When it comes to exercises for the abdominal muscles you're spoilt for choice, there are so many to choose from. That's great but which ones are the most effective is the question and in what order. There are many ineffective abs exercises out there, so it is important to spend time and energy only on the ones that will actually work.

Try these effective exercises for RIPPED abs:

Crunches =96 Lie on an adjustable abs bench with roller pads. Set it to 30=B0 Wrap your legs around the roller pads so that your legs are locked into place. Your head should be lower than you legs. Keep hands crossed at chest. Raise your head and shoulders off the bench. Contract your abs for a count of two at the top position. Reps =96 15 12 10 8 8

Hanging Leg Raises =96

Hang from a chin bar with toes pointing straight ahead. Raise legs up to just above 90=B0 Hold for a count of 2. Return to start position. Don't use momentum to swing your legs up. Reps =96 15 12 10 8 8

Lying Leg Raises - Lie on a 40=B0 angle bench and grab the bench behind your head with both hands. Raises legs quickly to 90=B0 Hold the position for a count of 2 while contracting the abs. Reps =96 15 12 10 8 8

Note: You should always check with your GP or Health Practitioner before starting or changing any exercise program.

Here's how it's done:

The above three exercises are done as one Tri-set with no rest in between exercises. The only rest you have is how long it takes you to walk from one exercise to the next. Do 1 set of Crunches for 15 reps followed immediately by 1 set of Hanging Leg Raises, then onto the Lying Leg Raises.

Rest for 1 minute and repeat the Tri-set above for 12 reps. Rest again for 1 minute and repeat for 10 reps. Then 8 reps and then another 8 reps. The reps should be performed slowly and with full concentration on bringing out the abs.

That's it. Do this twice a week and you should notice a big difference in a few short weeks.
Most people believe that in order to build noticeable muscle size, they have to devote many hours in the gym, 5 or 6 days a week for many years. This is untrue, yes, hard work is required, but to devote that much time is unnecessary.

Substantial muscle growth can be achieved with 40-minute sessions 3 days a week, sometimes much less if done correctly. Muscles will only grow in size when they have fully recovered from the gym workout, then, and only then will muscle growth happen. If your goal is to achieve maximum muscle growth in the shortest possible time then there needs to be more rest days than actual workout days.

It's difficult for some people to believe that substantial muscle growth can be induced with only 2 or 3 days a week at 40 minutes a session, or less. It can be done and it is being done by many, however, there is a catch:

These andquot;few and far betweenandquot; gym sessions will have to be short and extremely intensive. More intense than ever, you have to justify your days off. You have to give your body a very good reason to grow bigger muscles. The sessions will be about what you thought you could not do, but somehow managed to do.

Eg: if you're lifting a certain weight and you know you can only get 8 reps, you will push yourself further than ever before and squeeze out another 2 reps of that weight, with the help of your training partner or someone else of course. You will need help with the last 2 reps but the idea is to execute a greater effort than you are used to doing, this creates the environment for greater muscle growth (all other things being equal).

Below is an example of an 8 Week andquot;every other dayandquot; muscle building routine. It's an example of how short the training sessions should be. It can also be done taking 2 days rest in between training sessions. I am assuming that you have weight training experience behind you, and also that you are familiar with the jargon. If not, then I would not recommend that you push yourself too far until you have built up your strength and fitness level. You should always get the go-ahead from your GP or health professional before starting or changing any physical exercise program.

Warm ups are not included in the below.

Day 1: Chest - 2 sets 10 reps 1 exercise. Use the same weight for your 2nd set. Biceps - 2 sets 8 reps 1 exercise. Use the same weight for your 2nd set.

Day 2: REST.

Day 3: Thighs

- 2 sets 10 reps

1 exercise. Use the same weight for your 2nd set. Hamstrings - 2 sets 8 reps

1 exercise. Use the same weight for your 2nd set. Calves

- 2 sets 12 reps

1 exercise. Use the same weight for your 2nd set.

Day 4: REST.

Day 5: Shoulders - 2 sets 10 reps

1 exercise. Use the same weight for your 2nd set. Triceps

- 2 sets 8 reps

1 exercise. Use the same weight for your 2nd set.

Day 6: REST.

Day 7: Back

- 2 sets 10 reps

1 exercise. Use the same weight for your 2nd set. Abdominals - 2 sets 10 reps

1 exercise. Use the same weight for your 2nd set.

Day 8: REST.

Day 9: Start again.

Notes: You will need someone to help you for the last 2 or 3 reps of every set.

So if you're doing a set of 10 reps, the weight should be heavy enough to allow only 8 reps on your own, and you will need help to get the other 2 reps to make it 10.

If you're doing a set of 8 reps, it's really only 5 or 6 reps that you can get on your own; help will be needed to complete the 8 reps.

Increase the weight every week, even if it's only 5lbs in total. Safety takes priority over ego. On the 4th week reduce the rep range by 2 for all sets and continue.

The idea is to put forth a much greater intensive effort than you imagine you can. The reward for these infrequent efforts is, shorter training sessions and more rest days away from it and of course much Greater Muscle Growth. Many people are now achieving greater results through smarter training methods, spending less time in the gym with more free time to enjoy other activities. Excessive hours and days in the gym is, at last! No longer the way to go.

For more information on how to achieve the greatest Muscle Growth in the shortest possible time visit http://www.explosivemusclegrowth.com/explosive-muscle.html <bio>Darren O'Connell - has over 20 years experience in Muscle Growth, Health, Fitness, Fatloss and Nutrition - http://www.explosivemusclegrowth.com </bio>

Wonderful reminder from Walter Lippmann.

That said, here's my question:

Why don't we promote cross-company customers?

That is, why couldn't a rep from say, PrePaid Legal, and one from Shaklee, Isagenix or LifeWave, be each other's customers, without the paranoia of someone stealing them? I mean be customers of more than one company's products, like we are in the real world?

Some years ago, Paul Zane Pilzner asked me why it was that people recommended representing only one network marketing company, when say, pharmaceutical reps represented more than one.

I told him then (and still believe it today) that this would be like trying to recruit for more than one religion. If someone gets into a business and promotes it as a real income opportunity to someone else, because THEY love it, see its potential and want to find others to join them, then, it's kind of like religion, isn't it? How many can one person be passionate about and promote? Oh - you don't like Christianity? No problem, here - let me show you Judaism.

I refer to people who do the networking business because they love the business model and have found a company/product they use themselves and want to evangelize. Not the junkies who jump from deal to deal looking for the quick score.

Now the products - that's a different story. What if NM companies let customers be customers? That is, they distinguish between reps and customers, and do NOT require that a regular, autoship 'just customer' part with their social security number, or make the rep push them to sign the distributor (sales rep) agreement.

Reps have told me countles times how often they've lost the customer sale when they have to get that SS# and/or try to sign them up in the business, like their company or upline push them to do.

