As society continues to be fascinated with the medical community's ability to change a person's appearance we get more and more sucked in. Any day of the week, with a click of the remote control, we can be in the operating room with a patient receiving cosmetic surgery -- and we're hooked. It can be fascinating to witness the transformation of someone struggling with self-esteem; and we eagerly anticipate the unveiling; what will the patient look like with his new nose, with her new breasts, new teeth, thinner thighs?

We are a culture for whom cosmetic surgery has become standard operating procedure. Whether we are unhappy with the toll age has taken on our faces or the way our belly droops over our jeans, we need only visit a cosmetic surgeon to eliminate or change that which does not work.

When it comes to such procedures there are numerous things to consider -- finding a reputable surgeon, preparing for surgery itself, and learning the average cost of cosmetic surgery. While all these steps require extensive research, determining the average cost of cosmetic surgery can be tricky simply because it fluctuates so dramatically.

The average cost of cosmetic surgery depends on a number of factors; not the least of which is the area in which you live. The average cost of cosmetic surgery on one side of the country may not be the average cost of cosmetic surgery on the other side of the country. Therefore, decide first where you want to have your surgery performed. Most people choose to stay in the area in which they live. But if you are from a smaller town with less surgical resources, you may choose to travel to a larger city where you can choose from more experienced doctors.

Once you have decided on a specific area then you can narrow down the average cost of cosmetic surgery. Take a sampling from doctors in this area just to get an idea. You will probably still see a variance in price among these doctors. Remember, experienced, highly-regarded doctors come at a price. Sometimes it is true that you get what you pay for.

Once you have established a ballpark figure you can begin to whittle it down based on the doctors in which you are interested. Again, the average cost of cosmetic surgery may not wind up being the actual cost you pay. But it will give you an idea so that you make arrangements for financing if needed. <bio>For easy to understand, in depth information about cosmetic surgery visit our ezGuide 2 http://cosmeticsurgery.ezguide2.com </bio>

After taking a look at the tutorial package and what it can do for entrepreneurs, I felt compelled to write this Average Joe Marketer review detailing my thoughts on the system. If you're involved in internet advertising or are looking to get into the highly lucrative field, you'll find this review of particular interest. Hopefully, it will help you to become a more informed consumer and decide whether or not the package can benefit you.

I have to admit, the title of the tutorial system doesn't really instill a whole lot of confidence in the system. When I looked into the Average Joe Marketer package, however, I discovered it is anything but average. Created by a regular guy, named Joe, who stumbled upon an insanely successful way to market his business, the program really can make you wealthy while you sit back and watch the funds roll in. In fact, Joe makes more than $700 per day.

Joe was kind enough to develop a package, complete with manuals and videos that will help you get to where he is, almost effortlessly. All you have to do, according to Average Joe Marketer, is find your niche market and work it. The Fast Start Guide gets you off of the ground and explains everything you need to know in terms of making money the right way.

The Average Joe Marketer package comes with an unreasonable amount of free stuff, including 6 bonus web videos that take you step by step through the techniques and methods Joe uses to squeeze money out of the internet every day. If there's any concern that Joe isn't legitimate, he shows you screen shots of his bank statement right on the Average Joe Marketer homepage.

Essentially, the program has been tested and proven time and time again. It's easy to follow, and anyone can work it to make money the way Joe does. I highly recommend the Average Joe Marketer package to anyone who is interested in internet advertising. <bio>To learn more, visit the official Average Joe Marketer website at http://bitsylink.com/?RRJHG today. </bio>

Whether you choose to enter the job market with a high school vs. college graduation under you belt can have a very significant impact on the jobs you will be able to do and the amount of money you will be able to make.

According to a report entitled "The Big Payoff: Educational Attainment and Synthetic Estimates of Work-Life Earnings," a person with a high school degree can expect to earn an average of $1.2 million over the course of their working life, and a person with a bachelor's degree can expect to earn an average of $2.1 million dollars over the same period of time. The report estimates that people with a master's degree will earn an average of $2.5 million, people with doctoral degrees will earn an average of $3.4 million dollars, and those who get professional degrees will earn the most, an average of $4.4 million.

