Will the electronic organ be replaced by electronic keyboard.

If you are the person who start to practice music in ten years ago, you may find the most popular musical instrument was electronic organ. But today, it seems that electronic organ has become out of date any more. This is because, it can be said that electronic organ is the first development of electronic keyboard and when electronic keyboard has been developed until today they have very excellent function, grater look and a lot smaller than electronic organs that we used long time ago. Very good examples of electronic keyboards that have such excellent characteristic are Yamaha and Roland. However, even though keyboard has been developed so much during the years, but I personally think that electronic organs still has their own unique style. Apart from the new and modern look, which is very appeal to young and teenagers who want to start to practice, it can be said that electronic organs that are available in the market today can do everything that modern keyboards can do. On the other hand, some body has mentioned that electronic organs seem to provide more natural and live feeling than keyboard when you are playing.

What make they think like that probably because the different characteristics of both types of electronic organ and keyboard. That is, generally, electronic organ has bass pedals, which provide bass sound so this means you can have very perfect component of sounds. Meanwhile electronic keyboard is rarely have bass pedal, its bass sound generate by electronic mechanism inside the keyboard body. Therefore, even though keyboard can provide bass sound but the quality maybe much lower than the sound generated by electronic organ. Therefore, we can see that electronic organ generally more expensive than keyboard, and this is one of the most important reasons why people have turned to prefer to buy keyboard rather than buy an electronic organ.

Now the next question has been raised that abut if electronic organ is becoming extinct, what those shops and manufacturers should do to recover electronic organ market to survive. It seems that this question still unanswered. Because when we carefully look at the market situation right now, even though organ has more advantage than electronic keyboard, but organ's the most disadvantage is the price. That is, you can buy several keyboard in the same price for just one electronic organ, this means that organ is a lot expensive than keyboard and it is quite reasonable enough for buyer to decide to have keyboard rather spend fortune for their first keyboard, especially for beginners who have very limited budget.

Current info about electronic keyboards is not always the easiest thing to locate. Fortunately, this report may not includes the latest electronic keyboards info available. Knowledge can give you a real advantage. To make sure you're fully informed about electronic keyboards, keep reading. Knowing enough about electronic keyboards and organs to make solid, informed choices cuts down on the fear factor. If you apply what you've just learned about electronic keyboards, you should have nothing to worry about. <bio>Yamahaorgans is the most popular and complete Yamaha organs products website where you can find all the information you are looking about your Yamaha organs needs.
One of the greatest achievements in medical science is organ transplant surgery. People who have failing organs and are doomed to die can now be given a new lease on life by the generosity of organ donors who are giving part of their own bodies to save or enhance the lives of others. However, there are many ethical issues and controversies pertaining to organ transplants.

Discussions on the ethics on organ transplants invariably will attract questions like for instance:-

Can human organs be traded commercially, if not why? Should a person who has already received one transplant be allowed another one? Should alcoholics be given liver transplants, where after all, it was their alcoholism that damages their livers in the first place? What are the sources of organs used in organ transplants operations?

Perhaps the most controversial topics of these ethical debates are about the procurement and distribution of human organs for transplant and are centered on the questions of how do we get the organs and how do we decide who will receive organ transplants?

Since there are always fewer organ donors than there are potential recipients, this fact make the debate on who should get the organ available very emotional and heated which is not surprising because lives are at stake.

To compound the problem, organ transplants are very expensive surgical procedures and only the rich can afford them. Poorer folks may never get the opportunity of a transplant even if they need it more urgently than their richer counterparts. Should the choice of who get the organs be dependant upon who can afford it?

Then there is the issue of not everyone agreeing when death of the donor actually occurs. Is it when the heart and lungs stop functioning or the donor is certified brain dead?

What about consent of the donor? At the present moment, a donor has to expressly agree for organ donor ship in order for organs to be removed except in Singapore which have the controversial Human Organ Transplant Act (HOTA). The Act assumed that all Singapore citizens have consented to be organ donors unless opted out. However, Muslims are exempted from the Act for religious reasons.

Which is the better way to get consent from the donors? By enacting legislations or relying on willing donors?

