Every time you plan a trip, you want everything to go as planned, sometimes this won't be the case and it's the situation no one wants to encounter. In order to make the worst of a situation better, it's best that you understand how you deal with a situation like this..

Airlines will do just about anything when it comes to keeping a customer loyal to their program. This may mean giving the customer a voucher, free food credits, upgrades, and more. It's your job to follow the tips below so that not only will your problem be solved but you'll be able to get the compensation you deserve.

Deal with the person immediately

Depending on what your problem is, make sure that you notify an airline employee immediately. Don't wait until you get home or your trip is over because this will only worsen the situation. The reason you'll want to contact an employee on the spot is because you'll want them to scout the situation and make a note for them self.. That employee will now be a witness to the situation that just happened.

Know the details

Before you make a big fuss about your complaint, make sure that you're complaining about something that is legit. You're going to want to ask yourself a few questions. You're going to want to ask yourself, "Why are you complaining?", "What exactly was the situation?", and "What do you want as an outcome?" It's always best to brainstorm these questions before you actually go out and complain to an official.

File your complaint

Once you make sure the airline employees know about it, make sure that you take the time to file a complaint with the corporation itself. The best way to do so is contact the airliner either by phone or mail. It's usually best to do both. The reason you should contact the airliners by mail is because most email is only answered with a basic reply letter with no compensation at all. When you send out a letter, you'll usually receive a letter or call back from the airlines itself.

Depending on what your situation is, you should usually expect to not get a lot back from the airlines. If the situation was something bad such as staying on the runway for eight hours then you and your fellow passengers have something to complain about and the airliners will definitely compensate you for something like that. If the situation is something along the lines of getting your luggage lost then you're probably not going get much compensation back from the airlines.

When you're making your complaint to the airlines, make sure that you keep your cool. If you're going to yell and make a scene, the employees are most likely to call the police and they won't give you the time of the day. Remember to treat them as if it were you. Keeping your cool will only make the situation better. <bio>Tom Tessin runs http://www.findairlinecards.com that foucuses on travel credit cards. </bio>

Have you ever had a really embarrassing situation happen to you? I have had more than my share of embarrassing moments, that is for sure. I'm guessing that almost everyone has moments in life when unexpected things happen that we don't feel that great about.

While no one likes embarrassing situations, a great thing to realize is that everyone has them. I cannot think of one close friend of family member that has never found themself in a situation that they would have rather not been in. I think that we would all do well to realize that we are not alone in having embarrassing moments. There is something about feeling like "I'm the only one" in any given situation that makes the situation feel even worse. Do you know what I mean? If you've ever exited a bathroom with toilet paper on your shoe or you've ever tripped in front of someone you were really trying to impress than you know what I mean. Reality is that all people do embarrassing things and so no one should get quite as bent out of shape as we do.

Another thing about embarrassing moments is that we would have them a lot less if we would walk in greater levels of self-confidence and self-esteem. So much of what embarrasses me happens because I feel foolish or like I do not measure up to the people around me. As I have become more self-confident I have been able to dismiss even the most embarrassing situations with laughter and ease.

Think about the situations that seem most embarrassing to you. Think about why these particular situations seem so horrible. I'd bet that these hypothetical (or not-so-hypothetical) situations feel embarrassing because you would feel out of control or not "cool" if they happened. Your life will go much smoother and you'll probably be surrounded by many more friends if you can just stop caring so much about what others think of you. Everyone loves to have a friend that seems confident and care free about the opinions of others.

Every time I get overwhelmed by an embarrassing situation I force myself to realize how small and how temporary the situation really is. Even if I feel dreadfully embarrassed for ten minutes or a half hour, I know that in no time at all people will forget my silly act and will move on. Often it is only the person that has done something foolish that remembers. How much easier our lives would be if we could forget our faults as quickly as other people do.

