Royalty free music is one of the safest kinds of music you can use on your website. It's designed to be used on websites, in videos and other productions with almost no restrictions. The only other safe option to use would be a track that you've written and performed yourself.

Almost all modern music is copyright. And this copyright is enforced ferociously by the record companies corporate lawyers. Which means that if you want to use it on your website, you will have to come to an arrangement with the owner of that copyright in order to use it =96 not the easiest thing to do as you have to track them down and then find out who handles this kind of copyright issue. Either that or be prepared for a "cease and desist" letter from their lawyer along with a demand for unpaid royalties. The "unpaid royalties" figure will be their best guess of what you are likely to owe and you can be certain that it won't be an underestimate =96 it will be up to you to prove any lower amount, Not the nicest thing to have happen to you.

It's a common misconception that if something is available on the internet, it's OK to use it on your website. People think this about pictures as well as music. But that's not true - everything published is automatically copyright unless the author specifically says otherwise - this happens nowadays mainly with open source software and even then there's usually some kind of agreement (often called copyleft). Only search engines like Google can get away with crawling your website and taking all your copyright material. And that's only because you want the traffic they can send back to your website in return!

Far and away the safest kind of sounds to use on your website or on your YouTube videos are called "royalty free" or sometimes "stock" or "buyout" music.

The author takes a one-off fee in return for you being able to use their work pretty much anywhere and any way you see fit. Although there's usually a restriction to stop you selling it unaltered - you normally have to modify it in some way. So it's fine to use the track behind your YouTube videos but you wouldn't be allowed to sell a CD with simply the royalty free music on it. Which is fair enough, otherwise the author would never get any money.

Once you've bought a track or CD in this manner, you can add it to your website and still be able to sleep at night. You can also use it to add variety to your YouTube videos, or in an amateur dramatic production, your own movie, CDs and DVDs you produce, and anything else you can think of.

There are all sorts of different tracks available from new age through to R'n'B, Hip Hop, jazz, country and any other musical genre you care to name. So you're bound to be able to get hold of something that fits the mood you want to recreate. <bio>Learn more about using royalty free music at http://www.squidoo.com/royalty-free-music Find out what's available and where you cam purchase royalty free music for immediate download at http://www.squidoo.com/royalty-free-music </bio>

Stock photography is simply photos taken "on spec". This means the photographer takes pictures of various objects, people, or situations, and sells them after the pictures have been taken. They are not on a specific photography assignment, instead they are taking photos of subjects they'd like to take pictures of.

Stock photography is primarily used in printed advertisements, brochures, magazines, and websites, though there are many other ways stock photography can be used.

Stock photography is licensed in several different ways. The two most popular are Rights Managed Stock Photography, and Royalty Free Stock Photography.

Rights Managed photography is the use of stock photos that are licensed for a specific, limited time and purpose. If an advertiser for instance, needed a stock photo for one specific ad campaign, they could license a photo for that specific use. And they'd be limited to using the photo only for that campaign. They'd also be charged based on the size of the ad campaign they intended to use the stock photo for.

If they wanted to use the same photo again, they'd have to pay another fee. And that fee might be different, if the campaign use and sizes are different. These recurring fees are called royalties, and with rights managed stock photography they can be quite hefty. Ranging from hundreds to thousands of dollars for the limited use of one photograph.

Royalty free stock photography allows you to pay a license fee once, then use the photo multiple times. There are usually limitations on this form of stock photography, however the restrictions are not nearly as narrow as rights managed photography is. A designer or advertiser could license one photo for instance, and use it in hundreds of different ad campaigns, without incurring additional fees. In other words: No royalty fees need to be paid.

Generally royalty free stock photography can be licensed for as little as $50 up to several hundred dollars depending on the licensing source and rights given.

One of the most popular forms of stock photography for small and web based businesses, is royalty free micro stock photography. This is a variation on the royalty free model, but it's referred to as "micro stock" because designers and advertisers pay just a dollar or two per image license.

This type of stock photography has become quite popular with website owners particularly, because it's a very inexpensive way to get top quality photos for use on their websites. Quality stock photos can be licensed for as little as $1 in smaller, web friendly sizes. And prices go up to about $3 or $5 for larger, print quality photo sizes.

Since these photos are royalty free, designers can use them multiple times for that one time low cost. Be sure to check the licensing restrictions though. Royalty free does not automatically mean "public domain" or "copyright free", and each micro stock photography site has their own particular use restrictions on the photos you license. <bio>© 2006, Kathy Burns-Millyard.
Franchisees need to dismiss the notion that 'royalty fees' are an extra payment coming out of their pocket; they are a part of the process of partaking in the franchise system. It should be looked upon as the Franchisor's share in profits derived from the consumer. The Franchisee gathers the royalty fee sum from the consumer along with the rest of the funds that keep the whole enterprise going.

The royalty fee is another aspect of the business and no business would be in business if they were not making their money from the consumer. The consumer pays for the Franchisee's overhead, costs of sales, salaries, and of course the profit. It all stems back to satisfying your consumer who ultimately pays for the business to run.

The Franchisee should be happy to contribute back into the system that feeds them. A Franchisee should know that a stable, dominant, and flourishing Franchisor will only make the 'name' of the franchise stronger creating more of a stir in the business and thus generating more potential consumers. If the root of your business franchise remains strong, the whole system will follow suit including all Franchisees.

