Female fight clubs are their own world where they make their own rules. No one dictates them, not their husbands, not anyone! Like the fight club for men, female fights clubs are real tough too and the way they fight till the end is the same as the males. They can be mean, hard hearted, use every unintelligible words to burn your ears and their ferocity in the fighting ring will have you either with your mouth gaping wide or screaming your lungs out.

Whether it's the extreme chick fights or fightclub4girls, almost all the fight clubs are created by girls for girls. It has thus a magnetic effect not only for the males but also for females around the world, swarming the arenas to watch the deadly underground fights with passion. This more so because the fight are real; its not for the fainthearted unable to digest drops of blood that's seen on some of the ferocious fist and knock out fights.

This fight clubs are their own. Not all are invited to participate in this mega fights. Meaning in order to be a member of their fight clubs, it should be earned. So if you are not competitive, afraid of fierce fights then this is not for you. The females are very fearless, ruthless to some score and determined. As such females with qualities like these can only gain entrance to this club. So you have to be tough to the core!

So how exactly is the world of the female fight club's like? It's a very competitive and strongly knit environment and yes, fighting female does not mean she's a convict, a no gooder, living on scraps and all that. Nope the picture is not quite that way actually. In fact the fighters comprise of females from all walks of life. Starting from housewives bored out of their daily routine to girly bartenders, prim accountants to senior officers. They all come from different back grounds and professions but yes, every one of them has one common passion. They just love to fight!

These female fighters get involved in the fight clubs for a variety of reasons though. Some simply take it as a hobby, say like a sports. For some they long for the competition and the dominating feeling that one derives from the fights, some as a means to vent out their frustration, stretching their personal limits by standing up on the ring and having a go fist to fist. Especially in the world of the extreme fight clubs for females, they can be quite raw; they club together not mattering whether you are black or white, young or old, rich or poor. They all get together at a private venue, sort of relieves their stress, pumping up their self esteem too in the process. These females are not scared of cutting their lips or bleeding their nose, they just fight! It's like a passion, to conquer, to be just themselves. <bio>http://www.FightClubNews.com brings you the 4-1-1 on insider fight club news. If I have parked my car in a parking space that another driver has perceived as their parking spot and they are cussing me out all I have to do is move my car so that the other person can park there. It is inconvenient but not worth the trouble that would be created by allowing the situation to escalate to a physical confrontation. By the way, to fight with someone about this type of a situation would not be an attack as much as an agreed upon fight. When someone is a victim of "Road Rage" by another driver there are many responses that a person can choose. One of the responses is to pull over and physically fight with them. As soon as you pull over and jump out of your car ready to fist fight this becomes an agreed upon fight and not a physical attack.

The drunk person who grabs your wrist to ask you for money may not be attacking to kill you but they are definitely physically assaulting and attacking you. This does not mean that you need to seriously maim or kill them but it does give you the right to dump them on their tail and disengage yourself from them. If it is obvious that they mean no harm then I generally do not consider this as an attack. If their intentions are unclear in a potentially threatening way or seem threatening then I do consider it an attack and will treat it as such.

Utilize Awareness to the extent that you see the drunk person before they are close enough to put a hand on you and you simply do not allow them to touch you and when you are parking your car see where other traffic is so that you know if someone else thought the spot was theirs before you are in the parking spot properly lining up your car between the lines. Also and very importantly, if someone is approaching so they can physically attack you then awareness can make all the difference. You see the person approaching and remove yourself completely by driving or jogging away. If the attacker is attacking you at random then this generally ends the situation. Getting away is our first line of defense and the easiest to use with the least consequences after the fact. Good awareness skills are vital and properly utilizing them will stop most situations from becoming a physical attack.

I have been attacked about 15 times in the street. Two of the attacks were at gunpoint and fortunately for me were primarily verbal attacks and only one became physical when I grabbed the guy. The other one gun assault ended with no physical altercation as I simply talked to the guy and literally calmed him down. About six of the attacks were from multiple attackers and most of them involved a situation where the physical aspect of the attack was fairly immediate without warning or provocation.

To Be Continued In "Attacks Vs Fist Fights and Posturing Part 3" <bio>Self Defense Master of the Year 2007 USA Martial Arts Hall of Fame Sigung(Senior Teacher-Red Sash)Old Hand Shao lin and Internal Kung Fu Master Practitioner of KUNTAO SILAT de Thouars Master Practitioner of Pentjak Silat Certified Instructor of Russian Martial Art Systema as of may`03 http://ClearSilat.com </bio>

You want to find out about one of the rarest, most underrated forms of martial arts fighting? I learned all about this great fighting style called Ba Gua Zhang. It really blew me away because this style of fighting is not like most fighting styles, especially all that stuff you might see on television or in the movies.

What makes Ba Gua Zhang so different is the fact this style is based on the open fist philosophy rather than the closed fist. You see, the object is to strike down your opponent with skill rather than simple brute force. It takes a bit longer to get really good at this kind of fighting but it has some really good things going for it.

