Whether you are an insurance agent or you are a professional working in any other industry, referral business is one of the best compliments you can receive from your clients. It says that they trust you not only to put your professional expertise to work for them, but they also want you to help their family and friends as well.

Because a potential new client has been sent to you by a family member or friend, they are much more likely to do business with you. After all, don't we all want to deal with an insurance agent who will ultimately just take really good care of us?

Some clients will send you a referral without even thinking about it. Other clients can be asked for a referral. Either way, it is important for you to reward this "good behavior" when it occurs so that you encourage more of it to continue.

Here are some tips for growing a referral business pipeline in your agency.

1. Adopt a consistent process for rewarding the referring party. After the referral comes in and the new business is written, create a consistent process that makes sure acknowledgement of the referring party occurs. The last thing you want to do is let this referral go unnoticed! Be sure to make your agency staff aware of the referral rewarding process as well so that you don't have a referral slip through the cracks.

2. Decide how you are going to reward people when they send you a referral. It could be something as simple as a handwritten thank-you note. Or, it could be a small token of appreciation such as a gift card from a coffee shop.

3. Keep it legal! Because state laws vary, make sure that you are acting within the limits of your state. Some states say that you cannot give more than $25 of value per year to a client. Be sure to find out what the law dictates for your state.

4. Be consistent. It will be easier to keep up with your referral reward program if you do it the same way every time. This also makes it easier to purchase several units of referral rewards in advance. For example, if you are going to give away $10 gift cards from a coffee shop, purchase 10 at a time and keep them on hand. Buying in bulk may even make it possible to get a discount in some cases.

5. Let them know they can send you their family and friends. After all, your clients aren't mind readers. Consistently let them know that you want to help anyone that they send your way. It can be a P.S. at the end of a letter that you send out or it could be a referral link that you include in an email marketing campaign to your clients each month that makes it easy for your clients to send you a referral.

In the end, clients that receive your thanks and praise for sending you their friends and family will become more likely to repeat their referral efforts. It is a winning proposition for you, the agent because the alternative means of acquiring new customers can be significantly more expensive.

Using a referral incentive program can end up serving as a win/win situation for everyone involved. You get new clients. Plus, your clients think you are great because you take care of them along with their friends and family. <bio>Stephanie Cunningham is an insurance agent and the creator of the Agent Contact Wizard, a program that gives insurance agents the ability to touch their clients once a month with professionally written and personalized email marketing campaigns that are optimized to drive referral business into insurance agencies.
Whether you sell products or services, your customers are the foundation to your business' success. In fact, if your clients aren't happy then your business suffers tremendously. What most business owners don't realize is that referrals are the key to increasing their market presence. Referrals not only eliminate sales expenses and cut your prospecting time but it is a great pre sale mechanism as those that are referred tend to come with a "buy it now" mentality. In addition, referrals are proof that your customers are satisfied with your service or product offering and that they'll too be back for more.

In order to get more referrals, you have to give more of yourself. That's right. You always have to be open and willing to go that extra mile for your clients. This means that you should always establish a "win-win" policy that benefits you and your clients. By doing this, your customers will be ecstatic to give you a referral because they appreciate your commitment to customer service and naturally want to recommend others which enhances the "win-win" policy you've established.

Second, you have to have set realistic and definite referral goals. For instance, do you want to get at least 2 new referrals every month or 1 a week? Whatever your goal is, make sure that you write it down and act on it. By being crystal clear about your referral expectations, you will see an immediate increase in your referral rate which will not only increase morale but your bottom line as well.

Third, ask and you should be given. Never be afraid to ask satisfied customers for referrals. In fact, if you asked for 1 referral a week, you'd have 52 by the end of the year. Many business owners that by simply asking satisfied clients for help, they essentially open the referral floodgates.

Fourth, use creative strategies to secure referrals. For instance, you can run a customer contest, give away prizes or even develop an iron clad referral program that rewards those that give your referrals. Another great out-of-the-box strategy is to hire a referral someone that can research referral prospects and smooze them on your behalf. In return, you can pay them a set fee or pay them a commission for their efforts. Just be creative with your ideas and watch those referrals roll in.

Fifth, take on a joint venture partner. As the saying goes, two heads are better than one. By taking on a joint venture partner, you'll have immediate access to their clients and they will have access to yours. As you might guess, this will instantly provide you with a hungry pool of prospects that may be interested in your services.

Sixth, follow up with all referees. After you receive a referral, make sure that you do something special for the person that referred you. For instance, you can give them a discount off your product or service or even send them a special gift that they can use. The key is to be appreciative for their referral.

In conclusion, referrals are extremely important to the success of your business endeavors. By giving more of yourself, setting realistic goals, trying creative referral strategies, and following up with referees, you can get more referrals than you ever dreamed of having. The key is to ask and you shall receive and watch those referrals come in. <bio>Srini Saripalli is a technologist, marketer and Success Coach.
If you are thinking about joining an affiliate business, then you have already made a good business decision that will earn you more money and in a very short span of time.

However, before you venture further, it is necessary to understand why many people happen to fail at this same apparently very promising and assuredly foolproof business model.

Before you join a seemingly promising affiliate program you should perhaps consider the following pointers that will certainly help you avoid pitfalls and select the affiliate program that is correct and productive, and works for you to be sure that you will definitely make money with it.

1. Review the type of target audience that is involved in the affiliate program

This is a very important step that you should seriously think about. Different affiliate programs are created to reach out to different kinds of market. You need to choose a program that in at least some way falls in your area of proficiency. It is not very easy to promote a product that you know nothing about. Search for affiliate programs in a 'hot' niche where people pay money for products.

2. Get as much information as possible

Instead of haste, devoting some time to review the current market related to your program will never harm. For example, your program may offer you unbelievably high commissions; but do the products really sell? Is there enough market for the product that you are going to promote? Check out the keywords and how many searches are performed every day related to that niche. Then you will have a greater view if your selected affiliate program is going to be profitable.

3. Competition never hurts!

Check out the competitors for your affiliate program. This should be very easy with the internet. The more competitors there are the more better it is. With as many competitors you can always be assured of a sizable market that has enough room for your product. This means that many people are interested in such products and you definitely have a great chance of selling it.

4. Does affiliate program offer a referral bonus?

As a rule, any good and sustainable affiliate program should be able to offer you reasonable referral bonuses and second or third degree commissions on referral sales. This way your earnings amplify considerably.

5. Check out your commissions

Maybe some affiliate program offers you a stunning 75% commission. This is exactly when you check out the fine print! Do they really pay that much, or are there any ancillary clauses attached?

6. Check out Payment methods and Payouts

Does your affiliate program use the widely used online payments methods like Paypal or Bank checks? Check this out. Maybe they pay good but you don't want to wait for six months or more to withdraw your first payment. This way you can also assess the prior payment history of your program. If you want to prevent disappointments beforehand this tip is something you should not ignore.