Commit to learning the things that seem embarrassing to you and then commit to realizing that even the most embarrassing things are not that bad. <bio>Rachael Cleipher has had her share of embarrassing moments, but she has learned to brush them off with ease.
The ugliest thing that could ever happen in a relationship and the most painful thing for some people is the break-up part. Break-ups are so heart breaking and devastating when others also experience this as a tragic event in their life.

Loosing the person that means so much to you that you would give everything just to have their company is an experience you wouldn't want to be in again. Once you told them they belong on your arms and the next thing you see them in the arms of another. Telling them that you would carry their heart into your own for it is where their heart should dwell.

This emotional break-up situation which is happening to you may burden you for the long run or you may let it pass, depending on your reaction. To some people break-ups might be the end of the world for them and to some this is where you learn something and use it the next time you're in a relationship again. Friends and family is always saying to just pick up the pieces and then move on, but it's not that easy and we all know that.

They say in break-ups just don't drown yourself in sorrow and your good. Take this experience to your advantage and you would become wiser the next time you fall in love or be in a relationship. Break-ups and the situation that you will encounter after this would only depend on how you handle the situation. We all know that circumstances such as this will lead to a lot of emotional changes and many uncontrollable feelings.

Never waste your time crying over a break-up, they either just worsen the situation or make you feel your not worthy for another relationship. Break-ups can really decrease your confidence and self esteem and you might feel isolated and very lonely.

Finding yourself in a situation like this won't stop you from getting or seeking advice to some professionals. Tough relationships can be dealt with, or can be well manage by a professional hypnotherapist. They work not from your heart from your brain because they know that your heart can't take the situation at this time.

They will do hypnosis on you which is very successful for issues and problems like this. They target the brain, the sub-conscious in particular simply by reprogramming it for it is the part of the brain which is making you feel unworthy at the moment or making you feel sad. This method will make sure that your head will be held up high so you can face the world again. <bio>Remember that you are worthy of enjoying a fulfilling life, make sure you find the best way. http://breakups.y54.com </bio>

Mortgage arrears are payments that are not made on time or late mortgage payments. Mortgage arrears are something a homeowner should try to avoid. Falling behind on a mortgage can be a very devastating thing. Falling too far behind can mean foreclosure and the loss of the home.

Dealing with mortgage arrears is the only way to protect a home from foreclosure. If a person falls behind on their mortgage there are some very specific things they should do.

One of the very first things is to speak with the lender. Keeping the lines of communication open is the best possible thing to do. In this situation many people tend to avoid their lender. They are embarrassed or afraid of what might happen. The truth is that lenders do not really want your home.

They want your money and if they have to take back the property they are also losing out, so they will do everything possible to ensure they get their money from you. Lenders are willing to work with you, but you have to contact them. Explain the situation and they may be able to work out something to make it easier for you to pay up the mortgage arrears.

When calling your lender it is best to have a plan. You should know what you financial situation is currently, why you fell behind and how you can handle the situation. You should have all of this information handy so you can fully explain your situation to your lender. Additionally, your lender may come up with their own options and ideas to help you.

If your lender seems to be unwilling to work with you then you should contact a financial specialist who may be able to work things out with the lender. They can help you put together a plan that will be beneficial to both you and your lender.

In order to get your mortgage arrears taken care of without falling further behind, you will have to pay as much as you can possibly afford. You have to be willing to do this even if your lender offers you a repayment plan. While the repayment plan will likely be reasonable, you will be racking up more interest and in the long run end up paying even more money.

The bottom line about mortgage arrears is that they are the homeowners responsibility. You owe the money and the lender has the right to the money. There is no getting out of it. However, if you act responsibly and fast you can get a handle on your mortgage arrears and clear up the situation with minimal hassle.

For the future, you may consider getting special insurance that would pay your bills, including your mortgage, for you should you become unable to work for a period of time or fall under financial hardship. This can help to avoid mortgage arrears in the future. <bio>James Copper is a mortgage broker with over 30 years experience.
Conflicts tend to be a part of life. Arguments tend to arise between spouses and friends and there arguments can actually bring people closer and to a high understanding of each other. However, when disagreements turn into physical or emotional abuse or harassment, the situation crosses into dangerous territory.

