Every state in America makes having some form of automobile insurance or proof of financial responsibility a legal requirement, and each state has its own minimum requirements when it comes to the amount of automobile insurance or proof of financial responsibility a driver must have. Most law abiding citizens comply with the legal requirement of having a minimum amount of automobile insurance or proof of financial responsibility; however, there are still drivers out there who don't have automobile insurance, or who haven't shown proof of financial responsibility in the event of an automobile accident.

Even though many states are cracking down by requiring drivers to show proof that they hold the state's minimum automobile insurance or financial responsibility before they can register their vehicles, there are still drivers who are slipping by. Why would a driver choose not to insure himself and his automobile? Many drivers feel that by purchasing automobile insurance, or by forking out the minimum amount of money to cover the financial responsibility requirements of their state, they are spending money they'll never see again. Plus, this money they feel "they'll never see again" is usually money they feel they can't afford. However, should these drivers find themselves in an automobile accident without at least the minimum automobile insurance or financial responsibility requirements of their state, the legal mess will most likely cost much more than the automobile insurance payments or financial responsibility would have cost.

If you're thinking about "slipping by" without purchasing the minimum automobile insurance or showing the minimum financial responsibility required by your state, don't. You may think you're an excellent driver who will never cause an accident, but your state has made automobile insurance or financial responsibility a legal requirement for a reason and it's not just to protect drivers who may be involved in an accident in which you are at fault -- it's also a legal requirement that will protect you. <bio>http://www.myquoteguide.com/Car-Tips.shtml http://www.ezquoteguide.com/home/ http://www.ezquoteguide.com/car/ </bio>

Tennessee is one of the several states that doesn't have minimum liability car insurance requirements. Rather, the state has financial responsibility requirements; therefore, cheap car insurance in Nashville can be obtained in a variety of different ways to meet the financial responsibility requirements as well as your own financial needs.

The following are ways you can meet Tennessee's financial responsibility requirements:

=95 An auto insurance card (the kind you keep in your glove compartment)

=95 Other written proof (such as a file or binder) from an Tennessee auto insurance company affirming you have a policy that meets financial responsibility requirements

=95 A certificate issued by the Tennessee Department of Safety (DOS) affirming you've posted a cash deposit or bond that meets financial responsibility requirements

=95 A certificate issued by the Tennessee DOS affirming you've qualified as a self-insurer (to provide insurance/money yourself)

Cheap car insurance in Nashville will come from whichever one of the above financial responsibility choices works best for you. Remember, if you aren't in a financial situation that allows you to post cash deposits or bond, or self-insure, there's nothing obsolete about a good old fashioned Nashville auto insurance policy. You can still save month on those, too.

=95 Make your insurance premium payments quarterly, or every six months, rather than every month. This can help cut down on additional fees.

=95 Raise your deductible. Even though this means you'll have to pay more money out of your own pocket in the event of an accident, raising your deductible also means you pay a cheaper Nashville car insurance premium.

=95 Purchase multi-line insurance. If you already have an insurance policy from a particular company (for example, a homeowner's insurance policy), find out if you can purchase an affordable Nashville car insurance policy, too. Many insurance companies offer discounts for purchasing more than one line of insurance with them, which means you could end up saving money on both insurance policies. <bio>The sites that I recommend http://ezquoteguide.com/car/ Cheapest Car Insurance http://www.myquoteguide.com/Multi-Line.shtml Fast Car and Home Quotes </bio>

Each law carries its own minimum insurance requirements.

The Florida Financial Responsibility Law is designed to protect you and others in the event that any of the following situations occur: you cause an accident that results in injuries; your driver's license is suspended for accumulating too many points; you are given a ticket and your license is revoked for driving under the influence; or you are deemed a habitual offender and your license is revoked.

The minimum insurance requirements for the Florida Financial Responsibility Law are as follows: $10,000 Property Damage Liability; $10,000 Bodily Injury Liability for one person; and $20,000 Bodily Injury Liability to two or more people.

