I often hear people saying words to the effect that it is better to be a leader than a follower. This type of thinking, is most often expressed in business, but it has permeated into mainstream modes of mentalities.

There are quite a few unwarranted stigmas attached to being a follower as opposed to holding the `better' and 'greater' position of a leader. It gets forgotten how important followers are to leaders. Often recognizance is overlooked in realizing followers are needed supporters of a cause, business, or movement. Without followers, a leader is nothing. As not to downgrade one over the other it is important to remember, this goes both ways.

When it comes to competing for which position is the most important, neither leader or follower loses. Both positions are equally important. It may help to take the sting out of the word 'follower' before we can relate to the position more respectfully. When thinking of people as supporters of a cause, you may better picture in you mind a group of workers, or the people who get the ball rolling and keep the process moving along to completion. Being a follower is a commendable role in deeds and in no way should be overshadowed as a less meaningful position to hold than leader. In fact any successful leader would tell you the same about their dedicated supporters.

I believe the stigma attached to the word 'follower' is due to one of the problems we face in a fast paced competitive world. We thrive on being the best that we can be. When this mindset is applied to leader vs. follower, liken to a Football quarterback, leaders are glorified. However when asked, what would a quarterback be able to do without the rest of the team to play the game, we'd get the same results when confronted with, what is a leader able to do without followers to help execute a plan? A good supporter works hard and gives their best in efforts to do what it takes to get the job done, in as much as team members work together to support the game. The best that they can be is highly achievable for both the leader and his/her followers.

It is truly a grave mistake to compare leaders and followers as one being a better position than the other.

To do so is a serious misguided notion and a common mistake that too many people are making. If we think about it, we have only to conclude that to lead or follow are both great positions to hold. After all when it comes to the success of the leaders of yesteryears, today and tomorrow, it has been, still is and will be again, the followers that will carry them there. <bio>Traveling life's journey one step at a time as I practice law of attraction techniques.
What are you? A leader or a follower?

We can all become leaders and also followers. Both are important but the leader sets the good example for his/her followers. A good leader has a good follower.

If you think you are not a good leader, maybe you should have a self-improvement seminar.

Self-improvement seminar for leaders is training them to be good to the followers.

There are a variety of self-improvement seminar for you. But leadership training seminar is the best for you.

In order to be a great leader, one must possess various qualities that will attract followers. The following qualities are just of few of the many qualities that are vital for effective leadership:

1. Charisma- charismatic leaders have the gift to touch people through their choice of words. Charismatic leaders are alluring, charming and can encourage followers to support a grand vision or idea.

2. Positive Attitude - A leader who has a positive attitude will influence his/her followers to carry that same attitude. A good example of a leader with a positive attitude could be a parent or teacher.

Mothers, fathers, or elementary teachers appear and are viewed as role models to the young children they are teaching and nurturing.

These role models are the first leaders they encounter in life. Children become very dependent of leaders because they are their vehicles to the outside world and provide much needed help and assistance. If a parent is nurturing and loving to their child, they will thrive under this encouragement.

If a school teacher provides a positive learning experience to the child, they will succeed and that success will become contagious... In any circumstance, a leader's positive attitude will have greater impact and influence on their followers.

3. Motivation - In an athletic world, a motivating leader could be a coach, trainer or even a fellow teammate. While the talent of players is a good determinant of a winning team, their coach is also an important factor.

If a coach can not produce a winning team, his job is at stake. A coach's motivation involves infusing his players with high standards, and setting challenging but attainable goals as they perform well. Thus, his/her ability to motivate his players will enhance their performances.

Motivation also correlates with having a positive attitude. When a coach has a positive attitude and provides a positive environment for his players, then the team will most likely be motivated to move in his/her direction where ultimate success can be found.

4. Assertiveness - A leader has the responsibility to guide the direction of his or her company. When a leader is firm and assertive in delegating tasks to his subordinates, they will hold a greater respect to follow through on their assignments.

An assertive leader has the ability to convey enforcement without being too autocratic or threatening to their subordinates.

Furthermore, an assertive leader should not make his subordinates feel like they're in a hostile environment. Instead, an assertive leader should respect his people, and require proper accountability at the same time. A leader's assertiveness and confidence earns respect. With that respect, people are much more likely to follow, help, and emulate their leader to achieve success.

Self-improvement is important for leaders. Attending self-improvement seminars may be a good help in being a good leader. <bio>Are you tired of getting ripped off by so called "male enhancement products" over and over again?
(from his book andquot; How To Be A Better Left-handerandquot;)

All those experts that have studied the Shroud of Turin (the most studied artifact in history) have failed to mention time after time that the image on the Shroud has the left hand crossed over on top of the right hand!

If, as is suggested, that Jesus Christ is the image on the Shroud, then he was put to rest with his dominant hand on top, and in all likelihood was left-handed!

I wonder why the experts wouldn't mention that Jesus Christ might be left-handed? Or at least mention that the Shroud has an image with a left hand in a dominant position.

If Jesus Christ were not left-handed, it is completely unlikely that his followers would have folded his hands opposite to the anti-left beliefs of the Middle East! This region is, and has always been, one of the most anti left-handed regions in history.

If his followers followed the wishes of a left-handed Messiah, then they would have folded it with the left hand on top as they did, ... or did they go against his beliefs and desecrate his body by placing the left hand in a position of dominance?

The latter would have been a conspiracy of desecration. This is completely contrary to the beliefs of that part of the world and seems unlikely, yet possible.

Or, if the image on the Shroud, is as many believe, the posed image of the ultimate Renaissance man (and fellow left-hander), Leonardo Da Vinci, then it makes sense why he would pose with his dominant hand on top. Any true left-hander would place their own left hand on top if they were simulating death.