Individuals file for an Orange County restraining order for many reasons including when they feel in danger from someone else or even fear for their lives. It is the individual's decision on when they feel endangered enough to file for an order. Family law can be a valuable asset for individuals to utilize when to decide whether or not to file for an order. Family law is familiar with these situations and can assist individuals in determining when there is enough of a case to file for an Orange County restraining order. Some people do not file for an order or wait too long to file for an order because they feel they may be over reacting to the situation. Legal professionals are available to help people evaluate the situation that they are in to better help them make the decision on whether or not to file for an order and if that will provide them with the protection they are seeking.

Individuals that feel endangered by their spouse are often ones that file for the order. They use the Orange County restraining order to escape an abusive situation and to keep their abuser away from themselves and also away from any children involved. Family law can help individuals caught in this situation to help speed up the order filing process and to get the protection in place much more quickly.

Others that file for an order include individuals that are being harassed by coworkers or acquaintances. Again, it is up to the individual to decide that they need to proceed with an Orange County restraining order, however, legal professionals are available to assist and advise in the process.

Another common reason that people file for an order is to protect their children. If the individual feels that their children are being subjected to an abusive environment, they may choose to file for an order to keep their abuser from them and their children.

The type of order that should be filed depends on the specific facts of the situation. This is where the case can become confusing and it is also when legal professionals can be a major asset to figuring out the appropriate action. They can help determine which type of order should be filed and will therefore minimize errors that may occur in the process.

Every person's situation is unique and therefore there are many more situations that trigger individuals to file for an order. Whether it is to protect themselves or their children, an Orange County restraining order is a method in which individuals can distance themselves from a dangerous and abusive situation. This can also allow them time to evaluate the situation and to decide if further action is needed.<bio>More information on how to obtain an Orange County restraining order, Orange County child custody and Orange County family law services in your area is just a click away.</bio>

It can be stressful when you have to make important decisions regarding your family, career, and other areas of your life. We all want to make the right decisions and this can create a lot of anxiety. As a result, here are some suggestions on how to manage the stresses of making the right decisions.

First, get all of the facts and necessary information to make the right decision. Find out the necessary facts of the situation and study all relevant information. This is important because you do not want to miss critical information that could make a difference in your decision.

Think about what you want and consider the possible outcomes of your decision. Each decision will lead to new opportunities. Consider the possible opportunities and go from there. Spend some time just thinking about what is it that you want.

Get advice from your friends. It is important to consider other viewpoints other than your own. Ask your friends and relatives on what they think that you should do. These people know you and they can give you additional insights that you may be overlooking.

Take a deep breath to help relax in making your decisions. If you still feel stressed, then get some fresh air or do something fun to help relax. You will feel better and gain a fresh perspective on your current situation. This will make it easier to make the right decision.

Remember that you make decisions all the time. It would not be the end of the world if you made the wrong decision. You can always re-evaluate your situation and do something different. Do not put a lot of pressure on just one decision. You will have other opportunities to correct the situation.

The decision making process does not have to be stressful. Consider all of the facts and your interest when making a decision. This should help reduce your anxieties in making those important choices. <bio>Stan Popovich is the author of "A Layman's Guide to Managing Fear" an easy to read book that presents a overview of techniques that are effective in managing persistent fears and anxieties.
It is probably inevitable that you will encounter people throughout your lifetime that you will not get along with for one reason or another. In some cases you will encounter someone like this and will easily be able to escape them because it was a passing situation. Unfortunately, if you meet someone you don't agree with in your workplace, it will not be so easy to get away from them.

If you are taking an internship college and are face with an employee you do not like, it can make for a tough situation. No matter the reason for not getting along with someone at your workplace, no employer wants to deal with fights between employees at their company, especially if it is between a full time employee and you, the intern. During your internship college, it is important to keep in mind that you are not a full time employee and will only be with the college internship company for a few months so an employer will likely not tolerate petty complaints regarding another employee. If you have valid reasons for submitting a complaint about another employee and the situation is disrupting your working environment, you should probably go to your supervisor and voice your concerns. No one should feel threatened or have their workplace disrupted by another employee.