When I was younger, I used to get into fights all the time. This was before I learned how to fight for real and also before I matured quite a bit and learned that fighting is not always necessary. I used to fight with my fists instead of my head and that got me not only into a lot of trouble but also a lot of broken bones. Especially my fist. Any decent fighter worth his salt has broken a hand or two. It is not much fun, it hurts a lot and it puts you out of commission for a while, too. What happens if you have to defend yourself the next day and you've got a broken hand? You are in trouble that's what.

So Ba Gua Zhang taught me there is another way. Fighting doesn't have to be all straight ahead attacking. You can subdue a threat with skill instead of trying to just maul the guy. The basic concept of this style is to constantly move and change your approach to any given situation. No matter what your opponent throws at you, be ready to keep adapting.

One of the main things you do when you first start practicing this style is the circle walk. It is really very simple. You just walk around in a circle. Seems silly maybe, but you stay in motion and, believe you me, a moving target is harder to hit than a non-moving one! So your opponent has to come to you and moving around gets him out of his comfort zone. It also prepares you to defend yourself. It is much tougher to move fast if you are just standing there still. If you are already moving, it is easy to keep moving, get it?

Another thing that is important to know is the idea behind palm changes or different postures your upper body is exacting. I mean, heck, your lower body is doing something, why not give your upper body something to do as well, right? These moves get you ready to fight. It is like priming the pump or winding the spring of a catapult - preparing for battle, if you will. That is how real fighting is, quick and spontaneous. <bio>Yoshi I Kundagawa is a freelance journalist. He covers the mixed martial arts industry.
Fight clubs in Japan are no mere rowdy affair, once seen and forgotten fights. Here the fighters bow and congratulate one another after the fight, thereby you can see as well as feel the sense of honor and audiences respond to this display of genuine sportsmanship. Could it be one of the reasons that Japanese fight clubs are always packed solid with female fans?

Its widely known that Japan has a unique, real fight culture. Its not simply a roughneck, criminal adventure. Rather it's an honorable thing, about pride and respect, and the fans especially females plays a vital role. The hard won, clean cut image of the fight industry matters a great deal in Japan. Indeed its classified to be quite hip and classy as well, and its simply not just for males but for the females too. As a matter of fact Japanese women considered to be shy and quiet are the main force behind Japan's consumer economy, taking to fighting as entertainment in droves.

In fact in every fight matches of any kind, its not very surprising to see half of the screaming and exhilarated audience to be females. The image of the passive, quiet, kimono clad women is hardly visible in the fight arenas where females dressed smartly in the latest fight scene clothes, fancy hairdos and screaming their lungs out. The fighting may be of wrestling type, the kick boxing, fist fighting, rough and tumble, grunting matches, whatever scenes that one can think of, almost all the fight tickets and seats are sold out and that too by housewives and teenage girls. Well some of the rough fist fights are properly conducted in closed quarters, some are not and very often fighters come crashing into the seats. And what do the jubilant females do? Instead of being scared of getting involved in the fight, they greet the sweat soaked fighters with uproarious applause and friendly heckling! Japanese tend to feel a cultural affinity with athletic, hand-to-hand combat type of competition from which Westerners are relatively alienated. Lets forget about the underground, betting game fight clubs. In the case of Japan, it's more of a good discipline, mentally and physically, fighting game. This is one of the reasons Japanese people respect these fighters. They go through a lot, have guts to fight with their hearts and its not simply a revenge fight unlike in other countries where it's considered to be quite barbaric, likening it to a bar fighting scene.

This feeling of considering fight clubs as a game and sportsmanship has remarkably led to the rise of its popularity in Japan. Whether it be the K-1, PRIDE etc fightings, the females no longer come accompanied by their guys but come on their own and in big groups and indeed they are not to be taken lightly; they are tough as nails! Maybe because of this that K-1 and PRIDE fighters achieve idol status in Japan. The females are not only audiences as well, there are some real good fighters doing very well offering them the chance to compete in front of a growing and appreciative audience. <bio>http://www.FightClubNews.com brings you the 4-1-1 on insider fight club news.
What Constitutes an Attack

In the Martial Arts you hear and read about people who have used their Martial Art to physically defend themselves in a real situation. Often the defender could very easily have avoided the entire situation but instead due to any number of circumstances they ended up in a fight instead. I recently read an article by Nev Sagiba related to this topic and decided to add my 2 cents worth.

First of all, a physical attack is actually implemented when someone is actually closing the distance towards you or those you care about (or are in some way responsible for) and they are on their way to strike, stab, grab, beat or otherwise immediately hurt them or you Right NOW! For this to actually be a physical attack they also must be close enough that within seconds they can actually begin contact and the physical aspect of the attack is imminent.

A person who throws their fists up and threatens to beat you up is verbally attacking and physically posturing but not yet physically attacking. A person who is upset and yelling is upset or/and threatening and posturing is verbally attacking but not yet physically attacking. A person swearing at you is verbally attacking and posturing but not yet physically attacking. A person who is busting things in the room or kicking your car is posturing and attacking things but is not yet physically attacking you. You get the idea.