Although, another question regarding Da Vinci might be ... Is this another clue in the Da Vinci Code not yet mentioned, and very likely overlooked?

So the choices are simple,

1) Jesus Christ is the image on the Shroud of Turin and is left-handed! 2) Jesus Christ is the image on the Shroud and was desecrated by his followers! 3) Left-hander Leonardo Da Vinci is the image on the Shroud and he posed naturally. 4) A left-handed unknown individual is the image on the Shroud. 5) The experts can't tell which side is the up side of the Shroud.

Isn't it interesting that a left-hander noticed it? When all the experts have looked at it, and run out of ideas, then it's time for a left-hander to look at it. We see things that right-handers miss. <bio>James Borthwick is an international trader and left-hander.
Transformational leadership is leading by motivating. Transformational leaders provide extraordinary motivation by appealing to followers' ideals and moral values and inspiring them to think about problems in new ways. These followers have felt trust, admiration, loyalty, and respect for them and were motivated to do more than they thought they could, or would do. In essence, transformational leaders make tomorrow's dreams a reality for their followers.

Perhaps the most important characteristic that transformational users possess is their ability to create a vision that binds people to each other. Dr. Martin Luther King's famous andquot;I have a Dreamandquot; speech galvanized a generation to support the civil rights movement in the United States. But transformational leaders must have more than just a vision, andquot; They also have to know which path to follow in order to attain it.andquot; The followers are attracted to the vision and the leader has to have the plan to energize them to reach it.

Vision plays a crucial role and leaders who are totally committed to their vision and course of action are often called charismatic. Charismatic leaders have an unshakable belief in their mission, are confident for their success and have the ability/talent to convey these certainties to their followers. They are in turn, awarded with unquestioned loyalty and obedience.

In our society, we carry a common notion of the leader as a person with the vision, who then gets people to buy in, to align themselves with that vision. This notion is bankrupt and dangerous, because the leaders who have done well for their communities and organizations are not the ones who came up with the vision. If we picture them as the conductor of the orchestra, they are good at embodying the soul of the music. These leaders are good at articulating the transcendent values of the organization or the community. A leader's vision has to have accuracy and not just appeal and imagination. Articulating a vision for an organization or community has to start with an awful lot of listening, a lot of stimulating of debate and conversation, to distill, to capture the values. It has to start, as well, with carefully diagnosing the current problematic environment to which one needs to adapt.

When changes in the environment occur slowly, usually managers fail to recognize them as threats to their organizations. To become aware of environmental changes, transformational leaders have to frame their vision by providing employees with a new purpose for working. Framing is a process through which leaders define the group's purpose in highly meaningful terms. In organizations, framing often involves identifying the core values and purpose that should guide employees. For example, at Walt Disney the core purpose is simply andquot;to make people happy.andquot;

Impression management involves an attempt to control the impressions that others form about the leader through behaviors that make the leader more attractive and appealing to others. Impression sounds manipulative and sometimes is. On the other hand, it is also a natural and sincere expression that reveals to followers an alignment between the vision and the person. Integrity, for effective leaders is just that. Revealing how the message the followers hear is related to the personal experiences of the messenger. Telling a story or stating a clear example, can become a particularly effective way to manage impressions-according to some it is the essence of charisma.

With or without the authority, exercising leadership is risky and difficult. Instead of providing answers as a means of direction, sometimes the best you can do is provide questions, or face people with the hard facts, instead of protecting people from change. Often you need to make them feel the pinch of reality, otherwise why should they undergo a painful adaptive learning process? But, people often resist doing adaptive work and painful learning. They resist in a number of typical ways. If you want to lead others, you need to understand how to counteract these types of resistance.

Transformational leaders are more effective when the company is new or when its survival is threatened. The poorly structured problems that these organizations face call for leaders with vision, confidence, and determination. Such leaders must influence others to join enthusiastically in tem efforts and arouse their feelings about what they are attempting to do. <bio>Kadence Buchanan writes articles for http://forsocietiessake.com/ - In addition, Kadence also writes articles for http://theoutdoorslifestyle.com/ and http://loveofthearts.com/ </bio>

In our business, we hold up others who have been successful and announce to the audience, andquot;See her? She used to clean houses! And now look at her. She has people cleaning HER big house. You can do it too! So sign up and get your initial big banana package and get started.andquot;

It's the andquot;If they can, you can,andquot; or andquot;If I can, you can,andquot; syndrome.

However, the drop out rate of 102% tells us this is not quite how things turn out.

2500 years ago, the Buddha also wanted to get others into his fold. He had a VERY BIG and wonderful life experience that people strive to get all over the world - a feeling of enlightenment and inner peace, free from suffering.

That was his personal success and he wanted to build a big organization of people who could benefit from it too. Of course he needed followers, and especially, teachers, just like we do. However, he did something very different to get his followers. It was just the opposite of the andquot; If I can you canandquot; syndrome.

He told them in effect, andquot;(After 7 years), I have found enlightnment and I think I understand everything now.andquot; He then astonished them all and said, andquot; But don't take my word for it. Don't believe what anybody says, including me. Test it for yourself first. Then decide.andquot; - Thurman, On Buddhism. 1999)

Nearly every historian has commented on this bold approach:

andquot;Oh monks, just like examining gold in order to know its quality, you should put my words to the test.andquot; - Wise, Blessings of the Wind. 2002.

He believed that someone's own, personal experience (versus promises or experiences of others) is what creates a long term believer and ultimately, what will lead to success. Because they tend to stick if they believe based on personal experience.

Do you agree with that?

Can you imagine what would happen if we practiced network marketing like that?

Imagine hearing these bold words from the front of the room:

andquot;Don't take our word for it. Put our words to the test.andquot; Who dares to be first?