Students completing an internship college are often asked to collaborate with other employees or interns on assignments throughout the course of their internship. If your employer pairs you with someone whose ideas differ from your own, try and approach the situation with an open mind. Effective collaboration with an employee who has different ideas about a project can be of great benefit. Each of you may think of ideas that had not occurred to the other and when put together, those ideas could take the college internship assignment into a higher level of creativity and productivity. When you are struggling to come to an agreement with someone you have paired with, it might help to try and approach the assignment from their viewpoint to see where they are coming from and hopefully they will do the same.

If, after attempting to resolve disagreements and communication problems, you and another employee still can not come together and complete an internship college assignment effectively, you may consider approaching your boss to discuss what can be done with the situation. Your boss may have ideas on how to improve the situation or may decide to split you up to end the situation and pair you with someone else.

Hopefully you will never have to deal with a major disagreement with another employee at your internship college. It is common to work with people whose viewpoints differ from your own and if handled correctly, this can actually make for an enriching college internship experience. Working with others who view the world differently from you can be a great opportunity to learn their viewpoints and expand your understanding of things outside of your perception of the world.<bio>More information on college interships, home improvement repair and jobs and College Works Painting in your area is just a click away.</bio>

If you are carrying a large student loan and are finding it hard to keep up with your payments, you may be wondering what options you have. You might even be considering filing for bankruptcy as a way to get a fresh start.

When it comes to bankruptcy and student loans, is this a viable option?

In the case of bankruptcy and student loans, the situation is a bit more complicated than with other types of debt. If you have a government-sponsored student loan or one issued by a non-profit agency, then filing for bankruptcy is not the answer. These types of loans are not discharged by declaring bankruptcy. You would still be responsible for paying back the entire amount, even if other debts were discharged.

There is a place for bankruptcy and student loans, but it's quite difficult to satisfy the requirements for having your debt discharged in this manner.

The borrower would have to prove that he or she is unable to keep up with the agreed-upon payment schedule. In addition, he or she would have to demonstrate that an effort to pay was made and that the individual's financial situation is permanent.

In the event that there is no hope that the person's financial situation will improve in the future so that payments can be made on the outstanding loan, the Court may consider bankruptcy and student loans. As you can see, this would be a pretty difficult condition to prove.

Alternatives to Bankruptcy

If you are having trouble keeping up with your loan payments, the best approach is to tell your lender. A lot of people are hesitant about discussing their financial situation with their lender. This is the best approach if you feel that you can't make your loan payments as arranged.

You will be much better off making some sort of alternate arrangement before you are in default on your loan. Once you are in default, you will have fewer options to rectify the situation.

Keep in mind that your lender has dealt with people in your situation before and that in the vast majority of cases, an alternate payment arrangement can be worked out.

Just because bankruptcy and student loans generally don't go together, it certainly doesn't mean that you are lacking in options if you are having difficulty in keeping up with your payments. <bio>John Mailer latest articles look at students finacial problems when they go to college and the best student loan consolidation ideas.
Having a mortgage is something that a lot of people do not mind. After all, this means that they are well on their way to owning their own home. But with that being said, there are some people that hate their mortgage. Not because they have to pay it each month, but because they cannot afford to pay it each month. One common situation that you may run into is this: you can afford to pay your mortgage payments right now, but you have accumulated backpayments that are too much for you to handle. If this sounds like your situation, you need to work with your lender in order to come up with a solution.

The difficult thing about backpayments is that everybody's situation is different. For instance, you may have only missed one or two payments, but have made the past five or so in a row. As you can imagine, this is showing the lender that you are back on track. But with that being said, they are still going to want to get their money. On the other side of things, there are people who have missed several payments in the past, and are just starting to pay on time again. Since there are several different situations that you can be in, it is important to know exactly what you are up against.