When I began learning martial arts a lot of what I learned taught a person how to engage in a fight. Fortunately for me my instructor was also very street-wise and taught me as much about street fighting as he did about the arts. Part of his training included the idea of getting out of there and using any unfair advantage you could get to win a serious physical confrontation. I also found that when I was threatened with a fist fight that I did not just jump in there swinging away like a mad man but that instead I had a tendency to utilize positioning and verbal skills to try to deter my would be attacker. Due to attacks, that I personally experienced, I also found that when I needed to defend myself that techniques that would allow me to quickly end a physical confrontation and get out of there were much more important to me than being able to exchange a lot of punches and kicks. This was partially due to the fact that even in school yard fist fights the average fight involved multiple attackers and if I got tangled up with someone the next thing I knew their buddies were also all over me. My findings and understanding of what happens in real situations eventually led me to Pentjak Silat, Kun Tao and Kun Tao Silat as the arts that I needed to deal with the harsh realities of surviving street encounters.

When a person attacks you verbally (yelling and threatening) or non-verbally (such as waving their fists) then a response of some kind is still called for. Generally speaking the response is fairly simple. Either work to help end and bring an acceptable solution/conclusion to the problem or simply remove yourself from the situation by running or driving away.

To Be Continued In "Attacks Vs Fist Fights and Posturing Part 2" <bio>Self Defense Master of the Year 2007 USA Martial Arts Hall of Fame Sigung(Senior Teacher-Red Sash)Old Hand Shao lin and Internal Kung Fu Master Practitioner of KUNTAO SILAT de Thouars Master Practitioner of Pentjak Silat Certified Instructor of Russian Martial Art Systema as of may`03 http://ClearSilat.com </bio>

Fight club videos are aplenty in the market. You can find all sorts, starting from protected boxing fights, kick boxing to one to one bare fisted fights. But one very alarming prospect is the number of teen videos, some as young as 11 to 12 years old fight clubs, swearing and kicking each other like mad! Yes these types of illegal and violent teen fight clubs are around everywhere, all going heatedly behind the backs of their parents and authorities.

Police forces has in fact arrested many of the teens involved in illegal fight clubs, and the videos that they have collected through these arrests show how violent they can get and how much they crave these type of ugly fights. Videos show youngsters punching each other with bare knuckles outside the school yards. Like the movies, they even name their real-life fights videos, passing them one after another in secrecy. These extreme sports have cropped up every where and its fast catching up on the teens.

As a matter of fact, authorities in Texas, New Jersey, Washington state and Alaska has caught several teen fight rings operating for fun and yes, for profit too. These illegal, violent, not to mention bloody bouts pit boys and girls have fist to fist combat. Well this is not all. These staged fights are recorded by the ring leaders with video or cell cameras, and then peddle homemade DVDs on the Internet or posted on popular teen websites.

All these violent videos are no fake ones; they are real. The videos comprise of bare-knuckle boxing matches to rough gang assaults where the teens stomp powerless victims who are clearly not ready to fight. They are very savage and callous, and the lack of morality is rampant! Well not only this, many of these teens involved in the illegal underground fight clubs are not juvenile criminals but simple suburban high school kids.

What the school going teens do is organize the fights, at times handing out fliers advertising them, the young audience pay the admission fee and start the fight, videotaping all these. And yes, all these are happening not only in the poor neighborhoods but everywhere. These kids are not content with just the violent video games; no they long for the REAL fights! These fantasies of violence and danger to life are offered by the fight clubs, and here they can become a star overnight through the secretive video!

Many of these violent videos are taped even in broad day light where punching, kicking and stomping each other vigorously are the aim. These teens are also even more excited as its illegal and the criminal side to it makes them go for these fight club even more without realizing the consequences. In these videos you will see plenty of teens cheering on the fighters, snapping pictures, with scattered schoolbooks on the lawns. Some are even taped knocked unconscious, injured youngsters dragged out leaving bloody smears on curbs. Some also pay teens a few bucks to fight or attack others which are all filmed eagerly. These violent and destructive videos of teens engaged in fight clubs are ever on the rise, and the bloody scenes in the movies are brought to reality. <bio>http://www.FightClubNews.com brings you the 4-1-1 on insider fight club news. However, an unfortunate side effect of this popular martial arts movement is that the average person sees tournaments such as the UFC and thinks that self defense works like the fights that occur in the ring or octagon. Nothing could be further from the truth.

