The more frequent the keywords appear and the nearer they appear to the beginning of the tags and pages, the greater the chance of achieving high search engine positioning.

The three that are most important for page optimization are:

1. The TITLE tag

Example: Speedy SEO Services Company

This is the most important HTML tag on your web page. It should at the very least contain the name of your company unless your company name is really deceptive or general. For instance if you have decided to name your SEO business website "Cracking The Code" it may be a better idea to put a description rather than your business or a bunch of Da Vinci Code fans and conspiracy theorists could end up on your site. . The KEYWORDS meta tag

Example:

You should include the keywords meta tag in all pages you want indexed. Do not "spam4" the search engines by repeating keywords.
If you're like most webmasters, you're always looking for ways to get links to your site. Of course, if they're one way links, all the better! Well, submitting your site to directories not only offers you one ways, you can get them for free.

If you follow a few rules when submitting your site to various directories, you'll greatly increase the number of directories that accept your link, so increasing the number of links you get.

Many directories publish a comprehensive list of rules for submitting to their site, but here are a few general rules that will put you in good stead.

1 -- No promotional language -- avoid promotion type language in your title and description. Avoid things like "click here" "save big", etc.

2 - Don't keyword stuff -- While you want your keywords in your title and description as possible, don't stuff them with your keyword. You want it to look official and natural.

3 -- Give valid contact info -- When you submit your listing, use yourreal name and email address. It will greatly increase your chances of acceptance.

4 -- Submit to the deepest relevant category -- Don't submit to a main category unless there is not a subcategory that fits your site. For examle, google.com should be submitted to Computers > Internet > Search > Search Engines, not just to the Computers category

5 -- Site guidelines -- in general, directories will only accept unique, content rich sites. Most directories will not accept Adsense sites, scraper sites, doorway pages, etc.

6 -- Submit your homepage -- Don't submit sub-pages unless the directory states you may -- most directories will deny sub-page listings.

Bonus tip -- Here's a way to greatly speed up your directory submissions. Use a form fill plug in for your browser that automatically fills in your url, title, description, etc. I use and recommend RoboForm, but you may find a better free one somewhere. <bio>Visit the best of the directories at http://www.allthewebmasters.com </bio>

If you don't know what a link directory looks like, check out the most famous example: DMOZ. According to DMOZ, they are the "most comprehensive human-reviewed directory of the web". When you think of a web directory, think dmoz.

Directories are simply libraries which catalog websites into content hierarchies. Just like a real library, a web directory classifies and organizes websites (books) based on the subject matter in a hierarchical manner.

Good directories provide a helpful tool for researchers and general web aficionados to "drill down" and get the best information available.

Below, I outline a simple process on how you can use web directories to help improve your search engine rankings.

Step 1: Research and Review

Your first step should be to research and review the web directories that are available for you to post your link. I recommend doing a search in Google for the phrase "web directory" or "keyword + submit url". Look at the top 10 results. These should be your focus when starting out.

Go through your 10 results and review each site using the following criteria:

1. Do they allow outside link submissions? 2. If so, what are their guidelines? 3. What are their registration policies?

If a directory accepts outside submissions and you're comfortable with the terms of service and submission guidelines, then register for an account. If a site doesn't require registration, make sure it's not a link farm.

I also recommend looking at this site's design, confirming it has a purpose, and making sure that you can contact the webmaster.

Step 2: Develop Your Site's Description

Once you've gathered the directories you'll submit your link to, write out several directory listing descriptions. These descriptions should be approximately 250 words, or less, in length. It should be a description, or general overview, of the purpose of your website. Ask yourself, why would someone click my link to visit my website? A brief description of what you do, your services, or your products is all that's needed.

Once you have your description and your link ready to go, now it's time to start submitting.

Step 3: Submit Your Links

Submission is a fairly easy process. Make sure you're not submitting to a general directory, unless your site fits. Take the time to find out which topic heading your link should be placed under. It doesn't have to be an exact match but it should be close.

You can also outsource the work if you don't like the repetition. If you do, however, be very careful that whoever performs the work only submits to legitimate directories. Give them the directories you ranked previously.

Make sure you know where your link is being submitted and, of course, make sure your linking service provider keeps you informed.

Directory Linking Effectiveness

Getting your link listed in directories is an effective and simple way to get indexed and to get relevant back links to your website.

If you take your time, research top directory sites, and provide an accurate description of your site, your linking efforts will begin to drive traffic to your website and give you the back links you need to move up in the search engines.

