A relationship is based on faith. At least most of the relationships are based on faith. Some relationships are based on convenience. But most of the relationships will collapse if faith is absent. What is faith in a relationship and how to know if your partner has faith in you?

Are you sure that your partner has faith in you? For example, if you leave your mail box open and go out for sometime, do you believe that your partner will not surf through the mails and find out whom you are corresponding with? Let us take another example. Try talking to somebody in very low voice on telephone. Do this intentionally. Do you think that your partner will ask you about who you were talking with? I am leading towards one common factor- faith. Does your partner have implicit faith in you?

There are two types of relationships. In one kind the partners have unquestioning faith in each other. In another kind, the partners do not suspect each other of any wrong doing, but do not have faith. For example, if a partner comes late at night, in one case the other partner will worry about the reasons of delay. In another case, the partner will suspect that some affair may be on. What kind of relationship you have? What kind of faith does your partner have in you?

Faith is the main pillar of a relationship. Without faith everything el se looses its value. Develop faith in your partner and assure your partner with your words and behavior that he/she can have full faith in you. Openness is most important for that. Whatever you do, do it openly. Do not play any games. Slowly both of you will begin developing faith in each other. Always look out for anything that may create suspicion and kill the suspicion in the beginning itself to have a great relationship. <bio>The author CD Mohatta writes for <a href="http://www.wishafriend.com" >http://www.wishafriend.com where you get myspace graphics, layouts, comments, backgrounds, codes, etc. The author writes quizzes for <a href="http://www.funquizcards.com" >http://www.funquizcards.com and on skin care, skin problems, diseases and treatments fpr http://www.doctorgoodskin.com </bio>

You can be healed and there are "Eight Healing Delivery Vehicles" God will use to do it for you. One of these ways requires no faith on the part of the one being healed. This is healing by the anointing.

The other seven requires one of more acts of faith on the part of the one being healed and/or the one ministering the healing. Of these two, faith is by far the most dependable.

Oral Roberts said that you can not always depend upon the anointing to heal you, but you can depend upon faith.

T. L. Osborn said that you can not always depend upon the anointing to heal you, but you can depend upon faith.

The anointing is wonderful when God works it but He works it in a sovereign way. In other words, you have no control nor power over it.

God heals with it when He chooses and does not heal with it when He does not choose to heal this way. When the anointing is operating, faith may not be required at all on the part of the one being healed.

Faith, on the other hand, will always come through for you. Both the famous men of God mentioned above are mighty men of faith. They know first hand what they are talking about.

They have seen God miraculously heal with His anointing in their meetings. They have also seen God miraculously heal in response to faith in their meetings.

As we said previously, of the eight ways God heals his children, only one of them doesn't necessarily require faith: healing by the anointing.

All the other seven require faith. In many, many great healing meetings held around the world today, those who are not healed can still be healed by faith when the anointing passed them by.

Remember this: in most of these meetings, the anointing will pass by a great many of those needing healing, leaving them still not healed.

They still can be healed! Yes! They can still be healed!

Healing Delivery Vehicle #1 God delivers your healing through his anointing (Acts 19: 11-12) and the gifts of healing (1 Corinthians 12: 8-11).

Healing Delivery Vehicle #2 God delivers your healing through the laying on of hands. Mark 16:18

Healing Delivery Vehicle #3 God delivers your healing with his anointing oil combined with the prayer of faith. Mark 6:13

Healing Delivery Vehicle #4 God delivers your Healing by your believing and then speaking his Word. Mark 11:23

Healing Delivery Vehicle #5 God delivers your Healing through the agreement on earth by two or more people. Matt 18:19-20

Healing Delivery Vehicle #6 God delivers your Healing by your believing that you receive it when you pray. Mark 11:24

Healing Delivery Vehicle #7 God delivers your healing through the LORD's Supper when you understand it and receive it by faith. 1 Cor 11:26-30

Healing Delivery Vehicle #8 God delivers your healing through using Jesus' Name like a battering ram and a sledge hammer. John 14:13-14

These Eight Healing Delivery Vehicles God left us in His Word to help his children get their healing can be worked by anyone. Thank God you do not have to be a theologian. You do not have to be an elder. You do not have to be a pastor. You do not have to be a deacon.

These Eight Delivery Vehicles work! Just make up your mind to work them and then do it. Supernatural things will happen for you. <bio>Dr. Jay Snell authored eleven books proving the healing, prosperity, family well being, salvation, eternal security and pretribulation rapture provided for Christians in the Abrahamic covenant. http://www.jaysnell.org </bio>

Our faith should be growing every day. Did you know that worship helps our faith grow? How? During worship we:

Acknowledge God owns everything. Function confidently, knowing He's in control. Understand that He gives and takes away and love Him regardless. Express thanks no matter the situation. Sing and speak praises to Him in rough times just as in the good times. Are quick to obey; Bold to witness. Are quick to submit to Him and others. Are quick to forgive, and to ask forgiveness. Use our spiritual gifts; and the authority of His Name to accomplish things in our lives, and for others. Realize that worshiping Him includes our behavior and attitude as well as our prayers and singing.

"Worship" is really an act of faith! It requires trust on our part to say, "God I give my life totally to You. I give you permission to lead me where You want me to go, to do what You call me to do. I trust you to guide my thoughts, my relationships, my job, my things, my wallet, my future."

You see, God has given each of us a measure of faith. I picture faith like a muscle: if we use it, it grows bigger and stronger; if we don't it just sits there and doesn't accomplish much.

So what happens when we worship Him? Our faith grows! When we quote and pray Scripture verses to God, it encourages us. When we proclaim our faith (belief and trust) in Him, we confirm it to ourselves. We chase doubt away by reviewing His truths. We replace fear with trust.

