Whether they're romantic, loving, personal, friendly, or professional, relationships of every kind are everywhere. Men and women have relationships. Parents and children have relationships. Employers and employees have relationships. Teachers and students have relationships. Neighbors even have relationships with one another. Is it any surprise that we should have relationships with our insurance agents, as well?

The decision to purchase an insurance policy is an important one. Even more important is the amount of insurance and the kind of coverage you purchase. This is true for all forms of insurance, from health and life insurance to auto and homeowner's insurance. Whether you're purchasing several different insurance policies, or have decided to purchase only one kind of insurance, the process can be a bit confusing if you are not sure about what kind of coverage to purchase. This is why we need relationships with our insurance agents.

Insurance agents are trained professionals. Some insurance agents specialize in selling a certain kind of insurance, while others specialize in selling several different kinds of insurance. The insurance agent with whom you speak will know all of the ins and outs of the particular type of insurance policy you wish to purchase. He or she will be able to walk you through the process based on your financial situation and your needs. Our insurance agents can only know this information if we develop relationships with them.

Whether you find your insurance agent online or in your local phone book, don't just pick up the phone and buy a policy. Make sure you develop a relationship with him or her before you start signing any dotted lines. Talk with your insurance agent about the coverage you want and how much you can afford. Regardless of the kind of insurance policy you wish to purchase, your insurance agent will be able to help you determine the best coverage for you at a price you can manage. <bio>http://www.myquoteguide.com/Car-Tips.shtml http://www.ezquoteguide.com/home/ http://www.ezquoteguide.com/car/ </bio>

It can be very depressing to have to deal with relationships that are not going well. As a result, here are some ways to remain optimistic when your dating relationships don't go as well as expected.

Make the best of your situation whether you are alone or in a relationship. If you are happy in your current relationship then take of advantage of that. If you are alone, make the best with your situation. The key is to be happy whether you are alone or with someone else.

Do not be afraid of being alone. Some people get into a relationship to avoid being alone. This is not a good idea because you are forcing something that may just not work out in the long run. We will all have to spend some time alone in our lives. Don't let loneliness become an issue in your relationships.

Develop a network of friends and establish some hobbies. This will increase your chances of meeting people and will make you happy when you are by yourself. Join the local volleyball team or go to the gym. This is a lot better than staying home and being depressed over the disappointments of your last relationship.

Learn from your mistakes in your past relationships. It takes practice and a lot of effort to maintain a successful relationship. Try to learn what you did right and what you need to improve on. If you still have trouble, then talk to a professional who can give you additional advice.

It can be depressing when your current relationships do not work out. They key is to be happy with yourself and to learn from your past mistakes. Hopefully, things will work out in the long run. <bio>Stan Popovich is the author of "A Layman's Guide to Managing Fear" an easy to read book that presents a overview of techniques that are effective in managing persistent fears and anxieties.
Relationships With Men

It seems that there are very few women I know who do not have bad relationships with men. A lot of my friends are married, but at least half of them are unhappily so. I'm not sure why so many have so many problems, but it seems that this is the topic of at least half of our conversations. There seems to be a huge break down in communications between the sexes. It's not all the fault of the men either, as women play just a big a role in this problem.

One friend in particular is having a horrible time with her relationships with men. She and her husband are pretty much roommates, and even years of marriage counseling have not helped them any. Her relationships with men have always been rocky, even though she is one of the sweetest people I know. I think she may have a problem speaking up for herself, and this is half of the problem. When problems are unknown and kept silent, the man has no way to try to work it out, if that is what he wants to do. Even her male friendships are strained.

There are some who say the way you deal with relationships with men as an adult are a direct result of your relationship with your father when you were a child. I don't know if this is true, but it does make a lot of sense. I have read that those who did not get the attention they needed from the men in their lives while growing up will go on to seek relationships with men that are not healthy. They may not be as choosy when deciding upon a partner, and this means they will take the first man that comes along. We all know that is not always the best idea.

Now that I have a daughter of my own, I think about my own relationships with men, and how to make sure she is getting what she needs. I don't want to her think she needs to have a man to make herself feel complete, and I don't want her jumping into bad relationships with men just because she thinks she needs to have one around. I want her to be full all by herself so when she decides to be with someone, it is because he treats her well, respects her, and loves her dearly, not because she thinks she needs someone, anyone. <bio>Ann Merier writes articles about health and family Issues. http://foammattress.4houseandgarden.com/ http://parentingtips.ultimatehealthinfo.com http://ultimatehealthinfo.com </bio>

Do not let your fears stop you from being in a relationship. Some people may be afraid of getting into a relationship because they may not be able to handle the stresses and anxieties in the relationship. Well here are some tips to help manage these stresses and fears.

Don't anticipate what may or may not happen in a relationship. Take it one thing at a time. Some people may be afraid of what could happen. Instead, focus on what is happening now. If a problem does arise, then you can try to figure out what you can do to fix the problem. Until then, take it one step at a time.

Try to learn why you are feeling anxious. Ask yourself what is it about relationships that scare you or makes you anxious. Think about it and try to figure out what is the basis of your fears and anxieties. If you do not know, then ask a professional.