Suddenly people try the product or business, without relying on ANY promises or half-truths, and they get to see for themselves (with 2-by-2 instruction) whether it's going to be a good thing for them or not.

Yes, there would be many drop outs. But no broken promises and resultant bad taste and bad rep. And those who make it will believe and stick, like the Buddha's followers did, because of the strength of their OWN experience and the unwavering belief that came from it.

2500 years of success. Versus a 102% drop out rate.

Shall we implement the Buddha method in our practice of NM?

Yes, your business might not survive for 2500 years. But what if your good prospect tries it, with the Buddha method introduction, experiences the benefits personally, and sticks beyond those first 90 days and maybe much more, finally? <bio>Kim Klaver is Harvard andamp; Stanford educated.
As you have no doubt read, the country's leading bigamist -- distinguished title, eh? -- was arrested in Las Vegas during a routine traffic stop. He had made it to the number one spot on the FBI's list of top ten hits for marrying underage women to devout gentleman significantly older than themselves.

The much marrying minister, Warren Steed Jeffs, is the proud leader of a throwback known as the Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. It's 10,000 or so members are convinced God speaks through Jeffs and refer to him as the "The Prophet."

The judge denied him bail, convinced he would go on the lam. The adjudicator noted, "These followers are committed to him because they view him as their religious leader, a 'prophet of God,' and are willing to do anything for him."

The devout Jeffs is hardly a thoroughly modern Mormon -- if the foregoing is not too uncomfortable a juncture to stick together. While the followers of the prophet Mormon rejected polygamy over a hundred years ago, the dedicated disciple of Brigham Young -- or bring 'em old but bring 'em any way you can -- is said to have some 40 wives and 60 children.

So it is no wonder that at his arraignment, he did not contest extradition to Utah, where there is apparently ample evidence of his misdoings; the charge he will face is "rape by accomplice."

In fact, he fell on his knees in court and pleaded, "Please, judge, lock me up. Save me! You have no idea what it's like to have 40 wives and 60 children! Please, I beg you, put me in solitary confinement! And throw away the key! Not to keep me in there, but to keep my wives and children out."

The judge, who apparently knows how demanding even just the usual one wife and two kids can be, listened with a watery eye, slammed his gavel, and said, "It's Utah for you!"

So Jeffs will wend his newly solitary way, leaving behind thousands of followers who have, in duped devotion, been willing to hide and support him; the affidavit says he has, in fact, access to safe houses in Utah, Nevada, Arizona, Texas, Colorado, South Dakota, and Canada.

But apparently he feels safer in the hoosegow.

Immediately after his surprise arrest, laments by prematurely married women began to show up on his group's Website, detailing the lives he condemned them to lead or risk "losing their own salvation."

"He's not the sole supporter of polygamy," said Lori Chatwin, a Colorado City woman who was married off at age 17.
Nothing is impossible to the believer! Jesus was probably the first man who taught this mystical theory to the masses. Bible provides us with many instances of Jesus himself practicing the art of creative visualization and imaging, and using the law of attraction in the most astonishing way! Bible is the most followed book today. These principles are the incorporeal pure energies that are inherent within the subconscious of humans, and also are the universal forces that govern mind and matter. A believer can attract the things that are desires through the same principles of the law of attraction, using the tools that are easily available to him -- creative visualization, imaging, and powers of the subconscious mind. For ages, the wise of the ancient civilizations practiced these metaphysical sciences.

The followers of the law of attraction use the power of creative visualization to manifest things that are desired by their mind. They use meditation to charge these powers, to generate pure energy force fields, and use visualization and imaging techniques as tools enabling them to use the law of attraction in the most creative way. Their highly disciplined subconscious mind easily understands every necessary step required and is capable of activating these mysterious and mystical forces.

Every human being has the latent power to invoke these higher energies through their subconscious mind and can attract things they desire. It is through the divine will that only a few can really use the complete power of the forces that are available to everyone. Still, to manifest simpler desires, anyone can use the power to attract results. Attracting more money, love, health, recognition, and even getting a job are the lesser desires of humans that can be easily manifested through the gentler use of the law of attraction techniques, while self-realization and the pure knowledge of the ultimate Truth can be availed only by the master practitioners of these energetic forces.

Law of attraction followers use these visualization principles and techniques to materialize their desires into existence. Like attracts like! This is the principle of the law of attraction. The subconscious mind understands no difference between the real and the myth. It understands no difference between the good and the bad and also between the existing and the non-existing. But it possesses the hyper intelligence that can materialize the conscious mind's desires.

The follower of the law of attraction uses repeated and very gentle influence through visualization and meditation over the subconscious mind to manifest the desires of the mind into existence in the outer world. Visualization sets higher energies into creative actions. During visualization, the entire future depiction of the things desired are "seen" by the mind, and faithfully believed by the subconscious mind that the desires shall manifest in future. Any doubt in the entire process can stop the process entirely, or in the worst case, can create a negative effect. Hence, even as the powers are so easily available to the masses, they cannot not see materialization of their visualization efforts. Indeed, not effort or doubt, but complete gentleness and belief, and creative visualization methods are required to put powerful forces into action to materialize their desires.<bio>Manifesting Reality Isn't Hard Work After All. Get your free report on manifesting miracles right now by visiting: http://www.ManifestMiracle.com/free/</bio>

There's a hot new trend going on right now and it's called micro-blogging. So what's a micro-blog? And moreover, what's Twitter? Twitter is a micro-blogger platform that allows users to create entries that are only 140 characters in length. These entries are referred to as "tweets."