By street self defense I am not referring to a school yard fist fight whereby the loser gets a black eye and the winner gets to be the school champion or bully for a few days. By real street self defense I am referring to situations where there is no ring, no referees, no friends around to help you and to stop the situation before it gets to far out of control and no one to stop the attacker from beating you to death after you have been knocked down half unconscious. In fact in real street self defense the attacker may be armed with a knife or gun and the friends who are around may be his accomplices who are helping him to beat you to death. Also, in real street situations attacks happen without warning or provocation. Just being in the wrong place at the wrong time and having something that a criminal wants is enough to draw a vicious and unrelenting attack from someone who is experienced and who is larger, stronger, younger, faster, better armed and more ready for a conflict at this moment than you. As a teacher I always imagine one of my students who is female about 5'2 and weighs about 105 pounds and is over 45 years old (but looks 10 years younger than she is) being attacked by a 19 -23 year old, 250 lb male who is muscle bound and freshly out of prison with rape and killing on his mind. His legs are nearly as big as her whole body. Is she going to out box him? When he begins attacking her is she going to be able to grapple with him in a realistic way that will allow her any advantage before he pounds her into submission? If he has a weapon or friends will boxing, MMA or Jiu-jitsu give her any skills that will really help her deal with this attack? The sports mentality is one of "Get in there and fight!". Does this sound like her smartest strategy in this situation? A ring/cage/octagon fighter may train some awareness skills but not the kind that is designed to help you recognize potential attackers in real life because in the ring it is very obvious who you are fighting, where they are before the fight begins and that they are there to fight you. The nice benefit for you in a ring fight is that at almost anytime you want you can simply yell, "I quit" and leave and the fight is over. Obviously this is quite different from a real street attack. Please see our article "Attacks Vs Fist Fights and Posturing."

To Be continued in "Why MMA is NOT Street Self Defense!
The onset of technology is such that many simply use the high tech gadgets to video tape everything and anything that fancies their imagination. In fact young kids as young as eleven and twelve years are quite an expert in handling these equipments and the scary thing is they have such an assortment of street fight footages starting from silly and fun filled tussles to real, ugly fights and they keep stock of these fight tapes and CD's as one would collect stamps as a hobby.

These street fights caught on home videos are displayed so freely and many make it a habit to collect bits here and there. It's an entertainment for them. Well there are also many smart ones collecting domestic street fights and such, ghetto street fights, bum fights and all. Not only this, thousands of clips and footages posted on the websites were all caught on home videos and available for free.

Street fights are quite common. It may happen anytime and these days many simply catch the fights on their cell phones easily. And the sad thing is, they do so simply to show it to their friends, joke about it, and even give nicknames to the bruised fighters instead of helping them or reporting them to the cops.

Kids especially are prone to these kinds of videos. They are not really into staged Hollywood blockbuster movies but rave about all that latest street fight that took place right near the corner of the street or caught on tape from the window of the school bus. They collect several footages of the real street fights, maybe of their sisters and aunts, fist fights of men after their vehicles collides in an accident, fight between rival coaches and such, jamming all these into one video tape, and yep, spice them up with funny titles of the fights and watch it freely with some group of friends.

Although some of these free street fight home videos gets wind up in some websites reputed for collecting street fight footages. Just connect to some of these websites and there's a huge collection of home video clippings of street fights, some funny, irritating ones, some real, mean street fights during nighttime which are quite bloody actually. And yes, they are available freely on the internet and young ones (well lets not sign off the adults too) tend to imitate these street fighters and brawlers depicted so vividly and starts to behave like those displayed in clips.

As such these free street fight home videos are no longer simply an entertainment but a negative influence on youngsters. There's even a confession by one of the owners of street fight websites that he gets thousands of home video fight clips but is careful about what he post on his site as some of the clippings are quite ugly and also some are from hate groups which will only reap hatred. All these street fights are freely available and is a favorite pastime for many people. <bio>http://www.FightClubNews.com brings you the 4-1-1 on insider fight club news.
Basketball is a very exciting sport to watch, and NBA basketball is among the absolute best. The high-scoring games and the high-flying dunks--even the way that they hang in the air in order to get off a shot, all add to the game's excitement. But sometimes, though, something happens during an NBA basketball game that you as a fan, can not control. Sometimes the players become so angry with one another during a game that things escalate from a simple heated argument, to a full-fledged fist fight, right on the court. These brawls can even get so out of hand that they spill into the stands, where the fans are.

Many people wonder how these brawls begin, and most of the time, the losing team starts them. Even though it's usually the losing team that starts them, it is sometimes the winning one. The winning team will taunt the other team, causing the losing team to became angry and retaliate by what they call a hard foul. Like when Ben Wallace and Ron Artest got into an argument, which quickly escalated. Many of the other players were drawn into the fight, as well. The worst thing about it is that there were fans involved in the fight, and that's when things really became very dangerous. Several of the NBA players were fined and suspended from a certain amount of games. Fortunately major tussles like this don't happen all the time, but when they do happen, it's usually very serious.

Just recently the Denver Nuggest and the New York Nicks were playing, and Denver was beating the Nicks badly. There was a hard foul on the Nuggets that triggered it all. This brawl also spilled into the stands, but fortunately, the fans stayed out of this one. These players, just like the ones involved in the other brawl, were fined and suspended from a certain number of games.

