To anyone that's been through one (and that's probably most), a break up in a relationship and be catastrophic. Some sufferers even feel that it is the 'End of the World'. If you haven't ever had a bad relationship break up like this then you could probably sympathise with someone that has. In a lot of cases and even if the split was amicable, one or both parties can go through that same type of grief as bereavement would cause.

Break ups tend to occur for many reasons such as -- infidelity, unsatisfied sex life, jealousy and so much more. In some cases, things that cause break ups can be taken into any new relationships, causing it to be doomed from the start. However this need not happen. Any person going through a break up can now get the help that they need and deserve to get their life back on track.

Research proves that divorce rates around the world have gone higher, and so has the number of heartaches, and break-downs. To address the negative emotions caused by a break-up, Hypnotherapy could be the only answer.

Break-ups can be ugly, and break-ups can be heart breaking. Break-ups can be devastating and break-ups can be tragic. But in all this emotional turmoil, how do you find yourself reacting? Do you view this event as the end of the world, or can you pick up the pieces of your broken heart and move on? Do you find yourself drowning yourself in your sorrow, or do you find yourself getting wiser from the experience. It's all a matter of perspective, but it is entirely possible to not lose hope and stay positive even when faced with troublesome times like a break-up or a divorce.

With a step-by-step hypnosis program you too can work towards a future, a future which you've always wanted but never could dream of achieving after your separation. Remember there is more to life than crying over a break-up. The only way to get out of a relationship is with one's head held high...and it's time you felt it for yourself.

With hypnosis you will be amazed just how quickly you see the benefits.

So why will it work? Because it prevents you from falling down like a house of cards. Because it helps you sustain your life force by bringing positivity into your outlook. Because it helps you nurture hope, which can be your sole means of surviving through this pain. <bio>Richard MacKenzie is a leading professional in the field of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy - http://www.richardmackenzie.co.uk - He also has a great range of Hypnosis Downloads at his site http://www.richardmackenzie.co.uk/et.htm </bio>

Are you at the end of a relationship and finding it hard to come to terms with your loss? Are you finding it hard to understand why your relationship has come to the end in the way that it did? Are you feeling that this may be something that you just can't get over? Do you just want the pain and anguish to go away so that you can heal and start over again? If you are experiencing a bad relationship break up then you can certainly understand the negative impact that it can have on your emotions and also the feelings of the people that love and look out for you.

In my career as a hypnotherapist I have helped hundreds of individuals with soothing that pain and hurt that comes from hard relationship break-ups. Some people that I have seen see it as the end of their world and in the first instance find it very hard to move on, put it behind them and get on with their life. For them this is a real pain that is not even comparable to the worst kind of physical pain. If you are suffering in this situation right now then I want to offer a message of hope and say that how ever hard it is to believe right now, that there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Just hang in there.

With the clients that I help, I use hypnosis, this is done on a one to one bases or through my hypnosis download for break ups. Hypnosis basically works to reprogram the part of the brain that we call the sub or un-conscious mind. It is the sub-conscious mind that holds all of our thoughts, beliefs, memories, behaviours and habits, so it is a great place to start to deal with the negative impact of your break-up. By soothing the pain and other emotions related to break ups you can then start to look at your situation differently =96 in another light. This allows you to make decision about your future with more clarity.

If you are serious about getting over the pain and discomfort of a relationship break up then I wish you the best of luck and success. I suggest that you start with a hypnosis recording or download or even look up your local hypnotherapist to seek their help.

I really wish you the best of success in this and remember =96 this is not the end of the world =96 you are strong enough to beat this. <bio>Richard is an expert in helping people through break ups.
Anybody over the age of, say, 17 has seen that infamous episode of Friends. You know the one: Ross and Rachel decide to go on a break to re-assess their relationship...and everything falls apart. Ross cheats, drama ensues, and there's a big, nasty breakup. And while Ross and Rachel do get their "happily ever after" in the end, when you hear the dreaded words "I think we should take a break," your heart flips over in your chest and you hear the bells of relationship doom ringing in your ears. Because outside the world of Friends, "I want to take a break" means that it's over, right?