The whole dynamic of the business franchise opportunity is founded upon the Franchisor initially providing a desirable product and/or service to the consumer. The appeal of the Franchisee to become a part of the franchise is based on the success of the initial Franchisor. The Franchisee makes a solid business decision to engage into the 'family' of the franchise that appealed to them in the first place. The Franchisee carries on the tradition of the Franchisor. It is like an apprenticeship as far as the Franchisee emulating the Franchisor, but thought the Franchisee does have some autonomy, their business still is directly effected by the 'name' of the initial Franchisor and this is why they collect a fee.

Considering how much direct and indirect support comes from the Franchisor, royalty fees should not be seen as a monumental strain on the Franchisee. Franchisees always have the opportunity to build upon the root of the franchise, but they must not lose sight of how they have been provided with such an opportunity. Lets think about four elements of a franchise: the brand, operating system, support system, and the Franchisee.

The Brand is the name associated with the product and/or services. To be in a position to provide opportunities to branch out, the Franchisor already has made initial strides for Franchisees to come. The Operating System is tied in with the Brand in the sense that there has been a tradition instilled into society that is recognizable and can be replicated in the same memorable fashion over and over again through Franchisees.

The genesis of the Support System is aided by the presence of more and more stems from the initial Franchisor. The Support System helps the Franchisee them selves develop a memorable and stellar system such as the initial Operating System of the Franchisor. The Franchisee is improving their performance based on being a part of the larger system of the franchise.

If a Franchisee evaluates the importance and contribution of the Brand, Operating, and Support Systems then the royalty fee can really be put into proper perspective. The Franchisee is virtually dependent on the initial and continued success of the franchise that they chose to be a part of. Embracing all these insights should change any negative feeling about paying a royalty fee.

Most royalty fees range from 2% to 10% depending on the nature of the business. So even if you're a Franchisor who is paying the 10%, you have to consider if the Brand, Operating, and Support systems are feeding at least 10% into the individualized Franchisee's business, which most likely it is exceeding. <bio>FranchiseFetch (http://www.franchisefetch.com) links the public with a multitude of pre-established, successful, money-making franchises.
When the government passed the Deep Water Royalty Relief Act in 1995, it had no idea that oil prices ten years later would be more than triple, giving oil companies record profits.

Back in 1995, the government wanted to provide incentives to companies to take on the high costs and risks of drilling for new oil wells. Back then, oil was cheap and the oil companies claimed they didn't have the profits to justify the risk of drilling.

In exchange for the oil companies taking the risk on drilling, the government agreed to drop royalties for drilling on federal lands and water in the Gulf Coast. This might have been necessary back when oil was twenty bucks a barrel, but today it's up around seventy and the oil companies certainly can not claim they don't have enough profits to justify taking a risk.

With the high price of oil today, the government is loosing millions of dollars in royalties. In the original legislation, there are trigger points--$35 a barrel for oil--where the companies would start having to pay royalties.

The cost of oil has been well above the trigger point for several years and will likely stay that way for the next several years, but companies are still not paying royalties. This is because oil companies who took out federal leases in 1998 and 1999 had the trigger prices waived. Most observers think it's high time for the royalties to be reinstated.

For the years between 1996 and 2000, Congress was not specific in price thresholds, and many oil companies are arguing that since no threshold was set, the government has no right to demand the royalties. Some executives have even threatened lawsuits if the government demands royalties. As of February 2006, Kerr-McGee is the only oil company who had followed through with that threat after the Interior Department asked 41 oil companies to pay over $500 million in royalties for 2004.

andquot;It was not Congress's intent that if oil was at $10 a barrel, there should be royalty relief,andquot; said Republican Representative Richard W. Pombo. andquot;But at $70 a barrel, don't expect royalty relief.andquot;

Unbelievably, the oil companies DO expect it, and for the most part, they've been getting it. Does this seem fair to you when the price for a gallon of gas hovers around three dollars and the entire economy is being negatively impacted? <bio>Dave Larsen has worked for twenty-five plus years in the alternative energy business.
In some cases of royal genealogy, it is hard to believe the claim. For example, some people claim to be descended from Charlemagne, King of the Franks, and Emperor of the West. He lived over 1200 years ago and many people could be related to him, but it would be a miracle if any records had survived through fire, flood, worms, and the fury of the Vikings, the Black Plague, and numerous wars to prove such a claim. But it's such fun to look into your family tree and see if there was any royalty involved. What makes it daunting is that many royals had so many titles and names that it is hard to nail them down.

Only Blue-Blooded Persons Need Apply

The main reason why there is a lot of information available when it comes to royal genealogy is that nobility and royalty had deep interest in their own family trees and thus were much taken up with recording the genealogy of their members, because it was very important to know who in fact was noble and who was not. In the beginning, royalty meant having blood that was superior (blue blood) and thus it became necessary to determine the exact role that nobles had to perform so that the possibility of contaminating the bloodline would not arise.

I'm Henry VIII - I Am (Herman's Hermits)

This led to generations of nobility experiencing problems related to congenital aspects and the reason was that there were a number of genes that were improperly formed and were being passed from one generation to another just so there would be no dilution in the purity of the bloodline. And, when this was coupled with constant marriages and also remarriages, the royal genealogy took some very interesting turns, as was the case with King Henry VIII of England, the second monarch of the House of Tudor. He was married six times for Heavens sake. A mnemonic for the fates of Henry's six wives to help remember what happened to them is "divorced, beheaded, died, divorced, beheaded, survived".

