don't ever fall in this trap. The most difficult step is the first. Nothing should be perfect. The most interesting thing is that nothing would ever be perfect.

You must start with whatever resources you have at hand, then improve and grow. You must jump into the field and gain experience that you would never gain if you stay at your place putting perfect plans!

Here is one of my favorite quotes:

"Excellence is the gradual result of always striving to do better." -- Pat Riley, Basketball Coach

Strive to do better and you will become excellent at what you do. Stop procrastination and waiting for everything to be perfect.

What gives you the motivation to start and take bold actions is having a clear purpose in life. When you have a true meaning for your life and passion for a big dream, you couldn't wait for things to be perfect. Instead you create your opportunities. The fire of passion drives you.

Having a purpose makes you fundamentally unstoppable. You are motivated to start and strive to become and do better along the way. If you have a purpose that fires your soul you would never sit and wait for circumstances or things around you to become perfect.

You will recognize that life is short and that you have to take action now.

When you live a purpose driven life, and understand that excellence can only be achieved by striving to do better every single day, then you are on the right track to achieve great results and massive success.

A purpose driven life is critical for you to overcome procrastination and perfectionism. Whether speaking or writing, correct grammar and spelling are important to your credibility and the impression you leave upon others. Here are a few of the most common grammar mistakes with examples as to the correct usage.

Subject/Verb Disagreement:

When speaking or writing in the present tense, both subjects and verbs must be either singular or plural. A combination of singular and plural is incorrect.

Incorrect: The directions is confusing.
Let's assume that you've already performed the fundamental steps of creating a survey. You've determined your purpose for the survey and designed the questions to encourage the right type of data. You've implemented your survey and have received an ample amount of information from the survey participants. Your next step is the analyze the data. This may not be a straightforward task. Analyzing and interpreting survey data requires as much diligence and strategy as the design process. Below, we'll discuss your priorities in collecting the data as well as the steps of analysis involved in interpreting it.

Priorities Of Data Collection

Your survey will likely be divided into several sections (each with its own singular purpose). Each section of your survey will have a different priority assigned to it. This is natural because some types of data are more important for taking immediate action than other types. The key is to determine your order of priority before structuring your survey. If a particular section of your survey is more critical than other sections, place it first. It's not uncommon for participants to rush through the last couple of sections of a survey simply to finish it. Prioritize your sections and structure your survey accordingly.

Broad Level Review

This is a step that many people neglect. But, it's a valuable way to identify signs that the data collected may not be representative of your participant pool. For example, let's assume that you're surveying your employees about their thoughts regarding training opportunities within your organization. It's possible that employees in different departments will feel differently. Those who are in the finance and accounting department may not feel the need for ongoing training while those in the IT department may feel a great need for it.

A broad level manual review of the information collected from your survey can provide you with a sense of whether the data is accurate. This review can also shed light on shortcomings of your survey process (distribution, presentation, invitations, etc.).

Data Cleaning

Cleaning your survey results is an important step before true analysis can begin. By discarding responses that are incomplete, you can refine the data. For example, let's assume you asked your employees a 2-part question involving their need for additional training opportunities and the challenges they feel in their positions. If some employees only answer 1 of the 2 parts, those results lose significant value. As such, those partial results should be discarded to clean the data pool.

Analyzing In Detail

Your primary goal in conducting detailed analysis should be transforming the survey data into information on which you can take action. Sometimes, this can mean studying trends and baselines using graphs. Other times, you may need to use software to mathematically calculate responses. Tabulations, filters and intense statistical analysis may be necessary given your objectives. Most organizations can extract the information they need to take action on survey results by applying low-level analytical procedures.

Taking Action On The Data

The entire process of creating a survey, implementing it, collecting the resulting data and analyzing that data culminates in taking action. If your survey has been designed specifically to provide the data your organization needs, you should be able to easily plan a course of action to leverage that data. This is the end goal of a survey. Each step in analyzing the data leads to taking action. From broad level review to data cleaning and detailed analysis, your ability to put that data to actionable use will determine your survey's value.<bio>SurveyGizmo is a leading provider of online survey software, check them out on the web for more great ways to use surveys to enhance your business.</bio>

It can feel very furstrating, a bit like being the only one at the party who doesn't get a joke. Here are some ideas on the topic:

1.	Consider the possibility that Life Purpose may not be a single thing, but a continuum of purposes. You may not see how they are all connected until a later date.