Originally designed to keep friends and family up to date on what you're doing, Twitter can also be a great place to share your latest book project, promotional ideas as well as interacting with fellow tweets (folks who twitter) and writers. And yes, you can have a blog and a Twitter page. I have both but I feed my blog into my Twitter site so that my Twitter page gets updated each time I add new content to my blog. There's an easy application to add your blog feed to Twitter, it takes just minutes to do. Head on over to: Twitterfeed.

To sign up for a Twitter account just complete their short sign up form. Remember to brand yourself! This is important. Once you create a Twitter account you can't go back and change your name so find something that works for you. Maybe it's fictionwriter or businesswriter or whatever you want. My Twitter page is bookgal which is fun play on words for what I do (and what I love). Once you have a Twitter account you can immediately start tweeting. The service is completely free and you can also keep up with other people's tweets by "following" them. Their micro-blog entries will show up on your Twitter home page so you can easily keep track of them. You can also be notified by phone when they add a tweet. You can twitter from anywhere, even your phone. I've been known to twitter from my blackberry.

Why on Earth Would you Want to Twitter?

When Twitter first started, people were a little perplexed. I mean why on earth would you want to blog in 140 characters? Well since the site emerged in 2006, it's grown enormously in popularity. With Twitter pages from sites like CNN and every one of the political candidates, the site's popularity can't be overstated. Nor can its applications for the future. Also, even if you don't have a ton of people following your tweets, keep in mind that Twitter search sites are popping up everywhere. This means that if you tweet using keywords that matter to your reader/market, you could be found and followed! For one such search site check out: summarize. Also, if you're trying to gauge the popularity of a certain word or phrase and how often it's being used or referred to, you can head on over to Tweet Volume and find out. Just plug in your search term or terms and up will pop a list of results!

Most Well-Known Twitter Users

• Many organizations (such as the Los Angeles Fire Department) have embraced the technology and put it to use in situations such as the October 2007 California wildfires.

• Higher education is also using the technology to relay important information to students in a more timely manner. The University of Texas at San Antonio College of Engineering is one such example.

• Several U.S. presidential campaigns use Twitter as a publicity mechanism, Ron Paul, John Edwards, Barack Obama, and Hillary Clinton all have Twitter pages.

• Media outlets such as CNN have also started using Twitter to break news.

How to Use Twitter Effectively

If you've pondered using Twitter but aren't sure how to use it effectively, here are some quick tips to give you some great twittering-ideas:

• Teach stuff - teach a little mini-lesson on Twitter. Delve into your area of expertise or just talk about book publishing and how to get published.

• Showcase your book - don't do this in a "my book is so fabulous" kind of way but offer to give advice (like I mention in Teach Stuff) or share with your Twitter followers how the promotion of the book is going.

• Use Twitter as a news source: you can easily announce news both from your world (as long as it relates to your topic) and from the world of your expertise. So for example I've done tweets on book industry stuff, breaking news, etc.

• Widen your network - follow other Twitter folk, this will not only give you some ideas for your own "tweets" but it's a great way to network with other writers or professionals.

• Keep the buzz going when you're on the move - it's hard to keep blogging when you're on the road (trust me, I know this first hand) - so when I travel, I tweet. I share what I'm doing, what's happening in my world and try to offer insight and advice.

• Market yourself - remember that while Twitter may seem like a fun little tool, it's also a great way to market yourself. Just like the ideas we mention above, there are a hundred+ more things you can do.

Golden Rules of Twitter:

Here are a few rules to live by when tweeting:

• Be Original, useful and helpful.

• Every Tweet counts (don't tell people you're washing your cat) don't just tweet on useless stuff or you'll lose followers.

• Ask questions: you've got a network (or you want one) now use it! Ask questions, take surveys, get your followers involved in your message and marketing!

• It's not all about you (again, back to the cat) people want to know useful stuff, I know, it's getting repetitive but there's a reason: it's important.

• Promote your Twitter account in your email signature line and on your blog.

• Network: don't expect your followers to grow if you're not following other people. Network, search for others in your area and follow them.

• Personal is ok. Even though I said not to post useless information it's still not a bad idea to (from time to time) post a personal Tweet or two. Provide value and twitter-followers will beat a path to your door.

• Keep Twittering, followers will come if you keep updating your Twitter account.<bio>Penny C.
Jesus Christ Superstar tickets have been available in one form or another since 1970, and this theater classic is making a return to the stage. This classic, written by the legendary Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice, is a somewhat modern look at the last two weeks of the life of Jesus Christ. However, there are several twists and references that add a unique quality to the production, and this innovation is just one of the reasons that this musical is one of the most successful of all time.

About the Story

The story begins with a monologue from Judas Iscariot, the apostle who ultimately betrays Jesus. Judas is concerned that the movement that's following Jesus is getting too large as they are about to converge on Jerusalem, and Judas' main fear is that there will be consequences for this rising popularity.

Jesus is seen as extremely human in this production, and he grows annoyed by his followers' constant questions as they proceed towards Jerusalem. Mary Magdalene appears as well, and she is the comforting force for Jesus as he presses on in his revolution.

Much as the story appears in the Bible, word of Jesus and his followers reaches the high priests, and they become concerned with Jesus' ability to form factions and garner a following that could bring the high priests' power into question. The high priests decide to do something about it.

Judas decides to cooperate with the high priests in turning Jesus in to them, and he does so under a great cloud of shame. Judas expresses his guilt both to the high priests and to God in moments of prayer, but none of these attempts at reconciliation are enough for Judas to feel absolved from his guilt. As a result, Judas hangs himself.

Jesus Christ Superstar tickets, however, are much more than just a reenactment of the stories of the Bible. There are several examples of modern slang present in both the lyrics and the dialogue, and there are also several subtle references to modern-day political movements. Webber and Rice make the attempt to "modernize" the story of the crucifixion, and they pull it off with aplomb.