What Wanting a Break Can Mean

Not necessarily. Especially in long term relationships, your partner can be unhappy for an infinite number of reasons...and not all of them have to do with you. It might be something concrete going on at work or with family, or something harder to pin down, like feeling generally unfulfilled. Or sometimes, your partner may just feel unhappy without even knowing why. It's frustrating, but it happens. And when it does, it's perfectly normal for them to want time away to get a little bit of perspective.

Taking a break can be a good thing. It can give your boyfriend or girlfriend a chance to reassess their priorities and figure out what's going wrong in life. It can make them realize that life is better with you in it than it is with you out of it. It can bring you closer and make your relationship stronger.

But it can also mean that your relationship is coming to an end. I'm sure it's not what you want to hear, but sometimes "taking a break" is just a way of breaking up without saying so. To some people, it just seems like the easy (okay, the cowardly) way out of an unhappy relationship.

What You Should Do

First, don't freak out. There are a lot of reasons why your partner might have asked for a break, and you don't want to jump to any conclusions. So silence those ringing bells of doom in your head, and try to keep your cool. A "break" doesn't necessarily mean a "break-up."

Next, talk to your partner about why he or she wants to take a break, and try to look for the truth in his or her answers. If he or she hems and haws about giving you a reason for the break, you can start to worry. But if your partner insists that he or she just needs a bit of space to reassess their life and relationship, the best thing to do is take their statements at face value.

And then give your partner what they want. If you want to save yourself from a potentially dramatic and drawn-out break up, you might just want to break it off with them permanently. But if you really want your relationship to have a chance, you'll have to give your partner the space that they need. There's a chance that your boyfriend or girlfriend will realize that their problems lie within themselves - not with you. And though it'll hurt to be apart, giving your partner the space that they need will only make the relationship stronger.

So just take a deep breath, try not to panic, and have hope. While it's possible your boyfriend or girlfriend wants to end things permanently, it's also possible for a break to be a good thing. Good luck.<bio>Use PlanJam.com to find date ideas and dating advice.</bio>

It's a relaxing time spent away from the daily grind of studies and the boredom of sitting in classrooms all day, and is a great way for students of all ages to recharge.

For college and university students, spring break is a time to party. It's a way to let off some steam from the stress of classes, plus it's just plain fun. Some popular spring break locations include Miami, with its beaches and surfing, and Las Vegas, with many exciting things to see and to do.

For the family looking for popular spring break locations, one of the first places that come to mind is Disneyworld in Orlando, Florida, with its ever popular rides and many sights to see. There is also Disneyland in California, as well as the new California Adventures.

To be sure to get a nice place to stay and a reasonable flight, book a hotel near your spring break location of choice early. Flights do fluctuate, and you may be able to catch a good deal at a seemingly random time, so don't despair if you run a bit late firming up your airline reservations.

Other spring break locations which might be fun include a trip to the Bahamas, to Hawaii, or maybe even to Alaska. For an educational destination, a trip to New York or Chicago, where there are many art galleries, museums, and cultural events, may be good choices. Great locales abound, and the only difficulty is to choose spring break locations that can be enjoyed for just the few days that a typical school break allows.

A spring break location that might work well for your family is a trip to Mexico -- warm, sunny, and full of friendly people. The resorts of Mexico are appealing spring break locations because your primary purpose in going there would be to relax. Many travel agencies offer all inclusive packages that include everything from flight and accommodation to meals and beverages.

Spring break locations abound for the family that is looking for fun. There are many educational or outdoor adventure based spring break locations you can choose from as well -- an outdoor adventure or a trip to go rock climbing or skiing can be a great way to spend time as a family or for a college student to have fun with his or her friends.

Regardless of where your final destination is, you can be assured that the break from school and work will be welcome. <bio>Are you looking for the perfect spring break location? http://springbreaklocations.info </bio>

All good things come to an end...and a lot of things that seem to be good at the time can as well. One of the most common situations for anyone dating (at any age) is dealing with the pain and detritus of a relationship gone south.

First things first -- when you're dealing with the breakup, or the impending breakup, you aren't in your right mind. You're already grieving for something that's gone. And like grieving for anything, there are stages you go through. Denial, Anger, Bargaining, Depression and Acceptance.