7. Do a Search Online About Your Selected Affiliate Program

You can find more information about your program, for example, through current affiliates. This way you can assess the practical problems if any, and perks associated with your program. Do some research in affiliate marketing forums, do some search on Google and you will find everything.

8. When you finally decide to go for a certain program, assess all your options carefully taking help from above tips. Don't rush yourself in to a program knowing that it is not the perfect one for you. There are many others affiliate programs that might suit you much better.<bio>Egidijus Andreika is a creator of Click2Sell.EU Affiliate Programs Network. When someone refers a program to someone else they are vouching for the authenticity and reliability of the opportunity. It helps, too, that getting a referral from another person allows you to ask that person questions about the business and get more information before you invest.

Referrals can be found in many different ways. They can come from people you know or through people you meet while networking online. A referral is a very personal way to get into a business. It allows you to be able to find out what it is like to run the business before you ever even get started.

When it comes to finding a legitimate home business it is very important to avoid scams. Scams can cost you a lot of money and plenty of valuable time. By avoiding the scams and only going after the legitimate home business opportunities you will be able to get started in home business without a lot of headache and hassle.

Many times people will answer ads or do research on their own to find a legitimate home business opportunity. This is fine, but it is not the best way to do it. Using referrals is the only way to be really sure that the opportunity is a legitimate home business opportunity.

The possibility of getting scammed when you find an opportunity through a referral is small. Most of the time you will have some type of relationship with the person referring the opportunity and therefore there will be a sense of obligation to not provide you with information about a scam.

The best way to find a legitimate home business opportunity is always going to be through referrals. They help to cut out the questions and make everything clear so you can make an informed and responsible decision before investing. <bio>Laurie Raphael operates a website promoting multiple streams of residual income.
We all have, and have heard the horror stories, "I found a __________ (Realtor, Mortgage Broker, Inspector, Insurance Agent, Inspector, Plumber, etc...) and he/she was so inept that the experience was AWFUL! Best case, the situations end with a lot of frustration. Worst case, working with a poor business-person can cost a lot of money. As a small business owner, I always ask two questions: 1) What did they do wrong? (Everyone always has LOTS to say about this) and 2) How did you find this person's services? More often than not, my friend telling the "bad experience" story found the "bad businessperson" through traditional advertising -- not through referral. These are the 7 Top Reasons why you should always find your business vendors by referral.

1) They have proven themselves. When someone is "referred in" to your business, that person has already done business with a friend or colleague. The vendor from the phone book is like a box of chocolates. With a referred businessperson, you KNOW that they have performed in the past, and they are more likely to perform in the future. This track record is important when choosing your vendor.

2) They have something to lose. Namely, the referrals of your friend! Your referred vendor appreciates and protects every person who values their services and continues to support their good business practices. Unlike the "phone book vendor," who does their business from phone call to phone call, the referral businessperson won't "bite the hand that feeds them" and embarrass the referral source who gave them your business.

3) They have something to gain. The businessperson who chooses to do their business by referral is always seeking more referrals. In order to gain this referral business, they must build professional relationships -- the core of which is solid work. When a vendor approaches work with the mindset of "growing their business by referral" the consumer will always receive quality service.

4) They have more time for you. The average small business owner spends 85% of their time prospecting for new business. This seems completely backwards to most people -- but finding business is the hardest part of small business! The successful businessperson who has built their business by referral has the luxury of a constant stream of incoming business -- and is therefore able to spend more quality time with their customers.

5) They are more pleasant to work with. Type A personalities typically excel at gaining their business by referral -- they are the quintessential "people people" who love and need constant interaction. Even if your referral vendor isn't the stereotypical "Type A" they will still, more than likely, be a pleasant person to do business with -- after all, it takes a little more than good work to continue to receive business referrals. Your friend or colleague got along with this vendor -- you probably will, as well!

6) They are more professional. Referral businesspeople look at a new business transaction as a way to build a new relationship. The "phone book vendor" looks at a new business transaction as an order that needs to be filled. The referral businessperson will conduct themselves in a manner they expect will result in future business from you, and your friends and colleagues.

7) They will return the favor. Referral businesspeople know the value of referrals and tend to only do business this way. If you truly "click" with your referral vendor, and put them in your catalogue of people to refer to, the chances are that they will return the favor. In doing so, you will build your own sphere of influence, and your own business.

Doing business by referral is a much more pleasant and effective way of filling your needs, and your customers' needs.

Referral businesspeople tend to be much more pleasant, professional, and effective than vendors who solely advertise by traditional means. The referral businessperson values your business, and the business of your friends and colleagues, and will make sure that you are satisfied with their services. By looking to your friends, family, and colleagues, rather than to the phone book, you will almost always have a pleasant experience! <bio>Eric Bramlett http://www.ericbramlett.com is Broker/Owner http://www.onesourceaustin.com in Austin, Texas.
As solo business owners, we sometimes feel like "Lone Rangers" on our own, trying to figure out ways to bring in more clients. A business owner's survival and growth depends largely on bringing in new clients. Who wants to be alone on the range, single-handedly trying to figure out how to bring in clients and expand business? That takes tremendous energy, and hard work to produce average results.

Instead of operating on your own, there are ways to creating a sales force of people happy to refer business to you. Think about how big companies increase their sales. They have large sales forces out there selling their products. The sales people are educated about the product, calling on prospects, and are paid commissions based on the number of accounts they bring in. One of the differences between a big company and you is that YOU are the "one." You are your sales force, that is, if you operate as a "Lone Ranger."

An effective way of creating your sales force is through your referral network. A referral network is a group of people who already know you, understand your business, and can refer people interested in buying your product or service. With a powerful referral network, an unlimited flow of quality prospects start coming to you quickly and effortlessly. You never have to cold-call again! This is the easiest and most effective way to establish an ongoing stream of warm leads.

Building a referral network begins with educating people you already know, your clients, colleagues, friends, and people you meet. You want to clearly articulate what you do, who your ideal client is, how your product or service helps your clients, and what's unique about working with you. Once these people are educated about your product, they become your own "sales force." However, just like any sales force, it helps to motivate them to sell by giving them something special as a thank you.

Consider offering a referral fee or a special gift to those people who refer business to you. People will be motivated to refer business to you, if they're rewarded for it. I know, as a sales person, what motivated me the most to bring in those sales was the commission check I received at the end of the month. And, I still love receiving those checks. I've been referring business to a colleague and I'm delighted when I receive a thank you note and check from him. It's an incentive to think of other people who can benefit from his service.

By organizing a healthy referral network, you're going to be able to rely on other people out in the world, all educated about the merits of your product or service, willing to become your marketing machine.

Here are six steps to follow that will help you set up a powerful referral network.