Divergence In Bloodlines

One more thing and this is important. Royal family genealogy resources shows that in the beginning because there were very few nobles with royal blood, a certain amount of intermingling of the bloodline had to take place, and thus any royal genealogy that is undertaken will surely reveal divergence in blood lines which may then meet up again a few generations later when two people with distant relations would come together and thus formed a new line of nobility.

In A Nutshell

Some royal family genealogy bloodlines are easy to trace while others become a tangled maze of conflicting data that precludes the entry in a family tree. And you may not want to brag about some European royalty with fancy pedigrees because there is a list a mile long of madness, congenital malformations, and debauchery in every royal house in Europe, Not only that they were plagued by alcoholism, sadism, plain ugliness, stupidity, and syphilis. They tried to keep the royal line "pure" by inbreeding and the results were devastating. Perhaps the best course of action would be to let sleeping dogs lie, but then you might miss all the fun in Royal Family genealogy resources <bio>Walt Brown is a researcher/writer who has studied genealogy for many years.
We all know how important first impressions are. Like they say, you never get that second chance to make one. This holds true in our personal lives as well as in business. No matter what kind of business you're in, the first impression you make on a potential customer or associate can make or break the deal.

This is why it is so important to always put your best business face forward. What is your business face? Anything that customers initially interact with, such as your website, letterhead, advertisements, logos, or business cards make up your business face. If all these things don't work together to make a positive impression, your customers aren't likely to take that next step and eventually buy from you.

Many businesspeople think that making their business materials look and feel professional and enticing costs a lot of money, and it certainly can--but it doesn't have to. The Internet has virtually unlimited resources for inexpensive ways to spice up your logo, web page, stationery, business cards, and more. The cutting-edge graphics, animations, fonts, and clipart are out there just waiting for you to find them, and they're not necessarily expensive or complicated to use.

If you're willing to spend some time looking, there are many graphics libraries on the Web that offer images for download or printing. If you conduct a search for "clipart" or "graphics" you're likely to find several of these libraries, but be careful. Some of them will want royalty fees or charge monthly for membership, whether you use any art that month or not.

What you're looking for is royalty-free graphics; images that nobody wants payment for. You also want to use images only from sites that expressly say you don't have to worry about copyrights. The last thing you want is to be using images that belong exclusively to someone else.

Overall, the graphics you need are out there, and just because they're inexpensive doesn't mean they look cheap. There are select graphic libraries out there today that offer affordable, cutting-edge, impressive graphics for your use without royalties or copyright worries. Find them, and you can put your best face forward and make that all-important positive first impression. <bio>Author Robert Gillen is founder of http://www.GraphicsFactory.com The Graphics Factory offers 700,000 state-of-the-art clipart images, fonts, graphics, animations, and even coloring pages for just pennies per week, without royalties or copyright worries.
Sculptors have carved figures in relief for thousands of years. The Assyrians, Egyptians and Greeks used all forms of relief sculpture in their palaces and temples. Relief sculptures depict the figures or designs standing out from their background surface. The figures are only partly modeled but give the illusion of being fully modeled. Today a relief sculpture is almost the only form used in making coins and medals. The design and subject matter of a relief reflect the development of civilization, the religious trends and the art of the time in which it is made. A flail and crook are usually held in the hands of a Pharaoh or king as symbols of royalty, majesty and dominion. The cobra, associated with the king and kingdom of Lower Egypt, is also associated with the sun and with may other deities. The cobra represented the "fiery eye of Ra" and beginning, in the Middle Kingdom, the uraeus appears as a symbol worn on the crown or headdress of royalty. It is used as a protective symbol, the Egyptians believing that the cobra would spit fire at any approaching enemies.

The Egyptians believed there were numerous gods, but rather than living on an isolated mountain or in an unreachable heaven, many of them lived invisibly in the mortal world, acting through sacred sites, animals or even chosen people. This belief was portrayed in their daily carvings and stone art work. The Egyptian gods seem to be made for storytelling. There were tales to educate, tales to entertain, tales with morals, and in those stores, the god did not seem so unreachable. It was comforting to hear that the god also wept for those they had lost, to hear about the gods laughing, to learn that the gods faced many of the same problems that the people did, although on a grander scale. <bio>Discover many beautiful Egyptian antiquities such as wall fragments, coins, jewelry and statues all surprisingly affordable at our ancient gift shop. http://www.worldwidestore.com/30148c.htm </bio>

Renting a Phoenix limousine is an excellent way to make any type of special occasion even better. Luxurious yet surprisingly affordable, you'll find plenty of top-notch Phoenix limousine rental services ready to take you and that special someone anywhere you both want to go, for as long as you both want to be there.

Imagine the look of surprise you'll see when a Phoenix limousine pulls up to your honey's front door. And then imagine how romantic it's going to be, just the two of you inside, gazing into each other's eyes. Think how you'll be able to fully focus you attention on that special someone sitting beside you because the limo driver is up in front, dealing with the traffic lights and the traffic and all those other distractions on which you would normally focus your attention.

Once you're both seated comfortably in the back of your Phoenix limousine, glass of champagne in hand, just relax and imagine the many different ways your date is going to thank you for your generosity and your thoughtfulness on this special evening.

Heading out for a night on the town?