Now, before we even get into the tactics for how to deal with the break up, the first thing you need to understand is that the break up doesn't have to happen in the first place.

Or, if it already has, it doesn't have to be permanent! Far from it. In fact, if you'll go down to the bottom of this article, you'll see that I've given you some links to a few resources that can actually help you win back your ex quickly and painlessly.

Definitely check this out.

Okay, back to how to survive a break up...

Don't make any lifelong decisions until you're through at least the first three steps of this.

Denial -- you can't believe he (or she) dumped you. You got the "It's over..." message, and you're doing anything you can to stay in contact. You're wondering if they're seeing someone else. It's ugly. It's like a part of you has been cut off.

Anger -- OK, you've internalized the fact that they've rejected you. Now you're going to act out on it. You're angry. You're frustrated. You're calling them and bawling them out (or just bawling.)

Bargaining -- Now you're trying to convince them that you're the right person for them. You're trying to bargain for any kind of contact. This is where a lot of men make mistakes in relationships, it's where they do the belly crawl, and their friends pity them.

Depression -- After you've discovered that bargaining isn't working, there comes the point where you realize just how futile all of this has been, comes the depression. This is where you need to focus on doing other things and get past this. This is where your friends, if they're paying attention, will try to drag you out of the house.

Acceptance -- Eventually, you learn to move on.

Ways around this is to remember that the first four stages of this are degrading. They're where you're playing a reactive game. You've lost the initiative. At this point, as soon as you can, focus on convincing the person who dumped you that you've moved on with your life. That your life is fine without them. One of two things will happen -- they will either come back to you, or you'll short circuit the "I'm going to be an idiot" phase of the breakup.

There are a lot of techniques to doing this, but the first thing to keep in mind is that relationships end, and you'll go on. Indeed, sometimes the best lessons you learn are from relationships that blow up...

Until next time!<bio>I've found these sites to be the best guides to getting over a break up: There's this how to get over a break up tutorial, this how to get over a break up guide, and this how to get over a break up article.
Do you want to know how to win an ex back?

If you have recently broken up with your ex and you still love and miss him, you probably want to know if you have any chance of getting your guy back. You DO have an excellent chance of getting him back as long as you don't make the same mistakes as most women makes in trying to get ex back.

It is very possible to win ex back just like magic with the right plan, a plan that will guide you through the do's and don'ts of how to win ex back. I will discuss later about such a proven plan that works like a Magic Love Recipe.

But first, I want to make sure you know some of the most common mistakes make by women shortly after a break up. Mistakes that will work against you in trying to get ex back.

1. Not Admitting Mistakes.

Not admitting your mistakes can cause a delay in winning back your ex. You have to determine what was the cause or causes of the break up of your relationship And if you were the one that make the mistakes then you need to own up to them.

Admitting you mistakes and telling him how you are going to resolve them in the future will ease the fiction between both of you.

2. Placing Blame.

If he was the one that caused the break up of the relationship, then you shouldn't be placing the blame. I know it doesn't seem fair that you should admit to your mistakes but you can't place blame if he is in the wrong.

Placing blame is a combative action, and your goal is getting your guy back, not start a fight. It will take him longer to admit to his mistakes because he is a man. I am a man and I tend to delay the admitting of my mistakes as long as I can.

3. Accept the Break Up.

You need to accept the break up as inevitable. Accepting the break up is not the same as giving up on winning him back.

You need to tell your ex that you agree with the break up. This is important, although somewhat counterintuitive, your first response to a break up is not usually agreeing with the break up. Your first reaction is to call him, or text him over and over again trying to talk him into not breaking up. This is not how to win ex back.

To do this you may have to do a lot of acting. But, accepting or even suggesting to your ex that the break up is the best for both of you will make him feel that you are in control and will give him second thoughts about breaking up with you.

You can win your ex back and by avoiding the above mistakes is a start. But you will need a plan that works like a Magic Love Recipe and you also need to take action. Just daydreaming and hoping he will come back to you is not how to win ex back.<bio>The proven plan that works like a magic love recipe is the excellent e-book "The Magic of Making Up".
The ugliest thing that could ever happen in a relationship and the most painful thing for some people is the break-up part. Break-ups are so heart breaking and devastating when others also experience this as a tragic event in their life.

