After having a chance to look into the program on my own, I decided to write this Double Your Vertical Leap review. Can you really jump twice as high than your previous best, in just a few short months? In this brief review I will answer this question, as well as many others you may have about the system. Hopefully, after reading about my experience with the product, you'll have a better understanding of what you can realistically expect to get from it, as well as a good idea whether or not Double Your Vertical Leap is right for you.

From basketball to track and field sports, having a huge vertical leap can be an invaluable asset. Think about all of the scholarship and professional sporting opportunities that could open up to you, if only you could jump just a little bit higher. Double Your Vertical Leap is a program aimed at making you a better athlete than you ever thought possible, in such a significant way that your family, friends and coaches will be awed by your improvement.

Unlike other programs aimed at enhancing your performance, Double Your Vertical Leap doesn't suggest you turn to expensive (and unproven!) herbal pills or harmful steroids. Instead, creator Luke Lowrey safely and effectively walks you through a guaranteed process of increasing your vertical leap by 100 percent. Lowrey shows you the same exercises he has taught Olympic and professional athletes, and will have you jumping at least 6 inches higher than ever in as little as 60 days.

The three part Double Your Vertical Leap program is by far the best on the market. Affordable and efficient, Lowrey will pay you $100 out of his own pocket if you aren't able to jump 6 inches higher in 60 days or less. With a guarantee like that, you'd be insane not to give it a try. I highly recommend Double Your Vertical Leap to athletes who are serious about improving their game. With scholarship and professional sporting money on the line and a 100 percent guarantee to back up the system, why not give it a shot? <bio>To learn more, visit the official Double Your Vertical Leap website at http://bitsylink.com/?ZLYRP today. </bio>

Are you ready to take the leap into for sale by owner real estate? This is a scary situation for many people, and one that you may or may not be ready for. But guess what? Until you test the water you are never going to know if you can make it. Of course, this does not necessarily mean that you should take the leap. But it does mean that you should think about doing so.

If you are ready for this type of real estate transaction you will probably know it. In fact, there are two things that will show you that you are ready to make the leap into for sale by owner real estate. First off, are you determined to work hard in order to sell your home? Do you know that you will do whatever it takes to make a sale? If you can answer yes to both of these questions, it is safe to say that you are halfway to taking the leap.

On top of the will to work hard, you should also consider whether you are interested in making more money on the sale of your home. While everybody would answer yes to this question, you really need to consider the trade off. Even though you can make more money with for sale by owner real estate, you will have to put in more time because you will be without an agent. Is that trade off something that you are willing to live with? Do you feel confident that you can get the job done without any real estate agent on your side?

When you are finally ready to take the leap, there is no time to wait around and think about things. You would be much better off getting your details lined up, and then taking things from there. If you sit back and think about all the negatives of for sale by owner real estate you will probably never get started; the same thing holds true for selling your home with a real estate agent. As you can see, getting started with for sale by owner real estate can be a big decision. The best way to get started is to consider the details, and then go for it! When you procrastinate you are only going to lose time and money.

For Rental Properties in Mumbai(Bombay), India check the link http://www.bharathrentals.com/browse/all/all/Mumbai <bio>James Gunaseelan writes for rental portal http://www.BharathRentals.com </bio>

Who doesn't love free advertising, right? Well, we already know most of you do, and those who don't have just heard rumors about free advertising as being junk. Well, tell that to Nike, Target, Dell, Subway, and other large companies who spend millions on commercials to people where only about 2% see the results. To put it mildly, advertising is advertising and while it may not be as targeted as you might think, there are still some people who will want to see it.

However, from a business standpoint, you definitely want to have more targeted leads, but most of all, inexpensive prices. This is where the Leads Leap Lead Generation Program comes in and why we decided to do a review on them. The first thing you have to do is read over what we found while researching their website, and if it's up to par with what you're looking for then by all means get involved. Just take a look below first though.

Understanding What This Program Isn't

Normally, we tell you everything we can gather about a new product or something out there that is up for review. On this item, we decided to take a different approach. You must realize that the Leads Leap Lead Generation Program is not a safelist where everyone emails everyone and you eventually get bombarded with thousands of emails into your account. We understand how irritating it is when this happens to us.

You also won't have to worry about the network marketing schemes of building downlines so you can constantly email them in hopes of making a few bucks. It's definitely not a credit surfing business, or ad watching company for leads. Nope, none of this, but it does have a unique twist. Ever thought about getting PPC ads for free?

Learning About Contextual Advertising

Pay per click or better known as PPC, like we mentioned before, is all over the Leads Leap Lead Generation Program sales page. It gives you a quick inside look at what you can expect with their program and how it can benefit not only you, but others as well. We'll leave the explaining up to them because there is nothing worse then a story that is only partially true because it comes from somewhere else. Same thing goes for information passed on the Internet.