Once you know what is causing your fears, you will become better in dealing with these stresses. Practice makes perfect. As you learn to deal with these certain fears, you will gain the confidence in being in a relationship.

Remember that being a relationship with someone doesn't mean that you have to marry the person. There are all kinds of relationships. There are friendships, dating relationships, more serious relationships, and others. Find the type of relationships that make you feel comfortable and go from there.

If you still have trouble in dealing with the stress and fears of a relationship, then talk to a counselor. A counselor can provide much helpful advice on how to handle your fears and anxieties. He or she will also work with you as long as it will take for you to feel comfortable in managing your stresses and anxieties.

Remember that managing the stresses and fears of a relationship can be managed with a little effort and persistence. <bio>Stan Popovich is the author of "A Layman's Guide to Managing Fear" an easy to read book that presents a overview of techniques that are effective in managing persistent fears and anxieties.
Kelly Clarkson is drawn to sensitive, imaginative, gentle souls - poets, musicians, dreamers - or to someone Kelly feels she can have deep spiritual relationships with. She idealizes love and has a very beautiful, romantic vision of what love relationships can be.

Kelly Clarkson seeks security and loyalty in love relationships, is extremely devoted to her loved ones, and provides a warm, nurturing atmosphere for them. However, she tends to cling and seek to keep others from changing. A great deal of physical affection, closeness, and touching is essential to Kelly's well-being, and she has a tendency to overindulge in sensual comforts and pleasures. At times Kelly Clarkson substitutes food for emotional comfort and love.

Clarkson works well with the public and has an instinct for what the public wants and will respond to. Having a formal family is not especially important to Kelly, and she may invest more of her emotional energy into her career or public life than in her private life. Providing and caring for others, in a professional capacity is very likely. Kelly Clarkson has a strong desire for genuine understanding with others and finds it easy to share her feelings with them. Her feelings toward others are very loving and Kelly is likely to have a lot in common with many of her friends.

Tremendously softhearted and sympathetic, Kelly Clarkson gives very selflessly and devotedly to those she loves and often allows others to become overly dependent upon her. More compassionate than passionate, Kelly Clarkson may become romantically involved with someone because they need love and she wants to help them, rather than out of mutual pleasure or attraction. Kelly craves very intense, deep, emotional relationships, and would even prefer stormy, tumultuous relationships to ones that are smooth but lacking vitality and passion. Kelly loves wholeheartedly and expects all-consuming, total devotion and attention from her partner. Casual, light relationships hold no appeal for Clarkson. Her personal relationships are very affectionate. Kelly enjoys the company of other people and has a harmonious attitude toward them. Kelly Clarkson also has a sense of art and may decorate her surroundings very artistically. <bio>Article can be reprinted with copyright addressed to Shlomo Tommer, partner with Top Synergy Relationships Group [http://www.topsynergy.com/], and editor of Kelly Clarkson's Astro Profile [http://famous-relationships.topsynergy.com/Kelly_Clarkson/]. </bio>

Avoiding bad relationships is something that we all want to do, yet so many of us end up in relationships that have little to offer and dont bring anything good to our lives. Perhaps we date people that enable our less desirable qualities, put us down, or even harm us physically. Avoiding bad relationships seems like it would be a simple thing to do, unfortunately, we cant always see them coming. There are some things that we can all do to avoid unhealthy relationships, if we plan ahead.

First, you should know what your positive and negative qualities are. If you know that you tend to be really passive and you want to stop doing that, you dont want to pair up with people that are really controlling and will allow you to continue to live life and confront problems passively. The same thing can be said if you have had an addiction to cigarettes, you dont want to get into a relationship with someone that will enable you to start smoking again. Attempting to choose people that will accentuate the good and help deter you from the bad is a much better plan, and knowing what your positive and negative qualities are is a great way to avoid bad relationships.

Next, you should attempt to see patterns in your past relationships. When you look at all of your past relationships you may see a pattern or similarities in the way you interacted with your partners, the way they treated you, or the way that they behaved. Try to determine which of these qualities are unattractive or unhealthy and seem to repeat themselves from relationship to relationship. When you can identify these things it becomes much easier to avoid them, and the bad relationships typically associated with them in the future. If you have a difficult time doing this on your own, you might want to ask friends and family that are willing to give constructive criticism to help you.

You should also ensure that you are as ready as possible to enter into a new relationship. If you have recently ended a relationship, you should take some time to be by yourself. This doesnt mean that you cant date casually, but you should be sure to work through the grief that is associated with the end of a relationship. When you rush into relationships too soon after the last you are more apt to get involved with someone that is not all that good for you and vice versa. Take your time healing from past relationships and dont be too eager to get into new ones. When you process all of your relationships slowly you will be more likely to make good decisions.