A good thing to study is what makes these players become so angry that they end up in horrible and dangerous physical altercations. Well, stress and pressure is probably a major cause of it. The players are under an immense amount of pressure to perform well, and win as many games as possible so that they have a chance at winning the Championship. Perhaps anger management and stress management should be mandatory classes for all NBA players to undergo in order to prevent and minimize these brawls. <bio>For the NBA fans, there is some great gear at great prices at: http://www.nbagearshop.com. </bio>

Throat obstructions due to swallowing of objects is a problem more common among children, though such instances do occur in adults as well. It may get stuck in your throat due to many unknown reasons. Children have a tendency to put everything in their mouth like small toys, coins, safety pins, buttons, bones, wood, glass, batteries or any other foreign objects. It takes 24 to 48 hours for the object to reach the digestive tract. But if the object gets stuck for a long time it can damage or tear the esophagus and cause infection.

The most common places for objects to get stuck are

- On the same level of the collarbones (clavicles) - Center of the chest - Near the bottom of the rib cage

Some symptoms to notice

- Gagging - High-pitched breathing - Difficulty and pain while swallowing - Vomiting - Avoiding solid foods - Increased drooling - Pain in the neck, chest or abdomen - Inability to speak - Bluish skin color

Some Causes of Choking

- Eating too fast without chewing can - Intoxication by alcohol - In an unconscious state by inhaling certain materials - Head or face injury (swelling or blood can cause choking)

Tips to remember

- Try not to panic - Do not make your child vomit - Try to think positive and do not assume that surgery is the only option - Do not remove the object if stuck in the chest instead cover the object with padding. Put a tape around the padding so to avoid any movement. Avoid any vigorous jerks.

Home Remedies

Clear your throat by drinking liquids or swallowing bread. This may take approximately 30 to 60 minutes to work. If it does not work try other options or consult your doctor.

You can try the Heimlich maneuver. Stand behind the person and wrap your arms around his/her waist. Make a fist with one hand and place the thumb side of your fist just above the person's navel, well below the breastbone. Grasp the fist with your other hand and make a quick, upward and inward thrust with your fist. Continue this till the object is removed.

For obese or pregnant people, wrap your arms around the person's chest. Place your fist on the middle of the breastbone and make firm backwards thrusts.

Warning: The reader of this article should exercise all precautionary measures while following instructions on the home remedies from this article.
Many people ask: andquot;I'm committed to losing weight but I get confused with all the different grams and amounts of food to eat. Is there a SIMPLE way to make sense of all this?

YES THERE IS!

You need to start thinking of food in andquot;portionsandquot;. Don't even THINK of starting to count every calorie in every food or every protein gram. That will just confuse you.

Try eating 6 times a day and have a portion of protein and a portion of carbs in each meal. A portion is more or less the size of your fist (or open palm).

Don't try to andquot;addandquot; any fat - you will likely consume it whether you like it or not since it can be found almost everywhere...

Examples of andquot;portionsandquot;

Protein:

a 200-gram can of tuna a cup of milk half a chicken breast 3 eggs

Carbs:

A slice of bread. An apple a cup of rice

See? Is that too complicated? Look at the size of your fist and that's a very good rule of thumb (or rule of fist if you prefer).

DON'T OBSESS OVER THE LITTLE DETAILS. IT'S THE KISS OF DEATH TO ANY WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM.

Just combine a portion of protein with a portion of carbs every meal. If some fat exists as well, that's cool, don't sweat it... The fewer parts a machine has, the higher the likelihood that it will travel a long distance without something breaking down. Keep it simple. Simplicity rules. Simplicity helps with consistency. There's strength in numbers. If you follow a weight loss program for 3 days, not much will happen. But if you follow it for 365 days -well- you get the idea...

Remember: Don't try to follow a andquot;100%andquot; perfect plan for 3 days. Try instead to follow a andquot;80%andquot; perfect plan for a longer time period. Most people can follow such a plan even for the rest of their lives without feeling deprived or driving themselves nuts in the process... <bio>andquot;Discover Why Almost Everyone Is Dead Wrong About Weight Loss - Including How To Lose Up To 28 Pounds in 4 Weeks And Keep it off - Without Diet Pills or Aerobics and Without Feeling Hungry.
After looking through what the product has to offer in terms of self defense, I felt compelled to write this How to Win Any Fight in Under 3 Minutes review. Is it true that martial arts schools and pepper spray aren't enough when it comes to protecting yourself? I'll answer this question and more in this brief review, all with the goal of helping you to decide if How to Win Any Fight in Under 3 Minutes is something you should look into on your own.

The statistics are scary. Every 22 seconds, there is a violent crime committed somewhere in America. Every six minutes, somebody gets raped and each year there are more than 49,000 car jackings or car jacking attempts. Even more frightening is the fact that most of the self defense seminars and martial arts techniques don't work in real life situations. Fortunately, there's a guide out there called How to Win Any Fight in Under 3 Minutes.

How to Win Any Fight in Under 3 Minutes is a set of techniques that were created by a man with two black belts and significant time in a maximum security prison to his credit. The moves taught in the guide are banned in the Ultimate Fighting Championship, a fighting sport where anything goes. Well, almost anything.