Since most people can live with only one kidney or one eye, which are organs which can be donated while the donor is still alive. Should the donor be allowed to sell his kidney? The argument against allowing commercial trade on human organs is that it may encourage poor people to sell their organs and even may encourage unethical syndicate organ trading rackets.

There are people suffering and are on the death row waiting for organ transplants to save their lives and decisions about the ethics of organ transplants will have a tremendous impact on them. What is your position on these ethical issues of human organ transplants? <bio>Chris Chew is a researcher.
Rhythm and blues is a variety of related but different types of music combined in to one. We will discuss some information on rhythm and blues and the main instruments that are commonly used in this type of music.

The most common types of instruments used in this type of music is a drum set, bass, a piano (an organ can often be used instead of the piano), and the guitar, while the horn section features saxophones, trumpets, and sometimes trombones. The importance on horns in most styles of this type of music has been one of the ways in which the music has been historically recognized differently to that of white rock music.

What is musical instruments used in rhythm and blues known as

Today, rhythm and blues has become known as RandB and many black Americans have taken a major interest in this type of music. Rhythm and blues has gone more towards rap than the old style; many songs are now released that are classed as RandB when they are mostly rap. However they often do have a RandB melody in the background, but, it is no where near the same as this type of music once was.

Musical instruments used in rhythm and blues today

Today, the rhythm and blues style of music is ruling the musical scene once again. In the past has it has experienced several peaks of popularity, but, it normally dies out for a while after each peak. The 1950s are classed as a peak point for rhythm and blues; however, in the early 1960s it was replaced and died in popularity due to the huge popularity of soul music.

The popularity of musical instruments used in rhythm and blues

In the early 1980s, rhythm and blues peaked in popularity again, ruling the music industry alongside disco. The music then died out again. Recently, the music has become popular again with artists like Black eyed Peas, Mariah Carey, Jennifer Lopez, and other famous artists. If you trace the music style back over the decades, you will find it has had its peaks in popularity over the many decades, starting from the early 1950s.

>From 2000 in to 2007, this style of music has been ruling the charts, maybe we will see a die in this type of music, however, with the current trends, and the way society is today, this music will likely continue to soar over in to the next decade. Only time will tell which type of music will rule the industry in the next few decades. This summarizes our musical instruments used in rhythm and blues article. <bio>If you want to learn more about Musical Instruments please visit our site which is free to the public.
Musicians for your Wedding

Another important part of organizing the music for your wedding is choosing musicians to play the music you have chosen. If you have a family member who is an excellent musician, you may want to have them play a piece for your wedding ceremony, but be sure to steer clear of being talked into having your second cousin's daughter playing if you are not sure of her skills. If choosing a family member, make sure that you have heard them play and that they are qualified to play your wedding music or you may end up in a wedding day disaster.

The musicians that you hire for your wedding may depend on what style of music you have chosen for your wedding. If you are going for a very classical style of music you may want to hire a string quartet or a brass or woodwind quintet. If you want your processional to have organ music, then you may need to hire an organist as well. You may also want to hire a pianist for your wedding, especially if you are having people sing in your wedding. If the wedding is an important part of your ceremony, make sure that you can have at least some of the musicians available at the wedding rehearsal to make sure that everything goes smoothly the next day.

Choosing a DJ

Many people decide to choose a DJ for their wedding reception instead of live music because it is a great deal cheaper than hiring a full band and usually you can get a greater variety of music as well. There are many DJs to choose from for your wedding reception, but you want to make sure that you get the very best. When choosing a DJ you may want to check with friends and family who have had weddings recently and see if they have a recommendation. You can also check with a wedding planner or even with your reception hall to see if they have any DJs that they would recommend.

Once you have a few names for consideration you will want to interview each of the DJs and ask to see video of any weddings they have done in the past. Make sure that you get along well and that the DJ is easy to work with and will take your suggestions. Other things to check into when hiring a DJ is the cost, making sure they will be dressed appropriately, and the amount of experience they have doing weddings.

Remember that your wedding is your special day, and you want to make sure that everything goes well. Make sure that you pick the music you want for your wedding and find musicians and DJs that are experienced and professional. You want your wedding day to be perfect, so spend time in the beginning choosing the right music and the right people to perform that music at your wedding. A little time spent before your wedding deal with choosing and organizing your music can save you from a wedding day disaster. <bio>Visit http://www.soundimagedjs.com/ for a great Sacramento Wedding DJ </bio>

When planning your wedding ceremony music, a common questions wedding planners receive is, "How many songs to be performed during the ceremony and where should they go?" There are no hard set rules and there is no wrong way to do it. The following is a useful set of guidelines you can use while planning your wedding reception music.