If you've never seen an Andrew Lloyd Webber play, and you've never secured Jesus Christ Superstar tickets, you're missing out on an entirely new way of looking at the age-old biblical tales that have fascinated scholars, worshippers and now thespians for many, many years. <bio>Written by Jay Nault, sponsored by http://www.stubhub.com/ .
In your quest to find more natural healing methods and natural supplements to good health, you're well advised to consider the ancient healing methods of the Chinese.

Chinese food therapy, also known as Chinese nutrition therapy, dates back to as early as 2000 BC, though proper documentation about its uses was found around 500 BC. In essence, Chinese food therapy involves the use of certain foods to aid in the healing of certain body ailments or assists in keeping healthy other bodily functions. Followers of food therapy believe in the concept of yin and yang in food; the yin foods are believed to lower the body's metabolism, or decrease the body's heat, while the yang foods are said to increase the body's heat or increase metabolism.

The Chinese believe in four food groups, which are grains, vegetables, fruits and meats. There is no classification for dairy products, which are considered unsuitable for humans. The Chinese believe a balanced diet will consist of the following food combinations on a daily basis: 40 percent grains, 30 to 40 percent vegetables, 10 to 15 percent meats and the rest of the foods should be nuts and fruits.

In Chinese food therapy, foods are then further classified by taste. The tastes are defined as pungent, salty, bitter, sweet and sour. Each taste is believed to have a direct effect on a body organ; when consumed in moderation it benefits the organ, but if over consumed, can cause detrimental effect to the organ.

It's fair to say the Chinese and followers of Chinese food therapy truly believe you "are what you eat".

One simple example of Chinese food therapy is the remedy for a cough. The Cantonese cough remedy required apricot kernels, watercress and dried duck gizzards. The ingredients are slow cooked for several hours, and a bit of pork can be added for flavor (though you can't add beef or chicken because both will nullify the healing effects of the watercress). The watercress removes the excessive amount of yang in the body, while the duck gizzards are added to balance the yin yang of the recipe. The apricots target the lungs.

Take the time to learn from chinese healing wisdom - you may just be surprised how it benefits your health. <bio>Learn about one of the most respected foods of chinese and himalayan natural healers - the goji berry.
The reason that you entered Forex currency trading is to make very good money, right? First thing you must do is to have a clear and written Forex currency trading system, preferably a proven one.

It is best if the decision points are defined in purely technical manner by your system, as any judgment calls (discretion) allow for errors that cost money through losses.

A Forex currency trading system is a fully developed process that is repeated over and over again.

In trading, your goal is make consistent profits, so the more consistent you do what you do, the more consistent your results. Consistency is on of the greatest benefits of having a Forex currency trading system, but you must take it one step further to really get the most out of it.

Many traders over the years that have developed and published very profitable Forex currency trading systems. Hundreds of traders have taken those same systems and not even come close to the creator's success. There are specific reasons for this incongruence.

First of all, the creator back tested and refined the system during its development. That back testing built a level of confidence in the system so that when it came time to put money on the line, they could have the discipline to follow the Forex currency trading system, particularly during drawdown spells.

Secondly, the backtesting allowed the trader to practice with the Forex currency trading system that they had developed, thus improving their competence with it and the efficiency.

Thirdly, many "followers" only concentrate on making money, so they miss the critical metrics that make the bottom line what it is. Every Forex currency trading system has certain performance aspects to it. These aspects that have direct impact on its profitability, and most of all predictability.

The system creators kept their primary focus on the metrics, While the followers that don't make money with the system may not even know that these metrics exist, let alone what to look for.

Fourthly the creators make money with their Forex currency trading system because they back test and analyze their system's performance regularly, plus they track specific metrics over time. The goals of consistency and continuous improvement necessitate this practice.

While better than doing nothing at all, some traders will occasionally back test their Forex currency trading system. Most however only look at profit for the period back tested and miss out on the valuable information found in the proper metrics.

Recording and tracking the performance of your Forex currency trading system is absolutely essential to truly maximizing your profits.

For those wishing to truly make the most money possible with their system, tracking your equity balance is important, but regularly analyzing your system's metrics is what will allow you to really get the most out of it. <bio>The Trading Performance Analyzer gives you all your critical metrics plus the means to track your progress over the year, plus a scorecard for your system. Micro blogging is mini blogging and it can pack a wallop of a punch in terms of social networking and marketing because of the potential for followers who could pay attention to every thing you have to say! Woo people with credit cards in their hand and you are golden!

What's interesting is how many people on the microblogging platform are being sold something constantly and don't even realize it because they're just participating in an online discussion. Those discussions lead to links being clicked on and buzz being spread and ultimately, to people making money!

If you want to make money online and think you don't have time for a tool with 140 characters and a lot of idle chit chat, you're leaving money on the table! Look at Twitter and see all the potential.

Follow and Be Followed

Twitter only works if you're following people and they're following you. If you've joined and done nothing with your profile, it's not going to do anything for you. Follow and be followed. One doesn't work well without the other. Unless you're super famous, people won't stay on your follower list unless they feel like you're listening to them. If you're an online guru with a lot of clout people might not really care if you're on their list because they still want to know what you're saying but if you're going to use the tool, you need to be prepared to converse with the little people and avoid elitism. That's not to say you have to follow every single person that clicks on your name, though. There's a fair bit of Twitter spam going on so you'll want to be a little bit choosy about whether you follow someone or not. And, that tells you right there what you shouldn't use Twitter for. Spammers quickly get ignored with this tool.

Twitter Tools

Because Twitter is a pretty basic tool, there are a lot of advantages to using some of the free tools that exist to enhance the Twitter experience. There are dozens of tools that help you get Twitter doing what you want or help you mine the user base for information. Tools like Tweetdeck, Twhirl, TwitterFox, TweetBeep, Hashtags, Twittermail, Twitterly and more all have varying features and benefits that can help you maximize the earning potential.

