Also, trampolining is a great workout to do with friends or family members, because multiple people can use it at once, unlike many workouts where only one person can go at a time.

Trampolining is a low impact aerobic exercise and therefore reduces the risk of skeletal, joint or ligament injury when compared to some other sporting activities. You will get pleasure and benefit by being fit and having fun with your trampoline.