Sacrifice is also a part of worship. Like bringing our tithes and offerings as part of the "worship service" on Sunday is intentional, so is worshiping Him through times of adversity. It's easy to praise, obey and submit when things are going smoothly.

But when tough times come, when our faith is being tested, worship is a sacrifice. Worshiping in those times especially grows our faith.

If worship is an act (or a lifestyle) of faith, who needs it to grow? Does God need our thanks and praise? He's God anyways. He will do what He will do regardless if we worship Him or not.

No, it's we who need to worship Him.

Certainly, our Creator is jealous for our adoration. He deserves our worship but unlike us humans who need words of affirmation and pats on the back, God doesn't need our worship to grow or function or stay encouraged. We do. Does God feel any better while we worship Him? Oh, He's pleased in watching us bolster ourselves up, but the exercise is for our benefit, to grow our faith!

As you walk with Him, and especially as end times approach, you'll need bigger, stronger faith. I encourage you to go deeper with God and grow your faith!

There are many ways to worship; it's definitely not a spectator's sport. Worship corporately with other believers at church; try it with a small group too; carve out time to worship Him privately every day; and live your life as constant worship to Him. Your faith will grow through worship. <bio>Vera Raposo is the Founder of Unity Through Worship and loves sharing her passion for God through worship music.
Everywhere I look now there seems to be a new fad diet going around and the list is always never ending. Just recently though I came across a diet that at first I just mistook for a new fad diet but which in truth was a diet that had been around for sometime. It's one of those religious diets and relies on many things to help you through the times when you're on your diet.

Each of these religious diets is slightly different but most have one thing in common, and that's the power of your own belief, and a great church support group. If you're looking into religious diets you won't have far to look as there are many books that are proliferating the diet markets. To get information though all you need to do is ask a church member.

Around the world, religious diets can mean many things to many people. For the Hindus their religious diets forbids them from eating meat, especially beef. In India the cow is a sacred beast and is treated as such by all.

For the Muslims during the month of Ramadan they go on a strict fasting diet. They're not allowed to eat or drink anything during the daylight hours for the whole month. Without a steadfast faith they could not do this.

The same applies to those of the Christian faith, although it's sad to say that any interested third party would only notice a growing number of Christian diet books, and a lagging number of actual drops in waistlines. This is not to say that we have less faith, but that our church food tables are laden more with fat-inducing foods than the healthier option foods.

I know a friend of mine gained 10 pounds within a few months after starting a regular church attendance. However, with the help of our church group and much personal prayer on her part she was able to drop those extra 10 pounds.

There is something in the religious diets but only if you believe. You need to have faith in yourself, in God, and in the power of prayer. If you read any of the books that are currently on the market you can get a good insight into what religious diets will entail for you. When you start on your religious diets remember to always have faith in yourself, and if you falter remember to always have faith in the power of prayer. Having faith in the power of God will only enhance this and make your dieting tribulations easier. Have faith all will work out well in the end. <bio>Author's sites: http://www.easyhomeremedy.com , http://www.myanxietyguide.com , http://www.home-remedies-for-heartburn.com </bio>

When I have true faith, I fear nothing and no one. I experience Divine attention and care.

When my loved ones are in "danger", I trust that there is a Divine wisdom greater than my needs and desires

Although I fight with love for a world of equality and well being for all, I am able to perceive divine justice and wisdom behind the apparent injustices.

When I have true faith, I do not complain when my desires are not fulfilled.

I do not feel that I have been forgotten when my prayers "are not answered", because I trust that the Divine knows better the needs of my soul.

When I have true faith, I am liberated from the need to control all and everyone. I allow each to follow his or her own inner voice.

I neither criticize nor condemn others or myself.

When I have true faith, I forgive easily, as I am aware that each experience is a just and wise opportunity for my growth process.

I feel secure in my confidence that all results of my efforts will be the best possible outcome for our mutual evolution.

I have patience because I know that the Divine knows better when my desires should be satisfied.

When I have true faith, I love all unconditionally - even those whom I do not know, and those who behave egotistically because I remember that each being is a unique Divine expression.

I never feel lonely. I feel the Divine close to me around me and within me.

I am sincere and truthful in all my transactions and communications. Doing otherwise would be to lie or cheat my own Self.

I give to all, serving the Divine in each. I remember that it is the one Universal Consciousness (my "Self") who is hungry who is homeless, orphaned or in jail.

When I have true faith, I am simple and humble. I have no need to boast of myself in order to feel my self-worth

My divine nature is my self-worth. What more then can I have or do in order to be worthy?

As divine energy is it possible that my self-worth can be change because of other people's opinions?

When I have true faith, I have clarity and power.

My energy is free to focus in the present and to express itself creatively and effectively.

When I have true faith, I am happy. I perceive Divine beauty everywhere and in everyone. Also in myself

My mind is free to experience the present, which is much more beautiful than the past and future.

When I have true faith, I proceed with courage even into the unknown because I know very well that all is Divine.

I radiate Joy, Light and Love.

There is peace and exhalation.

All is Divine. <bio>Robert Elias Najemy, a life coach with 30 years of experience, is the author of over 20 books, 600 articles and 400 lectures on Human Harmony. Therefore, if you act on faith, you control the anointing that follows because the anointing comes on an act of faith.

Now, I am going to give you The Seven Acts of Faith which makes up the Battle Healing Prayer. We put all seven of them together and use them as a unit. When we use them in concert, we can shake Heaven, earth and the pits of hell with them.

There are seven things you can do which bring down the anointing of God. When His anointing falls upon these seven acts, it will get for you what you need from God.