2.	Life purpose may not look as dramatic and huge as you expect. It may be small and subtle...so much so that you may be already involved in life purpose work or living and not realize it.

3.	When you are considering multiple possibilities for your life purpose, always choose the one that "lights you up" the most when you think of it or engage in it.

4.	If you are frustrated because you have many options and feel equal intensity toward each and cannot distinguish any one as more prominent, try each on for a short experiment. If you think being a writer is it, make a commitment to write 30 minutes a day every day for a week. At the end of the week, examine the experience. Did you write? Did you write every day? Did the writing flow easily? Were you excited "being a writer"? If your answers are no, that probably indicates that now is not the time in your life that writing is your life purpose. Perhaps you will later. Take the next option and devise a way to experiment with it for a week.

5.	If you have some inklings of your life purpose, but no idea how to pursue it, you may want to hire a coach, find a mentor, or connect with an entrepreneur center/business incubator facility.

6.	If you know aht you want to do, but currently support yourself with an exhausting, all consuming job, you'll need to rearrange your life some. What works best is a "dual-pronged" approach. Find a way to leverage your current expertise in such a way that it provides income and time to work toward the life purpose work.

7.	Work up a strategy on pursuing your life purpose. Break it down into a lot of very small and doable action steps. Start taking action.

8.	Don't get frustrated and give up. Pursuing the certainty on life purpose and actually living life purpose is worth the effort. It is very gratifying and satisfying.

9.	You will recognize life purpose when you are doing it. Your inner core vibrates like a tuning fork, and you experience a feeling of light.

10.	Letting go of the old and confortable (rut) can feel like jumping off a cliff when you're not sure if your parachute's working. Working strategically, with a well thought out plan takes most of the risk out of the process.

11.	Taking one small step at a time on your plan alleviates the fear inherent in making such seemingly radical changes.

12.	Realize that Excitement and fear feel a lot alike on the emotional scale. Just move fear into excitement. The satisfaction, direction, and sheer exhileration of fulfilling your life purpose soon takes over and fear is forgotten as you deepen momentum.

Know that living life purpose is the most gratifying way to live you life. It is worth the effort to discover it and to pursue it. Life becomes magical lived this way.<bio>Suzi Elton is a success coach working with highly creative types to create income that matches their talent. She has coached hundreds of clients to approach their goals strategically through tiny steps to bring about quantum leaps.
The concept of web development may include more than a singular ecommerce website.

I have talked about the subject of web development in light of positively constructing a website. I've also talked about the mentality needed to envision the entire site prior to launch so you have some idea of where you want to go. The goal also included the need for a plan for growth and site expansion.

This article looks at the subject from the point of view of a corporate office with a few satellite offices that support and expand the potential of the primary business.

In a brick and mortar store environment it is often true that a business will start in a singular location. As trust is built through longevity and commitment to quality and service the business grows. If the business does well the owner may decide to develop a second store in another city within the region of primary service and support. Other stores may be opened as a result of the ongoing success of the overall operation. The idea is multiple stores =96 one brand.

Web development may be the mirror image of the brick and mortar model. Why do I say mirror? Well, because in the case of an online environment an ecommerce business owner may be better served by starting with the secondary stores and building up to the primary online business portal.

If you're thinking, "That does seem backwards," allow me to explain.

These satellite stores should have direct links to your primary site. Each satellite may have its own emphasis, but will always relate to the thrust of your main business. The end goal remains the same, multiple stores =96 one brand.

Why develop more than one site?

In web development the idea of more than one site could mean improved site rankings for your primary site and additional opportunities to reach potential customers.

Think of it this way. Each satellite website you develop can take on a distinct list of keywords or phrases. Each will be associated with your primary product. All content on the site will be geared toward the specific keyword or phrase.

If you have four supporting sites that can go online at the same time as your primary site you have five distinct opportunities to reach consumers with your message. Work to optimize each site for search engines and select unique and researched keywords or phrases for each site.

Is that the only benefit?

By developing your web presence this way you begin the process with backlinks already in place from the satellite sites to your primary web presence. As your Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies begin yielding results they should do so in all five instances and ultimately this effort benefits your bottom line.

By having five separate sites that market the same product from a slightly different vantage point the potential improves for increased sales. This is true not just because there are more sites for consumers to view, but because search engines will connect with this scenario and provide improved rankings earlier.