Sometimes good relationships turn bad, and there is no avoiding it. But, when you take your time to really analyze who you are and what your past has entailed you can increase your chances of experiencing positive relationships in the future. No relationship is perfect, but you can work to avoid the bad relationships. <bio>Graham Billingham writes for http://www.DrDating.com a site filled with help and advice for dating, relationships, sex and love. http://www.DrDating.com also offers a range of FREE dating eBooks and eCourses. </bio>

Unless you are in your very first relationship with someone who's in their very first relationship, you're going to have to deal with your feelings and your partner's feelings about previous relationships. Most of us get to this stage before we're out of high school, but no one has bothered to tell us how to deal with the vast array of emotions that surface because of these previous relationships.

What happens when these feelings are negative and self destructive?

First serious relationship or tenth serious relationship, feelings of jealousy and insecurity can cause a lot of stress. These are feelings of wanting to control the other person. We all want to subtly, and some times directly, control other people - our friends, our parents, our boyfriends, our co-workers. We want to make them do, act, and say the things that we feel is best.

How to Deal With Jealousy and Insecurity

The easiest solution is to try to let go and understand that you simply can't control another person. You can love them, and they can love you, but you simply cannot ever control them and make them act the way you want them to. This is an illusion that has shattered countless relationships.

One of the biggest underlying problems troubling relationships today is that people feel like they "own" their partner. This is the real reason behind fear, anger, jealousy, insecurity, and similar types of feelings. The best thing to do is to just allow other people to be themselves and love them for who they are and not who you want them to be.

Jealousy and Insecurity About Past Relationships

It doesn't matter who he or she has been with before. It's those decisions and those relationships that have made your partner the person you're in love with today. In the same respect, it's your experiences, or lack of experiences that make you the person that your partner loves today.

Live your lives together, enjoy each other today, and be happy on your journey together. <bio>Wait. But relationship counseling applies to all manner of relationships =96 whether married or not =96 and can help you achieve a level of communication and understanding previously unknown in your relationship.

Relationship counseling is nothing to be ashamed of and, if entered into with a professional, reputable therapist, can affect great change in your relationship and your life in general. Many people find that they require relationship counseling because of a particularly stressful period in their lives. Work stress, financial woes, and family issues can put an inordinate amount of stress on a relationship and sometimes it requires the assistance of a third party in order to make things better.

Couples turn to relationship counseling for a variety of reasons =96 both large and small. Sometimes such counseling can simply help a couple learn how to better communicate with each other and meet each other's needs to the best of their abilities. We all come into a relationship with our own ingrained way of communicating; and often we may as well be speaking a different language to each other. Relationship counseling can help us redefine our ideals and find a common ground on which to communicate.

In some cases, the reasons for seeking relationship counseling are much larger; infidelity, financial hardship, and even abusive situations all warrant bringing a professional into the mix who can offer objective advice and help the couple determine the best course of action. In some cases, this may mean the eventual end to the relationship if it is unhealthy to stay together. But relationship counseling can help you understand what is most important to each of you as individuals.

Entering into relationship counseling, however, means finding a reputable professional who can work with you as a couple. Do not simply go through the yellow pages to find a counselor. Work with your insurance carrier or primary care physician to find relationship counseling that comes with reputable standing. Finally, meet with the therapist before embarking on counseling to make sure that you both feel comfortable with the choice.

There are many couples who find themselves involved in relationship counseling eventually. And while the process can be uncomfortable and even painful, the end result can be so worth the work =96 bringing the couple to new heights of happiness and understanding. <bio>For easy to understand, in depth information about relationship counseling visit our ezGuide 2 http://relationships.ezguide2.com </bio>

Men will probably grin and women will naturally grumble, but a new study reveals the fact that in the USA, women professionals earn less than their male counterparts. And here's what takes the cake: it may actually be the women's fault why they are making less than the guys.

According to the survey released recently at the annual meeting of the Academy of Management, women do not charge as much for their professional services as their male counterparts despite providing the same kind of work. The study said the reason for this is the woman's "concern for relationships with clients."

Citing a random sampling of 536 veterinarians, the study said female vets tended to charge their less privileged clients less than what they would charge their more affluent customers. Males, on the other hand, had a standard set of charges which did not change depending on the client's situation. About one third of the study's respondents were women.

The study said the women vets brought down their prices out of concerns for their customers and because they "cared more about their relationships with their customers than did the men."

The study involved the vets answering questions about a hypothetical situation wherein a 12-year-old dog with advanced kidney failure was brought to their attention. The hypothetical client was described either as a young professional or an elderly widow. The study found that the women charged the widow less than the young professional for the same service.

The study also mentioned, though, that in the bigger veterinary practices, women vets tended to charge their clients more because they "took into consideration the needs of their co-workers as well."

The study noted that women made price adjustments after taking into consideration the situation of their customers and that of their colleagues. Apparently, the relationships of women with their various publics held greater weight than the relationships of men with theirs.

The study cited a similar instance in 2003 when a separate research study produced the same results. During that instance, researchers found that female mortgage lenders earned $575 less per loan compared to male mortgage lenders. According to that study, women brokers "were more concerned about establishing good relationships and being nice" than their male counterparts.