Using directories along with article submissions is a great combination that will help you rank well and establish yourself as an authority in your field. <bio>http://www.LinkAcquire.com will get you higher search engine rankings through one way linking services. </bio>

When it comes to your Meta tags you want them to contain key information about your website as well as your top keywords. Make sure they keywords are in the title as well as in the body of the text. Make sure you write a description about your page using specific information and keywords, but keep it short and sweet. All your keywords should always be relevant to the content within the page they describe. With the title tag, each search engine looks at it and uses it primarily the same way, to summarize and compile the websites contents for its search engine users. The how and where your keywords are in your title tag are the most important element with to which you can get benefit from using title tag. Choosing keywords is an essential part of producing a successful website.

When creating the title for the website makes sure you include keywords in the title that are on the page. There has been a lot of talk about title tags about how they are not important anymore, but in reality they are still important. On your page to properly place your title tag you should put it between the HEAD tags, one of the best place to include it is right after the HEAD tag. Most of the SE use the meta title as the title of the page. When you do a search on search engines the title that is listed is the title on the website and sometime the Meta title is used. Once you understand why the title is so important, you can easily write more effective title tags. The title is so important because the first thing that a human searcher sees is the title. The Meta title is a critical factor in controlling where your site is listed in search engines.

In many results the Meta description will appear on the results page right under the title. The only caveat to remember is that your META description will only show if the search term is in the META description. Try to keep the title brief so it is not cut off in the results, it is best practice if you keep the description under 200 characters.. Your description contains your important key phrase and key words. Place your description in the opening paragraph, if you do this the description is weighted heavier by search engines. Sometimes even google picks up description tag. Make sure that title and description is crafted neatly and attracts both visitors and search engines.

Bots have been spidering the web since the '90's, including pages into various collections. Pictures are worth 1000 words to you and me, but zero to a search engine. Even if you ensure you have completely relevant Meta Tags, some search engines will still ignore them. Always make sure that your meta tags do not have any line breaks. The more educated you are about what search engines are looking for, the better you will be able to respond and rise in the rankings.

If you only put the description in the Meta tag section, then the search engine robots will see it but many of your visitors will not. Don't hide this information in a place where your readers cannot see it. Meta tags are HTML elements used to provide structured metadata about a web page. Using Meta tags is not some magic answer that everyone thinks it is. Meta Tags are most commonly used to distinguish the keywords that are relevant to a page's content. The robots do scan the Meta tags and some of the search engines will use the information from them. Meta tags are still important today, they might not be as important but you still need to use them if you want to compete with other sites. <bio>David Marc Fishman helps webmasters with a link directory and web directory to establish one way links at http://www.vwutt.com and http://www.zsozi.com. </bio>

So you want to apply to Yahoo. Assuming you are not already listed in the index your first step is to find the category page that best suits your site. At the very bottom of this category page will be a small andquot;Suggest a Siteandquot; link. Click on it to get to the site submission page. If there is no andquot;Suggest a Siteandquot; link, then the page you are on does not allow listings to be added to it, most likely because it is a very general top-level page. Keep searching until you find your right niche category! When searching for your niche category, try to find one that reduces your chances of being buried alive by other site listings. This usually means a very specific category and the more specific you are, the more kindly Yahoo will be when it comes to listing your site.

Follow Yahoo's instructions or else! If you try to sneak around their rules they will ban you. Don't try to break the rules by doing things like using numbers, too much gratuitous promotional language or brand names in your descriptions. This is one situation where too much SEO in your copy can really hurt you. This might seem odd, especially in a business that seems to be all about promoting yourself but Yahoo will frown on any title and description that reads like promotional ad copy. What Yahoo wants is a descriptive title and description without any hype (and this includes phrases such as 'the best real estate agent in townandquot; and andquot;unrivalled serviceandquot;

Also you improve your chances of acceptance if you can keep your meta tag description to about 15-20 words. You might as well edit it down now before Yahoo does it for you!

As Yahoo lists its sites alphabetically, it might also benefit you to choose a name that is among the first five or six letters in the alphabet. If you can come up with a suitable title for your site that starts with A, B or C then make sure you use it as it will rank you higher in the Yahoo search engine pages! <bio>Chris Angus is a SEO and website promoter, he can be contacted at sales(at)brilliantseo.com http://www.chooseinsurance.co.uk http://www.mobility-direct.co.uk Copywriter </bio>

Using a blog to promote your wellness business is a very effective marketing tool. What is great about using blogs is that you can promote your wellness business absolutely free. There are many places on the Internet that you can set up a blog without it costing you a single penny. With a new home business it is important to maximize promotion without spending all your profits on advertising and marketing. Using a blog is one of the methods that you can use to promote your wellness business without it emptying your business budget.