If you cannot afford to pay your backpayments, you should work with your lender to figure things out. There is a good chance that they will cut you some slack, or set up a special payment plan, if you have shown them that this is not a regular habit. They may be able to work these payments in with your current ones, or even write them off the books. It really comes down to your situation, and what they are willing to do in order to help you out. All in all, it is nothing more than a case by case basis at best.

The best way to avoid this problem is to avoid backpayments. This means that you should pay your mortgage on time every month. No matter what it takes, your number one goal should be to make sure that you have enough money to meet your payment; this will help you to avoid backpayments, and in turn, attempting to find a solution to this problem.

For HDB Rental units in Singapore visit http://www.rentinsingapore.com/browse/all/all/all <bio>Kim Lee writes for Singapore rental portal http://www.RentInSingapore.com </bio>

Bed wetting is more than just an inconvenience. Those that suffer from bed wetting face many problems associated with this condition. Wetting the bed is often more than just a stage a child is going through. If you are the parent of a child suffering from this problem, it is up to you to get them the medical attention they need. You need to insure that their bed wetting is not going to damage their self esteem. There are many children (and adults as well) who, finding themselves in this situation, feel as thought they have done something wrong, like they are being punished, or like there is something wrong with them. This can be shattering to their self-esteem and can have lifelong effects.

A child who wets the bed usually has no control over the situation. In some cases it is a medical condition that contributes to the problem. Often, it is due to circumstances that are not medically related -- such as problems with peers, parents, and others in general. Sometimes, wetting the bed is a sign that something else is wrong. It is essential for you to talk to your child in order to learn why it is happening and then work to correct it. While seeking a doctor's help is the first step you should take, the next step is to learn your child's feelings about this situation.

Encouraging a child who wets the bed to do better is not enough, nor even appropriate. The child needs to be reassured that this is not something that they have done wrong. The child should never be reprimanded for wetting the bed. It is not something for which they should be yelled at, scolded, or otherwise punished. In the end, a child who is wetting the bed is one who needs reassurance and guidance. <bio>Linda Davis contributes to several web sites, including http://tocip.com and http://yetra.com </bio>

A problem mortgage occurs when payments are not made on time or due to late mortgage payments. A problem mortgage is something a homeowner should try to avoid at all costs. Falling behind on a mortgage can be a very devastating thing. Falling too far behind can mean foreclosure and the loss of the home.

Dealing with a problem mortgage is the only way to protect a home from foreclosure. If a person falls behind on their mortgage there are some very important things they should do. Doing these things can help a person save their home and their credit.

An important thing to do when mortgage problems arise is to speak with the lender. Keeping the lines of communication open is the best possible thing to do. In this situation many people tend to avoid their lender. They are embarrassed or afraid of what might happen. The truth is that lenders do not really want the home because they are not in the real estate business they are in the money business. So they will do everything possible to ensure they get their money from you directly, not through repossession. Lenders are willing to work with you, but you have to contact them. Explain the situation and they may be able to work out something to make it easier for you to pay up the mortgage and end the problems.

Calling the lender should be done with a plan in mind. The home owner should know their financial situations current condition. They should be able to explain why there are mortgage problems and how they are going to handle the situation. All of this information should be ready so the situation can be fully explained to the lender. It is also good to keep in mind that the lender may come up with their own options or ideas to help you.

Sometimes the lender may be unwilling to work with a home owner due to a variety of reasons. If this is the case then it may be smart to contact a financial specialist who may be able to help or may be able to speak with the lender and get them to reconsider.

In order to get a problem mortgage handled without falling further behind, the home owner will have to pay as much as they can afford during the process of trying to fix the problems. The home owner has to make up for the back payments as well as stay current.