Prelude -- music performed prior to the beginning of the wedding ceremony, while arriving guests are being seated. For the prelude, you may select a pianist a guitar player or a string quartet. The music played in the prelude is more often than not instrumental.

Common classical songs include:

"Air on a G String" by Bach "Ave Verum Corpus" by Mozart "Water Music (Air)" by Handel "Serenade" by Schubert

Processional -- music performed while the wedding party enters the wedding ceremony site. The processional is meant to announce your arrival. The guests will stand as you make your way toward the center point.

Common processional pieces are:

"Canon in D" by Pachelbel "Concerto in D Major" by Vivaldi

"Trumpet Voluntary" by Clarke "Wedding March" by Mozart

Ceremony -- music performed for the duration of the ceremony.

Songs frequently used are:

"Coronation March" by Walton "Ode to Joy" by Beethoven "Trumpet Tune in C" by Purcell "Triumphal March" by Grieg

Recessional -- music performed as the wedding party leaves the ceremony site. For many, this part of the ceremony is considered the most exciting. You're husband and wife. All your ceremony guest will stand as you make your way out of the gathering place.

There are many choices for this music and some songs include:

"Brandenberg Concerto No. 4" by Bach "Exsulate, Jubilate" by Mozart "Rigaudon" by Campra "The Four Seasons" by Vivaldi

Postlude -- music performed as the guests exit the ceremony site, which is normally the same music played during the prelude.

Regardless of what music you choose, be sure they can be performed by a traditional musical instrument such as piano, organ, guitar, or flute or harp. <bio>George Meszaros with http://www.sweet-reflections.com </bio>

Should I play organ, keyboard, or piano and what age is the most suitable to practice

There are so many questions are asked around by many people who want to become piano player but just do not know how to start. Someone may ask for help meanwhile some other looking for information on the internet and join forums and discuss about which type of musical instruments that you should go for. And when you start sharing the knowledge and facts that you have just learnt from this article, your friends or partners will be absolutely amazed (and also may asking you for further advice). It is the fact that most of this information comes straight from which type of musical instruments also have pros and cons. Therefore, careful reading to the end virtually guarantees that you'll know what they know. As your knowledge about which type of musical instruments will continue to grow in the future, you will begin to see the information about this topic fits into the overall scheme of things. Knowing how something relates to the rest of the world is important too.

Now let's go to the first question that which type of musical instruments that you should go for, piano, keyboards or organ. This is because these kind of musical instruments has very much the same characteristics, which sometimes very difficult for beginners to differentiate. However, this article will describe about difference between these instruments, because I believe that there are still many of beginners that looking for this kind of information.

Firstly, if you are beginner that has very limited budget, I suggest that you should go for electronic keyboard. This is because electronic keyboard is the cheapest instrument among all of these types. You can have very cheap electronic keyboard which has not many keys and functions for only few hundred dollars. However, when you start practicing for a while then you have to look for a new one that suitable for your developed skills.

So, how about electronic organ?

Electronic organ may be one of the most expensive musical instruments, apart from piano. But I can confirm that it will definitely worth your investments, because electronic organ has more sounds and functions than plain keyboard. And for this case, if you decide to invest more money on electronic you may not have to look for a new one when your skills have developed. Fortunately that there still second-hand market where you can find used electronic organ for your first start. However, you may have to look carefully on its condition before you buy it.

Piano is the first choice that I recommend if you have unlimited budget for this. It is the fact that piano is very expensive but it really worth your investment. You will get very good sound quality and there are also plenty of used piano to choose from. It is strongly suggest that, particularly if you are really new to this thing, look for assistance from someone who has more knowledge than you to make sure that you get good quality instruments. <bio>hammondorganbest is the most popular and complete Hammond organ products website where you can find all the information you are looking about your Hammond organ needs.
There's a lot more to the music industry than standing up on stage and singing your heart out. A love of music is a key ingredient in all jobs in the music industry - but we all show our love in different ways. Not all jobs in the music industry are about performing. If you're interested in making music a part of your working life, there are interesting jobs in the music industry that make use of the skills that you have.