Loosing the person that means so much to you that you would give everything just to have their company is an experience you wouldn't want to be in again. Once you told them they belong on your arms and the next thing you see them in the arms of another. Telling them that you would carry their heart into your own for it is where their heart should dwell.

This emotional break-up situation which is happening to you may burden you for the long run or you may let it pass, depending on your reaction. To some people break-ups might be the end of the world for them and to some this is where you learn something and use it the next time you're in a relationship again. Friends and family is always saying to just pick up the pieces and then move on, but it's not that easy and we all know that.

They say in break-ups just don't drown yourself in sorrow and your good. Take this experience to your advantage and you would become wiser the next time you fall in love or be in a relationship. Break-ups and the situation that you will encounter after this would only depend on how you handle the situation. We all know that circumstances such as this will lead to a lot of emotional changes and many uncontrollable feelings.

Never waste your time crying over a break-up, they either just worsen the situation or make you feel your not worthy for another relationship. Break-ups can really decrease your confidence and self esteem and you might feel isolated and very lonely.

Finding yourself in a situation like this won't stop you from getting or seeking advice to some professionals. Tough relationships can be dealt with, or can be well manage by a professional hypnotherapist. They work not from your heart from your brain because they know that your heart can't take the situation at this time.

They will do hypnosis on you which is very successful for issues and problems like this. They target the brain, the sub-conscious in particular simply by reprogramming it for it is the part of the brain which is making you feel unworthy at the moment or making you feel sad. This method will make sure that your head will be held up high so you can face the world again. <bio>Remember that you are worthy of enjoying a fulfilling life, make sure you find the best way. http://breakups.y54.com </bio>

How to survive a break up? Almost everyone have gone through this question with an answer they simply cannot provide solutions and quick fix. It is tough to find answers when you are going through a difficult time of your life. You simply cannot think of the proper things to do when you know that the only right thing is to have your love, nothing more, nothing less. People going through heartaches often think this way; they simply cannot get over everything that concerns their ex. For this reason, you definitely need to find something worthwhile to survive all these.

If you are earnest to find answers on how to survive a break up, you need to look around and discover for yourself what the world has in store for you. Go out of your shell, if this is the last best thing you can do to yourself then do so. Remember, a person who dwells too much of the problem is only creating his own ghost. Therefore, if you still have little amount left for loving yourself then you can prove it by going out of the house and meet new and old people.

How to survive a break up also means having more time on your own. When during the relationship it seem so hard to juggle all your schedules just to be with your partner then this time you have all the hours, days and weeks to do everything. Sometimes, it really takes a painful occurrence before people would finally realize what they have been missing with their individual lives. If this is your situation, just make certain that you are turning everything positively so you would not have to deal so much with your heart problems.

How to survive a break up also entails focus. Focus in the sense that you have to set your own goals and not your goals and plans together. You have to realize that you are all alone now and the least thing you can do to yourself is to start planning the future without the significant other. Things are no longer the same and that simple yet, painful fact is what you have to deal with. Planning involves your career, the family you have left behind, the friends you have neglected in the past and your personal life as a whole.

True enough, there are no perfect answers, tips and advices when it comes to the question how to survive a break up. This is acceptable that even philosophers, the greatest scientists, the most intelligent historians and inventors will not be able to produce a theory or a scientific solution to surviving a break up. This is all because, these people are humans and just like you they have also gone through heartaches that their intelligence and mentality simply do not have answers to the question how to survive a break up.

In a nutshell, how to survive a break up can also mean admittance of each others flaws. If you feel it is still worth a try then perhaps surviving a break up can mean getting back to the love that once lost and now found.<bio>Want to learn how to survive a break up and get your ex back?
When a break is executed well on the pool table, it gives the player a better advantage over the other player. Also, when one is consistent in breaking well on the pool table, it results with the cue ball having a better striking position with the other balls. With this, the player gets a better choice of sending the other balls in the pockets with the next shot that he executes.