The bottom line about a problem mortgage is that it is the homeowners responsibility to fix it. If the home owner is responsible and takes charge of the problem mortgage situation then fixing the situation should not be too big of a hassle. It is also wise to consider the future, the homeowner may consider working out a new budget, cutting expenses or even looking to remortgage to save money. The home owner may also try to renegotiate the current mortgage with their lender, depending upon how willing the lender is to work with them. <bio>James Copper is a writer for http://www.any-loans.co.uk/remortgages.php </bio>

Maybe you have a child on the way?

If so, there is a very good chance that you will need to buy a new home that will more closely accommodate your living situation.

But remember, you must also take this detail into consideration with your financial situation discussed above. Even if you feel that you need a new home to accommodate your lifestyle, if you cannot afford it you may have to make some compromises.

As you can see, you may or may not be ready to buy a home. But one thing is for sure. You are the only person who can answer this question.

You need to look at how much money you have as well as your current living situation. This will allow you to get a good idea as to whether or not you can buy a new home, or if you should hold off on things for a little bit longer.

The question of whether or not you are ready to buy a home is quite common among a lot of people.

The fact of the matter is that buying a home is a huge step in anybody's life. So before you decide to move forward with this type of decision there are many things that you will first need to consider.

If you look into every last detail you should not have any problems answering all your questions, and in turn make a decision on whether or not you are ready to make a purchase. <bio>Download a free ebook that shows you how you can claim free land and property: http://www.freelandproperty.com Download a free ebook that shows you how to make amazing profits from real estate: http://www.feelandproperty.com/realezine.htm </bio>

The hardship letter is the most important document that you submit to your lender. The hardship letter is necessary if you want your lender to agree upon a loan workout, short sale, deed-in-lieu of foreclosure, forbearance agreement, loan modification, and any other foreclosure solution that requires their cooperation. Your hardship letter presents your desperate situation to the lender when they consider your request for help. Given that fact, you need to make sure your hardship letter presents your situation in a way that screams, "You must help me!"

Before you begin to write your hardship letter, first consider what type of solution you are seeking from your lender. There are several ways to avoid foreclosure, some that will allow you to keep your home and some that won't.

An effective hardship letter will be personal and demonstrate your distressing situation. The reason for falling behind on your payments should legitimately be caused by things like a job loss, job relocation that leads to two mortgage payments, change of job, long-term health issue, or a death in the family. You cannot be afraid of any embarrassment involved with telling your story. Remember that financial hardship falls upon everyone: rich and poor, old and young, strong and weak.

Be detailed in your hardship letter on how you got into your situation and state examples of ways you have attempted to keep up with payments such as tapping into your savings, retirement funds, and renting rooms. If you cannot rent rooms because you have a family, then mention that as well. After you have explained the steps you've taken, then admit that you have been forced (with no other choice) to ask the lender for help. Do not forget to be detailed, personal, and heartbreaking with your story. Remember that human beings are reading the letter and there is some level of compassion involved with their decision.

You should also remind the lender that working with you on a forbearance agreement, short sale, loan workout, etc. is much better than letting the home go into foreclosure. If your situation is temporary, and you want to keep your home, tell the lender you will be able to afford future payments once you get out of our current situation. Assuming you can get out of your situation within six months, then lender may be more inclined to consider a workout.

Lastly, do not lie on your hardship letter, because everything you said must be backed up with bank statements, credit card bills, and other documentation. The lender will probably look through finances more thoroughly than they did when making the loan. If you lied on your loan and the lender figures it out through this process, you may be turned over for mortgage fraud.

Should you still be confused or need additional guidance on how to write a short sale, then I suggest you read hardship letter templates and examples on foreclosure help websites.<bio>Dean Williams is a foreclosure specialist and researcher who wrote "The Foreclosure Solution Manual".
All of us at one time or another had something which we thought at the time, was beyond us. It could have been something as simple as driving a car or speaking a foreign language. At the time we couldn't see ourselves doing that activity.

And when we looked at the people who were actually doing these things, for example our parents or others, we admired them. They looked so accomplished, doing that activity, which looked so complicated to you.

