With so many sites to see in Barcelona taking your camera is a must to help you show off and remember all that you did. There are so many things to do and so many things to see you will likely make more than one album while on your trip of all of the different things you did and saw.* Base your plans on the weather. As it rarely gets very harsh check the reports and see if it is going to be rainy or not. If it is going to be raining plan indoor activities such as museums and art shows so you can take advantage of the indoor shots since outdoor shots will not work very well in the rain.
* There is so much architecture in Barcelona to explore and enjoy the most prominent of which is Gaudi´s Sagrada Familia, there are many other architectural items to see in this city that incorporate the works of glass, iron and stone all in harmony with each other to create breathtaking buildings. If you are not comfortable with your photo shooting ability, take some pictures and be sure to purchase postcards of the city in order to serve as a back up incase yours do not turn out. Make sure you have plenty of good film for taking pictures of Gaudi´s works or that there is enough memory on your digital camera to make the moments and sites last forever.
* If the weather permits take a jaunt to go and see the Ramblas promenade, this is in the Parc Guell a home of many Gaudi masterpieces. This is a great place to take in many architectural works in Barcelona; Guell park. There are many of Antonio Gaudi´s works in this park inspiring many. Make sure to visit Olympic Park as well as the football stadium while you are there.
* There are many places to explore in Barcelona and Catalunya. You will find lodging on either the coast or inland while in Sitges. There are many sites and places to stay from medieval villages to the cliffs with beautiful views.
* You can start by taking pictures as you fly in to Le Prat or the airport. Getting pictures of the city from above would be a great way to start your photo album.
There are many things for Barcelona to brag about to its tourists. From the ‘zarzuela’ or fish stew, tits many monuments and museums to its architecture. There is much to do at the port area at all times of the day and night. If you are looking for a snack or just want to eat on the go as you go through the city consider the “tapas” or anything that you can grab for that matter.