Proper web development may include more than one site and more than one approach as the vehicle used to maximize the overall potential of the product or service being marketed. <bio>Scott Lindsay is a web developer and entrepreneur. This problem shows up in the plural of nouns.

In the same way, the written letter "t" sometimes sounds like the letter "d". This problem comes up in the past tense of verbs.

There is a logic that is at work in both cases, that of the plural of the noun and that of the past tense of the verb. The two cases have a lot in common even though one has to do with the "s" sound" and other has to do with the "d" sound.

There is so much in common that some language teachers say that there is one general "rule" for the two cases. This "rule" works in most of the cases that you will have to learn.

In both situations, the ending of the word depends on the sound that it follows.

1. If the noun or verb ends in a voiceless consonant (one that doesn't vibrate the vocal cords), like the "p" of soap or the "k" of wink, the result (the plural of the noun or the "s" of the third person singular of the verb) is a voiceless consonant.

In the case of the nouns ending in a voiceless consonant, the "s" that indicates the plural of the noun has the sound of the voiceless "s", (tops, tacks, etc.). In the case of the verbs ending in a voiceless consonant, the "ed" that indicates the past of the verb has the sound of the voiceless "t" (flapped, talked, etc.)

2. If the noun or verb ends in a voiced consonant (one that vibrates the vocal cords, the result is a voiced consonant.

In the case of these nouns (tub and lug) ending in a voiced consonant, the "s" that indicates the plural of the noun has the sound of the voiced "s", ( tubs, tugs, etc.).

In the case of the verbs ending in a voiced consonant, the "ed" that indicates the past of the verb has the sound of the voiced "d" (rubbed, tugged, etc.)

3. In both cases, that of the plural of the noun, and that of the past of the verb, a syllable is added when the consonant sound of the last syllable of the noun or verb is pronounced in the same part of the mouth as is the consonant sound of the ending.

That is, if a noun ends in any sibilant sound (voiced or unvoiced) like the words mess or buzz, the plural adds a syllable and the plural forms are messes and buzzes. If a verb ends in the any "t" or "d" sound (voiced or unvoiced) like the words pet or weed, the past tense adds a syllable and the past forms are petted and weeded.

The syllable that is added is the vowel sound called the "short i", (the sound of the simple words: it, his, fish, chips) followed by a final voiced consonant, either the voiced "z" sound for the plural noun or the voiced "d" sound for the past of the verb.

Look at the pairs of words in the following table. Words were chosen that are both nouns and verbs so you can see the changes in both parts of speech.

Try to identify the "rule" that applies to each of them. See you need help you can check the the answers at the end of this article.

Voiced Noun or 3rd Person Singular of the Verb................ Past Form of the Verb

load loads...........................................................load loaded hose hoses...........................................................hose hosed turn turns...........................................................turn turned farm farms...........................................................farm farmed haze hazes...........................................................haze hazed weed weeds...........................................................weed weeded lug lugs.................................................................lug lugged judge judges...........................................................judge judged

Voiceless Noun or 3rd Person Singular of the Verb.................Past Form of the Verb

wish wishes..........................................................wish wished heat heats...........................................................heat heated fuss fusses...........................................................fuss fussed talk talks...........................................................talk talked tape tapes...........................................................tape taped clutch clutches........................................................clutch clutched fluff fluffs............................................................fluff fluffed meet meets...........................................................mete meted

Now that you have learned this "rule", you can listen to the difference in the e-book "Leer Es Poder, a sample (in Spanish)of which you can find in www.BooksLibros.com/muestra_index.htm . Pay attention to the voiced and unvoiced consonants and try to understand why the changes occur.

The pertinent "rules" are:

Nouns Nouns that end in a voiced consonant sound form the plural with a voiced "s" sound. The words: load, hose, turn, farm, weed, lug, judge are of this type. If the noun ends in a voiced sibilant (hissing or buzzing) consonant sound, a syllable is added, por example, hoses, hazes, judges.

The nouns that end in a voiceless consonant sound form the plural with a voiceless "s" sound, such as the words: wish, heat, fuss, talk, tape clutch, fluff, meet. If the voiceless consonant is a voiceless "s" or similar sound, the plural is formed with an extra syllable, for example, wishes, fusses clutches.

Verbs Verbs that end in a voiced consonant sound make their plural with a voiced "s" sound. por example, the words: load, hose, turn, farm, weed, lug, judge. If the verb ends in a "d" or "t" sound they add a syllable, for example, loaded, weeded.