The Florida No-Fault Law is designed to protect yourself as well as your vehicle. If you don't purchase the minimum car insurance requirements in Florida, you won't be able to get a license plate or register your car. If you drive your vehicle without having proof that you've met the Florida car insurance requirements =96 and subsequently not having a registered vehicle with license plates =96 you'll have to deal with a hefty punishment. When you're caught, your driver's license will be suspended for three years. After the suspension period is over, you'll be required to pay $150, $250, or $500 =96 depending on the number of offense =96 to have it reinstated.

Imagine living three years of your adult life without a driver's license?
Ohio, like all states, has minimum auto insurance requirements; however, Ohio's "auto insurance" requirements are a bit different. You are actually required to obtain, and show proof of, financial responsibility. So, rather than only being able to purchase a liability car insurance policy, Cincinnati drivers are able to choose from a variety of ways to meet the financial responsibility requirements in Ohio. This makes it much easier for some Ohio drivers to obtain affordable car insurance in Cincinnati.

In Ohio, you can obtain affordable Cincinnati car insurance, or satisfy financial responsibility requirements, in any of the following ways.

=95 Purchasing a liability car insurance policy. These are purchased from insurance companies licensed to do sell auto insurance in Ohio. The company or agent will provide you with an insurance card as proof to the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV) and any officer who requests it.

=95 Obtaining a certificate giving proof of financial responsibility. These are forms that are approved by the Ohio BMV and signed by an auto insurance agent.

=95 Obtaining a certificate of self-insurance. Cincinnati companies with more than 25 vehicles apply for these, and once they are approved, the Ohio BMV issues the certificate.

=95 Obtaining a Treasurer of State certificate. If you have $30,000 deposited with the Treasurer of State, you can apply for this to be your financial information; once approved, the Ohio BMV will issue a certificate.

You can also choose your affordable Cincinnati car insurance in the form of bonds. An insurance company licensed to sell auto insurance in Ohio, or another authorized surety, can issue you a $30,000 bond. To, the Ohio BMV can issue you a $30,000 bond if you and another individual sign the certificate and have $60,000 real estate equity between you.

For more information about choosing any of these to satisfy Ohio's financial responsibility requirements, contact the Ohio Department of Insurance or your local BMV location. <bio>The sites that I recommend http://ezquoteguide.com/car/ Cheapest Car Insurance http://www.myquoteguide.com/Multi-Line.shtml Fast Car and Home Quotes </bio>

Americans love to travel, there's no doubt about it. Whether we're headed to one of the coasts for some fun in the sun at a beach, or to the mountains to hit the ski slopes, we're traveling all over the country every season of the year, which makes having adequate car insurance even more important.

Today, all 50 states require some form of financial responsibility when it comes to automobiles. Some states require actual car insurance from a licensed car insurance company, and some merely require us to provide proof of financial responsibility should we find ourselves in a motor vehicle-related accident one day.

Even though it's illegal to skip out on your state's car insurance or financial responsibility requirements, the fact is that many people to skip out. This is why it's so important for you to protect yourself with adequate car insurance or financial responsibility, especially if you frequently travel. When we travel, we aren't always familiar with the interstate highways and smaller town roads we drive to get to our destinations. Other drivers may be just as unfamiliar with the roads as you are. This unfamiliarity can lead to motor vehicle-related accidents.

If you're involved in a motor vehicle-related accident with a driver who doesn't have any car insurance, much less adequate car insurance, you'll be able to rest assured that you'll at least be covered. You can do this by not only meeting your state's car insurance or financial responsibility requirements, but by exceeding them. Consider going beyond just purchasing liability insurance and purchasing full coverage insurance. You should also look into underinsured motor insurance coverage -- this will protect you in the event that you're involved in an accident with a driver who has no insurance, or not enough insurance, to cover physical and property damages.

Whether you plan to travel across the country or down the street, make sure you're protected with adequate car insurance! <bio>http://www.myquoteguide.com/Car-Tips.shtml http://www.ezquoteguide.com/home/ http://www.ezquoteguide.com/car/ </bio>

For the first time in 22 years Texans will now need to evaluate their auto insurance policies to be sure their limits of liability will meet or exceed the state required minimum auto liability insurance requirements.