No matter what it is that you need, whether healing, financial blessing, no matter what it is, these seven acts that you must perform will deliver for you. All seven of these acts of faith must be done in their proper order.

These seven steps are nothing more than spiritual warfare. Therefore, I call praying for the sick or doing spiritual warfare simply "The Seven Acts of Faith which brings down the anointing for Healing (or whatever I need) Every time." I also call them "Your Battle Healing Prayer."

Terminology and titles are not as important as remembering that these Seven Acts are things you must do. But remember! They must be done in their proper order.

Act of Faith #1: Praise the Lord and keep on praising Him until you feel his presence.

(Based on Psalms 22:3 plus many more Scriptures.)

Act of Faith #2: Specifically pray to God in Jesus name for two and only two things here. 1. Pray for Him to remove the pain from the subjects body. 2. Pray for Him to heal the cause of their pain.

(Based on John 15:7 plus many more Scriptures.)

Act of Faith #3: Bind the Strongman. The Strongman is the devil himself. He must be bound before you can attack the demon that is either causing or assisting in the sickness of the subject. Quit worrying about what you believe, just do it! Bind the Strongman!

(Based on Mt 12:29, Mr 3:27, and Lu 11:21.)

Act of Faith #4: Cast out the demon! Tell him his strongman has been bound and that he has no right to be causing sickness in the subjects body. Command him to come out in Jesus name and take this sickness, pain, injury and disease with him. Say, "In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, come out of Subject's name, and take all your sickness and pain with you.

(Based on Mark 16: 17 plus many other Scriptures)

Act of Faith #5: Speak to the pain. Command the pain to come out of Subject's name. Tell it to come out now. Say, "Pain in Jesus' name, come out of Subject's name!"

(Based on Mark 11:23 plus many more Scriptures.)

Act of Faith #6: Speak death into the sickness and pain. Say, "Sickness! I speak death into you. I declare, decree and establish the death sentence in you. Die at the roots! Dry up! Come out of Subject's name in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth! You are dead and can do no more damage! Come out of Subject's name now!

(Based on Mark 11:23 plus many more Scriptures.)

Act of Faith #7: Speak healing into Subject's name. Say, "I declare, decree and establish you healed." Then command the subject to heal. Say, "Be healed in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, be healed! Be healed! Be healed! In Jesus' name, be healed!

(Based on Acts 3:6 plus many more Scriptures.)

Repeat these Seven Acts over and over each and every day until the victory comes. It will. The anointing always comes on an act of faith. Here are Seven Acts for the anointing to come upon. <bio>Dr. Jay Snell authored eleven books proving the healing, prosperity, family well being, salvation, eternal security and pretribulation rapture provided for Christians in the Abrahamic covenant. http://www.jaysnell.org </bio>

There are two kinds of faith that exist. The first kind of faith is what I call 'real' faith. It is the explosion of something in the mind that says 'Yes, I believe that'. It is a discovery or a revelation. It starts in the mind. It is actually the mind saying to itself 'I know that is true'. In fact what the mind is saying is "I believe that is true'. But the mind doesn't really know the difference. To our minds, really believing something is really knowing something.

Problems often arise when someone else says 'Well if you really know that is true then prove it to me.' The person either tries to prove it objectively, often without success, or just says 'I don't have to prove it - I just know it's true.' What they mean is 'I just believe that it is true'.

Another thing about this first kind of faith is that the person trusts the source of the information. The more they trust the source the stronger their faith. That is why children believe in Santa Claus, and sometimes their friends can't even convince them otherwise, until at around a certain age of understanding they have had enough of hearing their friends' opinions. They have sufficient doubt to ask Mum the question and then they get the real truth. Now they don't believe in Santa anymore. (And how much do they now trust Mum to give them real information?)

The second kind of faith that comes after a statement of belief is made is actually the second 'phase' of faith. That is - using your will to decide to go on believing that truth or reality against all odds and being 'faithful' to what you believe. This is becoming a 'believer' in what you believe. A person can't really say 'I think I believe that', even though many people actually do this. But a person will either believe something or they won't. They can call thinking they believe something 'faith' but it will let them down and they will compromise it all the time.

A good example is when a person says that they do not believe that 'money brings you happiness'. They can say that and feel very noble about it but deep down they would just love to have some more money because maybe it just might make them happier. This is what the Bible calls being 'double minded' and it goes on to say that a person like this will be unstable in all his ways. This happens a lot, and it can cloud the mind with confusion. It ends up with people saying they believe one thing but acting like they believe something else.

There are other things that are principles of truth that the mind gets to be informed of and it accepts them as a 'truth' or a belief. It happens to students of mathematics and physics all the time when they discover principles of natural science like gravity or electricity. You don't have to know necessarily how it works but you know it is going to work. Some things like that are clear and easy to believe and to have absolute faith in. But when it comes to some not so clear or obvious things, a decision has to be made as to what one will believe.

Strange things happen when people try to exercise their faith in God. Most people half believe, like the money and happiness thing -- they have a bet each way. Or they don't trust the source of the truth that is told to them. Or what is worse, they believe in the half truth of somebody else's opinion about God. Or what is worse still, they believe in a wrong opinion about God.

However, the worst thing of all when developing a faith construct about God is not going to the source itself. The problem with faith that concerns God is that people stop short at real faith by trying to believe about God instead of seeking to believe God himself. If you are going to try and believe about God then you had better believe that God is. But even when people believe this, they still don't really go to the source. So it is best to go to God.

Supposing a person has actually decided they want to believe that God is, then where to from there? Supposing they have read and heard about him as the Bible says it, and how Jesus spoke it, and they are informed that God is love, and goodness etc. (that is enough to start with). Then it is a matter of trusting God is who he says he is in his word, the Bible.