The city of Phoenix has so much to offer. Cultural events, sporting events, concerts, movies, museums, fine dining, comedy clubs -- it's all right there. So when you're ready to go, why not go in style? Even if you just want to head up into the foothills so you and your honey can gaze down on the brilliant city lights, your evening is sure to be a night to remember when arrive at your destination in style.

Looking for justification?

Then here it is. When you ride along in a Phoenix limousine, you really can feel like royalty. It's okay -- you're allowed to indulge without feeling guilty or selfish. And besides, when was the last time you or your significant other truly felt like royalty? If you can't remember, then it's definitely been way too long. You don't have to be a blushing bride to justify renting a Phoenix limo. Anyone can, so just go ahead and do it!

Looking for a reason?

You really don't need a reason, but just in case you do, here's a rundown of some of the times when it might make sense to spend the evening driving around town in a Phoenix limo: birthdays, anniversaries, wedding announcements, a new job or promotion, the realization that you're "expecting," or a holiday like Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Sweetheart's Day, or New Year's Eve. Heck you could even go out on Groundhog Day if you wanted to! The only reason you need a reason is because YOU think you do.

You work hard and you deserve a break and that's all the justification you or anyone needs. If you and your sweetie need time to "reconnect, then that's a good enough reason, too! Just do it and stop wasting time thinking that you need a reason to rent a Phoenix limo! <bio>http://www.nightlifelimobus.com </bio>

Have you recently selected Oahu as the destination for your upcoming honeymoon? If so, congratulations! You are sure to have the honeymoon of your dreams. Oahu is filled with beauty, romance, fun, and anything else that the heart desires.

1 -- Stay at an Oahu Beach House Rental

When it comes to vacations, many travelers automatically think of hotels and vacation resorts. While Oahu is filled with great hotels and vacation resorts, you will want to take the time to examine Oahu vacation rentals, namely a private beach house rental.

Oahu beach house rentals are perfect for honeymoons. Why? For starters, the beach. The beaches of Hawaii are known for being beautiful and romantic. What could be better than waking up to that beauty and romance every morning of your honeymoon? Whether you are staying right along the beach or simply just have a good view of it, romance will be in the air!

It is also important to touch on privacy. When you stay at an Oahu beach house rental, you and your new spouse should be on the only tourists onsite. This means that you can come and go as you please and show your love for each other without having to worry about offending or disrupting other tourists.

2 -- Visit Lanikai Beach

As previously stated, the beaches of Oahu are known for their beauty and their romance. One beach that you will want to stop by is that of Lanikai Beach. Lanikai Beach is perfect for those on honeymoons, like yourself, as it is off the beaten path. Although it is increasing in popularity among tourists, it is still referred to as a hidden treasure.

As for why Lanikai Beach isn't overcrowded, it is due to being located in a residential area. There are, however, multiple public access points for you to use. Once you arrive at the beach, you won't find any restroom or lifeguards, but you will find paradise. Just a few of the activities that you can enjoy at this beach include swimming, snorkeling, picnicking, and sunbathing.

If you opt to stay at a nearby Oahu beach house rental, you can make it in time for the morning sunrise, which will astound you.

3 -- Kayak to Mokulua and Mokumanu

In keeping with visiting Lanikai Beach, if you decide to stay at an Oahu beach house rental nearby, you should have the opportunity to kayak to the nearby twin islands. These islands are known as Mokulua and Mokumanu. All you have to do is visit Lanikai Beach, view them from the coast and you will automatically want to make the trip.

Kayaking can not only be fun, but romantic as well, especially when you reach the destination. The twin islands of Mokulua and Mokumanu are bird sanctuaries. Kayak rental stations are located nearby.

4 - Visit Shark's Cove

Snorkeling, as previously stated, is an activity that is perfect for honeymoons. Not only can it be fun and exciting, but it can also be romantic. One of the best destinations for snorkeling on the island of Oahu is that of Sharks Cove, which is located on the North Shore. Here, you will find a reef, which is home to a vast array of wildlife. All of which you can see up close and personal.

Reef sharks are commonly seen in the area. Although regarded as relatively harmless, it is still wise to use your best judgment. Speaking of best judgment, keep a close eye on the water. It is recommended that you do not enter the water here during the winter months, as it can be fierce and dangerous.

5 -- Visit the Iolani Palace

On your honeymoon, you want to feel like royalty. What better way to get the process started than to see how royalty lived? You can do so by visiting the Iolani Palace. According to its website, it is "the only official state residence of royalty in all of the United States." Guided tours are available daily, the Palace gift shop is a must visit, and you may find free concerts on Fridays.

As an important reminder, there is so much for you to do and see while on a Hawaiian honeymoon.
I was really sad when I decided to sell my Rolls Royce. And this wasn't just any ol' Rolls Royce. This was a 'pimped-up' Rolls that I did myself, and hired out for weddings, hen and stag nights, theatre nights, well, for any kind of celebration where people wanted to travel in style, and feel the part. And look the part they did in my Roller. She was a perfect, gleaming specimen and everybody who traveled in my car felt like royalty, and I treated them like royalty. It was what they deserved.

However, in today's economic climate where a lot of people are counting the cost of everything, hiring a beautiful motor is no longer top of everybody's list and I just can't afford to keep her on the road anymore. I thought about putting my Rolls into storage, but the storage fees were too high. I looked into renting a friend's garage for awhile, but there wasn't any security and I didn't want my car stolen. The best thing was to sell my Rolls Royce and for her to be with somebody who would look after her in a manner she was accustomed to. After all, a Roller is not your ordinary car.