That said, all those figures are an average, so it doesn't mean they are written in stone. There are good-paying careers you might pursue with only a high school diploma. Construction contractors can make a lot of money. So can entrepreneurs, small business owners or investors. All of those careers can be difficult, risky and taxing, but they do offer the possibility for a person to make an excellent living without a college degree.

Then there are good-paying careers that require a two-year technical education such as plumbing, electrician work or nursing. Those careers pay fairly well and offer opportunities for advancement and entrepreneurship.

On the flip side, there are many careers that require a bachelor's degree (or higher) that do not pay very well at all. To be a teacher, social worker or public interest lawyer, you almost always need an advanced degree. Yet these professions do not offer tremendous financial rewards.

When you are considering going to college in terms of how it will help you make more money, you should think about what type of job you want. If your dream is to become a general contractor, you might be better off getting construction experience, learning skills on the job rather than in a classroom. Or if your goal is to make a good deal of money with only a bachelor's degree you might not want to graduate with an English, Sociology or Philosophy degree. Choose a more financially rewarding course of study like Engineering or Accounting.

In general, we encourage high school graduates to go on to college. A college degree is viewed as the traditional pathway to success. As stated earlier in this article, the general financial trends support that notion.

However, it is crucial for every person to do what is right for them. Sometimes, opportunities open up when they are least expected. And other times, the most obvious pathway to financial success is less rewarding. We know that people with advanced degrees make more money, but these degrees take time and money to earn. People spend years of their lives and take on a massive debt load to earn these degrees. So, they may make more money, but they will owe a significant portion of that money.

Be sure you know what you want. Have a realistic idea of how to get there, and go for it. <bio>triOS is one of the top Ontario Colleges.
The American rental market is reaching new heights even as the nation is going through a housing slowdown. With the U.S. housing market continuing to slump and home sales on the decline, people are increasingly opting for rentals. Home owners are awaiting the housing market to stabilize before venturing into purchase of homes. Renting a house seems to be a better option now than buying one, especially in cities where the home prices are still inflated. A rise in the mortgage rates over the past few months has compounded to this trend.

All this has triggered a hike in the average rent this year, especially in places where home sales have remained strong. In San Francisco, for instance, rents are up by 3 % in the last three months, the highest increase registered thus far. The rental vacancy rate has come down leading to an increased demand for apartments. The national vacancy rate has fallen by 5.8 % in the second quarter, from a 6 % decrease in the first.

The following are the top 10 markets where the rental rates for homes are rising the fastest. The average asking rent in the second quarter and the percentage increase from the first quarter are given along with the second quarter's vacancy rate.

1. San Francisco, California. Average asking rent - $1,757, increase from the first quarter - 3 %, vacancy rate - 4.4 %.

2. San Jose, California. Average asking rent - $1,473, increase from the first quarter - 2.4 %, vacancy rate - 3.9 %.

3. New York City, New York. Average asking rent - $2,657, increase from first quarter - 2.1 %, vacancy rate - 2.4%.

4. Seattle, Washington. Average asking rent - $973, increase from first quarter - 2 percent, vacancy rate - 4.5 %.

5. Oakland-East Bay, California. . Average asking rent - $1,300, increase from first quarter - 1.8 percent, vacancy rate - 5 %.

6. Orange County, California. . Average asking rent - $1,493, increase from first quarter - 1.7 percent, vacancy rate - 3.5 %.

7. Washington, D.C. . Average asking rent - $1,301, increase from first quarter - 1.7 percent, vacancy rate - 4.3 %.

8. Baltimore, Maryland. . Average asking rent - $945, increase from first quarter - 1.7 percent, vacancy rate - 5.8 %.

9. New Haven, Connecticut. Average asking rent - $1,065, increase from first quarter - 1.6 percent, vacancy rate - 4.5 %.

10. Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Average asking rent - $981, increase from first quarter - 1.6 percent, vacancy rate - 4.2%.

However, the opposite is happening in bubble markets where an increasing number of home owners are renting out their homes. Rents are still low in highly competitive markets such as Florida which has a high inventory of apartment buildings that went up during the housing boom.

Source: BusinessWeek Online, (07/19/07) <bio>http://www.ranchobernardorealestate.info </bio>

For most people, the idea of haggling for a new car leaves them with a sinking feeling. It seems that no matter how much we learn about the car, the options and the pricing, we are never quite certain that we have actually gotten the best deal. We leave the dealership with a vague feeling that we have overpaid for our new car.