How to Win Any Fight in Under 3 Minutes will show you how to easily and effectively destroy your attacker's eyesight, how to dislocate shoulders, how to break kneecaps and more. Literally, your life is too precious not to protect. How to Win Any Fight in Under 3 Minutes is just as valuable as any firearm, and I highly recommend it to anyone who is concerned about being attacked. No matter what neighborhood you live in or what your body type is, nobody is immune to potential attackers. <bio>To learn more, visit the official How to Win Any Fight in Under 3 Minutes website at http://bitsylink.com/?DNKCL today. </bio>

When one thinks of the fight clubs, the picture that automatically comes to mind is of well maintained, strong willed fighters, giving everything they can into the fights even at the cost of their own lives.
When one thinks of the fight clubs, the picture that automatically comes to mind is of well maintained, strong willed fighters, giving everything they can into the fights even at the cost of their own lives. Well despite all the laws and precautions, there are some real fight clubs in secret locations where people from all sorts of life gather to witness these grueling competitions. Anyways the focus is that, not all fight clubs are of this fearsome type and for some it really disillusions them when they come across phony, overrated guys who think beating each other makes them tough guys. Well the secret is, one would hardly find tough club fighters pounding each other with toilet seats or is that how the fight club really operates?

Well the message behind this view is that many of the so called fight clubs are simply playful ones, more like an entertainment! Simply actors. Indeed there are the fight clubs formed by teenage boys, wanting to feel macho and tough like they see in movies. They may form a band of fight groups, challenging one another in fights that are not too destructive and most are just playful stuffs. Maybe these are in a way harmless too. But what about the grown up adults having secure jobs and stature pounding each other just for the sake of it. Actually there are many of this type of fight club that is more or less a sad version of the real fight clubs.

Anyhow, the real secrets behind joining one fight club or another lies on the individual themselves. Somehow being a member of the fight club seems to give them a sense of toughness. Well some may dispute this but yes, for some all these are simply pleasures to be involved, maybe like a hobby?

When we hear of fight clubs, we simply think of tough men and women giving everything that they have into the fights, and it's often a very bloody affair. However one secret behind all of the so called fight clubs is not really toughness and integrity. It's somewhat funny. Just imagine, to make yourself tougher, wearing a fencing mask and whaling away with frying pans and tennis rackets is not toughness. Or is it? It's childish!

Maybe the notion that fight club fighters are rough and tumble beings, ready to do anything really attracts the guys. Another secret maybe that they love to hear people say "you did WHAT? Man that's something!" reaction and they feel so great!

Well another reason why not all fight clubs are that attractive and remarkable; you see the so called fight club is used as a way to direct and defuse frustrations in their life, work etc and take it out on something else. It also works as a therapy for some! But hey, pounding each other to a pulp doesn't sound a great impulse and yes, many uses fight clubs to channel their personal frustration into the fights. As such not many find these fight clubs to be beneficial; it's more of an entertainment but then the fighters, the REAL ones, are good. <bio>http://www.FightClubNews.com brings you the 4-1-1 on insider fight club news.
What do you do when confronted with the sight of a CCTV security camera? Do you go on as if it is a speck on the wall worthy of your attention as a, well, speck on the wall? Do you ponder it for a moment, wonder who is watching you watching him and then wander somewhere else with nary a second glance?

Whatever you do, never ever do these things if you value your sanity, your dignity, your levity, and most important, your life. (Unless of course, you are inside Big Brother's house relishing the presence of 24/7 surveillance cameras and losing all of the above will get you noticed by TV viewers, in which case, this could be turned into "Things You Must Do To Win the Grand Prize")

Make Funny Faces

With your face so near the CCTV security camera your nose hairs are visible from the security monitor, at that. If you think the security personnel will be amused with the sight of your scrunched-up, cross-eyed, wrinkled-nose, tongue-out face, you have another fist coming.

Did I say fist? I meant think. And even if the fist does not come, you will be certainly marked for life as easily as if a fist has broken your wrinkled nose and set it straight. Or whatever. You know what I mean.

Do a Striptease

Well, your male viewers will enjoy the show. Maybe they will sit back, prop their feet on the security console, relax and drink beer. After all, your performance might rival Big Brother 9 Natalie's striptease only better because they have exclusive viewing options. Maybe, they will zoom the CCTV security camera on your lady parts for a better view. Yum yum.

Then again, do you really want to be slapped on with handcuffs after the show? Or even clothed again, only with a straightjacket? And did you know footages from the CCTV security camera can be rewound again and again and again for your fans' perverted pleasure?

Rant and Rave

You will get nowhere on ranting and raving unless you and your viewers either know sign language or adept at charades or proficient in lip reading. You never know if the CCTV security camera can capture your here-comes-the-four-horsemen-of-the-Apocalypse voice!

Why? Simply because not all CCTV systems are sophisticated enough to capture sound and even if they do, they would run into trouble with the law. Another impertinent why? Well, because in many states, sound recordings taken off video cameras are inadmissible in a court of law unless you are the law itself.

If you really want to tell your boss to go (insert vulgar euphemism of choice for intimate relations) with himself, you are better off telling him to his face. Get inspiration on how to do it from Wesley Gibson of "Wanted" fame. And three million dollars in the bank should help with the self-confidence.