By the way, this is NOT faith - yet. When they trust God they will have to wait for the discovery, the revelation, and that comes from The Holy Spirit in this case. They will then be told that God wants to spend time with them and enjoy every moment of their lives with them. They will know that it is not a matter of how 'good' they are, but how willing they are to trust God to do them good. When they get the information straight from God this way they will 'know' that God is real, and the truth about Jesus will become the reality of their faith and they will see life in a new way. It is really worth giving a try. The best way to feel gravity is to jump off a low wall -- it won't kill you! <bio>To read more visit Paul's website at http://www.Spiritcode.com Spiritcode is a site dedicated to getting spiritual growth.
It's not always easy to be a Christian on a largely secular college campus. There are pressures from all around to agree to the politically correct secular world. From the posters other student hang up in their dorm rooms, to the clothes people wear and to the music they listen too, there are a lot osf messages out there.

Luckily, there are ways to express your faith and still be cool,

A great way to express your faith in your dorm or apartment is to hang some cool Christian art posters. Most of the dorms of friends have posters like John Belushi's andquot;Collegeandquot; poster, beer ads, posters of scantily clad women, to music posters. It's great to be able to have a stylish Christian art poster up of my own to reflect your own faith and to have a positive influence in your life and hopefully the art will open the eyes of a non-Christian to the lord.

Music is another area where one's faith can be tested. While some secular music is good and is made by talented musicians, much of the music on a college campus has a negative impact on the listener. Many students listen to gangster rap, death metal, or pop by such false idols as Christian Aguilera and others.

And this music is everywhere. You hear it blaring out of cars, dorm rooms, and increasingly on iPods and mp3 players on campus. There are some excellent Christian audiobooks that can be played on CD's in you car or dorm. They can even be loaded to your iPod player. This is a great way to keep your focus on your Faith while being immersed in the secular world.

Fashion is another influence on the Christian student. On campus you see girls wearing immodest clothing and the guys wearing t-shirts with all kinds of messages on them. There are Christian t-shirts out there that are both fashionable and stylish. Many of the Christian t-shirts take their style from changing around other popular slogans and brands you see out there. Other shirts are great original pieces that help to reflect your Faith.

While it can be difficult for a Christian to go to college. There are plenty of good influences that you can put in your life to combat the social pressures to conform to secular living. Hopefully this article has given you some ideas to express your Faith or if you are a parent, gives you some ideas on some possible gift ideas for your kids. <bio>For more ideas, check out the Chriostian t-shirt and Christian resource site Online Christian Shopper (http://www.onlinechristianshopper.com). </bio>

Reverse domain name hijacking is one of the serious problems in the world of domain name today. Many people were engaged in such silly activity and so create a great bang in the domain name industry.

Accordingly, the reverse domain name hijacking is such a ploy that is applied by a complainant in bad faith to attempt to deprive a registered domain name owner. In fact, there is a certain rule for reverse domain name hijacking and it was under the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy or UDRP rule 1. Aside from that, there is also a certain rule under the same policy that the panels finding a reverse domain name hijacking are not just sanctioned to deny the objection, but they are really directed to positively locate the presence of bad faith.

Speaking of the bad faith as the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy holds, it is considered that in the true statement of the rules for reverse domain name hijacking, there is really no vivid view of what a bad faith means and what makes for a bad faith UDRP objection as well as the facts that justifies a finding of reverse domain name hijacking. As such, it is then necessary to look at some clear illustrations about this thing.

Essentially, according to a current rulings of the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy, the reverse domain name hijacking basically surface when an objection is taken regardless of the knowledge that the domain name owner has an authority or justifiable willingness in the domain name or the case in which the domain name was registered in good faith, with or without the frustrating situation of nuisance or proven bad intent by the plaintiff who is in search of owning the domain name.

For further interest, the reverse domain name hijacking is in fact mentioned in the ruling for the Goldline International, Inc. v. Gold Line with the statement as "To prevail such a claim (of reverse domain name hijacking), Respondent must show that Complainant knew of Respondent's unassailable right or legitimate interest in the disputed domain name or the clear lack of bad faith registration and use, and nevertheless brought the Complaint in bad faith".

Another important distinction of the reverse domain name hijacking was the Goldline panel's adoption of a rule that was set down in Smart design LLC v. Hughes, in which the panels also found out that there is a reverse domain name hijacking not because of an established bad intent, but for the fact that the allegations of the respondent's bad faith were established in a mode that the panel concluded as unsatisfactory to the plaintiff.

Out of those two cases about the reverse domain name hijacking, there are still others and others that continue to create a booming impact to the world of domain name and to the lives of the domain name holders. So if you think that the rules for reverse domain name hijacking leaves a lot of room for interpretation, well, you are right, but it is just necessary to know that it does not end there. Such is how the reverse domain name hijacking bangs the domain name disputes. <bio>Finally, Here Are Ten Christmas Fairytales That Have Been Written For The Children Of Today And They Are Poised To Become The New Classics For The New Generation!
Some in the church in Galatia were peddling a doctrine of salvation by works. Paul asks and answers three bombshell questions of those Galatians who were trying to peddle this doctrine. These three questions and their answers stopped their salvation by works message in its tracks.

You remember, of course, that Paul believed that Jesus' blood took care of the sin problem for the human race.

Now here are his three dynamite questions and their obvious answers.

Question #1: "Did the Galatians receive the Spirit by the works of the law or by the hearing of faith?" Galatians 3:2. In other words, can you work to receive the Spirit or is that a product of believing on Jesus and receiving Him (by faith) as your personal savior? Of course, receiving the Spirit comes by faith upon receiving Jesus as savior.