Until fairly recently, there was no remedy for this particular ailment. If you wanted a new car, you went to the dealership to haggle. General Motors came up with a new idea.

In 1990, the first Saturn vehicle rolled off the assembly line. The car itself was fairly revolutionary, but what caught people's attention was the way the cars were sold: All Saturn dealerships offered fixed pricing. You could walk into any Saturn dealership and the price of the car was on display for all to see. Everyone would pay that price, and that price only. No haggling.

It seemed like a dream come true. In fact, the idea was so popular with consumers that other dealerships began to offer "no-haggle" pricing. It is now estimated that about 25% of new car purchases take place at fixed-price dealerships. But do these types of establishments really offer a better deal than other dealerships? Well, it depends.

From a strictly financial point of view, you will likely get a better deal from traditional dealership than you will at a no-haggle shop because of the way the dealerships set their sales goals. Traditional dealers set average profit goals, not specific goals per vehicle sold.

For instance, the dealer aims to sell three cars to make an average profit of $1500 per vehicle. The dealer sells the first vehicle and makes $1500 =96 right on target. On the next vehicle, the dealer may only make a $500 profit. On the third vehicle, the dealer makes a $2500 profit.

Even though the profit on each car (and by extension the selling price) is different, the average profit is $1500 =96 still right on target. The first person paid an average price, the second person got an excellent deal and the third person overpaid.

Fixed-price dealerships set goals the same way. However, since there is no negotiation, the $1500 profit is built into each car's price. If you are person one or three, that's fine. If you are person number two, though, you just paid $1000 more for your car than you would have at a traditional dealership.

This does not automatically mean that you are better off at a traditional dealership. You need to take a good look at yourself. If you are willing to educate yourself before heading to the dealership and are reasonably confident in your ability to negotiate, a traditional dealership will likely yield a better deal. However, if you are nervous about negotiating or simply don't want the hassle, the fixed-price dealership is for you.

This does not automatically mean that you are better off at a traditional dealership.
A lot of changes are happening as the dollar declines in value and countries begin to unload. All of this economic impact means little to the average person if they don't see a change in their own pocket book. The question then arises what is going to happen to everyone who doesn't have millions of dollars in the bank.

As the dollar declines some changes occur that the average person may not immediately realize. Before the average person actually experiences any changes to their lifestyle a few things must happen first. The dollar must decline to the point that other countries will want to switch currencies to something like the Euro. As more American dollars are released into the system due to this switch the value of the American dollar will continue to decline.

When this decline starts you will find that the purchasing power of many Americans will decline with it. What a dollar could buy today will require more then a dollar tomorrow. That means that the average American who walks into a store will have to pay more for their clothing, televisions, and other "bread and butter" issues. As the purchasing power declines the lifestyle of the average family will decline.

When fewer imports are being purchased because of the high cost America loses its overall purchasing power. American businesses were able to keep products low and make advantageous deals because they could purchase and sell nearly all of the products the bought to the American public. When the dollar declines and the prices rise these deals are more difficult to make and in the end the prices rise higher. As prices rise higher the few products people purchase.

The average American worker may also find that his job is threatened as large department stores and businesses that can't sell their products start making layoffs. This reduces the amount of purchases society can make and even further starts the decline in society. Other Americans that see people losing their jobs begin to hold onto any money they have. As they tighten their spending the damage becomes even greater.

Americans will also find that foreign policy will become more difficult and nations will become more brazen against American interests overseas. They will demand change to the status quo, call for fiscal changes to steer them away from the American economic machine, and start focusing on different trade strategies. Where the money goes the mouth goes with it.

Despite this terrible news there is a silver lining in the cloud. As the American dollar declines the labor and the products of the U.S. become cheaper. Since the country maintains a semblance of its great manufacturing past it can come back with a vengeance. The high quality of American products will do well in a global economy that is addicted to cheap goods. So the cycle ends.

The American family may have to get along with a lot less but will maintain its resolve through a very trying era of American existence. It is not the first time the country has come through such problems and will likely continue to succeed in the future. The mountain to climb will not be easy as new economics threats from countries like China grow. <bio>Murad Ali is a three time published author, an HR professional, a business professor and helps businesses get visitors at http://www.article-agent.org.
For many people hypnosis conjures up the image of a man of stage making someone do something completely foolish but weight loss through hypnosis seems even sillier.