Success from Reciprocity

Reciprocity is key to success on this social marketing tool.
A number of dieting plans have been presented to us in the past years. And all these diets offered their own special way on how we can achieve the weight we desire and promised us how we can manage our weight well and with efficiency. Some of these plans have succeeded in accomplishing the set objectives and some have faltered a bit, perhaps because of the complexities of some of the underlying principles of the dieting plan or due to the complex and difficult rules that need to be followed. Now there is a new plan out there that is easy as well to follow, and ensures results after 11 days. This diet is simply known as the Idiot Diet. This is called the Idiot Diet not because the followers of the plan are mindless individuals, on the contrary the followers of the plan just knows what works and that this can be done by just following ten simple and no-brainer steps and suggestions. Yes the plan may not be perfect. But what makes the plan a stand-out and a plan of results is the fact that this is an easy-to-follow plan and all suggestions and steps are straightforward.

So what makes this idiot diet plan work? The central theme of the idiot diet plan is to make the individual adjust his calorific intake for the day. This is necessary so that the body will not have the chance to adjust the ratio of metabolism and have it set on a specific rate. The end result is that the plan effectively prevents the body's metabolism to slow down. The changing of the calorific intake every day or called calorie shifting needs to be done in an 11 day cycle, then this cycle is then followed by a three day free period wherein the person can eat whatever he wants.

For those eleven days there are several suggestions that a person should heed and follow. Here's one; you need to eat four meals a day. The spacing between the meals is just right to enable the body to adjust. Aside from the fact that you need to shift and vary your calorific content, it is also suggested that your carb intake and protein intake should be switched from time to time as well. Eating out isn't suggested; rather preparing your meals at home may do wonders. If you want to follow the plan, then it is suggested that you drink lots of water and sweets need to be sacrificed. Also you need to have self-control as well, knowing when to say no to food when you are full. And of course, you can never go wrong with exercise like walking. The plan calls for it and one of ten steps that people must follow who want to take this diet plan to heart. But the ultimate factor that help makes the dieting plan work is the fact that this is highly convenient for all people. The idiot diet plan is anchored on just ten simple suggestions that work and the plan can be accessed over in the internet.<bio>Janet Sommers is an expert in reviewing the idiot diet plan.
Culture, Traditions and Religion play big roles in a person's life; whatever learning that they have during their childhood would determine what kind of person they are right now; whatever type of person they are today would only signifies the kind of environment that nurtured him during his childhood. It is very important for people to have that childhood learning that they have extracted form the past since through this they would be able to live their lives today. S

Culture and Tradition as well as Religion are some very important factors that a person must consider when it comes to determining what kind of life a person has. I'm sure you have heard of some people who are vegetarians since childhood times - a reason for this is that their family believes about some principles like having the so called "anti-animal harm" which only means that vegetarians believe in animal welfare and that this poor animals also have their rights to live and so they should not be slaughtered and harmed just for the benefit of humans. This is just one example of those religion based way of life that really stands out because of their principles and ethical reasons.

Christianity, as a religion, had their own culture, tradition, values, etc that would be imprinted on the heart of its followers. Some principles that they believe in affects their way of life and opinions resulting to some actions - these actions were applied by the followers in their own lives. Christians, like in any other religions have their own way of showing how important their religion is; from the way of prayer up to the consumption of foods (Christian Weight Loss) there is a big role of religion that you will see. Maybe you have not heard of the term Christian Weight Loss yet and still thinking about the idea of Christianity as a religion that will be combined to consumption of foods.

Christian Weight Loss is a kind of weight loss technique that was used of course mostly by Christians and with the term itself says that it is more of a day to day activity that a Christian will do.

Nowadays, weight loss has been one of the main goals of those people who are suffering from obesity; there are so many people who have been trying to find effective solutions to their weight problem and with this don't you know that you can use your spiritual beliefs for losing extra pounds? Religions like Hinduism, Jainism, Buddhism, Sikhism, Judaism, Islam, Neopaganism and Christianity were just few of the religions that encouraged each people to engage in vegetarianism.

Christians believe in some writings in the bible about those things that God wants people to do and that is to eat just pure fruits or vegetables and not mean - this is where Christian Weight Loss was formulated. This Christian Weight Loss promotes vegetarianism based on the teachings of God in their Christian scriptures and this only made their people consume those foods that are not forbidden in the writings of God.<bio>What are the best christian weight loss solutions?
Can you imagine a successful business without a leader. Have you ever heard of one? It seems inconceivable that any organization can achieve success without someone directing the organization toward its goals. Leadership, or the lack of leadership, is one of the most important indicators of an organizations future success.

Organizational change or innovation does not just happen. In fact it is much more difficult for an organization to innovate without effective leadership. The employees who are being expected to change their methods (ie. leave their comfort zone) will have an easier time adapting if they see a strong leader showing them the way. Employees must have faith that their leader will guide them through the transition.

The Role of Leadership

As an employee in an organization, you may have noticed how important it is to have faith in your leaders. The leaders are supposed to be the personification of the ideals of the organization. The employees look up to the leaders as examples of how they should work. Actually, organizations need someone to be responsible enough to lead the rest. Without this leadership the collective efforts of the organization to achieve its goals would be futile.