Works have nothing to do with it. Paul's logic, then, forces the conclusion that works of the law have nothing to do with the removal of our guilt and feelings of unworthiness for our sins. This is solely through Jesus' blood which is God's supreme act of grace. The blood of Jesus is appropriated by faith and not by works at all

Question #2: "Since they started out by the Spirit, what makes them think they can switch from the Spirit to the flesh to continue their Christian experience? What makes them think they can switch from the Spirit to the fleshly works of the Law to finish out their Christian experience?" Galatians 3:3.

They can't. Therefore, Jesus' blood, applied to us by the Spirit through faith, will take care of our guilt and unworthiness problem. Consequently, Christians who rest and trust in Jesus' blood refuse to be brought under bondage for unworthiness caused by the guilt of their sins.

Consequently, they will not let these feelings of guilt and unworthiness interfere with God's blessings of healing, prosperity, family well being and salvation contained in the Abrahamic covenant for them.

Question #3: "Did the one who ministers the Spirit to them and works miracles among them do these things by the hearing of faith or by the works of the law?" Galatians 3:5. Of course, he did these things by faith and not by the works of the law.

Paul's logic, here, forces the conclusion that (1) since these Galatians received the Spirit by faith and not by works of the Law, (2) since they cannot switch from the Spirit to works of the Law to maintain their Christian life and (3) since the ones ministering the Spirit and works miracles among them continue to do them by faith and not by works of the Law, then neither can the Galatians arbitrarily switch from salvation by faith in Jesus to salvation by works of the Law. Neither can they attempt to follow any mixture of faith and works.

>From the preceding, obviously Paul believed that Jesus' blood took care of everything. His blood was the grace of God in action. His blood took care of the guilt and feelings of unworthiness for all our sins. To add one thing to this heavenly formula in the form of any religious work that we must do to get our guilt and unworthiness removed would void God's grace and render Jesus' death useless and meaningless.

Never let the devil or his gang tell you that you can't have your Abrahamic blessings of healing, prosperity, family well being and salvation because of feelings of guilt and unworthiness. <bio>Dr. Jay Snell authored eleven books proving the healing, prosperity, family well being, eternal security, pretribulation rapture and salvation provided for Christians in the Abrahamic covenant. These books presented many times on TBN. http://www.jaysnell.org </bio>

For a long time, you have been dreaming of that person you want to spend the rest of your life with; the one you will grow old with, who will love you for who you are and what you believe in. Maybe you're looking for someone with whom you transcend the usual physical and emotional compatibility level; someone with whom you share something that's beyond looks and feelings - your faith. And for someone like you, who believes that the Lord has prepared just one person for you, maybe you ought to try Christian Dating.

Some people take faith or spirituality into consideration when looking for a partner in life. They want to be with someone who will respect them and their beliefs; who has the same priorities and who will understand their zeal for service in their Christian community. Thus, they look for individuals in their own community, or in the same level of faith and spirituality and try to establish a deep friendship with them - one that is rooted on love of God. Thus, Christian Dating was established and accepted by believers of the Christian faith.

Christian Dating allows young men and women to explore the dating scene, while still following the rules of their congregation. They meet members of the opposite sex who share some common interests and hobbies, build Christ-centered friendships with them and engage in worthwhile activities that will make them get to know each other more, and grow in their faith in the Lord. That way, they continue to mature as a man or woman of God, while cultivating in their romantic relationships. If they succeed in finding the perfect partner for them, they can get married in a Christian ceremony, and the rest is history. More often, Christian couples endure and stay in longer relationships because of their level headedness and shared faith.

As opposed to ordinary dating, Christian Dating is viewed to be safer because of several reasons. First, most of the members or participants of this dating service have the same background, same community and usually the same beliefs. Christian parents might have urged their Christian sons and daughters to get to know some single men and women who they think will be a good match for their children. Usually, these participants are of legal age to date.

Second, participants of Christian Dating have the same conviction, especially on the topic of sexuality and purity. Relationships formed through Christian dating are less likely to engage in sexual activities outside of marriage, and taking a stand against pre-marital sex is easy for these young individuals. They also steer clear of vices like drugs and alcohol; instead they nourish their souls and personalities with productive activities like serving their Churches, and feeding on the word of God.

So, if you are a Christian who's looking for a serious, Christ-centered relationship, or still want to explore and meet other single men or women who have the same faith and conviction like you do, then maybe you should try Christian Dating. Who knows? God might be already cooking the perfect love story for you and another good Christian out there.
God has long since been an issue to be argued. Most feel that God is the go to person to seek advice, faith and an overall understanding of why we are here on earth. Others can not bear the weight of asking God "why" and never getting an answer. Of course just because we do not get the answer in one day does not mean that God didn't hear us. It also does not mean that God is not on his way to help us or maybe he already has and we just don't see it...yet.

Faith is everywhere in our lives. It holds us up and makes us strong. It pushes us to go on and keep trying. We grow, as Christians, through faith and our belief. Sometimes we lose sight and our faith is tested. Situations arise and we are at a loss to get through them. Put your faith in God and grace will follow. Mercy has always been a tough issue. We ask for it, we believe that we deserve it. Then it almost seems like we are denied mercy. It may not be that. There may be something better out there for us. Everything happens for a reason and God always, always has a plan.

As Christians, pain comes rushing in, it seems at times. We never fully understand why. Why would our God forsake us? Why would our God leave us at such troubled times? We must understand that it is darkest before the dawn and we have to face hard times to get to better times. Each person has to deal with their own messes of life. This life is not easy and all things come at a cost. We grow through rough times and strength comes through pain. God wants us to grow and make Him proud, but He never said it would be easy. There will be tears and there will be nights of sorrow. Don't give up. You will get grace and mercy and all the things God promised.