Did you know that in most NM companies, you can't just be a regular customer?! Here these companies say they have products to help the world, only no one can use them unless they sign up as a distributor. Fewer than 3 percent of those who sign on to sell do so regularly anyway, so most are just customers by default.

Where else but with a NM company do you have to give your SS before you're allowed to buy products? (They could be creative and figure out other ways to track customers, couldn't they?)

So here's my idea:

Since most people in the business end up as just customers anyway, why don't we encourage each other to buy each others' products as just customers?

I mean instead of buying them at the GNC or health food store, we buy them from each other. Many companies have good products, and many are different and work for different people in different ways. Why not keep it in the family and collaborate instead of compete - for just customers I mean?

Yes, a company might lose a rep or two who moves to another company. But I think that the additional customer business from the 13 million already involved in the NM business (per the DSA) would be far greater than a few reps moving from one company to another.

We'd need two rules, at least:

1. All agree to honor the business choices of others. NO STEALING or attempted stealing of reps. It's about the CUSTOMERS, REPEAT CUSTOMERS, only.

2. Companies who want to play in this much more friendly market (members of the profession) must set up customer programs where customers do NOT have to be distributors also. JUST CUSTOMERS. Something which, in my opinion, is long overdue and will do much to lift the stigma associated with our products - people tell me they won't buy from NM reps because they don't want to be nagged and badgered to sell the products, too. We could finally let go of that loser baggage.

I know of just a handful of companies that treat their customers as customers, and actively encourage their reps to seek out customers who are NOT also Reps for the company.

If your company is one of those, let me know and we'll start a list.

And I'll post it, assuming your facts are correct.

I've promoted cross company customer gathering for years, and do it in all my classes where we have different companies represented. FUN. And why not? NO company has products that are best for everyone, so why not share the customers? Amongst ourselves? <bio>Kim Klaver is Harvard andamp; Stanford educated.
It is absolutely pathetic and down-right criminal for MLM / Network Marketing companies to promote education for new reps and associates that just doesn't work. They know it doesn't work, we know it doesn't work, so why do they keep teaching us to do the same old stuff.

Do you realize that all these gazillions of companies teach organizational growth in the same ridiculous manner? If you're with one of the original MLM companies, the old dinosaurs like Avon and Quixtar, that have been around for decades are just getting started with a brand new company, the techniques taught by the company are almost identical. There may be a few little differences here and there but it's pretty much all the same.

So why do companies continue to train new associates with these pathetic, unproductive techniques? The answer is simple. Because it works!

But wait a minute, you're saying to yourself. Didn't you just tell me that this stuff doesn't work?

Well, yes and yes. The old-school techniques we all know and hate really do work but not for you and me. They work fantastic for the companies themselves. Trust me. If the companies did not profit from teaching reps in this manner do you really think they would continue these ridiculous business practices?

Our companies are not getting rich on the 2-3% that are the top earners. Even though they receive enormous paychecks, overrides, bonuses, free trips and all the other great stuff that comes with this industry, they are not what keep the company going. It is the other 98% that are trying to "get to the top" that keep the company so profitable.

Think about this for a minute. What is the first thing you are told to do as a brand new rep, regardless of what company you are with... Write your list of 100 Names. Even if only a handful of people on that list become reps or just product users, think about the vast numbers if every single person that signs up is doing that. And then, let's say on average, only 10 out of those 100 people become product users and only 2 build a business around the products... what do they all do? They make their list of 100 and so on and so on and so on. I think you get the picture now.

Here's the issue. We all know that only very small percentage of reps, around 2%, succeed to the top-pay levels of all network marketing companies. This isn't because most you are lazy or an idiot. I know I did what they all told me to do and none of it worked. You are not successful yet because home-business training and education is of pathetically low-quality. I believe, 100% without doubt that if home-business personnel received the training and education they needed and deserved, that 98% failure rate would flip to a 98% success rate.

But I can assure you that it will never happen because they control the market, not people like you and me. But what you can control is how you run your business. No one on this earth can tell you what to do because it's your business, right? Isn't that what they are always preaching? Well, now you can become successful just like me and it really is up to you as to how long it takes.

Look for upcoming articles that will dispel the myths and lies of marketing at home with any MLM or Network Marketing company.<bio>For more information about how to grow your network marketing business, refer to my websites http://nomorebsmarketing.com and http://add-more-reps.com or http://NoMoreBSmarketing.com I, Jane Ellen accept full responsibility for this content.
Don't Get Too Focused.

I know this may sound weird for many, but in order to control a certain area of your body you must not neglect the rest of your body. For example, if you want to have slender arms, don't just do tricep extensions and forget about doing cardio or working different muscle groups in your upper and lower body. If you focus on your whole body, not only will you see more results with the location that you want, but you'll also become fitter in the process.

You Have The Power Of Choice.

It's important to do exercises that you like because that motivates you to actually do them. If there is an exercise that you dis-like, try to modify it or replace it altogether to do one that's more enjoyable. For instance in many workout books (which you can find at www.indigo.ca) there are dozens of exercises to choose from. You don't necessarily have to do all of the exercises to become fit. Try and take one or two exercises and see how you feel and how your body responds to them.

This is great because after a while you're able to mix and match certain exercises to come up with a customizable workout that suits YOUR needs.

Kick It Up A Notch.

When you do start off with an exercise program you can do the exercises without added weight. However, as you progress, it's a good idea to incorporate some added resistance by using dumbbells or cuff weights.

By adding this extra weight you'll bump up the intensity of the exercise which will in turn get you much better results. Adding more weight is totally up to you as well as your fitness level. You should start off with a weight that you can do 12-15 times comfortably. Once that gets too easy up the weight by 3- 5 pounds on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.

Dollar Saver!

Look for quality ankle/wrist weights in sporting goods stores. The cuffed ankle weights, with a pouch to insert various weights are much better and gives you better control of how much load you place on your muscles and joints. In terms of saving a few dollars, there also great because if you want to increase the weight, you simply insert more weight into the pouches. And when that gets too easy you can get a little crazy and place two pouches on one leg or arm instead of buying a whole new set.

The Importance of Reps.