What sort of jobs can you find in the music industry? Everyone knows about musicians and performers, or course, but there's an entire industry devoted to supporting, producing, teaching, publicizing and supporting performers. If you're looking for jobs in the music industry, here are just some of the careers you might consider.

Music Teacher

A music teacher may work in a public or private school, have a job with a social agency that offers enrichment, or give private lessons. According to the Occupational Outlook Handbook, 3 in 10 music teachers are self-employed, and many music teachers only teach part time. There were about 253,000 music teacher jobs in 2004, but that number is expected to grow faster than jobs in other industries as baby boomers continue to embrace lifelong learning. The median salary for a music teacher is $14.85 per hour.

Music Ministry

A music minister is far more than the Church organist. Under the direction of a senior clergyman, a music minister may organize the choir, participate in planning of musical events for a church, encourage attendance in church and help parishioners develop and present their own musical worship and praise. The American Guild of Organists offers salary guidelines for Music Ministers that range from $31,000 for a minister with a Service Playing Certificate to $67,000 for a music minister with a Doctorate in Sacred Organ Music.

Aandamp;R Scouts, Coordinators and Administrators

If you have a good ear for music and a good grasp of what people like to hear, you could find a career in the Aandamp;R (Artists andamp; Repertoire) area. Among the most fun jobs in the music industry, Aandamp;R scouts and other professionals actively seek out talent for record labels and production companies. Aandamp;R scouts visit clubs and concerts, listen to demo tapes and watch videos to find new talent, and are often responsible for finding songs for existing talent to perform.

Music Therapist

Do you believe in the healing power of music? Music therapists work either independently or in nursing homes, schools and other institutions to use music as an aid to healing, bring enjoyment to patients at varying stages of recovery, relieve pain and provide emotional comfort to patients with various physical and emotional illnesses. For a musician who wants to feel good about his or her work, it could be among the most rewarding of jobs in the music industry.

Songwriter

>From freelance to staff songwriting positions, there are many jobs in the music industry for songwriters. You may work alone to write and produce your own songs, work as a staff writer for a record or publishing company, write jingles and ads for the radio or television advertisements, perform your own work in front of an audience or never sing a note. You may write just the words, please, concentrate on the composition of instrumental pieces or write both.

These are just a small sampling of the kinds of jobs you might find in the music industry. For more information, you can take a look at the Bureau of Labor Statistics' Occupational Outlook Handbook. A career in the music industry can offer far more than a weekly salary. If you enjoy music, can write, play or perform music, or just know music inside out, then you may find your career niche in one of the many jobs in the music industry. <bio>Rita Henry is a contributing editor for Jobs In Music, the leading job and resource site for the Music Industry.
When I first started studying the history of music, I did not know what I was getting into. I had a notion that music history was somewhat of a trivial pursuit...

Honestly, I only followed my history of classical music course because I needed the credits. I am sure some of you out there can relate to that. I did not know how fully interesting music history could be. You see, in our culture many of us do not really study to comprehend music. For much of the world, music is a language, but for us it is a thing that we consumed passively.

When I started to study about the history of Western music, however, it changed all that for me. I have had some experience using musical instruments, but I have never mastered one enough to really comprehend what music is all about. This class showed me.

When a lot of us think about the history of music, it means the history of rock music. We presume that the history is plain because the music is plain. In fact, neither is the case. The history of music, whether you're talking about classical music, rock music, jazz music, or any other kind, is always complex. New chord structures are set up carrying with them new forms of understanding humanity. New rhythmic patterns are established, carrying with them new methods of understanding history. And music shows all of it.

History of music nowadays is even more interesting. Even when the class was ended, I could not stop learning about the history of music. It had stimulated my appetite, and I wanted more. I acquired all the music history volumes that I could discover. I even started to examine forms of music that had not interested me before in the hopes of improving my musical knowledge further. When I was in school studying toward a very different subject - a degree in engineering - I had thought about giving it up and going back to obtain a degree in musicology. That is how much I am fascinated by the subject.