Our Overall Analysis

To be honest, the system makes sense and we can see how it can be beneficial to anyone who is interested in more traffic. However, the most important thing here is it's not just any traffic, but targeted traffic that will help your business. They are talking over a million leads from their chart on the page. While this may sound like a stout number, you might want to view it before you make any assumptions about the Leads Leap Lead Generation Program.

Oh and if we didn't mention it before, you WON'T be blasting emails to these leads either. According to the sales page, the contextual ads system they have come up with works wonders. If you don't believe them then look at the testimonials, and if you don't like the testimonials, well, it's time to do the research yourself. Fortunately, we think you might actually enjoy what they have to offer. Then again, we do know you are the one who makes the decision.<bio>Let List Building Review Kings Brian Garvin and Jeff West teach you more about the Leads Leap.
Despite its short run (March 1989 - May 1993), Quantum Leap is nevertheless one of the more memorable dramatic series in television history. Although the show borrows from a concept employed in other realms, such as Highway To Heaven (with its theme of a mysterious force interceding to transform a single life), it adds a unique twist by utilizing elements of science fiction. Created by Donald P. Bellisario (creator of Magnum, P.I., JAG, and countless other hit shows), Quantum Leap developed a loyal cult following, making its short network run all the more difficult to understand...

Quantum Leap stars Scott Bakula as Dr. Samuel "Sam" Beckett, a cutting-edge experimental researcher in the field of physics. Developing a theory that an individual can travel throughout the span of his life, Beckett builds the Quantum Leap Accelerator and uses himself as the test subject. But rather than traveling within his own lifetime, Beckett finds himself mysteriously transported into the lives of various individuals, each of whom faces a problem Beckett must rectify (thus changing history for the better). When he does, he can make his next "quantum leap" (which he hopes will restore him to his pre-experiment self). Aiding Beckett on his various missions is Rear Admiral Albert "Al" Calavicci (Dean Stockwell), one of the quantum leap experiment observers who periodically appears as a hologram in order to communicate with Beckett. With each new episode, Beckett finds himself in a new body, facing new circumstances, with a new mission he must decipher and complete if he ever hopes to return home...

The Quantum Leap DVD features a number of action-packed episodes including the series premiere "Genesis" in which the audience first learns of Project Quantum Leap (PQL) and witnesses Dr. Beckett's leap into the particle accelerator. Beckett is transported into the body of an Air Force test pilot and a minor league baseball player, learning from Al's hologram what he must do with each man's life. The episode ends with Beckett transported into the body of a school teacher right in the middle of class... Other notable episodes from Season 1 include "Star-Crossed" in which Sam prevents a college co-ed from ruining her life while giving her professor a second chance at making his marriage work, and "The Color of Truth" in which Sam is transported into the life of a black chauffeur in 1955, where he faces the virulent affects of discrimination and racism...

Below is a list of episodes included on the Quantum Leap (Season 1) DVD:

Episode 1 (Genesis: Part 1 - September 13, 1956) Air Date: 03-26-1989 Episode 2 (Genesis: Part 2 - September 13, 1956) Air Date: 03-26-1989 Episode 3 (Star-Crossed - June 15, 1972) Air Date: 03-31-1989 Episode 4 (The Right Hand of God - October 24, 1974) Air Date: 04-07-1989 Episode 5 (How the Tess was Won - August 5, 1956) Air Date: 04-14-1989 Episode 6 (Double Identity - November 8, 1965) Air Date: 04-21-1989 Episode 7 (The Color of Truth - August 8, 1955) Air Date: 05-03-1989 Episode 8 (Kamikazi Kid - June 6, 1961) Air Date: 05-10-1989 Episode 9 (Play It Again Seymour - April 14, 1953) Air Date: 05-17-1989 <bio>Britt Gillette is author of The DVD Report (http://thedvdreport.blogspot.com), a blog where you can find more reviews like this one. </bio>

Selecting and implementing the right keywords is usually one of the first tasks for readying a site for the search engines. Although the likely value of a keyword can be estimated in advance using various resources, it can only truly be measured in context i.e. once it has been in place on the site for a few months. Keywords selected in haste and without proper planning might lead to poor results in search engine rankings.

Whilst research may indicate that a keyword such as "traditional book binders" will deliver good rates of traffic, or that it will deliver less, but higher quality traffic, the verdict can't be made instantaneously. Also, for a niche site in a small market the value of a keyword will be entirely different to that of a site with a more generic proposition.

A major part of the decision-making process for selecting keywords is the understanding of searchers intent- and how that intent translates itself in a search. Given that there may be thousands of people looking for the same thing it would be wise to assume that there will be many permutations in the words used to try and find that particular thing.