Overall, the study also mentioned the fact that based on US government statistics, women earned about 80 cents for every dollar that the men made. <bio>Kadence Buchanan writes articles for http://iwomensinterests.com/ - In addition, Kadence also writes articles for http://universeofbeauty.net/ and http://4aginginfo.com/ </bio>

Human beings are social creatures; in our day to day lives we are constantly meeting and interacting with people, and creating relationships with them. Fathers, mother, sibling, friend, lover, co-worker, subordinate -- These are just a few examples of relationships which are common to people across the globe. While some of us are really good with maintaining these relationships, others are want for improvement. It is a fact that not all our relationships can be called successful, some might be disconcerting and dissatisfying while yet others could be downright disastrous. We all realize at some point in time that we need to review our own attitudes towards our relationships; while we might start out with noble intentions of bringing about positive change, we might not always succeed. An external intervention, something which can guide you through the trials and tribulations of a relationship can help a great deal. Hypnotherapy for relationships is one such intervention, and it has proven to be really effective time and time again.

Relationships are what our lives are made of, and happy relationships make for a happy and satisfied life. But this satisfaction eludes us frequently when we fail to carry through a relationship. Possessiveness, insecurity, communication barriers, ego hassles, overdependence, and infidelity are some of the problems which can arise in the relationships we share with other people. How could hypnotherapy for relationships help you address these issues? It all starts with a simple thought. By realizing that there is room for improvement in your relationship, you have already taken the first step towards making it better. Hypnotherapy for relationships basically targets the way you think, and your perception of other people. It works towards redesigning your attitude, because it is your attitude towards people that makes the most amount of difference.

Once you have started work on your subconscious mind, through the route of hypnotherapy for relationships, you will find yourself to become calmer and relaxed. Hypnotherapy teaches you to be more stable in your responses, as it smoothens out the rough edges from your reactions. Let's say that you chose hypnotherapy for relationships to deal with the problem of insecurity in your relationship; through auto suggestions to your subconscious mind, hypnotherapy will work towards increasing your confidence and changing your self image. It will also work upon your phobias and fear, and replace it with positive thinking. Once you start experiencing a change in yourself, you will notice that your partner/companion is also reacting to you in a more positive fashion. This is because you have altered your perspective, and now have the ability to empathize with the other person; it also means that hypnotherapy has helped you in becoming more relaxed. Your partner can sense this, and subconsciously will react to this change in a favorable manner.

Hypnotherapy for relationships can help you communicate better, and effective communication is the key to any successful relationship, isn't it? <bio>Richard MacKenzie is a pro in using Hypnotherapy for Relationship Issues, check out his site at http://www.richardmackenzie.co.uk/relationships.htm and his range of Hypnosis Downloads at http://www.richardmackenzie.co.uk/et.htm </bio>

There is no other sport in the world that helps to build relationships like the game of golf. Whether you are trying to tie the knot to a business deal or looking to open a new course, you will need to form relationships. And with golf, this can be done in no time at all.

A great example of this is when a new golf course opens up. Regardless of what area it is in, in order for it to thrive relationships are going to have to be built. If you are the one in charge of harnessing these relationships you will not only have to get in touch with investors, but you will also have to cater to the needs of prospective players as well.

This is exactly what the Santa Ana Golf Club did when they opened their doors a few years back. At first, they were having a hard time getting any traffic on the course. After all, it was relatively new and the town was not exactly a hot bed of people moving through it on a daily basis.

In order to up their traffic, the club simply offered a price that golfers from the area could not refuse. For a round of golf on weekdays they were charging $14, and on the weekends $18. This allowed anybody to play a top notch course without having to spend too much money. And as more and more players showed up because of the price, more and more relationships were formed. This went a long way in securing repeat customers. The first year that the club offered these prices, approximately 27,000 rounds of golf were played.

>From there, the club began to form relationships with sponsors and tour directors. In 1993, the Nike Tour decided to have a tournament at the course. This helped to put the course on the map, and since then things have taken off. This first event has led to an average of more than 150 events per year during its busy season.

Even though this may all seem like a dream, it was accomplished by forging relationships on both personal and business levels. It is safe to say that the Santa Ana Golf Club knows how to deal with people, and can offer inspiration to golfers and businesses from all over. <bio>Ronald Martinez is a freelance writer covering golf course information and news for public, resort and private golf courses. Marc Anthony would make a very good actor playing the part of a lover.

Anthony is a very sociable, congenial person and he wilts very quickly without relationships with good friends and people to share good times with. He is also quite happy when he is a part of a club, support group, or team of some sort.

Marc Anthony thoroughly enjoys working with others on group projects or community activities. He has a strong desire for harmony and beauty in his surroundings. Very interested in art, he is likely to devote his life to beauty and art. He may pursue a career in cultivating and embellishing the environment.

Though he wants close relationships very much, Marc Anthony often closes himself off and does not really trust others who may wish to get to know him. Anthony is very wholehearted in his feelings and responses to people, and he wants all or nothing from the people he cares for.

Marc has conflicting emotional desires and needs which complicate his personal life and relationships. He may feel that he cannot depend on his love partner to take care of him or perhaps Anthony cannot decide what he really wants in love relationships: a parent or a lover.