If you have never taken a course in the history of music, you don't know what you are missing out on. You do not miss what you don't know about in a way but then again... Believe me the CDs will never sound the same to you again. Actually not only the Cds but any type of media you are or will be using to play your favorite music. The whole thing will seem much more rich, much more luminous, and much more important. A new song can reflect a new way of being, and a new way of imagining existence in the world. This is what learning about the history of music means to many of us. Just try it and you will see.

Listening to music now has a whole new meaning. You can imagine all the different types of musical patterns there are in the world. It make your musical mind really expand. <bio>Paul Zirka Is A Well Known Internet Author And Enjoy Sharing His Knowledge With You The Reader.
The expiration date on your copyrighted music isn't something you have to worry about, at least not in your lifetime. The music that you've written is copyrighted the moment you've put it onto paper or recorded it. The reason you don't have to worry about expiration is because the music is protected until 70 years after the death of the author. In the case of your music, that author would be you.

This rule about copyright music expiration was first put into place so that the families and heirs of an author could still earn royalties even after his or her death. Ultimately this means that if you've taken the steps to copyright your music and have registered the copyright, then your music will be protected throughout your lifetime until 70 years after you or the last surviving author (assuming a collaboration) is deceased.

Copyright music expiration is not something you should make a primary concern unless you are having issues of someone respecting and/or honoring your copyright at the moment. You should take comfort in the fact that as long as you are alive you are the only one who can assign your copyright to another person; and as long as you haven't given up your ownership of the music it still belongs to you.

This is different, however, if your copyrighted music was work "made for hire." If that is the case then you cannot have ownership of the music, as it never legally belonged to you, but the person or entity who hired you to produce the music. Works made for hire have different copyright music expiration than those owned by the creator. With works made for hire, the copyrights are in effect for 95 years from the original publication date or for 120 years from the creation of the work, whichever of the two is shorter. <bio>Brian Scott is a freelance journalist who covers copyright law for http://www.ResearchCopyright.com. </bio>

There's nothing like a music box; those haunting melodies that can instantly take us back in time. The song of a music box sounds like history; maybe because they have always been a fixture in homes throughout the centuries. Perhaps that is why the antique music box seems so fitting. It is though the music box has been restored to its original form; and in taking its place in our homes, tells the story of a life steeped in history.

The first music box was made by Swiss watchmaker, Antoine Favre in 1796, and acted as a rudimentary record player of sorts, allowing owners to enjoy and entertain with music in their homes. Music boxes continue to evolve under the guidance of their native country. Even as other regions began to design their own music boxes, the Swiss still enjoyed the credit for this miraculous invention. Even today, many an antique music box is referred to simply as a Swiss music box.

Depending on the time period in which the antique music box was made, you will surely enjoy a variety of period music. In this way, the antique music box acts as a time capsule of sorts, capturing the specific nuances - both in design and melody - of that very particular time in history.

While it can be a valuable and treasured item, the antique music box does not come without its challenges - mainly in the area of repair. Repairing an antique music box - because of its intricate and long outdated parts - can be difficult. It's important to find a reputable and skilled professional to repair or service your antique music box. You may look to those stores that sell contemporary music boxes; many times the owners and operators of these stores are music box enthusiasts and have knowledge of the complexities of the antique music box.

Keeping your antique music box in proper working condition will allow you to enjoy it for a lifetime and even pass it down to future generations who can then have the opportunity to hold history in their hand. <bio>For easy to understand, in depth information about music box visit our ezGuide 2 http://musicbox.ezguide2.com </bio>

Know more about pop music

The following article presents the very latest information on pop music. If you have a particular interest in pop music, then this informative article is required reading, Especially if you are pop song lovers or pop song artist. However, you may find that the information available in the article may not be very useful as expect, but bare in mind that you may have a chance to use it some day in the future, so this probably worth reading.

