There are more articles than you can count on the internet that all you need to know these days is a mode to search for the right kind of information. That being said, there is a scramble among the different website owners to check for the data being searched by the users so that they can direct these gullible users into visiting their websites and thereby generating revenue for them. The scholarly articles are the ones published by academic publishers or professional organizations.

The targeted audience for these kinds of scholarly articles is usually consistent of specialists in professions and academic disciplines. These scholarly articles are usually subscribed by the individual scholars or university libraries. These articles are taken to be the ones with validation by the academics. Scholarly articles in publications receive what is called in the academic world as peer review and they are authentic.

Before the scholarly articles are in for publication, it is reviewed and accepted by the scholars in the respective field to judge for the scholarly merit, the research value and accuracy. Scholarly articles are normally indicative of the credentials of the particular author and also explain in detail the methodology of research and list the respective footnotes or references used to write the article.

There is the difficulty in order to get to the articles. This is because people write their own articles these days and there have been changes all along the way. There are not a lot of people who have the talent for placing the keywords carefully in the text. There are however more than just writing articles but also placing them on the internet so that they require optimization to get the right keywords in the right places to cater to the search results in the searches initiated by the users.

To find scholarly articles can be quite daunting if you are not aware of what to look for. There are a few for starters as given here. They are written with more scholarly jargon that is understood mostly by the academic fraternity. The scholarly articles are more structured which are likely to include sections like abstract, literature review and conclusion. This is one of the ways to weed out the normal articles that do not follow any specific structure. These articles are also supported by graphs, statistics and photographs. The articles also provide a bibliography that documents the research and possibility for further research. <bio>Roel Sundiam writes articles for http://www.articles3000.com.
Articles are those that are available in plenty these days in the internet. The articles are written by everybody these days and those articles are found to have different types these days. There are scholarly articles that are very informative down to the last number while there are just popular articles that give you information but are not as exhaustive as the scholarly ones. The popular articles can be identified in many ways.

The popular articles are pretty much based on the current topics and are more likely to find place in the magazines and newspapers. They are based on news stories and also magazines. It is important to differentiate between the scholarly articles and the popular press articles. The problem with that while the scholarly articles are very informative, they present only information to the people with the least of interest in the subject, or sometimes have no idea on the subject and the methodology discussed. They are made for by the popular articles that give in information that is only required by the reader. Even in the internet the website owners have recognized this trend and have started to supply only intended information in the form of popular articles.

In general, articles obtained from the scholarly press are viewed as the ones with more authority on the subject. They are a result of a more painstaking research and documentation. The popular articles on the other hand are written by anyone to fulfill the needs of the target audience. They are published more quickly as they are seldom verified.

And offer a less authoritative point of view. There are however points to be noted that both types of articles are visual and content-oriented. It is also important in the context of the articles viewed over the internet that the distinction is made to understand the difference in point of view.

The difference in the types of articles is that popular articles do not have any reference and certainly do not follow any specific structure. They are prone to mistakes in the statistics presented and also sometimes in the facts listed. The popular articles are not verified by academics or the experts in the field. Popular articles are based on the searches made by the users and also on the keywords searched. The keywords have an important bearing on the popular articles as they present the key in catering those articles to the users searching for it. The popular articles are generally to be found on the news websites and also sites that cater to specific issues like sports, environment and the others. <bio>Roel Sundiam writes articles for http://www.articles3000.com.
The literature explains articles to be a collection of words written in neat paragraphs on particular topics. Articles are basically written to give a glimpse of the topics that are discussed. There are millions of articles that are found on the web once you start searching for it. The best example would be searching for information. When you go into a particular website to search for a topic that you would like to have more information on, you type in the work in the search window and wait to be presented with thousands of articles related to the same keyword that you have typed into the box.

This is just one of the possibilities of the internet that has made access to information easier than ever before. Articles are being searched by internet users on every possible topic for use in any field. Like information to prepare for a presentation, information to write to articles for monthly magazines and local dailies. There are umpteen numbers of reasons and these articles written out by various authors stand out as the billboards of information. The articles also provide useful information on the requested topics. Increasingly even students seem to be taking to the internet searching for articles to complete their course work.

There is however a downside to this strategy though. One cannot verify the facts given in the articles unless it is from a known source. For example, anybody can write up an article stating that there is life on the moon and host in their website. Now a child when it is searching for information to write about the existence of life in the universe will come across this website displaying fictional information about the existence of life on the moon. This will lead to false information being displayed on the screen and hence confusing the child with the basics. There is no particular method to regulate these articles on the net and this makes the situation quite like a cat on the wall.