1. Change Your Mindset: For some people, there's hesitancy when it comes to asking for referral business. We have thoughts like, "They won't want to help me," or "How do I even ask?" Before you project these fears, step back and consider. If a customer's satisfied with you, they're delighted to help you out. Also, people in your personal and professional circle who believe in you, want to help you grow.

2. Be Proactive: Rather than waiting for people to offer referrals, ask, because more than likely, they don't think to offer. Occasionally, they may say to you "I told my friend about you." It's really great when that happens, but don't rely on it.

3. Write What You Want to Say: To help you gain confidence, write the words you want to say. Then practice saying it aloud until you're comfortable with it. We all feel uncomfortable doing something new. It's just like going to the health club and working out. You have to use that muscle over and over again in order to build strength. It's the same thing with asking for referrals.

4. When to Ask a Client: The best time to ask a client for a referral is immediately after you've received a compliment, and/or once the sale is closed. Once your client utters the words, "I'm happy working with you. I really have enjoyed this." That's your cue to ask if there's anyone else they know who would benefit in the same way from your services.

5. Referrals Fees: Establish a referral program whereby people receive a referral fee or special gift for the people they refer to you. Let your referral network know in advance what they can expect in return for their referrals. Giving referrals works both ways. If people refer business to you, tell them you will do the same for them.

6. Keep Track: Once the steady flow of referrals starts coming in, it's time to start managing all these leads in an organized manner. There are several software programs designed to you help track your business and referrals. Outlook, ACT, and Goldmine are several software programs to check out.

ASSIGNMENT

* Write a clear and compelling message of what you do, who your ideal client is, how your product or service helps your clients, and what's unique about working with you.

* Practice saying it aloud and role play with a buddy until you are comfortable saying the words.

* Start calling the people in your personal and professional circle, educate them about what you do, and invite them to be part of your "Referral Network."

* Ask your buddy to role play being the client and practice "asking for a referral."

* Create a "referral fee or special gift" program you can start offering to your clients, colleagues, friends, and people you meet.

(c) All Rights Reserved. <bio>Rochelle Togo-Figa is the creator of the Sales Breakthrough System(TM), a proven step-by-step sales process that helps you close more sales, sign on more clients and make more money with ease.
Adsense has several products under its belt and some are obviously more popular than others. Web publishers have been discussing and comparing adsense products such as referrals and contextual advertising in popular forums such as Digitalpoint. Apparently, referral products and even Google search does not appear as popular as contextual ads. Why is that so?

Publishers only benefit from contextual advertising when visitors click on the ads on the web page. In many instances, in order to achieve that, ads are optimized to blend in nicely with the look and feel of the web pages. When done right, these ads look like relevant links on the site and if visitors are interested in what is being advertised, they will click on the ads. Contextual ads are simple to implement and ads will show on the site within minutes of copying and pasting some simple Javascript code.

In contrast, it is not easy to generate the same amount of revenue using other adsense products such as Google search and referrals. Like contextual ads, implementing Google search involves copying and pasting some code. However, unlike contextual ads, publishers do not benefit when searches are being made. Each search returns a set of relevant results and if there are ads for those keywords, they will appear as sponsored results at the top of the page. The publisher only earns when the visitor clicks on one of those sponsored ads. So let's recap. The visitor has to key in some keywords, click on the search submit button, wait for the results to load, and IF he or she clicks on an ad, the publisher earns some money. Compare that to contextual ads, where the visitor simply have to make a simple click and the money is credited to the publisher's account.

It is even more difficult to convert visitors to revenue using Adsense referral products, although each conversion generally pays more. For example, refer a publisher to the Google Adsense program and if the publisher makes $100 within 180 days, another $100 will be credited to the publisher who sent the referral. That means the visitor has to visit a site, somehow locate the Adsense referral button, click on it, read more about the program, sign up and wait for approval. Upon approval, the publisher will have to implement the products and make $100 within 180 days. If not, whoever sent the referral to the adsense program makes nothing.

Here's another example. The Adsense program pays a referral fee if a visitor clicks on a button or link, download and successfully install the Firefox browser. The publisher's job, will then be trying to convince the visitor that Firefox is good for him or her, and send the visitor to the download page. If the visitor downloads the 5.33MB file and successfully install the browser, the publisher gets up to a dollar. Needless to say, it is indeed much tougher for the publisher to earn that dollar, compared to contextual ads.

So where does that leave publishers? Publishers want to promote the Firefox browser but what if they don't have any software/webmaster related sites that will convert nicely? So let's say a publisher have a site about dogs. He or she could put a download link on the site that says andquot; We recommend searching more about dogs using the Google toolbarandquot;. The publisher don't get paid for the download but when the installer uses the toolbar to make a search and click on an ad, the account gets credited with money. The concept behind it is similar to Google search, just that it's on a toolbar. Google could come up with a web-based control panel (likely within adsense login) for publishers to generate the download. In the market, there are already web-based control panel tools that allows users to customize and generate brandable toolbars for download. Therefore, this idea could definitely become a profitable possibility for publishers and would be a dream come true for many!

Still, there remains one small nagging problem. Implementing such a product will mean that Google will have to share search revenues with publishers. Of the reported $1.098 billion dollars generated from Google owned sites in the final quarter of 2005, how much is Google willing to share? <bio>Darren Chow is the owner and editor of a network of http://www.sg-web-design.com </bio>

Google is very conscious of its reputation. It's not just #1 in search, it's also #1 in pay-per-click advertising because it melds search and advertising so well. With its Google AdWords and AdSense programs, Google manages to keep not just advertisers happy, but it allows commissions for the sites that publish the ads, as well. Because AdWords is Google's main bread and butter earner, it's very careful about the way that the ads are shown.

Both sides of the Google coin will be important to you, if you're serious about Internet marketing. You'll need AdWords to advertise and AdSense to make money. But if you break the rules as a publisher, it may not affect your ability to advertise, but it will affect your ability to earn, maybe for life.

Here are some things to remember, if you want to keep your Internet marketing business floating on an even keel:

Google says you cannot: "...directly or indirectly generate queries, Referral Events, or impressions of or clicks on any Ad, Link, Search Result, or Referral Button through any automated, deceptive, fraudulent or other invalid means..."

What it means: Don't do anything that encourages people to click the ads. Putting a page with Google AdSense into any type of automatic system will get your account pulled. That means, don't use traffic exchanges to advertise and don't use any type of robot that automatically clicks on the ads for you. Google records IP addresses, so you'll be easily spotted and rubbed out in an instant.

Google says you cannot: "...edit, modify, filter or change the order of the information contained in any Ad, Link, Ad Unit, Search Result, or Referral Button, or remove, obscure or minimize any Ad, Link, Ad Unit, Search Result, or Referral Button in any way..."