In order to help research and understand the complex part that individual intent plays in searching Vertical Leap has created an SEO Keyword Game (http://www.vertical-leap.co.uk/seo-tools/seo-keyword-survey.asp). It's an online resource that requires the user to enter the search terms they would use to find the item pictured. Once a search term is entered it presents all the other search terms entered by other searchers, with an indication of the diversity, and number of searches.

In one example there is a simple product photograph of an mp3 player. If you were selecting keywords to get traffic for the image your own bias and assumptions would dictate what keywords you would apply. However, Vertical Leap's research shows that there are at least 21 different permutations that could be used. Remember, these results are human-tested, so contain misspellings:

1. mp3 player 2. usb 3. mp3 4. flash drive 5. usb key 6. usb mp3 7. usb mp3 player 8. flash memory 9. generic mp3 player 10. budget mp3 player 11. movil 12. memory stick 13. memorypen 14. USB memory mp3 15. pixel 16. mp3 plater 17. mp3 playetr 18. pen drive 19. usb memory stick 20. usb memory stick mp3 player 21. usb stick

So, what or where is the value of this keyword tool? While it can't give all the possible options for every object available on the internet (that is quite an impossible task) it does show how different people will use different keywords to search for what may seem like a more obvious choice to someone else.

It clearly presents the challenges faced in basing keyword research on your own set of assumptions, and it highlights some long tail alternatives. The images provided are fairly simple but the keywords that people use to find them may surprise you. It happens as each person determines the words to describe the image based on his/her own set of assumptions. <bio>Author: Joe is a campaign delivery manager with http://www.vertical-leap.co.uk/ , an UK SEO company offering managed search engine marketing services.
The term leap experience was first coined back in the early 1990s to describe the rapid learning curve that can be achieved by placing a high talent individual into a targeted work assignment. Such a work assignment would be designed to take them out of their comfort zone and beyond their current level of competence. If they succeed in this stretched and challenging environment the learning is rapid and powerful.

The essence of a leap experience is that of throwing the learner in at the deep end which in itself must be regarded as a high risk learning strategy. Would you be comfortable expecting a new driver to learn simply by getting behind the wheel and working out how to drive by trial and error? The risk of course is that they will fail by crashing the vehicle. However, it is also true that a new driver will only become competent by practicing the art of driving.

The compromise solution in the case of learning to drive a car is to have a theory test, a hazard perception test and then to allow the learner to practice under the supervision of an experienced driver and/or a qualified driving instructor. Once they have had sufficient practice and guidance, the new driver will be ready to take and hopefully pass a driving test. Will they be a competent driver as soon as they have passed their driving test? Unlikely!

A new driver will need to practice for many more hours before they would be regarded as competent. In fact, many people would claim that one only learns how to drive after passing one's driving test. Consider driving on motorways, driving in poor weather conditions, anticipating the misdemeanors of other drivers, using a multi-storey car park and so on. These are all mini forms of leap experiences. If the driver has a basic talent for driving, exposure to the relevant driving scenario is likely to give rise to a rapid learning experience.

And so it is with just about any form of learning, although practice makes perfect is somewhat inaccurate. Conveniently, the word LEAP can be broken down into an acronym to pinpoint the process that encompasses experiential learning =96 Learn, Experience, Apply, Perform.

The LEARN element involves providing the individual with the underpinning knowledge and developing or transferring the relevant skills. It is here where one ensures the individual has the appropriate level of talent before exposing them to a leap experience.

During the EXPERIENCE stage we are concerned with providing opportunities for practice. This can either be in safe, supervised or simulated situations or the higher risk option of live and unsupervised practice.

The APPLY stage is an extension of this practice into a wider variety of practical situations, ideally unsupervised. While the lack of supervision at this stage represents a risk, it is likely to be less of an issue if there were a degree of coaching involved at the previous stage.

PERFORM is the end result of a successful learning experience. The individual is able to perform at a competent level, without supervision.

There are of course variations on the theme but essentially LEAP is how people learn best. This provides the foundation and the inspiration behind how we operate at the Experiential Learning Centre. We look to address the knowledge component either in advance of a training course or during the early stages of the programme. The majority of the time is spent on exposing delegates to carefully designed simulations and activities, often with the additional benefit of expert coaching interventions. Towards the end of each training course we then focus their minds on opportunities to apply what has been learned back in the workplace. On returning to work they are able to practice with minimal supervision in order to become a competent performer.

Intuitively, most people would accept that leap experiences and the underpinning LEAP methodology is the right way for people to learn. The problem is for managers to have the time and skill to be able to create the right leap experiences for their staff without risking current performance. Sending a staff member on a training course is often the preferred option but this presents the challenge of transferring what has been learned in the classroom into the workplace. If the manager has the time and the skills to do so, coaching the staff member upon their return to work is an excellent option.