Today many of us are doing those very same things. And you know what, it doesn't feel like any big deal. Why? Because we have gotten used to it, we mastered it.

However, today we all are faced with new challenges, and when we see others who have already mastered those particular challenges we admire them. But we shouldn't admire them, we should rather be inspired by them and learn from them.

We must remember that there was a time when we couldn't do certain and how we overcame those particular challenges. The problem with us human beings is that we forget our successes and remember the failures. Somehow we think that, perhaps because the situation is different, we cannot apply the same principles that helped us overcome earlier challenges.

We also seem to think that a different set of principles apply for small things then, say for big things, which isn't true. It's just that for big things it may take a bit longer, because of your unbelief but the same principles still apply.

The difference lies in the way we look at and see things.

When we see things as a challenge we lose the awe and the fear we hold for it. Do you know why you overcame earlier difficulties? Because you saw it as a challenge. An opportunity to be taken and you took it.

The situation itself doesn't change at all. The only thing that changes is one's perception of a situation, which makes it seem doable. And because it andquot;becomesandquot; doable we go ahead and do it.

So-called difficulties lose their power over us when we look at it differently. Instead it is us who become the one's wielding the power, because it's up to us when and how we are going to conquer the situation.

Seneca sums it up well when he says, andquot;It is not because things are difficult that we do not dare, it is because we do not dare that they are difficult.andquot;

Life with all of its challenges allow us to grow and become bigger and stronger. When we cower in fear, we remain where we are and the way we are. We never grow, we never discover what could have been. Where we could have gone, what we could have done.

When I look at my life right now, I can hardly believe what I see. The things I'm doing right now, seemed unthinkable just three years ago. I've had so many people compliment me on my work and thank me for what I did for them. But all of that would not have been possible had I not changed my focus and confronted my situation.

As Henry Ford said, andquot; One of the greatest discoveries that a man makes, one of his great surprises, is to find he can do what he was afraid he couldn't do.andquot; And all it takes is to change one's focus. To allow yourself to see what you can be.

Is that too hard? I would think not, for if it were I wouldn't have been able to do it, neither would the thousands of others. <bio>To learn how to unlock your potential and make your dreams come true go to http://www.jimmyroos.com </bio>

Have you noticed how a problem can grow the more you fix your attention on it? Do you lose sleep at night worrying about something that may or may not happen? Is it really a problem you have or is it something created and maintained by the mind? It is time to break the illusion and understand what a problem really is! Have you noticed that the above questions all contain an element of time. The great spiritual teacher Eckhart Tolle said that there are no problems only life situations. A life situation is the one in which you find yourself now and is in fact the only time you can do anything about it. If something can be done then you do it or else you do nothing. There is simply no other choice; all other choices are out of the present moment and illusory.

The mind loves to hold onto, and build a life situation into a problem. It does this through the subtle use of time and the process of identification. For, is it not you who is suffering with the problem; this drama happening to you everywhere but the Here and Now? Do you see what the mind is doing? It is creating the problems by moving you away from the place you truly are, the Here and Now. You have become identified with the mind and give it more energy by dwelling on past or future events. You see, problems can get worse but life situations are either here and now or not. The former is a product of the mind; the latter requires presence. Why does it require presence? Because it is real and not imagined. You either take action or not, that is all you can do.

How do we break the minds hold over us? The answer is to take away the element of time. When you do this the mind is only used as a tool to deal with the current life situation. The things you have learnt and experienced are put to good use in dealing with what is and not what might be. Can you see how your life can improve in so many ways? The energy you give your mind in maintaining its illusion can now be put to better use in sorting out the current life situation. You will achieve more because you will be taking relevant action in the present moment more often. The problems you once experienced will no longer be. Your health will improve as you will now be free from mind induced emotional reaction.

You will return control to your real self, the only self that knows what's best for you! <bio>Stuart is co-owner of site http://www.7stepsup.com and the author of several blogs. </bio>

Although it can be hard to face, not being able to pay off your loan debt is something that many people have to come to terms with. If you are in this situation, then it is important that you try and sort it out as soon as possible. The longer you leave the problem, the worse it will get. If you cannot pay back your loan and need help, then here are some tips to help you on the road to recovery.