The verbs that end in a voiceless consonant sound make their past tense with a voiceless "d" or "t" sound, for example, wish, heat, fuss, talk, tape, clutch, fluff, meet. Verbs that end in a "d" or "t" sound, a syllable is added, for example, heated, meeted.

If you read Spanish, Hispano, consiga el e-libro en: www.LeerEsPoder.com/TuLibro.htm y vuelva a escuchar los sonidos, and listen again. <bio>Frank Gerace Ph.D has worked in Latin America in UN and national Educational and Communication Projects, and in Bolivian and Peruvian Universities.
One of the advantages of investing in Panama is the government's provision on law for assets protection this entity has been created by the law 32 of 1927. Aside from the assets under the private interest foundation which allows the natural owner to control his assets under the name of the foundation, Panama also provides law on Panama Anonymous Corporation. In fact, Panama is the only country in the world who allows such anonymous existence of corporation for the singular purpose of operating through the use of actual shares of stocks instead of actual name of the natural owner. With the Panama Anonymous Corporation, the state does not generally know the owner behind the corporation aside from the fact the persons involved in the corporation have the shares.

There are various advantages for establishing Panama Anonymous Corporations. One is that the natural owner will have full control of the assets of the corporations that the state or the other persons involved may not know of. The attorneys may know who the owners of the corporation are but they would not know to whom did the owner transfers the shares to. The certificate of stocks of the corporation needs not to have names of the owners or the bearer. What is carries is the number of the certificate. Second advantage is that the corporation is not subject to taxes and does not necessarily have tax returns files in Panama. The certificate of stocks are not also limited to be in Panama but can also be carried abroad.

The Panama Anonymous Corporations can still function as a legal entity in Panama. However, it does not require registry in the Public Office in Panama because the owners and the members of the corporation are not necessarily recorded and can even be transferred easily. What the corporation needs to do is to contact an attorney that will legalize the operation by identifying the members and the directors. However, among the names and directors, the attorney cannot identify who is the real owner of the Panama anonymous corporation.

As a legal entity, the Panama anonymous corporation can own a property from locations that it chose worldwide. If the corporation wishes to sell, it just has to transfer the corporation's share together with bills signed by the directors of the corporation stating the sale made. Aside from properties, the Panama anonymous corporation can also acquire other assets like cars, equipments, jewelry, and can even own bank account, all without revealing the real names of the natural owners. This way, there is high protection of assets under the anonymous name. But the transactions can be monitored by the attorneys. The required signatories should bear a name which the attorneys will know but will not be revealed if it the natural owner of the corporation. In essence, the Panama anonymous corporation is controlled by the anonymous owner. But the transactions and operations can be assisted by attorneys who ensure that the transactions are legal and valid. A strong communication of the nominated person of the corporation and the attorney is required to make the operation of the corporation possible.<bio>About the Author: Laurie Cooper, of Cpanama Real Estate Corp., is an expert on Panama real estate.
Purpose

Be precise as you define the purpose of your web site. The planning process must include careful consideration of the reasons to create the site. It is not enough to state that the web site should make money, or that it should be profitable, or that it should provide excellent customer service.

A clearly defined purpose will help the rest of the planning process as the audience is identified and the content is developed. Don't even think about hiring a web designer until can define the purpose of your site in one sentence. If you have to go into lengthy explanations, you have more refining to do.

So what's the purpose of your website?

=B7 To inform? =B7 To build a community? =B7 To reduce the cost of doing business? =B7 To generate and prequalify sales leads? =B7 Market research? =B7 To reach a bigger audience with your message? =B7 To carry out e-commerce? =B7 To entertain? =B7 To sell advertising space? =B7 To brand your business or your product? =B7 To create buzz? =B7 To establish trust? =B7 To reduce paperwork, printing, and mailing costs? =B7 To find new employees?

Audience

Defining your audience is an essential step in the website planning process. Your audience is your customer. They will be visiting your the website for a specific reason and it is imperative to know exactly what they are looking for when they come to your site. Your audience should have an effect on the features, functionalities, technologies, and overall flow of your site.

As you define your audience consider their web experience, age, interests, their browsers, etc. If your audience is the teenage market, your website will look very different than a website created for baby boomers. Taking into account the characteristics of the audience will allow a valuable website to be created that will deliver the desired content to your target audience.