There are various ways which one can break in a billiard game. One needs to have good physics when striking the ball. Its believed that different pool tables might determine which break will turn out to be the best. Power and Speed are considered to be essential but don't forget that control is needed to handle the power that you put behind that shot.

With much practice, a player will be able to determine how to best make the shots. There are other tricks that one can use to improve their break on the billiard table and ultimately improve their overall game.

Power Break

Power is considered to be crucial and important just as having full contact with the first ball. Most pros in the billiard profession agree that a good break moves at about twenty miles per hour. If you can break faster than 20 mph then the better. In the billiard game the fastest break is considered to be at thirty miles per hour. Your break should be powerful enough but without losing control.

Tips on Achieving a Power Break

Their are various methods you can use to execute a power break. The important thing to note here is that you want a proper transfer of your body weight to help your shoulders and arm strength in wielding the break.

One good technique you can apply is by rocking your body back and forth which assists in transferring the weight from your front leg to the back leg. You might notice players lifting their front legs before they strike. This helps them to transfer their weight to their back leg and then stomp that front leg down on contact to do the reverse.

Breaking better on the 8/9 ball game

One technique you can use on the 8 ball game is to shoot the cue ball between the first ball and the thrid ball at a slight angle almost parallel to the triangle's adjacent side. This is executed from a distance far enough to give the pool player enough space to transfer most power.

On the diamond 9 ball rack, its common to hit the head 1 ball parallel to one of its adjacent side. As you practice more and more on your break, you will discover which stance and power suits you best in as yo play to drop in the wing ball.

The Break Cue

Some billiard players cannot play without the break cue. As you use the break cue, the tip of the cue will get altered and deformed and with time you will need to to replace the tip because it will affect your game. The weight of the cue also matters a lot.

Most professional players usually go for lighter break cues. This is because when the cue is lighter, its much easier for the billiard player to wield it with more power and speed. <bio>Visit http://www.pool-billiard-accessories.com to learn more about the pool game.
There are few things in this world more rabid than the spring break salesman. These individuals taunt you with deals that seem wonderful on paper, and people who book with them often get less than what they expected. In this article, we'll talk about some of the tactics that salesman for spring break agencies often use to trick people into deals that are not as beneficial as they may seem.

Whenever you're looking over a spring break deal offered by a company, be sure to check into all the details - the low rates that they tend to offer on their advertisements usually result in room-sharing amongst you and your fellow breakers, causing cramped conditions that can really hamper a spring break experience. Also, be wary of any spring break travel agents who offer you an offer in which you have to 'act now' or lose the deal. This sales tactic is commonly employed to trick consumers into believing that they are getting the best possible thing for their money when it is often not the case.

If a representative for a spring break travel agency is offering you a deal that you would like to consider, there are a few steps that you can take to help ensure that the person you are dealing with is refutable and actually offering a sound deal. When they tell you of the accommodations associated with your package, give the hotel where you will be staying a call. Ask them about the tour package director and whether or not they are running a legitimate business. This can help you to weed out anybody who is trying to take your hard-earned money.

It's also important to ask for cancellation policies and refund policies before signing any paperwork associated with a spring break package. While you may be sure that you're going on spring break, complications can arise that may cause you to cancel the trip, and many agencies stick you with a huge cancellation fee should you need to. One thing to look for when searching out a refutable travel agent is if the agent you are speaking with is a member of the American Society of Travel Agents. This group upholds rigorous standards regarding the practices of their members, and it gives you a good bit of relief to know that your agent is not simply a scamster out for your money. Follow these tips, and you're sure to pick a spring break opportunity that is right for you. <bio>Kadence Buchanan writes articles for http://universeofentertainment.com/ - In addition, Kadence also writes articles for http://4kidsandteens.com/ and http://aboutoursociety.com/ </bio>

The fun time of the year that is usually eagerly awaited by the youthful part of the population is Spring break. This is because it presents an opportunity to spend a relaxing time away from the rigors of daily studies, and the monotony of sitting in classrooms almost all the time.

Generally, the period is a nice way for students to rest and refresh their tired brains.

For students in college and university, spring break mean only one thing; party time. This is the best way they know to let off some steam from strenuous and brain tasking studies, in addition to having fun.