And because my car was no ordinary car, I could not sell my Rolls Royce in an ordinary way. I mean, I couldn't stick a notice in the local rag, or advertise my Roller in the shop window of my local post office. Besides, even if I did, I would not want everybody to know my private business, because when people read the advertisement and description of the Rolls Royce for sale, they would know it was mine, and work out I was in need of some cash. What was called for was a way to sell my Rolls Royce in a discreet manner.

Now you would think I would sell my Rolls Royce in the same way as I bought my car. However, I acquired my car through inheritance. Therefore this was a subject matter that would take some research as I had never sold such an exclusive car as a Roller. My first port of call to gather some advice was the Rolls Royce forum on the internet. In fact it turned out to be my last port of call, as they came forward with a suggestion that was very agreeable with me. They suggested I sell my Rolls Royce through a company that was an expert in buying prestige cars. Some of the people on the forum had bought and sold various Rollers from these types of companies and said it was the only way forward with such a specialised car.

So, I contacted a company, and after dealing with them, all I can say, is why doesn't everybody use them?! It was a breeze to sell my Rolls Royce, and I would certainly use them again. All I did was drop them an email with my contact details on it, and the type of car I was selling, and they phoned me the next day. I spoke to one of their experts and we discussed the finer details about my car, such as her history, how she has been looked after, who had driven her, and history of accidents. Once he had all the necessary information he gave me a quote, which I accepted, as I knew it was a very fair price. The last detail we finalised was the address they were going to come and pick up my Roller and exchange payment. The whole process was easy and straightforward, something I never expected to happen when I had to sell my Rolls Royce.<bio>David Barber wrote the Article 'I Had to Sell my Rolls Royce' and recommends you visit http://www.iainmutch.co.uk/sell-your-car/rolls-royce.php if you've ever asked yourself "Where can I sell my Rolls Royce?"</bio>

And, what with all the tiny details requiring attention when arranging a wedding ceremony, who can blame them.

There is however a school of thought which suggests no small task is too important when it comes to your special day. For most couples, a wedding day will only take place once and so the need for perfection in everything is paramount.

So then it goes without saying that a seemingly trivial item on your to do list such as wedding favors should take careful planning.

The history and tradition of wedding favors

At the risk of loosing an audience at this point, it is interesting and appropriate to quickly take a look at where the idea of giving gifts to guests at a wedding came from.

It is believed the tradition was common among European aristocrats who provided guests with a small trinket box, which contained sugar cubes or confection, at a time when sugar was an expensive commodity. The gift symbolized wealth and royalty. Centuries later, almonds replaced sugar as a passing on of good wishes to the bridegroom's new life. Today this same tradition is shared in cultures all over the world.

Bearing this little history lesson in mind, taking careful consideration of what wedding favors you will provide your guests takes on a whole new meaning.

3 perfect reasons for finding the ideal wedding favors

Symbolism

Although most, if not all of your guests may miss the symbolism of wealth and royalty when it comes to the wedding favors they receive, they will notice the appearance of expense and effort. There are countless ways to spare enormous expense with these gifts but still provide something your family and friends will want to keep as a significant reminder of your wedding day.

Ambiance

Wedding favors can be used to enhance the atmosphere of your reception by the placement of them as part of the decoration as well as playing a part in the festivities. While the latter may take a little more thought and planning, the presenting of the wedding favors could be a ceremony of its own.

When it comes to deciding on centerpieces, the cake, invitations, flowers, music and every other detail, wedding favors can play an important role when it comes to the look and feel of your wedding. As always, it's the little things that count.

Sincerity

Wedding favors are a way of thanking the people who celebrated in your dream day and this thank you should come from the heart. Just remember though, expensive gifts do not always come across as sincere.

There are literally thousand of wedding favors to choose from these days. Choose carefully and plan accordingly because you will only get to do this once. <bio>Elegant, inexpensive and a wide range of wedding favors are only a click away http://www.weddingplanningbliss.com/ </bio>

More and more people are turning to online media in order to promote their home-based internet businesses. While blogging and e-zine marketing are effective forms of promotion for your business, another desirable method is to do it by way of the popular website <a href="http://www.youtube.com" >http://www.youtube.com. One of the best things about creating a video clip on Youtube is that it is free and it is very simple to make. If you are industrious enough you can create a variety of video clips surrounding your home-based business and you can choose to release a different version as you see fit.

Youtube is an excellent way to get information out about what your internet business has to offer in terms of products and services as the exposure you receive is tremendous. Visitors to Youtube can easily share the links of video clips with other people which means that not only will the people you contact see your video about your internet business but so will others as well. This form of networking and word of mouth is invaluable to the success of your business. Due to the fact that Youtube hosts your video you do not need to be concerned about any special software or having advanced technical skills.

Youtube offers so much more than video clips to its audience. You can set your video advertisement up however you wish. You can include whatever sort of mood music you feel is suitable as well as creative imagery and taglines. Search for royalty-free photographs and royalty-free music over the internet if you are not in possession of your own as copyright infringement is a serious offense to be found guilty of.