What it means: Don't try to manipulate the results appearing in the AdSense box. If you try to create a script that automatically puts your ad on top or tries to blot out ads that might be your competition, you're going to get burned. Just go to the AdSense site and use the Competitive Ad Filter. Google already allows you to block ads you don't want.

Google says you cannot: "...frame, minimize, remove or otherwise inhibit the full and complete display of any Web page accessed by an end user after clicking on any part of an Ad ("Advertiser Page"), any Search Results Page, or any Referral Page..."

What it means: Leave the advertiser's page alone! Let it be the normal size, shape, and color that someone would see naturally. Don't mess with other people's pages.

Google says you cannot: "...redirect an end user away from any Advertiser Page, Search Results Page, or Referral Page; provide a version of the Advertiser Page, Search Results Page, or Referral Page that is different from the page an end user would access by going directly to the Advertiser Page, Search Results Page, or Referral Page..."

What it means: Don't get involved in the process. When someone clicks an AdSense link, they should go directly to the page for that ad. You can't insert another sales page or anything else into the process.

Google says you cannot: "...act in any way that violates any Program Policies posted on the Google Web Site..."

What it means: That just about says it all, doesn't it? Here's the thing... If you haven't read the terms of service, go over to AdSense and do it and be sure to stick to them. If you don't, you're risking the loss of your ability to earn some pretty sweet passive income (meaning you don't have to do much to earn it).

Internet marketing is wild about AdSense because it takes little effort, and if you're in the right niche, it could bring BIG results. Use it on your blog. Put it in the sidebar, at the top of every post, and use the search bar and referral buttons, too. Use AdSense to its fullest potential and keep within the guidelines set by Google. You'll find that you're happy you did. <bio>Tellman Knudson is CEO of http://OvercomeEverything.com and a master of list building.
Is it possible to make money online even if you do not have a product to sell and do not have a web site? Of course you can!

Luckily for you a new generation of dot-coms has come into existence that will compensate you for what and who you know without you having to be a marketing genius or a web designer.

There are various things you can do on the Internet to make money with little or no cost to you. There are some survery sites out there that really pay you cash for filling out a survey and not just reward you with points or put you into a drawing to win money. There are also a couple of sites that have business models and will pay you for a wide variety of activites. You can help people find jobs on the Internet. If you refer a person for a certain job and they get hired, you can earn from a few hundred dollars to thousands of dollars! You can break into the job recruiting business here with no overhead. There is a certain site on the Internet that will set up a job board for your organization or site and you do not need to have a web site to do this. There is no cost to you. You determine how much the posting fee will be and then you split the profit with the company. You can also have an Internet business where you connect suppliers with buyers. In many businesses today the referral fee is commonly used, but on the Internet this practice has not been used much because there was mainly no way to keep track of the referral fees. There is a site on the Internet that can do that for you, too. Vendors set the amount of referral fee they are willing to pay. When a trasaction occurs, you will receive 70% of the referral fee. There is another Web site that pays its members to help keep information current about the people they know. It will pay you $1 for each new contact that you put into their system. All of those one-dollar bills add up!

Do you like to report on different subjects? Perhaps you would be interested in writing blogs for a particular web site. They are looking for people to write original articles of between 250-500 words on various topics such as parenting, travel. celebrities and much more. For every 1,000 people who view your post, you are paid $10. However, there is no telling how much traffic or money you will get to you blogging site. Of course, you do not have to write for Creative Reporter. You can set up your own blog for free at Blogger in less than five minutes. Blogger helps you do a lot of things such as setting up ads with Google AdSense so you can make money off your blog. In order to make even more money from your blog, you can set up an affiliate program to sell music, books, etc. All you have to do to set up your blog is to pick an interesting topic to write about, tell all of your family and friends and you will be off to a healthy start!

Hopefully, these ideas have given you an incentive to begin making money online at little or no cost to you. It will take effort and determination on your part, but I am sure you will be a success! <bio>Jim Biscardi is owner of Dynamic Wealth Systems, LLC and writes on a variety of subjects.
Are you too shy to strike up conversations with other people? Hmm... What about <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/email" rel="tag">email, surely sending someone an email isn't terribly daunting, right? It is? Well, then you're in the wrong business. Network marketing means just what it says. You are a network marketer. That means you need to network, and if you don't do that most important thing, you'll never succeed.

Traffic exchanges are a good place to start honing the art of becoming a good mentor. In most exchanges, when you get a referral into the program, you are notified by the site's admin. This is great because you can take immediate action to assure that you remain on your recruit's mind. If you can't do it immediately, be sure to respond to this alert within 24 hours. Send your referral a private message, if this feature is available at the traffic exchange. If not, send an email, an IM, or even call them on the telephone. I know this isn't everyone's choice, but it works even better than mail. Yet, if you insist on sending a written messge of some type, there are dos and don'ts.

In your welcome message, do be sure to thank the person for joining you in the program. Point out places where new members will find help regarding the site, such as to a tutorial or an FAQ section. Tell the person that you will be happy to help, if he or she still has questions, and provide your contact information.

The more ways you give people to reach you, the better. Give them your email address, your IM address, and even your telephone number. If you're reticent about doing that, maybe your cell phone number would seem better. Just remember, you can always change a number, but most folks who call you are just looking for guidance in their own online careers. They're in search of a beacon. You can be that beacon for them, if you don't abuse the privilege.

Sponsors who send an ad for another program in their messages are spamming, pure and simple. Don't do it. Aside from it being against the terms of service in a majority of exchanges, it's just rude. Offer help and guidance and that person will probably join your program anyway, just because you've taken your time to be helpful.

I can't tell you how many emails I've had, telling me that, "I joined Program XYZ, and my upline sponsor said she'd call, but never has," or "I never knew I had an upline sponsor in XYZ." Well, it's a shame you weren't that person's upline sponsor in that traffic exchange, huh? You probably will be in others, if you just give him or her a little support. It's a cold, cruel World Wide Web out there, folks. Be kind to others, and you are sure to succeed. <bio>Pat Marcello has been building big downlines and has made lots of friends through traffic exchanges.
Let's talk about the high-yield, high-risk arena of Paid-to-Surf advertising programs and HYIPs out there, and how you can be truly successful at achieving an insane return on your investment.

There are three primary areas where it would be wise to consider using specific strategies designed to help enhance your profits, limit your risks, or both.

1. Program Selection

2. Portfolio Management

3. Money Management

1. Program Selection

You'll get lots of different opinions on this subject, but the bottom line for this issue is the same as it is for many others. Your ultimate decision will depend on your tolerance for risk. That may sound a little odd considering that all of these programs are high risk, but it's also true that some are riskier than others. I recommend that you keep the following in mind when choosing a program:

Transparency - How much information is available regarding the program administrator(s)? Do they have an established reputation? How do they generate their revenue? Where are they located? What other programs have they been involved in?