All set aside if you look for the literal meaning of an article, it can be described as short pieces of paragraphs that are published in a larger publications like magazines, newspapers and of late in the internet websites. Articles are meant to provide in-depth information on current research or any other news stories. If you were looking for dependable information then you would be looking at scholarly articles that are written by the scholars and reviewed by their peers. This will assure of the dependability of the information that is made available to you. <bio>Roel Sundiam writes articles for http://www.articles3000.com.
Fossil information sites are abundant on the web. But not all sites are created equal. Some sites are scholarly and may be over-the-head of the first-time or casual fossil collector. At the other end of the spectrum are sites that are a collection of links with no real information. Their sole purpose is making money from their google ads. There are plenty of sites in between that offer every form of fossil information you can imagine and for every audience.

Focused Sites The scholarly sites often delve deeply into one fossil information topic. Dr. Sam Gon III's site- http://www.trilobites.info/ shares just about anything you would want to learn about trilobites. His site is easy to navigate because it links logical topics, but also because it has a long list of the topics covered on the home page. Elasmo- http://www.elasmo.com/ covers sharks: fossil sharks, modern sharks, classification and disputed classification. This site is usable by the novice, but has enough depth to bring you back over and over again.

General Sites Sites like UCMP- http://www.ucmp.berkeley.edu/ approach the fossil information topic from a broad perspective. They have a huge amount of information on fossils. They include fossil-related topics like geologic time and classification (phylogeny) of both fossil and modern species. Fossils-facts-and-finds'- http://www.fossils-facts-and-finds.com/ target audience is teachers and pre-college students. The topics covered relate to both fossils and geologic time, but additionally include tips and lesson plans for sharing the information with students, and there are projects that students can do on their own.

Especially For Kids Since fossil information is often needed by young students, there are sites feared toward short, quality information about specific species. Enchanted Learning- <a href="http://www.enchantedlearning.com/Home.html" >http://www.enchantedlearning.com/Home.html gives a little information about LOTS of topics...not just fossils and dinosaurs. Their approach gives good starter information.

No Help Here Watch out for "links-only" sites. These sites contain long lists of linked sites that MAY contain pertinent fossil information, but you can waste huge amounts of time following these links and never really find what you are looking for. (Of course, that's what these sites WANT you to do, because for every click, they make money!)

Fossil Directories Good niche directory sites, on the other hand, can be of great help. Bob's Rock Shop- http://www.rockhounds.com/ is a good directory of fossil information sites because Bob has looked at the sites and puts a short note about the information you can find at each linked site.

Read the descriptions! With a little scrutiny, you'll save yourself time, avoid the "no information" link sites, and get on to the business of getting REAL fossil information! <bio>For more fossil information visit http://www.fossils-facts-and-finds.com. If you need fossils for classrooms, scouting activities, geology activities, or homeschooling http://www.fossilicious.com offers free shipping, quantity discounts, and a wide selection to fit your needs. </bio>

One of the most important things you can do for yourself during your lifetime is to go to college or university. Unfortunately, not everyone is so lucky to be able to pursue the career they want the most. Even if many students are brilliant they might not be able to attend college because of how much it costs.

1. Scholarships

A scholarship is an award of access to an institution or a financial aid award for an individual (a "scholar") for the purposes of furthering their education. A scholarship may be awarded based on range of criteria, which usually reflect the views or purposes of the donor or founder of the award.

Another meaning of "scholarship" is the pursuit of a research subject, usually in arts or humanities (as opposed to science). In both scholarly and scientific fields, the word "scholarship" is used to mean deep mastery of a research subject, often achieved through university studies.

Scholarships are a great way to finance your way through college or university. There are many institutions that are willing to help students finish their college. Actually, most college students get over a billion dollars from scholarship grants each year.

2. How To Get Money

Begin your search for college and university scholarships before you are even out of highschool. Some scholarships are given out only to highschool students! Why not go ahead and ask your guidance counselor and your schools financial aid officer about scholarships?

3. Keep Searching

Even after you get a scholarship, keep searching. Many scholarships get renewed every year and you may qualify for more than one scholarship. The majority of scholarship grants are dependent on the financial need and academic accomplishment of a student, so be sure to participate in lots of extracurricular activities.

4. Know All The Deadlines

Scholarships are often awarded on a specific date. For this reason, you should know all the requirements for the scholarship and be able to meet them well in advance of that date. A last minute application doesn't look as good as one submitted well in advance. <bio>For more great scholarship related articles and resources check out http://superiorscholarships.info </bio>

It is common knowledge that in order to get a job in this day and age, you need post secondary education. With class size limits in force and prices of education on the rise the chances of you being able to attend a traditional institution are slim. Technology has helped to bridge the gap for those that are seeking a lower cost, online alternative to the programs they cover.

1. Online Education

As the most flexible type of learning, you are able to study according to your own schedule. You have the freedom to study notwithstanding working at the same time. You can do this by just having access to the internet and the specific site that provides education online. Courses are categorized depending on the needs of the student base.