Pop music may be the only kind of music that is the combination of many kind of other music. Some music professionals say that pop music can be played of sung or even can be mixed with all kind of music, which is really true in my personal perspective. No matter which kind of music such as rock, hip hop, reggae, dance, RandB, jazz, electronic, and sometimes folk music and various other styles, these kind of music usually been create in pop sound and rhythms. The most distinct characteristics of pop music is probably that it has very simple pattern of melody as well as using not many musical instruments to play. Apart from that, if pop music is composed together with lyrics, it should matched to all types of lyrics to represent the feeling as emotion of the compose, and this is the reason that make it become popular very quickly. Apart from that, pop music can respond to all kind of music need from everyone who want any style of music, just unlike any other kind of music that has very limited group of people favorite. For example, for Jazz music, it can be said that there are millions of fans who love Jazz music, but I could say that they are still ten up to twenty per cent of pop music fans throughout the world. This is because Jazz or any other kind of specific type of music such as rock, hip hop, rap etc. that they have limitations in terms of developing characteristics to includes all style of lyrics.

So far, we've uncovered some interesting facts about pop music. You may decide that the following information is even more interesting. Now might be a good time to write down the main points covered above. The act of putting it down on paper will help you remember what's important about pop music.

Apart from this reason, I have to accept that in modern music industry, not only for the type of music that is the element for many of compose or manufacturers use to compete with each other, but they compete to acquire target audience by lyrics. Therefore, the advantage of pop music is become obvious, As mentioned before in the previous paragraph that pop music can be composed together with any kind of lyrics so there will be many more songs that available in pop music. If you walk into a music store you'll see the music stands the prices for each. If you do an online search, you can see pictures of the music stands that are out there and again find out how much each one is. That is the easy part.

The hard part is figuring out which music stand you need. There are several different music stands that are designed very differently.

The opera stand is an illuminated music stand for the opera singer. The stem on it is designed so that it does not interfere with the opera singer's feet if they sit down. The opera stands can be nested together for easy storage.

The wooden stand is made to match a modern or historic concert hall. These stands are made of polished metal stems and natural wood trays. These stands nest together for compact storage also. The jazz stand is a music stand that folds. It will fold down to the size of the tray. It is an adjustable stand for sitting or standing to play or sing. To store them, they will stand right next to each other or you can store them folded. If they are folded, they store one right on top of another.

The school music stand is designed for students. It is unbreakable. It does not have knobs, but rather raises and lowers easily. It has an extra lip on the tray for pencils and erasers. These also nest together for easy storage.

The studio stand is a modern looking stand for all types of musicians. It is like the opera stand, except it does not have the light attached to it. It is designed so that if the musician swings their legs, they will not knock the stand over. Like many of the other music stands, they are designed to be nested together for storage.

The scherzo stand is a foldable stand. It is made of aluminum. The aluminum makes it very lightweight for easy transportation. Now that you know how each music stand is designed, you can decide which music stand will work best for your music needs. <bio>http://www.musicstandworld.com is filled with music stand articles and wooden music stand resources </bio>

A bride-to-be has a full plate when it comes to making decisions and narrowing away options for her special day. If you are about to be married, then you know all about the potential stresses of wedding planning. Who knew it would be so hard, right? With so many details to organize and so many elements of your wedding day to make special, it is hard to keep track of everything that is important. One element of great weddings that is often overlooked is the music. A ceremony and a reception are never complete without a great selection of wedding music. Doing a music search or two can be the best ways to find great tunes.

I love helping brides plan every detail of their weddings. It is what I do for fun and it is also my job. I love helping make weddings extra special by adding little touches that are often overlooked by a busy bride. The music is one such element that is often thrown together at the last minute. I encourage all my brides-to-be to do a vast music search to come up with music choices for both the ceremony and the reception.

Doing a music search can seem overwhelming to brides, but it doesn't have to be. While there are many places that a bride can do a music search, I always encourage a bride to start with going through her personal CD collection to begin the music search. Why? It's simple: because all of your CD's represent the music you love most, so why not do a music search through your albums and see what kind of great tunes you can find for your big day. You will come upon some of your favorite songs that you haven't heard in years but that will be perfect for wedding ceremony or to dance to at your reception.

Another great source for a music search is through the CD's of your close friends and family. Gathering music this way is a great method to ensure that you are choosing music that is already listened to and enjoyed by people. There is nothing worse than getting to a wedding reception and knowing none of the music. So do a music search through CD cases and I guarentee that you will come up with a lot.

If you are still in need of more good music, do a music search online. There are many great sites to sample music and to purchase songs for a minimal fee. You can round out your wedding music collection by visiting an online music search or two.