The list goes on and on -- give the dirty finger, show your shiny-as-a-baby's-head butt, simulate masturbation and sex, and flaunt what should best be hidden for the sake of the viewers' sanity, to name a few - but these three are the worst things you can do in front of a CCTV security camera.

Or the best, if you are one of the top contenders in Big Brother!<bio>For authoritative opinions on CCTV systems and CCTV equipment, visit Video-Surveillance-Guide.com and choose the perfect CCTV security camera for your home and office.</bio>

EA's King of the Ring series that was before Fight Night series tended to be a disappointment every year. Fight Night 3 is the culmination of the corrections made to the earlier Fight Night games. The graphics are amazing up to the point where you can see beads of sweat dripping off the guy=12s foreheads. It also has realistic facial damage that you can see during the corner cut games in between rounds. However, I will say the controls of Fight Night 3 are at best hard to get used to. Since the game heavily discourages button mashing, you will not find much action in the button department. All of the punches are controlled by the right stick. The achievements in Xbox 360 version of this game should be pretty easy for anyone to get all 1000 points. This doesn't mean you won't go back and play the game because you will not have really mastered many of the punches by the time you have gotten all 1000 pts. This will allow you to go back and learn something new every time you play.

One feature I really liked about this game was in fight mini games that can be started by hitting you opponent with one of you haymaker punches. This sends you opponent into an instant daze where he is eligible to be knocked down or it will start a mini game from your opponent=12s point of view at which time you can down you opponent with a well placed haymaker. You probably won=12t see many of these mini games when you first play the game. The move is difficult to learn and will take you awhile to learn how to pull it off. <bio>Want to boost your XBox 360 gamerscore quickly and easily?
In Asian countries learning the techniques of combat fights is not unusual. Indeed there are some real good legal fight clubs employing martial art as their fighting technique. The history of martial arts shows that the Asian masters were few in number who taught their techniques secretly. Nowadays there are many reputed fight clubs where martial arts like karate, tae kwon do and other styles are practiced and this is quite popular in Asia. In fact they take it as a soothing experience, joining fight clubs that need not necessarily involve bloody fights and events. It's more of like a class.

In fact in fitness centers, martial arts are used in their fight club and they are great, offering something for all ages and all types of people. Mind you, these types of fight clubs are not like the real, mean and avenging fights of the underground world. They use fighting techniques to soothe their mind and body, very similar to the real fight club fighters venting their frustration by beating their opponents to a pulp. Well yes, the members of these sober fight clubs also have competitive fights which sort of boost up their morale, keep them fit and participate in some heavy but healthy exercise.

Well for whatever reason the members enroll in these fight clubs, one thing is for sure that the clubs really get to earn in the enrollment fees especially for the tae kwon do classes. In fact the fight club owners find it a real profitable business as people really want to have a go at it.

Not only this, Asian countries usually have stricter rules like racing and gun control laws, and males find it tough to find ways to amuse themselves and get to bond. As such many turn to fight clubs, fixing certain days as their night out and pounding each other like crazy. Not only in Cambodia, Japan and Korea but Taiwan is also famous for this type of martial art fight clubs. These clubs uses martial arts in their fights and yes, boxing and grappling is also allowed. These are no simple affairs. Especially the art of kung fu, the hard-style, kicking forms and Tae Kwan Do and Twe So involving pushing hands are quite popular.

Fight clubs in Asia is gaining popularity more so because of the interest of foreigners in the martial arts, especially kickboxing and grappling. Fight clubs like Pride, Bushido, K-1, Pancrase, and Rings are becoming popular, embracing the new developments in martial arts, and these shows are one real money making business. One difference noticed in Asian fight clubs is that they take fighting as part of martial arts.

For these fighters, fight club using martial arts offers them the chance to improve their striking skills or look for an opportunity to challenge themselves. They also say that there's a certain bond; getting a split lip or bleeding nose seems to bind them to their opponent for life. <bio>http://www.FightClubNews.com brings you the 4-1-1 on insider fight club news.
Boxing is one of the oldest sports that are played throughout the world. It is at the very roots of the American civilization. Men used to fight each other with bare knuckles in bars since the first immigrants came over from Europe. Later these boxing matches were cleaned up a little bit and boxing gloves were introduced. For many years, boxing matches were only performed by men. However about ten years ago women's boxing started to appear in the mainstream. One of the most famous women's boxers that blazed a trail for the women of today was Christy Martin.

Christy Martin helped to bring media attention to a sport that was not getting very much coverage until she broke into the ring. She was signed by infamous boxing promoter Don King in the early 1990s, and she made the most of the opportunities he gave her. She mainly fought as an undercard on the Mike Tyson matches, but she often stole the show. She brought much media attention to women's boxing when she fought Deirdre Gogarty on Showtime in 1996. During this fight she had her nose broken in the early rounds by Gogarty. However she continued to fight hard and won the fight. I remember this fight very well and I gained much respect for Martin during this fight, because even though she took a beating early, she never gave in and ended up winning the fight by a unanimous decision.