2. Keeping Up With Technology

Jobs are becoming harder and harder to find. Technology and the refinement of industrialization has made many jobs obsolete, yet at the same time opened up many new jobs for those ready for the challenge.

3. Learn At Your Own Pace

You can chat with students from your own classroom as well as get help from real professors via email, voice chat or even a full video conference. Aside from learning, it will also be an avenue for you to have an access to well-known universities in the different parts of the world. The accessibility can't be beat also, if you have an active internet connection you have the ability to study.

4. Assignments

Assignments are a fairly safe region (in that they are hard to cheat on) as they involve actual work that must be completed and cannot usually be copied. Many institutions use websites like <a href="http://www.Turnitin.com" >http://www.Turnitin.com to test for replicated material. They automatically match any similarly structured sentences to massive databases of websites, other assignments and scholarly material and look for replication or plagiarism. <bio>For more great online education related articles and resources check out http://onlineeducationplace.info </bio>

This article is a shortened excerpt from the book "Tiger by the Tail" available at http://Lulu.com

Tiger by the Tail is the story of my personal recovery from Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. This is not a scholarly work; it is a memoir. I have no credentials as a health care professional, nor am I a layperson who has done exhaustive research.

So much for what I am not--what I am, is a survivor of OCD--who has recovered. I wrote this book for others who would also be survivors and who would find the tools that they need to do so. It is also for those who love, wish to help, or live with someone who is afflicted with this disorder.

Many of my experiences in life served to support my fears. My apartment was broken into four or five times, twice during my last summer there, at 20 years of age. I had the same car stolen twice during that time and burned each time. The first time it was used in a robbery and only partially burned. The second time it was melted. My point is that for me to fear my car being stolen and my home being broken into was a reasonable fear. It was MY REACTION to that fear that was unreasonable. This is a major point.

FEAR CAN BE REASONABLE; IT IS USUALLY OUR REACTION TO THE FEAR THAT IS UNREASONABLE.

The bad guys violated my home. I myself violated my life and peace of mind. Which is worse, an occasional break-in or a life of daily worry over break-ins? Exposure is a part of life. To attempt to minimize exposure at the expense of a free and happy life is to choose non-life and slavery. In all cases, non-life and slavery are the worst things that can happen to you. Therefore, for me, the worst had already happened and continued to happen every single day, by choice, and I did not even know it. When real things occur like burglary, they make people want to prevent their reoccurrence. To get an alarm or other reasonable precaution is one thing. However, no degree of fear alone can justify not believing your own eyes and ears. To disbelieve that you have just locked the door and need to check it many times and shake the door handle many times is not a matter of a rational response to a real fear. It is something completely different. It hurts your life; it does not guard it.

Accept that the worst thing that can happen is to be a slave to your fear and choose to become free. This is not an easy thing to do, but it is not something you can do slowly. It is a decision. But isn't that good news? We OCD sufferers are very good at making decisions--we make them about where to stand, what to touch and thousands of other things. Now, make a decision that will change your life into something free and light.<bio>B.Rockrunner is a pen name used by the author of "Tiger by the Tail" A personal story of recovery from Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.
There are a few steps to take in order to write a proper term paper. In this article the steps and other tips will be discussed in depth. First, let's take a look at these steps that should be followed for term paper writing.

Step One: Choosing a subject
Step Two: Finding sources
Step Three: Gathering information
Step Four: Outlining the paper
Step Five: Rough draft
Step Six: Writing and editing

These six steps provide a good template for research paper writing and should be strictly followed. Depending on the level of schooling the research paper is for, this guide can be used from the high school to the college level in most cases.

Choosing a subject
Although coming up with a subject to write about may seem simple, often times students have trouble in this area. The topic needs to fit into the writing assignment, should be something that has many research references, is a subject you are familiar with along with something you are interested in and something very specific. Other things that need to be taken into consideration when choosing a research topic are; overall value of the subject and overall interest of the subject.

Finding sources
Doing all of the necessary research that will be added to your term paper is one of the most import steps. Places where research information can be found are the library, the internet, scholarly and peer review journals, magazines, newspaper articles and even the television can be useful. One of the most overlooked options available to students during research is the one on one interview with people knowledgeable in the writing subject. What better way to gain information could there be aside from talking with someone who knows the subject?

Gathering information
Once all of the research has been done, everything you have obtained needs to be complied. These sources need to be evaluated to determine whether or not they can be used. All information that appears sketchy and/or lacking references needs to be removed. Everything that goes into your research paper needs to contain verifiable sources.

Outlining the paper
This is a simple step by which you create a structure for your research paper. Each section needs to be broken up into specific areas of important points. These points should be thought out and based on the research sources you have gathered.