Take your time. Find great music. Everyone who attends your wedding will love it. <bio>Hallidae Thomason loves being a wedding coordinator. She loves helping people use a music search to find great music as well.
Music has become an integral part of our lives. Whatever the occasion, music can add a different dimension to it. Whether you are driving alone on a long stretch, or partying or even simply relaxing, music can be your perfect partner. Music videos go one step ahead of the conventional CDs in that they also play to our optical senses. This gives us a much more complete experience since you now have a person who is performing in front of you rather than just a voice playing back.

There are plenty of options available in music videos. You can choose from your titles available as VCDs and DVDs. However, thanks to the Internet, you can now access music videos online as well. To top it off, if you love music but don't like spending a lot of money on CD's or fee-based music download sites, you also have an option of accessing a music download service that offers you free music videos! These free music videos could be a trailer to a new release or a complete song.

Nowadays, even the record companies are uploading the videos of their artists to promote the CD sales. These include the sites from the Big Five i.e. Sony, EMI, BMG, Universal Music Group and Warner Music Group. Then there are regular sites like yahoo (http://music.yahoo.com), msn (http://music.msn.com) or http://music.aol.com etc. that offer free music videos on demand.

Most of these sites are very well organized and make your quest for a particular song easy. You can search by the name of the artist, the name of the album, the genre of the music or even top 100 music videos! The sites also have a 'help' section so if you are experiencing any problems with your search or any other technical difficulty, you have all the answers at the click of your mouse.

The sites also let you download of the latest playback software for free. There are also plenty of other sites like http://www.findvideos.com or http://www.artistdirect.com that compile music from various providers and make it accessible on their websites. These sites have titles from almost all the artists, covering all the genres.

So whether you are looking at checking out songs or albums before you actually go ahead and purchase it, or you need to play back some good music while you are surfing, there are plenty of free music video sites for help. So, play on! <bio>Discover a collection of articles and resources all about videos, movies and film at http://www.witty-video.com </bio>

If you are looking for ways to keep track of your culture and to know what is happening in the lives and minds of the youth of your culture, then there are many resources you need to consider. You can read magazines, watch television, watch the latest movies, or spend time on a university or college campus near you. Another great and inexpensive way to get a handle of this generation is to pay attention to the chart music that is on the radio every day of the week.

Basically, chart music is the top music of our culture. It is the most popular music that is being listened to by the most people. There is chart music in a variety of music genres, and each week the top music of many genres is put on the radio for the whole country to hear. So if you are looking for a way to get up to speed with the youth of our world or even of your own children's world, then tune in to chart music and pay attention to it.

Just how do you pay attention to chart music? Well, the first thing that you need to do is just listen to it. Instead of going for your favorite radio station when you jump in the car each day, find the radio stations that are playing the chart music and listen in to those. Your kids can tell you those popular radio stations if you don't already know. You do not necessarily have to set aside hours of valuable time each week to get to know chart music, instead you can just utilize your time in the car for a different purpose.

Another way to pay attention to chart music is to talk to your kids about the music they are listening. Let them put on music of their choice when they are in the car, and even ask to borrow some of the CD's. Be prepared that you may be offended with their music choices, but determine ahead of time that you are simply trying to use chart music to get a grasp of their lives, not to discipline them in any way. Start really listening to the words of chart music too.

The lyrics in chart music are a huge reflection of what the youth of our nation are thinking about and caring about. So listen up and you may find that you learn a great deal. You may be surprised by the depth of thought and emotion that our youth are experiencing each day. Chart music is a great way for parents to keep a handle on the interests of their kids, so tune your radio into their radio today. <bio>Triston Huntsmin is a family therapist that is always looking for creative ways to help parents engage their children's world. Paying attention to chart music is an effective way. See http://www.chartmusicgroup.info for more on current chart music. </bio>

Modern sheet music notation (also known as `Printed Music') now comes in many different formats including the recent invention of digital sheet music (available free to download illegally as well as legally for a fee), often downloadable and printable in the .PDF Portable Digital Format. It can be argued that at least in the Western world there is the beginnings of a move away from the paper book format. Sheet music is different to Tablature (a.k.a Tab or Tabulature) which is another form of musical notation, which tells players where to place their fingers on a particular instrument rather than which pitches to play. This is a popular form of sheet music for beginners learning to play guitar.