Texas liability insurance requirements have just been changed. Effective today, April 1, 2008, the minimum amount of automobile liability insurance for Texas drivers will increase from the current $20,000/$40,000/$15,000 (20/40/15) coverage to a new 25/50/25 coverage requirement.

The state of Texas will be checking on policyholders with a new Texas Financial Responsibility Verification Program this spring that allows police officers and highway patrol to immediately verify whether a driver has car insurance.

There is no getting around the new Texas liability insurance requirements, and every city and county will be affected by this rate increase.

The new Texas liability insurance requirements are: $25,000 per person minimum for bodily injury liability damages with a 50,000 minimum per occurrence for bodily injury. The required property damage minimum has now been increased to 25,000.

What does this mean in layman's terms?

1. 25,000 per person means, your carrier may pay up to 25,000 for each individual you cause bodily injury to by way of and automobile accident.

2. 50,000 per occurrence, refers to more than one person suffering bodily injury due to you being negligent or liable in this single automobile accident.

3. 25,000 for property damage, points to the amount your carrier may pay for property damage you cause due to your negligence in a single automobile accident.

Why did this change come about?

In 2007, the 80th Texas legislature amended the law that stipulates Texas automobile liability insurance requirements. The change was made in response to growing concerns that limits to date were insufficient to reach the rising costs of medical treatment and vehicle repair and replacement. The new minimum limits on Texas liability insurance requirements are intended to safeguard the interests of citizens involved in accidents on both sides of the collision.

While the increase may seem exorbitant at face value, it really isn't that much of a hit to Texas pocketbooks.

The average person can expect to pay only a marginal additional amount on his or her monthly premiums, and most insurance agencies are already factoring in the necessary rates to make the adjustment a smooth transition for their clients.

However, refusing to honor the new Texas minimum liability requirements can result in financial penalties far more costly than an extra ten dollars or so per month.

According to the state's new financial responsibility law, a first conviction for refusal to upgrade minimum auto liability insurance will result in a fine no less than $175.00 and no more than $350.00.

For some policyholders, this fine would be more than the 3 times the rate increase for the entire year!

Subsequent violations can carry penalties ranging from $350.00 to $1000.00, suspension of your license, and the towing and impounding of your vehicle. This will in turn create the necessity of the dreaded SR-22 filing and even higher rates on your auto insurance.

It is also important to consider that while this mandatory adjustment may be an inconvenience to some, it can be a critical awakening to others. There are many Texans who unfortunately have not reviewed the liability limits of their automobile insurance since their policy was initially purchased. Because of this, many of their assets are dangerously at risk should they be found liable in an automobile accident.

Higher liability insurance requirements protects these assets which may have increased over the years and are vulnerable to loss if a person is ruled at fault.

Please contact your current agency or Texas Auto Home Insurance immediately for a free evaluation of your current policy to ensure you meet with minimum liability insurance requirements and have the best rates possible for your particular vehicle and lifestyle.<bio>Texas Auto Insurance.
A compliance officer (CO), or in many cases chief compliance officer (CCO) is the person at a company who has the responsibility of ensuring that their company follows the legal and regulatory requirements which pertain to their business or industry. There is often only one CO, especially at smaller companies and this individual bears a great deal of responsibility as their job performance or lack of it can seriously impact the company they work for.

A compliance office may be employed in just about any industry and their exact duties will largely depend on this. A CCO must have extensive experience in their field and a comprehensive level of knowledge, especially as pertains to the regulatory requirements of the industry. This is why the position of compliance officer is almost invariably a senior level position.

As a senior level position, at least in the overwhelming majority of cases, a proven track record of managerial experience is important to the position of chief compliance officer -- there is a lot of interpersonal communication involved, as compliance officers have the task of explaining sometimes very complex regulatory or legal issues to staff of all levels within a company in a way that can be readily grasped and implemented.