Emotional pain is what we live with for a long time. Sometimes it feels that it will never end. The wound keeps getting reopened and stitches are no where to be found. God is your stitch. He is the glue that holds you together. He will never let you fall, He may just let you dangle so that you change your ways. There is no growth without pain. There is no gain without loss. Christians must live like this. We must know that all of our hard work will one day be rewarded with glorious gifts that only God can bring. God is on our side. He brought us here and He is our guide through this journey. He knows the ins and outs and He is not about to let us go, especially through the hardest times of our lives. Live in God and live a life of prosperity and riches beyond your wildest dreams. It is well worth it.<bio>Jason Powers a Christian Writer in the state of Florida. His books have touched many lives from around the world including India, Pakistan, Africa and the UK.
What Types Of Religious Gifts Are There?

When speaking of religious Irish Gifts, there are many different types of these Irish Gifts that can be given to anyone. They include but are not limited to crosses, necklaces, wall hangings, statuary, car visors and good luck tokens, pictures of Saints and wall hangings that are sure to please anyone that is interested in any type of religious gifts from the Enchanted Isle of Ireland. This is a place where faith continually burns true and these gifts are a reminder of the faith of the Irish people whose faith is as strong as their country. Ireland has something to offer with their religious gifts for every faith.

What Materials Are They Made Of?

Irish Gifts, especially those of religious icons or items can be made from the following materials: crystal, porcelain, brass, marble, beads, sterling silver, and in one case material that looks like river reeds to honor St Brigid, just to name a few of the possible materials that can be used in the creation of religious items. Irish Gifts of this nature can be made of most any material and provide pleasure in owning. The many different statuary and wall hangings can inspire your faith in the Divine and feature such saints such as St. Patrick, St. Brigid, and The Madonna just to name a few of the notaries that are created for these items. These are wonderful items to have in your home or office.

Statues and Rosaries for You

Religious Irish Gifts have a wide variety of forms that can be taken. Two of those are statuary and rosaries. These Irish Gifts are wonderful gifts to give to that special someone and two items of note are the Connemara Rosary and The Madonna. The Connemara Rosary is created with beads of the legendary Connemara Marble in a rosary pattern with a Celtic cross at the end, representing the Stations of the Cross in the Catholic faith. The Madonna in question is created totally out of Waterford Crystal, for a long lasting image of the Holy Mother. These two items are sure to be a delight to anyone who wants something of this nature from Ireland. They will inspire a deep sense of faith and awe to anyone who sees these beautiful creations.

Wall Hangings to Remind You of Your Deep Faith

Irish Gifts of this nature always come with a deep symbolism. They can take the form of wall hangings such as a brass Celtic cross, or St. Brigid's cross for example. They can also take the form of iconic pictures of the Saints that are revered in Ireland. These Irish Gifts are a real pleasure to own and are created from sturdy materials such as brass, porcelain or other sorts of metals. These will last a lifetime and will be commented upon when someone sees them hanging in your home. Show the symbols of your faith proudly with these wonderful wall hangings from the blessed Isle of Ireland.<bio>Scott Wilhelmy is the owner of Irish Indeed! - your trusted source for Irish Gifts.
Sometimes, having too much faith (i.e. not doing your due diligence) can get you into trouble.

Have you ever regretted signing up with a certain company, a certain sponsor line, or buying the really big package - later admitting you must have been temporarily insane or perhaps you'd just left your brain on the train?

Later comes the proverbial smack to the head and the self-flagellating scream, andquot;Ach! I should have taken the time to look into it a bit more before I jumped!andquot;

Sometimes, it's a little more tricky, because the misplaced or lazy faith (i.e. you hoped it would be true but didn't know or find out) resulted in your passing on information that turns out later to be, well, not really what you passed on. But it sounded good and they sounded good...

And now you really feel unsure at best, and embarrassed/stupid for passing it on to friends, at worst.

How many FreeLife reps are feeling this way this minute, given the devastating interview with their lead scientist and product creator that aired on Canadian television and all across the Internet?

(Be kind and compassionate towards them and their reps. What company under such a spotlight would not also show some spots?) Here's how to protect yourself against relying on too much faith - especially when you're passing info on to others hoping to get them to buy:

1. Tell what happened for you. That's all you know for sure. At worst, you might have had a placebo affect. So what? If it made you better, it made you better. Doesn't matter WHAT the reason is. If taking the product did it as far as you know, that's it. The placebo affect happens with regulated drugs also. Just remember:

No promises. No problems.

2. Make NO promises about exactly what will happen to anyone else when they take your company's product. You are not a fortune teller - you don't know for sure. Ask them to try it and see if it works for them the way it did for you. What if?

3. Do not pontificate about things you know personally little or nothing about. E.g. andquot;Let me tell you why this product works so well - the scientific evidence is astounding for blah blah blah - and that's why this is the breakthrough, stand alone, greatest, pharmaceutical grade, patent-pending miracle product.andquot;

Aren't you just passing on such verbiage on faith? Too much faith?

Is it worth it?

P.S. andquot;Oh monks, just like examining gold in order to know its quality, you should put my words to the test.andquot; -Buddha

Can you hear your company president or top recruiters saying it? andquot;Don't take my word for it - prove to yourself through your own experience that this works for you. Then decide if it's really right for you. Live it first, then go and tell your story.andquot;

Do you dare? <bio>Kim Klaver is Harvard andamp; Stanford educated.
You can learn-almost immediately-to minister healing by faith. Yes, you can learn to minister healing by faith almost immediately.

I believe that any believer can be a faith healer if they will just do what God says...if they will just act upon His word.