Rough draft
Once all of the above mentioned steps have been finished, it's time to begin the actual writing process. A good rule of thumb for writing the rough draft is to create paragraphs based on your brainstorming. Simply by writing down your thoughts based on your research will likely make the final research paper easy to create. If you write your rough draft in a manner that is coherent the last process will go by very quickly.

Writing and editing
The final stage to your research paper is editing and re-writing your rough draft. Spelling, grammatical errors, sources and punctuation all need to be checked and double checked. Make sure ever "t" is crossed and every "i" dotted before you turn your research paper in. No matter how well the other areas of your paper are written, you could still fail to reach your desired results if it isn't edited properly.<bio>Scoring high on college exams and term papers and a big part of doing well in college.
An antioxidant is a chemical that reduces the rate of particular oxidation reactions in a specific context, where oxidation reactions are chemical reactions that involve the transfer of electrons from a substance to an oxidising agent.

Antioxidants are particularly important in the context of organic chemistry and biology: all living cells contain complex systems of antioxidant chemicals and/or enzymes to prevent chemical damage to the cells' components by oxidation. The importance and complexity of antioxidants in biology is reflected in a medical literature of more than 142,000 scholarly articles.

A diet containing antioxidants from plants are required for good health since plants are an important source of organic antioxidant chemicals. Antioxidants are widely used as ingredients in dietary supplements that are used for health purposes such as preventing cancer and heart disease. However, while many studies have suggested benefits for antioxidant supplements, several large clinical trials have failed to clearly demonstrate a benefit for the formulations tested, and excess supplementation may be harmful.

Antioxidants are chemicals that reduce oxidative damage to cells and biochemicals. Researchers have found high correlation between oxidative damage and the occurrence of disease. For example, LDL oxidation is associated with cardiovascular disease. The process leading to atherogenesis, artherosclerosis, and cardiovascular disease is complex, involving multiple chemical pathways and networks, but the precursor is LDL oxidation by free radicals, resulting in inflammation and formation of plaques.

Research suggests that consumption of antioxidant-rich foods reduces damage to cells and biochemicals from free radicals. This may slow down, prevent, or even reverse certain diseases that result from cellular damage, and perhaps even slow down the natural aging process.

Since the discovery of vitamins, it has been recognized that antioxidants in the diet are essential for healthful lives. More recently, a large body of evidence has accumulated that suggests supplementation of the diet with various kinds of antioxidants can improve health and extend life.

Many nutraceutical and health food companies now sell forms of antioxidants as dietary supplement. These supplements may include specific antioxidant chemicals, like resveratrol (from grape seeds), combinations of antioxidants, like the "ACES" products that contain beta carotene (provitamin A), vitamin C, vitamin E and Selenium, or specialty herbs that are known to contain antioxidants such as green tea and jiaogulan.

Disclaimer The information presented here should not be interpreted as medical advice.

So much for what I am notówhat I am, is a survivor of OCD who has recovered. I wrote this book for others who would also be survivors and who would find the tools that they need to do so. It is also for those who love, wish to help, or live with someone who is afflicted with this disorder.

There are many good and positive rituals. A valuable ritual might be meditation or prayer. I feel the need to pray and meditate. Nevertheless, if I do not sit or pray, it is all right. Nothing bad will happen. I have not prayed for months at a time without fear of "not praying." Is that a good thing? No. It leaves me cut off from a valuable source of healing. However, there is no sense of doom, punishment, or loss that cannot be reclaimed. Prayer and meditation help me to maintain a sense of serenity. When I stop, my serenity lessens and I become more anxious. That is not a punishment or a penalty anymore than hunger is a penalty for not eating. However, if a ritual begins to have a perceived negative impact for you in itself, or becomes required to prevent some unknown or known catastrophe, then it is not a good ritual. If you fear loss of power, punishment or an unknown or known negative outcome, it is a negative ritual and must be stopped. Don't worry. They have no power. You will be fine. I know you do not believe that yet, but you may soon.

Rituals that must be stopped have common characteristics that make them very easy to identify. They are based on fear or supplication and have a penalty to pay, if not performed. I do realize that many of the world's formal religious rituals could easily be placed in this category. For conveniences sake, let us for the moment exclude such institutional activities and limit this category even further.

Here is how to tell the difference between the punishment that may be described by your chosen faith and the punishment of failing to perform OCD rituals. OCD rituals have a penalty to be paid for not being performed, that is known only to you. If someone else sees it performed or even participated in some manner, but does not understand the purpose of the ritual or the consequences of its failure, it is still secret and is known only to you. If your faith has punishments for failure to adhere to its doctrine, those consequences will be known to all learned practitioners of that faith. They are not a secret. Therefore, we have a few clues to help identify those activities that are actually an Obsessive Compulsive Ritual.

(1) They are secret. No one but you knows their FULL significance.

(2) There is a secret penalty for failure to perform the ritual. This may be something that will occur, which will not occur, or where something or some power might be lost.