Where time and/or coaching skill is lacking, an experiential training programme provides an excellent alternative. I would go so far as to suggest that a well designed and run experiential training course provides a safe leap experience. That is, the reward of rapid, applied learning without the risks attached to learning in a live work environment. <bio>Simon Cooper is Managing Director of the UK based Experiential Learning Centre http://www.experiential-learning-centre.com </bio>

For basketball player and volleyball players, having a strong vertical leap is essential for increasing your level of play. Whether you are going up for a rebound in basketball or hitting a spike in volleyball, a high vertical leap makes it much easier.

The following list details the best exercises for helping an athlete increase their vertical jump.

1. Toe Raises -- This exercise helps build the strength in the calf muscles. Toe raises can be performed with or without weight. A toe raise machine can be used if you are doing this exercise in a gym and if you are doing them at home you can use a thick piece of wood or a stair. Start with your heels hanging over the edge and then rise up onto your tip toes. Then lower back down and repeat.

2. Step Ups -- This vertical jump exercise helps to build up the quad muscles which are essential in jumping. For this exercise a chair or a bench can be used. Start with one foot on the bench and simply step up onto the bench. Then step back down and repeat with the opposite leg. The exercise can be done with or without weight.

3. Squats -- Squats are one of the best exercises for increasing overall leg strength. A squat rack can be used at the gym or you can perform your squats without weight. Start in an athletic stance and start to bend at the knees like you were going to sit down onto a chair. Continue to lower yourself until your thighs are parallel to the ground. Then rise back to a standing position. Make sure to keep your back straight and look forward while performing the squat. Squats are often performed with improper form and you should make sure to work with a trainer when doing them for the first time. This will ensure that you learn proper form and do not injury yourself.

If you are looking to increase your vertical jump, performing these three exercises is essential. Make sure to measure your vertical jump height before starting any program so you have a base measure to gage your results from. This will allow you to see what is working to help increase your vertical jump and what is not. <bio>For more info on increasing your vertical jump and a full listing of the best vertical jump exercises browse over to: http://www.verticaljumpworkout.com For our listing of the best vertical jump programs and start now! http://www.verticaljumpworkout.com/vertical-jump-programs/ </bio>

During the 90s music companies feasted on profits generated from CD sales. Now, with music more popular than ever, music companies are crying the blues. Sales and profits are down.

What happened?

We all know what happened: digital music downloads.

But why did it happen=97the crying the blues part? Music companies desperately hung on to CDs while digital downloads did to the CD what CDs did to the cassette tape.

Those of you old enough to know music during the pre-CD era, when man shared the earth with such things as cassette tapes, you know why CDs were such a hit. CDs were a quantum leap in flexibility and convenience: skip around your album to avoid crappy songs or replay your favorites; 5-CD players; durability; heck, you could even create CDs with just your favorite songs. Sales of CDs quickly eclipsed music sold on all other formats. Then, in the next five years, CD sales doubled. Big numbers! Happy music company executives.

While everybody was congratulating themselves music companies forgot why the CD became so popular, so they couldn't recognize and adopt the next quantum leap in flexibility and convenience.

My point isn't to wag my finger at big music companies; it's to wag my finger at me and you. We all have products or ways we do things that have been successful for us, and we heavily rely on them, don't we? Those same things are too easy to hang on to too long.

The goal of this artile is to:

=95 Encourage you to focus not on the products or ways you do things themselves, but on why they've been successful.

=95 So you can move to the next product or way of doing something that shares the attributes that made your current product or way you do things successful.

Makes sense? Of course. But it's hard to actually do=97to adopt something new=97especially early. Music companies, as a example, are finally starting to embrace digital downloading in a serious way. But not until Apple took 22% of ALL music sales. It was easy to scoff at selling one song at a time via iTunes when it was new. Honestly, how did you react when you first heard about the idea? And all the sudden iTunes is the new 400 pound gorilla.

What new way of doing things, product or service does this mean for you? I don't know, but, you do. That's right, you know. It's that thing that's been rolling around in your head. That thing you've been hearing about. That thing that sounded ridiculous at first, but isn't so ridiculous the more you hear about it. Yeah, that thing.

Now, you don't have to do a swan dive into the next new thing. But put your toe in. Start to experiment. Starting today. Because it won't be too long until you'll have to do a swan dive just to keep up.

Not too good at swan dives? Neither am I. So, let's get started. . .and we can help! <bio>Hamilton Wallace is a small business marketing consultant in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Blond is the color of hair that most women will try on at least once in the quest to be beautiful. It brings up images of long hair shimmering with golden highlights that have several shades of blond merging together for a dramatic and dazzling effect. Blond may mean bubbly and air headed, but that does not change the fact that it is though of as the most desirable look.