So many renowned spring break locations are Miami, with its pristine beaches and surfing, and Las Vegas, which many dubbed the fun capital of the world.

But for families, perhaps one of the most popular spring break locations are Disneyworld in Orlando, Florida, which is replete with several popular rides and great sights to see.

Another Disneyland, located in California, and the new California adventures. Airline seats and hotel accommodations are very difficult to come by during holiday seasons, and the few ones that are available are usually expensive, so it's a prudent move to book your flight seats well advance, and secure a hotel accommodation near your spring break location of choice. If you are considering having your holiday at exotic places that offer coastlines, other spring break locations that can offer as much fun as those at mentioned above include the Bahamas, Hawaii, and Alaska. For educational trips, destinations like New York and Chicago should top the list of your locations, due to the several art galleries, museums, and cultural events these cities are famed for.

No doubt, there are many destinations to choose from, the only problem is how to select spring break locations that will permit students to enjoy a brief holiday spell, without clashing with school schedules.

For trips outside the shores of the country, Mexico is an ideal spring break location. This country is renowned for its sunny, yet warm climate, and its friendly people are what makes Mexican resorts are attractive spring break locations. Travel agents provide all-inclusive packages which include flight tickets, hotel lodgings and meals.

So there are many spring break locations for fun seeking families. They have several spring break locations options to choose from, ranging from educational to outdoor adventure based spring break locations. Both are nice ways for families to spend time together, or for college students to have fun with friends.

Irrespective of where you decide to go, the brief break from school will surely do you a whole lot of good. <bio>Jenny Riley http://www.your-travel-zone.com </bio>

Ending a relationship can be quite a difficult thing to do; that is, unless you aren't getting what you need from the relationship. This includes the relationship between you and your insurance company. The two of you probably started out quite happy together. You were happy because you were getting the insurance coverage you needed, and the insurance company was happy because they were getting the money they needed.

However, not all relationships can last forever. Eventually, you aren't getting what you need from the insurance company, nor are they getting what you need, and you find yourself in the middle of a break-up with your insurance company.

The best way to break-up with your insurance company is to do it as quickly and painlessly as possible. You can achieve this by learning to detect the warning signs of an impending break-up.

You get married. Once you get married, you and your spouse can have one automobile insurance policy rather than two. If you decide to have one policy, one of you is going to need to break-up with the other insurance company.

You have children. Once you have children, your insurance needs change. Perhaps you need more health insurance coverage than your insurance company will offer. Perhaps you decide to purchase a life insurance policy and find you can buy it, and another health insurance policy, from the same company.

You become self-employed. Self-employed individuals need to purchase independent insurance policies, and if your current independent insurance policy is too expensive for your income to cover, it's time to break-up and look for a less expensive insurance company.

You move. Many people purchase their insurance policies, especially automobile insurance policies, from local insurance agencies. Once you relocate, you may not be able to keep your policy with that company.

People change, and these changes can cause relationships to break-up. Learn the warning signs and prepare yourself to move on. <bio>http://www.ezquoteguide.com/home/ http://www.ezquoteguide.com/car/ http://www.ezquoteguide.com/health/ </bio>

In this article, we'll discuss some common issues that teens on spring break may have and how to prevent them.

First off, it's important to keep a steady supply of sunscreen. Partying in the sun all day can wreak havoc on your skin and you don't want to walk around red as a lobster. A sunscreen of SPF 15 or higher is recommended to help protect your body from the sun's rays as you enjoy your trip to paradise. If you end up experiencing a bad sunburn, take ibuprofen or aspirin to help with the problem. It's also important to ensure that your body is getting enough water: all of the drinking, sunning, and dancing associated with spring break causes many people to overexert themselves without having enough water in their body. This can cause the party to end early, and no one wants that!

It may sound silly to mention, but WHATEVER YOU DO, don't jump from the balcony of your hotel into the pool below. While shows like Jackass have made the activity seem safe and fun, people die all the time from trying to partake in this stupid stunt. If your friend, or someone you know, is thinking about pulling the stunt, do whatever you can to stop them. Many cities cracked down on spring break partying due to deaths from people trying to make the leap of faith, and you don't want angry cops to be on your case while you are trying to live it up.