(3) There is a special feeling or moment when you know it was properly done. (You may then disbelieve it again a moment later). However, if that feeling is not present, the ritual must be redone properly. For some it can be as simple as hearing a proper "click" when a light switch is turned off or as elusive as a feeling in your mind that says it is satisfied.

Understanding the difference between your Personal Magical Rituals and repetitive tasks or community based religious rituals is critical. You must learn to trust your judgment if you are gong to trust yourself. Trusting yourself is the key.<bio>B.Rockrunner is a pen name used by the author of "Tiger by the Tail" A personal story of recovery from Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.
Several decades ago, Mohandas K. Gandhi warned against what he called the seven social sins: politics without principle, wealth without work, commerce without morality, pleasure without conscience, education without character, science without humanity, and worship without sacrifice.

Gandhi's social sins point to the crucial relationship between our ethics and our public life. That relationship has proven in the 21st Century to be the main subject in scholarly debates and the primary focus of constant questioning regarding the future course of human interaction, in relation to the latest technological advancements. In the vast global marketplace, people have to redefine themselves according to their needs and classify their wants/desires along a streamline of corporate offers. Incorporating ethos, dignity and self-awareness in this new technological era has become more than a challenge for today's consumers. At the same time, corporate actors begin to steadily realize that their survival depends heavily on recognizing this battlefield and to act proactively so as to come up with innovative flexible channels to service their targets. Redefining these new competent and knowledge markets has become for firms a must that needs to be carefully planned before attempting to indulge consumer minds.

According to the business strategists, market analysis requires a thorough understanding of the organization's own capabilities, the capabilities of current and future competitors, the consumption patterns of potential customers, and the economic, physical, and technological environment in which these elements will interact. Having in mind that the organization's objective is to provide superior customer value, the firm must know how consumers determine value, its own and its competitors' capabilities with respect to customer value creation, and the relevant economic, physical, regulatory, and technological environments. Firms have to know all the elements before attempting to target any market.

But defining a market is not a definite and unchangeable decision. As an example, the Coca-Cola Company marketers initially viewed the U.S. cola soft drink market as homogeneous, thus offered one flavor and communicated one message. Today, Coca-Cola has changed its view of the market it wishes to target and has expanded its product line to include new flavors, with varying caffeine and sugar content, while it uses different communication strategies for each market segment. But even if it is easy to comprehend how production or consumption patterns have changed over the years due to market dynamics, how have the distribution channels been affected? How have markets altered the circulation models used by firms to reach them?

In today's information-based global economy of interconnected networks, sellers have to come up with innovative ideas, simplify the processes and increase consumption patterns. The amazing outcome of the Internet as a distribution channel was its enormous diffusion from the old traditional markets to the new adaptive areas, as a necessary technological advancement, and received as manna from heaven. Today, rural on-line markers are capable of defining their virtual environment and differentiate between corporations' offers. But judging from the psychological drawbacks, along with issues on safety and privacy, the new challenges that the multipurpose distribution channels face have to be addressed soon so as to better serve the global market. <bio>Jonathon Hardcastle writes articles for http://thebusinessbuzz.net/ - In addition, Jonathon also writes articles for http://letstalkaboutfinance.com/ and http://lookwhosshoppingnow.com/ </bio>

Private Label Rights (PLR) articles are hot right now. The only problem is that many people have tried them and been very disappointed. I can't say I blame them. I've been disappointed, too.

Oftentimes, the PLR services you may have tried are lacking in several areas. So, what makes a good PLR service and how can you make sure that you don't waste you money on a bad one?

Here are some questions to ask yourself before investing any money into a PLR package or membership.

1. What topics are you getting?

I mean, seriously, if you are promised 100 articles each month, but you end up receiving a selection on Laser Hair Removal and Divorce, when all your websites are about cooking... You just wasted money.

2. What quality are you getting?

Say you're lucky enough to get a series of articles on your topic. Take a minute to look at them. Are they pure fluff? I've paid for articles that had no original ideas, or worse, were written so poorly that there's no possible way I'd put them on my website. Make sure your PLR package contains quality articles. Otherwise, you just wasted money.

3. How many other people are getting the exact same articles?

If 1000 other people signed up to get the same articles, are you really receiving any value? Perhaps if you don't mind reworking the articles. However, if you'd like more unique articles, then you may consider a more limited PLR service.

4. Does the PLR service give you any extras?

Are they offering training on ways to use their PLR articles? Do they provide you with ways to monetize the articles you've purchased? Some PLR sites will include recommended affiliate programs and training on how to use their articles to get the most benefits from their service.