Everyday women purchase a bottle of hair color with the intent of going for the lightest color they can get. They seem to forget that the color may not be that complementary on them. Going blond for the sake of going blond is not going to give the results they dreamed of. If women realized that going more than a few shades lighter than their natural color will be high maintenance, they would think about the commitment.

Unfortunately all hair color fades over time. This fading is more noticed on people who go quite a few shades lighter than their natural color. The other problem is that the term less is more fits this situation. Subtly colored hair is not only more natural looking but usually much more attractive. If you get easily influence by the media and the celebrities wearing golden locks think before you leap. It may not be obvious that they put in long hours and big bucks to maintain that look. However, there is a big commitment to keeping that look up.

Remember the average women that gets color out of bottle, on a do it yourself binge, usually winds up with a red or even orange hue. This is a problem when you apply a blond shade to a dark hair color. That is because most brown shades have some red in it. Now a proper toner has to be used that may tone the brassy look down. What you usually now have is a bleached blond look. Natural and subtle are not terms that you are going to hear as people describe this new look.

Blond is the color of hair that most people admire, even those women who have do not have the complexion to carry off the color. This color is easier to carry off if you already were a blond whose color has darkened and become drab over the years. When color is matched to your natural hair the roots will be less obvious. This will help you prevent retouching your hair and inhaling the fumes as often from the bottles you mix at home. This is alone a reason to think before you leap into the land of blondness.

Something has to compensate for the frequent retouches that accommodate the more extreme color change. If your new dyed locks magically change your life go for it. However, for the majority of women who opt for a blond look, the work to keep it up cost more in time and money than anticipated. Then it is time to think a subtle look is a much more attractive choice that a head of hair that screams I am a bleached blond.

It is also time to get a good professional colorist that can properly prepare your hair for the chemical process and understand the best color options for your hair. The effects of a good color are dazzling even if it is not the color of blond. The color of blond is an option when you need flattering highlights for a more dramatic effect.

This is not a do it yourself job or a spur of the moment venture. It pays to have color-enhancing work done by a pro. It will save you time and money in the end. Many times people go to the salon after they messed up at home and their hair is need of a major overhaul. It is true that the right color can do wonders and brighten your world more that a brassy shade of blond. <bio>Paula Martinez is a contributing editor to Austins Hair Salon of Clermont Florida.
Experiential Learning is not new but is incredibly under used as a method for training and developing staff. Consider for a moment how people tend to be trained at your place of work and what methods top the list?

Training courses where people learn via presentations, group discussions, case studies and perhaps some role playing are likely to figure quite high on the list for most companies. But how much of this is actually taken back to the workplace and transferred into improved performance? Traditional training courses are essentially a method of knowledge transfer with a small amount of skills development. As knowledge transfer goes they can be very effective, especially if delivered by a good trainer but it is somewhat hit and miss if this knowledge is applied effectively by the trainee upon their return to work. How much support will they receive from their manager? Will the learning be reinforced and reviewed at regular intervals? Will they get an opportunity to practice what they have learned? How much of the knowledge will be lost or watered down over time?

An alternative to sending staff on a training course is for the manager or an experienced team member to train them on the job. Coaching can be the most effective form of learning when it is done well. Knowledge can be transferred by the coach, skills can be developed in stages and both can be applied in live but supervised situations. This provides an opportunity for the work to be reviewed and feedback provide in order to facilitate rapid learning. Given that coaching is a widely effective form of experiential learning, what are the downsides? It requires a large investment of time by the coach. It requires a high level of coaching skill. Perhaps most significantly, it takes two people, the coach and the trainee, away from their normal tasks making them both less productive in the short term.

Another form of on the job training is to provide the trainee with a leap experience. This essentially involves providing the staff member with a specific job assignment or project aimed at developing a targeted skill set. This is raw experiential learning. If successful the individual is likely to learn rapidly, hence a leap experience. However, the downside of a leap experience is the risk of failure and the accompanying damage to both the person's confidence and the business.

When I set up the Experiential Learning Centre it was with the intention of combining the best of these learning methods in order to provide the most powerful developmental outcomes at the lowest possible risk. Together with a small team of learning and development experts, we designed a series of simulations and activities that mirrored a range of leadership, team working and business skills scenarios but delivered within the safety of a classroom environment. A great simulation in itself is not enough. In order to complete the learning experience each simulated programme needs to be supported by high quality facilitation and expert coaching. The results have been extremely powerful.

Trainees are able to learn by experience and transfer what they have learned back in the working environment in order to perform at a significantly higher level. In essence, what we have developed is a series of safe leap experiences which is the holy grail of staff development.