It's also important to make sure that whenever you go somewhere, you're with someone that you know. Spring break represents a great opportunity for thieves, conmen and other criminals to rip off naïve drunk kids. Always make sure that you've got your friend in sight, and never wander off with a stranger without having someone with you. It's also important for females to watch their drinks while in bars, as date rape is a common practice among spring break criminals looking for an easy mark. When it comes to spring break sex, BE SURE to stay protected with condoms. You don't know who you may run into on spring break, and you could end up regretting a one night stand for the rest of your life if you're not careful. <bio>Kadence Buchanan writes articles for http://universeofentertainment.com/ - In addition, Kadence also writes articles for http://cookingforfun.net/ and http://parorbetter.com/ </bio>

Spring Break Vacations are often the most memorable experience a student has during his four years at a university. Once they graduate, they often loose touch with many of their friends. Many of their friends move hundreds of miles away. They take jobs that keep them from attending events planned by their college friends. For this reason, a spring break trip is often the last time your college friends will be able to take a vacation together.

The question is this. Will your spring break vacation memories be positive or negative? Some college students say it's the most fun they have ever had, others say it was a nightmare beyond belief. How can you make sure your spring break vacation is a positive experience? A few simple steps will increase your odds dramatically.

Step 1: Don't invite troublemakers on the trip. He or she may be fun at parties, but they often cause major problems for you and your friends on a spring break trip. They often cause an entire room to loose their damage deposits. Make sure you don't find yourself in a room with the troublemaker. He or she will usually be the first to pay you for his or her portion for the trip, but in the end will cost you money and grief.

Step 2: Get to the airport or cruise port early. These days, most airlines require you check in three hours prior to departure. Passport verification takes a little longer so you must arrive earlier than in the past. Its spring break, lines will be long. Spring break cruises often involve more students. The cruise ships often hold several thousand students vs. an airplane that seats several hundred. For this reason, you must also get to the cruise port early to avoid possible problems.

Step 3: Don't include a ritzy hotel in your spring break package. The more upscale hotels have stricter policies concerning spring break students. A damage deposit per person is almost always guaranteed. If you are loud and rowdy, they often inform the local authorities and/or eject you from your room. They are much less tolerant of your behavior. Pick a low to mid-range hotel. They need the business and are usually more tolerant of spring break students since more college students stay there year after year due to the cheaper price.

Step 4: Don't loose those passports. Put them in the hotel safe before the drinking and partying starts. You loose your passport and you're not getting back in the country.

Step 5: Do not party in or around your room or hotel property. This is by far the most important step. Party at the beaches, clubs, and bars only. Don't bring it back to the hotel room or hotel property.

By learning from past mistakes, future spring break students can have a much more positive spring break experience. <bio>James Edmonds of http://BahamaSun.com offers the best spring break vacations(including cheap college spring break 2008 trips, all-inclusive packages, cruises and flight packages to Nassau, Lucaya, Port Lucaya, and Freeport </bio>

If you're looking for something a little bit different from the usual beach house or hotel and want to have a spring break that you'll really remember, consider taking a cruise for spring break or heading to the slopes. Both can be a lot of fun, and can be more memorable than the same type of beach that you've visited for years.

Taking a Cruise

One of the best parts about cruising is that you get to go to more than one beach. No experience is quite like cruising, and there's something wild about catching up with spring breakers at all of the different hot spots. Cruises are especially great for those people who can't make up their minds, since spring breakers can choose cruises that stop at many different places. It's no surprise that spring break cruises are gaining in popularity. A lot of the worst parts of spring break, like not knowing where to eat or which bar or casino is the safest, are not a worry on a cruise ship. The one fee that you pay includes a place to stay, entertainment, and food to eat. You'll still need to bring cash, of course, but you'll be spending it on souvenirs and poker chips instead of gas for the rental car or to pay for parking.

When you're planning a spring break cruise, make sure to choose a ship that advertises as a spring break party cruise. If you and your friends book cabins on the first cheap cruise you find, you'll have fun and see a lot of cool stuff, but you won't get that spring break experience that comes from spending time around a bunch of crazy college kids.