When to get in - In most cases, it's probably wise to wait until a program has gone through a couple of cycles of timely payouts before you jump in with very much money.

When to get out - We also know that most programs don't last for even a year, so if a program has already been around for several months, keep on eye on it's alexa charts and the forums to watch for any signs of downward trends. You should support the programs and admins you trust and believe in, but don't let false hopes lead you to make poor financial decisions.

Return on Investment (ROI) - Stay away from programs with an unusually high ROI. The returns offered by most of these programs are already fantastic. Don't get greedy. When a program appears to be offering a return that's unbelievable, then that's probably just what it is. Some programs have had fairly long lives offering as much as 2% net return per day, but that seems to be the upper limit.

Comparing Different Program ROIs - When comparing programs' ROIs, don't just look at their advertised rates like "10% for 13 days". This only tells you what your "Gross ROI" is (your return before any other expenses). What you want to use for comparison sake is "Net Daily ROI" (your % return per day after all expenses). 130% could be considered your Gross ROI in the example above, but how many days does it take for you to actually get paid? 7 business days equates to about 10 calendar days on average so that would be 13 days + 10 days. And don't forget fees. Here's an example:

$100 spend earns $30 gross profit Payment processor fee for spend was 2% ($2.00) Program fees are 1% to cash out ($1.30) Net profit = $30.00 - $1.30 - $2.00 = $26.7 Total time to receive funds back into your account = 23 days So ... Net Daily ROI = $26.7 / 23 days = 1.16

Now you know how to accurately compare programs.

Referral Commissions

If you're a ROI Detectives Associate, or otherwise interested in developing passive streams of income, then you'll need to pay attention to referral commissions. These commissions generally range from 1% all the way to 12%. In addition, several programs offer tiered commissions often going two to three levels deep. The profit potential here can be pretty staggering.

The point is that if you want to generate additional and passive streams of income, it is in your bests interests to select programs that have higher rates and multiple levels of referral commissions. It is also in your best interest to promote these programs more heavily than those programs without these incentives.

Hopefully, this short introduction will help steer you down the right path when it comes to program selection. Part II will focus on Portfolio Management. <bio>Scott Badger, MBA, PhD is a Psychologist and Internet Marketing Specialist. He is the Co-Owner of ROI Detectives, a new, revolutionary Surf and HYIP monitoring service that offers its members free replica websites that provide multiple passive and residual income streams. http://roidetectives.com/roi </bio>

Getting refferals to sign up to online survey sites that you are a member of is a tough task, IF you don't know how to go about it. Even people that think they know how to get referrals end up falling short.

As you have probably found out the hard way, it is not how many referrals that you get, but it is the quality of those referrals. You want to attract people that want to get paid for taking an online survey. You don't want some unmotivated browser, that will join and do absolutely nothing. There are many easy ways to make your referral number skyrocket, and most of them do not involve you having to pay for internet adverstising of any sort. This involves everything from homemade flyers to pass out at a local college, or telling each and every one of your family members and friends (you won't believe how good of a referral a friend/family member can be).

You may want to dive into the paid advertising portion once you get comfortable with what works and what doesn't work, but, who knows, you might not even NEED to pay for any sort of advertising (ex: google adwords). You might end up making a nice amount of money getting people to join survey copanies doing free marketing. The trick is to know what survey sites are good and reward well. You want your referral to feel comfortable with the site they join and you want them to be able to make money themselves. That is why you want to join AND get paid from every single online survey site that you promote. That way, you know that your referrals will enjoy the site enough to keep making money. The longer yor referral is active, the longer you will get paid from the work they do!

Sign up to one of the top online survey sites and get a feeling of what it is about. DO surveys yourself. Earn money. Get paid from them. That way, when you promote it, you can tell your referal exactly what to expect and what to do to make the most money possible from that particular online survey site. Remember, you want a Quality Referral, that enjoys making money taking surveys. The better you lay everything out and give good information, the more likely they are to jump right in and become a consistant money maker for months, or even years to come.

Join 5 or 6 of the highest converting survey sites on the web and spread your referrals between them. You will soon find out which ones are keeping your referrals interested, and you will be able to target a couple of your higher converting survey sites for your referals to join. <bio>Adam Woodham is an expert on Paid Surveys.
There are many people online that have figured out how to make money with free to join sites and the nice thing about these sites is they require no financial risk.

These websites are known as GPT sites(get paid to) and they compensate members for performing certain tasks such as get paid to read emails, get paid to take surveys, get paid to view online ads or try products and services for free.

The key to being able to make money online with GPT sites is that most of them have what is called referral programs. These programs enable members to recruit others to join the sites and receive compensation in the form of a percentage of their referrals earnings.

As an example if a site pays a 20% referral commission this means you will earn a bonus of .20 for every dollar one of your referrals earns on the site.

Being able to simple recruit a minimal number of referrals to any of the good GPT sites can increase your earnings very quickly.

Let's say you are able to recruit 100 referrals for one of the better GPT sites. I know this may seem like a large amount of people but the reality is once you learn how the process works you can easily recruit hundreds of people a month.

Back to our example of recruiting 100 people and let's say they each earn $50 a month on the site. That is a total of $5000. If the site offers you a 20% commission that would enable you to make $1000 for the month. That is not too bad for using free to join GPT sites. Even just 10 people could get you an extra $100 for free.

My favorite GPT sites are paid offer or survey sites because they offer the best earnings potential. A couple of keys to maximizing earnings on these types of sites are:

1. Use multiple free email addresses in rotation while doing offers and surveys. Many offers are from the same companies and using a rotation of free email accounts will help your earnings confirm faster. This is perfectly within the rules as long as they are email addresses that belong to you.

2. Check your email accounts for confirmation messages. Many offers and surveys send an email with a link you need to click to verify your email address before you can be credited for your earnings.

3. Clear the cookies from your computer after doing offers and surveys. Many of these companies place a tracking cookie on your computer when you do an offer or survey. This does not hurt your computer at all but allows the company to know you have done an offer. Clearing the cookies from your computer will allow you do do more offers and surveys.

4. Learn to use the GPT sites referral program. As stated earlier, recruiting referrals is the fastest way to increase your earnings.

The key is to remember these sites are completely free to use and any money you earn from them is just a little extra to help pay the bills, maybe buy the groceries or save up for a family vacation.

Whatever you decide to use the money for these sites are a fun and easy way to make some extra money online. With just a little understanding of how the Internet and search engines work you can easily use free resources available to anyone online to help in your referral recruiting efforts. <bio>The author is an experienced GPT site user and has helped many people learn how to increase their monthly earnings utilizing the free referral programs.
Website owners, have you considered joining a web hosting affiliate program to bring in a new profit stream to your website?