Admit defeat

If you really are struggling and cannot make your repayments, it will only harm you to carry on struggling. You will have to pay late fees or extra payments, and your debts will get worse. Do not try and cover your loan debts with other types of debt like credit cards, as you are just making the problem worse. Admit that you are struggling and start taking steps to change the situation right away.

Contact your lender

The first thing to do if you are having problems is to contact your lender and try to work out some sort of plan. Although lenders are a business, they are often sympathetic to your situation and might be able to help by deferring or temporarily stopping payments. Having your payments stopped for a few months might be all that you need to get back on track. If you can show your lender that you can solve the problems, they should be able to help you.

Pay what you can

Even if you cannot pay the full amount back each month, you should always try and pay what you can back. The debt you have is not going to go away, so paying back what you can will still help to reduce the problem, even if it is not the full amount you should be paying back. Lenders will look more favourably on you if you are seen trying to pay back as much as you can.

Seek advice

If your problems persist, then seek some independent financial advice to try and help you through the problem. There is free advice available, and it could help you to learn where you are making mistakes that you could change in order to pay back more of your loan amount.

If the worst happens

If the worst happens are you are forced to sell your home or are taken to court, try and deal with the situation properly. Although this is obviously a very hard time for you, make sure you keep a level head, and respond to all paperwork and requests promptly and accurately. Although the situation may seem bad now, if it helps you to become free of debt it will be worth it in the long-term. If you cannot pay back your loan, then seek advice and help, and always pay as much as you can do each month. <bio>Peter Kenny is a writer for http://thriftyscot.co.uk Please visit us at http://www.loanwize.co.uk and http://www.thriftyscot.co.uk/Loans/ </bio>

There are many things that you are going to have to do as you being your dealings with bankruptcy. Going to bankruptcy court is one of the ways that you can help protect yourself from any problems that might come up as you deal with bankruptcy. You also might want to make sure that you are going to bankruptcy court in order to protect you family and your property.

When you are going through bankruptcy, you might fell as if there is nothing you can do to protect yourself or to protect your family. You should know that this is not the case. In fact, when you are going through bankruptcy, it is actually the best way that you do have to take control over what you want to do with your property and the money that you have left. Going to bankruptcy court is the best way that you can have control over what will end up happening to you.

Even though you might be unsure of how going to court can help you out, you should know that it is actually the best way that you have to make sure you are getting the best deal out of your bankruptcy. You want to be sure that you are protected and covered in order to be sure that you do not end up paying more than you should. Your own best chances for good deals lay in bankruptcy court. Protect yourself, protect your family, and get the most out of what you can do.

There are many things that you have to remember when you are going into bankruptcy. One of the most important things that you might not be aware of is that most of the bankruptcy options that you are going to have are going to give you a public record bankruptcy. When this is the situation that you are dealing with, you should know that it is not going to be a secret from anyone.

A public record bankruptcy means just that. Your bankruptcy and the fact that you were no longer able to pay your bills is going to become a matter of public record, meaning that everyone will be able to see what you have done and to know that you have filed for bankruptcy. This is an issue that you are going to want to focus on, because if you are able to know this ahead of time, you can avoid being surprised when you see your name in the paper.

A public record bankruptcy is basically going to mean that your bankruptcy will be listed in the newspapers as well as the public records that are put out by your town and your state. This means for as long as your bankruptcy is active - which varies from situation to situation and from place to place, anyone who wants to know is going to be able to find out that you have filed for bankruptcy.

There might be several ways that you can have a non-public record bankruptcy. This is going to be up to the various situations that you are in, as well as your location. A lawyer or financial advisor will be able to give you more information about your unique situation and what this means. <bio>Legal Helpers (http://www.legalhelpers.com) is a debt relief agency helping people to file for bankruptcy relief under the bankruptcy code.