A large part of the duties of a CO involve remaining well informed and up to date with current developments in their industry. They must anticipate how these changes in regulatory requirements may affect the operations of their company. After that, they determine which steps must be taken to ensure that the company remains in compliance with these rules and regulations.

Compliance analysts typically work closely with the legal department and senior management at their firms. They help these personnel to plan and implement strategies to stay current and in full compliance with all regulations which may affect the company.

They will also work with the marketing department to make sure that marketing and advertising materials are in line with any regulations and restrictions on such material in their industry; clearly, the position of compliance officer entails some complex challenges and is not a position for those who are not inclined towards constant learning and staying on top of changes in their industry.

For those considering CO positions, the requirements are typically a college degree applicable to the field in which they are seeking employment. The person should have a proven track record of success in this field and a deep understanding of their industry and the legal issues and regulatory requirements which govern it.

These positions are a good fit for an experienced manager within an industry who has a firm grasp of the issues involved in the industry. It is usually a position for someone looking to transition to a different career while staying in the same industry in which they have gained a solid grounding and foundation of knowledge to put to use in meeting the challenges posed by the position of compliance officer.

Large companies will have compliance departments. It is in these departments where college graduates who are interested in the compliance officer career are hired. They will usually work with an experienced officer, who will bring them along nicely.

If you are interested in the compliance officer career, I urge you to do more research on the profession.
A promotion does not necessarily mean financial benefits, it also means more responsibility. Before you look to get a promotion on your Job there are certain things you must take into consideration.

First of all, think about your reasons to get a promotion. Can you handle more responsibility? Will the new job be what you want to do? Do you have skills that might benefit the company if they present you a higher position? If you have thought about all these questions, and you are sure you want the promotion, following are some tips that will make your chances or earning a promotion better.

Evaluate yourself; your abilities and skills that give you an edge over your coworkers and fit for getting a promotion. Make sure you have been giving that extra bit to your job, for example working overtime, presenting new ideas, completing your projects/assignments on time. Once you have all the facts right and you think you're ready for a promotion, it is time to show your boss you are. Find the right time and place to talk to your boss. Make sure he isn't under too much stress or too busy when you approach him.

You should take some time and study the company's situation before you go for a promotion. Make sure, the company has enough budgets to provide for your promotion. If you can not get a promotion, the least you can do is ask for more responsibility on your current job. More responsibility means more experience and more respect. You will automatically become a candidate for a promotion if they ever consider it or if a new position opens.

If you are a good employee your chances of getting a promotion are good. Getting a promotion, should not mean a change in attitude. You should continue to work hard and perhaps, even harder than before to cope with the extra responsibility that comes with a promotion. Not getting a promotion should not mean disappointment or change in your attitude towards your job. Consider the possibilities that perhaps, the company could not afford to have promoted you. Also consider that maybe you had not provided enough reason to the company that giving you a promotion could benefit them, and thus work harder on your job. <bio>Jonathon Hardcastle writes articles for http://youremploymentsource.com/ - In addition, Jonathon also writes articles for http://recreationsource.net/ and http://thegemstonecenter.com/ </bio>

One of the most prominent mistakes which brides do is that they do not share the responsibility with anyone else. They take it to themselves.

She may think that she can do everything on her own. She may turn down the offers from friends or family members.

But the real fact is that if bride delegate the responsibility to others, the things can work more smoothly than taking the entire responsibility to her. She must try to understand that everything should be perfect on the wedding day and if something does not go on exactly as planned she is likely to be the only one to notice. And the other people might be enjoying the situation. However, it can be difficult for a bride to delegate responsibilities and learn to let others help her.

Dress is the most important part of the wedding. It generally took months until the brides get some perfect dress to wear, so it is quite difficult to delegate the responsibility for the care of the dress. The presence of bride is very essential for the shopping of her wedding dress. She must be also present to take a trial in advance. However, she must delegate the responsibility of getting it cleaned and stored to someone else. It relieves her from the worrying about the wedding dress from being ripped or soiled. Generally every bride has a temptation to try the dress even once before the wedding. However, keeping the outfit in the hands of other person can minimize such changes and dress can be protected for the big day.