Marc Anthony possesses the gifts of tact, courtesy, consideration, and a strong desire to please and understand his love partner. Because he values harmony so much, Marc Anthony will compromise a great deal to avoid any discord or conflict in his relationships. However, Marc takes slights and rebuffs very personally and though he may forgive a transgression by a friend or loved one, he never forgets it.

In love relationships, Marc Anthony wants an intellectual peer, an equal, and a friend. He is attracted to people who have a certain finesse, delicacy, and subtlety. Marc Anthony appreciates good manners and refinement and is not happy with a coarse, blunt type of person.

It is hard for Marc to express his feelings and emotions to other people. He may feel especially inhibited in matters of love relationships and could feel dissatisfied and unfulfilled. Sometimes, Marc Anthony tends to feel lonely, even when he is in the company of others. <bio>Article can be reprinted with copyright addressed to Shlomo Tommer, partner with Top Synergy Relationships Group [http://www.topsynergy.com/], and editor of Marc Anthony's Astro Profile [http://famous-relationships.topsynergy.com/Marc_Anthony/]. </bio>

Anger problems are the cause of a lot of misery in intimate relationships. The increasing number of anger management classes available is one way society has attempted to help angry men fix their problems.

One of the major problems for angry men is the damage that is done to their relationships with their partners. Often they feel riddled with guilt over things they have done to the people they love the most.

Many of these relationships are filled with drama, crisis and conflict. Here are the common issues that men with anger problems face in their relationships with women.

1. Lack of intimacy. If your relationship is full of noisy conflict and then periods of angry silence, chances are you are not having a happy intimate life with your partner.

To feel intimate with someone you have to be able to trust them. To be trustworthy you need to be predictable. Angry men are not very predictable. Women will find it difficult to relax and be intimate with you because they do not know if you will suddenly change and become angry or start criticizing them.

2. Controlling behavior. Often angry men will want to decide what a woman can and can't do, who she can see and where she can go. This is abusive behavior. Being controlling will cause a lot of problems in relationships.

Being angry most of the time make some men feel a need to try and control everything that goes on around them. They mistakenly believe that by trying to control others they will not lose control themselves. This is one of the key thought distortions that anger management classes can help men to change.

3. Blaming and criticism. Angry men lash out at others in an attempt to avoid facing their real feelings and taking responsibility for their lives. Often this is quite unconscious. They are not aware of why they use have angry outbursts or how to stop them.

Often they do not have the ability to manage feelings of grief, sadness or anxiety. Being angry is more acceptable for men in our society than being sad or anxious. This is a subtle pressure of men to manage their emotions with action instead of talking them over or expressing them truthfully.

This type of anger problem will affect your relationships with women, particularly if you swear and become aggressive with your partner when angry. Blaming and criticizing your partner will lead to a lack of intimacy and even more conflict in the long run. Living with a critical partner causes women to feel unhappy in a relationship. Criticizing a woman will not change her behavior; it will only cause more ill feelings between you.

Anger management classes can be very effective in helping men recognize these patterns and begin to change them. The internet has made it possible to take online anger management classes in the privacy of your own home. Learning effective methods to manage you anger problem can improve your relationships with women and reduce conflict. <bio>Kate Hardy is a health professional who enjoys working with angry adults and teens.
His sense of reality is a bit weak; Blair tends to daydream and lose himself in his plans. He is likely to be preoccupied with fantasies or ideas that help him escape the ordinary. Always looking for ideal relationships, Tony may be drawn to philanthropic associations.

Blair works well with the public and has an instinct for what the public wants and will respond to. Having a "nest" is not especially important to Tony, and he may invest more of his emotional energy into his career or public life than in his private life. Providing and caring for others, in a professional capacity is very likely.

Tony Blair genuinely appreciates and understands women, and is likely to have many female friends, a network of women who love and support him. It is relatively easy for Tony Blair to attract companionship and affection, and there will never be a lack of such relationships in his life. Children are very important to Blair also.

Tony Blair feels comfortable in an atmosphere that is open and experimental, and he has little taste for convention and tradition.

His love feelings are easily aroused and his romantic relationships begin with a sudden electric attraction, but they often end abruptly, and Blair may be in and out of love relationships - especially in his younger years. Tony Blair craves emotional excitement and needs to feel spontaneous and free, so he may avoid making firm personal commitments. Unusual or nontraditional forms of love and relationships appeal to Blair, and he is attracted to unique, creative or unstable people.

Tony Blair often hides his affection, or finds his feelings difficult to express or get across to the person he loves. Being openly affectionate and trusting often does not seem safe to Tony. He may feel his love will not be appreciated or reciprocated. Tony Blair may get involved in secret love relationships or fall in love with a person who is quite unavailable to him. Love and sacrifice often seem to go hand in hand for Tony Blair - having to give something up to be with the one he loves, or having to relinquish some person or some aspect of an important love relationship.

His love feelings and desires are easily aroused but he may find it difficult to sustain his romantic interest in relationships after the initial, exciting "chase and conquest". Tony Blair enjoys a dynamic partner with a strong independent streak, and he does not like things to become too peaceful or predictable in the love arena. Tony wants to see sparks fly once in awhile, even if it means instigating a fight.