As one of our leadership facilitators, Jonathon Elliott says "It really is quite remarkable to see the learning that takes place during an experiential leadership event. Delegates don't just learn from being a leader themselves but also from how others go about leading and managing. Sometimes they will be on the receiving end of an activity in which there is a weak plan or where a conflict is poorly handled. Other times they will experience an exceptional piece of teamworking or find themselves being motivated at a high level. In both scenarios they are learning something that they will be able to take back to work and use immediately. At the end of an experiential event, people are noticeably at a significantly higher level of competence than when they joined the programme. They are able to apply what they have learned in a variety of situations and perform better."

The reality is that many managers lack the time and ability to facilitate experiential learning in the workplace. The result is that staff are often unable to develop as well as they could or they are thrown in at the deep end, often with high risks attached. Simulated experiential learning provides a compelling alternative as long as it is supported by high quality facilitation and expert coaching interventions. <bio>Simon Cooper is Managing Director of the Experiential Learning Centre http://www.experiential-learning-centre.co.uk </bio>

Know what? just this morning, before I popped open my laptop, a heretical thought crossed my head.

It's this: planning and anticipating your retirement is like insurance policy. Never Ever take it as the sole reward to the years of working. Simply, it is a mere hedge against what we all fear at the end of life: becoming so decrepit, that we can't physically mow lawns to buy ourselves a Happy Meal.

To my mind, retirement as the final goal of an executive is darn stupid for three critical reasons.

First it's hinged on the presumption that you abhor what you are doing throughout the most physically productive years of your life. Is this how you want to trudge out to work the next 30 years of your career- feeling that you gotta endure decades of hell before well-earned respite? Millions of shmoes out there are unhappy, depressed and leap buildings when they deem work as much fun as getting a triple bypass.

Second, many folks will never retire and maintain even a greasy-microwave-chicken-for-dinner standards of living. Think about that. Even Five Million is a loose change in a stinking economy where your retirement might last twenty years; and runaway inflation delfates your purchasing power 4% to 11% each year. Doesn't add up, doesn't it? Your golden years become Ghetto-class life revisited.

Finally, if you do save up for a comfortable, much-desired retirement, it implies that you're one ambitious, hardworking son-of-a-gun. So what happens? Three days into lounging at that luxury home for the decrepit, you'll be flaming bored, you'll want to kick every senior citizen and her cat out of your way. You'll start scanning the job market and even start a new corporation- in your flannel pajamas. Hmmm.. quite defeats the purpose of waiting for retirement, huh?

So what's my point...? I'm not saying don't plan your retirement. That wouldn't be wise. What I'm saying is, never mistake retirement for the end goal. That's really dumb. Instead, look to each day as as source of new inspiration, an opportunity for great things that you can enjoy NOW and instead of at retirement.

Stop and think about that.... Imagine what life will be like if every week was a of mini-retirement? Now that's heaven! <bio>More of Joseph Plazo's killer articles http://www.xtrememind.com </bio>

The Slovakian capital of Bratislava boasts a mingled atmosphere of Old World Charm and up to the minute chic energy that isn't found anywhere outside the old Eastern Bloc cities. The combination of hot girls and cool prices have made Bratislava one of the trendiest places for a stag weekend on the Continent. The incredibly cheap prices (50p for a brew in a local pub) attract the trade, and in true capitalist fashion, the steady inpouring of randy stag partiers has attracted more activities, which in turn attract more Bratislava stag weekend business.

The only problem you'll be faced with when planning a stag party in Bratislava is which of the incredible array of activities to include on your itinerary. Let your Stag be your guide there. If he's a fairly typical bloke, you'll find all the traditional typical stag weekend activities in Bratislava. You can easily fill a Bratislava stag weekend with clay pigeon shooting, paintball tournaments, off track karting and 4x4 races.

But you can get a real adrenaline buzz going in Bratislava if your mates are inclined to the more extreme end of the danger scale. Show the soon-to-be wedded man what married life is really like by taking bungee jumping to the next level with bridge swinging - a leap off the end of a bridge in downtown Bratislava. Or leap off into space in a different way with an afternoon at the Astro Trainer, a unique outdoor facility that was originally designed to help astronauts get a feel for floating in 0-G.

And of course, no stag do is complete without the prerequisite night of clubbing till dawn. Every Bratislava stag weekend should include a brewery tour followed up by a night on the town in the company of scantily clad (and bound to get even more scanty) girls. You can dance the night away at any of the dozens of nightclubs and bars in the Old Town, or sit back with a drink and watch the tantalizing dancers put on a show just for you. If you're in a gambling mood, you've even got your choice of five different casinos.