There are various last minute details that need to be taken care of. These details may include putting out the centerpieces, setting out the place cards and arranging the flowers. These tasks are not difficult to handle, but since everything should be perfect, some should be given responsibility to handle these tasks. This is the best opportunity for the bride to understand that other people are can do the jobs in a perfect way and if there is a little bit of mistake on their part, then it should be dealt with. If something is slightly remains unattended, then do not focus your entire attention on it. If a bride keeps worrying about the little things, then she might be robbed of her beauty and may not look gorgeous even after a wearing a costly costume or heavy make up, because the face is the mirror of mind and beauty comes from inside.

Once the bride is able to understand that she might be willing to let someone else take over the small responsibilities, there are fewer details to take care of. However it may not appear significant, but it can surely help you.

Addressing thank you cards after the marriage can be a tedious job. You might be tired after the hectic schedule that you have been undergoing since weeks and left with a little energy to do these jobs. You can ask some of your bridesmaid to do it for you. She might take this responsibility to her and write the cards on your part.

So, shed off your responsibilities and enjoy your wedding as well as your honeymoon. <bio>Rafi Michael Babylon Productions Wedding Center http://www.videobabylon.ca/ http://www.TopWeddingServices.com/ </bio>

If you're in the market for a new car insurance policy, and looking for a free instant car insurance quote, you're not alone. Due to the outrageous popularity, speed, and accessibility of the Internet, it's easier than ever to get a free instant car insurance quote. You can get one online, right in the comfort of your own home.

However, before you sit down to start looking for your free instant car insurance quote, there are some decisions you should make. For example, how much car insurance coverage are you seeking to purchase?

Every state requires that all vehicle owners have some form of financial responsibility, and for good reason. No one wants to be involved in a car accident, especially one that was caused by the other party, only to find out that they are going to have to pay for medical treatment and damage repairs out-of-pocket. Some states allow you to simply show proof that you do have the funds for financial responsibility, but others require that you actually purchase a car insurance policy, and you must purchase the minimum liability coverage set by your state.

Obviously, many of us are going to try to save a few pennies by purchasing only the minimum liability insurance required by our state. However, sometimes the results of an automobile accident cost more to repair than what our liability insurance policies can cover. We need to consider medical costs of personal injuries and repair costs for the damages to our vehicles. This is why you should considering purchasing more car insurance than just the minimum requirement when you're searching for your free instant car insurance quote.

Find out the minimum requirements for your state, and evaluate your budget. Based on those minimums, how much more can you afford to pay for car insurance? By answering this question, you're search for a free instant car insurance quote will be a smooth one. <bio>http://www.myquoteguide.com/Car-Tips.shtml Home owners Insurance http://www.ezquoteguide.com/health </bio>

I am re-living lessons that I learned by trial and error in my younger years. Responsibility and procrastination do not work together. I am re-living this while my son is learning his lessons by trial and error. If you are a parent you know that a lot of our life revolves around our children.

Most of us have procrastinated at one time or another. My son chose to ignore the law by not abiding by the speed limit. Not so bad except for he did it again within a few months. Not only did he get a couple of tickets but he failed to pay them. He had a responsibility and procrastinated or ignored the tasks and his license got suspended. The last time he got pulled over the consequences were a lot more serious than lack of responsibility.

What if we chose to run our business or do our jobs in this fashion? What if we successfully brought in new clients and then procrastinated or ignored the need to complete the assignment or job in a timely manner? The most probable consequences are you will lose the clients, be reprimanded, or as in my sons case, lose your job (he lost his license for a year)!

Stop putting off until tomorrow what you can accomplish today! Steps to proceed:

Baby Steps---(Ever seen the movie What About Bob?) Start on the project or task completing one step at a time and before long you are almost complete.

Thoroughly check and recheck your work. Do not leave out any of the steps. Make sure the tasks are correct and complete.