But there is solid evidence that a person can achieve quick and lasting weight loss results by using hypnosis.

But firstly let's look at what hypnosis is?

According to Contemporary Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing hypnosis or as it is more commonly known hypnotherapy is "the therapeutic use of suggestion when a person is in an altered state of consciousness in order to effect positive changes in that person's behavior and so treat a range of health conditions". It has not only been used to decrease the pain a person is feeling but also for weight control.

In a publication (Warren 2003) there was a statement that "Hypnosis is a way to access the untapped power of the mind and alter brain functions. In this state of intense relaxation and concentration the mind is able to focus on positive suggestions which can be carried out at a future time. These subliminal messages are surprisingly powerful."

Then at the 54th Annual Conference in November 2003 of the Society for Clinical and Experimental Hypnosis, Dr David Spiegel (Stanford University researcher) said "that although we don't fully understand how it works, there is significant evidence that hypnosis can be effective in helping people reach into their own unconscious resources to solve problems normally beyond their ability".

This in fact shows that the scientific community believes that indeed it is possible for someone to achieve weight loss through hypnosis.

In the Journal of Consulting and Clinical Psychology 1996 a report regarding meta-analysis (comparing multiple studies) showed that adding hypnosis increased weight loss by an average of 97% when people were being treated. But even more important this increased the effectiveness of post treatment by over 146%. So this has shown that hypnosis can work even better if used over longer periods of time.

Whilst in the Journal of Consulting and Clinical Psychology 1986 a study was carried out on 60 women and they were separated into hypnosis versus non-hypnosis groups. It was found that those women using hypnosis lost an average of 17lbs whilst those in the non-hypnosis group only lost an average 5lbs.

So as you can see weight loss through hypnosis is very effective and may be more people should look at trying it in the future. <bio>Lee Dobbins writes for http://www.lowcarb-resource.com where you can learn more about different methods for losing weight. </bio>

It was touted as a miracle diet that would cure disease and illness, not cause a person to lose weight as is often erroneously believed.

The Milk Diet is definitely a fad diet, at least in my mind, because it promotes having only one food (or beverage in this case) and not having anything else for the duration of the diet which could range from several weeks to several months, even to several years according to the creator of the diet. The length of time the person needed to be on the diet varied according to how sick and diseased the person was.

And when I say milk was the only thing consumed during the course of the diet, I seriously mean it was the only thing consumed. Even water was not part of the diet except first thing in the morning. Acidic fruits like oranges and lemons could be juiced and drank, or the fruits themselves sucked on if a person got nauseous from drinking the large quantities of milk required on this diet. But a person could only do this if they got sick on from the milk (which I would think must have happened a lot!).

How large were the quantities suggested? It was about five quarts a day for the average woman and six quarts a day for the average man, although determinations of how much to drink were based on either a person's weight or their height. That means the person on this diet was drinking over a gallon of milk every day.

What kind of milk? Unpasteurized was preferred; as was cow's milk with certain breeds of cows being determined to have better milk than others.

Today I think it would be hard to find a weight loss expert or health care professional who would endorse a diet like this because of how it completely eliminates important food groups from a person's diet for a long period of time. Experts say the low carb diets many people went on a few years ago were too restrictive and those diets only restricted carbohydrates instead of completely eliminating them (although for some people on severely restricted low carb diets it felt like they weren't allowed any carbs).

People probably get confused about the 1920's Milk Diet being a weight loss diet because of the word andquot;dietandquot; being in the name of it. But, consider this: if a person drinks five quarts of whole milk a day, they are consuming almost 3,000 calories. If they drink six quarts, they are consuming over 3,500 calories a day. That is not a reduced calorie diet. <bio>Dorrie Ruplinger is a featured writer for http://www.LoseWeightForChristmas.com.
Often with financial help from parents, some college-age students choose to purchase homes or condos in communities where they attend college. This option allows students to live in a property that is usually more spacious and comfortable than typical dormitory-style rooms. For students who value attending a college with a large football program, affordable real estate may be an important criterion when selecting a college or university.