When all is said and done, it all comes down to whether the employees trust that leaders in the future will support them as they embark on their endeavors. Will the leaders work to improve work relationships? Will the leaders work to strengthen the confidence of their employees? Will the leaders be prepared to "go to the mattresses" with their troops? These factors will determine whether a would be leader is trusted by their followers. Without trust would be leader will not effectively lead the organization

The Impact of Poor Leadership

Many organizations suffer from either poor leadership or complete lack of leadership. The result is that the organization is not as successful as it could be. This lack of leadership may be at the top of the organization, however, often times it lies hidden in lower levels of the organization. For example, the business might be lead by a strong charismatic leader. That leader could expertly chart the company's path toward the successful achievement of its strategic goals. On the surface everything would appear to be in order. Consider though the plight of an employee in that organization who is managed by an ineffective lower-level leader. This employee may be encouraged by the actions and example set by the leaders at the top of the organization, however, they may not trust the actions of their immediate manager. Lack of trust of lower level could spread and effectively undermine the leadership effectiveness of the strong charismatic leader. The ultimate success of the organization would be less than optimal because although the organization enjoyed strategic leadership, that leadership didn't permeate the business operations.

Feeble leadership would only result to the deficiency of hope which might probably go on for too long and in turn would lead to the organizations inevitable decline.

Conclusion

Leadership is a key component in successful organizations. Effective leaders can help their followers and organizations achieve goals that they never though possible. Conversely, lack of leadership, or ineffective leadership, can devastate an organization. Consider you own leadership ability. You do not need the highest level person in your organization to be a leader. You just need to commit yourself to developing and practicing your leadership skills. <bio>Joseph Jester is the owner of http://FinancialFreedomQuest.com and writes on a variety of subjects.
The standards and motivation for a Christlike homeschool is dominated by the juvenile's work that is based from the Testament, wherein the course of study of the lad should be left in the moms' control.

As seen in all Christlike homeschools, parents educate the word of the lord, to cultivate their young people for favorable Christianly understanding, and impart values that are critical in their traditional affairs as well as when they establish age of consent. This facet of teaching is not found in the course of study at most every public school.

Christian like homeschools are particular for each house. Some perfectly prepare their homeschooling environment and curriculum to look very similar a "junior high school", definitive with textbooks, desks, flag salute, and yes, recess.

Others create homeschooling in their everyday activities, concluding not so much in employing workbooks, essential texts and schedules. Here, both kids and dads grasp through experiences; teaching, intellectual acquirement and being trained is part of their prevailing schedule by choice of a closely regulated public school session.

Whatever is each families homeschool style, their ground is all uniform, that of giving their children eminent pointers while at the same time instructing in them how to arise to become significant thinkers and individualistic persons that are observant and conscious of the choices they formulate.

Families that homeschool cut down its atmosphere to fit both their viewpoints and style; there is no inapt or precisely way to define and formulate an encompassment for their home sweet home Christianlike method of schooling.

Christian homeschoolers give the go-ahead to the moms to express God's word to their adolescent children. It is a setting of religious and upstanding positive reinforcement through which youngsters are being taught seriously in the testament of God, above all to statute and think as Christly followers.

Typically, the course of study in a Christian homeschool invests a considerable amount of time in the study of the God's word, wherein the focus is the Lord's good book.

Christians opt for to school at home in order to broaden the mind of their young people. It could be said that they predominantly do this because of their good faith that the Almighty God's schedule is revealed through moms raising and coaching their own youngsters. In fact, Christians firmly respect that it is the way of the Bible; there is no other academic organization than this. Christ followers without doubt affirm that the Almighty God did not even hint at schools to be attended by His congregation; that schools were a product of the individual. <bio>Carol is highly involved in the details of Christian Home Schools and has written an ebook on Christian Home School curriculum. http://www.homeschooljewel.com </bio>

The best leaders keep the world in perspective. They see the bright side of things. They can find humor in most circumstances. They can laugh at the absurdity life often offers. Humor eases tension and takes the bite out of tough situations.

A sense of humor draws followers to the leader. It helps followers feel safe and energizes and activates their minds. Humor also plays a larger role as an essential element of effective living. Health professionals agree that those with a sense of humor have a greater sense of being and belonging. That feeling gets communicated and creates the rapport that attracts others to the leader. Some people say that humor must be limited within the serious business of work. Yet people laugh most often about the things that are most serious to them. Think of all the jokes you have heard about money, taxes, and even death.

Stay within your style and focus on topics that delight you. This means overcoming the limiting belief that "I'm not funny." Everyone gets a tickle out of something. For example, bring to mind the somber image of Alan Greenspan. Imagine him saying, "Inflation is what lets you live in a more expensive neighborhood without having to move." Share what tickles you and let people see your sense of humor. Don't worry about never getting jokes, not remembering funny stories, or not spinning a good yarn.

You don't have to tell jokes to demonstrate your sense of humor. You do not have to try to be funny. You do not have to be a great raconteur. Just talk about topics that interest you and reveal your sense of playfulness. I knew a corporate attorney who everyone thought had absolutely no sense of humor. I found out the attorney was an avid Red Sox baseball fan. Since I enjoy baseball too, I asked him about the Red Sox once. He went on for twenty minutes about his love for the team. Several of his comments were about humorous incidents at Red Sox games. I laughed loud and hard at some of his comments.

Respond to others' quips and cleverness. Your sense of humor is conveyed when you engage other people and react to them. Simply restating what someone else said, with a different tone or with a link to another idea, can cause a chuckle or create a second round of humor. What if your attempt at humor bombs? Acknowledge the bomb. Have at hand a few ready-made recovery lines to stop the flop. George H. Bush certainly never created the impression that he was one of American polities' stand-up funny-men. Yet he demonstrated a good sense of humor when he flubbed a line during his 1988 presidential campaign. Bush said, "We've had triumphs. We've made mistakes. We've had sex." "Sex" was the tongue-tied replacement for "setbacks." Bush recovered easily from his flub by saying, "I feel like the javelin thrower who won the toss and elected to receive." When you do bomb, and everyone does, say or do something rather than try to ignore the bomb. <bio>Joseph Plazo is a killer success coach http://www.xtrememind.com </bio>

7 years after the atrocity of 9/11, Americans may know more details about what happened that tragic early autumn day, but we still have trouble fathoming how religious extremists could commit such a calculated, monstrous attack on thousands of innocent, unsuspecting people.