If you currently host a website, joining a web hosting affiliate program can make you significant money when used intelligently, plus you can easily recoup the costs of bandwidth and server space. Web hosting affiliate programs are easy and free to join - all it takes is a few referrals in order to bring in new income.

There are also companies such as WebmasterFX and TemplateMonster which offer affiliate programs for a very similar market, in this case marketing tools and design templates for webmasters. Offering your visitors a range of related goods and services is likely to increase your total referal commissions.

If you're happy with your current domain and hosting provider, ask them about their web hosting affiliate program. Often times, customer referrals can bring between $50 and $100 for each customer that signs up to your own provider's hosting service.

Many web hosts offer a web hosting affiliate program that pays a percentage of the sales made when customer you refer sign up for their services. This could be a recurring monthly, quarterly or annual repeat payment. Most web hosting affiliate programs will send payments via check or send them directly to your bank account or even your Paypal account if you have one. You may have to wait until you have earned a certain amount. This could be as low as $50 or as high as $150 depending on the company policy. Imagine the income after making a few referal each week!

The Yahoo! Small Business Affiliate Program is a good example of a well paying program(http://www.yahoo.com). Businesses currently using the Yahoo! Web hosting servcie can earn anywhere from $60 to $100 per customer referral. For customer referrals resulting in Yahoo! Domains sales, you will earn up to 20% of the sale price.

Another example of a web hosting affiliate program is through WestHost (http://www.westhost.com). They offer a unique web hosting affiliate program that provides $50 in a customer referral resulting in sales for not just existing WestHost clients but anyone who provides a WestHost approved link to the merchant on their website.

A slightly different kind of web hosting affiliate program is provided by ServerFly (http://www.serverfly.com). While ServerFly provides significantly lower cuts in customer referrals, it offers a five-tiered program. With a tiered program, you have the potential of earning profits from the customer referrals that come from your customer referrals! So in this caes you are sacrificing initial income for the potential of much greater income later on.

Web hosting affiliate programs are easy to join -- just fill out an online form and put an approved link on your existing website. You could also add a link in your emails and use them in discussion forum signatures. Of course if the program is lucrative enough it may be worth trying some paid advertising to speed up results.

Look for a program with a large range of promotion material such as banners and text links to place on your site, and you'll be on your way to making profits through a new revenue stream in just minutes! **************** About The Author **************** Visit http://www.webmasterfx.com for a range of internet marketing tools. **************** About The Author **************** Please use the HTML version of this article at: http://www.isnare.com/html.php?id=41250

Why Choose Affiliate?

You're interested in starting up a small business of your own. You're looking for something with reasonable start up costs and of course, something that you can get all fired up about. You have a plan in mind and you would really like to see your financial life turn around over the next six to twelve months. Have you looked into

"Learning to Make an Affiliate Program Work for You"?

Why choose affiliate marketing? Believe it or not affiliate marketing can produce some impressive results in a reasonable amount of time. Joining an affiliate program can be a very sensible step for someone who wants to grow a small business but lacks the resources to start from scratch. Fortunately for you, that's most people.

"Learning to Make an Affiliate Program Work for You" !! Affiliate programs are basic small businesses that allow you to resell a product or service that already exists. The company is happy you decided to help them market their product or service so they will pay you a percentage for helping out. You receive the right to market their product and start your own small business. You get to start out with a professional website, a reputation, and resources all at your fingertips. For a brand new small business owner, that's pretty impressive.

The bottom line is you are looking for that ever valuable referral fee. The referral fee is what the company will pay you, and most will pay you a referral fee twice. Your first referral fee is for anyone who stops by your website and makes a purchase. Most people consider this a commission.

Your second referral fee is where the money can really add up. The company is also really happy that you told Bruce and Kate about their company and how they could make money as well. Bruce and Kate liked the idea so they decided to join the affiliate program too. Now you're also profiting on the sales that they make on their websites as well. The company is happy, you're happy, and Bruce and Kate are happy.

Basic Affiliate Procedure

"Learning to Make an Affiliate Program Work for You" Small business affiliate style all have a few basic ingredients regardless of which plan you decide to market. For starters, you have to sell something. If you are selling something you can put your confidence into your small business will grow faster because you will ultimately be more committed to it.

You will need people to sample and look at your stuff to decide if they want to buy it. If it's an awesome product or service, they will want to buy it. How do you get people to come and look at your stuff? Don't expect to be swarmed with traffic just because you went through the process of joining an affiliate program. You have to do some advertising. You need to scatter your link as far and wide over the internet as possible.

Some people already have a website that they promote and simply link their affiliate program through the site. This is one way to promote your small business, and it works if you have enough traffic hitting your small business website. Other get the word out there through various forms of advertising. If your affiliate web page is the only small business website you have, then you're going to learn the art of promotion. If you have been promoting your website and have done so successfully, then you are already familiar with at least some form of advertising.

Do not get discouraged when you have placed half a dozen internet advertisements and your site isn't overloading the server. It takes some time and trial and error to really get your advertising to work for you. When it does, your small business won't be looking quite so small any longer.

"Learning to Make an Affiliate Program Work for You" The bottom line to profiting the small business through affiliate marketing is people. The more people you have coming to look at your stuff the more people are going to purchase and the more your referral fee will be at the end of the month, or quarter, however your program pays. The more people who like what you're doing and want a slice of the small business affiliate pie the more money you'll make because they will be working to put money in their pocket and yours. Showing others how joining an affiliate program can be profitable will be part of your overall marketing costs.

Effective affiliate marketing is based on the principle of shared revenue. In order to capitalize on this principle, you have to learn effective marketing skills. The more effective your marketing, the more your referral fee will be when the totals are calculated. Effective affiliate marketing can seem like an overwhelmingly large task to learn. The truth is nearly anyone can learn effective affiliate marketing if you take it basic step by basic step.

Choosing an affiliate Program to Effectively Market

By now you see the potential for reasonable income potential by joining an affiliate program. Now it's time to choose the program that will work for you. Unfortunately, there are literally hundreds of thousands if not millions of affiliate programs out there to join. How do you know which program is right for you?

"Learning to Make an Affiliate Program Work for You" Research. And I mean a lot of research. Don't rush into joining an affiliate program because it's the first one you found that seems to make sense out there. Compare things like start up costs and of course the referral fee percentage. Is it something that excites you or will you more than likely dread marketing it within the first month?

Be careful of contracts. Although it's the truth about any contract you will ever sign in your life, approach any contracts with extreme skepticism and read every ounce of fine print before even considering slapping a signature on one. Better yet, seek out an affiliate program that doesn't require a contract. Contracts tend to only benefit the company. Typically they are requiring a monthly fee to allow you to resell their product or services for a stipulated amount of time. That means if you decide that affiliate marketing just isn't going to work for you, your credit card will still be charged every month until the time limit has expired.