Completion to satisfaction. If the task is for someone else, make sure they are satisfied. If for you, you have to be satisfied just in the fact that you have the task out of the way!

If you have been procrastinating on tasks that fall under your responsibility, start today! Do not let your reputation be ruined by lack of motivation.
The private pilot license requirements are broken down into a few different sections. In most cases you will see something like this:

40 Hours Total

20 Hours Dual Instruction

10 Hours Solo

Now in other places you may see some added information

3 Hours Instrument

3 Hours Night

5 Hours Solo Cross Country

Now this is correct and the FAA regulations for the private pilot license do state this. The things that are missed are all of the area's of operation within these requirements. Many times the student doesn't realize what is exactly required, this can add up to more flights if something is missed by the flight instructor. The worst case scenario is this is picked up by the pilot examiner on flight test day.

If you have read over my Private Pilot License Cost articles you can see that I break the cost down the same way. This is because you have to realize that there are a lot of subject areas that need to be DOCUMENTED. If they are not documented in your logbook you are not qualified for your flight test.

I can't tell you how many stories I have heard from examiner friends of mine about this. It happens all the time on flight test day. In many cases the flight instructor is nowhere to be found and the student has to reschedule the flight test. This happens so often that I made some special sections in my book called ( Keeping Your Instructor In Check )

So I will point them out to you so you can double check your instructor. Once in a while a student of mine will remind me of something, even after 20 years of doing this Better a week before the flight test than on you Private Pilot Flight Test Day.

The above requirements for the Private Pilot License are the Minimum Requirements. Within these requirements are a lot of subject areas and individual training requirements.

In addition to the Aeronautical Experience Requirements ( Flight Time) There are Aeronautical Knowledge Requirements. Most people just look at this is the FAA written Test. You have to realize that once again your instructor has to DOCUMENT each of the subject areas. The FAA is starting to get very tough on this. If these subject areas aren't documented on flight test day, the examiner walks out. Hopefully your instructor is somewhere to be found but if he/ she isn't, then you will have to reschedule your flight test.

I will outline all of these Private Pilot License Requirements for you and try to make it as simple as possible. So like my cost estimates I will break everything down into the following:

Private Pilot License, Pre-Solo Training Requirements

Private Pilot License, Post-Solo Training Requirements

Private Pilot License Requirements

I have written different articles for each area.

The reason I do this is so you can get an idea of what you are required to do at each stage of your training and then what is required for you to take your flight test. There are a lot of things to learn so my advice is to plan this process out before you spend a dime flying.

Hope to See You In The Sky

Airfreddy<bio>Frederick Longe has been flying since 1985. He has logged over 9,000 Hours of flight instruction alone. In 1998 Longe was awarded one of the first Master CFI Designations in the country by the National Association Of Flight Instructors.
In my counseling practice, I often hear people saying things like:

"It's my fault that she asked for a divorce. If I hadn't worked so much, she wouldn't have left."

"It's my fault that he left. If I had been more sexual, he wouldn't have had an affair."

I often hear clients ask, when I point out something they are doing that is having negative consequences for them, "Are you saying that this is my fault?" I respond with, "No, but it is your responsibility."

What is the difference between responsibility and fault?

Fault implies that you are the cause of a situation. Your ego - your conditioned wounded self - believes that you have control over other peoples' feelings and behavior, and over the outcome of things. Because the wounded self is deeply devoted to trying to control people and events in order to feel safe, you have to believe that things are your fault in order to continue to believe that you have control. This is where feelings of guilt and shame come from. You feel guilt when you tell yourself that you have done something wrong, and you feel shame when you tell yourself that you are inherently flawed in some way. These feelings are always the result of believing that you are the cause of others' feelings and behavior - that you pull the strings on how others feel and behave.

If you say, "It's my fault that she asked for a divorce. If I hadn't worked so much, she wouldn't have left," you are really saying that your choices CAUSED her choices. But not all women would leave because their husbands work a lot. While it is not your fault that your wife left, it is your responsibility that you chose to work so much, just as it is her responsibility that she chose to leave.