You do not have to be a computer wiz, internet wiz or programmer to set up an attractive blog. There are many places on the Internet that have blogs already set up for you. All that you have to do is create a free account, select the name for you blog and start making blog posts. It's literally that simple without requiring that you know how to program or pay any type of membership fees or hosting fees. This is why blogging is ideal for promotion because it's so simple to do.

Once you have your blog selected and your account created, it is time to name your blog. When selecting a name choose something that fits both the wellness industry and compliments the types of products that you will be promoting for your wellness business. For example, if you sell weight loss products you could name your blog something such as Skinny Tips. This would let others know the general theme of the blog.

The blog setup will ask you to create a description for you blog. Take the time to write out several descriptions until you have just the perfect one. The description that you post on the blog will often be what is used when search engines pick up your blog and list it in the pages. For the example of the skinny tips blog you could do a description such as helpful tips and information for weight loss. The description then further explains your blog so that more people are likely to read your posts because they will know what the blog is going to be about before they start reading.

What should you write about for your blog? One of the top things to write about is the general topic of the blog. Blogs with a lot of different topics can get confusing to readers. They are successful but the purpose of this type of business blog is to promote your wellness home business. If for example you had the Skinny Tips blog, you could write short pieces about losing weight, eating well and exercising. You can even write reviews for the different products that you are promoting. In the reviews, you can link directly to the product to encourage visitors to visit your main wellness small home business Internet site.

The primary purpose of blogs is to provide information. Providing a great deal of information is the key to a successful blog for business. You get people that would not normally visit a wellness product site to come and read your blog. After reading your blog on a regular basis, visitors will naturally go and visit your business site. Use the blog as a portal to get traffic to your website and not as a big advertisement. People will stay and read the information if it is informative and entertaining. <bio>Zach Thompson is a Glyconutrients Representative. His clients range from actresses to pro athletes.
One of the most amazing things about being human is that every dream or creation leads us to want to dream bigger, or to create a bigger dream than the ones we had before.

One of the main reasons why your life looks the way it does right now is YOU WEREN'T SPECIFIC ENOUGH. Thought you'd never have to hear that again, right? And so we got a version of what we wanted, but it wasn't the complete version. See, we spend a lot of time looking at what we don't want, but very little being very specific about what we do want. I remember one day I wrote what my perfect guy looked like; I thought I wrote everything ... everything that was, except his personality. Well within 3 days the guy matching my description showed up, with a personality I couldn't stand!

My prosperity partners and I were doing a project once (and I have to tell you it's the hardest thing waiting for 3 other people's opinions!) At one point during the project there were objections about different things; one was about the color we were using for the project, for example. For the first time I truly understood how GOD/UNIVERSE operated ~ minus my frustration of course ~ but I kept thinking 'If you just tell me what color you want I'll make it happen. I don't care, I want whatever you want, but you have to know what you want.' You can't just say 'I don't like the red balloons', well what color balloons do you want?

Days, weeks, months pass and no answer comes.

Well, I can't read minds people and neither can the Universe/GOD. The universe/GOD will give you exactly what you want every single time...IF you just tell it/him what you want. But if you give a general description then that's what you get; something fitting that general description.

Another reason your lives are the way they are is because we forget the dreams we put into creation. As time goes by, you forget that last week you wanted something...3 years ago you wanted something else...and when you add the fact that you weren't specific in the first place, it's easy to see that when it comes into your life 3 or 4 years down the line you don't even recognize it. You treat it as some random thing happening to you. Ever see someone wanting a Red car but not saying 'I want a red car that runs smoothly and is reliable'? Well then they get the red car, but it breaks down every day and they say 'This isn't what I wanted!' Or someone with a spouse; they wanted this person at one point. But now it's more like 'This isn't what I wanted!' Maybe they forgot to ask for someone who was faithful, or for someone who had the same values as they did.

Did you ever truly know what you wanted? Did you ever write it out, or were you too busy saying 'I don't want to be single anymore. I want a spouse!'? 'I don't want to be broke anymore; I want to have more money!'

News flash: a penny is more money.