Terrorism isn't anything new and excessive religiosity isn't a modern ailment -- even in America. More than a hundred fifty years ago, on another September 11th, an act of religious terrorism left more than a hundred American men, women and children dead. And the perpetrators? Fellow Americans.

A closer look at this relatively obscure attack may shed some light on how religious terrorists are created and serve as a warning, that terrorists don't always speak another language, have a different color skin, or live across the ocean.

The Mountain Meadow Massacre occurred on September 11th, 1857. It was carried out by a group of Mormons who attacked a wagon train of pioneers traveling from Arkansas through Utah on their way to California. Who ordered the massacre and why has been shrouded in secrecy for over a hundred years, but it is believed the atrocity was committed in the name of God.

Whether or not Mormon leader Brigham Young ordered the massacre is a moot point. What is important was the atmosphere and politics in Utah at the time, the history of persecution suffered by the Mormon Church, and the hysteria whipped up in sermons by the church hierarchy, led by Young. Why his sermons were so inflammatory has been the subject of much speculation. The fact is, sermons such as the one called "Blood Atonement," remains a troubling part of history. And the absolute, unquestioning obedience of the men of Southern Utah who believed they were acting righteously is shocking at the very least.

I wrote September Dawn to share the story of how religion can become distorted and followers can commit heinous acts with the belief that they're following God. The book and subsequent movie aren't really about a particular group. The story is an American tragedy about blind obedience and loyalty to doctrine created by flawed human beings.

What can we learn from the terrible incident? Several things. First, we need to acknowledge that terrorism isn't a foreign commodity -- it can happen anywhere. Religious terrorists are created through consistent indoctrination, a forceful, charismatic leader and an insistence on absolute obedience to the religious hierarchy. Terrorism is cultivated in an unforgiving atmosphere that teaches zero tolerance for "others." Terrorism is spawned during times of social, political or economic turbulence. Unwilling to accept responsibility for one's own problems, it is easier to find a scapegoat.

We must learn not to accept doctrine without examining our own hearts. Many of the young Mormons forced to participate in the massacre wept and vomited as they killed innocent men, women, and children. The more enlightened threw down their guns, and at least one young man was shot by his own father for trying to save a little girl by hiding her. Monsters did not commit the massacre. Farmers, family men, blacksmiths, grocers, normal, everyday Americans were responsible for this horrific crime.

Religious terrorism is often the result of unquestioning loyalty. Self-righteous followers believe they will be rewarded for their acts. Everyone has a right -- and a duty -- to examine their leaders and their doctrine. Terrorist seeds are planted in an atmosphere that forbids questioning. They take root in the minds of followers and eventually deaden their hearts to humanity.<bio>Carole Whang Schutter has studied most of the world's major religions.
It is only fair to first say that there is a danger with dabbling in anything that you are not educated about. Generally speaking there are three main misconceptions the general public have about the occult. The fear of mind control, the fear of devil worship and fear of the unknown, each of which Hollywood has taken great strides to ingrain in peoples' heads.

If you are looking for answers as to whether or not there is any real fear or danger then read on.

First we need to discuss what is meant by "dabbling." This can be anything from sitting with a psychic and having a reading done, to playing with an Ouija board, to meeting with a group of people to discuss beliefs and practices. It is better to call this experimenting. There is a natural curiosity that we all have to find out what everyone is talking about. We should also draw a very clear line to distinguish the difference between occult and cult. Occult means "of, pertaining to, or dealing with supernatural influences, agencies, or phenomena." This would cover just about every religion out there that believes in a God as Gods are supernatural.

Cult can be defined as, "followers of an exclusive system of religious beliefs and practices." -- fad: an interest followed with exaggerated zeal; "he always follows the latest fads"; "it was all the rage that season" -- followers of an unorthodox, extremist, or false religion or sect who often live outside of conventional society under the direction of a charismatic leader -- a religion or sect that is generally considered to be unorthodox, extremist, or false; "it was a satanic cult" -- a system of religious beliefs and rituals; "devoted to the cultus of the Blessed Virgin."

Again, as you can see you can also group most religions under "cult" as well depending on the extremeness of the group.

There is danger in dabbling or practicing anything that impacts your life in an adverse or unhealthy way. There is good and bad in everything, there are good Christians and there are bad Christians, there are good Pagans and there are bad Pagans. When you follow a certain path of spirituality you should do so with your eyes open, never fall under the control of someone else. It is important that you remain a person of free will, which means that you are able to make decisions on your own. I find that it is just as unhealthy to believe that you are going to be condemned to an afterlife surrounded by fire and stuck in sinking mud than it is to believe that you can inflict harm on another human being and not suffer consequences.

If your intent is to do good, be a good human being and act in harmony with the nature around you then you are leading a happy and safe life. If you are going to constantly look for ways to get ahead by stepping on those around you then there is danger in your life regardless of your beliefs.

It is of the utmost importance that you educate yourself on what it is you say you believe in. Know why you feel the way you do, why you practice the things you practice. Do not base your judgment off the words of a close friend or a person you see as a leader of your movement. Instead read books, talk to others and form your own opinion. Be strong enough to exercise your free will and make decisions that are in line with being a good human being.<bio>Keith Ward is the Founder and Director of the Circle of Professional Clairvoyants, which offers Psychic Readings with fully qualified Senior UK Clairvoyants and Psychics.</bio>