Content

Website content has two audiences, your site visitors and the search engines. Content is not filler material. As you develop content you are not just adding words to a page to fill real estate. In essence, you are organizing materials according to your audience's needs.
Many people stumble upon the idea of starting an investment club but never take action because there's not a good one stop shop source for good information on starting and running one. One article can't fulfill that need but hopefully you can get enough information to hit the ground running. Let's get started with the basics of what an investment club is all about and how it should operate.

An investment club is a great idea for running your own business. All investment clubs need to be registered with NAIC or the National Association of Investors Corporation. Setting up an investment club is really easy and doesn't require you to expend much capital. Typically, an investment club has 10-15 members and each member is required to pay around $20-$50 per month as membership fee. Start up costs for an investment club can range from $400 to $800. But the profit or earnings that you can make from starting your own investment club are huge -- from a modest $5000 to $20,000 annually with one club, $25,000 to $100,000+ annually if you own five clubs or more depending on the number of members you have!

What does an investment club do?

Investment club is a really a group of people who come together with the singular aim of learning how to invest in the stock market. These people are known to each other and could be friends, family, colleagues, neighbors etc. Your investment club offers the people a safe and easy opportunity to make money without knowing how to. Your club and invest either in shares or real estate or bonds etc. Usually, most investment clubs prefer to invest only in one type of financial instrument. Where do you get the money to invest? Simple. Your club members pool in the resources and in return receive expert advice on how to invest, when to invest, and why to invest. If you run the investment club from your home, you are paid a fee for all your hard work.

How do you run an investment club?

Once you have started your own investment club, you will have to ensure it is profitable. For this purpose you will require members. Advertising in various newspapers and financial magazines is a good way to attract people to your club. You can even advertise on the Internet. As part of your office setup you will require a desk, a computer, a phone, a fax and a printer. On the days (once a week) that the members of your club meet, you will need to arrange chairs, projector, etc.

How Does an Investment Club Work?

The rules of the club are fairly simple and can be modified if required. An investment club has officers to see the day-to-day operations and these are elected by the members only. Both the officers and the members are required to:

- Attend each meeting (weekly/monthly)

- Pay the membership fee -- usually a minimum of $20

- Research and share information by following the progress of specific shares (either already bought by the club or considered for purchase)

Finally, it is important to understand that the success of your investment club depends on the involvement of your club members. As for you, spending a couple of hours everyday on the club's business will help you build good profit.<bio>Nick Griffen writes for the investment club training site http://www.ez-investment-clubs.com.
In the popular press these days, a dominant theme is about living your purpose. The articles usually ask "Are you passionate about what you're doing earning an income?" One thing about living your purpose or your passion for that matter is that living your purpose can really get ugly at times.

When you live a life on purpose you might appear selfish to the people around you. That's because purpose is about unleashing the quiet giant inside of you. That giant wants to give to the world something that tends to be larger than life. The famous comic book writer Stan Lee said "With Great Power Comes Great Responsibility"

You have to have an immense amount of love inside yourself to let your purpose come to life. When you peek at your purpose, you know that it must happen. It's a glimmer that sparks all great businesses, big and small. You are passing through you, the gift that was lovingly implanted in you at conception from the glorious universe. But you live in the everyday mundane world of hard cold realities.

All around you, you'll find well meaning people who say they absolutely support you living your purpose. (As long as they aren't inconvenienced by it.) Nobody tells you a purpose has a lifecycle to it. Only other people living their purpose know this cycle. But they even have a hard time articulating it. They will share the glory side of it and that there is no better way to live. But they won't share the phases.

Here is the hard reality I have uncovered. There is a germination phase, the assimilation phase, the achievement phase and maturity. Here's the real kicker, until you reach the third phase, you can face a lot of emotional and economic hardship. You may find that no one who knows you, will really understand you. So let me ask again "do you want to live a life of purpose?"

I don't want to scare you out of living a life of purpose. Quite the opposite, once you enter the world of living on purpose it is a Pandora's Box that can't be closed. You are a child learning to walk with everyone around you saying with a big smile (yeah right) "you can do it" while they sit on your shoulders or kick your feet out from under you any chance they can.

If you decide to create a small business from your passion you might hear a cacophony of remarks; "It can't be done", "just get a real job already" or "you can do it in your spare time". These torments only make you more determined to stand up, waddle and run. Because walking your purpose becomes the only thing controlling your existence!