So when the Universe sent you that one penny laying on the floor it fulfilled your wishes. 'That's not what I meant' you say. Remember, the Universe/God can't read minds. You never said how much. So maybe you didn't know how much you wanted, or even better you didn't want to decide because if you did, you may not get as much as you could get, right? Well, 'more money' is very general, so it may not be quite what you had in mind by the time it gets here.

How about the job that you have? Did you think about describing your coworkers? How about the boss you wanted? Nope, you didn't...because you don't really believe you have any control.

The next reason is YOU KEEP CHANGING YOUR MIND. How many times have you changed your mind in the last hour, or the last year? We change our minds all the time, constantly rearranging and changing and readjusting the thought, and so by the time it gets here it's virtually unrecognizable.

This is excerpted from the book "You are already living the life of your dreams" by Ophelia Nicholson. <bio>Ophelia Nicholson is a Prosperity Coach and Author For more information, free videos, meditation and articles please visit http://www.breathingprosperity.com.
Internet is a great job search tool. This article will help you to find top job search sites and use them successfully.

1.) Introduction

Job search web sites are usually divided into two categories: general and professional. General job search sites offer jobs in various industries while professional sites concentrate on a particular career field. You can visit http://www.yourcareerlinks.com for a list of best job search web sites.

2.) Keyword job search

Usually career web sites enable you to search for a job by occupation, geographic location and keyword. While the first two options are self-explanatory, job search by keyword deserves a special attention.

There are different ways to describe the job you are looking for. It is important to come up with as many keyword phrases that fit your job description as possible. This approach will help you find more job openings in your field.

3.) Choose where to apply

Once you found available positions, it is time to decide where to apply for work. One of the most common mistakes job seekers make is selecting only those job ads that match their skills perfectly. Generally employers describe an ideal candidate in their employment ads. However, many companies would seriously consider applicants whose skills satisfy their requirements partly.

4.) Post your resume online

Most job search sites give you an option to post your resume. There are many employers and recruiters who search through resumes posted by job seekers like you. If your resume is not posted, you are missing a valuable opportunity to find a job. At the very least, you should post your resume with top job search engines listed at http://www.yourcareerlinks.com .

5.) Follow up

It is important to maintain your job search records. Make sure to write down position description and contact information when you apply for a job. If there is no response in a while, it is a good idea to call prospective employer and inquire about your status. Following up shows that you are really interested in working for this particular employer.

On line job search takes time and determination. You should check leading job search sites daily for new positions. I hope that advice given in this article will be helpful in your Internet job search efforts. <bio>Archie Lubman http://www.yourcareerlinks.com </bio>

As any internet marketing or SEO expert knows, one of the best ways to increase search engine rankings and build links is to submit to directories. And if you couple directory submissions with writing articles and social media marketing, there's no telling how far you'll go. Here are your top eight questions about directory submissions answered:

1. Do I Submit to General Directories or Niche Directories?

It's always a good idea to do a little of both. Find your niche directories by searching on MSN, Google, or Yahoo, and use the ones that come up in the first few pages of search results. When you're looking for general directories, use the more established directories first.

2. Does PageRank Matter?

Believe it or not, PageRank isn't the ultimate indicator of a directory's quality, particularly given Google' recent crackdown on paid link directories.

3. Should I Use Free Directories or Paid Directories?

Paid directories are often worth the investment since their links seem to last longer. Links seem to disappear from many of the free directories after about a year. But there a few select free directories that have proven themselves to be top-notch, and they should always to utilized.

4. Should I Vary My Business Description Across Directories?

Absolutely! If you post the same description of your business on every directory, they will be viewed as duplicates by the search engines and thus devalued. Although it may be time-consuming, you will be best served by writing a unique, 200+-word description for each directory to which you plan to submit.

5. How Many Directories Should I Submit To?

There's no right answer to this question. But be sure to spread out your submissions over a 12-month period. Create a calendar in which you regularly submit to directories over the course of a year.

6. What's the Best Way to Utilize Deep Linking?

Since many directories let you link directly to internal pages of your website, alternate linking to different pages using variations on the words or phrases that you want to target on each page. Using the same anchor text link over and over again to the same page looks contrived to the search engines.

7. What About Anchor Text?

It's best to use the main search phrases you're targeting in your links, but many of the best directories won't allow this. One way around this is to sneak in a search phrase at the end of the name of your company. As you're looking around in each directory, try to get an idea of what you will and won't be able to get away with. Some directories will only allow you to use your website name, while others will let you use a search phrase by itself.

However you have to go about it, make sure you use at least one of your search engine phrases and vary the anchor text as much as you can. Search engines will see this as more natural and less contrived.