Coldwell Banker, a real estate firm, conducted a recent survey to identify the most affordable college football towns. The survey compared the average price of a single- family home with 2200 square feet, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a family room and a two-car garage. The survey evaluated the price of this type of home across 119 communities that had a Division 1-A college football program.

To purchase a home similar to the one described above, the top ten college football towns had an average home price that ranged from $148,000 to $170,000. The top ten most affordable college football towns are provided below.

1. Tulsa, Oklahoma, home to the University of Tulsa, tops the list of most affordable college markets in the U.S., with an average home price of $148,575.

2. Hattiesburg, Mississippi, home to the University of Southern Mississippi, had an average home price of $151,225.

3. Muncie, Indiana, home to Ball State University, had an average home price of $151,238.

4. Fort Worth, Texas, home to Texas Christian University (TCU), had an average home price of $151,250.

5. Monroe, Louisiana, home to the University of Louisiana-Monroe, had an average home price of $153,271.

6. Houston, Texas, home to the University of Houston, had an average home price of $155,304.

7. Houston, Texas, home to Rice University, had an average home price of $155,304 (which resulted in a tie for the number 6 ranking).

8. Lubbock, Texas, home to Texas Tech University, had an average home price of $158,225.

9. Logan, Utah, home to Utah State University, had an average home price of $168,612.

10. Jonesboro, Arkansas, home to Arkansas State University, had an average home price of $170,575.

College towns are lively communities and offer a broad range of academic and cultural activities. If you are a student or the parent of a student who is passionate about big-time college sports, buying real estate in a college football town may be an ideal solution for your sporting and housing needs. An experienced real estate agent can help you buy a home, condo or other real estate in these affordable college markets. <bio>http://www.sdhomedatabase.com http://www.point-loma-homes.com http://www.poway-home.com </bio>

While your favorite restaurant may prepare your food using the same appliances that you would use at home, there's a vast difference between the average home appliances and commercial cooking equipment.

As an example, let's compare one of the most common appliances - the refrigerator. The average household refrigerator is a two-door appliance, with a freezer compartment and a refrigerator compartment.

In a commercial environment, the freezer is often an entire room where meat and other frozen products are stored. The refrigerator will be large enough to store everything they use regularly, plus they tend to keep a more consistent temperature than the average kitched refrigerator.

Other appliances are also quite different. A commercial stove, for example, will have quite a few more cooking elements than the average kitchen stove and they often have a grilling surface as well.

Commercial dishwashers are generally quite a bit larger than household models, and they often wash with higher temperature water. Because there is so much more going through them, and there is a higher risk of sickness if the dishes aren't cleaned properly, these dishwashers needs to be quite a bit heavier duty than what we use at home.

Another commercial appliance that you wouldn't usually see at home is a hot food cabinet or warming drawers. Because commercial kitchens are often preparing many meals at once, and coordinating them to be delivered at the same time, these warming appliances are necessary to keep everything warm until it's ready to be delivered.

Many of the extra features on commercial equipment have started to work their way into home equipment, so if you're looking for something a little heavier duty than the average household appliance, you have more choices all the time. Even the designs have started to become common in home equipment - stainless steel is the new white! <bio>Erin Brown writes about commercial cooking equipment and other cooking related topics on the Cooking Parlor website.
Jump on the bandwagon is how they say it! Join the crowd. Go with the majority. Do what everyone else is doing. There are many ways to say it but if you are doing one of those things, chances are, you are not as successful as you would like to be. In business and success, if you follow the majority, you will end up just like the majority=85..living average. You will live in and average house, or rent one, make an average income, drive an average car and just be like everyone else. Now for some people, that works for them. If you are content with that lifestyle, then this business is not for you.

Now, I speak to those who wish to go a different direction than the majority and who are not content with living average. If you are looking to have extraordinary results, do not go with the masses. We know what they are doing? They are working for someone else who has decided to go a different way than the masses. They are working for you, in the future. You will be the one that is getting richer and richer from others' decisions to stick with the popular thing to do. You will get richer and richer, if and only if, you decide to do something other than what everyone else is doing.