Nothing that happens outside of yourself is your fault. However, all of your choices and responses are your responsibility.

Responsibility is about the ability to respond. Every situation in life offers us opportunities to respond, and how we respond determines how we feel and what we attract to us.

Our responses come from one of two possible intentions - to love or to control. Choosing our intention in any given moment is the essence of free will. Therefore, we are fully responsible for the negative consequences to ourselves when we choose the intent to control.

For example, Al, one of my clients, sought my help when his wife, Allison, informed him that she was leaving the marriage. Al had chosen to be mostly controlling in his marriage. He chose to respond to situations that he didn't like with anger and blame, hoping to have control over getting Allison to do what he wanted her to do. When something didn't go his way or Allison did something he didn't want her to do, he would yell, threaten, and demean her.

Allison had tried to control Al's anger by giving in to him. When that didn't work, she tried just walking away. But nothing she did had any effect on Al's controlling behavior, and finally Allison decided that she didn't want to live this way anymore. She moved out and asked for a divorce.

Was this Al's fault? No, because he was not the cause of Allison's decision to leave. Another person might have made any number of other choices. For example, one of my friends, Benjamin, has a wife who frequently rages - sometimes treating Benjamin as Al treated Allison. But Benjamin never takes it personally. He has no desire to leave.

While it is not Al's fault that Allison decided to leave, his choice to be angry and controlling is his responsibility, and he is responsible for the consequences of his choices. Telling himself that it is his fault keeps him stuck being a victim, but his willingness to take responsibility for his choices can lead to change.

Next time you hear yourself say, "This is my fault," try changing your words to "This is my responsibility," and notice the difference this makes! <bio>Margaret Paul, Ph.D., best-selling author of eight books, including "Do I Have To Give Up Me To Be Loved By You" and co-creator of the powerful Inner Bonding healing process.
Most people think of life insurance when it comes to having insurance in the event of death; however, life insurance isn't the only insurance that's nice to have when death is involved. People normally purchase life insurance policies for themselves; however, what happens if the death of another person is your fault? If the person died due to an accident caused by something on your property or an automobile accident, in which you were at fault, having an adequate homeowner's insurance policy or car insurance policy.

In America, all 50 states require some form of car insurance or proof of financial responsibility. It's the law, and most people comply. Yet, the amount of car insurance varies from state to state, and the damages that occur during a car accident usually cost more to repair than the minimum requirements for car insurance. If you should be involved in a car accident that results in the death of another person, and you are the driver at fault, your state's minimum car insurance requirements may not be enough to cover the damages. When this is the case, you can bet lawsuits will be filed.

The same applies to accidents caused by something on your property resulting in death. You and your spouse might know to skip that wobbly step on the way up to your front door, but your visitors may not, and if a fall results in death, the family of the victim will go knocking at your homeowner's insurance company's door. If there's not enough insurance to cover damages -- and there usually isn't since homeowner's insurance isn't often required -- they'll probably go knocking at an attorney's door next.

Instead of thinking about what you can get away with in the present, think about what situations you want to avoid in the future. Purchase more than the minimum amount of car insurance required, and purchase homeowner's insurance even if it isn't required. <bio>http://www.myquoteguide.com/Car-Tips.shtml http://www.ezquoteguide.com/home/ http://www.ezquoteguide.com/car/ </bio>

The premium you pay for your car insurance in NC is dependent upon several factors, including your age, gender, driving record, traffic ticket and violation history, your living location, the kind of car you are insuring, and the insurance company from which you purchase your car insurance in NC.

A few of these factors can't be changed; some can be altered in time. However, despite all of these factors, the amount of car insurance in NC you purchase is always going to have an effect on the cost of your car insurance premiums. Therefore, if you're looking for cheap car insurance in NC, it would make sense to purchase NC's minimum car insurance requirements, wouldn't it?