8. This all sounds very involved. Do I have any other options?

Many companies have the resources to create a detailed plan for directory submission. If you don't, or if you're just starting out and this seems a bit overwhelming, you can always consult with an internet marketing consultant or SEO expert. These are individuals with years of experience with directories and other internet marketing strategies. Not only can they help you make a plan for marketing your products and services on the internet, they can actually do it for you. So don't worry if it all seems like a bit much. There are plenty of professionals waiting to help you out.<bio>Seomul Evans is a senior SEO Services with "SEO 1 Services" a Dallas firm providing SEO Marketing and freeinternet marketing articles .</bio>

Having your own restaurant is one of the most fulfilling and enjoyable business ventures. Food is a renewable commodity. This means that people won't stop looking for different sources of food because dining out is entertaining as well as functional.

Many people dream of owning their own restaurants, whether it is fast food, coffee shops or gourmet. In reality, many people fail to sustain their restaurants and most of them die during their first year of operation. This is due to the lack of preparation and dedication on the part of the owner. Many people jump into the industry too fast without really weighing the pro's and con's of the project or having the necessary expertise.

However, there is a way to lessen the risk that is associated with new ventures such as restaurants. Preventive planning and proper management are keys towards success but there are also small things which count in the whole process of owning a restaurant. Business plans are meant to lay down the different conditions and characteristics that should be inherent in the business. The availability of a good business plan which has been carefully formulated is a step towards success. You will find information about creating a business plan in an upcoming chapter, however, some points to consider are :

- Crystal clear description of the concept of the restaurant

The objective and the general description of the concept of the restaurant need to be specific. The concept of the restaurant needs to be established because it is the core idea by which everything else will follow. What's the overall selling factor of the restaurant?

-Target market

The restaurant's target market needs to be identified.
When starting a website make sure it is designed and optimized correctly. When we talk about design we are not talking about the graphics or the colors you use but we are talking about how your site is optimized. Your goal is to increase the targeted traffic to your site.

When listing your website, make sure you list it with a high quality directory that has a good record and quality sites; this will help with rankings and traffic. A few good quality links will draw the perfect customers for your business. Links in directories are free, paid, or free but need a reciprocal link. Links are provided on pages with similar or relevant content. When looking at directories make sure the link can be followed, if the link is a rel="nofollow" don't waste your time.

One of the most important reasons why submitting to directories is very important is because they are human edited, and search engines will look to these directories to confirm the value of sites in their search engine results. Directories will always be around but just like everything else on the internet they will need to adapt and keep up with changes and offer other services. Directory submission is a well established and often overlooked search engine optimization strategy.

You should keep your title within the following limits and that should be around 60 characters. Use your real site title. Remember to include a benefit in the title to compel your readers to read the rest. The more targeted your title is, the more qualified web visitors will visit your site. If you're official website title is Tech Law, then that is the title to submit. Your title is usually displayed in search engine results.

Many sites that are submitted to directories are not accepted because the description does not conform to the rules of the site. When writing the description it is not supposed to sound like you are advertising your site it will need to be written in the third person and do not include superlatives or any type of excessive marketing. Description should be written in third person. Sometimes it is hard to write the description in a third person tone so look at other sites that are similar to get some ideas. Try to make your description as original as possible, this way it will stand out when lumped together with all the other sites. One way to get help for an accurate description is to ask friends to review your site. The description is the most difficult item to define correctly.

The other important factors in directory submission are making sure you use the correct title, keywords, and descriptions in the right category. Remember, that just any directory submission is not going to get you the traffic you want it takes time and patients.

RSS directory submission provides immediate link popularity. Some of the free directories are not being listed well by Google and other standard search engines. Paid directories have a competitive edge because the free directories sometimes looks like spam to the search engines, this is because the site is not optimized. Each listing carries a brief summary of the content contained within. By getting accepted it means your site meets the directories guidelines and is a quality site. Directories will typically not accept extensions. <bio>David Marc Fishman helps webmasters with a link directory and web directory to establish one way links at http://www.vwutt.com and http://www.zsozi.com. </bio>

Talking to people who work for you about their performance is one of the most difficult tasks in the workplace. But, there are three quick changes to the way they talk about other people's behavior/performance that will dramatically improve the odds of a successful outcome.

First, put the description of behavior you're talking about ahead of the reason why you're having the conversation. That keeps those emotional protective shields from going up and blocking real communication.