Make sure that your video on Youtube regarding your internet business shows savvy and creativity and do not make it too long, boring or predictable in any way. Make sure you include a tagline that will immediately grab the audience's attention and have them interested in seeing more. It is recommended that your clip be anywhere from thirty seconds to two minutes. It is not recommended that your clip exceed two minutes as if you make it too long you are very likely to bore your audience as well as to lose their attention very quickly. Online people like things that are short and get to the point very quickly.

When you create your video clip on Youtube make sure not to use PowerPoint and it is not advisable to set it up as an interview of yourself in regards to your home-based business. That shows no incentive or originality on your part. Think outside the box! Always make sure that the web address for your business is clearly visible in the video clip as well.

http://ezinearticles.com/?Using-YouTube-to-Promote-Your-Bookandid=444631 http://www.nomorecubes.com/blog/promote-your-own-business-on-youtube.html <bio>Kerenza Faram is the author of several informative articles on internet marketing.
For lovers of home décor, tapestries are an ideal choice to lighten up a dull corner, to add beauty and grandeur to a room or simply bring forth a piece of history into their living rooms. For the latter option medieval tapestries are the perfect choice. Medieval tapestries are those, which have replications of medieval artistry and a piece of history attached to them such as these http://www.european-wall-tapestries.com/store/catalog/Medieval_page_1_c_2.html. Such tapestries bring through the canvas a depiction of a scene or an artwork made famous by a medieval artist.

Such tapestries go back to the renaissance and Arts and Crafts times. Medieval tapestries were intricately woven on fine fabrics primarily wool, for hundreds of years by different races and cultures. Egyptians as well as the Incas buried their dead in tapestries. The Greeks covered their walls like those of the Parthenon, with them. But the credit for excelling in this work goes to the French medieval weavers who with their exquisite work gave the tapestry a new dimension.

One of the highlights of medieval tapestry history is their work in the realm of Unicorn tapestries, rightly since the unicorn has always been a source of marvel and beauty, to the world. The medieval artisans in their attempt at capturing this magical creature have presented it in great depths and pictorial excellence apart from giving it a symbolic interpretation.

In the medieval ages tapestries were symbols of high art as well as items for practical use. Tapestries provided privacy for beds, insulation for castle walls and aesthetically closing awnings. Royalty made it a point to travel with their family tapestry place to place for their comfort as well as a show of prestige. Tapestries due to their richness of texture have always been associated with royalty; they epitomize the luxury and grandeur in their picture and luxurious feel too.

European and medieval tapestries come in different sizes, shapes and colors, and a host of European weavers have shaped the design trend, color scheme and subject matter so that the piece of work resembles that of the medieval ages as much as possible. The revival of interest in medieval tapestries, owe much to the endeavors of William Morris head of Arts and Crafts Movement in England. It must be understood that medieval tapestries are for art lovers and collectors with a taste for history, also that they primarily cater to a selective section of people who happen to be not only art lovers but also follow history and take an interest in the different ages that have exposed various art forms. <bio>To view other Medieval tapestries, please visit our home decor website http://www.european-wall-tapestries.com </bio>

Seabiotics is a company that has found discoveries for your health deep below the surface of the ocean. Seabiotics have chosen to take a different route in the marketing world of nutritional supplements and wellness. They did this over 20 years go through some very fortunate circumstances. Through their dedication and commitment to these products, they are able to bring these remedies to everyone.

Their mission is to bring tested products that may help those who are suffering from painful illnesses and may help to ease their discomfort. They claim these products will keep you looking young for as long as you can. They want to use the wonderful resources found in the sea to help you look and feel like new.

Seabiotics is based on a multi-level marketing plan that brings you income as you sell products and recruit new Members. To start initially, there is no fee. You will be able to purchase the products at wholesale and earn retail profits. You will also be able to recruit other members who want to do the same thing.

In order to earn bonuses, you will be signed up for auto-ship of product and that will give you bonus volume in personal sales. You will be purchasing two bottles a month. The earnings are based on "cycles". Once your membership is activated, your first bonus level is paid once you have the 50 BV (bonus volume). When you have recruited a left and right leg sales team, you will earn $25 per Cycle, step 4 with 240 BV, $50 per cycle. Step 5 is the Royalty Executive and when you have 6 personally enrolled members, you earn up to $5,000 per week. And it goes up from there.

Seabiotics have a compensation plan that is based on volume not levels. Hopefully I can state this in a way that makes sense. Cycle Bonuses are based on the Bonus Volume that combines the sales of your left and right teams. For every 300 BV in your Minor Team, it triggers a Cycle Bonus. You can earn $25 or $50 per Cycle, based on your rank and qualifications. After a Cycle is calculated, they subtract 300 BV from both teams. BV which is monitored in real time calculates the Cycles instantly. There are an unlimited amount of cycles each day. You will be paid weekly.

So in a nutshell, this is the foundation of the compensation plan for Seabiotics company. There is a lot more information than I am able to put in this article, and it can be a bit confusing, at least from my perspective. It is not your typical multi-level jargon which makes it a bit more difficult to grasp. But take a look, see what you think. This may be something that may interest you.