The minimum car insurance requirements for NC are as follows:

$25,000 for coverage of property damage $30,000 for coverage of the bodily injury of one person $60,000 for coverage of the bodily injury of two or more persons

Purchasing merely the minimum car insurance requirements in NC isn't recommended, and not always allowed if your vehicle isn't fully paid for.

Yet, if your car is completely paid for, and you're in a situation in which you've just graduated and entered the workforce or you've just left the workforce and gone back to school, money may be tight. You must have at least the minimum car insurance requirements in NC, so you'll want your car insurance to be as cheap as possible. In these cases, getting cheap car insurance in NC may be dependent upon purchasing just the minimum car insurance requirements. Seriously consider purchasing more car insurance once you're financially able.

For more discounts to get cheap car insurance in NC, check out NC's insurance department, or talk with the car insurance agency from which you plan to purchase your car insurance policy. Many insurance agencies offer discounts for purchasing multiple policies, good driving records, and even adding addition cars to the insurance policy. <bio>http://www.ezquoteguide.com/car http://www.ezquoteguide.com/home/ http://ezquoteguide.com/ </bio>

"Sandra wants to end our marriage," Ted told me in our phone session. "She says that I am not meeting her needs."

I often hear this in my counseling practice.

How did we get the idea that marriage is about the other person meeting our needs, or about our meeting the other person's needs? How did we get so far away from personal responsibility for meeting our own needs that we expect others to do it for us? What are these "needs" that Ted was not meeting for Sandra?

"She said that I don't make her feel good enough about herself, and that I don't make her feel secure. She tells me that it's my fault that she doesn't feel special. She is not happy and blames me for her unhappiness. She's angry that we don't have sex very often, and that I'm not often affectionate. I agree that I'm not turned on to her and I don't feel affection toward her, but I find it hard to feel that way toward her when she is so often angry at me and blaming me. But she believes that the problems are all my fault, and maybe they are."

"Ted, the problem is that neither of you are taking responsibility for your own feelings. Sandra is making you responsible for her unhappiness, and you think you are responsible for her feelings rather than for your own. If you were to focus on meeting your needs to feel happy, peaceful, and secure, and Sandra were to take responsibility for learning how to make herself feel good about herself, then both of you could begin to meet each other's need for emotional intimacy and connection. Affection and sexuality would come out of your emotional intimacy, rather than something you have to do to prove to Sandra that you love her."

"But what if Sandra doesn't want to take this responsibility for herself? What if she just wants to find someone else to meet her needs?"

"How often has Sandra threatened to leave the marriage?"

"Oh, at least every 6 months."

"So the chances are it is a manipulation to get you to do what she wants you to do. Instead of giving yourself up to manipulate her, why not start to do your own Inner Bonding work and learn how to take responsibility for your own feelings of adequacy and worth? Since giving yourself up or withdrawing and resisting her control - which is what you have been doing - isn't working, what do you have to lose by learning how to take responsibility for yourself? You never know - you might feel much more loving toward her even if she doesn't change if you learn to take loving care of yourself! I know that you believe that your lack of affectionate and sexual feelings for her are because of her anger and blame, but it is really about you giving yourself up and withdrawing. You cannot feel turned on to her when you have given your power away to her and shut down. As you move into your personal power through your Inner Bonding practice, you will likely feel totally differently toward her, regardless of whether or not she changes."

Ted was willing to do the work he needed to do to learn to stop taking responsibility for Sandra's happiness and take responsibility for his own. As he stopped caretaking Sandra and started to take care of himself, he began to feel much better toward her. He was surprised and delighted to feel warmth toward her that he hadn't felt since first meeting her. It was challenging for him to let go of his caretaking addiction as his form of trying to have control over getting approval from Sandra, and it didn't happen all at once. But over time, Ted could see great improvement in their relationship. He found it paradoxical that when he stopped trying to meet Sandra's "needs," things got much better!<bio>Margaret Paul, Ph.D. is the best-selling author and co-author of eight books, including "Do I Have To Give Up Me To Be Loved By You?" and "Healing Your Aloneness."