This is hard to do, because most of our parents, early bosses, and role models did it just the opposite way. That means that you will, almost naturally, do the less effective thing unless you make a conscious effort.

I suggest that you rehearse your opening. That will help you put the behavior ahead of the reason for chatting. You'll probably have to practice the change, too.

Describe behavior the Joe Friday way. Just the facts. Drain off the adjectives. Then follow the description of behavior with a brief description of why that behavior matters.

The behavior you describe must be something visible or audible. It must be something that could be witnessed and can be described.

Do not, ever, use the words andquot;attitudeandquot; or andquot;always.andquot; Limit your discussion to observable behavior. Be specific about what happened and when.

Finally, once you've had your say, shut up. Wait for your subordinate to talk.

There are a couple of things that can happen next. Your subordinate might agree that you've got things right. Your subordinate might dispute your description of what happened.

Either way, you can now come to agreement on behavior. Then you're on your way to a meaningful discussion of how behavior should be different in the future. And what the consequences are for good and bad behavior.

This is simple and gets great results. So why don't more of us do it more of the time?

The answer to that one is easy. Old habits are hard to break and just about everyone we emulate did it the other way. If you do the preparation and practice to get these three things right, your conversations with subordinates about behavior will be much more productive. <bio>Wally Bock is an author, speaker, consultant and coach who helps leaders improve the performance and morale of their teams.
Every day, there is a growing number of web directories. Many wonder if the market is being oversaturated. While there are a lot of directories that are not very noteworthy, the others are absolutely worth using for both people doing searches, or for webmasters trying to promote their site.

Directories are very useful those who are searching for information and don't want to use the big search engines, but are looking for perhaps a smaller, specialized site that may not rank on the first page or two of a given search.

If you have no more than a general idea of what you are looking for then you can use the search form when exploring a directory, remember that you are not searching the text of the actual WebPages of a particular site. Instead you are searching the text contained in the site title and the description of the site. These titles and descriptions are made by the websites owner and sometimes by the directory webmaster.

It is important to be sure that when you do the search, you use the option search within directory, and not search the net. If you choose search the net, it will take you to a major search engine and out of the directory that you have been using.

It is possible to look for a website by not using the search option. The first page of most directories has a list of general categories like arts, internet, health, etc. From there, you can click the category you want and it will take you to a list of subcategories which are more specific.

It is important to note that once you have entered the subcategory, the results are usually displayed by page rank, alphabetical order, or in chronological order of when the website was submitted to the directory.

Directories usually come in two forms, general, or niche. The general directory is good for basically all websites. An example of a general directory can be found at www.sitesofnote.com. The niche websites are great for specializing in one specific theme. An example of this kind is the audiobook and ebook directory www.audiobookhq.com .

For webmasters, directories are a very important tool. One thing that submitting your website to a directory can do is bring increased traffic from people searching the directory for specific topics.

If you have a website selling baby clothes, and there is a person searching the directory for the category clothing, and then the subcategory babies, then they can find your site which is a fit for what they were looking for.

Another benefit of using for directories for webmaster is they can increase your page rank and can increase the trust that major search engines have in your site. The more quality incoming links to your site, then they higher your page rank will be and this will lead to your site listing higher on organic searches on major search engines.

While some may say there are too many web directories out there, I disagree. Directories are both useful for someone searching for a website that fits their need, and for webmasters who want to help promote their websites. If you have not yet discovered how a directory can help you, I urge you to get started on using them today. <bio>The author publishes the OnTheNetNews (http://www.onthenetnews.com) Article and News directory site. </bio>

One does not have to have a masters degree in English writing to publish your own article on the internet. You do have to have some sense of grammar and spelling if you want people to read it and respond to the article if there is some sort of call to action.

The topics are many and varied, really anything that you may be interested in or perhaps something that you morally agree or disagree with. If you have a look at all the blogs and article publishing forums, you are guaranteed to find anything from shopping for replica Rolex watches, to picnicking ideas in the woods.

Due to the information age dawning upon us, people are hungry for that information, especially if it adds value to their lives or even makes their life a bit easier. An example would be an article about Chardonnay wine, for instance. You are a great wine drinker and your favorite wine is Chardonnay, you decide to write an article about Chardonnay wine. Your article starts with the general description of the chardonnay grape, what regions produce chardonnay wine, a comparative analysis between old world and new world winemaking techniques specific to the chardonnay wine making process. Your published article then goes on to describe the process of malolactic fermentation, and then the aging process; why does the winemaker use French oak instead of American oak, what is the purpose of using stainless steel barrels instead of the wood barrels. This leads to a description in the differences of a wooded and an un-wooded chardonnay. The point is here that one has an idea based upon one's passion for a specific wine type and you can practically write a book about this wine and you don't realize the effort you are putting into sharing your knowledge because it is pure enjoyment for you.