A Bratislava stag weekend is just one example of the kind of stag parties that a professional tour operator can help you arrange. If you're looking for more unique ideas for stag dos in Bratislava or any other city, contact Chillisauce.co.uk, a tour operator that specialises in unique and unusual stag nights, bachelor parties and stag weekends. <bio>Brett Danielson works for http://www.chillisauce.co.uk, a tour operator specialising in unique http://www.chillisauce.co.uk/stag-weekends For information on http://www.chillisauce.co.uk/stag-weekends/bratislava visit chillisauce.co.uk </bio>

As children, most of us learned the alphabet by singing it over and over. Teaching your child the alphabet can be accomplished in a similar manner. Even though there are many educational tools available, your child can engage in different forms of learning by using repetition.

Here are 5 ideas to introduce your child to the alphabet.

Make an alphabet chart and add objects or pictures to correspond to the letters.

Buy alphabet books.

Use alphabet magnets on your refrigerator.

Purchase alphabet blocks.

Purchase a Leap Frog education toy to teach babies and toddlers.

The alphabet chart is one way to engage your child. Add corresponding pictures underneath the letters. By pointing to each letter and repeating it over and over, your child will be able to associate letters with objects.

Educational products such as Leap Frog are a viable method used to teach babies and toddlers. In combination with your own creative style, your child can have fun and learn at the same time. Also important are the use of visual aids, such as the alphabet chart mentioned earlier.

Fundamental in teaching and garnering a child's attention, books can accomplish this in a variety of ways. Every page offers new insight to the child, and repeating the letters over and over allow the child to make the connection between the letters and the characters or objects in the book.

A variety of colorful magnets on refrigerator doors are another way to engage your child.

Because reading scores on a national level have gone down, you as a parent should take whatever measures necessary to ensure your child is able to read before attending school. When your child makes the connection between a letter and an object, the process of learning has just begun. Every word is fundamentally based on learning the alphabet. As an analogy, one could say reading is akin to walking. While walking properly is important for your child's physical health; reading is important to the child's mental health. When your child looks at a letter, such as P for peach; and you know the child fully understands that P is the first letter in the word peach, you may glimpse the excitement on your child's face. To begin the process of learning, your child needs to make the journey on the path to communication and understanding.

The aforementioned 5 ideas to introduce your child to the alphabet are just tip of the iceberg; the real work lies ahead for you and your child. You, as a parent, are teaching your child and encouraging him or her to want to learn more. In addition, once your child begins to understand and recognize that letters have meaning, a new world will open up for them in which the ability to communicate, and fully understand the importance of learning will lead the child on a path to achievement. <bio>Nicole Dean co-created http://www.kidsactivitycalendar.com to help her child and others prepare for Kindergarten in a fun way.
If people tell you that you can't find everything in one place, don't believe them. There is indeed a place where you can find everything. Whether you're looking for a job, a date, a masseuse, a dog, or a hard-to-find item like a Ridgeway grandfather clock, there's something for you in classifieds.

Where to Look

When thinking about classifieds, the first thing that probably comes to your mind is the newspaper. Indeed, classifieds started as a special section in most newspapers and some magazines. For a small fee, companies and individuals could advertise job offerings, services, items for sale, and pretty much anything they need, as long as it's legal. These days, classifieds can also be found in online news websites, as well as forums, online sellers, networking websites, and specialty websites.

How to Look

Using classifieds to look for those hard-to-find collector's items are easy enough. It's as simple as rifling through the pages of a newspaper or magazine. Online, you simply have to use a search engine to point you to the right direction.

If you're searching for an antique Ridgeway grandfather clock and can't find one in your local newspaper, a quick online search through search engines, such as Google or Yahoo! can bring you to sellers and dealers, eager to sell you a Ridgeway grandfather clock or two.

Leap of Faith

Of course, dealing with strangers through the classifieds is always a leap of faith. That's why you're better off dealing with reputable dealers, instead of individuals when buying items like a Ridgeway grandfather clock.

However, you can't avoid dealing directly with owners of Ridgeway grandfather clocks if they're not affiliated with any dealer. Still, if you feel that the Ridgeway grandfather clock's beautiful lacquer finish, intricate craftsmanship, and superior resonating chimes are worth the risk, by all means, go for it, but take extra precautions.

A Smart Buy

When dealing with sellers through classifieds, it's best to look out for scams. If a deal is too good to be true, it probably is.

When speaking with an individual seller, ask for guarantees and references. If the seller is indeed reputable, he or she is also taking a risk in dealing with you, so chances are you can probably meet halfway and compromise. Remember that they're just as eager to sell their Ridgeway grandfather clock as you are of owning it, so don't hesitate to negotiate.

When the time is ripe for the financial side of things, negotiate an amicable payment scheme that's low on risk for both parties. After all, you want your Ridgeway grandfather clock delivered and they want to be paid for it.