This match was a major turning point in women's boxing, because the entire mainstream sports media now starting covering her fights. Christy continued to fight and win for about ten more years, until she was confronted with a bout with Laila Ali. Laila Ali is famed boxing legend, Muhammad Ali's daughter. Ali overmatched Martin and knocked her out in the fourth round. After this match the torch was past from Martin to Ali as the woman to lead women's boxing into the next generation. However we can never forget about Christy Martin's tremendous contributions that she gave to women's boxing. <bio>For a selection of ladies pink boxing gloves, visit http://www.ukboxingstore.co.uk </bio>

One of the basic methods how to fight traffic ticket is by playing it cool; when the officer pulled you over, be courteous and accommodating because by doing so, who knows you might just obtain a word of warning. Doing otherwise will most likely land you to a nasty court battle should the officer get provoked by your child-like attitude. One thing that you might not want to do is to acknowledge your fault because this admission alone will haunt you and will be used against you in the court. When the officer asks you why you are being pulled over, tell him that you do not know the reason why.

However, if the case escalates and that the officer is very much decided that he will see you in court for a traffic violation, then you better prepare for it because they are pretty serious about nailing down vicious traffic violators. However, there is no reason to be scared because there are so many ways how to fight a traffic ticket if you do some work yourself.

If you are the kind of person whose calendar is very fully occupied and that you think you are not able to appear in court to defend yourself, well, you will need the help of a very competent individual to do the fighting for you. You can also do this by asking the court its permission to allow you to do the trial by mail. This one method how to fight a traffic ticket is already being done by many people especially those who harbour not so good feeling about courts.

Fighting a traffic ticket through mail is one of the most practical and beneficial methods how to fight a traffic ticket because it gives you a lot of time to prepare for your argument, it only takes you not less than five minutes to fill out the paper with all the information that the state is asking you. In addition, you never have to undergo the stress and nervousness in the actual proceeding, if you opted for the trial by mail.

Another effective method how to fight a traffic ticket is by contending the information that is being presented to you by the arresting officer. Make sure what they are showing you are accurate and genuine documentation of information because even the slightest discrepancies can actually favour you, such as the wrong plate number, which can be a good ground for the dismissal of the traffic case against you.

Once you are given the appropriate ticket, it is time for you to prepare for your counter-strike. This is also one of the best and wisest tricks how to fight a traffic ticket that will prove to be very effective especially if you have come up with a very good argument and reasoning.
So you've taken a few karate lessons, maybe you've got a colored belt. I'm sorry to break this to you, but if you are attacked on the street, your attacker isn't going to press his palms together and bow politely before he makes his move.

Martial artists adhere to a code of honor that has not caught on with the criminal population. A typical drunken or doped up thug will try to surprise you if he can. From behind if he can. With something so scary or force so overwhelming you won't think about resisting. He's not looking for a fair fight, or any fight at all. He's after your money, your jewelry, your car, your dignity, or all the above.

Your ability to defend yourself from a street attack will not depend on your knowledge of slick martial arts moves as much as it will on your determination to act quickly and forcefully to end the attack and escape.

This is not to say that Jet Li has much to fear in a dark alley. He doesn't. But you're not Jet Li and never will be. You will have to rely on intelligence, determination, and when possible, the advantage a small, non-lethal self defense product can provide.

Here is a run down of the most practical means for non-lethal self defense you have available to you.

First, you can just run away. Happily, drunks and junkies are, as a rule, not overly swift of foot. Removing yourself from a dangerous situation is often the safest thing you can do. If you are confronted by a hostile jerk, he has probably already decided how and when he is going to go after you. You are at a disadvantage right from the start. If you see an opportunity to skoot, skoot.

Ok, you're not a track star either. Try distraction. Do the unexpected. Cause a scene. Scream at him, or about him, or at some passers by. Break something that will attract a lot of attention. The distraction may give you time to go back to plan A and get out of there.

That didn't work? You're trapped in a small space. The jerk is between you and the only exit. He's actually grabbed you?

Now is not the time to be trying to remember your last karate lesson. Whether you have a keychain weapon or not, the eyes, nose, throat, solar plexus and groin offer the best opportunities to inflict enough pain to cover a get-a-way.

We'll work from the top down for no particular reason. The most important thing to remember is not to hold back. Give it all you've got. Don't hesitate. The targets we're talking about are the most vulnerable whether you have a weapon at hand or not.

The two finger poke to the eyes was not only hilarious when Moe, Larry and Curly did it, well struck, your attacker's tighly shut eyes will give you plenty of time to make your exit.

A fist, or the heel of your hand, or your forehead, or any handy striking weapon applied forcefully to the tip of the nose will cause great pain and close the eyes of the recipient quickly.

So will a blow to the throat. The tips of your fingers, a fist, an elbow, or any form of kubaton will serve the purpose admirably. The thug's breathing difficulties, and he will have them after being hit hard on the Adams apple, can only work to your advantage. Once again, don't hold back.

One of the down sides to a lot of karate practice is that punches are often stopped or pulled. Bad habit. Punch as though your target was a foot behind where it actually is. Get your body weight into it.

Another vulnerable spot is called the solar plexus.