One doesn't even really have to look for examples, because they surround us. Current political situations, current events, viewpoints and the like, it really is limitless. It has become almost an art form, as people devote their lives to publishing articles and sharing information around the world. It make an ideal outlet for your latent writing creativity that you know has always been there and just waiting for an opportunity to surface.

This may be the very calling you were waiting for, the nudge that will push you closer to the computer keyboard or even the pen and paper. Start writing and publishing your articles, there are many options of blogging or even selling your articles, dependant on what your ultimate goal is with regards to your written work. It is well worth it as it will be an enjoyable and creative exercise.

If writing an article has always been intriguing to you, go ahead get started, look for an article submission site, submit your article and in all likeliness it will get published; provided you have adhered to the general grammar and spelling rules of the English language.<bio>If writing an article has always been intriguing to you, go ahead get started, look for an article submission site, submit your article. http://www.talkinmince.com</bio>

Tag =96 You're It!

Make it easy for your website visitors to tag you. Help your readers to spread the word about your content through social book marking and social networking. Provide links to social networking site on the end of your articles. Social book marking sites enable readers to share your book marks publicly, tagging them to help others to find them. When you have great articles on your website your readers will tag them so other people can find them.

Press Releases

Keyword rich press releases are similarly effective to writing articles. PRWeb is one of the most popular press release systems. A press release is great tool to announce a change to your company such as the redesign of your website or to announce a new product. Your press release could result in an interview with a newspaper or magazine editor.

Historically, press releases were aimed at news editors. Today, press releases are aimed directly at web surfers. Your job is to write an interesting press release with quality content. You only have a few seconds to convince the reader that your press release is worth reading. Your title and the first couple of sentences are the most important components of a great press release. Focus on what your audience wants to read not what you want to write.

Page Elements

Write catchy page titles. Perform a search with some of your most relevant keywords. Examine the first page results, and see which one grabs your attention. Write down the most captivating page titles, and see if you can write better ones for your pages. The same is true for your Meta description tags. Even though, some search engines no longer list Meta description content it won't hurt to have a catchy description.

Name your images with your keywords within the image file name. For example, if you have images of candles on your site, name the image files such as "candle-product-name.jpg," or "candle-product-description.jpg." Search engines might give you traffic based on your image file names. With minimal effort people performing an image search could land on your website. <bio>George Meszaros with Webene http://www.webene.com </bio>

You will need a signature on your real estate sales contract as soon as a pre-qualified or pre-approved buyer has concurred with the asking price. More often than not, handling these details is the obligation of the real estate agent, but as the agent of the "for sale by owner" home, this will be your obligation. If you are looking for an excellent way of becoming familiar with this, looking over a blank real estate sales contract is recommended by the majority of expert sellers.

If you are looking for specific components about the property for sale such as the names of the buyer and seller, the price of the house, or the date when the title and money will be exchanged, you can find them in the real estate sales contract.

The property you are selling will have a legal description, which looks nothing like the address. The county needs this description in order to analyze the property. The legal description of your property can be found both on your deed and on the real estate sales contract you signed when buying your home. The legal description of your property will start with a block and lot number and include pages of the plat book which is located at the county court house. This is crucial information required for you to fill out your real estate sales contract, however, you do not have to know it. You may need to look up a couple of details listed in the legal description. Land is referred to as real property. It is referred to as such because it will last eternally. The buildings and structures on the property are acknowledged as improvements. Your home is referenced as an improvement on your real property, on which the house is positioned.

A large fragment of the real estate sales contract is to cover possibilities. For example: "In the event the seller does not repair the front door" a consequential action is then described, such as this contract will be nullified. Another possibility would be the seller agrees to pay a certain amount of money to cover fixing the door.

Another instance of a common condition is, if the buyer is unable to collect a loan that is large enough to purchase your house. The real estate sales contract will have a buyer portray in more detail than what seems necessary as a means of averting the buyer from making the false claim of "unable to get a loan" and backing out of the contract.

The buyer can pay to have a professional inspect the property. The real estate sales contract includes a deadline for this inspection to have been completed. If the inspector finds flaws, the seller has the choice to either repair the problem or allow the buyer to exit the contract.