When you do your exercises an important question that always come up is "How much reps do I do?". Here's the breakdown:

For Muscle Growth: 3-6 reps of a heavy weight
For Strength and Toning 10-12 reps of a moderate weight
For Toning and Defining 12- 15 reps of a light weight (recommended for women who want to get that feminine and lean look)

Remember that these values act as a guideline, sometimes I have my clients do an exercise for 1 minute. So within that minute they end up doing 20+ repetitions of one exercise.<bio>Marci Lall is a Fitness Trainer Forest Hill who speciliazes in helping women get a body they love.
This is the question a group of us discussed in a live conference call today, with reps from some 35 companies participating. Some had been in the business 30 years, others less than a year...

andquot;Should I sell the dream, when my company and upline keep telling me to do that, even though I am not making it yet? Aren't we just telling them stuff that isn't really true?andquot;

To get to the answer, here are 3 questions we asked and answered:

1. What is the andquot;dreamandquot; anyway? And why do they tell you to sell that?

The andquot;dreamandquot; ranged from being $1k to $20k/mo, to andquot;unlimited time, money and freedomandquot; to andquot;whatever you want, when your wantandquot; to andquot;having a housekeeperandquot; to andquot;being happy.andquot;

We all decided that whatever each person on the call wanted, or whatever their prospect wanted, that the business could provide, that THAT would be their andquot;dream.andquot;

2. So why do they tell you to sell andquot;the dreamandquot;? Why not just sell andquot;the businessandquot;?

Responses ranged from andquot;How else can they get you to recruit?andquot; to andquot;That's how they get you to buy inandquot; to andquot;It takes a while to make it and keeping 'the dream' in mind will help you keep going.andquot;

3. So how do you make your dream come true?

Compare the andquot;dreamandquot; to your favorite cookies. What is the recipe to make them, so you KNOW they'll come out right? Say 'the dream' is $3k or $10k/mo, what is the recipe to make that dream come true?

Responses ranged from andquot;build an organizationandquot; to andquot;sign people upandquot; to andquot;develop yourself and get trainedandquot; to andquot;sell productandquot; and andquot;sign up repsandquot; to andquot;teach peopleandquot;.

Test questions:

1. When you get people to sign the app and pay their $19.95 or $45 sign up fee, whose dream is being made?

Uhh, well since only the company gets that, umm, maybe the company's dream is being made?

2. When you buy product every month from the company, whose dream is being made?

Well, err, the company's, and my sponsor's.

So these two things don't make YOU money, correct? :(

Neither do you make money when you are being trained - no matter who does the training. I asked people on the call:

3. Do you make money when you take my classes?

Pause...

andquot;WHO makes money when you take my classes, you or me?andquot;

Uhhh, You. KIM.

andquot;Right. I make money when you take my classes. NOT you.andquot;

But I believe I show you things that CAN make you money. I can show you the recipe to make cookies.

Err...money. What's one thing the recipe requires for you to make money?

andquot;Get regular customers who buy product or services.andquot;

Yep. And you earn a percent of what thay buy, like in all commission sales. THAT is one way to make cookies.

And what else?

andquot;Get dealers/sales reps who buy product also, and who find other customers and reps to do the same.andquot;

Amen.

Everything else you do must be things that bring that about, and those things will depend on your personality, style and whether you have more time or money. There are MANY ways to reach out and amass customers.

Learning things, getting motivated, or getting your belief up will not help you make cookies if you don't have the recipe.

This is the same.

THE RECIPE for THE DREAM

If you know your average customer order is say, $100, and that's what you buy, and if they pay you say $15 per regular customer, then you can answer the question: what's the recipe for me to make $1.5k/mo?

100 customers doing an average of $100/mo. x $15/ea = $1,500/mo.

THAT is one recipe. Notice it's just like AOL, cable TV, Sirius and XM radio, who get their income each month from regular customers. Like them, everything you do should be focused squarely on amassing those customers. That's a dream recipe.

And what about getting dealers or reps?

Same kind of recipe.

First know that the ingredients to andquot;makeandquot; a dealer cookie are a lot harder to come by. The % of people who want to sell stuff is very small, compared to people who are customers of stuff. Once you get past your friendly warm market (if you have them, hehe), and into cold market, it's like 1/100 who want to do commission sales long term, at least in the U.S.

So, if you want to make that recipe for part of the dream, ask yourself, based on your pay plan: how many sales reps do you need to get, buying in at what level, for you to make say $150? And if that is a one time bonus, how many do you have to bring in each month to earn your andquot;dreamandquot;?

And then of course, how much do you earn on their sales?

Once you pick your mix of customers and reps to make your andquot;dream income, andquot; THAT'S your dream recipe. Same for any prospect or baby you have. And you can change the mix of customers to sales reps in your dream recipe whenever youor experience tells you to adjust it.

Plus you get to choose how big your cookie will be. After all, aren't you the one making it? For yourself. You can share later, after you have something to share. :)

Everything else you do, training and motivation-wise, must be focused on HOW to do those two things in whatever mix you choose.

But first, the recipe: The number of customers and reps you want to make your cookies.

4. andquot;Should I sell the Dream?andquot;

We all concluded: YES. But from this day forward, only with the recipe.

:) <bio>Kim Klaver is Harvard andamp; Stanford educated.
It happens to everyone, and it's a bummer every time. You are going with your training program, everything seems to be progressing swimmingly, when all of sudden you discover weeks have gone by and you've made no progress. You haven't lost any fat, you haven't gained any muscle, you're not stronger, and you haven't improved your endurance. How does one break of the fitness doldrums?

1. Shake Up Your Sets

If you have been doing high reps with small weights, do the exact opposite. If you prefer few reps with heavy weights, see what it's like on the other side of the coin. Training differently at different speeds and different weights will train different fibers if your muscles, and that will lead to better development.

2. Learn New Exercises

If you have hit a plateau, your muscles are probably begging to be worked in a completely new way. Find great exercises to replace your usual routine and try those for a while. Sure the squat is a must if you want to build your legs, but if you have been doing it the same way for years, try throwing in the deadlift or the lunge. It will work muscles in different ways, and might even work a few that have been neglected by your stale routine.

3. Train Mostly With Free Weights

If your workout involves a lot of weight machines, you are really doing your fitness a disservice. Weight machines are fine if you limit their use, but constantly using them locks up your muscles into a very preset motion. Free weights usually mean that every rep is going to be ever so slightly different from all the other reps, and that difference will help your fitness progress. Also, the act of balancing the free weight works muscles that the weight machines just don't. Working these "stabilizer" muscles will make your body look better, and help you burn fat faster.

4. Get Enthusiastic About Training Again

Nothing damages motivation like hitting a plateau. Your workouts are half hearted, you might "cheat" on a few reps, or you might even skip an entire workout out of sheer frustration. Know that plateaus are temporary, and do what you can about getting fired up about fitness again. Think back to when you first decided to get fit, and the reasons for that. The number one motivator is a goal you want to accomplish, so always keep that goal (or goals) in mind while you get back into the groove of working out.

5. Make Sure You Are Getting Enough Sleep

People who train regularly need more sleep than your average person. At night is when your muscles heal and grow from your workouts the fastest. If you aren't getting a solid eight hours every night, some of that time you spend pumping weights in the gym is going to waste. In addition, people who don't get enough sleep have slower metabolisms, so all the food you eat is more likely to get converted into fat. <bio>Chris McCombs is an Orange County personal fitness trainer.
Well here is the answer: ABSOLUTELY! Why would these industries be any different than all the others out there? I learned some time ago that marketers are amongst the highest paid professionals in the entire world. And I'm not referring to making a little bit of extra spending money here and there. I'm talking about changing the entire dynamics of your life and your family's life for generations to come! That is exactly why I refused to give up in the industry (aside from my stubbornness). There was no way I was going to give up on something that would change my legacy. My kids and their kids will be building upon what I'm doing right now. My family already knows my mission statement. And they also know that I didn't do all this research and work so hard for nothing. I expect them to keep things going some day. So if they can be taught, you can be taught also.