The product line is impressive with a great deal of research. So, with a great product and the ability to work independently, may be the business for you. Just make sure when you join you join a team that has your back. By this I mean make sure there are calls you can bring your prospects to and that your upline has decent marketing skills.<bio>You can read our Unbiased, expert review of Seabiotics from Brian Garvin and Jeff West at MLM Review Kings.
A patent license agreement has become a valuable and trusted technique for companies to share knowledge in a protected way. No company wants to invest time and money in an invention, only to give it away without the prospect of compensation. Thus, the patent license agreement was created. It is an agreement in which a licensor grants to a licensee for consideration the revocable right to perform an act that would otherwise be illegal without the licensor's permission. Here, in contrast to other types of license, the act is to use the licensor's invention, which is patented for the protection of the licensor. The grant of permission, which may be exclusive or non-exclusive, is embodied in a document called the license.

There are a number of reasons why companies use patent license agreements. Perhaps the licensor stumbled upon the invention and has no desire to develop it, lucrative though it may be. Or perhaps the licensor has the desire to develop the invention but not the capabilities to do so. Only with another company's money or knowledge can the invention be advanced. On the other side of the coin, maybe the licensee needs the invention as a vital cog in a bigger business operation. Finally, the licensee could well have the ability and the desire to further the invention that the licensor lacks.

Ideally, both parties benefit from the agreement. The licensee receives the benefit of using the licensor's invention, and the licensor gets a royalty fee for this use. Generally, a licensor can expect to get a fee of five percent of the licensee's net sales. But this five percent is only a starting point and is certainly not consistent from industry to industry.

A license is necessarily limited, both in scope and in duration. The licensor grants certain rights in the invention while retaining others, namely ownership. However, the licensor may transfer all of its rights in the invention completely and without limitation. This type of transfer, to be distinguished from a license, is called an assignment. When the patent license expires or is revoked, the right to use the material reverts back to the licensor.

Patent License agreements have several key elements. The most important is the license grant, which talks to scope of the license: what is being licensed? To whom? For how long? In what capacity? May the licensee turn around and sublicense the invention to a third party? A second clause addresses payment terms, including how much the royalty fee will be and which party will maintain the patent. The licensee will usually be required to keep records of its use of the invention; the licensor will be allowed to view these records for a time. Unique to patent license agreements are the improvements and infringement provisions. What happens if the licensee, in using the invention, actually improves it? From time to time, a third party may infringe upon the licensor's patent, and this scenario may involve the licensee to some degree. Will the licensee be obliged to defend the licensor's patent? Bear in mind that if the licensor and licensee are competitors, it may be in the interests of the latter to let the former's patent fail. Finally, these agreements address patent markings-if products can be marked and if they should be-and whether the licensee is entitled to receive not only rights to the invention but also certain of the licensor's know-how and technical assistance.<bio>Mark Warner is a Legal Research Analyst for RealDealDocs.com.
The Pomeranian breed originated in Lapland and Greenland, with the Spitz sled dogs. The dogs were imported to Europe through Pomerania, where they were bred to a smaller scale. Queen Victoria of Britain in the late 1800s contributed not only to the breed's popularity but also to the development of the breed. The queen kept over 30 Pomeranians at one time and diminished the size of the breed beyond what earlier breeders had accomplished.

Pomeranians have inspired classical music and artwork over the years. They appeal as much to royalty and celebrities as to everyday people who admire the Pomeranian's spunky personality.

It's hard to believe it, but the tiny Pomeranian descended from the Spitz sled dogs in Lapland and Greenland. Before the Pomeranian was bred down to a smaller size, the larger dogs worked as shepherds. Indeed, it is not difficult to imagine today's Pomeranian yapping around the edges of a herd of sheep.

Pomeranians got their name because they were imported into Europe through Pomerania, a land on the southern Baltic coast where present day Germany and Poland now sit. In Pomerania, the dogs were bred down closer to their modern-day size. It took many generations of Pomeranians to reduce the twenty-pound dog of the 19th century to the four to six-pound standard of the breed today. The Kennel Club in England recognized the breed in 1870, calling it the "spitz dog." Traces of the Pomeranian's lineage can be seen in its coat and color, which are reminiscent of the wolf spitz breed.

One of the best known Pomeranian owners in history was Queen Victoria of England, who ruled between 1819 and 1901. Queen Victoria first saw the dog as a girl, when her mother, Queen Charlotte kept one as a pet. Queen Victoria got Marco, a Pomeranian of her own, in 1888.

The English royal family had then, and has now, a keen interest in breeding horses and dogs. Queen Victoria applied this enthusiasm for breeding to the Pomeranian, at one time keeping 35 Pomeranian dogs. The monarch is credited with further reducing the size of the Pomeranian through her efforts. Her show Pomeranians =96 Fluffy, Nino, Mino, Beppo, Gilda and Lulu, competed in many dog shows and won at least two championships. According to her biographers, in 1901, from her deathbed, the Queen asked for her pet Pomeranian Turi, who was brought to her and remained at her side until she died.

Besides appealing to royalty, through the decades the Pomeranian has also been a favorite of a variety of artists and celebrities. Perhaps the most famous artist in history, Michelangelo, painted the Sistine Chapel with his Pomeranian at his side.

Actresses love Pomeranians. Kate Hudson has one; Cindy Williams who will always be remembered as Shirley in "Laverne and Shirley," appeared in weight loss advertisements with her Pomeranian. And the best-known canine television star of the 1980s was Chester, who co-starred with his real-life owner Fran Drescher in "The Nanny."

If you believe Sir Isaac Newton's account of what caused his nervous breakdown, then you believe that a Pomeranian can drive a person mad. Newton's Pomeranian, Diamond, upset a candle that burned some of Newton's important work papers, and he had a nervous breakdown because of the stress.