The seller is then required by the real estate sales contract to entrust a clear title to the property, which a title company has insured and researched.

Any major office supply store will have real estate sales agreements for you to collect. Although it may be more complex than what you are looking for, You can also find them in the nearest real estate office. <bio>Tom Beaty offers Ohio Real Estate information for buyers and sellers.
You've just finished programming your masterpiece, your shareware program is finished and now you want to get the word out and start seeing the fruits of your labor. If you are a shareware program author, the next step in that chain in many cases is generating a PAD file (Portable Application Description) for your program so that you can start submitting it to some of the literally 1000's of shareware directories out there.

The results of this step is where I often come into play and it never ceases to amaze me just how little time and effort some people put into their PAD files. Running a download site requires that I review scores of submissions to my site every week, almost all submitted using PAD files that are generated by program authors. Many programmers worth anything often spend many months or more on making a useful full featured program and then for some unknown reason only spend a few minutes on their PAD files.

Why is a PAD file so important? For one thing the information contained in that file is what is used by download sites to list your program. Most sites in fact use only the information in that file to generate your listing on their sites. So if you don't spend time on your PAD file that lack of effort will show up on your various listings on the sites you choose to submit to by hurting the already limited exposure you are likely to see.

If your program is in a competitive niche, more than likely it will be listed along side most of your competitors on the various download sites. When a potential user is comparing your program to the others, what do you think will be one of the more important factors as to which one he will choose to download? Unless your product is already well know with a great reputation, all that user has to go by is what is contained in your program description. So if your program description is basically a one sentence blurb about how great your program is and your competitor has a multi-paragraph description detailing everything his program does and what sets it apart from the competition, which one do your think they will choose?

Another important aspect of the effort you put into your PAD file is getting your program noticed on download sites. Unless you are paying for better placement on a site or are getting it with partnership agreements with these sites, how is your program going to be found among the sea of thousands of others? Usually your best shot of being found revolves around search engines, either on-site or off.

Most sites have built in search engines to allow their visitors to find what they are looking for, if they don't you should probably move on, but what most of these on-site search engines use to return search results are what you put in your PAD description and keyword fields. Writing poor descriptions and not choosing the proper keywords will result in your listing being buried among all the other listings.

Lastly, a large portion of download site visitors come by way of external search engines like Google, Yahoo, and MSN. If you are at all familiar with Search Engine Optimization (SEO), the more meaty, keyword rich a description is, the better it will rank in the search engines and in turn the more hits a program listing page will get. Of course a lot of that also has to do with how the download site program listing page is optimized, but submitting an optimized PAD file will often result in your program showing very well on the various search engines with the only problem being which download site optimizes better and hence gets the visitor. Either way you win as the only problem is not whether your program ranks well, it is which download site will be the one to generate the download!

You've spent countless hours on your program, so why aren't you putting the same kind of effort when generating your PAD file? If your marketing plan includes submitting to download sites, you can't afford not to. <bio>Dakota Downloads, http://www.dakotadownloads.com, is a webmaster of several download sites and has been running this site and similar sites for over 3 years. </bio>

Once you've found the home you want to settle down in, the next step is to make is yours.

This is done with a series of steps one of which is signing the sales contract. The sales contract is a legally binding document.

If you are intimidated by signing one, you are perfectly right to feel so.

Nevertheless, as long as you make sure the information contained in the sales contract is in your best interest, then you have nothing to fear.

Here are the key pieces of information that most sales contracts will include.

• A legal and physical description of the property being purchased. The legal description is used by the county government to identify the property even if the street address changes. The legal description of the property will never change.

• The selling price and method of payment should be included. In most cases, a mortgage is the method of payment. In this section of the sales contract, there should be details about the amount of the down payment, mortgage loan, and earnest money deposit. The name of the escrow that will hold the earnest money must be included. If you have any contingencies about the mortgage, they should be listed as well.

• The closing date must be laid out. Details about when and where should be included in the sales contract.

• What's included and what's not included in the sale should be detailed. If the seller agrees to throw in appliances, it must be listed in the sales contract. Otherwise, you could end up purchasing your own appliances.

• Any warranties that are included with the home should be detailed in the sales contract. A description of the warranty should also be listed.

• If there is a well and septic, they must pass testing.

• Termite and pest inspection should be conducted. The sales contract should detail not only who will pay for the inspection, but also the party responsible for any repairs if infestation or damage is discovered.

• The exact date that the buyer will take possession of the home should be included.