He is highly sensitive to everyone around him and is subject to strange moods or feelings. Tony Blair has a tendency to exaggerate and could have unrealistic ambitions that may be hard to realize. It would be wise for Blair to keep his expectations a bit lower.

He is subject to changing moods and tends to alternate between associating with others and being completely alone, seeking to regenerate himself in solitude. Tony Blair seems to be too critical of himself and tends to generate distance from others. <bio>Article can be reprinted with copyright addressed to Shlomo Tommer, partner with Top Synergy Relationships Group [http://www.topsynergy.com/], and editor of Tony Blair's Astro Profile [http://famou-relationships.topsynergy.com/Tony_Blair/]. </bio>

We each have an internal tipping point -- the moment at which we, often unconsciously, decide to engage in or back out of a relationship. We might base this "tip" on a variety of issues: similarity to someone else we know, what we believe we deserve, how someone "hooks" us and what we expect from our connections with friends, colleagues or spouses.

There is tremendous value in recognizing our own personal tipping points. If most of your relationships are positive and healthy, this awareness will help you make the most of your relationship choices and work through any kinks in otherwise good relationships. Stuck in a rut of difficult or challenging relationships? Here's an opportunity to do some detective work about the drivers behind your tipping point.

And hint, hint: Readers now thinking, "I have only great relationships in my life," should take a closer look. Even seemingly great relationships can contain facets that drain your energy.

Red flags that it may be time to "tip out" of a personal or professional relationship:

-You don't feel respected -You doubt yourself -You don't feel honored for who you are -It simply doesn't feel good or right -You feel out of synch with yourself, drained of energy or bored -You have attempted to address issues in the relationship and have been unable to resolve them to your satisfaction

Signs of a positive relationship to "tip into" or develop further:

-you like who you are when you interact with this person -you feel respected for who you are -you don't feel judged -the relationship energizes you, inspires you, and makes you feel good about yourself -you have fun, learn and generally feel better off with this person in your life

If you are in the midst of reevaluating a relationship in either your personal or work life, here are three different lenses through which to view them:

Change it up. Use different criteria for selecting a new business or friend. For example, if you usually jump into a relationship with both feet, slow it down. If you most often are drawn to extremely outgoing people, explore the treasures of relating to someone who's more reserved.

Be honest with yourself. If a relationship troubles you, really evaluate this person's place in your life. What do you tolerate? How does this relationship enhance your life? What do you want to say to this person? What motivates you to remain engaged in a relationship that doesn't feel right?

Notice your relationship style. Are you like a swinging door, Velcro, a kite? Are you like a door, swinging to and fro in your relationships? Are you like Velcro -- clinging so hard it's difficult to let go? Or perhaps you resemble a kite -- flying high above the ground, occasionally coming back to earth to connect? Or are you something else entirely?

Bottom line: All relationships - yes, even the one with your boss -- are voluntary. You can choose to engage or disengage at any moment. Whenever you think that you're stuck dealing with a situation that is no longer healthy for you, remember this: Extracting yourself may be temporarily unpleasant, but you'll feel so much better when you do.

Know your personal relationship tipping points, make conscious choices and watch your relationships transform -- especially the relationship with me, myself and I! <bio>Claudette Rowley is a professional coach, speaker and author who helps business professionals like you turn their soft skills into hard results.
You have always been an avid read of your horoscope and even check it out on-line every day after you get work. It is fun to read and to think about the "what ifs" in life. They are usually broad and open ended statements that could fit into any number of different situations that occur daily in your life.

Did you know that now there are romance horoscopes that tell you what is going to happen to you on a certain day, at a certain time with certain other astrological signs? Wow, if you really believe this, you will be living on the edge, attempting to read into each statement a special message of love and romance.

So, what is your romance horoscope saying?

They normally give you a basic definition based on the positions of the sun, moon and planets exactly as they were positioned at the time of your birth, so you must know the exactly time of your birth.

The charts are interpretation by astrologers and they then provide you with a horoscope reading.

You can get a daily, weekly, monthly, or even yearly chart made for you. Your specially interpreted chart will include predictions for all facets of your life. Today, however, the most popular is the predictions that relate directly to your romantic relationships and your love life-are you going to meet that 'special' person, get dumped or even get married? They will explain all of this to you.

They will also provide you with information on your own individual characteristics and your compatibility with other astrological signs as they relate to your romantic relationships in dating and marriages.

Your individual romance horoscope is based on the theory that the planets have a strong effect on you, your character, your personality, and your destiny. This allows you to gain a better understanding of yourself within your romantic relationships and allows you to see the general patterns of your life, the meaning of your behaviors, and your natural compatibility with others. Additionally, they say that it gives you a better understanding of your partner, their behaviors, and their compatibility with you.

You can continue to read your daily horoscope as you always done in the past, or you can go to an astrologer and they will plot everything for you and provide you with information on everything you need to know about your future as it relates to your romance horoscope.