Pomeranians inspire their owners. The composer Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart dedicated one of his arias to his Pomeranian and Chopin wrote a piece for a Pomeranian that belonged to his girlfriend.

Pomeranians aren't just for royals and celebrities. This confident, intelligent, breed will make a great pet for anyone who loves small dogs and wants a loyal, attentive companion. <bio>Rosie Allan is a writer and lecturer on breeding of dogs in the toy group. The http://www.officialpomeranianguide.com/ Pomeranian, a favorite of royalty, is a descendant of the Spitz sled dogs. Queen Victoria of England, who once had 35 Pomeranians, made the dog popular in England in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Helpful http://www.officialpomeranianguide.com/Pomeranian.php Pomeranian information such as that found here is also available at libraries and through the American Kennel Club. </bio>

Up until now, the most common method of purchasing music is by first paying for a song and then downloading it. When it comes to software, quite often the software is downloaded as an evaluation and unlocked with an activation key.

Now, LAMbCast LTD has introduced a new patent pending method of selling software by using a secure storage container similar to an encrypted Zip file. However, instead of using a password, LambCase brings up a PayPal payment screen where one can purchase access to extract the content. The current payment options are U.S. Dollar, Canadian Dollar, Pound Sterling and Euro currency.

The main advantage with this system is that it makes it easier to sell software, music or any other downloadable content online. The Creator application allows up to 9999 terabytes to be stored in a single container. After the container is prepared, a price is set and the container is encrypted with dual layer 256-bit AES. A flat royalty fee is added, which is included in the price when one makes a payment. The utility includes the ability to create HTML code to help host the content, such as on a website, blog, etc. Depending on the content, when consumers pay to open the container, they can either extract it or write it to disc. LAMbCase ties in with Amazon's S3 service to host the content.

Before LAMbCase requests payment, it checks the integrity of the container to make sure the complete package is intact. This is different to pay-per-download services, where there is a risk where one may pay for something, only to get a broken download link or end up with a corrupt download.

For music, LAMbCase allows the embedding of the Buyer ID into MP3 audio files, which claims to not involve DRM or affect the sound quality. This allows purchased music to be traced back to the buyer, however, unlike music bought from most online music services, the music can be played on any MP3 player. For albums and compilations, LAMbCase allows the content provider to set up a profile to determine how the music should be laid out on disc such that a burned music disc matches that of an equivalent retail bought disc.

It would be interesting to see how well this sort of system takes off, especially since it looks like one does not need to resort to figuring out how to set up a website with a secure online shopping section to distribute content. If Musicians start using this method to distribute songs, especially with this being designed to work with social networking websites where the artists often host demos of their songs, the music industry better watch out! Apart from the LAMbCase's royalty fee, the bulk of each purchase would go into the musician's pocket; bypassing the music industry and the artist would also get the freedom of setting the share they get.

More information about LAMbCase can be found at the company's website www.cds.lambcast.com. <bio>Sean Byrne is a contributing writer and editor at http://CDFreaks.com. </bio>

For a feel of royalty while traveling through Madrid, you need not go far, just to the Palacio Real, or the Royal Palace. An astounding building, it has nearly 3000 rooms, not to mention it's 40 staircases, and 240 balconies. When it comes to the magnitude of the building, it only comes second to Versailles.

When adding the palace to your tourist destinations, you will be amazed at its magnitude. While less than 10 percent of the palace is open to the public, you will not even be able to see that portion of the structure in a single day. What you will see is astounding attention to detail in construction and decoration from the lush tapestries to the rococo decorations including porcelain and other precious treasures

The palace was originally created for Phillip V. It was then the location of the power of Spain and ruling much of the known-world of that time. The Palacio Real was occupied by a number of monarchs in Spain, the last being Alfonso XIII who lived there until 1931.

The Madrid destination may have a French Classical appearance to its architecture now, but its history was very different. The site was original Alc=E1zar, a Moorish fortress constructed in the 9th century. It was destroyed by fire in 1734.

When you are traveling the palace grounds, there are some unique statues to behold. Included in the display are Montezuma, the Aztec king, and Alahualpa, an Incan prince.

As a tourist to the palace, you may opt to be guided through the grounds through a two-hour presentation. On this tour, you will see the breathtaking ceramic walls and amazing sparkling chandeliers of the Sal=F3n de Gasparini. You will also get a feel for what formal dinners would be like, with a tour through the banquet hall that can hold over 100 guests.

Another astounding area to look upon is the throne room. This is the room that held one of the superpowers of the world in the 18th century. The throne room has two seats that royalty would use to send their influence to the world in the form of edicts.

You can also see how the power of the throne was backed up with a tour through the royal armory with it's display of armor and weapons, as well as torture devices that were used in the time of the Spanish Inquisition.

Another stop on the tour will be the Royal Library, or Biblioteca Real. Among the more impressive items on the shelves, an original, first edition of Cervantes Don Quixote, as well as a set of Stradivarius instruments.

If you ever wondered what medical care of the days of old was like, you will get that answer in the Royal Pharmacy. In this room you will see the instruments that were used to treat ailments of the royal family.

While a portion of the palace is a tourist attraction, many of the areas are still working facilities. You can watch the changing of the guard outside, and some days the pharmacy will be closed due to official functions. <bio>Focusing recent findings in Costa Blanca, Linden Walhard is writing normally for http://www.alicante-spain.com .