Here's a biggie. Can you build a successful empire using the traditional marketing techniques taught by uplines everywhere?

ABSOLUTELY NOT! It's ironic that what we refer to as traditional marketing in our industries is considered ridiculous and downright idiotic in any other industry. Marketing in the manner your upline tells you to just does not work for the masses. i don't need to convince you of that otherwise you wouldn't be reading this article. If you're like me, you always looked at those few successes in your company and kept telling yourself, "If they can do it, I can certainly do it". And although the rah-rah stage may be packed with those who made it to the top, are you aware that all those people up there only represent about 2% of everyone who has signed up for the company and is working their tails off to make this thing work. And many, many of those people are relatives and friends of upper management in the company. Another group entails those that buy their way into success. They are already so filthy rich that just by holding a few small events, these individuals rise to the top in a matter of months. Well most of us don't have those kind of resources available to us. That's why we're doing this in the first place. Just realize this: Most of the people you see rising to the top of a particular company did not get their by holding little coffee shop meetings or mid-size hotel meetings. They didn't do all the ridiculous things that they are asking the rest of us to do. So give yourself a break and don't beat yourself up too bad for not rising to the top in 6 weeks while still trying to figure out how to pay for your initial order and sign up costs.

So remember, what works in traditional brick and mortar businesses works in home-based businesses of all sorts. It really doesn't matter what you call it:

-- Home Based Businesses
-- Network Marketing
-- Multi-Level Marketing
-- Direct Sales

It really doesn't matter what you call it because it's all basically the same thing. The compensation plans may differ, the pay percentage may differ but here's the thing. It doesn't matter if you're selling widgets or whatchamcallits, marketing is marketing. Take it from the Big Guns, Donald Trump and Robert Kiyosaki. Do you think they were joking when they said if they had to do it all over again they would get involved in Network Marketing? They were either telling the truth or someone paid them off and I highly doubt the latter. I don't think The Donald needs the money.

I, Jane Ellen, accept full responsibility for the content of this article.
There are certain steps that a bodybuilder must follow when doing weight training. These techniques almost always include improved form to make the exercising harder as opposed to easier.

There are many different bodybuilding techniques can you can use to improve your physique. These include pyramids, negatives, drop sets, twenty-ones, giant steps, partial reps, and forced reps. These are all wonderful techniques to be used according to your requirements.

Using the technique of constant tension without reaching the locking point is very effective in some exercises. Full contraction plus full range stretch is important, which means the bodybuilder must perform every rep of every exercise at the full range of motion.

A bodybuilding technique that enables the bodybuilder to thoroughly work out a single muscle group is called the giant set. The giant set consists of three different exercises performed successively, focusing on a specific muscle. This can be done for every muscle but one must use it sparingly on the back.

Drop sets are a good way to round off a workout for specific muscles. They give you a pumped-up feeling in the muscles and consume the last bit of energy left in the muscles.

Twenty-ones is a technique that works every area of the muscle as opposed to a single range.

Another good technique is constantly thinking "maintain tension," while you intentionally increase the tension on the muscles while doing the rep.

Other bodybuilding technique that you can use super sets that are good for exercising a particular range of muscles, completely exhausting the muscle fibers, and working two separate groups of muscle.

Slowing down with your reps can also help. Slow repetition is often more effective repetition, because this small change in technique can help improve form as well as boost muscular development.

You can employ any one of the many bodybuilding techniques. You need to vary your technique frequently so that your muscles do not get used to a particular exercise. <bio>For more on bodybuilding visit http://www.informationattendant.com/ where you can also find RSS feeds for syndication. </bio>

A Strength Training Program is Much Different Than A Bodybuilding Program.

In order to setup a proper strength training program, you need to understand how a muscle gets stronger. If you fail to understand the physiology behind getting stronger, you will put together a sub-optimal strength training program. My goal in this short article is to explain the differences between bodybuilding and gaining strength.

How a Bodybuilding Program Works.

Bodybuilding involves breaking down a muscle. This is done by performing reps in the 6-12 range and working the muscle to exhaustion. Typically bodybuilders aim for a andquot;burnandquot; and a andquot;pumpandquot; in the muscle. They employ things like forced reps and negatives. If your goal is to build muscle then you are purposely trying to damage that muscle group. The idea is that when the muscle repairs itself, it will overcompensate and add a little more mass to that muscle group. Over time, these muscle groups will become noticeably larger. A proper strength training program aims for something much different.

How a Strength Training Program Works.

A good strength training program should focus on making a muscle more efficient, not in breaking down a muscle. If your strength training program is geared toward things like the andquot;pumpandquot; or the andquot;burnandquot; then you need to change your approach. Think of bodybuilding as andquot;muscleandquot; based and strength training as andquot;nervous systemandquot; based. In a good strength training program you are trying to train your nervous system to send stronger impulses to the muscle group being worked. Your strength training program should be based around performing heavy weights and low repetitions.

Heavy Weights Generate Stronger Nerve Impulses to the Muscle Than Light Weights.

If you take a 5 pound weight and curl it, you nervous system barely needs to work to contract your bicep muscle. If you take a 40 pound weight and curl it, your nervous system needs to work harder. The heavier the weights you chose, the less reps you can perform in a specific lift. That is why an effective strength training program is based around lifting heavy weights for low reps.

How Many Sets and Reps are Optimal in a Good Strength Training Program?

In order to train your nervous system to become more efficient, you need to train it to fire strong impulses to the muscle over and over again. You must perform a specific heavy lift enough times for the mind-to-muscle link to get stronger. Gaining strength is a skill that is developed with practice like any other skill, so your strength training program needs to reflect that. Each set you perform should be 2-5 reps, but you will need to perform many sets to get the proper practice. You can decide for yourself how many sets you want to perform, I recommend between 6-10 sets in the major lifts.

Never Train To Failure if You Want to Gain Strength at a Fast Rate!

Training to failure is definitely a bodybuilding thing. None of your sets in your strength training program should ever be taken to failure. Every time you train to failure you are teaching your nervous system to fail. You will be rewarded with weaker impulses sent to the muscle on the next sets you perform. When you train to failure you are taking a andquot;few steps backandquot; in your quest to gaining strength. Obviously forced reps are to be avoided as well.

Schedule Plenty of Rest In Between Sets in Your Strength Training Program.

Bodybuilders strive hard for things like andquot;the pumpandquot; and they are trying to really exhaust their muscles, so they need to keep rest to a minimum. In a strength training program, you want maximum nerve impulses sent to the muscle each and every rep. In order to insure that really strong impulses are generated, you need to rest up to 5 minutes in between each set. If you ever play video games it is like waiting for your character's energy to recharge up to 100%. Schedule enough time in your strength training program to rest 3-5 minutes in between each set.