Of course, this costs money and there are more and more internet sites and local companies that offer to perform this service for you. If you believe that everything in your life is ruled by the position of the planets, getting a professional romance horoscope might be perfect for you.

You would have the report prepared by a professional astrologer who can explain the meaning of the romance horoscope and how it directly affects you and your relationships with others. You never know, they might send you off in the correct direction where you will meet Mr. or Ms. Right and start a lifelong relationship with that person. <bio>Still looking for the perfect romance?
When people use the word "relationship," it's often to used to refer to romantic relationships. But relationships actually develop with anyone you communicate with--your family, your significant other, your house cleaner, the people you do business with and so on. You're like a bicycle with all of the different spokes around you.

Since you're at the middle of all this, it might seem as though you're responsible for keeping the bicycle going. Partially, that's true. Unless the spoke connects to the hub and the tire, nothing happens, right? But realize that spokes fall out for any number of reasons. Either they get old. They rust out. They bend and need to be changed. All of these things can happen to relationships, too, and though people with ADD often have trouble keeping relationships going, it's not always their fault when things don't work out.

But let's face it, we can't deny that people with ADD are always looking forward to the next big thing. Many of your relationships may fall apart, simply because they don't interest you anymore. Everything was once exciting and new, but when the veneer wears off, once you really get to know the other person, you realize that there wasn't much in the bond for you to begin with. You have little in common, they start to seem boring, and the relationship begins to unravel.

Then, you're down on yourself because you think it's your ADD in action. This happens with so many phases of your life that you're ready to blame yourself for the disillusion, and the feelings can have a huge negative effect on your self-esteem. You start to blame your ADD because it seems as though you just can't keep a relationship going. And this can be true for every kind of relationship you have from romantic relationships to business relationships.

Forget that you or your ADD are at fault, unless you've done something to indicate that you really are. People just drift apart sometimes, like they may like outdoor sports, while you're an indoor kind of person. They may stay up at night, while you want to hit the rack. Whatever it is, the trouble lies in miscommunication, not in issues with your ADD. You can't learn everything at the beginning of a relationship. Some things just don't become evident until later.

And sometimes, it doesn't matter how much you want a relationship to work. It may not, period. You may try compromising, but sometimes, when it comes right down to it, your linear-thinking partner just doesn't get your ADD. That doesn't mean there's something wrong with you. It doesn't mean there's something wrong with your partner. You're just different. That's all. Different.

But when two people don't get along, when they're just incompatible, it has very little to do with your ADD. People are people, and no one has the ability to make every relationship work every single time. However, ADD people do have trouble with communication at times. Concentrate on being clear about your wants and needs, and it could help to improve some relationships.

Just don't be down on yourself because you have a break-up or another relationship falls apart, and whatever you do, don't blame it on your ADD. You can beef up your communications, and be bold about expressing what it is you want and need out of life. If you do that one thing, you may find that every relationship you have will just run smoother. But nothing can put Humpty Dumpty together again, and some relationships just resemble the egg. <bio>Tellman Knudson is CEO of Overcome Everything and a certified hypnotherapist and NLP practitioner.
Centuries before, women are expected to just stay at home, manage the household and take care of the children. Some will probably do some charity works just to have something that will occupy their free time. There is however no question on what should come first. Relationships and family will always be first priority.

Times have changed.

Today, women ----and men at that ---- choose between career and relationships. Surprisingly or unsurprisingly, most will choose career. A materialistic society spawned people who are more into careers than personal relationships. With a fast-paced world and the competitiveness in the professional world, they feel that opportunities in their careers will only knock once. Because of this they sacrifice their personal relationships in favor of their careers.

Some people even set-up their lives by completely deleting the need for choice. These are the people who are confirmed workaholics, building their career at the expense of family and relationships. But should there be a choice? Should there be a contest between personal and professional life? Should one be sacrificed for the other?

Some individuals have actually been able to handle having a relationship and building a successful career path. All it seems to take is proper time management and honesty.

Below are some tips on how to have the best of both worlds.

Set boundaries.

In managing both a career and a relationship, one thing that you should do first is to set boundaries and establish some ground rules. Define early on in the relationship what you want and just how far you can sacrifice one at the expense of the other. Your partner will appreciate the honesty. This will also help clear things and will define just where the relationship starts. Prioritizing work does not mean that you do not care for your partner or you love them less the same way prioritizing your partner and your family does not mean that you are not committed to your career.

Anticipate problems with schedules

Emergency deadlines and unexpected appointments are not new to work especially if you are holding an important position. This can lead to canceled dates or forgotten anniversaries. To prevent disagreements and misunderstandings, it is important that you anticipate things and talk about these kinds of situations before they happen.

Make your partner understand that you cannot turn away from your responsibilities. Talking about things will minimize fights and misunderstandings. Still, even though you have already talked about it, when the situation arises, apologize still and try to make up after. One mistake that couples make is they become angry when their partner expect them to still explain things.