If a piece of instrumental music is intended to be performed by more than one musician, each performer will play from a separate piece of sheet music, called a part.

Sheet music is issued as individual pieces or works (e.g. a pop song or a Mozart symphony) or in collections (e.g. works by one or several artists)

When the separate instrumental and sung parts of a musical work are printed together, the resulting sheet music is called a score. A score usually consists of musical notation with each instrumental or vocal part in alignment vertically (meaning that concurrent events in the notation for each part are arranged orthographically). The term score is also used to refer to sheet music written for only one performer.

Sheet music comes in a variety of formats:

=95 A full score contains the music of all instruments and voices in a musical composition lined up in a fixed order.

=95 A miniature score is like a full score but smaller in size.

=95 A study score is often the same size as (and often indistinguishable from) a miniature score, except in name. Some study scores are octavo size and are somewhere between the size of full and miniature scores. Study scores can include extra information about the music and markings for educational purposes.

=95 A piano score (a.k.a. piano reduction) is a transcription for piano of a piece intended for many performing parts, e.g. orchestral works; this can include purely instrumental sections within large vocal works (see vocal score below).

=95 A vocal score (a.k.a. a piano-vocal score) is a reduction of the full score of a vocal work (e.g. opera, musical, oratorio, cantata etc.) to show the vocal parts (solo and choral) on their staves and the orchestral parts in a piano reduction (usually for two hands) underneath the vocal parts; the purely orchestral sections of the score are also reduced for piano (without the spoken dialogue). If a portion of the work is a cappella, a piano reduction of the vocal parts is often added to aid rehearsal (this often is the case with religious music).

.. A choral score contains the sung parts without accompaniment.

.. An organ score contains staves for the sung parts and reduces the orchestral parts to be performed by one person.

.. A `vocal selection' is a collection of songs from a given musical.

=95 A short score consists of a edited version of a work for multiple instruments to just a few staves.

=95 A lead sheet contains only the melody, lyrics and harmony, using one staff with chord symbols placed above and lyrics below. It is commonly used in pop music to capture the essential elements of song without specifying how the song's arrangement or performance.

=95 A chord chart or "chart" contains next to no melodic information but provides detailed information on harmony and rhythm. This is the most common kind of printed music notation used by professional musicians. <bio>Gary Tallon wrote this article for http://www.voodoo.co.uk Voodoo E-Commerce on behalf of http://www.chappellofbondstreet.co.uk/C~10~Sheet+Music Sheet Music / Printed Music </bio>

These days people use their home computers for just about everything you can think of. This includes the ability to share music. One of the easiest and most efficient software programs for sharing music is called Acquisition and it is compatible with the Macintosh. You can download and upload music at the same time. There is a rating system so you can feel confident sharing music with those you don't know but have good feedback.

Acquisition is a free program that you can access, but you will have to learn to accept the various advertising messages. It is really worth it though because it is one of the very best programs out there for sharing music. The files have been verified so you don't have to worry about receiving or sending out any type of virus when you are using Acquisition to access music on your computer.

Most people who access music online are familiar with iTunes, and Acquisition is also compatible with it. I use them both to play music while on my computer or when I am having a party. Even my children are able to access the music library and listen to what they want from these two programs.

When you have a large library of music stored on your computer it can become difficult to locate particular songs. The best program for this is known as Azureus because it allows you to share various types of files. I generally use Acquisition when I want to access new music and then switch to Azureus when I want to find a particular song or those songs by a particular artist.

I can tell you with confidence that these are among the best programs available for sharing music. I have tried most of them out there to see what they have to offer but these stand out from the rest. Even Napster and Limewire just don't measure up. You may want to try them all out for yourself but I am positive you will get the same results as I have.

The issue of sharing music on your computer comes with some issues that you need to be aware of. Watch out for those who want to share the music you have paid for and have to offer but they don't give anything back in return. You also need to be careful not to step on any toes. There are controversial issues right now about the copyright laws for music. Make sure you only share music that you have paid for. <bio>Salihu Ibrahim also provides valuable information on directv hdtv

this website http://www.hdtv-guide-reviews.com </bio>