Many of the great ones in history were not supported in their ideas and their vision for themselves and the future. But yet, they continued on with their ambition and their passions and they became great. Find a passion of yours, find a vehicle that will make that passion materialize, and then run with it regardless of what logic says or what others say. They will try to bring you back to the bandwagon. Do not listen! Press forward! Be consistent at one thing, and you will be successful. If you believe in yourself, if your "WHY" is strong enough, and if you have a plan then you will succeed.

I mentor people who wish not to be average. I teach you a business vehicle that can give you any lifestyle you desire. Let me repeat that=85=85any lifestyle you desire! If you want to travel to Cancun several times a year and work on the beach, you can do that with this business. It will provide a number of things=85=85the money and time to be able to do exactly what you want. Don't believe me? Then follow everyone else. They will be glad to have you back! <bio>David Allred is the owner of Summit Point Enterprises and runs a successful self help and personal development blog at http://www.createfinancialwealth.com/blog and is confident that he can help show you the tools you are seeking for success. </bio>

I have run 15 marathons and finding the perfect pace has always been a problem. I believe that I have a formula for marathon pacing that works. I will explain how to calculate your pace using a heart rate monitor.

The major problem running marathons for me has always been starting out either too fast or too slow. When I start out too fast, by mile 18 I am in serious trouble. With eight miles to go and my body in bad shape things get real ugly. When I start too slow by mile thirteen my legs will usually not respond to the faster paced. I believe this happens because as the legs become tired your stride length and turnover will not increase to a faster pace.

To determine your marathon pace run a half marathon at your best effort during the first week of your marathon training program. Wear a heart rate monitor during the half marathon and record your average heart rate of the entire race. By subtracting 5 beats from this number you will know your marathon pace heart rate.

Example: average heart rate of 150bpm =96 5bpm = marathon pace heart rate of 145bpm

Training at this heart rate once a week during your marathon buildup you will learn to run at marathon pace and the correct effort. Start your marathon pace runs at 5 miles and build up to 15 or 20 miles in length. Your long runs can be used as marathon pace runs as well. Every other week running a long run and adding marathon pace to the second half will improve you fitness tremendously. Once a month use one of your long runs exclusively as a marathon pace run. After a longer marathon pace run over 15 miles use the next week to recover.

At the midpoint of your marathon training run another half marathon and record your average heart rate. Doing this will allow you to monitor any changes in your average heart rate. If your average heart rate increases or stays the same you will know that your training is going well. If your average heart rate goes down, you will have an indication of over training.

As your marathon race date approaches run a half marathon at your best effort three weeks before race day. Use a heart rate monitor during the race to record the average heart rate of the entire race. After the race is over save this number for future reference. Take the average heart rate of your half marathon and subtract five beats from it. This number will be the maximum heart rate for running you're upcoming marathon. <bio>author of Run2Fast http://www.run2fast.com </bio>

So what are the average costs of bathroom remodeling? This is a hard question to answer as prices range differ depending on the amount of work and change you want to implement into your bathroom remodeling project. Even with your basic small bathroom, a full bathroom remodel can consume considerable expense. if you're hiring a contractor to do the work for you, which may seem like a lot but in the end it does save you a lot of time and frustration. If you decide to make this do it yourself bathroom remodeling, remember to have all of the materials and bathroom floor layouts on hand before starting - you don't want to be spending your precious time frustrated and stuck behind sweaty weekend shoppers.

You've decided to remodel your bathroom but you don't know where to start. Sure, you have some ideas but the main thing holding you back is the money part. There are several ways to finance a remodeling project but you first need to know how much you're going to need. You can do this by calling around to various sources to find the average cost of remodeling a bathroom. Who can you call to find this average cost? You can call local contractors, you can call companies that provide remodeling services, and you can even ask friends and family members that have had their bathrooms remodeled to find the average cost of remodeling a bathroom. Even if you get conflicting prices, you can at least get some kind of idea as to what you will spend to finally remodel your bathroom.

Before you call anyone, make sure you have a list of everything you want done. For instance, are you going to add space by knocking out a wall, or will everything you want done fit into the space you currently have? What kind of sinks and tubs do you want? Do you want modern equipment or do you want more of a classic look? Do you have any special construction requests? These details are very important and you'll want to make a thorough list so that you can get the most accurate prices. When it comes to the average cost of remodeling a bathroom, you're going to want to be as specific as possible because even a little thing like switching from a classic look to a modern one can cost a thousand dollars or more.