You Should Not Be Sore After Performing Your Strength Training Program.

Since your strength training program isn't breaking down your muscles, you should experience very little soreness the days after your workout. Since the muscles don't need to repair themselves, you can work each muscle group more often than if you following a bodybuilding routine. A bodybuilder might work each muscle group twice a week, you should be able to work each muscle group 3-4 times per week. If you andquot;practiceandquot; each lift 4 times per week, you should get quicker results than someone who does it 2 times per week. Just make sure that you aren't breaking the muscle down like a bodybuilder.

A Quick Summary of a Good Strength Training Program

1) 3-5 reps per set 2) 6-10 sets per exercise 3) 3-5 minutes rest in between sets 4) Never train to failure 5) Never perform forced reps 6) Practice major lifts 3-4 times per week

Hopefully this clears up some of the confusion out there in setting up an effective strength training program. <bio>Rusty Moore is an avid trainer who gives advice to men and women who want their body to attract the opposite sex. Here are some tips to getting started with bodybuilding.

* Find A Great Gym. While you can purchase a membership to many gyms, that doesn't mean that it is a good one. If you are serious about bodybuilding, you'll need more than just a standard gym offering yoga. You need a gym that is packed with the equipment that you need and all of which is in good solid working condition.

* Find A Trainer. The best way to bulk up is to use a professional trainer. If you can afford the investment, interview a few people and find the one that challenges and motivates you the best. Sure, you know what needs done and you know you can do it by yourself, but when you use a professional, you'll see results faster and safer.

* Safety is necessary no matter what. While you want to push yourself for the next set of reps or you want to go just a little longer, you need to realize that too much can tear muscles, and possibly injure them permanently. This is destructive of what you are trying to do. Develop a personal plan, hopefully with the help of a professional, to help you reach your bodybuilding goals.

* Eat right. Not only do you need to eat a good amount of food, but it is also important to eat the right foods. Your body will crave meats and proteins as it builds muscle. If you don't give it good stuff, though, you'll hinder its ability to expand and grow.

* Dedicate yourself. Not only is it enough to get to the gym, work with the trainer and eat right, but you'll also need to make sure that you are 110% motivated and dedicated to becoming the bodybuilder that you want to be.

Successful bodybuilding can only come from hard work. <bio>Michael Lewis is an editor at http://www.healthylifeadvice.com where you can find more articles about weight loss and bodybuilding. </bio>

If you're looking for serious muscle growth then you will need to follow some universal muscle building rules. Muscle growth will only occur when certain elements are in place and triggered correctly. There are many things you can do to improve your muscle building results like change your routine, change your sets and reps and change your diet for the better. Making these changes will change your results. Here are 5 secrets for massive muscles that you can use or consider.

1.You must lift heavy weights - How often have you heard that one? Heavy weights, how heavy is heavy? The weights must be heavy enough that by the time you get to 6 reps you are struggling to reach 8 to 12 reps. You should not be able to do 15 reps. The ideal rep range for muscle growth is 8 to 12 reps but in order to induce muscle growth you should struggle on the sixth rep while pushing for 8 to 12. You should always have someone on standby when you are pushing heavy weights.

2.Keep your workouts under 1 hour - Train with high intensity but never go over the hour. It is a waste of time and recovery energy when you go over the hour. 45 minutes is even better. The idea is to induce muscle growth by warming up the muscle area sufficiently then hitting the muscle groups hard (2 muscle groups per session is good) and then get out before the hour.

3.Do fewer sets and fewer body parts - There is absolutely no reason to do six sets of this exercise and six sets of that exercise. You can but you will get little or no results for it, especially if you're trying to lift heavy weights and train intensely. It cannot be done successfully. 2 to 3 sets per body part is more than enough to induce muscle growth, not counting your warm up sets. 2 body parts per session is all you should be concentrating on at a time, some people only train 1 body part a session with great results.

4.Eat 8 meals a day - It's easier than you think. You can eat 4 solid decent meals along with 3 or 4 protein shakes. There's breakfast lunch dinner and snack and there's also the pre and post training meals or shakes, and you can fit in a protein shake last thing at night just before bed. You need those calories and protein to ensure sufficient energy for recover and muscle growth.

5.Supplements - Some might say you don't need supplements to build muscle but I say you do need some, but not most of the "supplements" that are available. After training with heavy weights under high intensity your body's entire mechanisms are completely drained, not just your muscles. You need more calories and protein than the regular person in order to recover from it and grow new muscle. You need whey protein and casein, you need a multi vitamin/mineral, Vitamin C Vitamin E, Zinc, and creatine is a great idea for its muscle building and health benefits.

Note: You should check with you GP or Health Practitioner before starting or changing an exercise program and before taking any new supplementation.

So there it is, another 5 muscle building "top secrets" that you can consider. Muscle building does take commitment, time and discipline, even if you are doing things completely wrong. If you're not gaining muscle then you know you are doing something wrong, just remember to lift heavy weights (safely) Get out before the hour, Do less sets and less body parts, Eat plenty of nutritious food, and take some supplements. <bio>Darren O Connell - Health Fitness Fat loss and Muscle building http://www.topmusclebuilders.com http://www.flab-u-loss.com For Massive Muscles go here http://www.insanemusclegain.explosive-muscle.com </bio>

When someone asks a network marketer, "So, how do you make money?" or "What do you do?" the dancing begins. Have you noticed that?

They waltz, they do the funky chicken, they shuffle and jump every which way just way just to avoid saying they're selling something.

We've all come to distrust sales people. Who wants to be identified with the smarmy sales person who, as the villain in the musical My Fair Lady, "oiled his way around the floor, oozing charm from every pore."

Women especially don't want to be seen as the typical sales person (=someone who will say whatever she has to, to make a sale). Or who makes friends in order to make sales. We don't want to be excluded from our social circles because of NM.

This leads to some interesting dances. When I asked an audience of networkers last weekend at a teleconference, "How do you make money in this business?" here were some responses.

"Work really hard." "Duplicate." "Know about the product." "Teach others." "Share the product." "Talk to people." "Tell the story."

I egged them on: "Any more? So far, none of these things will make you money."

Who here knows people who work hard, but don't make money? Or who talk to people but don't make money?

Things became quiet. The next responses were more tentative:

"Uhh, recruit people?" "Ask your upline?" (Who was sitting in the room) "Learn the pay plan?"

Guessing, hoping and dancing. Anything but sales.

Some people actually say, "We don't sell. We share. We educate and teach..." Yet, without someone buying a product because of you, there is no money going to you, is there? Someone has to pay your company money, and they give you a cut. That's called a sales commission/bonus, on a SALE.

So I wonder now: Is our own anything-but-sales mindset leading us into the same tactics of the less-than-forthright sales people we love to hate? Will WE ourselves now say whatever we have to, to avoid telling someone else that the Network Marketing business actually involves sales? Hmm.

Next time someone asks what you do to make money, how about this?