Really assess the value you're receiving when investing in any PLR package or service so that you don't end up wasting your money. I don't want you to make the same mistakes I did. <bio>Nicole Dean is the co-owner of http://www.EasyPLR.com -- where you'll find high-quality PLR articles on niches, sold in very limited quantities.
When you offer articles for free reprint, you are allowing the person or persons to use the article in emails, websites, and other various forms of publications. The stipulation is of course that they keep your name the author, where the article originated from and follow where you allow the article to be used. Articles for Free Reprint can help small businesses whether on line, on paper, or in person free information to help keep their business motivated, client's returning, and your business in the Search Engines.

The Pros

There are quite a few Pros to offering Articles for Free Reprint, one being the coverage and exposure for both your website and Articles. Another benefit is the fact that you can find articles on just about anything out there, from writing articles, to web hosting, website design, and many more. Something else to consider is the fact that if you cannot write or do not then I am sure if you look hard enough you will find the article, you are looking for. I could go on about the pros but with every good thought, you have about free, articles, reprint you are covering the Pros of this great method of advertising.

The Cons

There are a few cons when it comes to articles for free reprint, one you have to make sure the entire article is what you are looking for and not just the title. Another is repetitiveness, with so many articles out there and covering all types of subjects, you want your articles to be fresh and not a duplicate of something else.

Summary

How can you summarize something as large as Free Articles for Reprint, I guess to start i should mention that offering free articles for reprint means at no point and time are you allowed to ask for compensation for you work.
Branding is a hot topic these days. It's not only related to products, but to the "brand" of celebrities, political campaigns, and even cities. What is a brand anyway?

Let's clear up some misconceptions. Branding is not the logo, or the tagline, or the celebrity face. This would be branding at it's shallowest.

The reason that great brands thrive is because of something much more than a huge advertising budget and slick marketing campaigns. People and communities are attracted by shared values. Great brands know what their values are and not only communicate them, but demonstrate these values at every level of their operations.

Within every great brand is an implied "promise". This promise is called the core brand message. It is the one thing that the organization can consistently deliver on, day in and day out. It has to be authentic. Imagine if FedEx didn't get your package there overnight, or Starbucks made a lousy cup of coffee!

It is this authenticity and reliability that builds trust with the brand's constituency. Trust compounds over time; a great brand will grow because of this compounding effect on its relationship with the communities it serves. Great brands define and express their values; create a core brand message they consistently deliver on; and convey and demonstrate these values and messages effectively and congruently.

So how can you benefit from this type of approach?

Branding works when it is adapted by the whole organization. This means that the brand is communicated through every point of contact internally and externally. There are many ways an organization can send out mixed messages.

When a complete branding program is introduced, all communications focus on the same consistent message; stakeholders and employees have branding guidelines for all of their communications and interactions with the community; and suppliers such as consultants, public relations, and promotions agencies have proper direction.

What a great brand is made of - the components of consistency:

1. Core values are the cornerstones of a great brand. Your organization already has certain values it adheres to - have they been articulated and clarified? Focusing on the 3-4 core values your organization has is helpful in determining what you communicate and how you interact in the world.

2. The core brand message is a statement that includes your "brand promise". What is the one thing that you can deliver on regardless of the circumstances? What can you always be counted on for? Keep in mind this is not a guarantee, but rather a promise to deliver on a consistent basis.

3. The brand personality is a way to personalize and humanize an organizational brand. People interact with people, not conceptual legal entities. What is the brand personality of your organization? Is it young or middle aged? Scholarly or hip? Traditional or trend-setting?

4. The brand icons are all of the visual and audio symbols that communicate who you are. The logo is only one aspect of this iconography - it also includes all print, online, broadcast media communications and promotions.

Branding is something that takes place in the heart. It's a relationship that is built on trust and consistency. It's the promise in an on-going relationship between the organization and its constituency. It is built over time and compounds with time. It can be mythic and enduring, or it can be weak and superfluous.

What is the inherent strength of your brand? What do you deliver on? And what values does your organization demonstrate and live through? <bio>Tim Robertson RGD saves companies time and money.
Private Label Rights (PLR) articles and ghostwritten articles are both options when you need web content. Each is unique in its qualities and each has its drawbacks.

So, when you need content, which should you choose? Let's analyze both options to find out which option is right for you.

Ghostwritten Articles Ghostwritten articles are written just for your use. You own the article and can do whatever you'd like to with it.

Pros: 1. The article is unique to you and you do not share the content with anyone else.

Cons: 1. Ghostwritten articles are quite a bit more expensive per article than PLR packages. 2. You have the responsibility of finding a good writer. 3. The quality can be questionable. 4. You need to check your articles to make sure your ghostwriter isn't stealing content. Unfortunately that does happen.

PLR Articles PLR articles are prewritten articles that are sold in packages, or as part of a monthly membership.

Pros: 1. PLR articles are much more affordable than ghostwritten ones. 2. The content is ready, so you don't have to wait for a ghostwriter to become available or find a ghostwriter who is available.