Some of my earliest experiences ministering healing by faith came in a denominational church where I was pastor. I gave an invitation in one of our services for those needing healing to come forward. Between twenty and thirty people came forward for healing. Keep in mind please that these dear folk were weak in what the Bible said about healing. But they were ill and came forward anyway.

My message that night was upon being healed by laying on of hands and/or anointing with oil. I proceeded to lay hands upon and anoint with oil all those who came requesting it. As the laying on of hands and the anointing progressed, things began to happen. Healings began to occur.

One young lady said that when I laid hands on her for her healing, she felt heat come from my hands and enter her body. At that exact point in time she said she could feel all the pain and discomfort (caused from her sickness and malady) leave her.

Another person who was standing next to one to whom I was ministering healing said they could feel the healing coming from that person into them also. They too were healed then and there. The power of God was strong in the place that night.

One of these people had migraines that were debilitating to them. Yet they had been unable to get relief anywhere. That night perfect calm came over that person as the pain swiftly went away.

All we were doing was acting on what God said in His word. They simply acted by coming for laying on of hands and anointing with oil and prayer. I simply acted by laying hands on them, anointing them and praying over them. This is the unbeatable combination for healing. Just obey what God says for us to do for our healing.

Of course these are wonderful memories for me. These occurred when I was just starting out in the healing ministry. But even more wonderful and beautiful is this:

God hasn't changed His ways, His word or His healing delivery methods. These healing delivery methods still work when we work them. They are as valid today and as powerful as they were the first time I used any of them back in the early 80's.

You can be healed with them now...here...today. You can also (almost immediately) learn how to minister healing to others. Just get your Bible down and learn some of the eight ways God has chosen to heal His children.

Then do what He says do in these Scriptures. When you act out what He said, the healing problem is passed on to Him. He must and will heal. You can learn to minister faith healing. <bio>Dr. Jay Snell authored eleven books proving the healing, prosperity, family well being, eternal security, pretribulation rapture and salvation provided for Christians in the Abrahamic covenant.
Recently a friend and I were discussing our thoughts about parenting. He and I share many common ideas and values, but there was one glaring difference in our styles -- church membership. He just could not understand why I felt it important to raise my child in a church community. He was not questioning why I wanted my child to have faith in God, but he could not see how belong to a church family could be an important parenting resource.

I explained to Tom that there are actually five reasons why I believe it is important to raise my son in a church community.

First is, of course, the issue of faith. I want my child to have a strong faith in God because I know that faith will provide the comfort, solace, and inspiration to carry him through the joys and tribulations that are in store for him as a human. I know this from my own personal experience as well as countless studies which have shown that people with faith in a higher being live longer, happier, and more fulfilling lives.

Belonging to a church is more than simply attending services on Sundays. It is about becoming a member of that community and that is a very important factor in my decision for my child. His friends are children he has known his entire life and his teachers and caregivers are adults and teenagers we have known for years. We have history and connections that brings us together for fun and fellowship as well as to share troubles and celebrate joys.

Every child needs a variety of role models to help decide what person they will become. I cannot think of a better place to find a wide range of role models than in a church. I know there are many people that I look up to among our congregation and I am sure that my son has many as well.

Regularly attending church and Sunday School as well as participating in the church community provides a child with many important guidelines for being a good person as well as a good Christian. Learning the Golden Rule, the 10 Commandments, and Bible lessons are all an important part of that. Children also learn from watching others and following that example. If they see their parents and other adults giving of their time, love, and money then they will be more giving as well.

Finally, I find Church teaches my child a lot about social relationships. He has a group of peers that he has known since infancy and will grow to adulthood with but he also enjoys a spread of generations and knows and loves people of many ages and backgrounds that he likely would not know if not for church. Simply by raising my child in a church I have given him a number of social connections that I hope will help learn and grow to be a man I can be proud of.

These five reasons are all powerful motivations for raising your child in a church community, but there is one other important factor as well. Attending church, and church community activities, is something that you can do together as a family. Step off the hectic whirl of day-to-day life and into a community of faith. <bio>Deanna Mascle writes about other family issues in her Family Life blog at http://OfficialFamily.us </bio>

Personal wedding vows are usually written from a root of ones faith. For most couples it is a commitment of body and soul and it means marrying the whole person, past and present, and of course in almost every case, that person's family as well. Therefore, making the wedding vows reflect a couples deep commitment to each other and the life they will build together is the basis of these promises.

Choosing wedding vows in utmost faith

Many couples prefer to vow to their future life partner in the name of God and church. Many faiths are closely related to or considered to be Christian and each individual branch may have somewhat different wording to their particular vows depending on customs and traditions. The vows may therefore depend on what is common practice in each church and may take on the form of the specific manner in which the church conducts their services.

Jewish wedding vows are commonly given when the rings are exchanged. The focus of the vow is a commitment to be wed to that person by the laws of Moses and Israel.

For Muslims, wedding vows are more of a contract between two families, which state the conditions desired and expected by each family and a commitment to uphold those conditions in the name of Allah.

Buddhist wedding vows give the two people an opportunity to voice their love, dedication, and future hopes for their lives together with respect given to their shared religious beliefs. Their use of meditation and contemplation to make their lives and marriage stronger is an important part of their vows to one another.

Non-denominational vows will hit many of the traditional points of commitment between two people, omitting the direct mention of God or a higher power in any form. People being married by judge or justice of the peace may prefer to use non-denominational vows if religion is unimportant to them. Sometimes two people have come together from completely different faiths and therefore choose this type of vow to eliminate any conflicting areas, where they would then prefer neither religion was the focus of their ceremony.

Wedding vows are a personal choice. The bride and groom can choose traditional vows of their faith, write their own, or allow their religious leader to choose the vows.