There are two ways to make money in a network marketing business:

1. Find customers who will buy your product or service; or

2. Recruit Sales Reps who will buy your product or service, but will also find their own customers who buy and will also recruit other Sales Reps.

Customers pay money for your product or service which earns you commissions from your company. You must love and revere them. They're like the famous jeweled Faberge eggs of the Russian aristocracy. They dazzle, they glint, they shine and they are incredibly valuable. Treat them like your rarest possession, because they are. Repeat customers can give you income for years and years, after the initial work of getting them is done. Show the person how that works for 10, or 100, or 1,000 customers 5-10 years out.

Sales Reps (distributors, whatever your company calls them) help you lengthen your reach into the marketplace and they help you multiply sales. It's like forging a chain, link by link. The more you and they recruit the right ones, the longer and stronger your chain becomes. The more Sales Reps you have the stronger and further your sources of income become. When you show this, disclose the stats - that most recruits don't last. On the other hand, the fast start bonuses give a quick financial shot in the arm.

Then be straight and tell them the odds for both options. Don't let anyone start the business with you, thinking it's easy, that anyone can do it. We know better, don't we?

P.S. Let THEM decide which to focus upon more, Customers or Sales Reps. <bio>Kim Klaver is Harvard and Stanford educated.
So you are considering becoming a Coastal Vacations Rep or have just signed up as a rep. Maybe you have already been in Coastal Vacations for a while and have had moderate success. Below are 5 tips that will help you to be successful with Coastal Vacations. Even if you are already successful, you can be even more so by following the tips you have not already implemented.

1. Sign up with someone who is very successful and emulate them. If you haven't already signed up, do some checking to make sure the person you are considering signing up with is really successful. If that person isn't, ask around about someone who is. You want a mentor who is going to give you the best advice on how to recruit other reps and sell the product.

2. Be prepared to work hard. This is possibly one of, if not the most important tips of all. So many people fall for the 'we do all the work for you' line and then are disappointed when the money isn't coming. If you really want to be successful, take action and do your own prospecting. People will respect that and you will have more credibility.

3. Get trained in using the new technologies available to you. Though you could use the generic website Coastal Vacations offers, it is best to design your own web site or have it designed for you with your own domain name. It should be designed to peak interest without giving away too much. Use various types of web pages and advertising to increase the number of prospects you have. Use an autoresponder to streamline your email communications.

4. Generate your own leads. Purchased leads are too much of a 'grab bag' to really be effective. You don't know if they are really interested in Coastal Vacations or if they just signed up on a generic page somewhere. They are more time consuming than they are worth. Use a sign up or 'squeeze' page specific to Coastal Vacations to generate your own leads. This is more likely to provide a high conversion rate because the leads signed up specifically to find out more from you about Coastal Vacations.

5. Use multiple advertising venues. There are quite a few options here. Pay per click search engines, Adwords, blogs, forums and text ads in newsletters and ezines are just a few advertising methods you can use. And remember to make sure that the link in these ads goes first to your squeeze page to capture the contact details of prospects.

Though there are many more good tips, these 5 tips provide a good start for you in your Coastal Vacations business. Check with fellow Coastal Vacations reps for many more tips. <bio>Visit Dawn OrBeck at http://coastalvacations-blog.com for more info and at dawn@CoastalVacations-Blog.com or call: 810-895-4408.
To build muscle naturally you must dedicate yourself to living a clean and healthy life. You must constantly be on guard and trust your instincts when it comes to increasing your muscularity. There will be temptations and peer pressures that will make you second-guess your common sense. There are ways to build muscle naturally without the aid of performance enhancing drugs.

There are a lot of supplements on the market today that claim to create an anabolic effect on your body. They claim to mimic the effects of anabolic steroids. Take heed that most of these supplements are a waste of time and money. You would be better served by adopting a diet and workout plan, which can naturally increase your body's anabolic response.

Your body is an amazing machine, which adapts and grows in direct relationship to the stimulus applied. For instance, if you workout using the same sets and reps over a long period of time you will notice that you are not making the same gains you were when you started. Your body has adapted to the workout and has stop responding because it knows what to expect. The trick is to confuse your body so that it can't know what to expect and in return will keep growing to meet the unanticipated demands you are placing on it.

When you confuse your body with the right amount of exercises, sets and reps it will start to create an anabolic type of effect in your body because of the uncertainty you created. If it doesn't know that you are going to stop at 8 reps then it will keep a reserve of energy in anticipation of doing more reps. When you continue to do this for several weeks your body will then adapt to this new regimen and stop the growth pattern. That is when you change again and do fewer reps and sets to once again confuse the body and force it to grow in anticipation of another uncertainty.

We can also build muscle naturally by implementing some diet changes. Protein is one of the main substances our muscles need to grow larger and stronger. By manipulating your protein intake you can effectively create an anabolic effect in your body. The theory is that you need 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight. I feel this is not entirely accurate and suffice it to say that it would be a better choice to use 1 gram of protein per pound of lean muscle mass. So an average 200-pound man with a body fat percentage of 20% would need approximately 180 grams of protein per day. This will vary depending on the method you use to calculate your lean body mass.

One way to build muscle naturally is to manipulate your intake of protein. The way this is done is to consume an adequate amount of protein based on your lean body mass in conjunction with an adequate workout program for a period of several weeks. Then at a pre-prescribed time you will deprive yourself of this protein and only consume a small quantity, which will be as low as 30 grams per day. On your high protein intake days your body will be utilizing the protein it needs and then the remainder will be eliminated.

When you begin a protein deprived state your body will store and use all the protein it gets. When you return again to ingesting larger amounts of protein your body will make sure it stores at much as it can and will rely on the fat stores in your body for energy. Your body will better utilize this protein because it doesn't know when it will be deprived again. Guess where it will be stored? That's right in your muscles. Causing them to grow by the natural anabolic state you created. You can build muscle naturally; you just have to know how. <bio>Kevin has been training for over thirty years and has written many articles on training and muscle building.
Weight Training is one of the best ways to beef up and get fit. All the benefits of weight training are way too numerous to list now, you may know a lot of them or you may not, but what you should know is that it's one of the best things you can do to get that body you want. The whole purpose of this article is to help you come to terms with the wide array of terminology used in the weight training world. Whether you are speaking to a personal trainer, reading from a book, or listening to a salesperson it's always good to know what they're talking about.

Maybe you have thought about joining a gym or thought about buying a piece of gym equipment. Either way you're probably going to get bombarded with some terminology that you don't understand. The gym and people within in it tend to use terms that would baffle most, and this article is about trying to understand these terms so that you know and feel comfortable with conversations regarding weight lifting in the future.