When you have the list comprised of everything you want done, then you can start calling around to find the average cost of remodeling a bathroom. Just make sure you call as many people as you can. Call local contractors, remodeling stores, home supply stores and you can even look online to try and get an idea of the average cost of remodeling a bathroom. Then, you'll know exactly how much you'll need to complete your long awaited project. The only thing you'll have left to do then is either get someone to remodel your bathroom for you or do it yourself. At least you'll have the hard part out of the way, knowing how much you'll need for supplies, labor and whatever else you need to pay for to get that bathroom of your dreams. <bio>Kim Lee writes for Singapore rental portal http://www.RentInSingapore.com </bio>

Stick with me here for minute -- its not hard math.

There are five retail KPI's worth tracking at the individual Salesperson level: Sales per hour; items per sale; average sale; conversion rate; wage to sales ratio.

If you add them all up (individually) and divide by the number of staff you get the 'store average' of each KPI.

You can now compare each Salesperson's five KPI's to the 'store average KPI' instantly revealing the MOST deficient statistic or undersupplied KPI for each individual Salesperson.

Why is it important? Well you are now able to say with perfect clarity that:

HAD (employee's) average sale of say $69 been at the store average of $114, (employee) would have sold $2803.

HAD (employee's) "Items per sale" of 1.68 been at the store average of 3.02 (employee) would have sold $3471.

HAD (employee's) "Sales per hour" of $129 been at the store average of $169, (employee) would have sold $1355.

And so on...

Thus, $3471 is the greatest sales increase (employee) could have achieved - the deficient statistic - or undersupplied KPI - being Items per sale.

This deduction gives us great insight into what behavior to coach first. In this case it's 'items per sale' and the associated behavior correction is either a) (employee) is not adding on, or b) (employee) does not have enough product knowledge to sell companion products. The point is that managers who want to help their Salespeople perform better now know exactly which area of expertise to focus on to achieve the maximum possible performance improvement result.

In the case of 'sales per hour' (employee) may be slow at attending customers or taking to long with others. For 'average sale' (employee) probably doesn't have enough product knowledge or does not know how to sell more expensive items.

By first looking at the deficient KPI, and then sorting through memorable observations about (employee's) behaviors during the week, managers can quickly home in on corrective behavior, in its most appropriate or truthful form.

If you track these statistics each week at the individual staff level -- which implies comparing each Salesperson to the store average -- you would increase each Salesperson's chances of succeeding within their own specific area of need and thereby create an opportunity to increase individual sales by as much as thirty percent. <bio>Steven Lipschitz has a 12 year track record in Internet enabled applications and today specializes in Retail Software. If you have plenty of room for a hot tub then you need to consider how many people you would like to accommodate at one time, do you have a large family or do you entertain a lot? Today smaller two person or personal hot tubs are gaining in popularity for use in hydrotherapy. The swim spa market is also growing at a fast pace as people are looking to fill a dual role with one purchase.

When you decide on how many people you would like to be able to have in your hot tub at one time it is a good idea to go check them out if you want to be able to hold all six members of your family at once take them all to the hot tub store. Some stores actually have private test rooms that allow you to test drive a new hot tub before you by if this is not an option you can always set in a dry tub. Some key points to consider when test driving a new hot tub is the water level you will want the level to be just over your shoulders you don't want a tub that has seats that are too deep. Just like not all cars that claim to seat 5 they do not all seat 5 comfortable the same can be said for hot tubs, there is a big difference between 5 people whose average weight is 100 pounds and 5 people whose average weight is 175 pounds. The biggest area of concern is usually in the foot well area if you have an eight person hot tub then you will have 16 feet and legs all trying to put their feet in the same place. This is why round hot tubs are less popular when it comes to holding more people. The shape that allows the most usable room is a square tub without a lounger seat in it.

Operating cost of course will be higher with a larger hot tub but size is not the biggest factor for instance if a hot tub that holds 100 gallons cost 100 dollars to operate a 150 gallon tub may cost 125 dollars to operate for the same time period other factors such as use, insulation and efficiency of the pumps will have a larger impact on the overall operating costs. <bio>Jake plumer write for http://www.a1hottub.com </bio>