A wedding day represents a joining of two people in their choice to become life long partners and so much of this special day reflects who the couples are and what their future together will hold. In addition to this is the promise of love, honor, and appreciation of each other for the rest of their lives.

Wedding vows can sometimes be so impersonal. So much goes into planning the engagement and the wedding and yet so many couples forget that the true meaning, no matter what religious faith you practice, is about your commitment to one another. Wedding vows, whether rooted in faith in religion or rooted in the faith of each other should be written and proclaimed from the heart. <bio>Tyler Reese writes articles, reviews and topical tidbits for http://weddingplanningbliss.com.
Couples of mixed religions or who come from families that do not have a strong religious background may choose to have either a non-denominational wedding or a wedding that blends two separate religions. This can be tricky however because many religions may not honor or recognize a wedding unless it is performed according to their own unique guidelines. For this reason it is very important to check with potential officiants and church leaders to ensure that your wedding plans will result in a union that is recognized by both churches. This is significant because you would not want to invest time and money on a marriage that will wind up not being recognized by the church and possibly not even recognized by the government. Whether a couple decides to have a non-denominational wedding, incorporate aspects of both religion into a ceremony that will not be recognized by either faith or participate in two separate religious ceremonies, it is important to remember that their love for each other and their love of their faith are equally important.

If both the bride and the groom have very strong faith backgrounds and wish to have their wedding recognized by their respective churches, they may have to take a few extra steps to ensure that their union is recognized by their churches. Sometimes the only way to do this is to have a wedding ceremony in both churches. This may seem like an unnecessary step but one of the defining criteria of having your marriage recognized by your faith, for many religions, is to have your wedding ceremony in the church. It is simply not possible to do this unless the couple takes the extra steps of having two wedding ceremonies to ensure that they will be both be accepted as a married couple into their faiths.

Another alternative to participating in two separate ceremonies in order to have the union recognized by both churches is to have a non-denominational wedding that is only recognized by the government. Couples may choose this option if they do not have the time or money that would be required to have two separate wedding ceremonies. A couple may choose a compromise that results in neither church recognizing the union. The theory behind this type of choice is that the couple decides that their love for each other is strong enough to survive and that they do not need to have the approval of their churches in order to have a successful and lasting marriage.

Still another alternative is to have a non-denominational wedding ceremony at a location in a natural setting. At this type of ceremony the couple has no restrictions and can choose to incorporate either religion into the ceremony in any way that they see fit. They may do this by using traditional prayers and religious songs during the ceremony. While this type of ceremony will not be recognized by the church is does offer the couple the opportunity to incorporate some of the religious traditions of both of their faiths into a beautiful ceremony that successfully blends two religions.

A final alternative is to incorporate one faith fully into the wedding ceremony and incorporate the other faith fully into the wedding reception. This option results in the marriage being recognized by one of the religions but does not allow the other family to feel neglected because their faith is well represented in the traditional activities of the wedding reception. This option is only feasible if the member of the couple who will not have their church recognize the union, is completely accepting and understand of this fact. This is important because the resentment and jealousy that could result from this could be very detrimental to the couple.

Inter-faith couples are on the rise. Years ago it was unheard of to marry someone outside of your faith but this is no longer true and many couples today are inter-faith couples. It is difficult but not impossible to integrate the two faiths in a way that is satisfactory to all of those involved. While the faiths can be blended to create a beautiful wedding, the problem is that many churches will not accept this blended wedding as a union. Sometimes the couple decides that their happiness together is more important than having the church recognize the union so they opt for a non-denominational wedding that is completely devoid of any religious traditions. <bio>Ex-Wedding Planner Assistant Reveals How Anyone Getting Married Can Put At Least $2474.11 Back Into Their Pockets...
"I buried diabetes a long time ago, so it could never bury me," says Julie Wanner Rossetti, who was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes as a 13-year-old a quarter century ago. "Diabetes is dead, but I'm alive. I've learned to live my life as if I don't have the deadly disease." She shows us how to "bury" diabetes in her new book, Diabetes Can Be Sweet=85Once You Bury It.

1. Don't Accept The Label of "Diabetic."

Remember, you're a person, not a disease. Choose the words that you want to define your life. Be positive. Lose the label of "diabetic." Decide today that diabetes will not define who you are, but you will define what diabetes is to you.

2. Dig A Hole And Bury It.

Go to your local hardware store and buy the biggest shovel that they have. Once you buy it, all you need to do is find a place to start digging a hole. Make it big enough to place diabetes and anything that is negatively associated with it in the hole. Be sure it is all in the hole. Now bury it. It's dead, and you are alive! Let's keep it that way.

3. Take Responsibility.

Taking 100% responsibility means no more excuses. We can no longer blame our parents, spouse, friends, co-workers, the family pet or even the mouse in the house. Invest now in diabetes education that works - and act on this advice =96 or pay later in medical bills or with your life.

4. Choose Faith Over Fear.

Denial is totally based on fear. Instead, we can become pro-active, by inviting faith to come in. Faith and fear do not go together. Choose faith and you will start feeling better.

5. Eliminate Negative Self-Talk.

Don't say what you "should" do =96 just do it! Speak pro-actively. We all talk to ourselves throughout the day. Unfortunately, most of it is negative. Such comments include: "I can't get organized, I'm always late, I will never be healthy again." And the list goes on and on. These comments affect our attitude and keep us from becoming pro-active. We start to believe all of these lies and they become very real to us. At this point, we then have absolutely no energy or motivation to even get started. Now, even though we want to become healthier, we don't. The spoken word, including self-talk, is very powerful. You believe the lies and soon you get everything you never wanted. Start today, self-talking what you want! <bio>Julie Wanner Rossetti is the author of Diabetes Can Be Sweet ...