Cons: 1. The content is not unique. You share the articles with the other people who purchased the package or membership. 2. You can't submit the PLR articles to article directories. 3. The quality can be questionable. 4. You have to find PLR packages in your niche -- or hope that the membership you signed up for sends you ones that you can use.

How can you even the odds between the two? Find a quality PLR service that allows you choose your topics. If the articles are well written, and their distribution is limited, it's almost as good as getting ghostwritten content just for you. That way, you get the best of both worlds -- quality content at a great price. <bio>Nicole Dean is the co-owner of http://www.EasyPLR.com -- where you'll find high-quality PLR articles on niches sold in very limited quantities.
While most folk will take any excuse for a party, there are some party reasons that have stood the test of time. Take the stag do, for example. It's been around since at least early Greek times when the lads of Sparta saw to it that their about-to-be-married chums got a send-off that was worthy of Zeus. Today, stag parties have come a long way, but the idea is still the same - one last fling for the happy fellow before he puts on the ball and chain for life.

While many folks are heading off to the continent for a stag weekend, there are some excellent reasons for choosing a city closer to home. You might, for instance, choose to do a stag weekend in Edinburgh, where you'll have your choice of dozens of daytime activities and the same wide variety of nighttime fun to send your mate off to the altar in style. Here are just a few of the things that you might include in your Edinburgh stag do.

Daytime Edinburgh Stag Weekend Fun

A stag weekend in Edinburgh can accommodate the tastes of any group from the active to the scholarly. Few other cities offer a range of activities as wide as the traditional Scots city. >From kayaking to orienteering, from Five a Side to quad runners there's plenty of choice for a day of getting physical to gear up for the night. For the truly adventurous, there's canyoning - the art of hurtling down a canyon flume with nothing but a wetsuit to protect you from the rocks below. Is there a more appropriate metaphor for the new life your guest of honor is about to enter?

Edinburgh Stag Weekend by Night

They say laughter can cure almost anything - and Edinburgh's The Stand Comedy Club is sure to put that to proof. The popular club is often standing room only, so if you want to laugh yourself silly at up to five world class comedy acts in one night, you'd do best to get your tickets early. If clubbing is your thing, you won't even have to leave The Stand - when the comedy's done, a DJ takes the stage and the club transforms into one of the hottest nightclubs in the city.

Just a Little Bit Of Naughty Stag Night Hijinks

If you're of a mind that no stag do is complete without a pretty girl shedding her clothing and giving the soon-to-be husband a wiggle and tweak, then you'll want a tour of the clubs that hits Bottoms Up, the Fantasy Palace and Big Daddy O's. The girls are first rate - but again, the clubs can be busy on a weekend night. If you're only in town for a stag weekend in Edinburgh, you'll do well to set up a tour in advance with a UK tour operator who can assure you tickets and entry. <bio>Brett Danielson works for http://www.chillisauce.co.uk, an event planner specialising in stag weekends in Edinburgh http://www.chillisauce.co.uk/stag-weekends/edinburgh and other UK and European cities. </bio>

As a man, you have never been particularly good at shopping. Now that you are getting married, you are faced with the prospect of buying gifts for the groomsmen in your wedding party. What's worse is the fact that men are very hard to buy gifts for. It's no small feat, but if you want to show your appreciation to the men who will stand by you on your big day, you need to come up with groomsmen gift ideas and fast!

Show It, Don't Say It. Nobody knows how the tradition of giving gifts to groomsmen started. Some say it can be attributed to the medieval custom of knights giving tokens to faithful squires. Groomsmen provide the groom physical, emotional, and moral support. Though the best groomsmen gift ideas can't surpass the support your groomsmen can give, they are a nice way of saying thank you. Remember that groomsmen gift ideas should be masculine and useful. Men are more appreciative of gifts with tangible values.

Go Traditional! Practical groomsmen gift ideas include flasks, cuff links, handkerchiefs, and pocket watches. If you are fairly traditional and conservative, then these are the best groomsmen gift ideas for you. And in keeping with that tradition, all gifts should be the same. So if you have five groomsmen, you will have to purchase five identical sets of cuff links.

Make It Personal. If traditional isn't your style, who's to say that you can't break from the mold? There's nobody stopping you from adding a personal touch to your groomsmen gift ideas.

You can opt for a watch money clip. This is a very attractive and convenient way of storing cash. Grooming kits can also be very good personal groomsmen gift ideas. You may take your pick from haircutting, shaving, and manicure kits. Some other great personal groomsmen gift ideas are watch accessory cases, cutlery, golf accessories, tools, and car accessories. Engraving is the best way to personalize your groomsmen gift ideas.