So ask yourself, if you had no income coming in, would you still be doing the kind of work you are doing right now? Would you be able to endure everyone around you saying you are crazy doing what you're doing because at this moment they may see no income? Would you spend all you emotional energy and risk all your financial resources to live your purpose not knowing for certain a positive outcome? When you're on purpose there is no other choice and that's why others may not understand you. Talk to any successful business owner they'll tell you "Welcome to the world of small business."

Most people are working in a job that provides a suitable income and false safety. Yes, that's right suitable income. I specifically did not say sustainable. As soon as a JOB disappears the income stops. Suitable income is such that you have enough to pay the bills that you can't really afford. A sustainable income occurs even when you're sleeping.

What anyone who is living a life of purpose will tell you is that they can't imagine doing anything else. The amount of energy they put into their purpose creates a passion that creates even more energy. There is no working on purpose; it is only living on purpose. You get so much more than you give. "Purpose livers" will also tell you that the money takes care of itself. It does, once you abandon yourself to a "knowing" that everything will be OK and you dedicate yourself to accepting all your purpose has to offer. During the assimilation phase is when you begin to realize how to communicate your passion to others so they finally understand how your passion is about helping the world at large not a selfish lust for something.

When you reach the achievement phase of purpose, you may discover a sense of silliness and peaceful knowing that life has so much that's wonderful. A clarity falls into place and the tragedies of life are shaping tools that make life more humane. For those on the path, there is a cycle. All too often, the mature phase can introduce disharmony. But that too is part of the cycle to enter an even higher purpose with greater impact. The highest purpose is after all found when our life's activities outlive our life. And that all the lives we touched through our purpose are greatly enriched because we took a brief moment in history to love the sleeping giant within enough to teach it to walk, run and fly. <bio>Michael Spindelman lives in Western New York, an Engineer from RIT, writer, trainer, mentor, 6 Sigma Champion with nearly 30 yrs experience in business development as a sr. exec and is a mature serial entrepreneur.
Keyword marketing research is THE factor that determines the success or failure of your network marketing website and articles. Applying some simple methods can help you do better optimized keyword marketing to attract more traffic from search engines more easily. This article discusses tips for keyword marketing research to improve the performance of your articles and website.

The purpose of choosing good keywords in your articles and for your website is simple. You want your articles and network marketing to rank on top of the search engine. you need to think of what your targeted prospect are looking for before getting the right keyword which has a higher chance of your prospect keying into the search engine and hence, finding your articles. To determine how popular your keyword is being searched, you may go to freekeywords.wordtracker.com or adwords.google.com.

1. Do not settle for the obvious keyword phrases. Do some brainstorming and look for "bottom feeding" keywords.

For example the term "easter baskets" gets 120 searches/day. While going up against 420,00 other pages.

'Personalized easter baskets" gets 109 searches/day and only has 615 competitors.

An article or website that is optimized for 'personalized easter baskets" will get a higher page ranking due to less competition.

2. Careful keyword marketing research will help you compare the plural verses singular forms to see which is better. often, just making a term plural will improve your keyword performance and page ranking.

3. Your third keyword research tactic involves grabbing the low hanging fruit. Or what I call bottom feeding" keywords.

Ideally you're looking search terms with less than 1000 competing pages in Google when searching for the EXACT phrase. 500 or less is even better.

For example, one article I wrote, The Truth About MLM Landing Pages" has been on the first page of Google for two months.

4. See what your competition is doing. Use a program to view their ads to see what is working for them.

5. Tweek Your Results. Once you've done some keyword marketing research and come up with a list, refine the keywords that you think are the best ones. One easy, overlooked way to make a keyword different is to add an "s" to make it plural.

6. Use a Keyword Program to Expand Your Results Using a program like Keyword Elite or Wort racker can help cut down the time it takes to finish your keyword market research.

7. Target Your Audience. The most common error of internet marketers is they use keywords that are too broad. Be as specific as you can using bottom feeding keywords.

Take the time to do some careful keyword market research and with persistence you can have your articles and website on the first page of Google. You will then be well on your way toward building an excellent prospect list. <bio>Jon Roussel is a successful internet marketer in Beverly, MA He helps people succeed with a home based business that will generate a long term reliable leveraged residual income.
What's the purpose of life and how to I get there? Those are two of the most asked questions on this planet. Have you ever asked yourself something similar to that?

You have something very unique in your life to accomplish, which is very great. Of course, the question that comes after that is, 'What is it then?' But that is just about as far as most people will ever go. You may ask yourself this question, think about for a few minutes, come up with no answers, and then just go on with your daily routine.