Some of the basic terms used are:

Routine : The range of exercises you carry out make up a routine. Whether it be a whole body routine or a half body routine (upper or lower body) it is more popular that a routine is split up over 3 days a week, so that you have time for your muscles to recover in time for your next workout. Always remember and take into consideration the time it takes for your muscles to recover when designing a routine. The best way to design your routine around this is to separate the 3 training days with a day off in between. So you would train Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Repetitions (Reps) - Let's say your doing push ups shall we. Taking into consideration the normal technique of a push up is lying down with 2 hands placed shoulder width apart flat on the floor. You then push up keeping your back straight, and at the top of the movement you lower yourself back down again and repeat. Doing this once counts as one repetition (rep). The amount of reps that are recommended is very important as any more or less could bring upon the results that you didn't desire. For instance - If you did more reps than recommended then you could decrease muscle growth and just increase your stamina. Whatever your goal is the amount of reps reflect it.

Sets - If you do 10 push ups then rest a minute and do another 10 thats 2 sets all together. A set is defined by the exercise then rest affiliation. Sometimes personal trainers will recommend doing less reps in each set. Say, 1 set for 10 reps, then 1 set for 8 reps, and so on.

Spot - If anyone asks you while you're in the gym do you need spotting, don't take it as an insult, because they're not saying you have spots, they're simply asking you if you want them to assist you if you're lifting a heavy weight. This is particularly useful if you want to lift to failure.

Free weights - These are simply weights that free of machinery, they include dumbbells and barbells. You have to physically load the weights onto the bar.

Rack - The rack which is sometimes known as the pwer rack is used for many exercises. It's the big metal contraption with holes drill dup both sides so that you can slide a safety bar in. A rack can be used for squats, chin ups, and a wide variety of other exercises.

Circuit routine - A circuit routine combines a number of cardio exercises with weight training. This is where you perform a variety of weight training exercises back to back without having a rest period in between. A circuit routine like this is generally used as a form of toning up and cutting to get rid of those few extra calories.

Negative - You may here someone in the gym saying something like "Why don't you add some negatives". What they mean by negatives is the lowering of a weight. Say in a bicep curl, you lift the weight up and then you let the bar down. The negative is the part were you let the weight down. This is know as the negative porion of a rep and it can be very effective at stimulating muscles. Some people increase the amount of time on a negative rep than they do on the positive rep, which in turn increases more muscle tension and allows for more muscle growth.

Some less than obvious muscle terms :

Pecs - Pectorals (Chest)

Lats - Lattisimus Dorsi (Muscles in your back that flare out)

Hams - Hamstrings

Glutes - Gluteus Maximus (Butt Muscles)

Traps - Trapezuis (The muscle that goes from your neck to your shoulders)

Bi's - Biceps

Tri's - Triceps

Quads - Quadriceps (Your thigh muscles)

Delts - Deltoids (Your shoulder muscles)

Abs - Andominals (Your stomach muscles) Right, go to the gym right now and ask a personal trainer for a 3 on 1 off mass building routine with reps containing an increased negative motion at a tempo of 1-3-1 with special emphasis on your glutes and delts....Only kidding.

If you're a beginner I do hope you have learned something from this article.
On a call yesterday following the pyramid post, people wanted to know what to say if, they're presenting the business or product, someone pops the question,

andquot;Is this a pyramid?andquot;

Before you brainstorm over your winning comeback, how about a quick check to see whether 1) your company acts like one or not, or 2) if you are acting like one (without realizing it, of course)?

Here's the question we discussed:

1. Is your business all about recruiting?

If so, you are acting like a pyramid, according to Rushkoff's book, Coercion:

andquot;a pyramid scheme is...[where] the need to subscribe newcomers outweighs whatever benefits the products or system has to offer. Many MLMs sell distributorships more than cosmetics [name your product or service - KK].andquot;

Yes of course you want to recruit reps - but if that's all you do, you are in the pyramid zone, because you give the impression that the product and customers don't matter, except to sell distributorships.

Everyone quickly re-evaluated what they were doing to be sure they weren't coming across like that.

All could see how a fixation on doing 1. above might give someone else the impression that andquot;Yep, there goes one of those pyramid schemers.andquot;

After a quick review of 9 different company pay plans (of distributors on the phone) it became clear - it's true what the recruiters say: andquot;There's no money in customers. All the money's in the recruiting.andquot;

Company owners decide where to put the money they pay their reps. Say a network marketing company pays out to the field, 50% of what it takes in. They have complete disgression on how to divide that up - between paying for recruiting and amassing customers (for those companies that make the recruiter/customer distinction - and some don't.)

So, how much were companies paying for getting customers (who were not also distributors)?

On product orders ranging from $85-120, some people reported getting paid from 0 - 7%. In one company, they got nothing on those customer orders if they hadn't reached a certain position in the company based on their sales; and for other companies, the reps reported getting 5 or 6% for orders of $100. (A few paid more. List to be posted soon.)

Five bucks for a hundred dollar customer order?

There are much easier ways to make money than that!

However, for recruiting, we got much higher returns. With sign-up bonuses and fast start bonuses of $50-350 or more, for orders ranging from $300-1000.

Who else wouldn't rather make $50 than $5 for making one sale? Big money in selling distributorships (which may include products). Versus getting just customers.

So yes, companies whose pay plans are weighted so much to recruiting are acting like a pyramid. Worse, they make their reps look like it too, since they want to get the most return they can for their time, and would rather make $50 than $5. Who wouldn't?

Well, as they say, if it quacks like a....

Oh. What to say to that question, andquot; Is this a pyramidandquot; (or 'one of those things')? One option (we discussed several):

Let me tell you what we do, and you can call it whatever you want ok?

PAUSE

We market products directly to consumers, people like you and me, and we also find people who want to do that with us. You think you could do that if I showed you what to do?

(That's from the Truth book.)

And yes, there are other options...for another post...send in yours that have helped. Her 20 years experience in network marketing have resulted in a popular blog, http://KimKlaverBlogs.com, a podcast, http://YourGreatThing.com and a giant resource site, http://BananaMarketing.com which features hundreds of stories, tips, books and CD programs for those who want to learn the art of network marketing. </bio>

No matter how much you want to get those six pack abs, the very last thing that you want to do is to do sit ups with back injury or any other type of injury. Doing sit ups or any type of exercise for that matter with a back injury can only lead to more pain and trouble.

The best thing that you can do now to get your six pack abs, is to wait it out. You won't get any type of form or technique going if you persist in doing sit ups with back injury present. In fact, sit ups if done in a certain way, can aggravate or even promote back injury. This is one of the reasons why emphasis is placed on form and technique rather than on a higher number of reps. The other reason being, that proper form and technique will help you to work the abs muscles faster, of course!

That said, although doing sit ups with back injury is not something that you should do, there are a number of people who manage to get around this problem by buying themselves specialist gym equipment that will take the strain away from their back when doing sit ups.

Indeed, for some people doing sit ups with back injury present is not a non-option =96 they need to live with this problem for some time and doing sit ups even with back injury is a goal to be achieved. However, if this is the case, then something along the lines of guidance from a properly trained physiotherapist or fitness coach is probably going to be necessary.