When in Doubt, Subscribe. You don't have to buy the same gift for every one of your groomsmen, but rather, you can choose a gift perfect for each personality. The perfect groomsmen gift ideas for the scholarly man are limited editions of certain books, with personal notes written inside. A music lover would greatly appreciate CDs of his favorite artists or a personalized iTunes playlist for his iPod. Season tickets to basketball, football, or hockey events are appropriate groomsmen gift ideas for the sports buff. Oh, and a golf enthusiast will surely appreciate a certificate for 18 holes at the nearest golf course.

Possibly one of the best groomsmen gift ideas are magazine subscriptions. You should know your groomsmen well enough to determine which publications they can appreciate. If your groomsman is not into reading, a subscription to his favorite channel should do the trick.

Whatever your groomsmen gift ideas are, remember that you don't need to be excessively lavish. After all, it is always the thought that counts. <bio>Can't think of groomsmen gift ideas ( http://www.executivegiftshoppe.com/ungrgi.html )?
This Halloween, take a walk on the wild side. Halloween is the only holiday where a person will not be held accountable for how they dress, look or appear in public. So feel free to enjoy yourself without the fear of being judged or criticized by others. Many of us had to attend private or religious schools. The naughty school girl costume is both extremely fun, sexy and conjures up some very naughty memories or fantasies from childhood.

If you would like to make your own naughty school girl costume, it is very easy to do just by grabbing a few items you probably already have in your closet. The two most important items are a short plaid mini skirt, preferably red and white, and a long sleeve button down white blouse. This combination generally comes to mind when we think of the image of a naughty school girl.

An absolute must for this costume is a long sleeve, button down, white blouse, preferably a men's shirt, leaving the buttons undone. Unbutton it to expose a black push-up bra underneath. You want to make sure that the buttons of the shirt are undone down to the waist of the skirt and that the shirt is tucked into the skirt band. If you can find some fishnet stockings or tights to wear, they make a great addition to the costume. If you have to use thigh highs, thats fine too, just make sure that they do not fall down, as that would not be very attractive. Just remember, you want to hint at sexy, but not to the point of looking trashy. Wear traditional white anklet socks similar to the type that was worn back in the fifties with poodle skirts and saddle shoes. Black stilettos or high-healed Mary Jane shoes would be ideal for the sexy and sultry scholar.

For the finishing touch, you can put your hair in pigtails or a long ponytail down the back and tie it with either black or white ribbons. Don't forget the tortoise shell clear glasses and a couple of books to carry, as the naughty schoolgirl is always scholarly in her appearance, even when school is the last thing on her mind.

It is for this reason alone that the costume industry has made so much money in their "naughty" school girl costumes. This costume is always a hot seller in costume stores and costume rental outlets. Halloween is a holiday that really allows people let go and enjoy themselves without being judged, criticized or thought poorly of by others. It is for this reason alone that the costume industry has made so much money selling their "naughty" school girl costumes. <bio>Brought to you as a courtesy from http://www.thelingeriezone.com/adult-costumes.html </bio>

There are many ways to advertise your products online and many of them are free, but one of the most effective free methods of online advertising is Article Marketing.

Article marketing is an excellent way to get your website noticed and to generate an incredible online income.

The basic idea of article marketing is to write articles relating to the topic of your website or product, and submit your articles to article directories.

There are many people that use article marketing and they are not all expert writers. So don't be too concerned if you think you will not be able to write well enough to publish your articles.

If you are certain you cannot write your own articles you can hire someone to write them for you or another option is to purchase PLR articles to use. PLR articles are articles that you can use and put your own name to them as author. You can also change them in any way that you like. If you are going to use PLR articles, it is a good idea to change them a little; otherwise you may have other people submitting exactly the same article to directories that you are submitting.

Just remember that the more you write, the better you will get at it. Articles to submit to directories don't have to be very long; just a few paragraphs are enough. If the topic of your website or product is a topic you are quite knowledgeable about, then it shouldn't be too difficult to write about.

It would be great to submit one article per day to article directories, although this is not always possible. At least try to write and submit them as often as you can. The more articles you submit to directories, the more people are seeing your articles and also your link to your website. Submit your article to as many article directories as you can to increase your backlinks and also the exposure of your articles. You will soon have `expert' status in your particular field and people will be impressed by your status and your articles.

You can also submit your articles to forums. Quite a few forums do have a section for articles. This will just increase your exposure a bit more.

You can submit your articles to article directories manually, although this is quite time consuming and you need to find yourself a good list of article directories. You can also purchase an article submitter software program, they are reasonably inexpensive and can save you a lot of time.

When you submit your article to directories, you will have an `Authors Resource Box'. This is where you write your name and any other information you would like to put in there, and a link to your website. It's good to put something a little intriguing or something that will entice your readers to click on your link and visit your website. <bio>Having been scammed online more times than you can shake a stick at, Gary L Jinks decided to go undercover and do something about it!