If you ever want to accomplish your purpose you have to go beyond the 'What is it' question. How do you do that?

You first have to realize that you won't have all the answers in the beginning. If you are waiting for a bolt of lightning to your hit you and reveal to you what it is your supposed to do in life, it will never happen that way.

The first thing you need to determine is what you are passionate about. What gets you so excited that you can hardly contain yourself when you think about it? Or what cause makes your blood boil when you hear people talk about it? Most likely this is the starting point of your greatness.

Why do I say the starting point? Because once you finally have an idea about what you want to do you must then ask, "in what direction do I go?" and "how do I start?" Believe it or not, those questions don't matter as much as you may think they do.

The second thing you need to do is to simply begin pursuing your passion. Don't let the question of 'What direction do I go or how do I start' stop you from actually starting. Most likely, there is some type of organization, group, or online presence that is doing something very similar to what you have a passion to do. Get involved with these people. They have probably already laid much of the groundwork in developing what you are passionate about. You can then jump right in and start helping them.

By being around these people you will begin to develop and fine-tune exactly what your purpose is. As a matter of fact, your initial purpose for getting involved may change somewhat as you begin to develop your greatness.

That's why it is not so important to know everything about what you want to do before you start doing it. It's kind of like this: Imagine you are in Los Angeles and you want to drive to Florida. You aren't real sure where you want to go in Florida but you know Florida is where you need to go. You have two options:

1. You can research, study, ask people, look at maps, and all kinds of things to try and find out the best way to get to Florida. You are not going to leave until you know exactly how to get there, the dangers involved, the speed traps to watch out for, where to best rest stops are...you get my point. The problem with this is that you will never know everything about how to get to Florida.

2. You can just start driving. You may ask one or two people you meet along the way which road to use and then just go. On your journey you will meet people who will help you with the best routes, and they will even tell you of places they went to and experiences they had on their way to Florida. By the time you get there, you will have gained so much knowledge that you now know exactly where you want to go in Florida.

The point is this, you can sit around and wait for the perfect opportunity to fulfill your purpose or you can simply start out on your journey and, along the way, you will discover and fulfill your purpose.

My suggestion is: just start moving! <bio>Is there greatness on the inside of you but you don't know how to achieve it?
If you need a loan for any purpose then consider taking out a secured loan. This is one of the easiest types of loans to get approved for but there are downsides. The biggest downside it that you will have to put security up against the borrowing and as this has to be something of value, it is usually your home. You will have to find the cheapest rates of interest for any purpose loans but a specialist can do this for you who can not only save you money but time too.

If you go with a specialist website they will have access to some of the best UK lenders and if necessary can compare any purpose loans with the whole of the marketplace. While this is the easiest option for getting several quotes for a loan there is another advantage. All the quotes a specialist will find you will come with the key facts of the loan. These are needed when it comes to making a comparison and hold vital information regarding your loan.

Any purpose loans taken out as a secured loan mean you are able to borrow a large sum of money which is usually between =A33,000 and =A350,000. This is based on the amount of equity that is spare in your home. Spare equity is defined as what is left over after the outstanding mortgage debt is taken away from the value of your home. The majority of lenders will usually allow you to borrow up to this amount but some will offer 125% if you have an excellent credit rating.

While a secured loan can be taken for any purpose you have to take into account that your home is at risk while you are repaying the loan. Also bear in mind that the longer you choose to repay the loan then the more interest you will accumulate on it. Even if you get the lowest interest rate possible, this can add thousands of pounds onto the loan over the years. You should compromise between taking the loan out for the least time possible while still making the monthly repayments affordable. You should also consider the fact when taking a loan out for 15 plus years that your circumstances could change during this time.

The terms and conditions which come with the loan must be checked. Fees can be added onto the loan that could boost the total amount up. One such addition could be an early repayment fee. This means that if you find you can repay the total amount of what you borrowed back before the term of the loan completes, you would have to find a lump sum of cash to forfeit.

Any purpose loans can be taken out for such as consolidating other debts and just making one smaller monthly repayment. They are also taken to make alterations to the property and for such as a holiday. However as you are putting the roof over your head at risk make sure the reason outweighs the risk of losing your home if you should default. <bio>Louis Rix is Director of Netloans Ltd (http://www.netloans.co.uk), a leading Secured Loan Broker for UK Homeowners offering homeowner and secured loans for any purpose who ensure that their customers get the best homeowner loan deal. </bio>