Set time for each other

You can accomplish anything if you just set your mind to it. Making a success of both your personal and professional life just needs proper time management. While work is also an important part of your life, do not make it the center of your existence. Allot time for your partner. One strategy that will work is to set a specific night in a week where you both can go out and just be together. This way, you will already have an idea what dates to avoid when you are setting appointments.

You should also take a week off from work once or twice a year and spend it with your partner. Go to a tropical island or beach. Travel abroad. This way, you can regain the closeness that you have outside the pressure of your professional life.

Quality time vs quantity

It is not actually the amount of time that you spend together but how you spend your time. You can spend the whole week together but if you spend them worrying and thinking about work, you might as well go to the office. Make sure that if you spend time together, you will only be thinking of non-work things. Make the most of every minute that you spend together. Connect with each other and do things that you will both enjoy.

Work is work, love is love

If you are having problems at work, make sure that you do not bring it to your relationship. Try to separate these two components of your life. <bio>My Relationship Tips (http://www.datingsupportcenter.com) has hundreds of relationship and dating articles for men and women. </bio>

Orlando Bloom is very much aware of his personal appearance, attractiveness, and charm, and he can be rather narcissistic. On the other hand, he is concerned with getting along with others and he has a pleasing, agreeable manner that people find quite appealing. His desire for love and affection colors everything Orlando Bloom does, and Orlando uses tact or charm to get what he wants rather than intense effort or force.

His intense and passionate loves and hates make Orlando a jealously loyal and protective friend - or a fearsome foe. Orlando Bloom has a nasty habit of holding on to past hurts, resentments, and guilt, without verbalizing them outward. It is important for Orlando Bloom to express his feelings openly and directly, rather than hiding or repressing them.

It is difficult for others to really know his inner core, for Orlando Bloom trusts and opens himself to very few, and it is not easy for him to be vulnerable and to relinquish control in relationships. Also due to his emotional depth, Orlando Bloom is not content with superficial appearances and is always probing beneath the surface of things for hidden motives. Even though Orlando is very wholehearted in his feelings and responses to people and wants close relationships very much, he often closes himself off and does not really trust others who may wish to get to know him.

Orlando Bloom is drawn to sensitive, imaginative, gentle souls - poets, musicians, dreamers - or to someone that he feels he can have deep spiritual relationships with. Orlando Bloom idealizes love and has a very beautiful, romantic vision of what love relationships can be. He has a great rapport with the women, and love relationships, romance, and passion are absolutely vital to his well-being. It is rare for Orlando to go very long without an intimate companion. The physical component of relationships is also very important to Bloom, and if does npt have enough of he channels his passion through artistic creations and projects.

More compassionate than passionate, Orlando Bloom may become romantically involved with someone because they need love and he wants to help them, rather than out of mutual pleasure or attraction. Regardless, he is tremendously softhearted and sympathetic, and gives very selflessly and devotedly to those he loves to the point where he allows others to become overly dependent upon him.

His attitude towards love relationships and romance is open and progressive, and Orlando Bloom is always willing to experiment and try anything new that Bloom's partner suggests, and he enjoys being surprised. Also, relationships that offer freedom and independence will hold Bloom's interest much more than safe, predictable ones. <bio>Article can be reprinted with copyright addressed to Shlomo Tommer, partner with Top Synergy Relationships Group [http://www.topsynergy.com/], and editor of Orlando Bloom's Astro Profile [http://famous-relationships.topsynergy.com/Orlando_Bloom/]. </bio>

TRUST is hard to earn, but easy to lose. And without TRUST, relationships come apart quickly.

Trust is the belief that a partner has your best interest at heart. And it is impossible to have a healthy relationship without trust.

Trust is a two-way street. Trust involves telling the truth AND being open to hearing what a partner has to say. But, sometimes the truth can be difficult to tell OR hear. When this happens, trust gets damaged and must be repaired.

Relationships are important - without doubt, one of the most important things we have.

At the same time, relationships are difficult, full of problems, and hard to maintain. So, knowing how to rebuild trust is an important skill to master.

Why is it important to rebuild trust?

For starters, being able to repair trust is essential to keeping a close, healthy relationship. And close relationships provide many benefits.

Individuals in close, healthy relationships live longer and enjoy better health. This gain is undoubtedly due to the fact that people in close relationships have a built-in emotional and physical support system -- someone to care for them and provide comfort in times of need. Not only do people in close relationships live longer, but they report being happier and more satisfied with life than individuals who have a difficult time maintaining a healthy relationship.

Having a close relationship also provides many tangible benefits. Sharing resources with another person is a great way to get ahead in life. Two people working together can live better than what either person could do on their own. When individuals find someone to share life with both people come out ahead.

Furthermore, people in close relationships also receive more social support -- that is, having someone who is attentive to their needs and concerns. And having social support creates a lot of benefits. Knowing that someone cares, allows individuals to handle life's problems more effectively. People who feel loved and supported make better decisions with less stress and anxiety.

Finally, having a companion makes life more enjoyable. Having someone to share life's little things, like walking the dog, watching TV, eating meals is important; it makes life more entertaining and enjoyable.

All told, close relationships provide enormous benefits to people who are able to maintain healthy relationships.