Referral fees vary greatly and how many tiers a program pays varies as well. Make sure the program you are looking at offers the best referral arrangement possible. They are each going to require about the same amount of effort, so you might as well aim high.

Although most affiliate programs do, make sure that the company handles things like the product, drop shipping, and of course paying out the referral fee. Once upon a time there were a few companies who paid only the person at the head of the down line and they were responsible for paying downward. If you received a check for three thousand dollars you had to pay the people under you their share. If you never received a check you were still liable to pay your people. Fortunately, companies no longer take this approach.

Small Business Success "Learning to Make an Affiliate Program Work for You"

No matter what any advertisement tries to convince of otherwise, there is only one thing that will lead you and your small business to success. There is no secret and magical formula. Successful small business affiliates are plain and simple hard working and persistent. You have to keep at it. You will not have overnight success and you will have to decide if the extra work is worth the reward in the end. Most people believe that is, which is why affiliate programs are the fastest growing internet marketing plan out there.

Joining a solid affiliate program can lead you to success. Joining an affiliate program can change the shape of your financial future. It takes dedication to get you there, but anything worthwhile takes effort. By planning out your strategy and sticking to the basic notion of more people equals more sales which equals more success, you are eventually bound to find the small business success you are looking for through affiliate marketing.

Don't be fooled into thinking there is any such thing as easy money. A successful affiliate small business can be much easier money than the nine to five work a day world, but there will be some skill and certainly some effort involved. Before you start, make a habit out of gathering all the information you can to make your journey to small business success as short and enjoyable as possible.

If you are looking for more information regarding small business success or affiliate marketing, I highly recommend stopping by the affiliate pit website.

"Learning to Make an Affiliate Program Work for You"? affiliatepit has a tremendous amount of free to use information that comes from unbiased sources.
Right this minute, you are probably sitting on tens of thousands, maybe hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of commissions. Most registered reps have a database of current and past clients whose potential referrals are worth several thousand additional commission dollars per month. Yet, this resource goes virtually untapped for most advisors.

Why? Simply because most reps have not learned how to successfully convert their client relationships into referral relationships. Acquiring referrals from clients is not as simple as "doing a good job" and then asking for referrals. Generating a large number of highly qualified referrals from a client is a process that starts from the moment the prospect is first met, not a one-time act after the sale has been completed. It requires an understanding of what a successful referral is based on, and how to exploit the referral to insure a successful contact with the referee.

Every referral involves the interaction of three people and four relationships among those three individuals. The strength or weakness of each of these interactions will influence the success or failure of the referral for the advisor:

1. The Advisor/Client relationship: In order for the client to be willing to give a quality referral, there must have been built a strong bond of trust between the rep and the client. A client may give a "referral" to someone they do not trust, but they will not give a referral to someone they know well and respect if they do not trust the salesperson. If there is only a weak bond of trust between the advisor and client, the "referral" the client is likely to give will be to someone the client either believes will not meet with the advisor or someone the client does not know well or respect.

2. The client's purchasing experience: Clients will not give high quality referrals if their purchasing experience did not meet or exceed both their expectations and their priorities. All clients enter purchasing relationships with certain expectations and priorities. Expectations and priorities are not the same. A client may expect to be kept fully informed during the course of the sale and may have certain product or service functionality requirements as his top priority. In order to receive a large number of high quality referrals, the rep must make sure that they meet or exceed both the client's expectations and priorities. Despite the current parroting of the buzz phrase, "exceeding the customer's expectations," meeting and exceeding client expectations is seldom accomplished. Few people take the time and effort to discuss with their client what the client's expectations and priorities are--rather most reps, and companies, assume they know. At best, all they can knowingly accomplish is meeting or exceeding their expectations of what they think their client should expect.

3. The Client/Prospect relationship: The trust and respect relationship between client and referee are of great importance. The stronger the bond of trust and respect between the client and the prospect, the easier it will be for the advisor to set an appointment with and then sell the prospect. In referral selling, a great deal of the rep's credibility, or lack thereof, is built on the trust and respect the prospect has for the client who made the referral. If the client/prospect bond is strong enough, the rep is virtually guaranteed a sale. On the other hand, if the bond is particularly weak, the referral is little better than a cold call. Consequently, it is of utmost importance for the advisor to know as much as possible about the client's relationship, and likely bond of trust, with the prospect.

4. The advisor's initial contact with the referee: based on the client/prospect bond, the advisor must determine how best to contact the prospect to produce the greatest opportunity to acquire a meeting. The weaker the relationship between the client and the prospect, the stronger the contact method the rep should seek to employ. If the client/prospect relationship is extremely strong, virtually any contact method, including a phone call from the salesperson mentioning the client's name will suffice, but for a weak relationship, the rep must strive to use the strongest contact method possible. In descending order, from weakest to strongest, possible methods of contact include a phone call to the prospect from the advisor, an email from the client, a client letter, a client phone call, a client/prospect/advisor lunch meeting.

Fortunately, the advisor can control most of the above interactions. Only the client/prospect relationship is completely out of the rep's hands. Even then, the rep can compensate for a less than ideal client/prospect relationship through using a stronger initial contact method.

If you understand the foundation of a referral, you can quickly increase your referral-based business and begin to mine that gold mine in your client database. <bio>Nationally known author, trainer and leading authority on prospecting, Paul McCord's latest book Creating a Million Dollar a Year Sales Income is avaiable throughout the US and Canada. This is especially true for new businesses selling a brand new service or product. There is no way to know with certainty that people are going to react positively to the business, product or service. Before attempting customer lead generation, you must first of all know the audience. The first step for effective lead generation is figuring out your targeted customers. Preparing a customer profile would be very helpful. This profile should be based on demographics including details such as age, gender, income and anything else that might influence sales. For example if the product is temporary body tattoos, the audience would likely primarily be teenagers, male or female and the income wouldn't really matter. Before beginning any serious marketing program, these details are essential.

Once understanding which group of people might be interested in your product or service, next as a businessperson you would need to pick an advertising tool that would reach them. Using the example of the body tattoos, since targeting a teenage audience, a teen magazine would be an ideal source to advertise for lead generation. Another great advertising tool would be the television since teenagers tend to watch lots of TV. Of course nowadays the Internet seems to be the teenager's best friend. Using web site marketing would certainly create excellent lead generation.

Another great lead generation idea is a referral program. This would probably work well in the service industry. Word-of-mouth is often the best source of advertisement. A referral program with an incentive would definitely drum up business. Everybody likes to receive a discount or get something free. Offer a customer a token of appreciation for referring a customer could really work well for lead generation.