Indeed, the classifieds is a nifty tool for people who are searching for something. The classifieds have been used in decades past and it will be used in the decades to come. It doesn't matter what it is you're searching for. If you know where to look, how to look, and have the patience to look, you'll find it =96 eventually. <bio>Are you looking for a Ridgeway grandfather clock (http://www.grandfatherclockmarket.com/Richardson_I_Grandfather_Clock_by_Ri= dgeway.html)?
People are very entertaining if you just take time to listen to what they say and observe how they act. After all, that's why reality television shows are so popular. Now you can watch people from the comfort of your living room chair.

The things they do and say are so highly entertaining because people so often react based on emotion. Often, that emotion is fear. Throw in a little laziness and a willingness to believe whatever they hear that justifies their fear and there you have them--the two most wealth-preventing <a href="http://www.artwoo.com/tag/myths" rel="tag">myths about real estate investing that were ever conceived. And those two are the parents of the third.

Those myths are, of course, fear-based. They are also myths that would not exist if it were human nature to educate themselves about a thing before making up their minds about it.

What are those myths?

1.Real estate is a gamble. 2.Real estate is risky. 3.There is no way I can possibly invest in real estate.

Naturally, Myth No. 2 follows logically from Myth No. 1. Assuming, of course, that logic goes into the thinking at all when someone determines these things.

Robert Kiyosaki, author of the Rich Dad book series, said that there are people out there who honestly believe that real estate investing--or any type of investing at all, really--is all about luck. These types of investors throw their money at anything that looks good to them. But they haven't taken the time to educate themselves on what is a good investment. So what "looks good" to them is based on a purely emotional reaction--or worse--a guess.

Real estate investment cannot be accurately compared with, say, Black Jack or Roulette because those games are guessing games. Real estate investment is not a guessing game. Real estate investment involves looking at financial documents and determining from them where you should spend your money. It's not about guessing--it's about reading.

And Myth No. 3, well...that's the biggest myth of all. Anyone at all can invest in real estate, if they are willing to take those first important steps: Make sure you have the capital by increasing your wealth, which is generally done by building a business system, and educate yourself in the process of investing.

There's the rub. Most people are simply not willing to take those preliminary steps. They think they are wasting time if they attempt to learn something. The extra money they have is burning a hole in their pocket and they can't wait to throw it away. So that is exactly what they do.

There is risk, of course. Anytime someone sets out to learn a new skill--even investing--they will make a few wrong moves. But that is all part of the process. As time goes on, you will get better at it. So of course, you shouldn't toss your life savings into the pot. Simply start out small and work your way up, as you would with anything. Kiyosaki compares it to piloting an air plane. It's not something you would consider doing if you had never been in the cockpit. But with time and lessons and practice, it becomes something you can do with ease and confidence--something you can do safely. But you must invest the time to learn how.

What really is a risk, Kiyosaki said, is neglecting to educate yourself. When you neglect your financial education you are losing more money than you can imagine--not only the money you invest if you choose to leap without looking, but also the money you will never make if you choose not to leap at all. <bio>Alex Anderson Helps Regular-People (Just Like You) To Successfully Invest In Real Estate.
Let's face it, over the years eggs have gotten a very bad rap but are one food that always seems to bounce back (albeit not literally) onto the tables of nations all over the world.

In the mid-eighties an outbreak of salmonella broke in the UK causing nationwide panic, governments leap onto the bandwagon closely followed by cries of outrage from the press. It seemed like nothing could massage the publics fear of the egg.

Well, nothing but the taste and versatility of the egg (and it's resilience).

For thousands of years eggs have been included in the staple diet of almost every country in the world and we can safely assume that one of the first dishes on a caveman's plate would have been an egg - fried, scrambled or poached we can't say.

Studies show that eggs are preferred differently from nation to nation and a recent study by Egg Monthly magazine show the following preferences:

UK - Boiled egg USA - Poached egg Asia - Scrambled egg Eastern Europe - Fried egg

Amazing that just like language our particular taste for egg recipes varies from continent to continent and country to country.

So what is in an egg that we so desire? Firstly although it is fragile it has other aspects which provide it hardy qualities such as it is totally waterproof and provides it's own handy packaging. By it's very nature it is rich in protein and contains a good source of 'good' cholesterol. Add to this it is easy to prepare - a meal with an egg can be made in under a minute but is versatile enough to be oven cooked, grilled and fried.

So when you next sit down to your breakfast, dinner or evening meal (what other ingredient sits happily at any time of day or night?) just remember that everyone from Cleopatra to Jessie Jayne has one thing in common - we all love eggs! <bio>Kate Riding is a health enthusiast writing for http://www.69toys.co.uk/index.php?cPath=23_66 </bio>