The best thing that you can do however, would simply be to stay from doing any form of exercise altogether, especially if you have only just suffered from a back injury. Give your body time to heal without placing additional strain on it so that you can be fighting fit the next time you want to get back onto your exercise regime to get six pack abs.

And even once you have recovered from your back injury, you will still want to be very careful how you do your sit ups. Remember that sacrificing proper form and technique to higher reps, is not going to do anything for you, and might even aggravate your newly healed back injury. So stay away from doing sit ups with back injury, and wait until you are fully better to do so. <bio>http://www.healtharticles-lk.com , http://www.easyhomeremedy.com , http://www.herbalremedieslk.com </bio>

Thousands of organizations have shifted gears and are scrambling to take the biggest slice of the e-marketing pie. Tons of sales must be generated and businesses are changing the way they look at the formulaic Customer Relationship Management. It's business as usual, but with a big boost from CRM software.

Basic Services

Small businesses with sales representatives devoting more of their time doing sums and entering customers' names and phone numbers into a data bank are headed for bankruptcy. Your salespeople could be attending to customers' needs and wrapping up sales online and offline, if you only had CRM software. The software minimizes the time salespeople spend at the desk.

The newer CRM software has gone beyond managing customer information. You can use data effectively after collecting and organizing them. The ease of accessing all the necessary data about customer buying cycles provides the resources to formulate important sales forecasts and strategies.

The Contact Manager enables mail, fax, and e-mail merge, provides customized fields for entering customer notes, sales tools, and calendar, and access to the Internet. With a customized field, uniformity in reporting is achieved. This feature assures real-time interaction with clients wherever they are and whenever they are available.

Sales force Automation enables all sales reps to have immediate access to information online and via their mobile phones. In marketing and selling to customers, snap decisions have to be made. Should you give a discount? Will you be able to ship the order the next day? Has the customer paid for supplies on time? These are just some of the mundane questions sales reps ask themselves.

On a grander scale, sales reps dealing with international markets must have an index of rival corporations and their current prices to help them figure out how to win over the customer. Hence, immediate access to facts and figures is critical. This feature maximizes the performance of the field team because they can provide the information when needed and make decisions based on the information. This is also beneficial to both management and sales reps.

Sales reps and key personnel assigned should be able to respond immediately to queries and take orders online via the specialized chat feature. This enhances online communication between seller and customer.

Sales Boosters

But there are newer features in the CRM software, like the marketing index that provides baseline information of different industries, products, and business rivals. This program can always update you with the trends outside your sphere anytime you have to make a quick evaluation on some of the customers' requests. A forecasting module is available to help businessmen decide about their advertising campaigns and strategies to boost sales.

In fact, CRM software has made the world smaller everyday. As an entrepreneur, you can make deals and release advertising campaigns in any part of the world. A cash converter is provided to facilitate your transactions in any currency.

But how useful is the CRM software for your business? Because you can track the buying trends of your customers and become aware of their buying habits or cycles, you can come up with better customer service. So grab the software that's sure to boost customer loyalty and increase revenues. But shop wise for the right software that will fit your business to a T. <bio>The CRM software (http://www.crm-software-guide.com) can define CRM (http://www.crm-software-guide.com/crm-defining.htm) needs and strategies. If you want to know more about CRM and what does CRM stand for (http://www.crm-software-guide.com/what-does-crm-stand-for.htm), check out http://www.CRM-Software-Guide.com today. </bio>

To build those impressive shoulder muscles that make a man seem so cut, it is important that to over work the muscle tissue in the shoulders is the worst thing you can do. Working the shoulders once a week between workouts on other parts of the body is what is most recommended by professionals. However, following a specific workout pattern can add to the effectiveness of building muscle tone in the shoulder area. The end result can begin to be achieved in as little as eight weeks when the exercise regimen is executed properly. A very effective way to begin to bulk up those muscles in the shoulders is marked out below and is highly recommended by professional bodybuilders throughout the world.

It is important to not become too repetitious in the working of the shoulder muscles and it is advised to develop two different work-out plans and to alternate the use of each weekly. So plan 'A' would be used for the first week; then plan 'B' for the second; continuing to rotate the exercise plans accordingly. A good example of either plan is a series of exercises that are both heavy and light to the muscles to be toned; i.e. the shoulders in this case.

Warm-up exercises are critical when working the shoulders as it is when working all muscles and this regimen has those warm-up activities already built in. *Also, it is important to remember that to increase the intensity of the workout, one should not add to the number of sets or the number of reps. suggested; rather they should simply cut down the rest time between each from one minute to thirty seconds as is determined to be workable by the trainee.

To begin, a suggested plan 'A' starts with "Dumbbell Shoulder Presses.' These are accomplished by:

- Sitting on a bench with your back completely straight. Two dumbbells are held just above shoulder height with your palms facing out. - Press straight up until the dumbbells almost touch together. - The return the dumbbells to the starting position.

This exercise is suggested to be done in three sets with eight to ten reps. in each for maximum warming up and working of the shoulder muscles. Following this, is an exercise known as "Upright Rows." These are done by:

- Standing with your feet slightly apart and holding the dumbbells with an overhand grip in front of the thighs. - Raise the dumbbells to chin level. - Return to the starting position.

This should also be done in three sets with eight to ten reps in each for maximum effect at working the shoulder muscles.

Finish the first plan with "Dumbbell Lateral Raises" which are accomplished by:

-Standing straight with a dumbbell in each hand, held with the palms of each facing each other. -Raise the dumbbells out to each side to reach shoulder level. -Then return to the starting position. -This working of the shoulder muscles should be repeated in three sets but should have between ten and fifteen reps in each set.

The next week, plan 'B' should commence and that includes the following exercises. To begin, you will start with "Dumbbell Front Raises."

- Stand straight with your back straight and the dumbbells grasped in an overhand clutch holding each in front of the thighs. - Raise each dumbbell one at a time to shoulder height; alternating arms. - Return to the starting position.

This is an excellent warm-up for the second week's plan as only one arm is working the shoulder muscles at a time and should be done in three sets with ten to fifteen reps in each.

Follow with "Bent Over Lateral Raises" by:

- Standing bent at the waist with your knees slightly bent, grasp the dumbbells with the palms facing inward and the elbows slightly bent. - Raise dumbbells at your sides. - Return to the starting position.

This exercise is an excellent workout for the shoulder muscles and works wonders at building mass in the same. It should be done in three sets with ten to fifteen reps in each for maximum effectiveness.

Finish plan 'B' with "Sitting Presses" (also known as "Smith Machine Presses.") Begin by:

- Sitting on a bench with your back straight. - Grip the barbell with your palms facing forward. - Press the barbell straight up. - Return to the starting position.

This is an extremely powerful exercise that will definitely enhance the shoulder muscles as you proceed to build them up.

So to conclude, working your shoulder muscles on an alternating rotation of exercises as are described above and not overworking them during any given time period will produce the results you are ultimately seeking to achieve. <bio>Discover free how to get a 6-pack of washboard abs at http://www.burnthefatfeedmuscle.com </bio>