Without customers there really is no business. Customer lead generation is imperative for any company or business, large or small, to survive. From the moment a business puts an open sign on the door, lead generation is needed. There can never be too many customers. If it gets to a point where a business is outgrowing its initial state, expansion would be required creating more business, a need for more customers and more lead generation. Growing any business takes time but using the proper marketing tools it can flourish in a short period. <bio>Mario Churchill is a freelance author and has written many articles on business marketing.
If you own a driving range, you know that it is no secret that retaining customers is more cost-effective than going out and finding new customers. In these tougher economic times, most driving range operators are reluctant to ask more out of their current customers. With this being said, did you know that your current customers are willing to pay more for your products and services through up-sell offers and refer your driving range to their friends and co-workers?

Creating more revenues through a good golf marketing plan takes a little brain power as well as some common sense. You can do this through implementing a marketing plan that includes purchasing the correct technology such as a launch monitor that will not break the bank, a competitive pricing plan as well as a referral program.

Launch Monitor -- Purchasing a launch monitor will allow you to expand how creative you can become with your marketing plan. Not only will you be able to use the launch monitor to add credibility to your staff while they are administering a golf club fitting, you can also rent it out for corporate outings or events. The corporate outings and events can introduce your driving range, services and staff to a new group of potential customers.

Bulk discounts -- All of us have seen this being used in a variety of different businesses. A simple example is probably in your wallet right now. Mine is the card from getting my haircut at Sports Clips. The card gives me a free haircut after I have had six. You can create a similar program at your driving range that provides customers with a free bucket for every five or ten that they purchase. This will assist in building loyalty since they have the incentive for the free product. If you work through a token based system, volume discounts also work well. Proven approaches are selling an unlimited number of tokens for an annual fee, or the more common "buy-more-pay-less" sale, where you offer 50 tokens for the price of 30. If you have children you have been offered this deal somewhere.

Bounce-back coupons - A special offering a buy-two-get-one deal for a bucket of balls will encourage new and occasional customers to come back and use the facility. Allow your staff to give away tokens or coupons as a thank you for using your driving range. This will encourage your customers to return and spend more time and more importantly money.

Referral programs -- When most people hear the words referral program they immediately think complicated and expensive. It simply does not need to be that way. There are many different ways you can easily structure this. For every current member that refers a new "rack rate" member, you can place them in a drawing monthly, quarterly or even yearly. The prize for the drawing can include donations from vendors to a golf lesson or lesson package to a golf club fitting from your staff. Not only will you create excitement about the program but anytime your staff can spend with a member or customer it is a marketing opportunity. Your staff can ask questions of your patrons about hot topics to gather good and bad information that will help you improve your facility, inform your customers about new services, such as a golf launch monitor and inform your customers of new specials or programs available to them.<bio>Max Johnson of VGS Golf and Country Club Supplies Click for Golf Marketing Plan.
Visit the program's website, and you soon find out that Success University is not an institution of higher learning but instead an affiliate marketing powerhouse that showcases an entrepreneur and self styled "29 year-old Internet millionaire" named Matt Morris. Promising earnings of $4,240 within the next 90 days, he is sure to have everyone's attention within the first few seconds of perusing the site!

By and large the program rests on the power of the referral marketing system and when site visitors sign up on Mr. Morris' Success University website for the free newsletter, you learn that the product which is at the heart of this multi level marketing (MLM) opportunity is a set of learning materials - which are available in both print and other visual media as well as audio resources =96 that seek to teach individuals how to experience success in life across the board: professionally, personally, emotionally, and physically.

Thanks to the high tech automation of everything, new Success University "students" receive a pre-programmed website that handles all transactions. The genius of the program is truly in the fact that new participants can have a clear focus on their objective. While they certainly are learning and growing in many success principles, reaching for their goals only requires the individual MLM associate to ferret out referrals and keep sending them to their site to sign up. The fact that you can concentrate on only one aspect of the business makes it a very easy referral marketing program to enter.

Adding to the allure of the Success University system is the $50,000 guarantee that claims that those giving away a specifically designed magazine featuring the business opportunity stand a very good chance of earning this much money doing very little else! The idea of giving away something for free and making money is of course raising eyebrows, but thus far Mr. Morris has not gone back on his promise.

Reviewing the Success University program and seeking to determine whether it is worth it's weight in gold is much more simple than one might envision. By and large, the fact that there is an actual product being marketed makes it a truthful multi level marketing opportunity and not a pyramid scheme. Add to this the fact that the product is one that will appeal to a great majority of the adult population makes this easier to market than virtually any other product line. These truths are obvious why so many Internet savvy entrepreneurs are looking with interest to Mr. Morris' claims and jumping on board with Success University.

Some say that Success University has the best compensation plan on the planet. It certainly is one of the best if not the top plan, but since Founder Matt Morris is now working on his second million dollars, there is precious little reason to doubt him or the incredible online business opportunity he created for anyone willing and ready to reach for their own success.

In closing, this online business opportunity has merit and the talented referral affiliate who has the personality and knack to encourage others to join a growing business will find that this is a veritable money making opportunity =96 if she or he will resolve to work hard! <bio>Todd Thomas is the Founder of http://www.ChooseHomeWork.com and http://www.WorkAtHomeForDummies.com.
There are those agencies that offer free real estate leads unlike most agencies you find that require a two dollar or more sign up fee to start your search.

Try searching for these sites for free leads and have buyers contacting you everyday. They help you increase your business prospects and meet qualified real estate leads. Their websites accommodate an Agent Directory where you can submit your profile and enlist your home online. In that way many of the prospective buyers can contact you anytime of the day. Some allow more than five homes to be listed, all for free.

There are other free ways of increasing your prospective leads that only takes a good amount of credibility, image and trust.

1. REFERRALS. You can get this most valuable referral if you have established good relationships among your clients. How do you do this, here are some tips:

• "Company policy" should be out of your vocabulary. Be flexible in responding to your client's needs.

• Do some initiatives to know more than their initial needs and try to anticipate. Be ready with solutions for issues that may arise in the long run.

• Treat your clients well with respect and truthfulness.

• Learn how to get personal information like their family background, hobbies and work. You might need them in the future in dealing with them.

• Set your image to be professional, credible and trustworthy and that you are there for them in the longest possible time, every step of the way.

• Fulfill your promises, especially when it comes to delivery time.

• Always maintain the quality of your work and never neglect your clients' needs especially after-care sales.

Be sure that you have to ask them directly for referral so that this system would work to your advantage. Always thank them through cards and notes for every referral they give or offer incentives through special gifts, vouchers and discounts.

2. Aside from the REFERRAL system, your network and through circle of friends, you can generate prospective leads for free.

• Of course, the easiest way to get referrals is through friends. You do not need a lot of convincing but you need to be careful and be caring to those they referred. You do not like to lose a friend.

• It is important to know your friends' feedbacks about your product. Make it a habit to often ask them often about your business.

• Try to ask around your network if there are companies, agencies looking for real estate agents.

• Ask your friends for their testimonials, they would know better.

• Keep them always informed about your business and updates through written materials.
